The Continental (prod. Greg Coolidge & Kirk Ward).
Billed as "From the World of John Wick," the prequel miniseries consists of three ninety-minute episodes set in 1970s New York at the eponymous hotel filled with professional killers controlled by the shadowy "High Table" organized crime group. We learn more about the mythology and how certain elements became established in the universe. There's some dynamic action and fun additions to the lore, but it has far too many ancillary characters and a scattered focus on building out a pre-John Wick world.

summary: a rundown of the first times that the boys have caught you sleeping in random places
warnings/notes: none!
requested?: yes!
> > >
The boys were used to you being able to fall asleep anywhere and everywhere. It didn’t matter the circumstances, if you were tired you were 100% capable of falling asleep wherever.
It took some time for them to get used to it, though. Especially when you and Matt started dating - since you were over more often, they gradually grew accustomed to your sleep habits.
Their first times witnessing your willingness to pass out as soon as your head hit a surface was interesting to say the least.
𝟏. It had been a long day and you were exhausted. The guys had dragged you and the rest of their friends out for a day at the local fun-fair.
While, yes, it was fun, you were also drained by the end of the day.
After hanging your jacket up and kicking your shoes off, you decided to get some cereal before bed. Chris said he was going to be on his phone in the living room while the other 2 boys parted ways to get ready for bed.
Pouring yourself a bowl, you sat at the dining table and slowly began to eat.
You didn’t like going to bed hungry, but your eyelids seemed to droop nonetheless. Deciding to rest your head for a few seconds, it wasn’t long before sleep overtook you right there on the table.
Some time passed and Chris was on his way to bed. Before walking down to his room, he was met with your sleeping form slumped against the table.
He shook his head, smiling. How could someone fall asleep while eating cereal?
He gently nudged your shoulder so as to not scare you. Upon seeing your bleary eyed gaze, he helped you stand up, walking you over to Matt’s room before bidding you goodnight.
Chris laughed away to himself as he crawled into bed, finding amusement in your weird sleeping spot.
𝟐. By now the boys had sort of began to understand that you could find a bed anywhere. It had been a few months since the first incident and Chris had brought up the story on multiple occasions.
Nick thought he was only exaggerating, no way you could fall asleep anywhere. Surely you had standards.
That notion was quickly thrown out the window as he walked into the living room. His eyes found themselves upon your sleeping form.
You were strewn across an armchair. Which would’ve been normal if it wasn’t for the fact that Nick left the room for 2 minutes and you had already fallen into a deep slumber. Not to mention the fact that you were in the craziest position he had ever seen in his life.
After taking some extremely humbling pictures of you, he decided to leave you alone to get your rest.
He placed a fluffy blanket atop your torso, gently tucking the sides in. Nick gave you one last glance before going down the hall to show his brothers the pictures he took.
𝟑. It was a rainy day in LA. You didn’t get many of those; but when you did, the wrath of God rained down. Streets were borderline flooded, and the cars on the roads might as well have been labeled as boats.
You decided to run yourself a nice hot bubble bath. Putting your hair up in a bun, you soaked yourself up in the tub. There was nothing more relaxing than submerging yourself in steamy water while thunder clapped outside.
Hours passed and Matt was beginning to worry. He hadn’t heard a peep from you. He even texted your phone multiple times, knowing that you’d be scrolling through it.
When no response came, he came and knocked on the door, disrupting your peace.
You, of course, had fallen asleep in the water. The soapy suds had lulled you to sleep, releasing the tension in your muscles as you listened to the symphony of rain outside.
“You alright in there, hon?”
Blinking some sleep away, you responded.
“Sorry Matty, I fell asleep,” you mumbled tiredly.
Matt sighed in relief, chuckling to himself as he calmed down. He should’ve known. Letting you continue to get yourself pampered up, he made sure to get the bed ready for you.
Once you returned to his room, he cuddled into you as he began to laugh.
“Who falls asleep in the bath?” he teased as he nuzzled into your stomach.
“I’ll have you know that many people sleep while bathing,” you retorted, your hands tangling themselves in his hair as he continued to make fun of you.

Tumblr media
"For the last time, there are no available rooms left," Agatha hisses from the front desk.
No matter how much you plead (and bribe) the older woman, she doesn't relent.
"There must be something!" Peter groans, indignant. "The hotel is practically empty."
She sends him a tight lipped smile, before forcing through gritted teeth, "You're welcome to try your luck on the road."
As if on cue, thunder rumbles again, making the whole building shake. Wind picked up in the last ten minutes, along with the downpour, making it all impossible to see two feet in front of you. A large branch hits the front window, making Yelena jump up.
You shudder from the cold, falling on the plush pillows on the couch in the lobby. Lightning strikes, illuminating the space blinding white for a second. "I'd rather sleep here, to be honest," you mumble, and Kate agrees beside you, burrowing her face in her palms.
"No sleeping in the lobby!" Agatha screeches, shoving Peter out of the way and stomping to you. "Get up and go back to your rooms."
Yelena scoffs at the commanding tone, a retort on her tongue, but ultimately stays silent at Agatha's withering glare.
The elevator ride back to your floor is spent in silence, the five of you - Agatha insisted on following you back to your rooms to make sure you don't break in any of the staff rooms - are bundled close, watching the numbers go up. Agatha elbows her way out as soon as it dings, accidentally jutting Yelena in the ribs.
You're the last one to get off, following closely behind the group, your eyes on Kate's back.
The door is there again.
Instantly, your friends' voices disappear, a low hum of electricity filling your ears instead. You gulp, and take a step away from the group, closer to the door.
Everything around you is hazy again, the walls and the floor blurring into one singular mass, leaving only the old wooden door in focus. Your head hurts, waves of pain hitting your temples with each step you take, but you're so close, you can't go back now.
You fall to your knees just before you reach it, cradling your head and curling down. Pain dissipates slowly, allowing your mind to clear a slightest bit. You look up, your hand trembling violently as you reach for the handle.
You need to know what's behind this door.
Suddenly, your body turns to lead. You can't move anymore, your hand freezes midair, the only part of your body you're in control of are your eyes. They flicker to the side, wondering where your friends went, hoping they'd realize you're no longer following them. When you look back at the door, you see an eye staring at you through the keyhole.
You scream, falling back, your body back in your control as you crawl away. You quickly get to your feet and sprint to the stairs, forgoing the elevators altogether in fear of getting stuck. You yell out your friends names, hoping they'd come get you, but no one replies. You jump down, skipping the last few steps, and stagger back when you find yourself back in front of that old door.
You cry out, pressing your hand against your open mouth to muffle a sob, and turn back to the stairs, this time running up. You pant, sweat building at your temples, as you run in hopes of getting to the roof. As far as you know, it's the only place that's not haunted.
When you get to the landing, you run into Kate, her face a picture of concern, that old door right behind her. Only now it's rattling violently, like someone's trying to knock it down.
"We need to run," you urge, reaching for her hand.
"Are you sure you want me with you?" Her voice comes out distorted, almost guttural.
When you look up again, it's not Kate looking back at you.
The figure is purely black, a face with no eyes and no nose, only a big mouth, with rotten teeth, emitting a smell that makes you want to throw up.
You jump back, only to stumble through something freezing cold.
There are shadows all around you, some floating in the air, some lurking around the corners, waiting for you to come closer. Disfigured bodies hang from the chandeliers, their blood drips down the stairs, pooling at the bottom.
You scream, sliding down the wall to your knees, but no sound escapes your lips.
A little girl comes to your side, a flower in one hand and a floating balloon in the other. Her head is split open.
"Do you want to play?" She asks, eyes full of hope.
You stay silent, praying she would leave you alone, praying you'd wake up in your bed back home any second now.
"The red lady plays with me sometimes," she whispers conspiratorially. "Everyone thinks she's mean, but I think she's actually really nice. I told her I was lonely, and she made an old couple stay here forever so they could be my parents! Can you believe that?"
You shake your head, flat against the wall with nowhere to run. You see two people holding hands in the corner of your eye, their expressions vacant.
The girl frowns. "Are you scared?"
You nod, biting back a sob.
Another dark figure floats past you, barely sparing you a glance.
"Do you want me to leave?" Her lower lip starts to tremble, eyes brimming with tears.
"N-no," you whisper, "please stay."
This little girl is the only thing separating you from these creatures, you can't afford her to leave.
"I will!" She's smiling again, playing with the stem of her flower.
"I think… I think I'm stuck here. The red lady, can she help me?"
The girl frowns in thought, and looks back at the old door. "Well, she is a witch, I'm sure she'll figure something out!"
Your heart drops to your stomach. The red lady is the Scarlet Witch. Of course.
"Come on!" She waves her hand and you're back on your feet, following her like an obedient servant.
"No! No, we can't go there!" You try to stop, but your feet won't listen. "Something evil is in there, we can't go-"
"The red lady is not evil! I just told you that." The girl interrupts you, her hands closing in fists. "She doesn't like to be disturbed, but I'm sure she'll understand!"
You gulp, watching as your hand reaches to the knob. It turns, and you tug it open.
You don't get a chance to glimpse inside before it's snapped shut, a manicured hand flat against polished wood, 'Employees only' written in bold.
"What are you doing here?" Agatha hisses.
You lock eyes with the older woman and promptly pass out.

At Peace
Requested: yes
Summary: Jake comes home after a long day at work to find you asleep during the thunderstorm. He can’t help but join you.
Word count: 0.9k
Warnings: thunderstorms, not really any.
Pairings: Jake ‘Hangman’ Seresin x fem!reader
Tumblr media
Large, dark clouds were building steadily above Miramar. After a long day, all Jake wanted was to relax at home with you. He sighed as he watched lightning strike in the distance, his wiper blades working quickly to keep the rain from the windshield. You were waiting for him at home. That though was what made Jake press down on the gas a little harder.
The roads were empty on this rainy night, everyone deciding to stay cooped up inside rather than face the wet, February weather. Thunder cracked loudly, bright lightning flashing only seconds later. The storm was closer than Jake had originally thought. Now, more than ever, he wished he was home with you. He couldn’t wait to spend this rainy winter night with his girl.
There was only eight minutes before Jake was home. The closer he got to your shared house, the rain got heavier and the clouds darkened even more. The once bright blue sky was now a colour akin to black.
Those eight minutes seemed to pass by in a flash. Before he knew it, he was pulling up to the curb in front of your shared home and jumping out of his lifted truck. With quick footsteps, Jake headed into the house. The silence inside had him searching for your normally-bright presence.
When you two first got together, Jake learned that you loved thunderstorms. Every time, without fail, he would find you sitting next to the window, simply watching the lightning flash and the rainfall. Once the two of you got together, that became something that you shared. Oftentimes, you would end up cuddling on the couch, curtains pulled back and lights off to display the beauty of the lightning. The TV would be shut off, allowing you to relish in the clapping of the thunder. During those few hours, you never wanted to move.
Jake searched through the house. He checked the living room, your bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom in search of you and sighed when he came up empty. Where could you be? With one last-ditch effort, Jake moved toward the back door. It led out onto the deck which had a beautiful view of the beach. Occasionally, a plane could be seen taking off from the base. You would often sit outside when Jake was at work, knowing that one of the planes that you could see in the sky contained your fiancé.
He stopped dead in his tracks at the sight before him. Curled up under a light, barely there blanket on the white couch was your delicate frame. The breath in his lungs seemed to escape all at once. Your fiancé looked at you in awe. He had never seen you look more beautiful. As silent as possible, Jake pulled open the screen door. He could easily see how peaceful you were. Your chest was rising and falling slowly and your eyes were fluttering as you dreamt. He couldn’t help but snap a quick picture of your peaceful state.
When Jake stepped outside, thunder clapped loudly. Even though most people would have jolted awake, you remained sound asleep. There hadn’t been a storm in a while so, this was the first time in a long time that he had seen you this at peace. You remained sound asleep, even as your fiancé slipped in beside you. As his arm wound around your waist, he was careful not to wake you. Even when he pulled you back into his chest, you didn’t stir.
Jake was nearly asleep when you rolled over. Grinning up at him sleepily, your arms wrapped around his toned midsection as you snuggled closer to him. One of his hands reached up, brushing a few wispy strands of hair away from your face. You seemed to relax even further, eyes slipping shut once more. Then, your fiancé leaned forward and peppered kisses across your forehead. Giggling softly in response, you tucked your face into the crook of his neck to hide from his ministrations.
It was hard to hide his grin as he pressed one last soft kiss to your temple. Thunder clapped above, and yet it couldn’t pull Jake’s eyes away from your soft features. The look of pure love in his eyes was hard to miss and it had you blushing intensely, looking back at his sweater-clad shoulder to avoid his teasing stare. “I love you.” He spoke quietly, thumb rubbing over your temple before he kissed your forehead.
Your eyes closed, revelling in the feeling. Once you whispered those same words back to him, your fiancé pulled you into his chest snugly. His warm palm smoothed over your back, fingers drawing intricate patterns against your soft skin. Content, Jake allowed his head to fall against your shoulder,
Moments later, Jake found himself nodding off against your shoulder. Now he understood why you loved thunderstorms so much. Even though there was thunder clapping harshly overhead and lightning flashing across the sky, Jake couldn’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of calm. When he was racing home to you, he was expecting to find you curled up on the couch, eagerly waiting for him to return to you before the two of you would fall into bed and listen to the sounds above. Instead, he got the opportunity to snuggle with you and feel your soft, smooth skin under his warm palm.
His eyes slipped shut and he allowed sleep to overtake him, content in simply lying here with you, under the violent, yet peaceful skies above.
a/n: Hope you all enjoyed!! Thank you for reading. Requests are open :)

