THE DARK FEMININE IN ASTROLOGY : LILITH, VENUS, MOON, 4TH/8TH/12TH HOUSE, SATURN

These observations are my own. Keep in mind that placements can have lots of meanings. Now we are exploring the planets/houses through the prism of the dark feminine.

Lilith

The Goddess who never submitted. Lilith is a biblical figure. The first wife of Adam who was made by God to be a counterpart for him. She was not like Eve. Lilith joined Lucifer. She did not want to only be Adam's wife but something more. Lilith is the wild woman, she is our hidden sensual pleasure. She is the keeper of our sexuality, ambition and guilty pleasure. She shows us what we need, not just what we want. More primal, raw and unfiltered. Her sign and placement show us where we like to be naughty trendsetters and where we feel comfortable expressing our sexuality and dark feminine. A Lilith in Aquarius placed in the 4th house shows a person who explores their sensuality behind closed doors. They like the privacy of their own home (4th) and may want to experiment with crazy things (Aquarius). This person could be a case of lady/shy in the streets and crazy in the sheets. Similar to a siren this person lures people in the depths of their ocean and shocks them by their unorthodox ways.

Venus

Awww dear Venus. Our sweet and dainty side. NO. Venus also shows us what type of masculine archetype we like but also who we want to be dominated by. This is the part of the dark feminine we overlook sometimes. Venus in Aries feminine energies attracted to masculine energies can crave dominance in a very primal way and with a tiny bit of pain from more traditionally masculine men (I don't judge, trust me. My Venus is here 😉). I've also noticed this placement likes men in uniforms and "Mafia Boss" types. Venus in Scorpio may want a deep, mysterious and hidden lover. It does not mean we attract males with those qualities or of that sign, it mostly means we like those characteristics. Moon

This is the sweet side of the feminine but can also show what lies beneath and unconsciously seductive qualities. Like Cancer Moon, can attract masculines through their nurturing nature, big heart 😉 (and boobs) , intuitive insights and innocent/baby looks.

Saturn

This may surprise you but Saturn can assist us in figuring out parts of our femininity that have been hidden, shamed and repressed by the masculine. Saturn is the "father". It could even represent internalised misogyny.In Greek Mythology he was Kronos (chronos/χρόνος=time), the father of the gods who ate his own children so they wouldn't take away his power. He was overturned by his son Jupiter/Zeus. Saturn in Libra in the 2nd house could symbolise being shamed by others because we like to own feminine things, like a lot of cosmetics or repressing our more feminine values and our love for women/feminine beauty etc.

4th House

It can show what hides until we are comfortable. The protective cocoon. Similarly to the moon it is our deeper emotional abilities and a part of our dark feminine we intentionally hide from others but are aware of it behind closed doors. The type of safe place our dark feminine can be explored. Aries here can show that doing traditionally masculine things, like martial arts, actually helps us discover our dark femininity.

8th House

What turns the feminine on and brings out our darker side. Taboo fantasies. What makes us feel full and abundant. Gemini here can represent oral and 3-ways. Pisces can look for feet and water play.

12th House

Virgin. That's the word that comes to mind. The untapped part of our femininity. The siren part of our chart. A certain darkness lurks around the depths. This is a virgin right before she awakens to her sexuality and sensual power. A part of ourselves we don't touch for years and sometimes our Venusian archetype of manliness brings out of nowhere. LILITH IN SCORPIO/8TH HOUSE

Lilith has caught my attention this week since I've been speaking more frequently to others about their Lilith signs and how they see their own placement. By doing so I was very intrigued and wanted to write about my observations and thoughts. In some parts of the internet Lilith is described in a very shallow light, it's given names she does not align with, so I will make my own post about it!

⚫Lilith is more than just sex, arousal, sexuality, nudity. It is our core wound and/our scar as women in this generation and all the generations before us. It is the shame we so desperately meet everyday for being ourselves and expressing our desires. Lilith is the women who is liberated not only in her body, but also her mind and soul. She was deemed as illogical and disrespectful for wanting the same as her male counterpartner, to where she was banished from her home. Away from the place she felt safe, a foul mix of emotions turned her bitter. She felt hopless, powerless, frustrated, vulnerable and absolutely alone on her own journey. She was betrayed by the higher power and her husband, which is unforgivable and to never be forgotten. In doing so a new persona was formed, where our dear Lilith lays in the shadows and awaiting the light. She has the power to both heal and destroy, but firstly we need to find her and meet...

⚫In the astrology realm Lilith is said to be our subconscious mind. She is the pathway to our true self,all that lays underneath our taught ego and super-ego. She is the raw energy which pushes us to dig deeper and come to love our flaws and fears, but can also turn tables when put into a situation she does not favor. She is the darkness, the mystery and the secrets to our soul.

⚫Lilith also represents our feminine power and sexuality, how we deal with it, how we hide it and how be protect ourselves from it. This placement also shows where we are repressed and how we find the courage to escape it.

⚫She resides in the 8th house, frequently called the house of sex, death and taxes. In this new home she finds peace with guidance from Pluto and his transformative nature.

