♡ you, vash, wolfwood, meryl, and roberto had come across this small, quaint town while travelling through the desert. you all needed a break to stretch your legs, and maybe get some food, so you all decide to stop and have a look around. you all wonder into the town's marketplace. the street was lined with booths and stands set up by different merchants for them to sell their goods from.
♡ you stop by this one booth that had caught your eye, while your boyfriend stopped to look at the one next to it. the rest of your group had split up to look around at other stands that interested them. unbeknownst to you, you had caught the eye of the seller who owned the stand that you were visiting.
"hey, gorgeous." they spoke.
"hmm? me?" you asked, looking up at them and pointing to yourself.
"why, of course. you're stunning! who else would i have been speaking to?"
Tumblr media
vash . ⋅ ˚̣- : ✧ : – ⭒ ⊹ ⭒ – : ✧ : -˚̣⋅ .
"him, maybe," you point to vash, "that's who i would've been talking to."
vash had overheard your conversation, and he turned his head to see what guy you might have been referring to. to his pleasant surprise, you were pointing at him. when you notice him looking at you, you send him a sweet smile and a cheerful wave.
"that's my husband! he's way prettier than i am. he is truly the most beautiful being that i have ever laid my eyes upon."
vash feels his face get warm. not only did you call him beautiful, but you called him your husband! he was aware of the fact that you found him attractive, you having told him many times, but the way you declared it to a stranger was so heartfelt, and you seemed so unfeigned when you spoke of how pretty he was, that it made him feel like it was the first time anyone had ever complimented him.
"he's so perfect, isn't he? absolutely nothing could compare to him. i'm so lucky to be the one holding his heart."
his heart began to beat impossibly fast. he placed a hand on the back of his neck, giving the merchant a shy wave once he notices them looking at him. he watches as you bid farewell to the stranger and stroll over to him, beaming. he tries to speak, but he stutters. he clears his throat, trying not to embarrass himself, before taking your hand in his, lifting it to his lips, and placing a gentle kiss onto your knuckles.
"th-thank you, dear. i, uh, i feel the same way about you..." he smiles, bashfully.
Tumblr media
wolfwood . ⋅ ˚̣- : ✧ : – ⭒ ⊹ ⭒ – : ✧ : -˚̣⋅ .
"him, of course!" you point to wolfwood, "he's a lot more stunning than i am."
and, speak of the devil, wolfwood had walked over to where you stood and overheard your conversation. he immediately notices when he's the one that you direct the merchant's attention toward. he's caught off guard by your words. his eyes widen just a bit before he smirks. he looks at the merchant, who was already gazing at him, and the expression on his face was so complacent that it seemed like he was trying to brag without actually speaking.
"he's my husband! isn't he so handsome? he's the most charming man i've ever met."
there's a warmth that rises, much like his ego does, to his cheeks as you continue to effuse about him. wolfwood is obviously a confident guy, and he has never worried about if he looked anything less than attractive, but he had never had someone compliment him so passionately; and to a complete stranger, no less. the way you spoke about him, the smile on your face, the love in your eyes, and the way you referred to him as your husband made him feel like there was not even a shadow if insincerity to your words. he was honored to be the one you spoke so affectionately of.
he steps closer to you, wrapping an arm around your shoulders and leaning in to place a kiss onto your temple.
"you're not too bad to look at yourself, sweetheart." he grins.

i feel like this is not very good, so i apologize if that's true. i did my best.

Heyyy i have a random request, I read your Colby X reader called “unholy” and I was wondering if you could do one where it’s still smutty (if you’re okay with that) and basically Colby and the reader are at a party and Colby basically saved the reader from another dude trying to force himself on her and when he’s trying to soothe the reader he basically admits he’s had feeling for her for a while and things get steamy
Hate The Game
Tumblr media
Angst, slight smut
Hello bby, sorry for the long wait, but i find it so hard to right anything. Also, another apology to the fact that, for now, i'm not writing Colby smut, but i transformed it in a way to involve ur full request.
Hope u enjoy it ♥️
The amount of people who are singing takes me by surprise as i enter the house party, rather shy. I look backwards and i laugh along with Colby, both of us noticing how everyone's already fired up by alcohol in a pretty small time frame.
We both enter the house and Jake's wide smile greets us in the small hallway, before the rest of the living room and kitchen space open up in front of us. With a bottle of champagne in his hand, he hugs us both and we wish him a happy birthday, patting him on the back and smiling.
"Have a great one, buddy", Colby smiles widely at his friend and i can tell he's reminiscing all the memories he's had with Jake throughout the years. I quickly look away when Colby catches me staring at him, but he chuckles and comes by my side so we would walk around the party together.
We get a drink and find an empty spot right around the open-space kitchen and i jump on the counter, trying to get a better view above all the people who are playing beer pong, Sam included as a competitor.
"I bet 5 bucks Sam is going to ace the game, but when there are 2 more cups to go, he'll lose", Colby laughs as i take a sip of my beer bottle. I laugh beside him and nod, agreeing with him.
"Everything works so smoothly until he's so close to winning", i agree with him and he bumps into me playfully when i jump next to him on the counter. "But, i bet you 10 bucks that it's not gonna be the case this time.", proudly and sure on himself, Colby takes a shot of the tequila he's just poured. We shake hands to seal the deal and watch the intense beer pong game, cheering every time Sam got the ping pong ball into the other's cups. The game went on for a few more minutes, ending in Colby handing me the $10. With a smirk on my face, i gladly grab the money and purse my lips. "i would've let you keep it, but i hate it when you play the I'm so sure on myself card."
He puts a hand on his chest, mimicking he's hurt. "I thought you liked confident guys."
"I do, but the way you portrait confidence has me a little bit nervous and i don't like it when i lose control over my emotions", the conversation goes from 0 to 100 pretty quick, but I've never been this honest with Colby before. The numerous shots of tequila and beer we took throughout the beer pong game make me bring out a certain honesty out of me. I've only known Sam and Colby for 8 months, meeting them when i got to film a ghost investigation with them in New York. Ever since then, whenever either of us had free time, we linked up. Now it's one of those times when i decided to take a break and enjoy a week of holiday and i chose to fly to Vegas to catch up with them.
"I'm not gonna lie, i knew there was something about you that caught my attention that very moment we met", Colby's eyes sparkle, but he almost gulps as he wasn't prepared either for the sentence that came out. "Uhm, I'm gonna go check on Sam real quick", he offers me a quick smile and i nod, my face morphed in a what the fuck expression.
I don't leave the open space living room, but instead of sitting at the counter, i sit behind it and look around the place for more familiar faces, but it looks like not even the other guests know anyone else other than the people that came with them.
"Is this seat taken?", a deep voice comes from behind me. A tall man with the features of an Instagram model, which i actually think he is, stands behind me with a whiskey bottle in his right hand, his left one touching my shoulder. The way he holds it makes me wonder if he can actually stand on his own 2 feet.
"Uhm, sure", i take the chair and move it a bir further from the counter so he could sit down directly and not fall with the chair and the bottle, causing a total mess. Call me practical. I study his face closer as he fights his own balance to sit down, but he keeps pushing the chair with one leg. He's now a lot further than at the beginning and i try my hardest not to roll my eyes, laugh in his face and leave to find Sam, because Colby looks like he lost himself. He has red cheeks and his eyes look heavy, like he's on the verge of falling asleep.
"I'm Ryan", he extends the Jack bottle towards me, only to realise he can't shake hands with the bottle. I bite my lip to hold my laughter.
"I'm-"
"Too beautiful to be alone at a party", Ryan eyes me up and down and i cross my legs, feeling weird because of his unwelcomed stare.
"Well, it's not much of a party anymore, everything toned down after the beer pong", i let out a soft laugh
"We should have our own game", his words make me raise a brow, giving him a sign to provide me more information. "But not something lame like beer pong", he looks somewhere in the corner of the room, basically zoning out as the alcohol keeps ruining his neurons for the night.
"What game?", i cross my arms at my chest, already out of patience with this stranger that definitely doesn't deserve the platform he has, in case he has one. His smirk and the fact that he fights to get closer to me are the only signs i needed to realise that i shouldn't had asked.
"You see, it's me, you, naked and whoever takes more shots off that person's body wins.", he leans in closer and i lean further, but because of the corner cut of the counter, i don't have anywhere else to move. I push him back in his place, but he grabs my hand in his." And if we're not naked, it doesn't work, you know? Cause the glass wouldn't stay in place", he places a kiss kn my hand and i snap it away from him with disgust written all over my face.
"You should go take a shower, an Advil and never leave your room out of respect for yourself. You're making such a fool of yourself, I'm glad nobody's paying attention to you.", i snap and i get up from my chair, only for him to do the same and trap me between him and the counter.
"Where are you going? We didn't even start the game", Ryan's fingers run up my exposed arms and i try pushing him, but this time he doesn't move at all. Instead, he leans in more towards me. He tries to kiss me and i move my head, closing my eyes. I feel a gust of wind and then i hear, a whine. I open my eyes and i see Ryan on the floor, with Colby almost hovering over him.
"Get 10 meters close to her next time and you'll be flying out the window. Knock some sense into yourself, Ryan. Look how pathetic you are. You're hitting on my girlfriend now, tomorrow you'll be hitting on your mate's. You'll get your eyes black before you know it. Be happy i didn't touch your pretty face, otherwise you wouldn't be making bucks on Instagram.", Colby looks down at Ryan who just whines because the room is spinning and he can't grab a hold on himself to get up. We scoff at him at the same time.
"She didn't mention she has a boyfriend"
"She shouldn't. If she doesn't want you, you just let go", Colby grabs my hand and guides me outside the house, Sam following behind. I get inside Colby's Corolla and Sam gets behind the wheel of his car as well, both cars leaving towards their house to spend some time together.
"Thank you for that. I would've done the same to him, i just needed to push him one more time", i fake my confidence as i look out the window, my fingers trembling still
"Didn't you say something about confidence earlier?", Colby asks and we both laugh.
"Shut up", i pinch his bicep.
"You're welcome, I'm glad i could be there to help you", i smile at him one more time before silence takes over the car. We get to their house in less than 10 minutes, the silence being actually bearable and very needed after such a busy evening. "Don't go out yet", Colby stops me before i take one leg outside the car. "I need to talk to you"
"Oh no, am i getting grounded?", i laugh, hoping to get rid of some of the tension building inside. I close the car door and shift in my seat to look at him. He sighs and opens and closes his mouth, unable to come up with words.
"I was selfish tonight. I didn't want to rescue you, i didn't know he was actually forcing himself on you. I got there and snatched him away from you because i thought you were kissing or something", Colby looks away from me and shakes his head. "It was only after that, when i saw your face, that it was something else. And oh man how it got my blood boiling", he looks back at me and half a smirk lights up his face. I give him a small smile.
"I never thought a guy's jealousy would save me one day from a crappy interaction with a dickhead", we both laugh and he cups my cheek, caressing it with his thumb. "What did you call me back there?", he blushes at my question
"My girlfriend?"
"Oooh, that sounds good. Maybe we should rehearse-", he cuts me off by placing his lips on mine, the softness making me push my face closer to his to maks sure they're actually touching. A smile forms on his lips at my move and he pushes back just the way i did. His teeth find my bottom lip and i grab him by the collar as he slips his tongue in my mouth. He pulls me on his lap, our kiss deepening and making my head spin at the taste of him. We both gasp for air, looking in each other's eyes before closing the gap once again. I hold him by the neck and i place quick kisses on his lips, cheek and down his neck, his hand grabbing my ass. A surprised moan escapes my lips and his groan lets me know he liked my reaction. "That was amazing", i barely get the words out, feeling dizzy. Colby's hands rest on my hips and his eyes stare back into mine after he's done checking me out.
"You are amazing. Gosh you're beautiful", he leans in again and i take control of the kiss, biting his lip and running my tongue on top of his.
He lifts me off him to adjust himself better in the car seat, but because of the tight space, my ass presses on the honk, making both of us jump and curse under our breaths.
"Fuck, that's a mood killer", i say as i struggle to get back to my seat
"We have all the time in the world", he smiles widely at me and i nod with the same smile, his statement making me happy from many points of view.

