trent knew that you weren't really a fan of restaurants, and to make you leave the house at 7 in the evening, only for it to start raining out of nowhere was an entirely different story. so why were you doing this exactly?

the two of you had just sat down at the table that trent had reserved at some fancy restaurant with a name that you didn't even want to attempt to pronounce. there was quite a bit of space between you and the other guests, seeing as it was quite reserved and you couldn't help but be grateful for the fact that your date wasn't going to be interrupted by someone asking him for a picture.

trent sat across from you in silence, the only other noise being the silent chatter from the other tables. it was unlike him to be this quiet but you were too caught up in the menu, joking about the dishes and their prices despite the simplicity of it.

you stifled a laugh at a memory, immediately wanting to tell trent but he was completely out of it. it looked as if he was holding his breath, lips pursed so tightly that they'd nearly vanished.

"dude are you okay?" you put the menu down and leant forward to get a better look at him. "you haven't said anything in like ten minutes."

he was speechless, every word lodged in his throat and he was sure that there were beads of sweat trickling down his forehead. you looked gorgeous. he couldn't even form a single coherent thought because he was absolutely memorised.

you were wearing the prettiest thin-strapped, black silk slip-on dress he'd ever seen, your bare shoulders (as crazy as it sounds) had him spiralling. it reminded him of the day he saw you in a spaghetti strap top, the comment of "you have a really nice collar bone. your shoulders too." slipping from his tongue without much thought.

that was 4 years ago, and here he was in a similar situation in a daze. as you sat across from him with such ease, your eyebrows furrowed in slight worry he couldn't help but wonder why it took him three years to accept the fact that he liked you, while it took another year to actually tell you.

what he didn't expect however was a pit of anxiety to form one month into your relationship. this was your first date as a couple and he was already blowing it— 30 minutes in and he hasn't said anything.

you on the other hand were growing more frustrated as the minutes passed. a heavy sigh left your lips, "you're not even listening are you?"

trent didn't know what to say. "I'm sorry." he swallowed hard, the realization slipping in that he was making this awkward. "I don't know what's going on with me right now."

you watched as he eased back into his chair with a hard swallow. this wasn't going to go anywhere and you could tell. you tried to blame his behaviour on work-related stress and came to the only logical conclusion at this given moment.

"this isn't going to work." trent eyes shot open in shock, afraid that you were referring to the relationship but you caught on. "I mean the date. today isn't a good day, so let's just go home okay?"

he fucked up. he could see it in the glint of anger and hurt in your eyes, a pang of guilt hit him like a truck when you stormed out before him. and the idiot that he was, only took off after you at least a minute later, only to find you angrily standing in front of the car in the rain because he had the keys.

when you both got into the car, no one said anything. the tension was thick and you felt as if you were suffocating just by being close to him and you couldn't help but want to cry. you were so uncertain about your relationship after this, especially since you liked him to the point of insanity.

your five-year friendship was something that you cherished so deeply, something that made you feel so safe and loved— yet here you were feeling like giving into your feelings was a mistake. when you first met him through a mutual friend you didn't expect the boy to become such a crucial part of your life.

the friendship started slow, but from the moment you got locked in an elevator together you found yourselves spending every waking moment of the day together. it was easy, so effortless and he was so caring and sweet that you couldn't not take a liking to him.

and when he confessed first it took you a minute to realise that he was serious your— eyes widening with an "Oh..." before he kissed you so gently that you went home that evening with the moment replaying about a thousand times.

but after a few days, something shifted. and this date only proved your suspicion right.

trent looked at you in the passenger seat, your back facing him as you stared out the window, your hair still damp. it was a risk but instead of going home like you wanted, he pulled over which raised some alarm for you.

