Hewwo, it’s pride month and I drew my recent favorite lesbians. Tbh this wasn’t a pride specific piece (I may post something later for that), but I’m pretty proud of it. Also it’s a great way to plug my recently finished senior film, Epochal Juice. It’s a cute story and an absolute visual delight. So I did this animation (my first ever) for my color theory final and I’m pretty proud. I hand drew the frames then colored them digitally. I’m also new to digital art so you can see why I’m so proud of this even though it’s shit.

Another DSGN class project.

This was the rough draft of a typography project. We had to design an animal using the letters or characters of its name.

This was the final draft of うさぎ (u sa gi), a bunny. Done with water and ink, and let me tell you, ink is even more difficult than water color. But I was happy with the end result.

So I've never used copic markers before, but I got some for Christmas along with a mixed media sketch book and a lot of other fun things. So I figured I'd give these bad boys a test run with a Christmas Hoe™ Taako. It's not great. The markers bled a lot. But I tried and I'm excited to continue exploring my new gifts. This will be the first of a few posts from school. This was my very first project in design, based on fractals. The first is the rough draft with a monochromatic color scheme and the second is the final with an analogous complimentary. Neither of these have titles and aren't exactly what I want them to be. One day, I'll redo this when I'm more experienced, more motivated, and have more time. Nonetheless, I hope you all enjoy it.