BG3 Tag Game!
I was tagged by @khywren!!! Thank you!!!!!!
I'm going to tag @vanilkaplays @okthisway @maladaptive-menace @riddlerosehearts @starkspi and anyone else who wants to play along!
Favorite romance: It will surprise no one to know that it's Astarion. I find his backstory so incredibly interesting and I love his dumbass personality. At the end of the day, he just wants to do whatever is the most hilarious and I adore that. I especially love how soft he gets when you get together in Act 2. I could go on and on but I'll never be able to fully articulate my love for him.
Favorite class to play: Bard! I love that they're really the jack of all trades and are pretty good at everything, including spells and sword fighting. Persuasion and deception are SO helpful in this game, plus playing music to distract crowds and cause shenanigans in Baldur's Gate is wonderful.
Favorite NPC: I think Raphael. While yeah he absolutely SUCKS, I'm obsessed with his obsession with his own voice. He's a thespian, he's a freak, he's an idiot. I love it. But yes, I did kill his ass.
Favorite song off the soundtrack: Probably the Harpy Song. I listen to it a lot in my spare time, especially when I'm working on a specific fic I'm attempting to write. I'm a big fan of haunting melodies and, unsurprisingly, the concept of hypnotizing music.
Tell us a little about your Tav: I wrote a pretty long post about her here, but my Tav is named Birdie and she's a bard who was born and raised at the Water Queen's House. Previous iterations of her had her as a siren (hence the deep love of the Harpy Song), but I'm still not 100% sure if this version of her is. Basically, she's a mermaid ass goof whose main gang of idiots include Astarion, Gale, and Shadowheart. Chaos often ensues.
Something you wish was in the game: I know this game is huge. I know there's probably stuff people haven't even discovered yet. But god would I love some more camp animations. More interactions between the companions AT camp. Cut scenes where there should probably be cut scenes (The second time Astarion drinks your blood, Wyll celebrating the defeat of Ansur, etc). I really really love this game, but I'd love to hang out with my friends EVEN MORE.
Do you create fanworks? Share something with us: Oh boy I'm TRYING. I've never really written fanfiction before but the stupid vampire has inspired me to do so. I'm in the process of writing two different fics (one multi-chapter, one one-shot on the longer side) and am having a blast but I'm not sure if/when I'll post them. I've noticed my writing style is very similar to the way I write scripts, which is what I went to college for, so they're full of dialogue and quick, dumb banter. It might not be for everyone, but I'm having The Most Fun! Let me know if you'd maybe want to see more? Here's a silly excerpt from the one-shot (she may or may not get smutty later on 👀):
There was no sign of the vampire, save for an open hatch beneath the stone of the tower leading into what you presumed was a cellar of sorts. Off to the side was a discarded set of Thieves’ Tools. Yup, that’ll be him.
Rolling your eyes affectionately, you began to descend into the basement below.
Before you could even make it to the bottom, however, you heard Astarion’s voice tinged with annoyance. “Don’t bother, darling. I was just coming back up.”
You paused on the ladder and looked down at him. “That bad?”
“Eh, a few coins, some food. Nothing worth risking one’s life over. Foolish gnome.”
“Shame,” you pouted down at him, not an ounce of real sympathy behind the word.
He smirked as he met your eye. “Go,” he said, indicating you should climb back up the ladder. “There was a rather large amount of smoke powder though. That could be fun.”
When you emerged back into the early evening air, you turned to help Astarion out. “Maybe you can blow up a quaint little gnomish village.”
Astarion’s eyes glittered with delight. “Oh, do you think there’s one around here? That would be- Oh. You’re joking.”
You nodded.
“Gods, you’re no fun.” He sighed dramatically and then started back towards the Blighted Village proper.
You scoffed in mock offense. “I’m a lot of fun!”
Astarion tsked. “If you have to say you’re a lot of fun, odds are, you’re lying to yourself.” He shot a challenging half smile at you from over his shoulder.
“How dare you,” you laughed.
“Such a pity, too,” he went on. “Aren’t bards supposed to be entertaining?”
You made a sound of agony, which had Astarion fully turning back to look at you. You threw a hand to your heart and staggered towards him. “You wound me, Astarion. Look upon me with pity and remember me fondly!” You set an arm on his shoulder and let your body weight go, as if collapsing from a killing blow.
Astarion was quick to catch you under your arms. He made a show of groaning about how heavy you were now that your body had gone completely limp. After you’d hung loosely from his grip for a few seconds, he finally yielded. “Alright, enough.”
You resumed control of your body and stood up straight, a smug look on your face. “I’m fun.”
“Dramatic.”
“Theatrical.”
“Annoying.”
“Endearing.”
“Loud.”
“Enthusiastic-”
Just then, a loud howl came from a barn a little ways off.
You and Astarion eyed each other.
“Was that you?” Astarion asked.
“‘Was that me?!’ I’m not THAT loud.”
“Could have fooled me.”
You rolled your eyes. “Come on.” You started in a light jog towards the barn.
Astarion groaned. “You can’t be serious.” He caught up with you easily. “Haven’t we done enough heroing for today?”
You looked at him thoughtfully. “One more act of heroism probably won’t kill you.”
“It might!”
“Oh, now who’s being dramatic?” You came to a stop at the double doors.
“I-” Astarion floundered, then pursed his lips and crossed his arms.
“That’s what I thought.”

Cute idea:
Yuugo holds tea parties for the younger GF kids and anyone else who wants to join in
(He first did it in an attempt to distract them when Emma was still in a coma recovering and they were sad)
OUGH very cute indeed this is 100% canon in my mind.
In addition to reassurances from Anna, Don, Gilda, and Nat, Yuugo's words would keep them grounded with his steadfast conviction that Emma would pull through and Ray would return within three weeks, even with the latter happening and Emma still not having woken up yet.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Chapter 58)
The youngest were already so keen on being around him even before his turn around that I feel like it wouldn't take much convincing to get them on board with the first one.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(TPN Light Novel 3: Records of Comrades - “Two Paths”)
Assuming Yuugo doesn't fix the cup he was sipping air from before this a second time, I wonder if he would automatically include it among his set-up or if the kids would notice and insist on setting another place to honor Dina and the rest of the group from Glory Bell. If the latter, Yuugo would surely be touched and be one of many instances where he can't stop himself from thinking a combination of just how good these kids are and how he's grateful he's alive to participate in this.
The older Grace Field kids wouldn't take much prompting to join either, with the exception of Gilda. She was ready to follow through on her threat to blow up the shelter after seeing Ray didn't return with them and Emma was in critical condition.
Tumblr media
(Chapter 96)
But once she understands the situation, she's quick to adapt so Emma's life can be saved.
Still, there's probably a bit of awkwardness once everything's calmed down. I love the thought of the younger kids pulling her into either the first or second one and her being a bit hesitant, but Yuugo, handling it with grace and without drawing much attention to why that might be, hands her a cup with a small but kind smile. She accepts it with a smile of her own.
Understandably, there's more focus on his relationships and dynamics with Emma and Ray, but I love whenever creators focus on his relationship with Don and Gilda considering the four of them maybe have…two or three months at the shelter with him and Lucas before they're killed compared to the rest of the kids who stay behind? Same with Zack and Violet.
Tumblr media
(Mystic Code Book Chapter 7; the timeline's a little fuzzy on how much time they spend at the bunker between the East and West expeditions.)
Love a bunkerman getting to know and spend time with all his kids. Naturally, this extends to all of them participating in a tea party at some point. There's not enough cups from the set him and Lucas brought from Glory Bell, but if the shelter doesn't have any spare sets, they make due with what they have since it's not the type of cups that matter, but that they're all taking time to enjoy these little moments of happiness with one another in the new home and family they've made for themselves.
Other odd thoughts:
• I'm not sure whether it's funnier to have the kids teach Yuugo proper tea party etiquette or if he surprises them with his knowledge on the subject based on what he learned back at Glory Bell or what he read in some books in the bunker library. (Over the course of thirteen years, he might have come across something, but put the books down upon coming across those passages because at the time, it was too painful. Now he has a reason to go back and read them.) • Gillian would 110% be on board for pulling out all the stops for this and along with Pepe would be stepping up the dessert game. • Pepe would also have his own assortment of tea blends to share, along with Lucas and Paula. • We see Paula eating with the rest of the group in chapter 98
Tumblr media Tumblr media
so the ritual of eating with Adam shown in the chapter 92 bonus sketch might have been left at Goldy Pond, but on some occasions where she seeks out a more quiet spot to enjoy her tea, Adam ends up accompanying her.

Love in the Air ep 11 messy review
Hi everyone, I took a bit of a break but I am back. 😎
Tumblr media
We start off with Pai at work getting hit on by this woman and it's good to see he rejects her nicely. I love the secretary and how she praises him for being tamed! I am kind of wondering how many dates he usually had before Sky...😅
lmao, you are under Sky's control sweetie! Completely and utterly but that's what true love does I guess. I love how you can tell how much he is in love with Sky but Sky also is completely smitten with Pai. 🥹
Ugh Rain, my cutie. I love the relationship they have. The Clueless Cutie and the feisty friend.
Pai really is amazing in the way he knows Joy will spread the news quicker than anyone else! Also, the ease with which she gives in to make a spare key for Pai. Someone needs a love life of her own. Poor Sky, he is completely exhausted, and the way he stayed up because he didn't want Pai to stand behind a closed door. This cutie. Pai really needs to help him finish his meal, as he can't keep his eyes open. My heart melted right there and then. 🥹
Tumblr media
YAH HELLO WHAT IS THIS KISS!!!!!!! ALSO PAI SUCH A VIVID FANTASY!! STOP DRAGGING ME INTO THESE, BECAUSE MY HEART ALMOST EXPLODED! I mean give me a warning so I can breathe!!
Tumblr media
I'm surprised he went home tbh but hey not complaining. Wow, Sky calm down on that phone, the way Pai ran over to him and to see there was nothing wrong. It would piss me off as well because I would feel so worried! The only thing Sky wanted was to spend time with Pai by making help out, which is sweet but Sky really shouldn't have brought it like he was half dying. So I totally get why Pai was angry but the way he handled it! He definitely got my respect because he doesn't want to scold Sky, which might make him afraid of him but he does want him to know that what he did was not okay. I love the way Sky tries to make it right by using full-out aegyo. This is probably how he wants to be with the one he loves but there is still that wall.
Tumblr media
Pai eventually helps him but it's obvious Sky is worried he is upset with him and as Pai already sleeps Sky crawls closer to him and looks for comfort. The next morning it's obvious Pai isn't angry anymore as we witness that sweet moment between them. Sky still doesn't fully get it and is still sulking and apologizing as he gets off the motorbike. I love how calmly Pai tells him he is not angry anymore and in the end, he even gets a kiss from him, which Pai definitely did not expect!🤭
Tumblr media
Ha, I love this moment between Rain and Sky. The way Rain gushes about Payu (Can't blame him👀😏) and the way Sky is not listening or giving him crap about it. even rain in his clueless notices something is off and then the way Sky tells him off that Payu isn't the only handsome guy on the planet. Tbh Rain should've known by then that it was indeed Payu, instead of still being clueless in the end. I love how quick Rain is distracted which is good in this case for Sky.
Can I say that I love how Pai takes care of Sky when he is not around? I love how it melts Sky's wall.
Okay hello Pai, that outfit everyone!! JEEZ!!🥵! I mean he can walk around like that always, I wouldn't mind. Him deleting his booty calls is a sight to see, even his little bro is surprised by it. I love the pin he let his little bro make. I want one as well!!
Tumblr media
This feeling Sky has about himself breaks my heart but I sadly know the feeling so well. Hopefully, he won't feel like he is nothing quickly because my heart can't handle that. In what way did he made his mind up?!! Don't leave us hanging!
oh lord, he is really going to test Pai to see if he will get bored of him and walks away. Sky my dear boy, he won't leave you. He is in for 100%. This man would do everything for you. The way Pai has to keep telling him this as well. I do love how guilty Sky looks. He knows he is wrong for doing it but yeah I can't blame him for testing him out. It's the only way left that he can protect his heart, will it fail sure but I get it 100%. The way Pai is always honest with him, again he has my full respect. Pai knows something is up but as Sky isn't telling he can only guess and because of that he keeps reassuring Sky. 🥹
Which finally pulls Sky walls down, they are not completely gone but they are very low right now as he throws himself at Pai, who is having the hardest time to grasping what is happening. The way he stops Sky from doing anything while explaining that this isn't necessarily what he wants, (but then again he does) the man is struggling badly and while Sky listens he is a goner the second Pai tells him "I'm not just looking for s*x from you, okay" that does it and Sky shuts him up with a passionate kiss and literally tells him "shut up and take me" well that's all someone needs right. Consent and a willing man who he loves. They definitely spice things up and JUST WOWOWOWOWOW.
Tumblr media
I love how Sky knows exactly what he wants and just takes it as well. Like, GO SKY BUT ALSO GO PAI!🔥🔥
Now the way Sky tells Pai, to get bored of him soon but means the complete opposite breaks my heart a little, and that sweet forehead kiss at the end, ugh!!! I love these two!! 😍
Tumblr media
Cuddle session in the early morning. The teasing Pai is back and this time it's nice to see that Sky is exactly enjoying it even though he still tries to hide it. Sky finally starts telling more about himself and I love that. Also that small mention about his ex and that he was the one that made him pierce his nipple, ugh glad he took them out.
Lol now go shower Pai because you went in without a cond*m so that can't be the most hygienic... anyway I just really love their dynamics and the way Sky hugs Pai's shirt against himself, too cute.🥰
Tumblr media
seriously Rain are you still clueless.....Someone, please tell him because ughhh Payu is definitely the one with the brains in the relationship.
The smile on sky's face though when he walks away with Pai, I love that. The walls are down for now at least. I can't wait for the next episode!! I loved everything about this one!!🥰

