Hello there! Can you give your thoughts on each team rwby girl from rwby?

That's tough because I haven't watched RWBY in a long while butttt

Ruby is flat. She's just silly uwu character who wants to become a hero!!!!!!. Making her the team leader was honestly very insulting to the other older, mature characters. I don't see her as a leader, especially since she seems like a wild card with how hyperactive she is. Her silver eyes are an intriguing ability that she's been very VERY slow to learn how to use, despite it being the obvious trump card against Salem.

Weiss is more complex, especially because her father may or may not have ran shady businesses that have used Faunus Slavery and even branded them (God, Adam deserved so much better than what we got) and she was a bit racist and ignorant towards Blake at some point which was a good plotline to bring up. Her princess attitude can be annoying sometimes, but that's definitely her character trope, and she has grown as a person so it was nice to see that.

Blake is a bit boring because she's quiet, but we learn why she's like this. She's reserved and sneaky because she used to be a radical Faunus rebel, repressed and bullied and mistreated. She had something potentially going on with Adam, who may have been her ex, but we never see enough of their backstory or get enough context for it... its disappointing. I liked what she had going with Sun because Sun really brings her out of her shell and counterattacks her shut-in personality since they have a connection as fellow Faunus.

Yang is a party animal who likes to go clubbing, ride motorcycles and drink. This is why I don't like canon BlakexYang because their personalities are polar opposites, they really don't have much in common. RWBY was supposed to be about sisterhood, and the bumblebee ship becoming canon makes things a bit awkward. But Yang's only plot is like... she's searching for her mom. She finds her mom is a bitch, and then she's like "I want nothing to do with you anymore." Very lackluster, very confusing, very boring. Yang definitely needed something more than just searching for a woman that abandoned her. I'm kinda disappointed the original characters in her initial trailer didn't really show up much again. She's supposed to be goldilocks and the 3 bears I think? ...doesn't feel like that story was implemented very well.

So Blake and Weiss are the better characters out of the four. Otherwise Yang and Ruby are a tad bit flat and purposeless.

So… I went and wrote a RWBY fan fiction on Wattpad and been posting chapters for it on a weekly basis. It’s my first attempt at writing a fanfic. If anyone is interested and wants to give it a read, I’d greatly appreciate it.

It’s set in post series, so after Salem is defeated and Remnant has been saved. And Blake & Yang, now married, want to start a family.

The canon ships in this are BlakeXYang (obviously), RenXNora and RubyXOscar.

As of right now, there are 6 chapters out, with Chapter 7 coming soon and more in the following weeks.