"I'm sorry about tonight." was all trent could manage, a lump of guilt forming in his throat as he continued to watch the rain fall onto the windshield. and when you didn't answer him he felt like the earth had just swallowed him whole.

a pang of hurt washed over you at the sincerity in his tone, enough to make you sigh and turn to look at him— your lips pursed and your hand reaching out for his.

in truth, you weren't upset with him. you were just confused and so damn uncertain about everything. you were upset with the fact that he wouldn't tell you if something was bothering him, if he was uncomfortable or wanted to call it off. even if it was going to shatter your heart to pieces, he was still your best friend and mattered more than anything.

you urged him to look at you, he was hesitant at first but the look in his eyes made you melt. "talk to me." you ran your thumb over his hand, reassuring him that you weren't mad at him. "I need to know what's happening so that I don't end up storming out of this car in the rain."

it took him a moment to let out a deep breath and he shut his eyes tightly. "you."

your heart dropped to your stomach, and a hallow feeling entered your chest. "me? am I bothering you?"

when he didn't reply you gently let go of his hand but he was quick to pull it back, his eyes widened in realisation of what he said. "shit no, I don't mean that you're bothering me--" he fumbled over his words, "--I mean you are but not in the way that you think."

by now, your eyebrows were furrowed in utter confusion. you genuinely didn't know what he was trying to say, and his nervousness wasn't making you feel any better. "trent if you're going to break up with me in your car in the middle of the rain I swear to god I'm going to--"

"--I'm not breaking up with you!"

you threw your hands into the air, confused beyond recognition and slightly hurt. "then what are you doing?"

your raised tone made him groan in frustration. why couldn't he just say what he wanted to? "I don't know okay?"

your shoulders tensed up. "you don't know? are we just some big grey area now? you need to talk to me."

trent slightly shook his head, "its not that easy."

"it's not that easy?" your voice raised slightly as you repeated the question, dumbfounded. "dude it's just me. that should make it easy."

five years of friendship and now he choking up unable to talk? it's not that easy. those words rang like a funeral bell in your mind, echoing as if it were signifying your impending doom. was this it? two weeks was all it took for him to get sick of you? to make him feel uncomfortable?

trent scoffed and ran his hands over his face. and you were visibly not happy by his "amusement" to any of this. "do you find all of this funny?" you asked in genuine hurt.

he shook his head again and mumbled something under his breath. "you just called me dude."

"so? i always call you dude but that's not the issue right now."

"that's my point. this is all so casual for you, so normal and for me it's just--" just as he thought his thoughts were finally able to make any sort of sense, it got caught in his throat again.

you watched in utter shock as he groaned and tried to collect himself. this was the first time you'd seen him battle with his thoughts like this, nothing but uncertainty and frustration floating in the air but you waited for him to finish instead of interrupting.

this was new. you've had arguments before, but none of actual importance. but this— your opinions and demeanours clashing so easily made you realise that this was a completely different territory. it wasn't just petty arguments anymore and making up in five minutes, it was the need to communicate and understand each other.

your relationship held a much greater weight now and it was only the beginning.

"I've wanted this for such a long time," he spoke finally and caught your attention. his softened gaze settling on you, his best friend. "I've wanted you for such a long time and now that we're actually together it makes me nervous."

your lips parted in shock.

trent stifled an embarrassed laugh. "you make me fucking nervous. I can't believe I was able to be around you for three years while feeling like this and not mess our friendship up. I look at you and my palms begin to sweat, you laugh and my heart melts, you say my name and I feel myself blushing like a stupid kid."

oh this was not what you were expecting.

"when I look at you, I don't just see some idiot who looked at me like I was some alien when we first met— when I look at you, I see the girl who comes to all of my matches in my jersey, I see the girl who makes me want to shower her in every single bit of my love, I see the girl who makes me feel at home and loved."

by now you were crying, holding back the sobs and instead just letting the tears fall from your cheeks that trent was trying to wipe away, a smile on his face as he looked at you adoringly. like he didn't just make you think that he was going to break up with you.

oh, this was the boy you fell hopelessly in love with for sure. every single bit of him and his stupidity.

"when I look at you, I see my entire world."

you sniffled. a lot. absolutely out of control, nothing but incoherent mutters coming from your lips as trent pulled you closer to him for a hug. the tears fell helplessly into the crook of his neck where your flushed face was buried.

a teasing smile danced across his face. "why do you have to cry for everything?"

you pulled away from the hug and wiped the last of your tears and took a deep breath. you were so overwhelmed by everything that he said that you could barely think straight. "shut up, that was practically a proposal speech."

his smile only grew and he couldn't help but lean in for a small kiss, and left another one on your flushed cheeks. "we're nearly there anyway, might as well."

you hit his arm at the comment. "I hate you so much."

he caught your lips with his, a soft and meaningful kiss that left you both with an entire swarm of butterflies pounding their way out of their confinement. "well that's too bad, because I love you."

