This is a little entry for their create this in your style challenge, using some of their OCs!!! I fucking love this little dudes, so I was happy to take the chance to write a little something for em. I hope you like it, mikey, plz tell me what I got right or wrong lol. I hope this all isn't terribly out of character
Prompt: Small things make up love languages. Intent with care, wanting with direction, and sometimes even just a reminder that one party values the other. It’s not a science, really. Everyone is different.
Story under the cut-
The flowers brush up against Romero’s knees, whisper-thin petals tickling down his palm. They reach back to his outstretched hand with rough leaves that try and fail to snare onto the fabric of his gloves as he gently pushes them aside. Instead, Romero grabs the weeds, the weeds that have thrown themselves into the edges of his garden, that grab with sharp teeth coating their stalks onto the fabric of his gloves, and he pulls them from the ground. Their roots rain down soil, arcing through the air as Romero tosses them aside.
The glow of his pumpkin head diffuses gently on the rows of flowers, leaking out into the cold darkness of the night. It lights the way for Romero as he works, yanking more weeds from the ground, brushing back the soil where he disturbs it. Bugs, startled by the uprooting of the plants, skitter across his gloves, searching for a new refuge, and he leaves them to go about their business.
The door creaks open behind him, and Romero sits up, stretching out his tense shoulders and leaning his head back, tilting it up towards the stars. Powder blue clouds drift across the sky, lazy as everything else is in the night, covering the stars so they wink in and out of existence.
Antez melts onto him, sprawling hymnself over Romero’s lap, head falling languidly over his shoulder. It tips back, following his gaze to the stars.
“Were you waiting for me?”
“___ _____ _ __,” Romero says, in words that aren’t words, that only Antez can really understand.
Antez laughs, he laughs the sound of windchimes falling but never hitting the ground, the sound of glass un-shattering, the sound of flowers brushing up against palms, of a thousand other things Romero couldn’t name. “Well, I do appreciate it,” he murmurs, wrapping the stalk of a flower around hiss finger and pulling it from the ground. Romero watches as he gathers more, and begins braiding them, twining their stalks together with one hand.
“__ __ __ ____ __ ______.”
“Well…” Antez sighs, and he feels a little heavier, all of the sudden. “I had hoped to be but I… well I suppose I got carried away this time.” There is light leaking out from hiss face, a blue glow winding cracks all around hiss head. “I think I waited a bit too long.”
Romero knew that, of course. He knew from the tension held in Antez’s shoulders, from the tired eyes, from the dizzying spin of hiss light and halos when it was just the two of them. He knew, but he doesn’t say as much.
“_ __ _____ ___?” Romero asks, tilting his head to one side.
“Oh,” Antez says in almost a sigh. The cracks of light on hiss face widen, and he lets hymnself fall apart a little, facial features drifting away from each other. They hover only vaguely tethered, like they’re held together by bits of invisible string. “Very.”
“___.” Romero runs a hand down his husband’s hair, watching as Antez drifts apart from hymnself a little more, the puzzle pieces of hiss face just beginning to shift and turn. “__ ___ _ ___.”
Antez hums hiss agreement, and the sound trails up Romero's back like chills. “Come here,” Antez murmurs, and Romero tilts his head towards hymn questioningly. Antez gathers hiss flowers, stems braided together to make tiny clusters, and slots the miniature bouquets into Romero’s eye holes. He hums to hymnself as he works, rearranging the flowers, shifting Romero’s worldview with the careful movement of hiss long, slender fingers.
Romero sits still for hymn, content to watch the petals dancing in his vision, catching glimpses of Antez as hiss facial features continue to drift apart from each other, those tenuous strings being cut as they pull away to show the gleaming light inside. Its brilliant blue falls over Romero’s own gentle orange, shining over both of their hands, illuminating the eyes and halos and mouths that orbit in slow, winding trails around Antez’s head.
Antez lets hiss hands fall, one coming to rest on Romero’s thigh. Hiss mouths, spinning around hiss face, are all smiling warmly. “You look lovely.”
Romero nods his thanks, careful not to let the flowers fall. He reaches up, brushing his fingers against their petals. They sweep against the inside of his head.
Romero grabs a flower from the dirt, breaking it just before the roots. With one thumb, he pops its head off, lets the stem fall back to the ground. He offers it to Antez, who seems to understand, who always understands.
When the flower is tipped into the whirling space of Antez’s mind, there is a moment of careful suspension. The eyes and mouths and ears churning slowly through the air tilt towards it slightly, observing as it drifts closer to the light in the center, sinking down until its broken tip touches something, some physical presence in all that blue.
And it explodes.
Petals fly outwards, more than Romero thinks there should be, speckled with seeds that have begun to glow like the starry freckles that dot Antez’s face. The petals get caught up in the halos, the eyes, winding their own orbits through the madness. They are sprays of color, arcs of nature.
“_______.”
“Yes,” Antez agrees softly. Some of hiss eyes flutter close, and hiss head tilts back as he leans against Romero. Melts. Together, they look down at the flowers, up at the stars. “Beautiful.”