A monstrous tripod, higher than many houses, striding over the young pine trees, and smashing them aside in its career; a walking engine of glittering metal, striding now across the heather; articulate ropes of steel dangling from it, and the clattering tumult of its passage mingling with the riot of the thunder. A flash, and it came out vividly, heeling over one way with two feet in the air, to vanish and reappear almost instantly as it seemed, with the next flash, a hundred yards nearer. Can you imagine a milking stool tilted and bowled violently along the ground? That was the impression those instant flashes gave. But instead of a milking stool imagine it a great body of machinery on a tripod stand. [...]
Seen nearer, the Thing was incredibly strange, for it was no mere insensate machine driving on its way. Machine it was, with a ringing metallic pace, and long, flexible, glittering tentacles (one of which gripped a young pine tree) swinging and rattling about its strange body. It picked its road as it went striding along, and the brazen hood that surmounted it moved to and fro with the inevitable suggestion of a head looking about. Behind the main body was a huge mass of white metal like a gigantic fisherman’s basket, and puffs of green smoke squirted out from the joints of the limbs as the monster swept by me.
Let's talk tripods! Every artist and fiilmmaker has different interpretations of the fighting machines. It's not hard to picture a towering three-legged alien death machine, of course, Wells gives us a good picture of what they look like, but I want to go over a few depictions of them and compare them to his written description, in no particular order, because I think it's interesting, and I think WOTW might actually be a special interest:
Tumblr media
Wells drew this one himself. It's a stick figure, of course, but this was how he pictured them. I especially like the little guy going "oo-er!" at the sight of it, almost in polite terror.
Tumblr media
The BBC version. To me, this one owes a bit more to Transformers design-wise, and moves like the Cloverfield monster, like the MUTO, like a lot of giant monsters we've seen in recent years, terrestrial or otherwise. But they are still menacing, and they actually make a clear "aloo!" noise when calling to each other. I've got to give them that, even though the BBC screwed up the Martians, the cylinder, they kept going on about Russia, the whole "you can't marry her, you're already married to your cousin" bit. It was a mess.
Tumblr media
The Edward Gorey illustrations. O is for Ogilvy, burned like the flag. P's for the Parson, oh, what a drag. Sorry. This is basically a flying saucer with legs. Bit silly, but the tentacles are there, and the legs aren't the stiff kind Wells hated. Which brings us to...
Tumblr media
Warwick Goble's illustrations from the original publication of WOTW in Pearson's Magazine. Wells famously hated these so much that when WOTW was published as a book, he wrote a segment into the story ragging on these stiff-legged water tower tripods. I think Goble took the milking stool description too literally, his tripods are always drawn tilted.
Tumblr media
The 2005 Spielberg tripod. Great. Massive. Scary. Everything is there. The tentacles, the Heat Ray arm (two even), the suggestion of a head, even the basket. Say what you want about this movie with its excessive amount of Tom Cruise and young Dakota Fanning screaming, but the tripods are fantastic. Damn near perfect even. I think Wells would be very pleased.
Tumblr media
The 1953 design. I am very fond of these, they're a great classic sci-fi ship, but they're more akin to the flying machines than the tripods. The filmmakers try to loophole their way out by talking about invisible electrostatic legs (which you can see when the machines initially appear) but I'm pretty sure they went this route because the film was getting more and more expensive and the budget wouldn't extend to stop-motion for the legs. Still, a wonderful creation, the goose neck/cobra head design for the Heat Ray is a good touch and my god, the hissing, ticking noises these things made. Love them.
Tumblr media
The Jeff Wayne musical design. My favourite. My beloved. My nightmare fuel. Totally iconic. I'm sure when most people think WOTW, their first thought is the legendary album cover featuring one of these monsters melting the Thunder Child's valiant heart. Doesn't make them book-accurate though. The Heat Ray is built into the chassis, it's all one unit rather than a separate head on a body, the basket was given to the handling machines, and they are stiff-legged in stills. But they're scary in motion, and their howls still give me the jibblies. OH GOD, THOSE HOWLS. Opening Horsell Common And The Heat Ray on the Highlights album with that scream isn't fair!
Tumblr media
Henrique Alvim-Corrêa's illustrations for the Belgian publication, and Wells' favourites. The effects of the Heat Ray are chilling, and they're definitely sinister when there's a lot of them just standing there or coldly blasting humans. But I'm just not sold on those googly eyes, they make them goofier. Although when these designs were used for the War of the Worlds 1913 indie game (which I still need to play) the eyes were just blank. Redemption!