Ever since you were 5, you and Lo'ak were inseparable. You went everywhere together, did everything together, hell you even had sleepovers together.

Lo'ak didn't have many friends, many of them made fun of him for being different, calling him the kid with the demon blood. So having a person that didn't pick on him and actually was friends with him was oddly surprising, and a little sad.

You two were best friends. As his best friend, he was very protective of you. When you'd go hunting, he'd tell you to be careful where you aim as he was scared you'd accidentally aim it in the air and have it fall on you, or when you'd be out after eclipse, he'd be very aware of his surroundings, keeping out for any dangerous creatures

It was safe to say you two were always together.

Another thing about him, was his issues. You knew how hard his father was on him. He already had to deal with the pressure of trying to live up to his perfect brother, and his dad wasn't making any easier by scolding and yelling at him for every breath he takes

He wasn't exactly enjoying any of it, and nobody understood him. Except you.

You were always there for him, and that's when he knew.

He was somewhere in the forest, hiding. He always liked to hide to get away from everything for a bit. But this time, he was hiding because he just had another fight with his dad, and left to get some air.

You knew exactly where to find him, and the minute you hugged him, he broke down.

And you didn't leave.

You didn't judge him, you didn't yell at him, you stayed. You stayed and comforted him, and supported him, and made sure he was okay

"I'm so sorry Lo'ak, your dad never sees the effort you put in when you try to live up to his expectations. But trust me, I see it. I see it everyday, I know you're trying, and I'm always gonna be here when you need me, it's okay, I'm here for you" You said as you held him tight, wiping his tears and playing with his hair

That's when he knew. That's when he knew he was never gonna find someone like you, he was never going to find someone that made him feel as safe as you do

He had fallen for you and didn't realize it till now.

Even with the next day, you came by and took him out to distract him from the fight, you made sure that he was smiling and laughing, forgetting all the pain

But one day, it was different. He was alone in the forest again, and of course you were quick to go comfort him

He was sitting on the ground, staring into nothing in silence. He suddenly heard footsteps and sighed

"Lo'ak?" You said in a soft voice, slowly walking towards him, "hey" you said as you pulled him in for a hug but he pushed you away

"Leave me alone" He said, turning away

You took in a deep breath, "I understand you're upset about your dad-" you said as you touched his shoulder but he pushed you away again

"Why are you even here?!" He yelled

"Wh-what?" You nervously said

"I don't need you to comfort me, I'm fine on my own"

"But Lo'ak-"

"You think I don't know about your sick game?" He said, the anger radiating off him

"What game-"

"I'm tired of you treating me like this! I'm tired of you treating me like this and acting like you don't realize what you're doing to me"

"What?"

"I don't need you! I don't need anyone. I'm sick of you playing me like I'm some stupid game! Leave me alone!" He yelled, startling you the louder he got, "You mean nothing to me. Do you understand? Nothing!"

He went quiet when he heard you sniffle, and looked into your eyes, seeing them glossy, his heart broke

You ran away, and he heard your cries as you did. He hurt you, he never saw you cry before, and he did now

and it was all because of him.

That meme that I posted made me wanna analyze their first awkward kiss.

Consider it a little gift for Valentine's day 💕

I'll quickly skip over their conversation with Baghra and their conversation with each other minus some important parts.

The Darkling sees that even though her power has improved it's not enough to be used against the volcra.

Baghra has changed her tune apparently. All the other times she was alone with Alina she was saying: "Your power is not enough! Try again! Again!". Now she's like "No, I think it is enough. Give her an amplifier" out of an attempt to persuade the Darkling not to go after the Stag.

Baghra brings out her usual toxic self and the Darkling alludes that he has often been verbally attacked by his mother.

Seeing a victim of abuse standing up to his abuser is so empowering.

The Darkling tells Baghra to take her toxic ass and leave them the fuck alone.

He sees how her powers have changed her physically and have given her health and vitality.

He's trying to let her know that just because her powers aren't enough, that doesn't mean that she's worthless. And even admits that he cannot deal with the Fold himself. He's making an effort to make her feel less bad about herself.

Now he's even apologising for giving her false hope. He promised her the Stag and he can't find it.

He even doubts himself and can't shake off the words Baghra had told him. Even though they disagree on almost everything, he seems to always keep her words in his mind.

what it’s like when suna attends his daughter’s graduation.