4n4 tips to remind myself,
all the things that helped me losing weight and not binge.
- do NOT restrict too much if you know you tend to binge, it will only be worse —> I stayed on a 1000-1100 calorie intake and sometimes I even stayed under that easily by keeping myself busy/happy in some ways
- I personally hate waking up early in the morning because I binge mostly for breakfast, but I realized a good sleeping schedule is also important, so if I wake up early, I drink a big ass coffee with almond milk/eat something under 150 cals and GO OUT, like for a walk or anything.
- Lunch/dinner —> I try staying under 350, because I usually eat an apple/fruit after every meal and if I have a sweet treat under 50 cals, why not, I always let myself have it.
- I try (try) walking at least 10k steps everyday, not because it burns a significant amount of calories, but because its good for my mental health. When I stay at home being depressed and doing nothing, I usually look for dopamine in food until Im nauseous, like I did today!😋👌🏻 so yeah.
- Basically try not to have that restricting mindset all the time, try to by chill about food even if you are not, trick your mind, say yes to breakfast, lunch, dinners out with friends, maybe take initiative to be able to choose what to eat and plan your intake based on it, but even if you can’t, always be chill. You can go back on track all the next days or eating a LITTLE less. Its not that deep, your body will not change from that croissant or from that pasta you had that day, it will change if you restrict too much and than fall into a binge cycle for weeks. And its like a living hell.
- Live the moment as much as you can. Weight loss begin to work as soon as you start to see the first little results, you have to stay motivated, not stressing out constantly by planning everything and thinking about the things you will do within 3 months with your body. At least, this not works with me.
- do not weight yourself everyday, do not watch your body in the mirror every hour of the day, do not take too many photos. I mean, the temptation to do all of this is strong, but the weight varies enormously during the day, the way we see ourselves reflected is constantly distorted depending on how we feel and constantly seeking changes in all these forms is counterproductive. The real changes will be the ones that you see casually as the time passes and that you can physically feel on yourself. Don't be fooled and don't become crazy over all this fake shit. <3

do you have a diet guideline and exercise routine? i'm having trouble figuring out what exactly i should be eating aside from people's vague "fiber and vegetables or whatever". And finding an exercise routine that works and i can actually make myself stick with and keep myself motivated with. Any tips/advice? thanks!

