We need to be reminded of the cross every single day. Never allow the cross to lose it’s centrality to your life. To the world the cross is a symbol of shame; to those who believe it is a symbol of salvation, the power of God. God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. The message of the cross is the ultimate love story. Through His shed blood Christ paid for the penalty of our sins. Yes, it seems almost mind-boggling to think that Jesus loved us so much that He freely gave His life for us.

I John 3:16 says, "This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down His life for us." I truly believe it was not the nails that held Jesus on the cross, but rather it was His love for us.

the unnamed mc believed their curse formed a holy groupmind.

if mc's curse affects everyone the same way, is it too presumptuous to say they may have killed several people? maybe even hundreds if their temple served a larger population?

they may have used their curse haphazardly, convinced distorting the minds of others was somehow a good thing.

but what if the curse doesn't affect everyone in the same way? mr chokey was jeff-the-killer-ified due to it, but maybe that doesn't happen to everyone. if it did, why would any religious organization think it appropriate to use on its patrons? unless it's a very out-there cult, i suppose + it's also not unheard of for sermons to get a little crazy (speaking in tongues, exorcisms, snake churches, etc) so maybe unnamed mc's superiors thought the curse's effects appropriate after all?

so then how many people did they touch? just a few? dozens? hundreds? did all those touched have to be killed, or did they kill others? was every sunday at church a bloodbath???

how much blood is on the unnamed mc's hands????

I wanted to match the usakumya/Alice in Wonderland/oldschool vibes of the fashion show and Baby’s Sleeping Alice print is perfect for that! I put together a couple coords then edited to look like a GLB brand feature/street snap ૮꒰ྀི⊃⸝ ⸝ ⸝⊂꒱ྀིა♡

“Why the cross is so much more than a symbol”

“The cross is one of the best-known symbols in the world today. Crosses are displayed on church steeples and walls, embossed on the covers of Bibles and books; we fashion them out of precious metals to wear proudly around our necks. But in the first century, the cross was a Roman instrument of execution, something to be feared.

How did an object that was once a symbol of cruelty come to represent Christ’s supreme love for us? In Galatians 1:4, the apostle Paul succinctly summarizes what Jesus accomplished on the cross. He “gave Himself for our sins so that He might rescue us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father.” In this short passage, we can learn three things about the Father’s supreme love for us.

Christ suffered voluntarily. Jesus “gave Himself” on the cross (v. 4).

Jesus suffered for our sins.

Christ offers us His salvation.

The cross was a rescue operation. Jesus suffered and died “so that He might rescue us from this present evil age” (Galatians 1:4). Christ’s supreme love reached down to rescue us from our hopeless condition. How in the world can we neglect so great a gift? Christ has accomplished everything for us on the cross, and all we have to do is respond in faith. We have nothing to lose by yielding to God’s call, and everything to gain.”

OK YEAH. YEAH. ABOUT THAT. SO THAT ROUTE IS ACTUALLY PRIMO/PLACIDO'S TAG FORCE 6 ROUTE. AND I THINK ABOUT IT EVERY GODDAMN DAY.

like. the Three Emperors arent even like Tier-1 characters in TF6, they dont get unique story routes like the core cast, they dont get a unique endroute picture like in Tag Force 5, they just get plugged into the same WRGP team ups for all of their heart events. it's actually extremely hard to find adequate archiving of their events cuz, again, theyre not 'main' characters in this game. BUT FORTUNATELY. I AM UNWELL. AND I PLAYED ALL THREE OF THEIR ROUTES. AND ARCHIVED ALL THE ENDINGS. I assumed the three of them were gonna have some kind of generic endgame due to this. AND BOY WAS I. GREATLY INCORRECT.

Primo's storyline DOES END WITH HIM JUST KILLING YUSEI DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF AKIZA. AND YOURE COMPLICIT IN IT.