You had never in your entire life seen Suna so overly emotional excluding the whole week after your daughter had been delivered where he wasn’t able to look at her without tears threatening to spill from his eyes.

Currently sat in the passenger seat as your husband drove the two of you to your daughter’s high school graduation, you find it rather amusing how silent he’s been throughout the entire ride other than the sound of his stuffy nose which is enough proof that his emotions have already gotten the best of him.

Your sudden snort ended up with you receiving an eye roll from him.

“It’s not funny. You’re gonna cry too. I know it.”

“Never said I wasn’t.”

“Then stop looking at me like you’re gonna crack up any moment.”

You burst into laughter.

“I swear I’m not making fun of you or anything. I find it . . . cute actually. You know, that you’re in your dad mode or whatever. Also, I saw one of your retweets last night. What was it again? Something about how admirable it is for a man to take his son fishing, but there is a special place in heaven for the father who takes his daughter shopping. Seriously Rin, how corny of a dad can you be?”

“Okay now you’re just making fun of me.” He sniffled quietly.

Just as your daughter’s name was called out, she walked up the stage and received her diploma. With your phone in your hand recording the moment and a tissue in the other that was drying the tears in your eyes every now and then, it’s impossible to not take notice of Suna’s constant sniffing and the tears that stained his face.

“That’s my girl!” He yelled out. You were quick to move your phone from him to your daughter zoomed in.

“Now that our daughter’s have graduated and they’re going off to college soon, what do ya have to say as a dad Sunarin?” Atsumu, who sat a row behind the two of you, interrupted your husband’s emotional moment. Now recording them, the corner of your lips turned upward awaiting for what your husband had to say.

“As corny as this will sound and as I will be, of all the things I’ve done in my life, being your father and loving you is by far the biggest achievement yet. I remember you taking your first steps and putting my arms out to catch you and you didn’t need it. Or your first day of kindergarten where I would look through the window to make sure you were okay. Teaching you to ride a bike, waving as you left for camp, dropping you off at junior high then high school. And each time as it is right now, the same as it will always be.” Despite his words that came out shaky and a little unclear, it didn't fail to make Atsumu tear up as well.

“I totally wasn’t expecting that from you but damn, you’ve definitely got it worse than I do, bro.”

As you laid next to Suna that night on the bed, you scrolled through your homepage on Instagram and came across a post from your husband that comprised of a picture of your daughter in his arms, a video of her smiling with only her two front teeth and learning how to ride a bike, a picture of her weeping as she solved mathematics practice questions on the dining table and lastly a picture of her smiling as she held her high school diploma on stage.

You certainly got a laugh out of his caption.

Ok so at the end I was like NERVOUS bc there was the chance they could have MAYBE pulled off two different endings depending on whether summoner personally wanted to stay or go back to Mid Earthium- which would have been a cool opportunity that Storytaco could have pulled,, but I guesss instead they did the thing where the choices triggered the same response, but this time in the sense that the rest is left to your imagination:

I SHIFTED 𓍊𓋼𓍊𓋼𓍊 AVATAR DR

The last few times I shifted were only with intention but this time I also said affirmations that grounded me in that reality (for example: "I am ene'ya te kalin satkie'itan” , “I live in Pandora”, “I am a na'vi”, etc…), and I went to sleep with the mentality that I was already there in Pandora.

I took notes right after I came back btw so everything was still fresh in my mind, then I added it all together and I tried to make a storytime as detailed as I can. I probably don’t remember well all the things but I tried my best to make everything accurate to what happened.

Okay so let me start.

I had scripted that Lo'ak would wake me up but that didn't happen, instead when I opened my eyes (I don't know what time it was because we don't keep track of time with clocks there) i got kind of scared because I found myself with my face squashed in a hammock so I could see everything from a big height and thought I could fall at any moment. This time I immediately realized that I had shifted because 1. I scripted it and 2. everything was too different, starting from the environment (forest) and ending on myself (literally blue), but I didn't even feel strong emotions like in the other shifts idk why, I was already used to being there as if I've always been there (in that reality it's obvious that I've always been there but you know what I mean).

As I was getting up I was told something like “you finally woke up, we thought you were dead” or something like that because it was said in Na'vi (now that I’m back I think its so weird that I knew and was used to a completely different language). Anyway, in the end it was Tuk who had spoken and she was standing next to a surface of worked wood with stuff on it that looked like exotic fruit. When I got up from the hammock for a moment it was strange to feel so huge (and semi-naked lol) and blue, but this too was super normal so I didn't think about it much.