Sleep Tight - E.M.
Tumblr media
Pairing: Single Dad Eddie Munson x Fem Reader
Word Count: 3.8K (this may have gotten away from me)
Warning: fluff, idiots to lovers, a couple of curse words
Notes: This has been living in my brain for days, and I had to get it out. So everywhere I've read Eddie as a dad, he has a little girl. Don't get me wrong, I love it. But can you imagine him with a little boy who is his tiny doppelganger? Dead.
For this, I picture Eddie and Reader as having known each other since they were kids, and both were close growing up. Eddie flunked his first senior year, and reader graduated and left Hawkins for college. They kept in touch for a while but eventually drifted apart. She returns to Hawkins and reconnects with Eddie and his 4-year-old son. Mom has been out of the picture since he was born, and I picture Eddie as a mechanic who plays with Corroded Coffin on the weekends.
Eddie and Reader are 28 in this (takes place in 1994). An AU where the Upside Down doesn't exist, and Eddie lives.
Divider from @firefly-graphics
Tumblr media
"Daddy, rain!"
Eddie and Y/N paused from the couch as they looked at the small four-year-old excitedly pointing out the window. The rain shouldn't have been a surprise; it had been gray and overcast all day. Eddie walked over to the front window, looked outside, and noticed a bright flash of lightning followed by thunder less than three seconds later. Before he could say anything, the skies opened up, and a torrential downpour began to beat on his roof.
"Crap, I should probably leave if I'm gonna make it home in one piece," Y/n pondered as she joined the two Munson boys at the window.
"Are you insane? There's no way I'm letting you leave now." Y/N had joined Eddie at his home for dinner instead of at Benny's due to his son's babysitter canceling last minute. The three had spent the evening playing, eating pizza, and finally settling to watch Ghostbusters. She had been on the verge of excusing herself for the evening when the storm had come upon them.
"Eds, my car will be fine. Besides, I can't stay the night." Y/N casually tried to motion to his son, who was now staring at her and preparing himself to bring out the big guns.
"But I thought we were having fun." Ronnie Wayne Munson was his father on a 24-year delay. He had the same wild curly brown hair and brown cow eyes as Eddie, and based on how he looked at Y/N, she knew his father had taught him how to use them to his advantage.
"Look, far be it for me to question the integrity of your Honda, but it’s not like this would be the first time you had to stay; you used to crash all the time when we were kids. Besides, it's unsafe to be on the road right now. You can't even see the house across the street!". Y/N turned back towards the window, and she had to admit that Eddie was right. Even with streetlights, the house across the street was nearly impossible to see. She sighed before looking at Eddie and his boy standing next to him, both with expectant looks on their eager faces.
"Okay, I'll stay."
"Hooray!" Ronnie yelled as he ran up to give her a hug. Eddie beamed at Ronnie. He was usually reserved around new people, but as soon as Y/N had reappeared in Hawkins two months ago after a ten-year absence, Ronnie had taken an instant liking to her. The little boy seemed as infatuated with her as his father had been years before.
"So, how late is this party going to go on?" Y/N asked as Ronnie climbed back onto the couch.
"Well, little man's bedtime is usually 7pm..." Ronnie looked at Eddie with a sad face. Y/N had just agreed to stay the night; it was unfair that he would have to go to bed soon. "but since tonight is a special occasion, I think we can watch one more movie."
"Yes!" Y/N couldn't help but chuckle as Ronnie did a triumphant dance before jumping off the couch. "Can we watch Nightmare Before Christmas?"
"Sure, let's get you into your jammies."
"I'll make the popcorn." Y/N motioned to the kitchen, and Eddie quickly told her where everything was. As she popped the bag in the microwave, she couldn't help but smile at the giggles emanating from Ronnie's bedroom. Eddie now lived in a small house on a quiet street near the edge of town, which felt warm and cozy like his and Wayne's old trailer. The coffee rack in the kitchen now held Eddie's mugs instead of Wayne's, and his beloved Sweetheart sat in the corner of the living room next to his acoustic and amp. Above the well-loved couch were numerous pictures, ranging from Eddie's graduation to him holding his newborn son in the hospital. There were several with the two of them and Wayne, and even one of her and Eddie from back in 83.
The sound of little feet coming from the hallway pulled her from her thoughts, and soon she was greeted by Ronnie, who was now wearing dinosaur pajamas. He ran up to her and wrapped his arms around her leg. He leaned up to give her a big toothy grin.
"Hi," he said cheerfully, and Y/N couldn't help but chuckle.
"Well, don't you look comfy? You ready for the movie?" He nodded gleefully as the timer for the microwave went off. She carefully removed the bag and poured the contents into a bowl, handing it to Ronnie when he made it clear that he had to help her. "Two hands, go slow, ok?". He nodded, his little tongue sticking out in concentration as he made the short journey to the living room. They both sat on the couch while Eddie quickly popped the VHS into the tape player, pausing to turn off the living room lights before he sat down.
Ronnie sat between the two of them, and the three of them snacked as they watched the movie. The kid was on cloud nine, happily eating popcorn and singing along to the movie. Eddie's arm eventually rested on the back of the couch, causing Y/N to blush whenever his fingertips brushed the top of her shoulder. When the popcorn was gone, the bowl was moved to the side, and Ronnie took this as his cue to make himself more comfortable.
"Whoa, we don't climb on our guests." Eddie chided as he watched his son climb onto Y/N's lap. He was worried it would make her uncomfortable, but he was pleasantly surprised when she put her feet on the coffee table and wrapped her arms around Ronnie's stomach, letting him rest his back against her chest.
"He's fine, now hush."
"Yeah, Daddy, the movie's on." Eddie's eyes bulged from being sassed by not only his son but also his childhood friend. As the evening progressed, he kept stealing glances at the two of them. From the way Y/N would rub Ronnie's stomach to how they would occasionally whisper and giggle with each other, his emotions were all over the place. As the rain continued to beat against the roof, Ronnie eventually gave in to sleep. When the credits finally rolled, he was sleeping contentedly on Y/N's lap, her hand rubbing over his tummy soothingly.
"That kid usually has to be dragged kicking and screaming to go to bed," Eddie commented as he gingerly reached over to take Ronnie from Y/N. She grinned as she handed him over, stretching her arms above her head once he was safely in his father's arms. "Hey, once I get him in bed, would you be up for a movie?" he asked hopefully.
"Sure. Do you have anything I could change into?"
"I've got you, be right back." Y/N watched as he disappeared down the hallway into Ronnie's room. To be honest, when she had run into Eddie on her first day back in town, she had expected it to be awkward. After all, they hadn't seen each other in ten years. Yet, in the two months they had spent reconnecting, it felt like no time had passed at all. They quickly fell back into their dynamic, which had been created over numerous sleepovers and hangouts during their childhood. When Eddie returned to the living room he held up a clothing item in each hand.
"Okay, so the boxers are old and very stretched out, but they're clean, and the shirt was a gag gift from Henderson."
"Gag gift?" she asked, and had to bite her lip when Eddie unfurled an oversized shirt that had "Virginia is for Lovers" emblazoned across the front. "That is amazing."
"Go change; I'll pick the movie. Horror okay?" Y/N nodded as she shuffled into the bathroom. Eddie hummed to himself as he tried to pick a movie for them to watch. He was mentally preparing to keep his cool when he heard the bathroom door open a few minutes later. Whatever composure he had quickly flew out the window when he saw her adorned in his clothes, and she looked at him expectedly as she waited for him to say something. "Um, everything fits ok?"
"Yeah, the boxers are a tad tight around the thighs, but it's no biggie. Now, what are we watching?"
"Well, I don't know about you, but I haven't seen "The Thing" in ages."
"Fuck," she chuckled as she sat back down on the couch. "I think the last time I saw it was with you." Eddie popped in the video and sat next to Y/N.
"Well then, let's get to it, shall we?" The movie started, but it wasn't long before Eddie and Y/N started talking. Old inside jokes and stories passed between them, quickly resulting in giggles that they tried to keep quiet so they wouldn't wake Ronnie. When the movie ended, they kept talking, the rain becoming static noise as their conversation moved to their love lives.
"Wait, he cheated on you?" Eddie asked incredulously as Y/N took a sip from her beer.
"Yeah, had a side piece for like two months before he finally had the balls to break up with me. You want to know something funny?" Eddie shook his head as he watched her settle into the cushions more, a sigh leaving her lips. "I wasn't even that mad about it."
"You'd been with the guy for over the year, and he cheated; I'm shocked you didn't set his car on fire. Fuck, Jason Carver started that rumor about you sophomore year, and you took a bat to his headlights." Y/N giggled at the memory.
"I also told the cheerleading team he had a micro-penis, but that's not the point. And don't get me wrong, it sucked that he didn't have the balls to just break up when he realized he didn't want me anymore. But, in the end, I wasn't angry like I thought I would be."
"You were together a while, though." Y/N sighed as she thought over her response.
"When I was little, I remember asking my Mom why she married my Dad. She said it was because she felt this spark every time she saw him; she said she knew from their first date that he was the one for her. Over a year with Daniel, and I never once had that feeling." She paused as she turned to look at Eddie. "Did you ever feel that way with Ronnie's mom?"
"Veronica?" asked before running a hand over his hair, letting out a heavy sigh as he thought about his son's mother. "We weren't together long before we found out she was pregnant, we hadn't been very serious before, but since there was a kid on the way, we decided to give it a shot. Turns out we were two puzzle pieces from two different puzzles."
"When did she leave?"
"Left when Ronnie was 3 months old. Said motherhood wasn't for her, and she felt it would be best if Ronnie didn't grow up with a Mom who resented him." Y/N nodded in understanding before letting out a loud yawn. "Alright, that's enough sad shit for tonight. Let's call it a night."
"Just toss me a pillow and blanket, and I'll be fine out here."
"Or," Eddie started with a hopeful gleam in his eye. "We could make this like old times, and we can share my bed." She raised an eyebrow at him, and he put his hands up defensively to plead his case. "I know what you're thinking, but we won't be crammed on a double like old times. I upgraded to a Queen and," he paused as he let out a puff of air. "would be nice to have someone else in the bed, you know?" The air was tense for a moment, but it disappeared for Eddie when she gave him a sleepy smile and motioned for him to lead the way.
Eddie's room was different now that he was an adult. The bed was on a frame instead of the floor, and the tan-colored walls had pictures of Ronnie and Wayne instead of metal band posters. He had a tall dresser, and above it was a small bulletin board covered in concert tickets and wristbands. It was surrounded by Corroded Coffin fliers for The Hideout, where the boys still played when they had the time. Y/N stood quietly in the doorway while watching Eddie pull back the comforter.
"Alright, any preference on a side, m'lady?"
"I'll take the right side. And I swear to God, if you dutch oven me, I’m gonna punch you right in the dick."
"Holy shit. I did that once, and in my defense, it was over 15 years ago."
"It was traumatic. Smelled like a sumo wrestler took a dump on a burning pile of hair." She giggled as Eddie tossed a pillow at her.
"The fuck it did; it was not that bad."
"Well, it didn't sell like sunshine and roses either!" Her giggles stopped as they both stood on opposite sides of the bed. He looked at her like he wanted to say something, and she found herself unable to look away as she returned his gaze. It was over in a second as he shook his head and motioned for her to climb in.
"Fair warning, Ronnie is an early bird and will likely be in here at an ungodly hour."
"Thanks for the warning," she replied as she yawned, feeling sleep calling for her as she savored the perfection that was Eddie's bed. Their backs were towards each other as he leaned over and turned off the bedside lamp, the only light now coming from the slivers of moonlight through the window. Just before she succumbed to sleep, she heard Eddie's soft voice in the quiet of the room.
"Night, Y/N."
"Night, Eddie."
Tumblr media
It started when she heard crying in her dreams, but what fully woke her was Eddie getting out of bed. It was only then that she realized the crying was coming from Ronnie's room. She followed him, Ronnie's cries pulling at her heart as she wondered what could have possibly haunted him in his sleep. She stood in the doorway of his room, watching Eddie with Ronnie in his arms.
"Come on little man, it's okay. I've got you, bud." Eddie ran a hand over his son's back as he paced the room, pausing when he saw Y/N in the doorway. "Shit, I didn't mean to wake you." Before she could respond, Ronnie realized she was in the room. Fidgeting in Eddie's hold, he held his arms out for Y/N. Eddie saw a look of shock take hold of her, but it was gone in a flash. Before he could blink, she had Ronnie's small body against her chest as she started cooing in a soothing voice.
"Now, what has you crying so hard, huh?" Y/N rubbed Ronnie's back as his sobs began to turn to soft cries. She turned to exit the room, and Eddie followed like a sailor caught by a siren. He watched as she walked past the living room into the kitchen. She pulled a carton of milk from his fridge, now holding his son on her hip as if that was where he was always supposed to be. "Eddie, where do you keep your glasses?"
Snapping out of his trance, he shuffled across the kitchen to stand behind Y/N. He reached up to open the cabinet, a hand on her shoulder as he pulled down three glasses. He watched as she lined them up before opening the milk jug and pouring it until all three glasses were full. She motioned to the microwave, and Eddie nodded. As he set the timer Y/N placed Ronnie on the counter and cradled his face, her thumbs gently wiping his tear-stained cheeks.
"Wanna tell us what woke you up?"
"We were at the park, and I couldn't find you or daddy when it was time to go. I kept yelling, but you weren't there." A new round of tears was about to fall, but she simply smiled as she took Ronnie's hands in hers.
"Don't cry, your Daddy and I are right here. See?" Ronnie looked from Y/N to his father, and Eddie gave him a small smile and wave as the timer for the microwave went off. Eddie brought the glasses over, and Y/N took one and held it to Ronnie. He took it and looked up at Y/N.
"What's this?"
"When I was little and I had bad dreams, my mom would give me a glass of warm milk. Then we would turn the TV on and watch it until I got sleepy. Sound like something you would be interested in?" Ronnie nodded as he lifted the glass to his lips. Y/N and Eddie did the same, and when they were done, she lifted Ronnie from the counter and carried him to the living room. "Your dad will find something good for us to watch, right?"
"Comfort TV, coming right up." Y/N sat with Ronnie's little head against her chest, her hand running over his back as Eddie found a rerun of The Addams Family on Nick at Nite. From his spot crouched on the floor, so many thoughts ran through his head as he watched Y/N comfort his son; he couldn't quite catch what they all were. But despite the late hour, he knew deep down that it felt right.
It took almost an hour for Ronnie to fall asleep, and by the time he had, Y/N was leaning heavily against Eddie's arm. She had spent nearly the entire time talking to him softly and rubbing his back. Eddie shut the TV off as Y/N carefully walked to Ronnie's room. She carefully placed him in his bed, covering him with his blanket before she ran her hand over his soft brown hair. Content that he would be asleep until the morning, she stood and noticed Eddie watching her from the doorway. He was wearing the same expression he'd had before they'd gone to bed. She gave him a soft smile before walking past him to his bedroom.
She heard Eddie close Ronnie's door, but before she reached the bed, she felt his hand on her wrist. She turned and, seeing his expression, her brows furrowed in curiosity as he pulled her closer. She called his name but lost her voice when he raised his hand. It cradled her jaw, his thumb running over her cheek as his eyes bore down. He lowered his head, and without saying a word, he pressed his lips to hers.
Y/N had wondered multiple times growing up what it would be like to kiss Eddie Munson; she figured that just came with having a best friend of the opposite sex. But as his other hand came to cradle her face, she realized that this moment was miles better than anything her schoolgirl imagination could concoct. Her eyes closed as his lips trailed to her cheeks, followed by her nose and forehead. She felt her heart racing when he rested his forehead against hers.
"I love you."
"Eddie,"
"Since I was 10 years old. Fuck," he chuckled as he reached down and took her hands. "I think I loved you before I even knew what that was." The room was quiet as they stood there in the dark, and Eddie wondered if he had royally screwed everything up because she wasn't saying anything. Then he felt her thumb run over the back of his hand.
"You didn't say anything," she said softly. Her eyes now were looking into his. "You let me leave for Chicago without saying anything."
"I know. Hands down, one of the worst moments in my life was watching you drive away."
"But why?" she implored. "Why wouldn't you say something?" Eddie sighed as he looked down at the floor. He only spoke when he felt her squeeze his hand.
"You were always better than Hawkins, better than me. You were destined for fancy dinner parties where assholes like me just serve the drinks." Eddie was no stranger to rejection in his life; he often wondered if it was just a part of his DNA at this point. Then he felt her hand cup his chin, forcing his face to look at her.
"It's sweet you think so highly of me, but I don't want any of that, not if you're not next to me to enjoy said drinks." Before Eddie could respond, she pulled his face down and kissed him. His hands found their way to her hips, her shirt bunching in his hold when she pressed her tongue against the seam of his lips. There was no rush, no hurry as they kissed in the dark. Eddie felt what Y/N's mother had talked about, a spark he could only hope she felt in return. When she pulled her lips away, he pulled her body closer. He pressed his nose into her neck as she ran a hand over his hair.
"Let's go out on Friday."
"A date?" she asked hopefully. She felt him nod as she felt him inhale deeply.
"A proper date, the one I should have asked you on in high school," he said as he rose to his full height. "It's been a while since Ronnie's had a sleepover at Wayne's; we'll do dinner and a movie; what do you say?"
"Pick me up at 7, and you have yourself a deal." Eddie beamed down at her before leaning down to steal another kiss.
"We'd better get some sleep before my demon spawn wakes us up at an ungodly hour." Y/N chuckled as they both climbed into the bed. Instead of sleeping back to back, now she was curled into Eddie's side, her head on his chest and her arm slung over his torso. The feel of his fingers tracing over her arm made her eyes droop, and as she drifted off into sleep, she could faintly feel his lips on her head as he whispered unheard words to her.
Tumblr media
Eddie woke when the sun from the window moved over his face. He first noticed that his arms no longer held Y/N, and he wondered for a brief moment if it had all been a wonderful dream. But then he felt a slight movement to his left. Y/N was sleeping on her side, facing him, and between them was Ronnie. His son was sprawled on his back, his sleep shirt had ridden up to show his stomach, and his tiny hand was holding onto Y/N's even in sleep. He knew in an instant that was what he wanted to wake up to every day for the rest of his life.
Tonight, when Wayne came to visit, he was going to ask for his grandmother's ring. Eddie knew he wasn't the smartest guy in the world, but he was sure of this. He was going to make Y/N his wife before the year was out.

【Funny Story Time】
I wrote an article for my 6 pictures
I tried to machine translate a paragraph and modify it.
But it's too long. I give up.
Tumblr media
During Links meal breaks, the chains sometimes share anecdotes from the past to improve their understanding of each other ......
Well, sometimes it's not so much the anecdotes that are shared as it is the puzzles or the creepy pasts that are shared on reflection. (And some people seem to enjoy it.
It was a spring-flowery afternoon, and the sun was just right, and mixed with the sweet aroma of the chef's well-cooked courser milk soup, it had to be said that it was a very good soothing respite for Links, who had just finished a hard-fought battle, both physically and mentally.
Everything was just right, so Warriors let his guard down and picked a conversation that had left him a bit exhausted for the next week (Oh! Don't get me wrong, it was actually quite an interesting process and development /grin/)
Huh, how could he be blamed, after all the Warriors, who was more social than the other Links, was relatively adept at grasping the melodrama of the atmosphere, knowing when to be quiet and when it was better to have a chat.
They all understood that the team was, with the exception of certain ones, clamshells that had come to life one by one. (Or maybe some of the outgoing ones are actually clamshells.) (Aha! A new way of flirting with oneself is born.)
Anyway, this is why Warriors wave his spoon smugly (like a tiny flag): "...... When we triumphed, the streets were filled with petals and ribbons, and people clustered in the streets and upstairs and on the rooftops, and though, trampled by the war, both the roads and the .. were somewhat depressed ...... Well! That part doesn't matter now!"Warriors stirs the soup and takes a small sip (any more and we won't be able to start a conversation today, Wild, the
boy's food is gaggingly good), "...brave soldiers walk the streets of Castle Town, their footsteps without the thunder of applause that rises up at the first moment, and my beloved Epona kicks and stomps (and here it's being torn apart by sunlight) down the stone streets, edged in gold, and the streets are filled with the most beautiful and beautiful things in the world. My beloved Epona was kicking and stomping along the stone streets edged in gold by the sunlight (glared at by a certain few here), flowers were thrown from all over the place to send blessings to the soldiers, and the fallen flowers covered the whole road, Aaannnnnd!Of course~ I received the most bouquets of flowers~ No matter which way I looked, the screams were like the rising of the tides that rose up and down, and went on and on and on~"
Warriors grunts and laughs as he speaks, lifting his bangs and skimming the ends of his hair.
Gee, he's always showing off his hormones that have nowhere to go.Legend smacked his lips on his spoon, the delicious food immediately soothing his prickly nerves caused by the teasing, but ......
Putting aside some of his "preconceptions", Warriors was indeed a strong general with leadership qualities, and under the circumstances, it was only natural that he would be welcomed to protect the people, lead the soldiers, gather the divided world, defeat Ganon, and bring safety to the people. With this in mind, Legend picked out the fruit in the soup and took a bite.Looks like he's popular, that's really good. Well, yummy.
(Wild has fine-tuned for everyone's tastes, the golden apple chunks added late in his bowl are soft, crunchy and sweet after micro-cooking, rich in flavor, he had asked for some seeds long ago, but Wild said that this golden apples are produced by probability,. Hummm, Legend who is the hottest apple supplier in Hylia and Loria' smiles but does not say anything.)
But ......Legend chewed another bite of apple chunks, looking at him like this is really unpleasant ah.Legend was disgusted by the image that appeared in his mind of Warriors riding horses and throwing flying kisses to stir up a cheering crowd of cold shivers, ah, can not think about it, a little stomach.[I'm not sure if this paragraph is translated correctly (because I read it myself as if something was wrong, but I don't know what went wrong).]
The Chef of Peace, who had been listening to the story since a moment ago and had somehow become a bit dazed, came back to his senses and looked at Legend, who was blushing a bit darkly, in puzzlement.