Observations for Lilith in Scorpio/8th house:

1. Many Lilith Scorpio women are prayed on by older men their whole life. Older, perverted and creepy men feel this deep sexual power this woman holds, even if she is dressing casual and working a normal job. (By no means am I saying if you dress more openly, that creepy men are invited). Men really smell it out and react to it either with desire or disguist.

2. They're vulnerable spot is showing they're sexuality out and open, they get very shamed for being a sexual being, a feminine being and saying what they like.

3. Many of them had a bad experience with intimacy when younger. One of the early introductions with intimacy/sex are domination from other men most of the time. They want you to just be a vessel for them and for them to take their power.

4.Many relationships can become abusive later in life, with men constantly being controlling or jealous or even both.

5. They can struggle with libido and struggle to relax during intimate times.

6. They have the upper hand when it comes to sex, they love to please and watch someone finish. It makes them feel powerful.

7. They know what they like in the bedroom. I've met Lilith Scorpios who like rough sex, but many like very smooth and romantic sex. They are very vocal how they like to be pleased. By doing so they can get into argumentative situations with low value men, who take communication about pleasure as a women bashing their game. Scorpio Lilith attracts a lot of men with shattered egos, as we said before.

8. They can be very possessive at times over their significant other.

Understanding the 8th house in Astrology (Synastry and Natal)

Let's talk about the eighth house and its meaning in astrology. Only the meaning, description. I will try to do another post with the signs.

⇢ Many people love to idealize the "good" sides of the 8th like "steamy relationship" or "an alluring person". However, traumas shouldn't be glamorize; they should be healed. The 8th house is like a closet, and inside of that closet we find fears, doubts, traumas, vulnerability, and so much more.

⇢For instance, the energy of the eighth house represents how obsessive you are, and which are your obsessions? What are your secrets? Can you keep secrets? How you view intimacy? How you approach sex? How you view a sexual partner? How you view sexuality? What turns you on or off? What is your sexual orientation? How you perceive death? What are your fears? What is your generational heritage or traumas? What you inheritance? How mysterious you are? In what areas you hide things? How you investigate, your inner detective? How good you lie? What are your inner goals?

Following with death, it is not exactly physical death; it explains about your transformations. How you process your own "death" in order to advance to the next stage, how you grieve or mourn. Continuing, the 8th house is opposite of the 2nd house, so how you share your possessions or inner fears? How we emerge with others? What is your relationship with taxes and gambling? How you lend or owe money, even pros and cons? What are your partner's resources? What you offers to others (partners) ? Why others give you money? How you share money resources with your partner? Do you have limits or you should draw new limits, too? What are you hiding? Your shadow self face.

The sign, aspect and planets in your 8th houses can reveal of this info. In some chart, some themes are more prominent than others. Next time, reevaluate your 8th house closely, it will reveal a lot of you that's hidden.

In natal

Depending on the planet, this closet (your 8th house) can have a password, or even be blocked by a chair or a desk (another planet or more). The sign will try to be the digits/ words you use to decode the password, and you can try to guess it. No matter the planet, the impact of the house is monumental. It's hard to describe the confuse energy, especially because the 8th is extreme, all or nothing.

The native may use it for its benefit after knowing the painful side. Transformations are a journey and not so pretty or easy.

Someone with this placement knows that they are changing constantly, so they either take responsibility or blame others.

If they blame others, they will never advance truly from the turmoil. This lead to vengeance, resentment or anger issues as result self-destruction: addictions. Nonetheless, they should trust the process, but trust is not simple after many betrayals and letdowns, even from themselves. This native needs to learn that they can't control everything; you just need to learn the lesson and keep moving like the eagle and reborn like a Phoenix. The 8th house energy is scorpionic, have you seen Scorpions in love?? I don't think so. I think, the less dramatic representation of Scorpio is the eagle, yet they are usually alone or typically known for that, don't they?! To love someone with the 8th house energy means to learn that you cannot control them, and still love them. The obsessive energy of this house makes things steamy and creates mysterious, even an addictive effect. Being addicted is not good, though.

In synastry, the challenge for the 8th person is acknowledge how their partner is a person, not a possession. Change should come without other's imposition. Each person has their own demons and fears. For this reason, this house synastry can be difficult. Obssesion over someone is not love. Overall, this house is not easy. if you have any planet or a stellium in the 8th house, I understand your confusion and anger. People ignore how hard is to be transforming yourself constantly. Because these changes are constant, Scorpio energy is always renewing itself. Any placement with Scorpionic energy proves it. You aren't the same person you were yesterday.

Astrology Observations on Myself pt.4

🌙 Lilith in the 5th house: When I was little I had a lot of sexual encounters with friends. Boy, girl, didn't matter and I had NO awareness of sexual orientation back then-- they just were attracted to me and wanted to explore "taboo" things

♉ Taurus ruling over the 5th house: Whenever I make plans with my friends, the to-do list is literally to eat and spend time in nature playing with flowers LOL

♈ 4th House Ruled by Aries: No one can tell me how to decorate my house, where to live, or what to do in general LOL it's all MY decisions and I go after what I want when I want BUT with Libra MC there's hellah people pleasing tendencies so it's a challenge.

If you want to know what kind of a lover turns you on the most- look at your 8th house.

I find it way more relatable for every of my client’s readings, than comparing Mars and Venus.
