Hi, everybody :3

I recently read W.I.T.C.H. comics for the first time, before that I only watched the series as a child. I've never drawn on this universe before. And so, having received a huge dose of impressions, I drew our favorite guardians for the first time in my life.

For me, this comics is very important, because for a very long time I couldn’t bring myself to draw what I like. This story inspired me to finally pick up a stylus, and I'm going to show the result of this inspiration in further posts.

Naveah’s despair came back hours before the energy to move, it had been years since her first contract, she had forgotten how helpless a familiar gets right after forming a new link, the helpless per se was well known though, Pavel never let her keep energy for long, but i’m not with him anymore.

"Nevaeh! You are awake!” Briar’s voice shouted from somewhere above, Navaeh couldn’t move, but she was really relieved that she wasn’t alone, she would smile if she could.

Back when Briar made the contract Nevaeh was terrified, what if this witch takes him only? Mixed angels are bad, she knows it! And with Briar unconscious there would be no one to speak up for her, it was a great luck that the new witch didn’t let her on the street waiting for Pavel and the punishment he would bestow.

“If anything bad had happened to you I would…” Briar didn’t finish the threat, he has no power to actually do something, not that this ever stopped him from trying, “Listen, I’m sorry for this, I truly am, I should’ve asked you before making a contract.”

I understand, Nevaeh wanted to say, He would kill you otherwise, you had no choice. But this still didn’t explain why the witch took them in, is she a hoarder? If so, maybe she won’t take as much energy from them, although the resources between familiars may be low.

“The witch, Melanie,” Briar started with voice full of hate, “She is keeping up a ‘I am a nice person’ facade, I don’t know what she wants but if she is thinking I’ll trust her I won’t,” his voice had the unspoken ‘and you won’t either’ all over it, “but at least she got you healed, her angel is healing me too, but he said that we should to this slowly.”

Because of the pain, Nevaeh thought. It was more merciful than she was expecting, Briar is right; this witch is keeping up a facade.

“We are the only mixed ones between her familiars,” he said slowly, not talking more about it. “There is a demon who seems dangerous to be around, an angel that sounds like he is above it all, there is also an elf and a human but I don’t know what they sound like.”

We’ll be fine, Naveah wanted to promise, to lie. She didn’t have enough energy to speak, but after a lot of effort she managed to move her fingers, it was just a little bit but Briar was really happy about it, he held her hand tightly and gave a kiss on her forehead.

“The contract is bad but so was the previous one, if anything we run away again, we can make this work,” Briar said with a determination that Nevaeh had long lost, a determination that terrifies her.

All of sudden a voice came into their mind, it was Melaine’s voice, “I’m glad you are awake, child, I’ll see you two in a second.” 

Naveah almost started panicking, but she calmed down when Briar spoke, “It’s one-sided,” he explained, “The contract doesn't allow her to read our mind, she can read our feelings tho, but that’s just any link,” he tightened his grip on her hand, “I’ll be here, doesn’t matter what we’ll be together. If anything I’ll just get on her nerves and take whatever.”

Nevaeh felt panic rising again, that’s the problem Briar! please don’t please I don’t want to see you hurt anymore. But there is nothing she can do, is there? She is just powerless as always.

I have a small headcanon on Elyon's personality. I see her as a insecure teenager who runs away into her fictions and illusions of a good life. Cornelia, Irma and Hay Lin are her only friends whose best qualities she envies and wants to possess. That is why she believes Cedric so easily: he is a mysterious alien who took her to the desired better world, where she’s special.

I also tried to give her pimples to emphasize the imperfection. It seems to me that many girls had complexes because of bad skin and considered it ugly. No, they are very beautiful, and so is Elyon. Just need to see it