Eggs①: (Three photos taken by Wind) (Price:?)

(Link, who was surrounded by civilians, gave flowers and scattered petals to celebrate shyness and cover his face)
(Link who was frightened by the enthusiasm of the people and hid in the Zelda King)
Eggs②:
A week later, another tea break.
Wars looked at Time, who was being chased and intercepted, and drank a cup of sweet and sour fruit tea contentedly.
Offensive and defensive potential is also different, sapling, soldiers are not tired of cheating, plan and then move, is also for the trick. (Completely strung together.)
Wind? Wind curled his lips as he held a small part of the empty cookie bag. Wars really held a grudge.

Chapter 5
Falling
Her life had been predetermined by her father the moment she had been born.
For as long as she could remember, Wanda had always been told what to do, how to act, what was expected of her. Even though her mother helped her get an education, as well as get into a career, her father had always made sure Wanda was straight as an arrow, always leading her to a ‘good man that could control and protect her’.
She found herself being introduced to Jarvis at some point, the son of one of her father’s business partners, and a classmate of hers all through the secondary, it had been decided that he would be her husband. Wanda sighed watching the picture she kept on her photo album, in there was Pietro always smiling and happy with his arm around her shoulders while Jarvis stood to her left with a possessive hold on her waist.
Pietro had never liked Jarvis, but it wasn’t his decision.
Thunder broke into the night, Wanda jumped startled watching outside the window while her eyes drifted momentarily to the stairs. She strained her ear trying to hear if the twins had woken up, but the silence of the house was only broken by the rain and the wind right outside. Wanda sat in silence and a half-lit room, the memories of her past coming over with overwhelming emotions that threatened to break her over once more.
She held onto her own strength, the smile of her children and the words of Hope and Natasha while the tears rolled down her cheeks.
“This is a long road, Wanda. You are not expected to heal overnight, but you do need to start somewhere.”
And that was precisely what she was doing, choosing the memories she wanted to keep and letting go of those she didn’t want to remember. The pictures in her photo album had change drastically the moment Jarvis showed up in her life. Soon the pictures of Pietro, her mother, and her friends disappeared, giving way to pictures of Jarvis filling up her youth invading her life in ways she never noticed until now.
She didn’t even have enough pictures of her and the twins, most of the pictures included Jarvis one way or another holding them, grabbing them, possessing them. Wanda closed the photo album feeling suddenly emotionally tired, her life had changed drastically ever since she ran from Jarvis and started working on her, her children, her career.
“One step at a time, Wanda. You just must give yourself some credit, you are doing fantastic and as long as you remember why you are doing this you will be okay.”
And Wanda knew why she was doing it.
She still had the scars, and the police report as well as the medical records of herself and Tommy. The bright, blueish light of lightning breaking into the night startled her again, this time around she redirected her eyes to the window and waited for the sound of thunder breaking into the night.
The lights in the house flickered and soon the hole house went black. Wanda stood up, her eyes going big as she heard the sudden cries coming from the twin’s room. In less than a minute she had run up the stairs entering their room, the light from the mobile helping her move through the house and the darkened room.
She was familiar with the scene welcoming her the moment she crossed the threshold of the twin’s room. Billy was holding onto Tommy, both boys had their eyes wide open though Tommy was looking drowsy and flustered while Billy was completely awake and disheveled holding onto his brother as he used to whenever they heard the screams of fighting and hitting in their parents’ room.
“Hey, guys, it’s okay, mommy is here.” Wanda approached the bed wrapping her arms around them, kissing their foreheads with a concerned frown. “It’s just rain, it will pass.”
Billy merely nodded but Tommy went from his brother to his mother, and it was then that Wanda noticed the shivering figure of Tommy, his labored breathing and the glassy eyes. Billy shot his brother a worried glance before turning his attention to his mother.
“Momma, I don’t feel good.” Tommy whispered snuggling closer to Wanda, the young woman placed her hand on the boy’s forehead feeling the warm emanating from his skin.
Panic rose inside Wanda’s mind, Tommy was burning and he wasn’t looking so good. She lifted her eyes and Billy was glancing at her with a frown adorning his face.
“Mommy?”
“Don’t worry, boys, mommy is here, okay?” Wanda cooed Tommy while trying to give Billy a reassuring smile.
Tommy closed his eyes whimpering lightly, while Billy chewed on his lower lip.
“Is Tommy okay?” He asked in a small voice, Wanda fixed the younger of the twins on the bed while helping Billy down and directing him to his own bed.
“He is baby, but he needs some space and medicine, right now he seems to have a fever and mommy needs to make sure he is okay.” Wanda explained pocking Billy on the nose, the young boy offered a weak smile, but his eyes went from Wanda and Tommy constantly.
“I’m going to grab something really quick from the bathroom, can you watch over him without going to close to Tommy?” Wanda inquired knowing the request was hard for the young boy, they had always been together through the fighting, through the punishment and even in sickness.
But Wanda didn’t have the luxury of having any help, and risking both twins to get sick was something she couldn’t afford emotionally and physically. Wanda brushed Billy’s hair placing a single kiss on his forehead. Billy scrunched up his nose, pursing his lips at the last request.
“Tommy needs me.” He mumbled crossing his arms.
“I know it’s hard, Billy, but mommy doesn’t want you catching whatever it is Tommy has.” She tried to explain to the upset kid. “Mommy needs you to be strong and help her out, can you do that for me?”
Billy pouted looking away while nodding his head curtly, Wanda hesitated for a moment before standing up, her eyes went to Tommy then back to Billy who was still looking away from her. With a heavy heart, the young woman made her way to the bathroom to look for something that might help Tommy.
In the darkened bathroom, Wanda soon realized she had never bother to buy any medicine or any kind of implements that might help in a situation such as this. She had gauze, alcohol, bandages, cotton balls, and a digital thermometer. She tried to look at her reflection, the tears she didn’t know she was shedding rolling down her cheeks while her heart beat hard against her ribcage. None of this, but the thermometer, would help her with Tommy, would her?
With trembling hands, Wanda grabbed the thermometer and some cotton balls, she let her hands wander inside the cabinet until she found a small cup. Making sure the water was not too cold, she wiped away her tears and putting on a strong façade grabbed everything and went back to the twin’s room.
The storm ranging right outside the house became almost unbearable, thunder and lightning filled out the emptiness inside her home and by the time she was helping Tommy out, Billy was holding onto his pillow watching wide-eyed as Tommy whimpered and complain while putting his blankets away.
The lights had not come out yet, and Wanda had a feeling that this might take some time because of the storm. She went right into action making sure Tommy had the thermometer while putting the cotton balls and the cup of water on the bedside table.
Billy watched from afar as Wanda fussed over Tommy while his brother cried softly, and tried to get away from her touch while still couching and sneezing, his hands grabbing his chest or head from time to time. The young boy had always been there ready to protect his brother, and he hated it when he knew there was nothing he could do.
His young eyes went from his brother to his mom, she was crying and Billy felt his eyes well up at the sight. For a brief moment, he turned his attention to the door almost expecting his dad to come over screaming enraged before hitting mommy and Tommy.
But it never happened, and relief washed over the young man that still felt anguish at the sight of his family suffering over without anything he could do. Billy glanced at the phone, then back at his mom and Tommy, he lifted his hand and wiped away his tears with his pajamas. The phone he had been holding for quite a while vibrated in his hand, Billy frowned glancing at the phone while tilting his head.
“Mommy.” He mumbled standing up, he made his way to Wanda holding onto the phone.
Wanda lifted her head, she tried to smile and Billy could see she was not doing okay.
“Tell me, sweetie.”
“Can you call a doctor?” Billy offered the phone to his mother, he could no longer hide the tears on his face and Wanda broke just a little at how mature he usually behaved at his age.
Wanda grabbed the phone putting him closer to her, her arms wrapped comfortingly around him before placing a kiss on his head. She thought about the proposal, it wasn’t as if she hadn’t thought about it, but the rain outside and the lower temperatures could only be worse for the boy burning in fever at the moment. There was a moment of hesitation on Wanda’s part, she glanced at Tommy then at Billy before placing her eyes on the phone.
But before she could do anything, Tommy sat up moaning, grabbing his stomach.
“Mommy I don’t feel good…” And with those words, he leaned in and started throwing up.
Billy stepped back watching horrified as Tommy empty the contents of his stomach on the bed and the floor, and soon Wanda sprang into action taking the young boy to the bathroom, running and sharing comforting words to a now crying Tommy.
The mobile had fallen to the floor, and Billy grabbed the gadget in his hands hugging it closer to his chest not knowing what to do and how to help his mom and brother. It took him a moment, tears falling down his face, and he just checked the phone finding the only familiar name that could help him and his mommy in a moment like that one.
With a blurry eyesight, he pressed the dial button and finally started sobbing when he heard the familiar voice through the phone.

