So, last night, as I was working on sleeping (it takes me over an hour to fall asleep at night most of the time, regardless of how tired I am when I lay down) and I was noticing how many 11s there are in Good Omens Season 1 (I listen to the 1st season as I drift off to sleep).

4004 is a multiple of 11 (11*364=4004)

There are 11 named human shaped beings of celestial origin (Aziraphale, Crowley, Gabriel, Michael, Uriel, Hastur, Ligur, Dagon, Beelzebub, Sandalphon, Adam [Antichrist]).

I'm fairly certain that Crowley gives Aziraphale 11 reasons to save the world.

They meet 11 times prior to the modern story line (in the garden, 3004 BC in Mesopotamia [before the flood], Golgatha 33 AD, Rome 41 AD, Wessex 537 AD, Globe Theatre 1601 AD, Paris 1793, St. James Park 1862 AD, London 1941 AD, Soho 1967 AD, 11 years ago).

There are 22 prophecies of Agnus Nutter (including the one of her own death) mentioned or show in the show.

There are 11 humans important to the show (Warlock, Pepper, Wenslydale, Brian, Newt, Anathema, Sgt Shadwell, Madame Tracy, Mr Young, Mary Loquacious, R P Tyler)...

Wow, what a delicious lunch!

Home made seeded "bread".

The easiest thing in the world to make.

Crushed almonds, mixed seeds, eggs and a touch of salt and pepper.

In the oven for half an hour.

I ate it with olive spread, poached eggs, coleslaw and wenslydale cheese.

I was in heaven!

No refined carbs, and making it with just nuts and seeds makes it very low carb in general. High in calories though. So with this one, it's a choice between high quality nutrition or keeping low on calories.

Easy win for me, lol.

Such a busy morning up until sitting down to this fabulous lunch.

I've done everything on my list of chores.

I'm going to do some pilates once this settles, then go get my hair cut.