How they met you & fell in love
a/n: This is the first time I decided to actually write something with the intention of posting it. I hope that whoever reads this enjoys it. I'm sorry if I've misspelled anything, English isn't my first language. I hope I did well for my first writing post >.<
WARNINGS: none apart from slight violence. Female reader. Cussing.
Otherwise; fluffy content.
(Y/n) - Your name
(L/n) - Last name
Like or repost if you enjoy <3
Akaashi:
When you first met him, you thought he was a pretty boy with a resting bitch face. He is an extremely straight forward 'say it how it is' type of person and you respected him for that because it isn’t always easy to just speak your mind upfront in this day and age. He didn’t really look all that friendly or approachable, but since you were friends with Bokuto you just had to suck it up and stick around. It was pretty awkward talking to him or even just being around him at first, until you realized that his exterior was an act and he’s a total softy when he isn’t trying to call Bo out on his bullshit. You found him to be an intriguing person, but also rather intimidating. He was peaceful, he didn’t talk all that much and kept to himself like a true introvert. You were the opposite, more of an ambivert type. You tried your best to befriend him, but little did you know that friendship would spiral into something else along the line.
After a while of being friends, Akaashi got red in the ears in your presence. He was easily flustered around you, and the both of you often tended to flirt and bicker as if it was second nature. The two of you in a room together never got boring. Everyone around you could tell the two of you were head over heels for each other. You thought the opposite though, you felt that the friendship was never going to progress into anything more and that your crush was meaningless because nothing would come of it. After being friends for several months, nearly reaching the 1 year milestone, you eventually started to distance yourself.
You always thought the way Akaashi acted around you was purely just because the two of you had a close bond as friends, nothing more, nothing less. Akaashi on the other hand was devastated when he noticed the drastic changes in the close bond you both shared. He noticed that whenever he walked into a room, you’d disappear. Whenever he tried to call you, you wouldn’t answer the phone and make up some excuse that you were busy. The poor guy felt like his sanity was hanging on a thread and all he wanted was to speak to you, figure out what he did wrong and at least go back to how things once were. One day, he cornered you in an empty classroom. His eyes seemed frantic and he made sure to trap you between his arms and leave no room for you to escape so he could get answers. “(Y/n), are you okay? Why have you been avoiding me? Did I do something wrong?”
It seemed like the questions that were wracking his brain kept tumbling out, and in an overwhelmed panic she stopped him. The next thing the both of them knew was that her lips were pressed to his. At first his eyes were wide and body was stiff with shock. He didn’t know how to respond, and he firmly believed that this was a dream. In her mind, she thought she had just made the biggest mistake of her life because he wasn’t responding to it, he was just standing there and embarrassment slowly started to flood her. Before she could pull away from him, his arms slackened and his hands slid down the wall beside her, eventually placing them on her hips and pulling her body flush against his while kissing her back feverishly. When the two pulled away, they were out of breath and their eyes had a dazed look in them as they locked eyes. He leaned his head against hers and sighed in relief, his arms wrapped tightly around her waist as he kept his eyes locked on hers. I think that’s when you both knew that there was no way in hell you’d let go of each other at any point in time because it really felt like you were meant to be together.
Oikawa:
You knew of Oikawa Tooru but you never actually wanted to be acquainted with him. To you he sounded like a total sleazebag, a player that loved breaking female students’ hearts left and right. Unfortunately for you, you just so happened to bump into him on Valentines day after having to reject a poor freshman. When you bumped into Oikawa, he thought that you were another girl ready to confess to him due to the box of chocolates in your hands and a smirk instantly made its way onto his face as he reached over to take the box. Your immediate response was to slap his hand away. If looks could kill, he sure as hell would be more than 6 feet under because you were not up for anyone's bullshit. Oikawa gasped in shock and retracted his hand immediately with a pout. “Hey! I know you. You’re (L/n), hmm. Aren’t you a friend of Iwa? You know, you don’t have to be embarrassed about trying to confess to me. I always appreciate a new follower.”
A mix between a scoff and a laugh of disbelief made its way out of you as you immediately shoved the box of chocolates into your bag. “Wow, I knew you were vain but I guess I underestimated just how much. If you think I have any interest in an asshole like you then you must be smoking something. I have no interest in being one of your petty little toys that you hold on a string. I refuse to be one of your little puppets that follow you around to show my undying admiration for someone as shitty as you. No wonder he calls you Shittykawa. You truly are a self centered douche.”
Oikawa’s face was burning red with embarrassment as she pushed past him and continued going to her class. He was astonished, shocked beyond any words imaginary as he stood there and tried to process what had just happened. Eventually he was brought back to his senses when Iwaizumi smacked him over the head and told him to stop staring like a dumbass and get to practice. “Iwa, How do you know (L/n)?” He asked suddenly after they walked in silence for several minutes, which was very unlike Oikawa. “I’m in the majority of her classes and she lives a block away from me. Why?”
“She’s weird. I thought she was gonna confess and then she slapped my hand and called me a douche.” Oikawa said, his tone was completely flat for once and Iwaizumi raised an eyebrow at his friend. “Yeah, well what do you expect? She has better things to do than fawn over you, Shittykawa.”
*Insert offended Oikawa noises here*
Needless to say, his first encounter with you was not exactly what he would’ve liked it to be. Slowly though he tried to fish more information out on you, he wanted to understand why you weren’t like the other girls who practically fell in love with him at first sight and why you were the way that you were in general. That meant that any time Iwaizumi would meet up with you at a park to study together or whenever you guys would spend any type of time together that Tooru would tag along. Teachers thought that you were having a blooming friendship with him though and much to your dismay you ended up getting partnered with him on a school project. You felt sick to the pit of your stomach because you truly didn’t want him to come to your home, but he kept insisting and you knew that there would be no point in trying to convince him otherwise so you gave in to his stubbornness.
You felt ashamed the moment he stepped through the front door, your parents were never home and you had to take care of your younger twin siblings. The house was a mess, and that was when he understood why you had such a cold persona around others. You wanted to distance yourself from people and push them away as much as possible in order for you to not have to go through the embarrassment of looking like a train wreck to everyone else in the circumstances that you were in as opposed to your usual well put together attitude. To your surprise though, he was patient. He jumped in on helping you clean, he even helped the twins with any homework questions they had in between working on your project together and showed no judgement. In fact, he gave you a look of understanding.
After that, you were able to tolerate him more and you allowed him to visit the twins more often while even bringing along his nephew for all of them to play together. He taught them how to play volleyball while also helping you in the kitchen when you needed it. He didn’t want to admit it, but he honestly fell in love with you because of how genuine you were. You guys flirted, but it was suffocating to him like all the other girls who flirted with him on a daily basis. He only had interest in you, and you bet your ass Iwa teased the shit out of him for it. Your project got an incredible score of 100% and the two of you celebrated together by playing some volleyball even though you were complete shit at it. He didn’t care though and had fun. You found yourselves hanging a lot more often, being around each other almost 24/7 and you even met his family at some point. They absolutely loved you, and so did he.
He tried to figure out how he’d confess to you, he wanted it to be special. He wanted it to be a moment the both of you would remember because he quite honestly couldn’t see him spending any of his time with any other girl apart from you. Of course he was extremely nervous and skeptical on how to approach it, it was a 50/50 chance of you liking him back. The thoughts left his mind when he heard your voice outside a local supermarket, asking someone to leave you alone and that immediately flipped a switch in his brain. He quickly tried to look for you and found you trying to tell some tipsy guy that you didn’t want anything to do with him to which he immediately went over with his hands tucked in his pocket.
“Hey (Y/n), everything okay?” he asked as he coldly stared at the man that had been harassing you. A quiet “Oh thank god” was whispered underneath your breath as you managed to force your way closer to Tooru. He immediately wrapped one arm around your waist and kept his eyes locked on the other older gentleman that had been bothering you. The guy smirked, “Oh nothing man, I was trying to have a chat with her and she got all bitchy. That’s all.” (Y/n) could feel his body language immediately became a lot more tense, but you quickly pulled at him and tried to evade the situation. “It’s not worth it, Tooru. Let’s just go, okay? We can get some milk bread and watch movies or something.”
“I don’t appreciate the way you talk about my (Y/n)-chan. In fact, I’d advise you to leave her alone before I make you regret even breathing the same air as her. Got that?” He spoke calmly as he gently nudged you out of the alleyway next to the store. “Hey, who the hell do you think you are? Huh? Can’t just take my woman like that, dude.” This is when you truly saw how angry Oikawa could get as all he did was throw a punch and the guy was down. You could only stare in shock at what had just unfolded in front of you. “If you ever talk about her like that again I swear I’ll make you regret you ever existed.” At that he tugged you along and when the two of you were a few blocks away you grabbed hold of his hand and inspected it. “You seriously didn’t have to go that far. I don’t care what a low life has to say about me, at least I don’t live in the streets and I’ve got a roof over my head.” He remained silent for a moment before latching his hand onto your wrist and pulling you into his chest. “I’d never let anyone do or say anything to hurt you. Remember that. I’m just sorry you had to witness me get like that. I’ll make it up to you though.”
“Oh? I think a date would be a pretty nice way to make it up to me since you insisted on calling me your (Y/n)-chan” you said, giving him a cheeky smile to which he could only reply with a teasing smirk. “Hm, seems only fair after I saved you as heroically as I did.”
“Whatever you say, douche”

Mikaelson Manor Plot Bunny
Tumblr media
This one has been bothering me all morning but note...its a rather sad one.
Caroline is a hospice nurse. She doesn't have any family, her parents have passed on and beyond her ex-husband, Stefan who left her for her best friend Elena, she does not really have anyone. She did not grow up in Mystic Falls and does not know the legend of the Mikaelson Manor.
She gets assigned to be a live in nurse for the very old Henrik Mikaelson. He is near 100 years old and is dying of old age. Caroline is there to care for him in his dying days. The Mikaelson Manor is very old and is rumored to be haunted. Around 95 years go, there was a gruesome murder in the home. Nik Mikaelson slaughtered his siblings, leaving only Henrik (who was only 5 at he time) alive.
When she arrives, she meets Henrik and a very attractive groundskeeper named Klaus, who seems oddly surprised that she is there. She feels oddly drawn to Klaus and they strike up a friendship but she notices that he is very vague about himself. She starts having feelings for him, which are obviously returned but given the fact that Henrik is dying, Caroline decides not to do anything about it: or so that is what she thinks.
One day, Henrik starts to rally and Caroline knows that he is going to die within the next few days. Henrik confesses to Caroline that he remembers the murder, and tells her that it wasn't Nik that killed them all; but his father Mikael.
Mikael went on a rampage and killed his entire family when he learned his wife had an affair and that Nik (who is about 24 in this) was not his son. Henrik had hid and when Mikael couldn't find him, he killed himself but not before leaving a note detailing his crimes, but signed it as though he was Nik. No one believed Henrik, stating that he was confused at what happened and eventually stopped speaking of it.
Caroline, unsure what to do with the information, calls Stefan who is a lawyer. Stefan comes out and is able to take the confession, before turning it over to the police.
After Stefan leave, Klaus comes to her and thanks her. Not understanding what he meant, he clarifies that he is thanking her for clearing his name. Turns out (and I'm sure ya'll guessed) but Klaus is not alive, but a ghost who is haunting the Mikaelson Manor. He was never able to cross over and spent the last 95 years looking after his younger brother, and watched how the town vilified him in his death. Once Henrik dies, Klaus says she should finally be able to find peace and was thankful that he could at least see his name being cleared.
Caroline wonders why she is able to see him and that no one else, even Henrik could. Klaus tells her that his mother, Esther, had dabbled in magic and that she had once told him the concept of soulmates. The reason Caroline can see Klaus is because her soul is connected to him, despite them being born over a 100 years apart.
When Henrik dies, both Klaus and Caroline are there with him and she gets to watch them reunite, and fade away, leaving Caroline sitting alone with Henrik's body, believing that she would never see Klaus again.
She ends up going home, and in the days that past she reads Henrik's obituary that is connected to the story about his death bed confession. In the paper is a picture of Klaus from the early 1900s, exactly as she remembered him.
On the day of Henrik's funeral, Caroline decides that she does not want to go, but later regrets it and decides to visit his fresh grave. When she is there, she is surprised to see Klaus standing there, looking rather angry at her.
Turns out, on her way to the graveyard, she was hit by a drunk driver and killed instantly on sight. Klaus is there to greet her and help her cross over.
But is not pleased about it because he wanted her to live a long an happy life
In the end, Klaus holds out his hand and Caroline crosses over with him, knowing that perhaps she could at least spend the rest of eternity with Klaus.

