He's an overprotective father and knows how lovesick gods behave when they're faced with a beautiful place (he knows because he was that lovesick god lmao)

Beelzebub: You're probably wondering why he's so low. Well, it's because he's not actually afraid to experiment on his children 💀 Ya you heard me right, while he'll be a very doting and protective father, he also wants his kids to have more of Percy's features than his own. A part of him still feels self-loathing so he hates the thought of his lovely children inheriting his "ugly" features. So he would experiment on his kids while in-utero to make sure they have Percy's features (tanner skin, sea-green eyes, black hair, etc)

Guide to all charts on this blog

The "most popular ships" and "most popular tags" charts are most often connected to a certain character.

Please not that the number of percentages in my pie charts correlate to the numbers in the chart and NOT the overall number of hits I got.

Meaning: All the hits displayed in the chart make up 100% and if I get many hits off Ao3 not all the hits will be displayed in the charts and the 100% will be made up from the most popular hits only (which are then displayed in the pie chart).

Long story short: I let Excel convert the real numbers I make the pie charts of into percentages.

I try to make my charts as easily accessible as possible. This includes:

writing that isn't too small

numbers and writing in black instead of grey etc.

colours that are easily distinguishable (no too dark colours next to each other etc.)

no colours from the red/green spectrum directly next to each other because some Tumblr users might have red-green colour blindness

colours that won't make you fall asleep

colours that (in combination with each other) won't give you an epileptic episode from looking at them

everything written outside of pie charts instead of outside and inside for easier comprehension

the same kind of chart for the same categories (pie charts for ships, bar charts for the most popular tags etc.)

I cannot account for everything though and might make mistakes. Some of my earlier charts might also not really conform to the above in all aspects.

I really love the contrast of the royalty and basically evil on the movie have this arsenic green theme to them, its already really interesting the green and red contrast between the beast/the inevitable and the royalty/the venom/etc, but the king and queen having THAT specific shade of green is really satisfying

Mystery Kids if they were in BOTW and TOTK's Hyrule

Dipper would be overall ecstatic and enthralled in learning about pretty much everything Hyrule has to offer. The Kingdom's history of thwarting Ganondorf and his dark armies, the various races, creatures and monsters, materials and resources, the Depths and Sky Islands, etc. This could get him into trouble sometimes as he might run into dangerous situations. I can see him loading up his Purah Pad with as many pictures as it can possibly store.

Mabel would most definitely try her hand at making her own elixirs and dishes that turn out dubious and hazardous to anyone's health. That accounts for clothing and armor as she would use different dyes and alterations for people to look "glamorous yet efficient in battle". (It's shown little promise so far.)

With psychic powers in his arsenal, Raz doesn't have much to worry about defending himself. I like to think he'd take an interest in the Rito's aerial combat, utilizing his levitation ballon and psi blasts while airborne. Tulin would be impressed by his technique and even invite him for target practice.

There's no doubt Lili wouldn't spare a moment of hesitation when delivering punishment to whoever dares to oppose her and her friends, be it monster or Yiga. She'd commute with the different plants and flowers across Hyrule, especially with Silent Princesses as they are very rare. She also enjoys the company of the Koroks.

Due to a past experience with being in another world, Coraline would train to be the most prepared to face the dangers of Hyrule, taking up weapons and survivalist training. She'd be the first to take action if her friends or someone else were being attacked by enemies.

The Zonai technology would definitely be up Wybie's alley. From trying to figure out the different schematics to inventing some machines of his own, like a motorbike. He'd also collect different bugs and even monster parts which he supplies Coraline and the others with for crafting weapons and elixers. I see him being friends with Beedle as they geek out about bugs.

Norman would try to keep out of trouble as much as possible which is a little difficult to be arranged in this new world. He gets along with most of the inhabitants thanks to his friendly nature. Whenever they have to traverse the Depths, he always spots these green floating balls of fire that he swore could hear them whispering. He wonders if there's anything he and his friends could do to help them move on.