There was not a single light on the streets.
The wind and water twirled in front of the windows, the bluish light of thunder breaking into the darkness from time to time, and the rumbling from thunder making the glass trembled echoing the strength of the storm.
You sipped some hot chocolate from your favorite mug, sitting down in the kitchen your mind played out the recent events that had shaken your life in ways you never thought possible. More than a week had passed since the school event in which you got a chance to see a side of your neighborhood you were not familiar with and finding her in the practice of your best friend.
Since then, your encounters with her have been sporadic. But each and every single one of them had the spark of teasing you had come accustomed to. It had become a habit to just bother her and rail her up, to watch her reaction to your piercing words and your constant teasing while getting some reaction out of her. To see her eyes going wide, and flashing that glare you had come to appreciate, or her retorts that were a defiance of your intelligence and your personality. A part of you knew the game you were playing was a dangerous one, another part didn’t even care.
That was, until your mind reminded you of one Carol Danvers that had been at your doorstep from the moment you decided to go back to the world.
The blonde woman had been there as a support, and also as someone that helped you escaped from the pain and the reality you were made to face. So much different than Shuri, Carol had always understood your priorities, and while at the beginning the both of you had agreed on sex with no strings attached, Carol had made it quite evident she was ready for more, and pretty much intended to wait for you to be ready as well.
Another thunder broke into the night.
You lifted your eyes wondering if perhaps letting Carol meet America had been the wisest thing to do, the both of them had hit it off right off the bat, and you knew that Carol had been more than happy about the meeting. She saw that as a step in the right direction, one of the steps to get you closer into a relationship you were still not so sure you wanted.
“What are you doing up at this hour?” The voice of America startled you awake from your daze, turning around you saw her completely dressed wearing a heavy jacket and boots as if she was ready to go out.
“What are you doing dressed like that?” You asked back raising a single eyebrow, the young woman came closer to you tilting her head with narrowed eyes.
“I’m going out.”
You snorted shaking your head, “you’re crazy if you think I’m letting you go out with this weather. Anyway, why the hell would you go out? This has something to do with Kate?”
America opened her eyes wide, blushing lightly while crossing her arms.
“Not everything that happens to me has to do with Kate.” She huffed indignantly, though you had to smirk at her reaction.
“As of late, everything has to do with her…” You replied teasingly. “You two should stop playing around and get together already.”
“Oh, shut up! You are one to talk, you and Carol had been playing the friends with benefits for far too long, you should give in already.” She retorted shooting you a defiant glance, you winced looking away while lifting your mug.
“Touché. I won’t say anything about Kate and you from now on.”
“Thank you.” America turned around but stopped when you placed a hand on her shoulder, your brows lifted in wonderment.
“Still, you’re not going out, though.”
America made a face lifting her phone while trying to come up with the best explanation.
“Look, Billy Maximoff just called me.” She started explaining, and as soon as that name came out you perked up. “He was really distressed, crying and asking for me to help him, something happened to Tommy and…”
“Well, where is his mom? Or his dad for that matter?”
It wasn’t so much the question, but the tone of voice you used to ask. Your voice broke a little, and your tone rose an octave making you clear your throat and look away from the scrutinizing gaze of your sister. America narrowed her eyes at you, tilting her head.
“There is no dad, and it seems as if Mrs. Maximoff needs help.” America trailed off before grabbing your hand. “Come with me, please, I think they really need help and I hated to think Billy is crying while Tommy and Mrs. Maximoff are…I don’t know…”
You made a face letting go of America while scratching the nape of your neck, your heart jumped in your chest while a tingling started in your abdomen at the thought of seeing Wanda Maximoff. It was strange, and unwanted, you shouldn’t feel anxious to see that insufferable woman, yet…
“What if Tommy is sick, Y/N? I know you can help them.” America pressed grabbing your hand. “Please, come with me and if it is something dumb, you can lash out at Mrs. Maximoff, I know it had become your favorite pastime as of late.”
“That’s not true!” You replied slightly offended. “She is the one lashing out at me!”
“Oh, please if I didn’t know better, I would say you like her!” America replied turning just on time to miss the flash of panic in your eyes.
“So, can you come with me?” This time around she used her most powerful weapon against you, and her puppy eyes with that familiar pout broke your resolution.
Rolling your eyes you nod, “okay, okay, I’m coming with you, let me grab something, I don’t want to catch a pneumonia just so you can go and help Maximoff’s brats.”
America smirked watching as you went running to your room, she knew even if your words seemed uncaring that you were hooked when she said the kids might be sick. America knew for you it was hard to not care, but sometimes it was harder to care.
*************
Your eyes soon found those of the small boy standing by the door with a blue blanket tightly pressed against his chest, he had tears in his eyes with his hair completely disheveled and a spark of mistrusted sent your way. America knelt down as soon as he opened the door, her face breaking into one of pure tenderness while she spoke to the boy in a soft reassuring tone.
“Hey, Billy, how are you buddy?”
“Tommy is sick.” He mumbled and was about to hug your sister when you stopped him from going any further.
His glare made you think of his mother, and you had to refrain yourself from snorting at the likeness between both of them.
“We are drench, kid, so hugging America is not a good idea.” The glare didn’t lose its intensity, but the boy pursed his lips and stepped away from your grasp.
America rolled her eyes at you, closing the door behind her and taking the jacket off of her. You followed her swiftly, while also taking off your boots and standing inside the house that had been Natasha’s at some point.
The place had changed ever since, though you could see the new inhabitants of the household decided to keep some of the furniture. You frowned stepping inside the place noticing there was no one but the kid on the first floor, turning around you could see America talking to the boy, this time around she wrapped her arms around him helping him up and walking towards you with Billy snuggling closer to her.
“Tommy is sick, and he and his mom are upstairs.” She commented, her lips broke into a sad smile. “He didn’t know what to do, but he thought if I was here his mom could take Tommy to the doctor.”
“You are quite the smart guy, Billy.” Your commented made Billy turned his attention to you, though his eyes had not softened he was now shooting curious glances at you. “However, with this rain, the best would be for Tommy and your mom to stay here…”
This time around you could see the crestfallen expression on the boy’s face, his eyes welled up again and your heart broke at the sight. You leaned in, winking at him reassuringly.
“But you and your family are lucky that I know a thing or two about being a doctor and may be able to help, would you like that?”
America watched as the boy tensed in her arms, his eyes opened lightly, and he glanced at you for the very first time with wonderment, and some hesitation.
“Really?” he turned to America to corroborate your words, and the young woman smiled at him.
“Yes, Billy, this is my sister Y/N.” She said, looking at you then back at the boy. “And she learnt a thing or two about children and how to take care of them.”
Billy pursed his lips glancing at you with a tilt of his head, “really? You help Tommy?”
“Really, I can help Tommy and your mommy as well.” You looked around the place before settling your eyes on America. “Why don’t you grabbed one of the torches you brough and I will go upstairs to see what’s going on.”
“Sure.” America turned to Billy pocking him on the nose. “Want some chocolate while we make sure Tommy gets better?”
You watched as both of them go to America’s jacket, and handing over the torch to Billy they made their way to the kitchen. With a sigh, you placed a hand on your head before turning your stare to the stairs; the place was completely silent, and you had to glance around while straining your ear to catch some noise. Without missing a beat, you walked down the hall until you found yourself in front of a door decorated with dinosaurs and the names of the twins in blue and red.
The room smelt like vomit, and it felt suffocating.
On the bed was a small boy whimpering, and leaning in was the young woman you had come to know as Wanda. There was a moment of hesitation before you knock on the open door, the sudden sound made Wanda jerked around her eyes wide open as they settled on you.
“Wha-what are you…who…?”
The young woman was looking terrible.
Her hair was out of place, and she had been wearing some sweatpants and a shirt that had strains of vomit all over them. The sight itself was quite incredible, you had seen the fire behind those green eyes, the power behind the woman’s words as well as her determination whenever you engaged her in a bickering contest. But the woman standing before you was lost, it was someone that didn’t know what to do or how to react, that was completely out of her element while holding onto a piece of sanity she clearly didn’t have.
It made you think of that time she had frozen in fear during the school’s event.
“You got any coherent thought behind those questions? Or do I have to guess what are you trying to ask?” Your lips curled into a smirk, the glint of anger flashing towards you as the woman strides to you her index finger lift poking on your chest, with her nostrils flaring.
“What the hell are you doing here?” There was desperation in her voice, and you had to wonder where the father of the kids was, where was her husband.
Was she alone in all of this?
“Your kid called, and America dragged me over to help.”
She blinked a couple of times, your words registering in her head while her brows knitted together. Her eyes locking with yours before she opened them in realization.
“Billy.”
“Yes.”
“America? Why…?” Now she looked even more confused than before, you shrugged suddenly very aware of the closeness of the woman and the foolishness of the situation.
“She is my sister, and your kid call her over to see if she could help you.” You shrugged trying to look uninterested in the whole situation. “You had a smart kid, Princess. Now, let me help you with your other kid.”
You stepped aside, and walked past Wanda who was struck by the door still registering your words. You looked around the place before kneeling down right beside the bed of Tommy. You placed your hand on his forehead, he was burning and your touch made him shiver telling you his skin was sensitive to the touch. It was quite evident he had thrown up, and his paleness confused itself with the flush of the fever. Your eyes moved to the thermometer then to the mess around you.
“What are you doing?” Wanda asked in a thin voice, your eyes were flashing angrily at her just as you stood up.
“Me? What the fuck do you think you’re doing?” You asked through gritted teeth. “He is burning up! What had you given to him? Do you know if he eaten something that upset his stomach? How long has he been like this?”
And just as you said this you stepped closer to her, the anger in you came by the sight of the state the room was in and by the obvious discomfort the boy was in. It was incredible to you that a mother could be this disinterested in their child. If your stepmother had been alive her first instinct would have been to take you or America straight to the hospital, bad weather or not, and your dad…
The anger running through your veins cooled down the moment your eyes fell upon the cowering form of Wanda. The young woman winced when you spoke to her, her body tensing and coiling in on itself, while she pressed her hands tightly to her chest. Her eyes clenched close, paled with a quivering lower lip, she was mumbling something you had not bothered to hear up until now.
“I just…I didn’t…I don’t have because I…” Wanda had been ready to answer your reproaches with the same annoying tone she used to address you until something in her triggered the memories she thought she had overcome. She was useless, a bad mother, she deserved punishment. She deserved her fate.
“I don’t know! I’m sorry, I…I failed, I failed, I’m a bad mother…”
You never expected her to break down the way she was doing, something in your chest stirred with sympathy and guiltiness at having been so hasty in your reaction. There was a moment of hesitation that was broken the moment the woman felt to her knees, this time around her arms above her head as if protecting herself from an invisible attack. You clenched your jaw, your eyes burning with horror at the thought that this was perhaps what Wanda was waiting from you.
You could hear her whimpers, turning around you could see Tommy crawling his legs closer to his body, he had been awake during the scene trembling on his bed with his lips turned downwards. You brushed your hair away before stepping closer to Wanda, kneeling down slowly but surely, your hand placed itself on her shoulder. Whatever story was behind her reaction, you decided right there and there, you would make things easier for her.
“Hey, Wanda, I’m sorry.” You whispered softly, comfortingly. “It was not my place, you are a good mother, you did the right thing, I just…I want to help…”
“Hey, Wanda, sorry I just…look, I came here to help. So…”
“Why? So you can humiliate me? Tell me…making me feel as If…” Wanda exploded pushing your hands away, her eyes filled with tears just as she glared at you. “I’m doing my best I just…”
“I know, I’m sorry.” You whispered, wincing at her words. “I was unfair, I…I just…I don’t like seeing little kids suffering, okay? And, Tommy, he really needs a doctor. Let me make it up to you, let me help you.”
“What? You are a doctor or something like that?” Wanda bit back, her glare never missing the intensity.
“Something like that.” You replied offering a half smile, Wanda furrowed her brows the situation draining her of any will or energy to fight over. “Let’s start by getting him really clean up, do you have anything we can give him?”
“What do you mean?” She asked in a small voice.
“Antibiotics, aspirin…something?” Wanda shook her head and you nodded curtly.
“Okay, that’s fine. You and him, you need a shower…”
“But…but he is sick, and his fever…”
“Needs to be controlled before it gets out of hand.” You replied helping the young woman stand up, you cocked your head, so your eyes fell upon the boy that was glancing at the both of you. “Let’s take him to the bathroom, I have some torches that may help you, but you need to give him a bath and help with his fever.”
Wanda nodded weakly making her way to the bed, Tommy was shivering with his lips parted. You leaned in, observing the rhythm of his breathing and the sweat on his face.
“Mommy?” He asked in a weak voice, Wanda cleared his face never missing the concern marks on her face.
“Is he…” Wanda started but soon trailed off.
“He is gonna be okay.” You smiled at her, standing up you placed a hand on her forearm. “Don’t worry, kid, everything is gonna be fine, can you tell me where it hurts the most?”
Tommy pouted hesitating before placing his hand on his head, you pursed your lips nodding. Wanda observed as you knelt down with your eyes scanning the small form of the boy.
“Does your tummy hurt still?”
“No.” Tommy put his legs closer to his chest, your eyes narrowed for a moment.
“Tommy, did you feel bad today at school?”
Tommy hesitated before nodding, “I didn’t want Billy worried because he was playing with Bard, and I’m always complaining.”
The boy explained in a thin voice, Wanda pressed her lips holding back her own tears. You offered the boy a smirk, shaking your head.
“I bet Bard was being a little brat about it, wasn’t he?”
Tommy opened his eyes before nodding, this time around he smiled.
“Yeah, the men in that family can be little brats.” You said winking at Tommy. “But they are good people, you don’t have to hide, Tommy, more so if you don’t feel okay.”
“I’m s’orry.” He lowered his gaze, “I don’t wanna be weak, daddy don’t like it when I complain.”
You decided to not comment on that, and you even ignored the sudden shift on Wanda’s posture, and the gasp she let out at Tommy’s words.
“Hey! Not feeling well is not about complaining, it’s about being brave enough to admit you need help.” You replied by pocking his nose. “Now, I need to help you and your mom with your fever, okay?”
Tommy nodded putting a thumb on his mouth, you stood up looking around the room before settling your eyes on Wanda. In a sudden movement, you went to pick up Tommy in your arms, the little boy snuggling closer to you.
“He does need to take a bath, and it’s going to be a little uncomfortable for him because the water must be lukewarm.” You stated firmly, Wanda shifted her position taking a good look at you. “Can you show me the bathroom?”
The bathroom was huge.
With a big bathtub at the far corner, you realized that with more light the situation would be easier for everyone. However, the place was big enough to make it work for the mother and the child, you placed Tommy on a small chair near the toilet.
“Okay young man, I need your help right now, think you can do it?”
Tommy opened his eyes wide, nodding while glancing at you then back at Wanda.
“Okay, I’m gonna bring some flashlights and you and your mom are going to take a bath.” You explained to him standing up while turning on the light on your mobile. Wanda had been silent up until then, she had been following your every move, hearing every single word you spoke to her and Tommy, and something inside her stirred grateful by your actions.
You glanced around the place helped with your mobile trying to locate the cabinet in which you might be able to locate some medication. Your eyes narrowed when the only thing you spot were gauzes, bandages, alcohol, and things that might help someone after a fall. Not in a situation like the one they were in at the moment. You turned to Wanda, but the young woman was making her best effort to look away from you.
“I’m going to get the bathtub ready, and you and Tommy can take a bath, so the both of you stop stinking.” You made a face winking at Tommy who giggled placing a hand on his mouth.
“I’m not…” Wanda started but soon trailed off when she heard Tommy’s giggle.
“You are.” You replied walking past her towards the tub. “And Tommy is too, right?”
Tommy hesitated before nodding, “I stink. I felt bad in my tummy and throw up.”
You made a face making sure the war was the right temperature, “that and you have a fever, Tommy. I will need some basic medication for you, but the water will help with the temperature, okay?”
“But, with his fever…” Wanda started, you stood up shaking your head.
“It will make him feel better, believe me.” You offered a kind smile and Tommy was already feeling ready to take the bath. “Let me go for the torches, and then I will bring some medication I have at home that may help with his symptoms.”
Wanda stood there nodding numbly, you hesitated for a moment before grabbing her hand, the tender touch jerked her awake and her eyes found yours in the dark.
“It’s gonna be okay, Wanda, trust me.” You whispered, and the young woman felt her stomach tingle at the closeness, her heart shivering at your words.
“I do.”
You nodded curtly running down the stairs and grabbing two torches from your jacket and that of America, your sister watched you with curiosity, but you paid her no mind and went back to the second floor. Fixing the flashlights on two strategic points in the bathroom, it took but a moment, but soon your eyes found the naked back of the boy and your whole body tensed, while your jaw clenched closed again, this time around the anger bubbling in your chest was like a time bomb ready to explode.
On his back, there were multiple scars, some of them looked fresh, some others were old enough to know he had been hurt several times in the past. Then, as soon as you saw this, your eyes drifted away to the young woman whose hands were tenderly taking the clothes off and helping Tommy into the bathtub. The way she moved, the way she worried about her children…
“It’s cold, mommy.” Tommy whimpered fighting a little, Wanda cooed the little boy trying to calm him down.
“I know baby, but really is not that cold, is just…it feels like that because you’re not feeling well.”
“I’m going to leave this here and you two can take as long as you want.” You commented furrowing your brows, your mind already working on trying to get the truth about Wanda from Natasha. “I will leave my phone here, if you want to put on Disney or Netflix for him.”
Wanda turned to you, her face breaking into one relief and grateful expression.
“Thank you.”
“No need to thank me, Princess.” You winked at her, placing a hand on your eyes. “Tommy you are in charge of the phone and the movie, make sure your mom doesn’t put a boring movie.”
“Yeah.”
Wanda chuckled leaving Tommy for a moment to grab your mobile, her eyes soon found yours and her cheeks burn a little at the sudden warmness she felt near you. She grabbed the phone and you and her turned around at the same time, you closed the door behind you, confusion filling up your mind.
****************
“How is Tommy?” America asked as soon as you entered the kitchen, you glanced around the place before spotting the door leading to the basement, in your arms you were carrying the bed sheets and the pyjama.
“He is burning in fever, Wanda is bathing him, and probably will take a shower afterwards.” You turned to America pointing to the basement door. “I need wash this, but right now that room is a mess, can you help me cleaning it up and putting some fresh sheets on the bed?”
“Can I help?” Billy asked in a small voice rubbing his eyes, you offered him a small smile nodding.
“That would be fantastic, Billy, Tommy needs clean sheets to feel better, and your room smells yucky so let’s make sure he comes back to a clean room, okay?”
Billy perked up at this, he nodded eagerly smiling a little, “yeah, I help, come America.”
He grabbed your sister’s hand dragging her back to the stairs, you shook your head opening the basement door going downstairs to put everything in the washing machine.
By the time dawn came, the rain had stopped and Billy, Tommy and America were fast asleep in the twins room.
The lights had not come out yet, and you had a feeling it would take some time for the electricity to be restored again. The living room was early quiet, and Wanda was sitting on the sofa with a warm mug of hot chocolate in her hands. She had bags under her eyes, her hair was still wet but her clothes had changed into another part of sweatpants and an old college t-shirt.
Tommy’s fever had receded, and he was no longer suffering from headaches or tummy pain, he had even drunk some tea and eaten some crackers before falling asleep on his bed. Billy had been right on his bed with America playing some movies on your phone.
Wanda had been fussing around the three of them, she was busing herself stopping any intrusive thoughts that were threatening to invade her mind. She was confused enough, tired enough, scared enough to allow another set of concerns filled her life at the moment.
You sat down on the sofa, the young woman tensed but her eyes never drifted from the photo album still open at the coffee table. You glanced at the pictures, having taken a pick early into the night before settling your eyes on Wanda.
“What a night, eh?” Your voice broke the silence in the room, it didn’t carry the usual bite and teasing tone you had come to use with Wanda, instead it was filled with tiredness and curiosity.
“Yeah, I never stopped enough to thank you for the help.” She finally said tilting her head to glance at you. “I never thought your sister…well, that you and America…”
“Oh, yeah, I know.” You chuckled wriggling your eyebrows. “I bet it was quite the shock for you to discover we were sisters, eh?”
Wanda allowed herself a tiny smile, “what surprised me is that she is such a charming young woman, responsible, and quite smart. And you don’t seem to fit in that description.”
You laughed throwing your head back, while allowing the comment wash over you. Wanda observed your reaction with some surprised, but her lips curled into a please smile, soon she was also laughing shaking her head at the absurdity of her situation. Here she was, sitting on her living room with a woman she though annoying and a bitch, only to find a comfort she never thought possible.
“Nah, she is good sister, I’m the bad one.” You finally replied never losing your smile, Wanda pressed her lips together looking away for a moment.
“I don’t think you are the bad one.” You raised an eyebrow, your eyes shinning with wonderment. “You are a bitch, but you’re not bad.”
“Fair enough, Princess.” Once more Wanda rolled her eyes at the nickname, at some point she had thought it annoying and quite invasive, a way for you to railed her up. But now all she could think of was how much she liked the sound of it coming from you.
The silence that followed was filled with questions unasked, Wanda was not the woman you thought she was. She was alone in the city, raising two boys all by herself while working to educate the newest generation in a school that could provide her with great opportunities. Natasha had advocated for her, she had even given her the house in which she and Yelena had grown, offering her a spot in a school that didn’t take just anyone in.
What was her story?
What was hidden behind those emerald eyes that sometimes reflect sadness and loneliness?
You stirred awake turning around while knitting your brows together, you could not ask these questions. You shouldn’t be wondering anything about the woman sitting in front of you. Your heart should not beat so fast, and your abdomen shouldn’t host fluttering butterflies creating a void you were familiar with.
Bouncing your feet on the ground, you stood up walking around the living room. Wanda followed you with her eyes, her own mind playing games with her and what had happened that night. She kept telling her that she was grateful for your intervention, that whatever she was experimenting at the moment was the result of America and you coming in to help her in a situation she felt was slipping from her grasp. It had been so long since Wanda forged any kind of friendship that was not determined by Jarvis or her father, she was finally free to be herself and reached out to people by allowing herself to make new bounds.
That was the reason why Wanda felt confused by you at the moment, it wasn’t because you made her heart skip  beat, or because you made her feel vulnerable. It wasn’t either because she felt her cheeks burn with embarrassment and coyness, or because her stomach had come to tingle whenever the both of you engaged in a bickering contest.
It was because she was learning how to make new friends.
That was all.
Wanda drown the voice inside her head, that traitorous voice that told her Y/N was the only one making her feel that way. Her other friends, the new ones, had never shake her world the way you had done so from day one.
“You should probably get some sleep.” Your voice broke Wanda’s trail of thoughts, she jerked around blushing profusely when she realized you were standing right beside her.
“I’m sorry, what?” She asked, and you snorted tilting your head.
“You should probably go to sleep, Princess.” You glanced at the watch on your wrist. “It’s three in the morning, I could keep watch for you, and I can wake you up as soon as the doctor is here.”
Wanda furrowed her brows at you, “doctor?”
“Well, I figured we need an expert to watch over Tommy, so I asked in a favour.” You replied shrugging, “hope you don’t mind.”
Once more, Wanda felt warmth all over, her heart melting at the gesture.
“No, I…thank you.” She took the last sip from her chocolate before yawning, her eyes drifted to the stairs then towards you. “If you don’t mind…I prefer to stay here…can we talk or something?”
You hesitated for a moment; it was quite evident Wanda was tired but she was stubborn enough to keep herself going if necessary. With a sigh, you nodded curtly sitting down on your previous spot of on the sofa.
“So, what do you wanna talk about?” You finally asked after the silence became too much, Wanda shrugged with her eyes falling upon the pictures.
It was still too soon, and you…The young woman turned towards you, she didn’t want to scare you off with her torrid story. She didn’t want you to know about her past, not yet, not like this; so straightened herself up she asked the safest question she could think off.
“Tell me how come you end up with such an amazing sister as America?”
_____________________________________________________________
The constant buzzing of conversation sneaked into her senses; she knew she had to wake up. An internal alarm was telling her she was needed, but her body and the recent activities had left her drained of energy necessary to open up her eyes.
Besides, she was warmth, and comfortable in the place she was in.
For brief moment she gave herself to the feeling, and her mind was slowly but surely losing the battle with her wakeful state until her ears caught the sound of a familiar voice.
“Thank you for coming, Strange, I know that this is not your specialty but…” You stated offering a tired smile to the man standing before you.
“Nonsense, I will be more than happy to help you out and that’s why I brought my wife.” Strange stepped aside and soon Christine came in rolling her eyes, on her hand the small duffel bag she used to carry with her everywhere.
“Hey, Y/N.” You dropped your shoulders walking towards her and wrapping your arms around her.
“Christine.” The older woman shot Strange a quick glance before wrapping her arms around you returning the hug.
“Miss me much?” She asked teasingly, you nodded looking away sheepishly.
“Like you wouldn’t imagine.”
“That’s why you haven’t called as of late?” The question came like a reproach but without any bite. You winced placing a nervous hand on the back of your head.
“I’ve been busy.”
“So I was told.” Christine waved her hand closing the door behind her, her eyes drifted around the place with curiosity before settling on you. “Where is the patient?”
“He is upstairs with America and his brother…”
“I am guessing you are the mother.” Doctor Stephen Strange stepped closer to the redhead now sitting on the sofa, her cheeks wearing pillow marks and her hair completely dishevelled.
“I…I am…Hi, sorry I just…” Wanda stood up feeling a little foolish and out of place, Stephen smiled kindly at her stretching his hand.
“No, please, we heard it was a rough night.”
“Yeah, it…it was I just…” Wanda stuttered kicking herself for being such an idiot, she dropped her shoulders wincing lightly. “I guess I need coffee, can I offer you something to drink?”
Christine chuckled waving her hand, “don’t worry, dear, I think coffee sounds perfect…”
“Good then, you and Wanda can go upstairs and Stephen and I will make the coffee and something to eat for everyone, would you like that?” You turned to Wanda who was still far too sleepy, and far too lost to said anything at all, you had taken charge of everything so it seemed and a part of Wanda was thankful for that.
“Yes, that…that sounds good…”
“Okay then, if you lead the way.” Christine took on a professional stance, her tone of voice and ever her glance changed, and as soon as they started making their way upstairs she started asking questions about the twins to Wanda.
“She was happy you called.” Strange stated, sitting down on a chair in the kitchen, you hummed moving around the unknown kitchen trying to locate the coffee maker, and some instant coffee.
“I was happy you guys could make it.” You replied never once looking back at your dad’s best friend.
“So, is she your new girl?”
You almost drop the mug in your hand, your eyes opening wide at the sudden declaration and Stephen merely smirked at your reaction.
“NO!” He winced, and she rolled your eyes trying to get a hold of your voice. “No, no we are neighbours, America babysits for her from time to time.”
“America has a job?” Stephen scrunched up his nose, you chuckled shrugging.
“Yeah, she took it after declaring she felt bored out of her mind and this would teach her some responsibility.” You pursed your lips. “She is right, you know? And, well…Wanda seems to need all the help she can get.”
“I see.” Stephen stood up walking towards the fridge and putting some bacon and milk, going around the place to help you out. “And you…and her…”
“Neighbours.” She stated curtly.
“Right, because you are dating Danvers, right?”
Now he was sounding like a confused parent that was no longer up to date with his child’s demeanours. You sighed rolling your eyes, knowing the questions came for the genuine interested of the man, and not because he wanted to be noisy or intrusive. He was like an uncle to you, and after your parents had died all those who had been part of your parents circle had taken it upon themselves to watch over you and America.
“I’m fucking Carol, there is a difference.” You replied slightly defensively, Stephen made a face shaking his head.
“You are dating her, America told us you invited her over for dinner and that she met her formally this week.” Stephen shot you a triumphant smile, and you could only roll your eyes at that.
Of course, America would mention this to everyone who wanted to hear her.
“I’m not dating Carol, but I did invite her to dinner and introduce her to America.”
“You know it’s okay to move on, right?” Stephen inquired again, pressing the topic you had tried to evade for as long as your stubbornness allowed it.
You stopped what you were doing, Stephen continued cutting the bacon and serving the eggs and the coffee alongside a cup of warm tea and some crackers. He waited for your answer, hearing the noises of muffled conversation coming from the second floor.
“I’ve been going out with her, and she seems nice, and quite found of me, and the sex it’s incredible and…”
“But you don’t feel anything?”
You sat down shaking your head, “I like her, and of course I feel affection for her, but…”
Stephen nodded in understanding placing the cup of coffee in front of you, he sat by your side taking the tea in his hands.
“I understand.” He blew on the mug before speaking again. “Why do you continue with the relationship, though?”
“I was hoping I would feel something, but I know it’s not fair to her…to me.” You snorted taking a long sip from the black beverage. “I guess that’s why I have been running from you.”
“Ah, the wisdom of the older generation.” Stephen winked at you leaning in. “It’s okay to feel confused, and to want something, Y/N. What it is not correct is to play with someone that may be interested in you.”
“I know.”
Stepehen made a face satisfied with the ending of the conversation, then his eyes drifted to the newcomers that were talking animatedly about some movie. America’s eyes lit up and she soon run towards Stephen hugging him tightly.
“Uncle Strange!”
“Hey, kiddo!” Billy stood unsure at the entrance of the kitchen, he glanced first at America then a Strange and finally at you.
You tilted your head patting the chair beside you.
“Want something to eat, Billy?” He nodded approaching the chair, helped by you he fixed his body to move closer to the counter.
“So, young man, America tells me you are one of the men of the house, is that correct?” Stephen asked serving him a cup of orange juice, Billy opened his eyes big nodding tentatively.
“Perfect, tell me, do you like eggs with bacon or toast with jam?”
Billy pursed his lips thinking hard before talking, “toast with jam.”
“Good selection, my good sir, let’s eat then.”
____________________________________________________________
Saturday night came faster than you thought possible.
Christine and Stephen had spent most of the day with you and America, and most of the morning with Wanda and the twins. You had left your neighbours house with a heavy heart, thought secure in the knowledge Tommy would be just fine and that Wanda and Billy would be okay.
The afternoon had been quite the familiar time, in which America had enjoyed the company of the couple while talking about school and her aspirations for the future. The topic of Carol was not brought again into conversation, but you knew that Christine was thinking the same as Stephen and that most of that conversation had been thanks to America’s own concern.
You took a quick shower before getting inside your bed, your phone had been forgotten most of the day and by the time you finally got to see it the first message that appeared in there was that of Carol.
“Hey, just wondering if you are okay, hope you have an amazing day, Y/N. thinking of you.”
You turned to the side, your mind playing around what had happened in the last day and a half. The twins, Wanda, the conversations and the things that were left unsaid. You knew deep inside your heart you needed to talk to Carol, with a trembling hand you went to write to her but, at the last minute your finger drifted to another chat. A new one.
“Hey, Princess, how are the twins?”