CREATING YOUR DIET
Determine how many calories you need daily. Your daily caloric intake depends on your age, sex, weight, height, and activity level. Some online calculators can help you with like this. However, if you’re calculating it, make sure to consider your activity levels.
Then, determine how much of what nutrients you need. If you’re lacking in one, you may want to increase the intake of that nutrient. Or, if you think you eat too much of it, you may decrease this. 
The best way to find out what nutrients you need is by a calculator. However, the best form of action is to ask your GP what they advise you. Here are the formulas;
Calculate your protein intake 10-30% of total calories (for adults)
Amount of fats - 20-35% of total calories (for adults)
Consumption of carbohydrates 45-65% of total calories
Recommended water intake 1 kcal = 1 mL
Number of grams of fibre Fiber = (kcal/1000) × 14
Limit processed foods, sodium, sugars and saturated fats as much as you can. While it is okay to eat them in moderation, they shouldn’t be a part of your daily diet.
To create healthy meals that are suited to you, consider your daily lifestyle and what times you feel hungry the most. While I cannot speak for your needs, this is typically what your meals should look like.
BREAKFAST - Breakfast should not be anything processed or fatty. It is the meal you break your 8-hour fast with, and it is the energy you use for the rest of the day. 
The most ideal breakfast is one that is protein-rich, as it can help you be more productive throughout the day. 
LUNCH - A lean, light but colourful meal is best suited for lunch. This shouldn’t be too filling, but enough so it can sustain your hunger until dinner. 
Lunch should be a meal that has lots of veggies or fruits that can energise you as well. 
DINNER - I don’t want to sound forceful, but dinner should be your healthiest meal. This is the energy that your body uses to recover and heal from the day you’ve just had. 
It should be balanced with complex carbs, vegetables and proteins. However, for dinner, it is advised that you either eat early or eat small. 
SNACKS - Light snacks that are filling. Avoid snacks in which you mindlessly eat them, those are the type of snacks which are most likely not good for you and you’ll end up overeating. Fruits are the best choice here.

This is a diagram I use often to measure how much food I need to eat without weighing them or counting calories. To be precise;
Vegetables or/and fruit should be ½ of your plate
Proteins should be ¼ of your plate
Grains/Carbs should be ¼ of your plate. 
Adjust this to your liking, but I thought it would help you. 
CREATING YOUR EXERCISE GUIDELINES
This is a process that does not happen overnight, even if you want to start running kilometres a day if you’re living a sedentary life currently, that is not possible. 
Start by finding small intervals in your day to exercise, experimenting around and documenting how each one makes you feel. For now, just try to figure out what you like and form the consistency, 
Then, once you get the hang of exercising regularly, you get to make your own rules. For example, your rest days, how many minutes or hours, what you do that day etc. 
Exercise is just another way to fuel your body, and you only know your body and what feels good for it. So I cannot provide any further advice than this. Make sure to start slowly though.