LIKE. DUDE??!? IN THE FUNNY YUGIOH VIDEO GAME FOR THE PSP???!?! YUSEI IS DEAD DEAD, HE DOESNT COME BACK HERE. JESUS CHRIST.

and then as if that wasn't enough, IMMEDIATELY after that the Ark Cradle descends and you have to hop on over there with Primo. And then you get there and he basically tells you how Relieved and Excited He Is To Die, and You Should Be Too.

^this fucks me up so much. that little smile. guy who is SO excited to give his life for a cause that doesn't give a shit about him. also sorry about my deck name JDFJGDF

Anyway he also talks to you about being created from despair and being made to act as God's vessel of punishment and how the people of this timeline should accept the fate God ("""God""") has decreed for them and it's honestly i think it's all one of my absolute favorite Tag Force conversations, it says SO much about Primo's character and it deserves a dedicated post of its own sometime.

And then it ends with him being like "that woman is going to come here and she's going to be pissed and it's our job to guard the Ark Cradle now" which just presents, such an amazing and haunting concept in that regard. This idea of Akiza leading the charge of the Signers to avenge Yusei's death. my GOD.

it's so fucked. it makes me cuckoo bananas. why did they go so hard on this story route that isnt even for one of TF6's main characters. Bad Guy Wins AU REAL!!

“A bruised reed He will not break...He will bring justice to all who have been wronged.” (Isaiah 42:3). Consider the Lord’s tenderness toward his own people. The word “bruised” has a number of definitions: hurt, crushed by various trials. Many of God’s people today need a word about our Saviour’s tender mercy.

Beloved, this Christian walk is warfare. It means battles, weariness, wounds, and facing a ferocious enemy who is out to destroy you. It doesn’t matter how bruised you are, how bent down by your flood of testing. God has made you this incredible promise: “You will not be broken. I won’t allow your flame to go out. Your faith will be not be quenched.”

Rise up and trust! The time has come for you to believe Jesus is with you in your storm and He will give you the strength to endure and come out of it unscathed and bring justice to you.

STOP saying things like “We’re going to Hell lol”

On Easter we went to church and our pastor was preaching, and he told us what the Bible says about Hell. The Bible says that Hell smells like rotten meat, spoiled milk, and like every other bad smell, combined, and there’s also no air so you’re constantly choking. And you’re blind and you can’t see in Hell. So you’re in a constant state of dying, but you can’t die.

Edit: I just watched a testimony of a man who went to Hell once, and Hell is A MILLION TIMES WORSE than this! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Hell is not “cool.” It is not a rave full of drugs, it is not a city full of hot demons and/or twinks. It is a realm of suffering. Pure suffering.

So next time you say something like “We are SO going to Hell lol 😂🤣🤣”, just remember what exactly you’re getting so excited about…

Jeremiah Complains to the LORD

1 Whenever I complain to you, LORD, you are always fair. But now I have questions about your justice. Why is life easy for sinners? Why are they successful?

2 You plant them like trees; you let them prosper and produce fruit. Yet even when they praise you, they don't mean it.

3 But you know, LORD, how faithful I've always been, even in my thoughts. So drag my enemies away and butcher them like sheep!

4 How long will the ground be dry and the pasturelands parched? The birds and animals are dead and gone.

And all of this happened because the people are so sinful. They even brag, “God can't see the sins we commit.”

The LORD Answers Jeremiah

5 Jeremiah, if you get tired in a race against people, how can you possibly run against horses?

If you fall in open fields, what will happen in the forest along the Jordan River?

6 Even your own family has turned against you. They act friendly, but don't trust them. They're out to get you, and so is everyone else.

The LORD Is Furious with His People

7 I loved my people and chose them as my very own. But now I will reject them and hand them over to their enemies.

8 My people have turned against me and roar at me like lions. That's why I hate them.

9 My people are like a hawk surrounded and attacked by other hawks. Tell the wild animals to come and eat their fill.

10 My beautiful land is ruined like a field or a vineyard trampled by shepherds and stripped bare by their flocks.