Heartless | Sidney Crosby
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
summary: when you finally arrive back to the rink you once called home, the last thing you expect is that the now legend from PIT forgets who he was once to you.
dreamer: chapter one
warnings: swearing
word count: 1.38k
authors note: I know how long some of you’ve been waiting for this series so I want to thank you! This was a bit of a weird chapter but it was just so we could set the ground for the rest of the work to come in later. I truly cannot wait to show you all where this one is going to go!
Tumblr media
Today was the start of something new.
Or at least that was what you told yourself as you stood in the cool breeze that whirled around the city of Pittsburgh. Everything had gone your way today and the universe was clearly on your side.
You had woken up early, gotten an A on a paper you just got back, your Amazon delivery had arrived early. And most importantly your favourite coffee shop was still open letting you get something to eat before you were meant to be at the rink “watch where you’re going jackass!” You yelled as a car drove you off the road.
It was a pretty black land rover who only responded with the hit of the horn causing your brows to furrow “what a dick.” You scoffed watching the car speed off.
Now your coffee was soaking into the tar of the road as your croissant was being eaten by pigeons that had found you. So much for it being a good day, I guess.
Everything in your Arsenal that you could try to do to calm down as you wanted to have a clear mind for your first day “not everything is going to go your way.” Marc-André reminded you as he stared at you.
Despite having three children under the age of ten, you were still his baby just like the rest of your siblings “yeah but dad-” you whined parking your car as you looked at the PPG Arena “you know I’m being honest kid.” He mumbled knowing that he should have been in Pittsburgh as you started the season.
It made you roll you eyes “where is mom when you need some moral support?” You complained shutting the car door behind you as you stared up at the sky.
The grey sky seemed comforting as you heard the rough clouds come together as thunder claps roared over the city “she is with your sister but she’d also want you to just breathe.” His voice was clear making you roll your eyes “I hate it when you’re right.” You grumbled as a small smile formed on your lips.
Even with your rough exterior your father knew how to break you down in an attempt to get you to the soft state that had him wrapped around your finger “no you don’t.” Marc-André laughed as he shook his head “now go make me proud and play nice.” His words made you grin as you raked your fingers through your hair.
Pictures of the younger version of your father were up on the walls as you saw some of your favourite people from when you were a child growing up “I should get going dad.” You looked at your watch fearing that you were going to be late.
With that he snapped his fingers before he sent you a salute as you did the same thing “love you kid.” You pressed your fingers to your lips as the line ended.
You took a moment to study the welcome area and all of the trophies that the Penguins had won “I didn’t know we let fans in here today.” A voice came from behind you that causing you to spin on your feet.
Kris held a friendly face as you turned to a panic “I’m so sorry!” You blurted out as your cheeks reddened “I am actually the new intern for the physios office and uh-” you trailed off going quiet when the slap of his hand to his mouth cut you off.
It wasn’t often that Kris was left shocked “sparky you’ve gotten so big!” His arms wrapped around you as he pulled you into a hug.
Sparky was the title you picked up as a kid due to the fact that once when nobody on the team could get you to stop crying. Until your Sidney shocked himself plugging his phone charger into the wall.
Your reaction had most of the guys laughing as Sidney had to recreate his response to it in order to make sure you stayed smiling. Then it stuck after your dad dressed you up as a lightbulb for Halloween that year.
You smiled as he dropped his hands to his sides trying to comprehend that you were old enough to be working “I’ve gotten an internship here with the physio team.” You explained ignoring his crazy you felt admitting to the fact that you were actually there and this was no longer a note on your vision board.
Kris felt like a proud parent “always thought you’d land up somewhere like that.” The physios from when your dad was at the team used to entertain you when you came with him to work when your mom was busy with college work.
His words made your heart throb “enough about me, how are you-” before you could even get your words out the sound of a door slamming cut you both off.
Spinning around a smile formed on your face as you locked eyes with Sidney Crosby. You were like ever other child who was practically in awe of him, you were one of the lucky few who got to grow up with him so that made him all that much cooler to you “surprised to see you got here before you got knocked by another car.” His words made your face drop as your eyes went wide “excuse me?” You sucked at your teeth to stop yourself from snapping at him.
Sidney hadn’t even acknowledged that Kris was around yet “you couldn’t even use your eyes to see that I was driving.” That comment made you gasp as pieces began to click in your mind “you’re jackass!” You gasped feeling your jaw go slack “sorry could like someone maybe catch me up?” Kris pleaded as he grew confused.
It didn’t take long for the two of you to turn your glares at him “someone is just an entitled-” he was cut off as doctor McLane walked into the area joining the three of you “I’m so happy to se you’ve made it!” She clasped her hands together as she saw you.
Melissa turned her attention to the two players “I’m glad to see you’ve met the new physio intern y/n F-” before she could finish introducing her you had to interrupt “just y/n will do.” You smiled sending her a nod.
Before you had the chance to continue the argument with Sidney you were knocked off of your feet as he pushed past you to get to the locker room “I promise the rest of the guys will be easier than that.” Kris sent you a smile as he helped you back up. If only he really knew how awful that day would get.
Sidney couldn’t believe that luck had been so against him today as you had to show up at work today, the one place he truly thought that he could get away from young people who thought they knew more than they did.
But not even how much you had pissed him off could have stopped him from smiling as he accepted that FaceTime call from Marc-André “you will not believe the day I’ve had.” Sidney sighed as he sunk into his seat “hope y/n didn’t have too much to do with that.” Your father teased as you used to run laps around Sidney when you went through the phases of having Sidney as your favourite penguin.
It made Sidney stop in his tracks though as the question weighed on his mind “how do you know about her?” The words left his lips quicker than he could have thought about it “did you forget the part where I fathered her?” The older boy laughed as he spoke in a duh tone.
If you had known about the way that the colour drained from Sidney’s face you honestly would have been upset that you hadn’t been there to see it in person “do you seriously not remember how I told you that y/n was going to be the new intern for the physios.” Marc-André couldn’t see Sidney’s response as he dropped his phone.
This meant that not only was Sidney going to have to put up with you, it also meant that he was going to have to act like he liked it too.