I feel like Neil would make good friends with the Gorons and they'd treat him as a "little brother". The elixirs are pretty much a godsend for him as they can replenish his stamina, boost his strength and speed, cool his body down, and more.

A=Aftercare - What they do/act like after sex.

It is well known that Alex is a cold and indifferent person towards others, he doesn't know how to show his feelings so he will only ramble on about whether you are well or need something.

Don't forget Monet incapacitated Robin before she could use her abilities against her. And while Nami could use heat effectively, she and Chopper got bailed out by Zoro who drew attention from Monet.

Monet is definitely one of the most pragmatic characters in the series, which is in turn aided by the fact that she's well aware of where she stands relative to everyone else

She was able to "beat" Luffy because he wasn't getting serious against her; if he'd actually made a real effort to overpower her, he definitely could have, and she acknowledged that, so she made sure to go for a capture rather than for a win while he was still underestimating her

The circumstances of the fight play just as much of a role as the fighters, but let's take a look at how the match-ups might go if everyone were just plopped into battle without any context

Luffy: his Haki and overall strength easily overpower Monet if he's actually making an effort, as we've established

Zoro: same as above, and seen in canon

Nami: her Heat Eggs definitively give her an advantage, and the heat from her lightning attacks should work on Monet as well, but given Monet's speed, she should be capable of maneuvering around Nami's attacks once she knows to be cautious of them. Nami's weather manipulation could likely prevent Monet from conjuring a snowstorm and gaining a field advantage, but that might also just lead to a stalemate. If Nami lands a lightning attack, she wins, but she'd have to really strategize around Monet's abilities. I'm gonna call this one approximately even, but I'll give the advantage to Nami on the basis that weather is her entire thing

Usopp: I don't know how well his Pop Greens would work in a cold environment since they're from a tropical one, so there's a good chance that Monet could make her surroundings too inhospitable for them to be used properly. Usopp has used flame-based attacks before, so he definitely has a way to harm Monet even without Haki, but again, it's a matter of actually hitting her since she's very good at outmaneuvering her enemies. If he ever learns to actually utilize his Observation Haki, he'd probably be able to find where she hides in the snow, but if she's being cautious of long-ranged attacks, she'd probably be able to catch him before he can use his arsenal effectively. Usopp has a way to win, but advantage to Monet

Sanji: in terms of strength, Sanji wins - fire powers, Haki, iron skin, no contest. Buuut it's Sanji. He can't hit her, he won't hit her, he'll let himself die. Best bet is to tag in someone else

Chopper: no Haki, no heat-based abilities; he might be able to concoct a medicine of some kind that would allow him to produce heat, like a reverse version of Queen's Ice Oni, but Chopper's never been shown using medicine offensively aside from the Rumble Ball, so I'm not inclined to believe that he would. Even in Monster Point, Chopper doesn't have a way to hurt Monet and would really only be giving her more surface area to hit, though it might make him durable enough to resist most of her attacks. Monet has the advantage, though it would most likely come down to a battle of attrition more than anything else

Robin: Monet being a Logia-user gives her a distinct advantage, as Robin's grappling techniques are rendered completely moot; Robin's best hope against Monet is to use Fishman Karate, which can damage Devil Fruit-users the same way that Haki does, but Robin has thus far only used Fishman Karate strikes as a set-up for her grappling, so we don't have much reason to believe that she has anything in her arsenal that would allow her to land a definitive blow. If she has more techniques up her sleeve, sure, but as it stands, Monet most likely wins

Franky: Multiple methods of taking advantage of Monet's weakness to heat (fire-breath, laser beams, etc.) and a near-invincible body give Franky the distinct advantage, though Monet's cunning and strategy could eke her out the win. Still, I'm giving this one to Franky since I don't know if Monet's offenses have a way to get around Franky's iron constitution