Fate and Phantasms #196
Tumblr media
Today on Fate and Phantasms we're building the last of the Three Goddesses Alliance, Ereshkigal! (It took her long enough to show up.)
Eresh is a Grave Cleric for relatively obvious reasons, as it lets her do pretty much everything she does- raise the dead, care for the dead, raise the dead properly, cause earthquakes, and start pandemics. Maybe don't do that last one right now, we're kinda busy with one already. It's a shame Soul Cage is a wizard spell, but pobody's nerfect.
Check out her build breakdown below the cut, or her character sheet over here!
Next up: Now all of China knows you're on the naughty list.
Race and Background
Ereshkigal is part chthonic god, part human thanks to being a pseudoservant, that means Fallen Aasimar is a pretty good choice for her. You get Darkvision, Celestial Resistance to radiant and necrotic damage, Healing Hands to heal with your hands, and the Light cantrip to help the mortals with their dumb mortal eyes, using Charisma to cast it.
She's also the Three Goddess' Representative on behalf of humanity, trying to squirrel some away to prevent them from being entirely wiped out. This gives her proficiency with Intimidation and Religion, as well as an extended spell list we'll go over as it comes up. If you're wondering about the Intimidation: Yes the fandom thinks she's cute now, but you have to remember she's still a god of death. Most people aren't going to be as chill with her.
Ability Scores
Wisdom is first, Ereshkigal spent millennia honing her art alone in the underworld, so either she has a super high wisdom or an incredibly low one. But high wisdom works better for the build, so we'll go with that. Second is Charisma- some people love you, some people are terrified of you, those are both charisma. Your Dexterity is also solid, because your armor is not. Your Constitution is above average because while we don't need it for the build have you SEEN her HP stat? Your Intelligence is okay. You're not dumb, we just need other stuff more. Finally, dump Strength. You're a bit awkward with that spear, but we'll get some stuff to make it work later.
Class Levels
You're 100% Grave Cleric, so we'll just get into it. Starting off in this subclass gets you proficiency with Wisdom and Charisma saves, as well as Persuasion to show off your awkward charms and History because you're literally older than the written word. At first level you also enter the Circle of Mortality, so your healing spells automatically heal for max HP on creatures with 0 HP, and you get a suped-up version of the Spare the Dying cantrip that uses a bonus action and has a thirty foot range. You also get Eyes of the Grave, meaning you can sense undead creatures within 60' of you if they're not behind cover. It won't tell you about their identity though, so make sure you don't pick a fight with Strahd, you're still only level one. You can do this Wisdom modifier times per long rest. Starting in a spellcasting class also gets you Spells, surprise surprise, and having a Ravnica background gets you even more. Being a grave cleric gets you Bane and False Life for free, giving you easy access to curses and HP boosts early in the game. Something I want to bring up about the ravnica background before we move forward: I misread how these backgrounds work before. They add spells to your class' spell list, not your spells known. That means builds where you pick spells every level only get the opportunity to learn those spells, they don't just get all of them for free. Clerics can prepare spells from their spell list every long rest anyway so it's not a big difference here, but it is something I'll have to go back and fix for the other members of the alliance and Ishtar. Anyways, you get Illusory Script added to your spell list, not exactly something you'll probably use. For spells you can actually choose, grab Resistance for a goddess core that adds 1d4 to your next save, Thaumaturgy for when you need to get dramatic with extra magical effects, and Toll the Dead to do just that for some necrotic damage. You can also choose to prepare spells like Command to flex your authority and Protection from Evil and Good to flex on your sister.
Second level clerics can Channel Divinity once per short rest in two flavors. Turn Undead takes care of undead that fail their wisdom save, and Path to the Grave will clear out anything else. Spend your action to curse a creature, giving vulnerability to the next attack that hits it. Rules as written you can't target a mountain with this, and you definitely can't get the bonus for an Earthquake spell, but I'd allow it for the cool factor. Alternatively, you can Harness Divine Power to spend one use of Channel Divinity for an extra spell slot which is a level equal to or less than half your proficiency bonus. You can do this once per long rest, but that will grow as your Channel Divinity uses do.
Usually your third level doesn't get you much of anything as a cleric, but since you're a fallen aasimar you get a Necrotic Shroud, spending an action to get really spooky for a minute. Mechanically, this is your big ghostly form, and it'll frighten nearby creatures that fail a charisma save, and for the minute you're transformed you'll deal an extra bit of necrotic damage once per turn. You can go ghost once per long rest. You also get second level spells now, including your freebies Gentle Repose to prevent people from rising back as zombies and Ray of Enfeeblement, which weakens a creature's weapon attacks for up to a minute. They can make a constitution save to shrug it off, but not until the after the spell's already hit, so at least you'll get your money's worth. Thanks to your background you can also learn the spell Enthrall, making it harder for people to notice anyone but you. As someone who's existed in this fandom for any period of time, I can confirm Ereshkigal definitely has this ability. You can also prepare spells like Spiritual Weapon to have a spear that actually hits good and Protection from Poison for more goddess core shenanigans. Finally, make sure you pick up Silence. I'm still not entirely sure how we'll build Tiamat, but that should help shut off her immortality.
At fourth level you get your first Ability Score Improvement, which won't actually be improving your ability scores. grab the Eldritch Adept feat for the Armor of Shadows invocation so you can cast mage armor on yourself for free. You also learn how to cast Friends to make it easier to make friends and terrify your enemies.
Fifth level clerics get third level spells, including your freebies Revivify and Vampiric Touch. You're the god of the dead, so people should only really die when you want them to. Alternatively, you can Animate Dead to summon some skeletons for your own uses. You can also use Spirit Guardians to get more ghostly defenses. They'll slow down creatures of your choice in your area, and if they fail wisdom save they'll take radiant and/or necrotic damage, with it getting halved if they succeed.
At sixth level you get a second use of Channel Divinity per short rest, and a second use of Harness Divine Power per long rest. You also become a Sentinel at Death's Door, shutting down a critical hit near you as a reaction, turning it into a regular attack Wisdom Modifier times per long rest. Sure, you can bring people back later, but this is way less expensive.
Seventh level clerics get fourth level spells, like Blight and Death Ward. It is really hard for flowers to grow in the underworld. You can also use Leomund's Secret Chest thanks to your background, or you can prepare Banishment to throw Tiamat back where she came from, use Guardian of Faith for more ghosts, and leave an Aura of Purity around you to give your allies the blessings of Kur.
Eighth level clerics get another ASI, and this one will improve your ability scores. Kinda. We're grabbing another feat, but being Shadow Touched will improve your Wisdom by one point. It lets you cast Invisibility or Disguise Self once per long rest for free, or you can cast either spell as if it were a normal spell on your spell list. Now you can really make yourself look ghostly, if a bit undersized for your boss fight. Your destroy undead also bumps up to hit CR 1 creatures, but that'll blow up your skeletons as well, so be careful with it. Finally, Potent Spellcasting adds your wisdom modifier to your cleric cantrip damage. Nobody can toll the dead harder than the god of the dead.
Ninth level cleric, fifth level spells. Antilife Shell prevents anyone from getting too close to you, though it also means you can't get close to them without breaking the spell. It's almost poetic. Anyway, you also get Raise Dead, which is like revivify but with a more lenient time frame. You can also instigate your very own christmas event now with Contagion! This spell poisons a target, and at the end of each of its turns it has to make a Constitution save. After succeeding three throws, the spell ends. If it fails three throws, it gets a disease for the rest of the week. The closest thing to Sumerian Flu is probably Filth Fever, which gives disadvantage on saves, checks, and attacks that use strength, but there's all sorts of diseases you can give people. Technically this isn't a contagious disease, but talk to your DM, I'm sure you can work something out. You can also use Hallow to turn your room into a little slice of the underworld, shutting down your sister even further.
Tenth level clerics can invoke Divine Intervention with a 1 in 10 chance of getting a free favor from your god. Your god is you, technically, but it'll make more sense later. You can use this once per day, but it takes a week to recharge after it actually works. You can also cast the Light cantrip now. You could do it before, but now it's stronger.
Destroy Undead grows to hit CR 2 undead, and you can cast sixth level spells. Create Undead makes stronger undead for your army. Sadly dinosaur skeletons aren't available, so you'll just have to settle for ghouls. At higher levels you still won't get dinosaurs, but you can get ghasts, wights, and even mummies! Just be careful you don't stop recasting the spell, mummy rot can be rough. You can also summon a Heroes' Feast for more blessings from Kur, and you can take on an Otherworldly Form for another ghost transformation. This spell makes you immune to fire and poison damage as well as the poisoned condition. You can fly 40' per round, get +2 to AC, and you can attack with weapons using your wisdom twice per attack action. You're stuck with the UA version of this spell, so it takes an action, but on the plus side this just gives you an excuse to use Spiritual Weapon more.
Use this ASI to bump up your Constitution for more health. Health gets added retroactively, so you get +12 HP now instead of just +1. It's pretty nice.
Seventh level spells! Resurrection further cements your control over death with a time limit of a century, and you can also Plane Shift yourself (or an enemy) into the underworld.
Destroy Undead hits CR 3 creatures now. Not even mummies can stand up to your power!
Fifteenth level clerics get eight level spells. If silence won't keep Tiamat down, Antimagic Field should do the trick. The one problem there is it's only a 10' sphere around you, and you rely on magic way more than Tiamat does. You can also cause Earthquakes, turning a very large area into difficult terrain, disrupting concentration, knocking creatures prone, and destroying structures in the area. The one problem here is that you can't fly, so be careful where you're pointing that thing.
Yet another ASI. Use this one to finally max out your Wisdom for super strong spells and better protection from crits.
If you make it to level 17, you get the super powerful ninth level spells. Also, Destroy Undead hits CR 4 creatures, and you become a Keeper of Souls, stealing away some of a dying enemy's soul to heal an ally based on the creature's hit dice once per turn. Right though, ninth level spells. True Resurrection brings someone back even if they've been disintegrated 199 years ago. It's expensive, but you can always grab some gems from your sister if you're pressed for cash. The benefits of sharing a body.
At eighteenth level you get a third Channel Divinity and another use of Harness Divine Power. Really get those paths to the grave filled, it's kind of your thing.
Use your last ASI to grab the Tough feat for 38 HP now and another 2 next level. You have one of the highest HP stats in the game, this only makes sense.
Your capstone level is an improvement to your Divine Intervention. You know how I keep bringing up multiclassing as a con when we include cleric levels? This is why. Your divine intervention now always succeeds. Period. I mean, it makes sense. You are the god giving you power. But yeah, you get guaranteed god-level power freely given as an action. You truly have the power of god and anime on your side.
Pros and Cons
Pros:
Clerics have a good variety of spells, and you take it even further with your background. You can heal but you're not completely hosed on your own like Medea Lily, you can deal damage and still do stuff outside of combat unlike your sister, and you have utility without your build being dominated by it like Hundred Personas.
You might not be good in a one on one fight, but you don't get into those that often thanks to your skeleton army. If you just dedicate harnessing divine power to keeping them in line, you can have nine extra bodies on the field to turn the action economy in your favor.
Even when we're not talking about spells, you're still really supportive of your team. Shutting down critical hits and stabilizing your allies quickly will seriously improve the longevity of your party.
Cons:
Dabbling in so many areas of magic means you're unfocused, so you won't excel in any one. You won't heal as much as Medea, deal as much damage as Ishtar, or be a skill monkey like Hundred Personas.
You also rely on magic completely for combat, which means stepping into an anti-magic zone can be deadly. This is especially bad for you, since an anti-magic zone will probably be the best way to deal with Tiamat.
You might have an undead army, but your best spells are area of effect and you're a cleric. Destroy Undead is kind of a big deal for you.

