Artist. Photographer. Web-Designer. Questionably adequate Jack of few trades.
This blog is a place for me to share my art, photography, gifs, interests, musings and is more personal (and a tad more geeky/enthusiast) than my other image blog "Stacking Polaroids"

Finished Splatoon artwork. “Splat Jam” would probably be a more fitting name, but I just like how “Splash Jam” sounds closer to “Space Jam” <3 This piece was done for a graphic t-shirt project. It had to adhere to a 6 color limit for screen printing. It was done in Sketchbook Pro 7 using a Cintiq 24HD Touch.
I saw some pretty cool official art of Mario and decided I'd sketch it in my own style with some variations from his usual look. I'm still learning to use the different tools in Sketchbook Pro. After watching some tutorials and trying it myself I'm finding the pencil tools to be better solutions for my solid line work rather than the ink pens. Which is different than how I would do it traditionally (pencil then ink for darker lines).
