And time for Pabu <3 Love this little rascal, couldn't imagine watching Korra without him. Also, brush test time! I like to create some little character study with only one brush. It often gives me an idea what specific tool is capable of and how can I use it in bigger project. But most importantly - it manages a bit of my fear of the software. Just, when there are so many brushes to chose from it kind of scares me? xd Better to test them slowly one by one and see where it takes me.

First attempt at painting my own phone case and I chose Ori. I mostly did similar composition and pose to offical art, changing only small details to fit the size. However, I had some trouble with sealing finished picture. The varnish used came awfully streaky ( I think it is not visible on photo, but it can be felt when using the case).

Whoa... posting on tumblr for the first time. Was too scared of IA scrapping net for art to actualy post anything (here or on Instagram, anywhere really to be honest). I've been browsing the site for a long time. All right, first - fanart of Summer from Spiritfarer. That game really broke my little heart. I've done ilustration of some charcters traditionaly last year. Recently I am trying to get better at drawing digitaly and decided to redo this drawing to test new inking brushes and play around with layer settings. I wanted to give her more cell-shaded look. Been struggling with this style of shading a lot in digital, so it could be a good exercise.