Everyone here is wondering what Kit did while I'm wondering what the hell David Mitchell did?? Like obviously I'm not expecting you to share the story bc it sounds like it's private, but I did not expect him to be a dick? Or well, it doesn't 100% surprise me because you never know about men or comedians, but his wife is super cool and I thought she'd have good taste!
He wrote a really shitty piece about my brother when he won the lottery that was unnecessarily bullying and elitist and very much demonstrated his badly-disguised disdain for people who are poor or on welfare (he thinks they're scumbags, FYI). The piece basically (and through his very thin cover of being a decent guy or whatever) sarcastically mocked my brother for stating his intention to use his winnings to help people (which he has done, over and over and over) and for going public with his win in the first place (when he was FORCED to go public because someone who worked with him at Amazon found out and TOLD everyone and Amazon briefed it out to every distribution centre in the entire country, which meant we had to go public because Camelot handles all of the press if you do and basically protects you from having the Daily Mail turn up at your door, which they TRIED to do anyway, and my brother has such extreme anxiety issues that it would have been a nightmare). My brother had been a fan of David Mitchell and was having a horrific mental health week on account of all the unwanted attention/harrassment/jealous "friends" turning on him for literally no reason/imposter syndrome already and it really hurt his feelings. Like this man had never written an article about the lottery before and TOOK ISSUE with the fact that my brother is a decent person? PRICK.
DM also slated the National Lottery as a piece of shit organisation in general, which is just like a typical elisit-prick-Tory-pretending-to-not-be-a-Tory twat would do. See, it's the National Lottery that is funding THOUSANDS of arts, sports, health, environmental, education and charity organisations all across this country, and they do that because the government won't. That article didn't just make shitty bullying assumptions about my wonderful, generous, kind, deserving brother, it demonstrated exactly what kind of prick David Mitchell is, which is someone who thinks that he is better than everyone else, and once you notice that about him it becomes very easy to see through the veneer of his many "funny angry rants," so basically I hate David Mitchell and if I ever have the misfortune to meet the man I absolutely WILL shit-talk him to his face. I am very very good at forgiving people with one exeception and that exception is anyone who goes for my baby brother. When it is my brother who is hurt it makes me feral.

It's a scent that stops him in the middle of the street, blaring alarms through every inch of his body—thick and sweet, intoxicating, like the richest chocolates and tenderest meats. For a second, it brings him back to his days in the castle; feasts coating tables upon tables in every decadence he could imagine. He hasn't felt that kind of indulgence in a long time.
Jungwon is immediately aware of his instincts overcoming him; he knows what the smell is, he's smelled it coming off the other boys enough times to be familiar with it. But not this strong. Never this strong.
His head swims. Stars cloud his vision, and yet everything is ten times brighter, more crisp; his senses sharpened, sensitivity heightened. Jungwon battles with himself for a moment, there, on the side of the road, watching the car with the contents of it's driver's seat smelling so delectably like food as it drives by; no, no, don't give in, don't succumb, you've made it so far already, just hold on a little bit longer—but the gut-wrenching hunger inside him is like none he's ever faced before.
It tears at him, the unbearable hunger, the emptiness; twists his insides into knots and makes him double over against the brick wall beside him. He doesn't want to give in, doesn't want to take, doesn't want to hurt—but he's so, so hungry, and it smells so, so good and he just can't take it anymore. It's a kind of longing that burns him from the inside out, and maybe... maybe it wouldn't hurt, to... to give in, just this once.
He's hungry. He needs food. Really, when he thinks about it for long enough, rationalizes it in his mind, that's all there is to it. Lions don't feel bad when they hunt gazelle, do they?
(Something is different here, though. Lions, unlike vampires, will stop. Lack of food will make their body grow cold, their energy sapped until there is nothing left; they grow tired, bodies moving slower and slower, until they breath their last breath. Vampires do not. Vampires will not stop. The hunger depletes them, eats at them, and then when it can eat no more it consumes them completely—writhing black hole taken ghastly, human shape. Death evades them, and so they become death in it's place—emptiness so great it would eat the whole world if it could.)
So, with his resolve melting as his hunger rages, Jungwon presses onward—taking advantage of the scenery's sudden clarity to slink towards the moving car at a truly frightening pace. Plus, it could be... fun, he finds himself thinking; fun, to play around a bit, see how much fear he can truly instill. In the past, Jay and Sunghoon's jokes to Sunoo to "not play with his food" when me mentioned spooking his victims the tiniest bit before feeding had left Jungwon feeling sick to his stomach—but now, the idea doesn't seem so bad.
A voice in Jungwon's head (the more logical Jungwon; the one that isn't starving, the one that's still on the edge of rational) tells him, you're being stupid, as he throws caution to the wind and teleports directly in front of the car. Someone could see you, do you even have any idea what you're doing? But the voice of hunger rises above all others, and Jungwon, smirking at the screech of tires on asphalt as the car skids to a stop in front of him, tells the voice, it's dark out, and we're in an abandoned part of the city; who, really, do you think could see us?
The voice protests, but the drone of Jungwon's hunger drowns it out. He feels cool metal on the palms of his hands, hears the metallic clang of his boots against the car's hood. The trembling of the man inside tinges his nerves with delight.
He raises his finger to his lips in a single gesture, shhh, and wonders if his eyes gleam red.
Thoughts run one by one through his mind, though they are fleeting, like mice; skittering into the darkness as soon as he catches sight of them. He should have listened to the hyungs, he should have been more careful, he shouldn't have waited this long—he knows the consequences of vampires going too long without blood from Sunghoon's stories, how could he have been so stupid?
But it all fades, irrelevant, in face of what sits before him now—food. A meal. Satiation, finally, an end to his hunger. He can feel his conscience slipping away more and more as the moments pass, the little Jungwon in his head letting go of it's logic.
It is with this quieting of the rational voice and sudden booming of the instinctual one that Jungwon teleports himself to the back seat of the man's car. It doesn't take long for him to be noticed—even the lack of his reflection in the rear view mirror cannot disguise the creak of expensive leather and the sigh he lets out.
"Jesus Christ--" the man nearly shouts, car jolting forward as he slams on the breaks. Jungwon doesn't flinch. He turns to look over his shoulder and meets an unblinking vermillion stare. "W-what the hell are you, kid?"
"Go on, guess," he says, brow raised. "I have all night."
Though even as he speaks, Jungwon knows the statement is a lie—he's the closest to the man, the closest to a human he's ever been since turning, no plexiglass or metal barrier between them—the smell of the man's racing heart and pumping blood chokes his senses like smoke, so thick he can barely breath. Jungwon doesn't know how long he'll be able to hold out—but he can feel how the seconds tick by, as if there's a pocket watch embedded in his skull. Tick. Tick. Tick. Tick.
Agonizing. Even so, Jungwon delights in the fear, the rabbit-quick pace of the man's heart. Equally as amused as he is overwhelmed, he decides that quickening it a little more won't hurt, and smirks, doing well to lick over his fangs in perfect line with the man's eyesight.
"Shit--" Eyes widen comically, and breath grows shaky with the reckless fumbling at car door handles in an effort to escape, pure, cold fear jolting through bones and bringing goosebumps to unsettled skin. It's useless, though; because all the doors lock, jammed shut, and the most he can do is huddle as close to the door as he can, as far away as possible from the boy with glowing eyes suddenly perched in his passenger seat.
"Surprised?" Jungwon asks with a grin.
The man gulps. "Th-this isn't happening," he mumbles, eyes focussed somewhere off in space, past Jungwon. "This can't be happening to me. This... this is impossible."
"Oh, it's very possible," hums Jungwon. "You'd be surprised to find out how much is." And he smirks wide again. He probably looks like a madman, but he doesn't care. He can taste the man's blood on the air.
"Please, don't kill me," he whispers. "W-whatever it is you want, I'll do it, just-- I don't wanna die. Please."
Any other day, the pleading would have gotten to him—any other day, Jungwon would have cried and screamed and torn at his own skin at the prospect of ever killing anyone, let alone drinking from them. But now, the logical him (the human him, he thinks for a moment) has been tucked into the deepest recesses of his mind, and the sound is like music to his ears.
"H-have mercy," the man stutters quietly.
Jungwon tilts his head. Mercy? a voice in his head whispers. It is a voice he hardly sees himself in, and yet it consumes him completely. There is no mercy. You are only prey.
It's funny how suddenly it hits him—how long he's waited for this, and how he can't stand to wait a second more. Faster than lightning Jungwon blinks on top of the man, pinning him down; the protests (physical as well as verbal) make no difference to him. He searches for a carotid artery with shaking fingers and, once he finds it, sinks his teeth in with a groan.
The car swerves in a panic, and the sound of it crashing into a streetlight is a distant ringing in Jungwon's mind. Everything is muffled, as if he's been thrust underwater, and he might as well have, with the way the smell and taste of blood blooms around him, inside him. He feels himself wanting more, needing more, craving more, the hunger never-ending as he sinks his teeth even further into his victim's neck.
Nothing else matters in that moment, and he knows, now, he knows what the others were talking about—how good it feels to feed when you've starved for so long.
His victim loses consciousness soon after that, but still Jungwon drinks. He can't find it in him to stop—it tastes so, so good and he's still so, so hungry, and it seems his hunger only grows the more he feeds; every bit of blood he drains, the sickness and lethargy drains away with it, leaving a hunger larger than he had known behind. Eyes closed, the world spins around him, and Jungwon can feel himself slowly revitalizing as he drinks, and drinks, and drinks, and drinks.
Jungwon loses track of time the longer he sits there.
The hunger is less ravaging, now, only a low growl in the back of his throat; and soon it peters out entirely. The body under him has grown cold—it's warmth taking new ownership. He feels the stolen blood and pulse humming under his skin.
There is plenty to worry about, he knows—plenty things he should, realistically, care more about than he does. But for the life of him he can't pick out what they are, buried beneath layers of cotton he doesn't care to reach through.
His mind is heavy with fullness, and heavy with sleep, and for the second time that day a little voice in the corner of it urges him to just give in—so he does.

