This is something of a redraw of this old piece I drew waayyy back in 2019 when I was first into Good Omens s1! I was very into wings back then --and who am I kidding, I still am-- but I think I've executed the concept a tad better this time.

Changed up the pose a tad & the camera angle, and we've even graduated from 'I think they're lying on a rectangle?' to an actual background! All jokes aside though, I genuinely look back on that old art with pride concerning how far I feel I've come. I hope in 2025 or whenever we're all graced with season 3 I'll have improved even more! :D

Oh, and fun fact, this was originally intended for the GoodOmensAfterDark 'Aftercare Week', but sadly this took way too long to complete for me to throw my hat in the ring. Still, adore the folks over there, and all the beautiful art and writing they put into the world, so I wanted to shout that out ^-^

Been working on this one for a few days, it isn't often that a want to animate hits me but c'est la vie lol 

The character is Al-An from Subnautica: Below Zero, quite heavily inspired by @geomimetry‘s art of this character! Specifically I saw this post and I felt like this was just begging to be animated. They draw amazing stuff too so definitely check them out (their Portal stuff is stunning too!)

I will say clip studio paint is a way easier program to animate in than those I’ve dabbled in in the past, it made this possible for me lol Really proud of this one though! I think my process has improved greatly since I last tried to animate :D

Self-promoting a couple older stargate fics today because @trainofcommand made me some stellar (🥁) collage cover art for them recently and I'm 😍😍😍

First up: Sweet dreams (are made of this)

Contains: Vegas Todd x Sheppard, stoned sex, and bonus weird melancholy romance-of-sorts. One of my favourite own-fics.

“How long would it take you to fly home from here?” John found himself asking hoarsely, staring up at the starlit sky again. He could tell that Todd was, too. “Like… if you could fix the ship you crashed in.” 

“Without a hive ship and hyperdrive? Even if it were possible, that would be a journey well beyond your comprehension,” Todd answered, his voice distant and still sex-rough. “And beyond even my lifespan.” 

John cocked his head. “Just how old are you anyway? Hundreds of years?” 

“Hundreds?” Todd laughed softly at that and shifted, his attention drifting back from wherever it had been and his fingers resuming their deliberately meandering trails over John’s sweaty skin. “No, Sheppard. I have lived for tens of thousands of your Earth years… with thousands more yet to come.” 

John blinked, trying to wrap his head around the sheer, impossible scale of what Todd had just said— not an easy task, particularly not with with his mind still fuzzy from weed and the aftermath of orgasm and that burst of pure life from Todd— and Todd was still talking. 

“I can extend a human life far beyond anything you’ve ever imagined,” the Wraith continued, a soft, almost dreamy quality touching the rumble of his voice. “I will not be trapped here on this little planet forever… and when I escape… 

“I can give you the stars, John Sheppard.” Todd hummed again, a now-familiar sound that never failed to send a weird, heady combination of threat and want shivering through John’s core. “If you want them.”

This started as a simple idea, and very quickly got out of control, but I'm quite happy with how it turned out! I quite like the idea of Crowley turning into a big snake and curling around Aziraphale, both doing what they like best (sleeping and reading) together. It's part of the future I envision for them, once they get their cottage <3

I actually did something new this time too and took advantage of the timelapse function in clip studio, though I forgot to start it until I was almost done with the lineart.

Link has the sluttiest little outfit with this off-the-shoulder top with the mini skirt, and Sidon has so much jewelry it’s insane, he’s so ornamental. I love them both.

I knew I liked this pairing since botw but for some reason playing through totk and seeing all the lovely art other people were making for this just dialed that up enough for me to be properly inspired. This piece in particular took me by the throat tho, I stayed up all night to finish it.

Pre-SGA Jack x John hookup: Blow off some steam

Another of my own favourites, mind the light alcohol consumption and the unsafe hookup sex

“Rough day, Jack?” Sheppard asked. The chair wasn’t all that big, but he was still somehow managing to sprawl on it like it was a three-seater couch. 

Jack’s lips twitched. Someone up the chain had their hands full with this one.

“You could say that, yeah,” he finally answered wryly. “You?” 

“Heh.” Sheppard nodded and drank, eyes staying on Jack while he did. “You could say that,” he echoed. “But, hey. Sometimes you just gotta buckle down and take it, right.” 

The emphasis on ‘take it’ was not particularly subtle. Jack’s eyebrows climbed, and the kid actually blushed, that perpetually lopsided grin taking on an abashed, but challenging, cast. 

“Even when it’s rough?” Jack asked mildly, letting his gaze rake slowly down Sheppard’s body and back up again to linger on those flushed cheeks. 

Pink tongue and white teeth flashed briefly as Sheppard bit his lip, gazing steadily back. “Especially then.” 

“Mm.” Raising his beer again, Jack rubbed the mouth of the bottle thoughtfully over his own bottom lip but didn’t drink yet. “You in town for the night?” he finally asked. 

Sheppard nodded, eyes on Jack’s mouth. “Uh huh. Hotel’s not far.” 

“Well, Sheppard…” Jack said with a crooked smirk, interrupting himself to drain the last of his beer. “You want a ride?” 

Sheppard grinned that cocky little grin and followed suit, downing the rest of his drink in one go. “Oh, I really do.”