I had said a few days ago I would be posting my tips on how I lose weight the fastest & how i got it done being in sports that enabled this ♡ so here I go:
Btw- just need to say this quickly- I don't condone this and get help if you are able to ♡ much luv
Okay with that here it is teehee:
☆ Okay so When I was in wrestling, we had to make sure we made weight- no if . If you were 6 lbs over then you had to find a way to lose 6lbs by Saturday. When I was put in this situation, some of the girls would 🤮 of course, but I wasn't a fan of the taste so I def took alternative routes such as
1. Calorie Deficit= DUH. Obv. Duh. For safety reasons I'm going to say 1,400 max (which isn't much In real life lol) but I would eat around 800-1,200 max for this. I wouldn't really say I watch what I eat, but I'm also not just downing pure doritos and mountain due. I'll have chips but I'll also eat fruits.
2. Working out/ cardio= I know.. it's a bummer isn't it? But I'm being 1000% honest with you, calorie deficit combined with hot cardio is the key to losing weight quickly. This is what we all did to make sure we were at the correct weight within 7 days. And it's not walk around the block or sit on the floor and do donkey kicks either... it doesn't have to be extremely intense, but you do want to make sure you're sweating the whole time. ☆ bonus points for putting on 2-3 jackets and pajama pants or hot sweats when u workout!! It does a lot of the job for you. For me, my go to would be using the treadmill (I don't even run girl I have it on level 3 and do this for 30 mins while listening to music and day dreaming about my cute skinny future self- and I still sweat like crazy) I also do the same thing on a indoor bike. Like I said, it doesn't have to be sprints or anything crazy , just something that keeps you moving enough to be hot = sweat. Think of jumping Jacks, planks, butterfly kicks, ladder climbs, etc. Also if you have a jacket with a Hoodie, def tie the hoodie secured so u can sweat more! It works I promise.
3. if you have the time, try to workout whatever you just ate sooner than later. For example, ate an apple? That's 95 cals, nothing a 25 minute walk can't burn off 👍🏻
4. DRINK YOUR WATER. I know everyone says it BUT there's a reason they do okay. Water keeps your lips hydrated and soft. Water will keep your body hydrated, water will help keep you full (to an extent if im going to be honest) if you feel hungry after drinking water, try sucking or chewing on ice- water's cousin ♡ they go hand in hand. Also- I add chia seeds to my water for the fiber and mint leaves with lemon and Cucumber in another ( I have different cups) the mint drink helps with bad breath (from not eating) AND speeds your metabolism = lose weight faster. I also drink green tea for the same benefits + 0 calories so yay ♡
5. FOOD EXAMPLES. Chances are, If you're too focused on how hungry you are and how much it sucks that you can't have fatty foods- you'll break. You won't succeed. So let's make it as beautiful as we can. By that I mean the dishes you make. Some popular dishes we would do within the sport was 6-8 leafs of big crunchy Romaine lettuce with lemon and salt over them. That's around 10-15 calories. Another one was thin slices of tomatoes with salt. Get creative and add seasoning if needed ✨️ if you like spicy food then you're in luck cause adding spice to anything fills u up quicker:-) a good spicy choice I do is steamed garbanzo beans with tapatio. Another good (non spicy) option is steamed artichoke with light Mayo! Get fancy here guys yall can steam so many vegetables and have so many nice looking meals 😊
6. STAY CONSISTENT = I know it's easier said than done, but when you're about to grab that pizza, understand that you're conscious enough to make the decision to not eat it. If your body is fighting with your brain, then you have to trick one of them. Yes, be delulu. Tell yourself it isn't good. Tell yourself the pizza is just another thick slab of grease with artificial cheese over it. Think of how you'll feel once you eat it. Think of the grease lard and calories you're shoving down your throat. Convince yourself it's disgusting. Eventually, you will find it disgusting. And this can work the opposite way as well ✨️ glorify thin slices of fruit. The satisfying way it feels to eat low calorie naturally sweetened fruits from earth. Same with veggies and water and anything 0 calories.
If I have any other advice ( which I'm sure I do I can't just think at the moment!! Smh) then I'll be posting them on this account so follow me for more content but if there's 1 thing to take from all this, it's this:
Self-discipline & self-control
So many of us don't get to our goal weights because of these 2 right here. Find the self control to not eat the food your family brought home. Find the self discipline to carry on your good habits of eating minimal & healthy and gradually make your way to the end goal ✨️

Soaring with the Tarantula Hawk Wasps
Tarantula hawk wasps, or more simply tarantula hawks, are a sub-group of the spider wasp family Pompilidae, famous for both their painful sting and their tendancy to predate exclusively on tarantulas and large spiders. The tarantula hawks encompass two genuses. Pepsis, which includes about 133 species, is found exclusively in the Americas, and occupies a range of habitats including rainforests and deserts. Hemipepsis has 180 species and is found in tropical regions on every continent.
Although tarantula hawks get their fame and their name by hunting tarantulas, only larval wasps actually feed on arachnids. The adults actually consume nectar and fermented fruit, like other hymenoptrids like bees and hornets. In fact, many species of flowers rely exclusively on pollination by tarantula hawks. The painful sting they carry is enough to keep away potential predators. In general, however individuals are not aggressive and won't utilize their defenses unless provoked. In addition, though the sting is extremely painful to humans, it is not venomous and doesn't require medical attention unless it triggers an allergic reaction.
Members of both Pepsis and Hemipepsis are active during the daytime, and spend most of their time foraging. In the summer, females will also actively hunt for prey in which to lay their eggs, while males will practice a behaviour called 'hill-topping', in which they perch on a tall flower or shrub and wait for reproductive females to pass by. Males can become defensive of their territories, but lack stingers as they have no need to hunt.
When males locate a receptive female, they engage in elaborate aerial dances to entice her to mate with them, sometimes reaching heights of over 305 m (1000 ft). After a male and female mate, they go their seperate ways; males to find another partner, and females to find a source of prey. Once a female has located a suitable tarantula, she stings it-- the venom she injects paralyses the arachnid but keeps it alive. She then drags it back to a specially prepared burrow, where she lays her egg inside the spider and covers the burrow.
The egg hatches about 3-4 days after being laid, and begins consuming its host. The sex of the larva depends on fertilization; unfertilized eggs produce males, while fertilized eggs produce females. Over the next several weeks, the larva will consume the tarantula in its entirety, keeping it alive as long as possible and going through several molts. Eventually the larva forms a pupa, and 2-3 weeks later emerges as a fully mature adult. Both sexes have fairly short lifespans: males only live for a few weeks, and females only live for 4-5 months, but in that time they will produce over 13 eggs.
Tarantula hawks are among the largest wasps in the world. The very largest can grow up to 6.5 cm (2.5 in) long, and have wingspans to match. The females' stinger is equally impressive, reaching a length of up to 12 mm (0.47 in). Species can come in a variety of colors, most commonly orange, blue, or black, with bright orange or red wings. These features, combined with the tarantula hawks' long, hooked claws and large eyes, make members of any species easily distinguishable from other wasps.
Conservation status: No species of tarantula hawk wasps is currently threatened, although many species are facing habitat destruction and a decline in their primary prey. One species of tarantula hawk, Pepsis grossa, is the official insect of the state of New Mexico in the United States.