PRETEND
LAW AND ROBIN HAS BEEN LIVING RENT FREE IN MY HEAD FOR MONTHS I JUST HAVE TO KEEP WRITING BOUT THEM UNTIL IM SATISFIED🍂🍂
Tumblr media
“Nico-ya” Trafalgar Law walked towards the now sun tanning archeologist. He won't tell this to anybody but the StrawHat pirates' Archeologist had captured his attention from the very start. Her captivating looks aside, her charm, calm and collected personality trait made her stand out from the rest of her crew. Amongst the rowdy and incendiary of her nakamas she was more sensible, wise, smart and nubile in every way. Okay maybe he was just being biased but he certainly would rather be around Nico Robin more than anyone else right now.
Robin turned to see the captain of the Heart pirates and their now trusted ally. “Law-kun?” she acknowledged him with a smile. Something about the introverted man provoked her thoughts often and she was still deciding if she liked it or not.
“I'd like to discuss something with you before we reach Dressrosa” He said, trying hard not to stare at her very exposed body. He admit that she was a very attractive woman.
“Dressrosa is known as a country of love and affection and while I am a very wanted man once I step foot there. We all need disguises and roles once we reach there.”
“Where are you going with this?” Robin asked
“I'd like us to pretend that we’re married when we reach Dressrosa” Law spit his words out as fast as he could, trying to hide the embarrassment on his face. He was basically asking the most attractive woman he’d ever met to play pretend in an intimate way.
Robin was taken aback by his proposal and she had anticipated anything but that.
“Fufufufu, don't you think our navigator, Nami would be more suitable for this role, Law-kun?”
Law frowned at her assumption, why would she think that the loud and violent woman would be a good partner for him.
“I rather not..choose..her” Law said, “No offence”
“If i would be of help then of course i don't mind roleplaying with you Law-kun but I have to warn you that i might be boring company to you.” a teasing tone laced her reply,
“Rest assured i think you’re far from boring Nico-ya”
TIME SKIP
“Will this outfit be okay?” Robin came out of the room that she and Law had booked to share.
Tumblr media
Law looked at the woman before him and wondered what magic she had cast upon him, never was he so attracted to a woman nor was he EVER easily awed. He wasn’t interested in this particular thing anyway so why was he so intrigued by Nico Robin of all people.
“Yes, you look good. Now let's go. We’ll be making a stop at a tavern to get some information about the guards here.”
Robin and Law left their room and went to walk in town and right away she noticed his awkwardness by how his body language was so stiff.
“ Am I making you uncomfortable Law-kun?” Robin asked concerned, she was starting to be insecure and thought that he definitely should have chosen Nami instead.
“Wha? What! No!” he stuttered. “It’s just I'm not around women, ever.”
Robin laughed from relief, “Well if we’re supposed to be married we should act more like a couple right?” with that she closed all the gap between both of them and took his arms and interlocked it with hers. Law’s eyes widened at her actions and the fact that his arms was literally squeezed against her big breasts
“Oi! Whaa”
“Oh look! That's' the tavern, it's quite big isn’t it.” Robin interrupted him and proceeded to drag the captain towards the building.
“It looks like where all the ruffians would gather” he replied
IN THE TAVERN
Law was about to dissect all the men in the tavern, if he thought the strawhat’s cook was terrible these men were 100 times worse.
“Are you alone beautiful? Why not you join me and my men back there!” a sluggish man slumped himself beside Robin. She ignored his presence entirely to which the man didn't take kindly for it.
“Oi woman you either sit with us willingly or I'll drag you there personally and make you into our crew’s slave.” he threatened.
“I’m sorry mister but..” Robin stood up and leaned against where Law was sitting, he had already gripped his sword ready to cut him to pieces. Robin settled in on Law and sat down on his lap to his fucking surprise.  “I’m married  and my husband will cut you into thousands of  pieces if you insist on talking to me that way, am i right dear?”  Robin turned and gave him the sweetest smile she could and he played along with her, kinda.
“If you don't leave my sight now I'll scatter your body parts across the New World.”
It took Law one look to send the barbaric man scurrying away muttering strings of curses.
“You’re such a protective husband, thank you Law-kun” Robin said and gave him a kiss across the cheek. Law blushed profusely and gave her an astounded look  “Ara….looks like i got carried away with our acting, my apologies Law-kun fufufu”
"You seem to enjoy yourself Nico-ya but I don't mind it if it's with you." he said cooly regaining his composure.
"In fact i'm glad that it's you Law-kun. Bar-tender, keep the drinks coming for my husband” a smirk formed onto his face.
Things were going to get ugly soon he might as well enjoy himself as much as he could. What an amazing way to be doing so with the one and only Nico Robin. He returned her play and wrapped one arm around her waist while she stayed put comfortably on his lap. He buried his face in her neck and breathed the floral scent that she naturally has.
Perfect, even if it is temporary.

Dorian chatted aimlessly as he waited for Krem to grab his lunch, Dorian gripping his own loosely and swinging the bag gently at his side. Once Krem was ready, the two men crossed through the office on their way to the cafe. As they passed a large set of frosted glass doors, Dorian heard soft music coming from within. He slowed his pace as he listened, trying to recognize the song.
“What is it?” Krem asked, several feet ahead.
“Oh, nothing, I just…” Dorian drifted off as he read the name on the doors. “I’ve never seen Cullen outside his office. Not in the break room or the cafe.”
Krem scoffed, “Yeah, he doesn’t leave that room. I don’t know if he takes breaks at all. Maybe he just likes to be alone during his breaks? I don’t know, honestly.”
Dorian hummed in acknowledgement, still focused on putting a finger on the strangely familiar music he could faintly hear. After a moment of silence, Krem started walking again.
“You coming?” he called back.
“Yes, I’ll just be a moment. I’ll meet you there.”
Krem shrugged and went off to meet up with their other lunch buddies.
Dorian kept staring at the frosted doors, reading the lettering over and over. Cullen Rutherford, Director of Architecture. Not his boss, per se, but absolutely a few positions over him.
Is it even worth asking? Dorian wondered. I suppose it couldn’t hurt, despite the likelihood of him refusing.
So with a shrug and a confident smile, Dorian drummed a knuckle against the glass and waited for a response. He heard the music stop and Cullen clear his throat before uttering a quiet “enter”.
Dorian opened the door slowly and peaked his head in first. “Mr. Rutherford? Do you have a moment?”
Cullen reeled a little at the formality. “Oh, yes, please, have a seat. And just ‘Cullen’ is fine.”
“Right, Cullen…” Dorian murmured as he sat, taking in the decor. “You have a lovely office, very cosy.” he remarked, noting each side wall had floor to ceiling bookshelves, each nearly full.
Cullen nodded in agreement, shifting the things on his desk.
“Did you do something different with it since I was here last month?”
Cullen chuckled, “No, never.” he looked up from his organization for his eyes to lock with Dorian’s, immediately thrown off course. “Uh, I mean, I have it the way I like it. Maybe, um, it needs something new, I’m not a trinket person, but maybe something. Bookends?”
Dorian grinned, “Maybe.”
After a long quiet moment, Cullen cleared his throat again. “Anyway, sorry, what did you need to talk to me about?”
As he casually glanced around the room once more, Dorian said plainly, “A few of us have formed a… ‘lunch club’, I suppose, where we all go out together or sit in the cafe at lunch and just chat. I was wondering if you wanted to join us today. I know you usually eat in here by yourself.”
Cullen sighed and rubbed at the back of his neck, eyes on his desk, “I usually don’t eat. If I’m honest. There’s really no time, I have so much shi--”
Dorian looked at him with a slight smirk, brow quirked.
“...work. A lot of work to do. I’m sorry, maybe I can find time some other...time.”
Dorian could see that Cullen didn’t really want to refuse, but also felt too awkward.
“Is it the group? I promise there’s only, like, five of us, myself included. You’re never intruding.”
The blond cringed a little, “Maybe? I-I don’t know, I’m not much of a people person, I really--”
“What if it was just you and me?” Dorian cut him off gently.
Cullen’s mouth remained open as his eyes got wider. He quickly took Dorian up and down, then gulped.
Dorian chuckled, “I’ll let you think about it, how about that?”
As he opened the door to leave and find Krem, Dorian turned back and said in a soft tone, “I would really enjoy your company.”
The last thing he saw before shutting the door behind him was a slight blush on Cullen’s cheeks.
---
After a couple of days with no answer, Dorian decided to take it upon himself to buy an extra burrito bowl for Cullen, taking notes from Josephine on what he might like.
“He only comes to the break room when I bring in my pastries.” She had said. “He waits until everyone in the office has had one, then he comes out and takes whatever’s left. He asks me about the sugar cookies sometimes. They’re just butter and sugar, a little vanilla. He seems to like simple flavors, but he’s eaten almost everything I’ve made.”
Playing it safe, Dorian got a very basic bowl without extras, hoping the flavors would be inoffensive.
Once he got back to the office, he went straight to Cullen’s office and knocked, not waiting for a response before barging in. He knew Cullen would be in there, and he wasn’t giving him an option, Cullen was going to eat.
Cullen looked up from his screen with surprise, shocked to see Dorian with two bowls.
“Time for lunch.” Dorian said, placing Cullen’s dish in front of him with a fork and napkin.
Cullen tried to say something, but Dorian cut him off.
“Nope, eat.”
Dorian sat in the adjacent chair and began digging in, only stopping to gesture for Cullen to do the same.
The blond took a tentative bite, humming as he pointed with his fork. “This is really good, but I feel bad. You didn’t have to--”
“I certainly didn’t, but I chose to. And I’d hate to see it go to waste, so don’t feel bad, just eat it.”
Cullen, thrown off guard by Dorian’s bluntness, simply shut up and ate, muttering a quiet “thank you” through bites.
“You’re very welcome. Having work to do is no reason to starve yourself.” Dorian watched with a smile as Cullen clearly enjoyed his meal.
"I'd hardly say I starve myself," Cullen said under his breath. When Dorian gave a skeptical look, he elaborated, "I just, you know, make sure I have a big breakfast, and I eat an apple or something throughout the day. I try to be healthy."
"Skipping meals isn't healthy, darling." Dorian purred to avoid sounding judgemental.
Cullen blushed at being worried over. "No, you're right."
After a long pause, Cullen sheepishly asked, "Mind if I switch on some music?"
"Feel free," Dorian waved dismissively.
Soothing, almost romantic jazz was the first thing to play, Cullen flailing at the keyboard to skip it. "Woah, okay, how about something else?" He laughed nervously.
"No no, I quite enjoy jazz, if you don't mind." Dorian reached over and softly grabbed Cullen's hand to stop him, Cullen looking to their hands and blushing.
"Oh, sure. T-That's fine…"
They simply ate as the song played, Dorian suddenly realizing Cullen was done with his meal.
"Oh, you eat fast, don't you?" Dorian remarked, finally taking in Cullen’s physique. He was muscular, but not ripped; defined, but not toned; sturdy, but not 100% muscle. He was...
"Oh I--" Cullen looked down at his bowl and scrapped every last bit of rice out, "yeah, I'm used to not having a ton of time, I guess."
"I love a man with appetite." He didn't mean to sigh that last word, but Dorian let it slip, immediately clearing his throat in embarrassment.
Cullen swallowed roughly, but just went back to the last statement, "I probably shouldn't eat so fast or I'll mess up my metabolism. And I am getting older…"
Dorian scoffed, "Older? What are you, twenty-six?"
Cullen laughed, "Yeah, I wish. Try thirty-six."
"Are you calling me 'older', Cullen?" Dorian crossed his arms.
Cullen blushed, "W-What, no! I...how old are you?"
"Thirty-seven."
Cullen rolled his eyes, "Oh, please, older than me, maybe, but not older."
Dorian glanced down at Cullen's left hand. "Thirty-six and no wife?"
"Hey, I could ask you the same." Cullen shrunk in his seat; clearly this was a point of contention.
Dorian smirked, "I'm gay, darling."
"Oh…" Cullen blushed a little, "Well, no husband, then?"
Dorian crossed his legs and sat back, "I needed a break after my last boyfriend. He was a bit much: prissy, self-absorbed, disagreeable; it didn't work. We just had too much in common."
Cullen gave a hardy laugh, "I don't think you're disagreeable in the slightest, I think you're very pleasant."
Dorian smiled and tutted with a dismissive wave of the hand.
"And quite handsome, plenty of reason to be self-absorbed."
Taken aback, Dorian looked up with hopeful eyes, looking onto a completely innocent face dawning a sweet smile. Dorian grinned back, "Good of you to notice."
---
As he worked diligently, Dorian's focus was broken by someone sitting on the corner of his desk, arms crossed. He looked up, expecting Krem ready to head to lunch, but instead saw his newest lunch companion, blond curls less contained than usual.
"Ah, Cullen, out of your cave. What can I do for you, my friend?" He turned his chair and crossed his legs.
Cullen smiled softly but avoided Dorian's eyes. "I was wondering--I know it's lunch and you probably have plans to go out already but," his eyes darted up occasionally to check he wasn't losing Dorian's attention, "I was wondering if later, after work, you'd like to go to dinner with me."
The entire room went silent. The click-clacking of keyboards stopped, the fax machine stopped buzzing, and the water cooler stopped bubbling. Out of nowhere, eyes started peering over cubical walls, and people casually migrated in Dorian's direction.
He watched them all from the corner of his eye as everyone in the room waited for his answer. Cullen didn't leave his office, he didn't talk to his coworkers, and he didn't respond to flirting, from anyone.
Until now.
Dorian tried to keep his gulp subtle and quiet. He chuckled awkwardly before responding, "That...that sounds really nice. I'd love to."
The room started moving again, noises continued and people went back to their places.
Cullen grinned, "Great! That's...I'm…" he breathed a calming breath, "I'm so glad."
Laughing im relief, Dorian shook his head before taking a long moment to simply look into Cullen’s eyes. Golden and kind.
Cullen stared back, soft smile still present. "Well," he cleared his throat before standing, "I should get back to work. I'll see you tonight?"
Before Dorian could respond, his hand was in Cullen's, knuckles up, and eyes locked with the blond as he placed a gentle kiss to each one.
"I'm buying this time," Cullen whispered.

