I feel like I can start again. I feel like I get a fresh start at life. Everything’s new. Every hellish time I’ve ever had, God has righted with this trip. Everything is bliss. I sat by the water and wrote poetry in my head and realized nothing’s bad.

The 7 step ritual is

lagoon soak

Check out the infinity style pool and waterfall they also have a swim up bar.

Beware the bottom os a bit rough in places- I tore up my toe a bit but I think I was unlucky.

Cold plunge

I tried this- I really did! But I didn’t get any father than my feet, it was cold!!! The attendant said I got credit for trying :p

Sauna

In a room looking out over the ocean with what much be the cleanest window in Iceland

Cold mist

Sky scrub

And exfoliating scrub

Steam

Shower

This last step is thankfully warm.

Overall it was a bit crowded but I wish I’d had a bit more time.

Arriving in Iceland - exploring the Reykjanes Peninsula, the Sky Lagoon, and just getting my bearings in a new country.
