i hope you had a good christmas <3
on the first day i just chilled with my family, (parents plus my brother) and we did a boardgame (montgolfiere), opened presents and made tiramisu, it was pretty good but i was tired and still recovering from being sick
second day of christmas we went to my grandparents and my cousin came too. We had a lot of fun watching a few scenes from the nutcracker by my brother ballet company (Riga) and playing some more of that boardgame :D
today we went to the zoo and afterwards we went pooling :)
recently i havent eating a lot and have actually lost weight which is annoying as hell. but today i actually managed to eat a kinda normal amount so im super happy and proud about that :D

Hi I saw that you talked in the past about this, but can someone explain to me why are people so focused on Daniels weight? Because I never saw this topic about any other driver. Like at this point you could make a thread of people talking about it, Demon H*ll being the latest.
I literally could not tell you why. I mean this earnestly. Outside f1 horrid history of pushing drivers into eating disorders, the fixation on Daniel specifically is baffling. If I really had to press myself for an answer I can only hazard that this long-standing cruel, persistent scrutiny of Daniel's weight is due to his skeletal structure which he's already addressed a million times before. Daniel has wide set hips. He's had trouble fitting into the cockpit in the past, due to the structure of his hips, as early as Toro Rosso and as recently as McLaren. It generated a big fiasco in 2013 where these fucking sickos even asked Newey and the RB engineers about it. They made a 23 year old address the media to assure them that he can't starve his hips away despite trying

It's even more sickening because they said that about him LAST YEAR. WHILE HE WAS RACING. TO HIS FACE. WHILE HE ADMITTED TO NOT BE ABLE TO KEEP HIS WEIGHT AT A HEALTHY LEVEL OR GAIN ANY WEIGHT. Since then Christian Horner has mentioned Daniel's dramatic weight loss on three different fuckjng occasions

Basically food & NEVER bringing lunch to school was kinda a task at beginning bcuz we bring lunch & eat in the classroom only (no canteen) so I'd to tell everyone multiple times that i don't like eating in school blah blah & they're like.."eh why" So I'd to be out of the class all recess roaming around corridors (getting my steps in) , staying in washroom. I missed on all those moments the WHOLE YEAR having lunch with my frnds & the gossips.

Fitness and Fatness are not mutually exclusive. You can be fit at any size, because fitness is not about your weight.
It's about your muscle mass, your flexibility & mobility, your cardiorespiratory endurance, your nutrient intake, your hydration levels, and your sleep quality.
To be clear: Fitness is not a moral superiority. No one owes the world fitness. But it is an option for anyone, regardless of their size.
Fit bodies come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. And you actually cannot tell just by looking at someone how fit they really are.
TW for fatphobic language, but this has actually been studied before, if you'd like to read more about it, this article covers some major points.
Like the fact that, cardiorespiratory fitness correlated with health measures, not weight.
Meaning that Very Fat people who were also fit did not show the negative health measures that are often associated with weight. But you know who did? Average weight people with below average cardiorespiratory fitness levels.
So again, to summarize: You don't owe anyone fitness, but please don't believe that fitness isn't an option for you, just because of your size.
Your weight has literally nothing to do with it. And you do not need to lose weight in order to increase your fitness. That's a fatphobic myth.

hi you guys, haven’t been online in about a month, a lot has changed. i broke up with my boyfriend of 4 years about 3 weeks ago almost and it doesn’t feel real, i miss him a lot even though i should not. but on the bright side he has motivated me to lose 10 pounds and the depression is staunching my hunger :) so boo to the yah am i right? 🥲 hoping i can continue to be active and work on emotional eating and portion control, the goal is to drop another 20 pounds by mid march. it feels like the universe is helping me out too because an old friend of mine volunteered to be my personal trainer and gave me a meal plan and everything just a few days after my break up. hes down and we’re up, we’ll be 160 or 150 by summer and ready to have a hot girl Summer for the first time in half a decade ❤️ wish me luck guys, and good luck to you guys too! take care of yourselves