Hello love,
Congratulations for the 800 followers! You absolutely deserve this and so much more! I'm happy to see how your blog grows and that you're still providing all of us with wonderful content. You're one of the first blogs that I've started to follow here on Tumblr and I'm so lucky to have found your blog ♡
As for your celebration event, could I please request a 🍨 vanilla milkshake with a male Peaky Blinders Character?
I'm more on the curvy side (and insecure about it) and I'm ALWAYS wearing black (which I love, no matter what others say or even more if they object). As for my personality, I'm a highly complex, paradox and complicated individium. I'm unbelievable patient, timid, awkward, kind, forgiving, open-minded, compassionate, thruthful, gentle and calm and I've been told that I have a calming effect on others, that I can easily ground anyone and anything, no matter how troubled their mind is. I prefer vintage over modern things. I think rather deep which often leads me to overthinking everything, which in turn leads me to doubting (very much) myself. You would be surprised how timid and reserved I am, I'm sure you wouln't notice me in a room full of people if it wouldn't be for my different appearance (but I like it this way). I'm always well-meaning, yet often misunderstood (maybe because it's hard for me to articulate myself). I can be incredible lazy, clumsy and forgetful. I've always felt like I don't really belong anywhere, so I've started to distance myself from others a while ago. I'm a outsider, weird, a dork, not normal, a loner and I fucking love it, because I like to be different, I would hate to fit into just one box and to be like everyone else. And I like people who are not ashamed to be their 100% true self, no matter how different that is from the mainstream. I'm the most loyal person you'll ever find, once you earn my trust, I'll always be on/by your side, no matter what. That says a lot, because I'm hard to scare away. Sometimes I feel alienated from the people and things surrounding me and I'm sure that I annoy and bore them. I'm very nervous and insecure around others, which is why I try to avoid people and why I'm not talking all that much around them (though, I'm a really good listener). I'm easily overwhelmed by large crowds and much light/noise, that's why I don't like to go outside, I prefer to cozy up at home. I would never intentionally hurt a animal and I'm not eating any meat, which is very important to me. I believe that there isn't a ounce of cruelty inside me. I'm unassuming and understanding, I only believe what I've witnessed on my own and I have endless acceptance for almost everything. Due to my Insomnia, I'm a night owl. I have strong personal values, am very opinionated and I'm really in-touch with myself and even though I'm extremly insecure, I would never reduce or change myself and views/opinions for someone and I neither have a problem to challenge authority and advocating for my beliefs. I'm a perfectionist and sometimes I really hate it. And, as you can see, I'm unable to be brief. My favourite colours are dark green, black, gold and dark purple. My greatest passion is music, even if I can't sing or play an instrument.(I prefer rock/punk/pop/80s/90s) It's the most calming and therapeutic thing when it comes to my anxiety and depression and I could never live a day without it. You will never see me in the street without headphones in my ears and even when I'm at home there's music playing almost all the time. I could talk for hours about music and what it means to me. And otherwise I love to watch films and series (I like fantasy, horror, psychological thriller, science fiction and psychological drama and almost anything from the 70s, 80s and 90s). I love rainy days and to go outside while it's pouring big, fat drops. What I love the most is to drive around without a destination, while talking and listening to music. And I love to spend time with my cat, if I could, I would have endless animals who live peacefully and loved with me. I enjoy to have deep talks and to be challenged to think. I love to take late-night-strolls, while gazing into the sky and watching the stars/moon. I have a fascination for dark and macabre things.
I really hope that's not too much? But thank you anyway ♡
Have a good day!
thank you so much for your kind words, you have no idea how much it means to me to know that I was one of the first blogs you followed ;; here’s your vanilla milkshake - and it’s also my first time writing for peaky blinders, but I hope it’s alright; and I hope finn shelby will find the portrait I paint of him accurate enough...
Tumblr media
Birmingham was a drab and disheartening place enough without the war adding to its joylessness; but somehow the streets are even worse to bear deserted than when they’re bustling and fetid. Especially for a ten year old boy who wants nothing but to play with someone, to talk to someone, to see someone.
With his brothers off fighting somewhere in France and his aunt too busy with her businesses (adult stuff that Finn has absolutey no interest in attempting to understand), the youngest Shelby has been fighting off an affliction worse than consumption and measles, because much more insidious for a boy his age; boredom
and he’s so sad, so irrevocably sad, with no one to bruise his knees with and throw mud at, that he just aimlessly wanders the empty streets whenever aunt Polly isn’t looking, to find a semblance of stimulation
(he used to enjoy the solitude, it gave him time to imagine delirious stories in fantastical worlds and read the most enthralling of novels, but not anymore. four years of reclusion is an awfully long time for a little boy.)
and it’s during one of his escapades that he first meets you
you’re a little girl his age, dressed in a pretty dress, wearing pretty booties and holding a pretty little woven basket, but your face is stuck on the most grouchy frown he’s ever seen on a little girl, and you don’t walk, you stomp down the wet pavement like a wrathful titan
And it’s probably the first time in four years that he’s been this close to making a new friend, so he walks up to you, despite how rusty his communication skills have become
“Girls don’t frown. It’s unbecoming.”
(Yes, pretty rusty indeed; but in his defense, he’s ten, he’s bored, he’s lonely, and he’s only ever heard Ada say it, and Ada is the most level-headed of his siblings, so anything she says must be true, right?)
“Shut up.”
(Well, if it was unbecoming of you to frown, it’s even more to rebuff someone so rudely. You don’t even spare a glance and continue walking; he has to hurry to catch up to you.)
“You can’t say that. It’s a bad word.”
“How do you know that?”
“My family says it all the time, but they told me I can’t say it.”
“Well, my family is not your family. And I hate my family!”
You’ve yelled the last words at the sky, so loud that the crows on the neighboring roofs have taken off in a startled flight.
“They want to wear this stupid dress to go to the stupid market to buy stupid meat. I don’t even want to eat meat, that’s cruel! And I don’t even want to wear a frilly dress! I want to wear black!”
And in saying so you tugged at the pink and white ribbons that encircled your waist.
And Finn couldn’t help being extremely intrigued at this little girl who said bad words and refused to eat meet and wanted to wear black. It was the most exciting thing to ever happen in all the duration of the war.
“You want to wear a black dress?”
“Yes, but my mama won’t let me. She says it’s too sad because of the war. But black isn’t sad! Black is beautiful!”
“Maybe I could find you a black dress. I’m sure my sister must have one. Where do you live?”
And, loyal to his promise, the following morning he had run to your doorstep and snuck into your house - a proper Shelby talent, to be able to go unnoticed or make a ruckus depending on the occasion - with an old, crinkled mourning dress of Ada’s, that had probably belonged to his mother and had been mended several times
And it was obviously five sizes too big for you and you looked more like a ghost from one of Finn’s horror novels, your arms floating in the sleeves and the hem of the skirt pooling at your feet, but your smile was the brightest light he’d ever seen in this whole damn town.
“Do you like it?”
(He didn’t really know why he sounds so nervous. Maybe it was having a friend, a real friend, and doing something personal for them... or maybe it had to do with how fast his heart beat, watching you in that gigantic, shapeless dress)
“I love it! Thank you so much, Finn!”
From then on started one of the most wonderful friendships Finn would ever have, and what would bring a ray of light to the grim existence of a little boy in the midst of a global war
Despite the ration cards, despite the loneliness, despite the worry that tugged at his stoic aunt’s eyes for her son and nephews across the Channel... he found an unspeakable solace in your friendship
And one day, without a trace, you were gone
He knocked on your door; gone. He asked all the neighbors what had happened to the family that lived there; gone. He wrote you letters and sent them to the confines of England; gone. He got scolded by Polly for marking numbers at random on Tommy’s state-of-the-art telephone; gone.
Suddenly he was back to the bleak existence he had battled with before meeting you, and the hollow inside his chest only grew wider as the days went on, because he had no explanation as to what had happened to you, and worried every single day
Thankfully, the war ended not long after, and his brothers came back home, all alive and unscathed - well, for the most part
Fast forward more or less ten years, and much has changed in Finn Shelby’s life and in old Birmingham, but the memory of you still stugs at his heartstrings
One evening, he’s tasked by Arthur to run some errands, send a few messages, scout a few places; the most dangerous thing his older brothers will ever let him do
His task leads him to a bar in the center of town, one that pours its joyous light and music into the street outside; he’s there to meet with a client, arrange a meeting; nothing he’s hasn’t done already
But the evening takes a turn for the unexpected when he recognizes the girl sat alone at a table, enjoying the musicians’ jazz with an air of pure bliss on her face
It’s been ten years, of course, but... it’s unmistakable. That face, that silhouette, and the black ensemble from head to toe... and he’s always had a knack for remembering faces, especially those that mark him deeply
Suddenly he’s frozen on the spot, and he has forgotten why he came to the bar in the first place, what his target looks like - all he knows is you, and how beautiful you look in the dim light of the bar, and the undisclosed and unknown feelings he had for you at the time come flooding back.
Except this time, he understands, and he fears them, because he doesn’t have time for any of this, and it’s way too dangerous for you and him
But he can’t just pass you by and not say a word?
He swallows, hard.
And walks up to you.
“Y/N?”
You open your eyes, and your face flashes with recognition, and a little bit of pain as well. Even if you fled without a word, and left him hanging all these years, he’s incapable of rancor
“Finn... wow, you’ve changed so much.”
“You haven’t.”
He gestures at your face, your clothes, how you savor the music like the finest drink in the world, and you laugh and blush, sending his heart into overdrive
“Where were you all this time?”
“I’m so sorry, Finn... my brother died in the war, and... my mom sent me to live with my grandparents in Scotland. We were all destroyed by grief... I needed to get away.”
“Without explanation? Not even a word?”
“I wanted to write to you, so bad, but... I couldn’t remember your address. I couldn’t remember anything about Birmingham at all...”
He nods, slowly, in understanding.
The war opens wounds that never heal, even after all the most beautiful friendships and love stories in the world.
“But I’m really glad I found you.”
His heart is pounding in his throat. Maybe it’s a sign of destiny that he found you here, tonight, alone, and ready to welcome him back. Maybe it’s a word from fate, that you can never truly be apart.
So he takes the seat in front of you, and you smile, that shy but bright smile of yours, and he forgets all about his mission, his client, and his brothers.
They’ll have to understand.