Welcome back to Science Sunday, where we analyze the science of comics and also it's Sunday!! I told you I'd bring the series back if I had a good idea, and I did!! I was watching One Piece earlier and Aokiji froze the ocean, which got me thinking, how powerful would that make him? That's what we'll analyze today!

For those unfamiliar with the series, Aokiji is a high ranking member of the navy with ice powers! He travels without a ship, choosing instead to freeze the ocean and bike across it (pictured below). He has been shown in several scenes freezing large quantities of salt water with minimal effort in a matter of seconds.

Since most of One Piece takes place in tropical climates, we'll be using temperatures from the Caribbean! The average surface ocean temperature in the Caribbean is 27 degrees Celsius according to seatemperature.org. Seawater freezes at 28.4 degrees Fahrenheit according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association, around -2 degrees Celsius. Multiple people are seen walking across this frozen water. Ice needs to be at least 10 cm thick to safely walk across it according to ice safety tips from My Wild Alberta.
With all that info attained, we can calculate how much water Aokiji would need to freeze to ride his bike. He would need to freeze 10 cubic centimeters of seawater for each centimeter he rides forward, dropping the temperature of the water 29 degrees in the process. Road Bike claims a beginner cyclist would average a speed of 10 to 12 mph (about 16 to 19 kmph), with an experienced cyclist hitting 16 to 19 mph (25.7 to 30.5 kph). We'll take the lowest and fastest rate to have two possible power measurements of Aokiji. Knowing the world of One Piece, he's probably much faster than even the faster time, but this is still a relatively easy task for him anyways, so it wouldn't give us a full power measurement regardless.
for the slowest speed of 16 kmph, Aokiji wou;d be covering 1.6 million cm per hour, or 444.4 cm per second. This means he would need to freeze 4444 cubic cm of water each second. That is roughly the equivalent four and a half liters. That's a lot of fluid to freeze in one second, especially given the fact he'd need to lower it's temperature by 29 degrees to do so. In the fastest condition, Aokiji would cover 3.05 million cm per hour, or 847.2 cm. This would mean freezing 8472 cubic cm of water per second, nearly eight and a half liters. These are both enormous sums of water to freeze in a single second, especially given how effortless Aokiji's travel seems to be for him.
Water has a specific heat capacity of 4.186 J/g°C, meaning it takes 4.186 joules of energy to heat one gram of water one degree Celsius. one liter of water weighs about 1000 grams, meaning Aokiji would be taking 539,474.936 joules of energy out of the water to freeze it in the slow condition, with 1,028,449.968 joules in the fastest condition. Because he is doing all this in one second, these energy estimates can also be measured in watts (joules per second). Burlington Hydro lists out the watt usage of common household appliances, with the oven being the highest at 12,500. This comes nowhere near Aokiji's lowest estimate of 539,474.936 watts. Aokiji could power 43 ovens on the low estimate, and 82 on the highest estimate. That's a lot of energy! And keep in mind, this isn't any feat of strength coming from Aokiji. This is just how he travels from place to place. The ice ice fruit is pretty serious stuff!!

