Decided to share here as well, currently all of the different iterations of Strobelight (one of my Batman OCs) I've done in between works as a kind of fun past-time project!
I already really love how to study different media art styles and find what actually style or just a common character trait to apply it in fan works, so this is being really fun for me!
I know some of them I kinda "broke the rules" a little but I feel like it was needed to no make them look "off"
Stealing from that superhero girls list from ages back, how about Batgirl and underarms for the three sentence?
Batgirl’s sharply-heeled boots tore through many of Poison Ivy’s sinewy, photosynthetic minions, but eventually she was surrounded, overwhelmed by their numbers, and struggled to push the enclosing wall of chlorophyll puppets away.
“Heheh…it's been a while, but don’t think I don’t remember your weakness…Red,” Ivy chuckled devilishly.
With a snap of her fingers, two thick and tuberous vines adorned with pink flytraps (a bit too much like Piranha Plants) sprung up from the dirt and began to wriggle and twist under Batgirl’s armpits, causing hysterical, giggly belly laughs to burst out of the super sidekick.
Ok, normally I wouldn't do this, but I came up with two ideas for Barb & Pam and I honestly couldn't decide which one to go with. So here's a free bonus. Don't get used to it. lol Also I really need to revisit that superhero girls list. That one just kinda slipped away from me.
Barbara Gordon could barely contain her whispered excitement when Ace Chemicals’ safe clicked open softly, the tumblers giving way under her nimble fingers…another day, another save-the-earth crusade against greedy industrialists.
“Nice going, Red…never knew you had such a delicate touch,” Pamela Isley smirked, reaching forward and playfully wiggling her long, sharp fingernails under Barb’s armpits.
The future Batgirl squealed and nearly jumped out of her skin, before chastising “Paaam, stop; we’re gonna get caught!” in an elated low-pitched giggle fit and swatting her friend’s hand away.