Monkey Man (dir. Dev Patel) x SXSW 2024.
Patel makes a promising start behind the camera. Monkey Man's biggest flaw might easily be its over-ambition and relentlessness. There's so much bone-crunching, non-stop action that the otherwise spare film can hardly contain the visual scope of its bloody violence.

adoptive!soap and ghost + adopted!reader
× pairing: soapghost
× summary: the now retired couple decides that there house is feeling a bit empty besides there two cats and german shepard.
× tws: medication, mentions of ptsd, angst, minor injuries
The ride was long they lived ways out from the city which would be a change of pace and scenery.
Simon was quiet through the drive the silence wasn't uncomfortable it was nice you found yourself dozing off here and there along the trip jostled awake by the sudden bumpiness of the road glancing out of the window to see you were pulling up into a gravel drive way.
You grumbled quietly mainly out of tiredness you caught Simons eyes in the car mirror checking up on you as he parked.
"You can head inside out of the rain I'll grab the bags." Simon said as he promptly got out of the car with his own umbrella.
You quickly did the same heading over to the house where a cat waited behind the glass door seeing you it left.
Aw.
The door opened luckily it was unlocked as you stepped inside wiping your feet off on the mat setting your dripping umbrella into the umbrella holder nearby awkwardly shifting around as you stepped into the short hallway glancing around at the pictures on the walls as you made it to the living room the house was quiet aside from the movement upstairs which you could assume was possibly John.
You felt increasingly awkward as you glanced around flinching once the door opened once more Simon coming in holding both your bag and suitcase gently brushing past you as he sat them next to the stairs glancing back at you.
"You can sit anywhere you'd like" He hummed as he headed upstairs and so you did that sitting down on the couch as you slipped your phone from out of your pocket it was a bit cracked but it worked.
You eventually heard footsteps coming down John coming into the room with the grin you remembered.
You found the mohawk funny.
"It's nice ta' finally have you here!..I made some food so you can eat if you want or If your tired yer bedroom is upstairs first on the right its bare bones for now since we didn't know what ye'd like to decorate it with."
His accent was funny.
Oh you should answer.
"Uh um.." You just mumbled which got you a confused look with just made you tense which he noticed.
"Oh ah sorry forgot to mention- Cant hear very well out of my right ear n all supposed to be getting a new hearing aid soon So you may need to shout ever now and then—"
"I'm uh kind of hungry." You spoke up a bit more which John luckily heard this time
"Oh! Good Ah didnae waant the food tae git tae cauld even if its just sandwiches."
This wasn't as awkward as you thought it'd be.
You had eaten chatted up with John a bit more he was a nice guy a lot more talkative than Simon but you knew that from the interviews.
Simon had come down as well not without John badgering his to sit down something about his leg and medication you weren't too nosy.
He'd seemed to be getting the dog situated as he brought her down Riley was her name wasn't it?.
She was a German Shepard you thought as you stretched out your hand towards her with a glance at Simon she sniffed it before licking your hand you guess it smelt like the deli meats from the sandwich.
You scratched behind her ear as her tail wagged.
You'd put up with the awkwardness of adjusting to here for the dog.
Simon and John started talking about something as you pet Riley the rain hadn't really let up and began to pour down a bit harder thunder rumbling out as John mumbled something to Simon the man getting up with a grunt and headed back down the hall.
"He's just going to check if we have lanterns in case the power gives out." You flinched as John spoke you didn't even realize you were staring where Simon had left you just nodded.
"You can go up to your room y'know still early in the day plus so you can unpack and unwind n' all." John glanced at you as he spoke you just nodded again maybe too quickly getting up Riley leaving your side and heading down where Simon had went.
You felt nauseous laying in bed so many things running threw your head.
Also there was a cat on your bed.
You were pretty sure this was Old man, The gruff appearance and the near mustache and beard combo look in his fur fur and the greying hairs.
You held you hand out for him to smell and he just looked at you with near human unamusement.
You pulled your hand back and went back to thinking.
Right.
God what were you thinking about even?
These are good people.
This room is good.
This house is good.
The animals are better.
Why do you have to start spiraling now? Always sinking yourself into doom spiralling.
Hypothetical's that made no sense as the storm just picked up outside.
You grumbled as you got up and started to search through your suitcase Old man had hoped down to watch you as you swallowed trying to ignore the nauseous feeling your now sweaty hands find your medication.
You fumble with the cap always forgetting how to open it before you finally pop it off and dig out a couple of pills swallowing them dry even if you know you shouldn't.
You just tried to focus on not hurling on your new floor taking deep inhales as you shakily dug your fingers into the carpet below sniffling.
Fuck.
a/n: idk why i had to leave on a sad end ALSO I LIED ITS GETTING MORE PARTS