Since the release of the Netflix adaptation this summer, I've seen a lot of new people enter the fandom, and with them, a lot of new OCs. Since the live action only offers a pretty limited view on the world of One Piece with its 1000+ chapters and diving into the wiki also means diving into huge amounts of spoilers, I decided to create this blog. Here you can get all the info you might want or need, 100% spoiler-free! I'll make sure to give examples in every post I make, usually using live actions characters or my own OCs (Cora for the live action and Inari and Luna for the anime) only - that way everything stays spoiler-free.
So much for the live action people, but what about the manga/anime fans? Not everyone is caught up, so maybe the spoiler argument also applies to you. Or maybe you are caught up and you just want a second opinion on whether something could work the way you imagined or you're still confused about when and how water actually affects devil fruit users (it's complicated). I might also be missing one really important topic you think all newer fans should know. Either way, you've come to the right place.
This blog is gonna have posts about topics I came up with, but it's also gonna heavily rely on what questions you might have or what you think newer fans should know, if you're a manga fan. So, my askbox is always open. I also would really like to connect with people and talking to someone can be a great way to develop a character, so you can also always send a DM. In short: Send those messages!
Last but not least, a quick disclaimer. None of the tips I give you on here are truly mandatory. Within fandom spaces, it's Shroedinger's canon, especially with OCs. The posts on here are supposed to help you get an understanding of how the One Piece world works and how to make your character fit into it as if they were canon. How far you take that is completely up to you.

BnT: Ever since they grew far enough out of trick or treating age that it felt strange to go door to door, Bill and Ted have been trying to establish a new Halloween routine. Ted’s not so sure about this idea, though.
Spider-verse (characters and/or ocs!): An anomaly manages to break free in HQ, spreading a mass of glitches through the building that send several spider people tumbling into dimensions not their own. Whether via escape or rescue, there is a mess that needs cleaning up, and fast.
DC (comics, cartoons, live action, whatever!): It’s not the first time heroes from the future have met heroes from the past, but it may be the first time they’ve managed to get lunch without a world ending event hovering on the horizon.

Can you give me some advice on effectively gaining a big belly without getting sick?
The scientific answer would be to find your maintenance calories (online calculator) and then add 1000-1500 calories to that. About 500 extra calories a day is about .5 pounds per week gained. Any added calories no matter the food will help with gaining weight and fat while still eating healthier foods like fruit, veggies, etc
As for stuffings it’s all about building capacity by taking it slow and eating till you’re slightly more than full. That way you’re not feeling sick.