***
Your mom’s old pale yellow dress didn’t fit as well as you had hoped but you had no other options, formal events were not a common occurrence in your life. The wedges pinched at your toes and the thin dress straps dug into your shoulders but the soft yellow complimented your skin and you liked the ribbon around the waist so it wasn’t a total loss.
You sucked in a sharp breath, adjusting the dress once more in the mirror before grabbing your purse and hustling out the door.
This wasn’t happening. You weren’t actually doing this. The girl who feels like she has to throw up before public speaking and stutters over small talk and avoids eye contact at all costs is supposed to stand up in front of 100 people and declare her love for the boy getting married to someone else? You felt nauseous thinking about it.
But you couldn’t sit idly by and watch the love of your life say “I do,” to the snobby girl that put gum in your hair in middle school. If there was ever a time that you would stand in front of a crowd voluntarily and speak, it would be now.
The venue was beautiful. The church had vaulted ceilings and large stained glass windows that cast colorful shadows on the hardwood flooring. There were cascading white curtains and pale pink tablecloths with little white doilies. It was pretty but humble and you felt a pang of jealousy in your chest.
Concealing yourself in the crowd wasn’t difficult considering she’d invited the county and all its neighbors. Everyone was in the pews standing and mingling and you noticed the only group sitting quietly was the family of the bride herself, all looking around carefully like the normal folk were unevolved cavemen. They wore coordinating lavender outfits with done up hair and hats with little feathers -- something straight out of a period piece.
You rolled your eyes at their judgmental nature and apparent superiority complex before your attention was drawn to the boys in the front row talking seriously among themselves, dread written clearly on their faces.
Calum, Ashton and Michael wore similar black tuxes, looking uncomfortable in the formal getup. You only watched for a few moments before you caught Ashton’s attention. He first looked shocked but his expression quickly became sincere. He gave you an apologetic smile which you returned before heading to the back to avoid any more curious eyes. His family would surely recognize you if they saw you and you didn’t want any extra attention on you until you were subjecting yourself to it.
As you waited for the ceremony to start, you stared fondly out the window at the snowy trees and calm serenity of nature before allowing yourself to be whisked away in a vivid daydream about what it might be like to tell him how you truly feel.
You jumped, pulled from your daydream by dark, heavy chords coming from the church organ. You cringed a little as the horribly ill fitting song continued, but readied yourself for the ceremony to begin.
The silk purple curtains concealed your figure enough in the back of the church and your heart rate began to rise. This was happening. You were about to profess your love to a man who might turn you down in front of everyone and their mother. But it would be worth it. You couldn’t live your whole life wondering “what if?”
You heard a squeak of door hinges from your right and held still. Any sudden movements might give you away.
A young girl came running through with a wicker basket in hand, poorly distributing rose petals along the aisle. Something caught your eye in the front of the room.
Luke stepped out, front and center, and straightened his tie. Your breath caught in your throat. He looked just the same as the last time you’d seen him on that warm summer night. You had expected some drastic change, to not even recognize him. But it was Luke. The same one that picked flowers with you at recess and stopped to wait for you whenever you needed to tie your shoe. The same one that was always there to dry your tears and to watch dumb romantic comedies with you without complaining. He stood there quietly, clean shaven and rosy cheeked, the same Luke you knew and loved.
You pushed away the more upsetting memories, like the one from that warm, sticky night. The image of his tear stained cheeks and pleading eyes.
Moments later, your eyes were pulled from Luke. Courtney came strutting through the open Mahogany doors, waving like she was fucking Queen Elizabeth.
You rolled your eyes at her bedazzled ball gown and fake pageant smile. She didn’t care about Luke, she cared about image and reputation. Which is why you were really about to piss her off.
You looked back towards Luke and tried to read his expression but it was stoic, unmoved. You wish that was me, don’t you?
Courtney reached Luke and shot him a wide smile, to which he returned. Except Luke's was empty, not sincere. Luke had always thought Courtney was beautiful and smart and made the decision from there that marrying her wouldn’t be so bad. After you had turned him down in the glow of the firelight on that July night. It broke him and you hated yourself every day because of it. You weren’t ready to love him then. But you were most certainly ready now.
Ready to risk everything for that blue eyed boy.
The ceremony progressed and the preacher neared the end of the formalities. You felt your time was nearing. Your knees were weak and knocky, your hands shaking.
The preacher paused, and with his booming voice said “if anyone can show just cause why this couple cannot lawfully be joined together in matrimony, speak now or forever hold your peace.” He looked down, preparing to move on and read the next portion, assuming no one would protest. No sane person ever protested.
Your breath hitched in your throat. It was now or never. If you didn’t find it in you to step forward at this moment, the person you love most in this world might be gone forever.
The room fell silent and you closed your eyes, pushing the sheer curtain aside and taking a shaky step forward. You heard heads turn and a few audible gasps.
When you opened your eyes, everyone had turned to you. Every familiar face, every friend, every stranger.
You caught Courtney’s eye and she looked as if every fiber of her being was on fire. If someone reached out and touched her in that moment, they’d get a 3rd degree burn. She looked like she was trying to strangle you with her eyes.
You flattened your dress once more and looked up, bracing yourself for the look on Luke’s face.
He didn’t look angry or upset, just… confused. And surprised.
You took that as a sign to continue. You softly cleared your throat, speaking directly to the man in front of you. “I am not the kind of girl who should be rudely barging in on a white veil occasion but you are not the kind of boy… who should be marrying the wrong girl.” There were some shocked whispers and appalled gasps but you ignored them.
You walked forward down the aisle to get a clearer look at Luke and stopped at the stairs. You felt like you were alone with him now and it made it easier. “So don’t say yes, let’s run away now. I’ll meet you when you’re out of the church at the back door. Don’t wait or say a single vow, you need to hear me out.” You looked at him with pleading eyes and for the first time, his facade fell. You saw the glint of relief in his eyes and the slump of his once tense shoulders.
Luke looked around once more at all of the people that had gathered there today for him and knew he needed to make a decision. He turned to look at his friends stationed behind him, and to no surprise, their faces were lit up with pure happiness and relief. He couldn’t help but smile back at them. Calum threw him a thumbs up and Michael mouthed “go with her, dumbass.”
Luke turned back to the audience and spotted his mother in the crowd. He tried to read her expression but when she gave him a soft, curt nod, he knew what he had to do.
He quickly grabbed Courtney’s hands and your face immediately fell. He was going to choose her after all.
Then, he whispered something you didn’t expect. “I'm sorry, Court. This is a mistake, you don’t love me and I don’t love you — you and I both know that. We can’t do this. I have to go.” He leaned in and kissed her on the cheek quickly as she stood, frozen.
You felt a pang of guilt. But then you remembered that she would get over it and be marrying someone filthy rich by the time she was 25 and didn’t feel so bad anymore.
Luke then turned back to you. He jogged down the steps and pulled you into a hug. It was so silent in the church now, you could hear a pin drop.
He grabbed your shoulders and kissed your forehead. “Let’s run away now, I’ll meet you when I’m out of my tux at the back door.”
You nodded, tears in your eyes, and ran towards the double doors of the church. This was the best decision you had ever made.
You stood in the crisp, chilly air, waiting for Luke to come out of the door on the side of the church. Snow fell on your hair and eyelashes and you reached out a hand to catch some flakes.
In only three minutes he’d managed to change back into his black skinny jeans, looking like himself again. You could’ve cried at the sight.
“Hi,” you said. What else do you say to someone when you just got them to call off a marriage at the alter?
His smile grew and he ran forward, nearly tackling you in a giant hug. His hands found the back of your head and his eyes searched your face, memorizing every feature, worried that at any second, he might wake up from this amazing dream. “So glad you were around when they said speak now.”

I have this thing, that when an idea gets in my head, I either get it out on paper or it will create a traffic jam in my head and bugger up everything. So, not including my ongoing Fics, which includes the Gold Universe as part 4 is still nearly finished, I just need that last push on it. These are Ideas that can have anything from a few scenes, an idea, plots, or several chapters.
So I call this -
Winteriron WIP
(because what else 😅, I have a problem.)
In Fire & Flames - In this universe, Phoenixes and Humans live together, if one species dies then the other will too. When a Phoenix does for good, lots of natural disasters happen, starts with Tony'parents dying and then Rhodey, who is also a Phoenix, finds Tony. Who is now familyless and dying as lone phoenixes tend to die. There are several different kinds, and they come in pairs general. Golden and Ice, for example, Golden are high in magic, Ice tends to protect, especially the rare Golden, it's more tribes than individuals, there is no requirement for who likes who. It's surprising how much making a few other Avengers phoenixes tweaks things here and there, this actually goes up to the fight in Siberia and is one of the bigger WIP's. (26k)
Tumblr media
Flash of Gold - Avengers are shifters or humans with magic, and they think they know what Tony is. They believe he is a human with magic, but they notice that he has some shifter traits, which is odd as shifters can't have magic in this AU. Only in very old stories and myth. Tony, however, is a dragon, which are myth. Instead of being like most shifters a, a human that shifts to something, he is the reverse. It only has a few scenes. Full shebang, team as Family. Steve is even a good guy. James is brought to the tower after being found and slowly integrated into the group and is wondering wtf Tony is. (13k)
Tumblr media
The Operative Program - Howard was never meant to be a father; he was a weaponsmith. So he took the red room and the wolf spider programs and decided to create himself an Operative that he hoped would be the darker side to help Steve when he found him. Two sides of the same coin, one for the light and one to work in the shadows, Tony would be under Steve's control, he would be a weapon for the man who only picked up a shield. (Also assassin Tony is just fun.) Tony in this is a mash-up really, Tony traits, like Gold but different as he has been trained his entire life, the only reason he has developed a sense of self is Rhodey and the fact his parents died at 17. Rhodey got there first after the car crash, getting to Tony before anyone else who knew what he was could potentially claim him. Tony definitely collects people. Yinsen and Vanko for example. Chapters from Ironman up to Avengers (not complete). But enjoyed myself rewriting some out of sequence chapters, so there is a nice big scene in Siberia. (15k)
Tumblr media
Another Persons Wish - Now this was based on a post I saw going around. Person A is married to Person B. Person A is looking back at their life and wondering if they should have married B, etc. So, A is offered a wish. Poof. Goodbye Marriage. Person A is Steve, and the story is from Tony, person B's POV. It goes from Tony planning his anniversary(because I was apparently extremely angsty when I started this!) to waking up in the past, alone and wondering what the fuck has happened. 6 chapters entirely written. Chapter 7 is in a different file and in progress when I dabble on it. (30k)
Tumblr media
Tarnished Gold - This is an AU from my AU AU XD. Basically similar set up to the Gold Universe, Tony escapes Hydra Captivity but is brought in by Rhodey instead of spending 2 years on his own cleaning up Hydra. He only spends about 7 months before Rhodey convinces him to come in. Few other tweaks here and there but that is just side. Rhodey and James are pals too. The plot here is Howard and Maria are brought back from the Dead and Rhodey is trying to work out how to tell them what has happened and that he can't just bring them to Tony, because he doesn't know if Tony will remember them yet. Tony is a little less 'give me orders, and I'll gut you, and more 'orders made things easier'. I basically flipped his and James reactions from the original Gold universe. Tony is more in need of a hug. It's very loosely put together. I wanted something where Howard was a good dad to offset the fact I kind of made him Hydra in the next piece, and I wanted a good family man Howard with the bringing the parents back because I love reading fics that bring Howard and Maria back. (9k)
Tumblr media
Sins of The Father - Arno has just buried his father. His mother is in a coma, he is 20 and mourning his life now he's expected to take on the business when a visitor flips his work upside down worse than the phone call about the crash. His Father? Part of a program that summoned a creature known as a Void Walker. (A creature from the Void Loki fell into, the only native species to that area, most others can't survive the void, so Loki will read as Void Touched and is 'To Be Protected' because I think that could shake up the Avengers section nicely.) Oh and he has Howards DNA. So Arno is freaked that he has a brother, that someone released and sent to him and Arno is 100% sure he is not meant to deal with severe traumatised half-human assassins that could be his kid brother. That is how Arno meets Tony and becomes very invested and turns up big brother protective instinct to 13. When summoned they're tired to a person and has to obey orders, that person was chosen as The Asset under the idea he can't disobey, which obviously fails as Winter does everything to protect Tony, including freeing him and sending him to Arno. His last order is that Tony is not allowed to go looking for or rescue Winter, which I think will be some nice drama when Bucky gets brought in (I really like this one) It has mostly set up but 2 scenes for in the future, Tony finding Coulson threatening Arno in IM2 and the data dump. (21k) (in this S/S Helped is Yelped, I'd fix it, but I've been working on this post forreeever)
Tumblr media
Blood and an Arc - This came about from reading the Tony is a vampire fic and noticing that when he gets turned, generally Tony hates being a vampire. There aren't many where he comes back from Afghanistan a vampire and goes, huh... Well. This could be interesting. Loosely based on Vamp the Masquerade but I've tweaked it because my brain takes ideas and then runs off madly into the sunset. It is however utterly all over the place, some from Ironman and then random out of sequence chapters that I'm unsure about as I hadn't slept in a very long time on writing them and Tony went kind of Spike-ish calling James 'Pet'. I do like the idea of Tony fully embracing his changes. Yinsen never intended Tony to live, so he did something extra whilst turning him, so he is not an ordinary baby vampire and is convinced (justifiably so) that if he meets any other vamps, they'll try to kill him. In notes have Sam considering being a werewolf who works out Tony is a vamp and freaks out, because Vampires vs Werewolves and Tony is utterly confused and tells Sam he smells of mint (seriously, insomnia) Sam is baffled to find out the centuries of hatred that is claimed to be instinctual is actually taught. Sam gets kind happy he has a Vamp friend. (20k)
Tumblr media
The Original Plan - This sets up around the end of the Mandarin (because honestly, I prefer working with Tony that has powered, especially because James has the serum and I personally think it would expand life span more than shown in Endgame. So I like evening things out and powered Tony is my jam) Tony has a bunch of plans, and they go awry. He doesn't see why and has zero clue what's going on. It's because no matter how well he plans this out, he's caught up in other people's plans. Steve is a little more "End goal justify the anything and everything." In other words, getting Bucky back is his plan and everyone are just pawns in said plan. I've taken that tactical genius title and also pushed him a little darker. After Ultron, he brings Wanda on for 3 reasons. 1 Precedence. 2 Fixing Bucky. 3 Making sure Tony doesn't find out about his parents and making sure he is on the team and available to fix Bucky's arm. That last bit changes things as instead of pulling away from the Avengers, Tony fully moves into the compound(just after AOU, it's not good). There will be no accords and Steve will find Bucky and just move him in and general plans on telling no one about the Winter Soldier. I summed up a chunk of AOU in this format, and I liked it (in an angst and pain fashion.) But it's quite long for a screenshot, so here's a chunk. Bucky is being brought in soon, but as it is, Tony is not having a good time, there might be Wanda conditions in his mind that Steve can use to convince Tony to do things... Also, because he is living there, I couldn't justify Sam not noticing there is something very wrong, so he is asking questions he didn't in canon as Tony's PTSD is more in his face living together you know? (16k)