Brook: Brook's ice attacks shouldn't have much effect on Monet given that she's already frozen, though it's been stated that Aokiji's ice Logia would overpower her snow Logia the same way that Akainu's lava overpowered Ace's fire, so it's certainly possible that Brook could freeze Monet's snow into solid ice to force her into having a corporeal body, but that depends on how adept he is at using cold, I think. Brook's speed also gives him a good counter to Monet's, but a lack of Haki makes his offensive options a lot more limited. He uses his hypnosis abilities so rarely that it's hard to say whether they would affect Monet, but I'm inclined to believe they wouldn't since he only really uses them on fodder enemies. If ice overpowers snow he has a way to harm her, but being able to harm her isn't the same as being able to beat her. I'm going to give this one to Monet, but cautiously

Jinbe: no contest, Jinbe's on at least Doflamingo's level and is both skilled in Haki and the foremost Fishman Karate master. He's so serious that I don't even see a way that Monet could get the drop on him in any situation, either, but perhaps her binding-based abilities would let her hold her own for a while

So that's three definitive losses (Luffy, Zoro, Jinbe), three solid wins (Usopp, Chopper, Robin), two shaky losses (Nami and Franky), one shaky win (Brook), and one default (Sanji)

Huh, that came out a lot more balanced than I was expecting to be, actually. Basically three each of losses, wins and possible draws. Honestly, though, if Oda put any of the Straw Hats against Monet, he'd probably find a way for them to win, since generally the crew doesn't lose their arc fights, but that should only strengthen the argument that Monet isn't too weak to join. They're all dolls that Oda plays with as he sees fit, he can just write a way to win any given fight. He's skilled enough to do so with logical consistency between battles, but still, if Monet joined, he'd make sure that she's a competent enough fighter to beat whatever opponents he'd have her up against and would make her just as viable a combatant as anyone else on the crew

In short, "too weak to join" is just an excuse that people use to derail the argument

Do you have any tips for drawing asami's face? I'm struggling 💀 ig it's hard to make her recognizable for some reason

ooh so yeah I can give you some tips that helps me, and you can take this with a grain of salt because everyone is different and what works for me might not work and so on.

So, I am going to be pretty honest with you, I change the way I draw Asami almost every time. I’m often looking for ways to improve and finding my own comfortable style with her, but there are some things that I find that helps with keeping Asami recognizable while I'm evolving.

This is a bit of a long post, so I had to cut it.

When in doubt, I like to refer back to the original sources. Like the artbooks and any official art, for example.

I like using these as reference as I try to figure out how I want to approach drawing Asami. I know some artists like to stay on model, but personally, I find that time consuming and stressful (I tried it years ago with FMA and my art was very stiff and I was not having a good time). So instead, I look at different angles and try to identify certain features that makes Asami, Asami. Looking at other artists can help too, especially if you want to adopt a style or if you like a particular way they create.

Overall, Asami is glamorous and elegant so I try to draw some attention to that when drawing her. Some key features I tend to keep are her hair, eyes, and face shape. Drawing her with make-up helps with recognition since she wears eye shadow and bold lipstick whereas other characters don't. But sometimes, there are situations I draw Asami in, where I don’t think she would wear make-up (e.g., going to bed, waking up in the morning, shower, etc.), so having to find some other features helps me.

I notice she has a distinctive widow’s peak, which I often use as a placement point for the center of her face. On top of that, I try to keep her hair part well-defined since it also helps me with her overall hair shape. She also has thick, wavy hair with the ends curling. Plus, the way that front section wraps around her face sometimes, is just... she is so stunning. It can help define her face shape. I think keeping these hair features aid in recognition with different artistic styles as well.

Aside from hair, her eyelashes help enhance some of her beauty; especially if I want to bring attention to those vibrant, green eyes. Of course, she would have mascara in her makeup arsenal, but even without it, I like to think she has naturally long eyelashes. She is absolutely stunning. I mean look the image of the Krew above... *eyelashes*

I also find myself drawing Asami with more angular features than I would Korra. For example, her chin would be a bit more pointed, and the bridge of her nose a bit more defined. Sometimes I will even define her lips.

In any case, whatever stands out to you is your best bet in trying to capture this beauty. It's most important to have fun with it. and idk it is probably weird but i find myself falling in love with her when i draw her. She is beauty, she is grace, she is Asami Sato, bender of Avatar Korra and my heart.