Tips from a grocery worker/foodsafe certified waiter!
The temperature 'danger zone' for food and drink is 40-140F, with 2 hours being the limit without refrigeration/cooking.
Open container, Public Intoxication, and Driving Under Influence are all separate broken laws. Establishments that serve alcohol in the US are required to cut you off the moment you are visibly drunk. 'Open container' can also be a misnomer and vary by state- bottles and cans in anything less than a glued blox may need to be in a bag.
Raw flour has E. Coli bacteria, factory farmed eggs will have salmonella due to poor hygiene (sitting in their own shit).
Speaking of eggs, grocery eggs are 2 weeks old due to needing to properly settle to a baking standard. Eggs from a local farmer may be safer, but will also be somewhat different and not have enough air for baking until they are also that age.
Steak is safe to eat rare due to its thickness and proximity away to any nasties in the body waste; hamburger is not. Burger is ground up with various cuts and intestines so needs to be cooked properly well done. Chickens are too small to have this effect, so salmonella is a risk no matter what. Pork is somewhat in between, as there is a risk for trichinosis, but the larvae are much easier to spot, making this start to go extinct in domestic pigs.
Dogs and Cats in general cannot have spices or seasonings, grapes, chocolate, or milk.
Most creatures are lactose intolerant due to the fact that they will not grow up into 1000 lb animals. Goats however, are closer to human size so their milk and cheese is more digestible. Smaller animals will need dilluted goat's milk, into a custom formula. (your grocery store may have this in a can, powdered.)
Pasta noodles mainly exist to hold sauce flavor in proportion; thicker noodles like rotini are usually recommended for thicker sauces such as tomato/marinara.
It is safer for pizza chefs to not wear gloves, actually! Gloves cannot be washed, only changed, and they are trained anyways to not touch someone's food once cooked. Cooking trays/pans, industrial sized knives, spatulas, and boxes all make this possible.
Humans are very dense and weighty creatures proportionally, that they can essentially tank a lot of poison damage that other animals cannot. This is one of many reasons we are not picky eaters as a whole!
Kids instinctively dislike bitter foods due to not having grown up into this said tankiness; vegetables and things that may be good for them can taste like poison, and they cannot tell the difference yet.
Electric Kettles are more efficient at boiling water than stovetops. I'll let the video guy speak for himself, but they boil water directly rather then heating a pot/pan which then heats the water. This is great for things such as small meals, partially unclogging drains, or heating bathwater.
Keurig or similar machines do not boil the water for your coffee! They heat to 100 degrees, so if your town has a boil order up, do not pour unboiled water into their tanks!
Large packs of water and soda often have bar codes on the top- you may not have to lift them if a laser-gun can get involved!
chicken nuggets from the golden arches are beer battered, the way fish are. They're fish-fried chicken.
Grocery Register Belts can have some really dumb design- with the computer /register itself taking up half the width of the goddamn belt. Keep your food safer by loading the belt heavy to light if you can- or light to heavy. Also, putting your food in a straight line towards the checker. You cannot trust the infared camera to stop the belt unless your items are opaque- your beer will crush your bananas in front of them unless they can slide over the scanner zone. You will prefer a fixable scan error until we can perform alchemy.
Fruits and Vegetables have 4 digit international trade codes! unless you know what breed your apple is or are bad with numbers, these are probably easier to input if you happen to be ringing these up yourself. It is perfectly possible for a self-check system to sell you the wrong kind. Same thing with the numbers on a bar code- they also work, if your code is faded or corrupted. (or, for whatever fucking reason a brand decides, light colors like silver, or cute shapes. those suck. looking at you, bud fucking weiser with your fucking ribbon.) The laser guns are a bit more accurate than the belt as a second resort.

First off,spectacled flying foxes. Aka these guys.

They are 22 to 25 centimeters long and weigh 1000 grams. They mostly eat oranges,mangoes,bananas,figs,pears,and avocadoes. Also they can live up to 30 years. Did you know that they are good swimmers? Well you know now. They also use their wings as fans when it's hot out.
The next animal on this list is the eagle owl.

These bad boys are 58 to 71 centimeters long and weigh 2.7 kilograms. They mostly eat voles,rats,rabbits,herons,fish,and insects. Also they can live up to 60 years. Eagle owls are nocturnal which means they are usually active at night. They can be found in the taiga,farmlands,steppes,semi-arid areas,and grasslands.
The third animal on this list is the fennec fox.

They are 35 to 40 centimeters long and weigh 1.6 kilograms. They mostly eat grasshoppers,locusts,small rodents,birds,and eggs. Also they can live up to 11 years. Did you know that when startled they can produce a musky smell from the tip of their tail? It's not the most pleasant of facts but you gotta deal with it anyway. And they also have extra fur on their feet to keep them cold when it's hot and hot when it's cold.
The fourth animal on this list is kangaroos.