Springtime Fushiguros♪
Context-: exploring the memories of childhood of fushiguros, marking the spring time of you and satoru gojo.
Trade-: geto shows up to megumi
Tumblr media
Megumi hasn't yet recovered from his cold, you would have insisted him taking a leave but he had an exam today, so he was compelled to attend.
Both Megumi and tsumiki were pretty apt in studies, thus their academics weren't much of a concern to you. You were certain megumi would do well in test; what concerned you was not being able to pick him up on time.
Tsumiki has an extra music class for this day, so she won't be joining megumi. You were currently in your part-time job, working on a portfolio of one of your client.
You were short on time already, when the sky shrouded with furious dark clouds, devoiding tokyo from any light. Soon a curtain of rain poured down from the sky, followed by a series of cool current sweeping it across tokyo.
Megumi didn't had an umbrella with him and you would not want him to get even worse.
A series of thunders tore across the sky, following the white streak flash of lighting, unfurling across the sky.
Something seemed off.
The rains you loved seemed to have an odd air surrounding it as if foreshadowing; as if cautioning for a turn of events which you didn't quite understand.
Something definitely seemed off. You were skeptical about finishing you work any sooner.
Should you just call gojo and ask him to pick him up?
Megumi's runs outside, along with other students after his last class, covering his head with his backpack expecting you waiting outside for him.
His eyes scanned around the road. You were nowhere. This is odd, normally, either you or gojo would be present 10 mins before dismissal. He could see the white haired guy waving at him, during his last class or maybe you talking with someone other parent who would gasp at how young you are to be a mother.
'Oh no, I'm not his mother,' Megumi heard you say once when one of his classmate's parents asked you, 'I'm his gaurdian.' you'd said brushing off their talks awkwardly. That day, megumi had his head low all the way back home, his hand clasped around your fingers. Why couldn't you be his mother? He thought, looking at your reflection in the bathroom mirror, as you dried his hair with a loving smile on your lips.
A blurred memory of his actual mother flashed through his eyes. He has forgotten the way his mother's eyes would crinkle up in joy, styling his hair, similar to hers. The way she booped his nose when he got confused. The way her laugh sounded.
And when he tried to remember hard, squeezing his eyes shut, picturing his mother, the only figure he could dawn on his mind was yours.
It was raining heavily, Megumi looked around once again, trying to spot your figure among the crowd, when something sheltered him from the heavy downpour.
He removes his bag from his head, turning around to see a tall figure, shading him with his umbrella. He bents down to his level. Curved eyes seemed to widen a bit before curving a bit more, tilting his head to the side as a brisk breeze messes with his bangs. He was dressed in black sweats.
"You look just like him." He says, with a smile difficult to interpret. "Huh?"
"Enjoying your new family?"
"Who are you?"
"Im......close to someone you know—"
"Megumi!!" The guy looked behind him, eyes glinting an melancholic menace. Megumi turned around to see you, sprinting towards him, holding an umbrella, when you halt abruptly.
You couldn't believe your eyes weren't hallucinating. It was him. Really him. Standing beside— a wave of terror passes through your stiff body forcing you to run to megumi, pulling him behind you as you stand between geto suguru and megumi.
"Y/n! long time no see..."
Your throat dried up, unable to process any words you stay quiet.
"How are you? Are things fine?" He looks the same, just a little more tired, his dark circles under his cresent moons got a little darker, and his hair a little longer.
"What are you doing here?"
"Came to look for you."
"Why?"
"Come with me y/n." You shake your head at his words knowing very well what he's implying on.
"Geto, please don't. Come back."
"I can't."
"Please geto you can. Trade your memories with me."
Geto looks at you for a while, "you're still the same. You know they are still looking for you right?"
"Geto, i—"
"I have my answer... anyways take care of satoru and this kid. Seems like he finally accepted his feelings. Be happy." You didn't dared to stop him, not that you could. You stayed still clasping megumi tight to you, as you watch him disappear in the rain.
"Who was that guy?" Megumi asks, as both of you walk your way back home.
"An old friend. What did he tell you?"
"Nothing."
"Megumi?" He looked up to you, wating for you to speak, "will you promise me something?"
"What?"
"Never tell your sensei, about this okay?"
Megumi nodded, suppressing his questions, since whatever matter it was, it would surely make you sad.
A few days later, Megumi finds a photo, in gojo's closet, when you tasked him to get gojo a fresh blindfold.
"What takes you so long?" Gojo asks startling him from behind, plucking the photo away from him.
"Who's this guy?" Megumi asks, not being able to best his curiosity. Gojo stays quite for a while gazing at the photo, of him and the guy megumi's pointing at, hands draped over each others shoulders, smiling.
He flicked the photo back into his closet, not caring where it might end up, "my best friend. The only one i've ever had."

The Groupie (1)
Summary: When Team Free Will, your favourite band, stoped by your town, you decide to make the night memorable by visiting their tour bus. And then you are found. (And fucked.) Pairing: TFW (Samx Dean, Castiel) x F!Reader. WC: 1.5k words Warnings: Band AU. Smut. Tension. Dirty talking. Pussy slapping. Oral sex.
Masterlist
Tumblr media
You checked your surrounding before sliding open the bus door.
People would think you were crazy. And maybe you were, a little bit.
Team Free Will was in your town for the first and maybe only time, and you couldn't skip their show.
You had seen them in other places, but this was your homeland, and you needed to make it epic.
There was a lot that could go wrong, but you were young, and you would only be young once.
You’d never been this ambitious before, but you had come to this concert with an empty stomach, some well-hidden alcohol and a big crush on their drummer.
So maybe you threw your panties at him. And then flashed your tits at him, and loved to see him all flustered when he realised what had happened.
And now you were ending your night by getting in his tour bus without his knowledge.
You weren't going to be a creepy stalker, just take a picture.
And maybe steal a shirt.
And if anyone showed up you'd just lie and say you wanted to get your underwear back.
Their tour bus was beautiful.
It looked classy, and well decorated, and the second floor even had four beds!
You even laid down on one, rubbing yourself all over the sheets and inhaling the manly scent around him.
Oh, to be fucked in such a comfortable bed, right in the road... anyone who was in a tall enough car or building would be able to see you right through the window being fucked stupid.
Dammit... you were horny.
Walking around without your underwear a flashing a guy during a concert was a little too much for your brain to handle.
But before you could think of what to even do, the door opened downstairs, and you heard someone entering before closing it.
Oh shit.
Your heart skipped a beat.
Fuck, you were screwed.
"Come down, I've seen you already," a bored voice called you.
Was that Castiel?
Oh my God, oh my God, oh my-
"I'm not calling again."
You put your shoes on quickly, rushing down with your face burning deeply.
"I'm sorry," you apologised quickly. "I was just curious. And-"
When you reached the middle of the stairs, he was holding your panties in a single finger with a deadpan look on his face.
"And you were looking for this?" he asked. "Before I even arrived?"
You closed your mouth.
Oh.
"You know how many fans have used that excuse with me?" he asked.
You swung a little on the balls of your feet.
"Two?" you asked, embarrassed.
He sighed.
"This month? Four."
You pouted a little.
And there you thought you were being original.
"But your aim was really good," he told you, sitting down on a large couch. "Dean joked that you could be a sniper with that throw."
You giggled, swinging a little side to side.
"And what did he say about the rest?" you teased him.
Castiel moved his jaw slowly, watching you.
"That if I didn't fuck you, he might as well do," he rested an arm over the back of the feat. "That no girl throws her underwear and shows her tits if she doesn't want to be fucked."
You rubbed your thighs together. He was so nonchalant, as if it didn't even matter to him. Still, his bright blue eyes travelled down to watch you do it, and shook his head.
"Nor would she wear such a tiny little skirt.
You gulped, heart thundering in your chest.
"I just didn't expect you to show up so fast," he added. "I thought that maybe you would follow us into another state before getting bold, but here you are. You even helped yourself to the beds."
You flushed, not knowing what to do.
"I'm sorry," you mumbled, looking down.
"Oh no, bad girl," he clicked his tongue. "You've made your bed."
You raised your eyes to him, and Castiel pushed your panties into his pocket before tapping the seat by his side.
"The door is right there, there is no one outside. If you want to lay on it, you do it now, or never."
You were so wet by that statement.
Just a fucking leaky whore.
You stepped closer to Castiel slowly, afraid that he would just throw you away, but he just watched as you sat down by his side.
"Show me," he requested, waving a hand as if to shoo you. "What did I do to you?"
It took you a minute to understand his instruction, but you spread your legs and gasped when Castiel put a hand between them, touching your pussy and collecting your wetness, taking it to his face to look at it and then touching your lip with his dry thumb.
"Open up," he hummed.
Castiel pushed his fingers into your lips and you sucked on them, pussy clenching around nothing as you did, and he watched you with a smirk on his lips.
"Look at you," he cooed. "Sweet leaky whore."
You whimpered at the words in your mind echoing through his lips.
He finally pulled his fingers out, and they were glistening with your saliva before moving them between your legs.
"So wet, but so tight," he hummed. "When was the last time you were even fucked?"
You squirmed.
"'s been a while," you confessed.
Castiel pushed two fingers into you, stretching your cunt, making you close your eyes at the sweet rubbing pleasure.
"Are you one of those groupies, riding your pencil cock boyfriend with a poster of us on the ceiling?" he asked, cheeky. "Imagining it's one of our cocks inside you and not his?"
You whined, feeling fucking called out.
"Castiel," you whimpered.
He chuckled.
"So you do," he cooed. "Oh, leaky whore. And here I am, making all of your dreams come true?"
You nodded.
"Yes," you whined, lightheaded. "Yes, please."
You were so horny you could even cum already.
He pulled his fingers away, still, watching you, and pinched your clit.
"And what do I get?" he raised his eyebrows.
You licked your lips.
"You can use me."
He could do whatever he wanted with you.
"Use you?" he asked.
"Fuck me," you added, eager, as his hand rested on your thigh, wet and strong where he squeezed you. "Any of my holes, all of them. You can even do it bare, I've never... I've never fucked without a condom before."
He licked his lips and spread your legs a little more, pushing your skirt up.
"I get to fill that little cunt?" he cooed, moving closer to you, lips hovering over yours. "And are you going to be good for me if I do? You're gonna be a good little leaky whore and obey your idol?"
You nodded obediently.
"Yes," you whined. "Yes, always."
Suddenly, he slapped your pussy, and you jumped, shocked.
"Castiel!"  you yelped.
"Beg me."
You looked into his eyes, watching you coldly.
"Please."
He slapped you again, and you gasped.
"Again."
"Please," you whined.
Another slap, and you could feel yourself leaking onto his hand.
"Please, Castiel, please," you cried. "Fuck me."
Another, harder, right on your clit, making your whole body tremble.
"Please, I need you."
He stopped and smiled, and kissed your cheek.
"Of course."
Castiel fell to his knees and put a single one of your knees over his shoulders before pulling you by your hips and burying his face into your cunt.
He licked and sucked you like you were the sweetest of desserts, devouring your cunt ferociously.
You gasped and pushed desperately against his face, his scratching beard be damned.
"Yes," you cried. "Castiel."
He grabbed and squeezed your thighs and your hips, nails running over the skin of your hips, taking you whole.
You closed your eyes, arching your body to him, moaning and crying on top of him.
"Please," you cried.
You were just about to cum when you heard the door opening, and tried to pull away from Castiel, but he didn't even care.
Instead, Castiel pinned you down and lifted your legs higher, spreading them as wide as they could go, leaving you right on display for his band members.
"Oh, hello," Dean greeted you.
"Oh, shit!" Sam gasped.
