THE CROOKED ~

NAME. UTP AGE & BIRTH DATE. 100+ SPECIES. Devil FACTION. UTP OCCUPATION. UTP

The devil hidden in the mists, the secret devil of Nordheim. You didn’t claw your way out of the Abyss for mediocrity, you came to strike deals to save those that mattered, and pretend you cared about the ones that didn’t. In Iskaldrik a devil could make a good living off of these desperate few, the wish could have been simple “keep me from being found,” and you would do just that - it wasn’t your fault they ended up at the bottom of the ocean, nobody would ever find them there. “Save me from the mines.” Death was a natural way of avoiding prison, phrasing was everything and you drank up every moment of it. The Jarl had his secrets, Hakon Andersson had a great deal he wanted to keep hidden, he was careful with his words, which made it less fun, but all things came in time. Maybe on some level the Jarl was a friend, but people in your line of work didn’t have friendships that lasted for long. Aetheron laid waste to the plethora of souls that you’d collected, souls to percolate and mature in the Abyss below, more warriors for your infernal army. You couldn’t be too upset about the loss of so many darkfriends though, the Dark one would have to understand. Along the road to Lysara there were bound to be plenty of others just desperate enough to pledge themselves to the dark. And beyond? Who was to say.

"Netflix cancels show because of capitalism" is true but they aren't even succeeding at capitalism. Pretty much all streaming services are hemorrhaging money right now. The Crooked Forest

This pine grove is one of the most unusual forests in Central Europe. The so-called Crooked Forest (Krzywy Las) is a grove of oddly-shaped pine trees located outside Gryfino, West Pomerania, Poland. The grove was planted around 1930, when its location was still within the German province of Pomerania. It is generally believed that some form of human tool or technique was used to make the trees grow this way, but the method and motive are not currently known.