And last but not least,red pandas.

how i lose weight (for yall girlies out there struggling)
i fast, a lot actually. i do at least 130h of fast weekly, usually more
i try to burn at least 1000 calories daily, most of the time im around 1200kcal burned tho
i eat filling+low cal foods which are the best!! (like vegetables and fruit!!)
i always try to buy the low cal version of a certain thing
i try to keep myself busy cuz if i dont ill get cravings
i drink at least 2L of water everyday (helps with hunger and brainfog)
if im fasting for multiple days i try to take electrolites
if im feeling like binging i read a letter i made for myself on how i was feeling after i did it, this really helps me thinking about it twice before eating
i look at things that make me sick to my stomach when im hungry (like seeing ppl eat, idk why but its always been disgusting to me)
i rarely eat enough to feel full, i write down the total amount of kcal that are on my plate but i dont eat it all: i always leave a lil bit

-fasting tracker app
-in my opinion, it’s better to snack on lower calory foods (fruits, veggies, soups, crackers) throughout the day and try to stay under 1000 cals than it is to just not eat for a whole day.
-warm water is better to make you fuller
drink plenty of water. Seriously, don't wait until you're hungry to get something to drink. do not think about what you need not to eat, just be distracted
if youre fasting. anything over 50cal breaks a fast.
spendia?? green tea boiled egg A tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a full glass of water. Best taken with a snack. coffee (w creamer doesnt break fast with under 30 cal) smoothie too just watch calories 1) eat small meals or snacks throughout the day 3 100 calorie meals are better then one 300 calorie meal
2) take a multi vitamin and drink a lot of water to avoid passing out
3) find a low calorie option for sweet cravings like flavored rice cakes o r low calorie pudding
4) energy drinks are your best friend they are low calorie, give you energy, and curb your appetite
5) eat higher calorie food earlier in the day so you have more time to burn it off
6) chew slower when you eat it helps you get full faster
7) drink a glass of water before, after, and during a meal
eating a really low amount of calories each day for a certain amount of days

~ tips for losing weight the wrong way
(first and foremost, im not encouraging this or agreeing that this is in any way safe, healthy, or okay. just stating things that i do. please do not push yourself to the point where you end up in hospitals, you’re malnourished, or suicidal. my dms are open for discussion if you need to talk. yes, i eat less and exercise frequently to lose weight, but i do not starve myself completely to the point where i’m unwell or can’t enjoy cravings from time to time, and neither should you. <3)
• if you struggle with binging:
- brush your teeth when you’re craving; the mint taste will ruin the taste of snacks
- try more hobbies to fill your day instead of eating when bored
- maybe start by choosing one day to binge and the others to eat regular meals
- stop eating after 8 pm until you wake up
• instead of starving yourself completely…
- try at least eating soup, fruits, salads, low calorie snacks
- don’t go below 1000-1200 calories a day (might sound like a lot, but anything lower is psychologically considered total starvation)
- look up safer diets/eat healthier foods instead of cutting off food completely
- at least eat full meals 3-4 days a week
• more not so great tips that i do
- talk a lot during meal times to distract others from how little im eating while cutting up the food and waving it around my mouth (at least eat half)
- if a large portion, i’ll eat half and get a to-go box to “eat” the rest later
- pretend i’m sick to eat less and only eat soup and crackers
- cut out sweets every other week or every two weeks (but not completely don’t torture yourself)
- track your calorie intake
- sit-ups in bed
- invest in a waist trainer
- if you already ate a lot and have cravings, chew the food then spit it out
- increase water intake
- don’t drink your calories, eat them
- eat ice when craving
~ for now, that’s all i have, but i’m going to stress this again: please do not completely starve yourself, and at least eat a full meal once a day. don’t torture yourself by never eating things you like. it really really does get better, just don’t get weak succumb to your disorder the way i have done now. your body is beautiful, my body is beautiful. you just have to believe it.
reminders: a malnourished brain can kill you. don’t hide food in your room, it attracts bugs. you risk your ability to have kids. your body will develop more hair to make up for the loss fat in your body. you’ll start to not even recognize yourself.
i’m well aware of my hypocrisy and the fact that i also clearly have an eating disorder, i just want to make it a bit safer for my fellows who are choosing the most dangerous options. stay safe, discussions are open. <3