There around the table, besides Tuk, were my father and one of my sisters and everything immediately became normal, I got back the memories and knowledge of that reality and I had the feeling that this reality was now a distant memory, or a dream, and it was there instead that I belonged. Tuk was at our place because she wanted to have breakfast with us, so then we started eating these seeds which were called pxorna and a type of fruit which name I don't remember, then there was also the spartan fruit which I think was the one from the first film (which Jake tastes for the first time in his new body). My mother and my other sister had gone hunting since I had woken up late, meanwhile then I decided to take Tuk back to her family and bro, I expected to be super excited to meet the rest of the Sully family but instead it was normal like everything else 😭 (now that I'm back here I've been freaking out the whole time that is, I still don't realize but okay).

Neytiri is fucking beautiful btw, and Jake is ethereal irl and is much more patient with the children since the sky people wasn’t there yet. Kiri is like in the movie I have nothing to add, she is nice to me but she is very sarcastic. Lo'ak is quite a kid lmao, even though he's in his 20s he acted a bit annoying and rebellious just because (obviously I love Lo'ak but I'm just describing how he was there, I’m not judging him) but still he was my best friend and i have to say we were very similar now that i think back on it.

Neteyam on the other hand.. bro, the most annoying person in the world, I’LL EXPLAIN RIGHT AWAY don't attack me. Practically, clever as I am, I scripted an enemies to lovers with him, not considering that actually in the "enemies" phase we would have been "enemies" and I have to say okay: it's not that we hated each other or were really enemies, but we kind of couldn't stand not even breathe the same air. He still always had that protective older brother personality and was kind/available to everyone BUT NOT WITH ME, I really pissed him off 😭 but it was mutual so yea. In fact, when he saw me bring Tuk back he snorted and changed seats so I remember that I kind of teased him about it but I don't remember exactly what I said to him.

Later I went out with Lo'ak and we went to get the ikrans because he wanted to go to Tsireya and wanted me to accompany him lmao because they weren't really together yet so he was shy. We had another friend called Nìmäng (he isn’t in the movies), and he was much more serious than us; I don't know how he could be our friend but somehow it worked because he balanced our non-seriousness. In short, we took the ikrans (mine is called Zeswavi) and y’all, it's a one of a kind experience, you feel the wind stinging your skin and you perceive in your body everything the ikran is feeling, then don't make fun of me but you also feel invincible, it's so incredible (I recommend you to shift there just to experience this thing).

When we arrived in Awa'atlu (I scripted that it's only 10 minutes flight away because I'm smart) it was just spectacular, it looked like the Maldives🧍🏼 but much much better. So, now I want you to trust me when I say that I had to hold back not to jump on Tonowari, that man is irresistible and so mighty irl, I can't do it lorddd. Ronal didn't like me that much and frankly I'm afraid it was because she saw me drooling over her husband. Tsireya is lovely, the kindest person there I must say, as well as Rotxo. Ao'nung on the other hand.. an infernal beast, literally; he’s cool I mean, but he was really annoying, he liked to tease me and provoke me every 5 minutes, but I responded by hitting him so it was all balanced.

The rest of the day was spent swimming with the ilus, playing a kind of ping pong with barks and also fishing at some point, which would have been very boring if it weren't for Ao'nung who, although annoying, is really funny. Later Kiri and Tuk also joined us, Neteyam as well, with whom I had a fight because I hit him on the head with the fishing net (it was actually hilarious). Before the eclipse we went back to the forest and brought back some of the fish we had caught, my mother cooked it and wrapped it in seaweed and it was all so good man.

We then all gathered around a bonfire and sang songs, other na'vis sang and some danced, it was truly magical. For a moment I stared at Neteyam because, even if I couldn't stand him, he was really beautiful under the firelight, but when he saw me he said like "what are you looking at, skxawng?" (“idiot”) so I insulted him and started ignoring him again lol.

At night I decided to shift here again because the experience was so beautiful that I wanted to tell everyone about it.

When Diavolo had announced that mc would be cooking for them tonight the brothers weren't sure what to expect. The only human food they had tried recently was from Solomon and that almost killed them.

What if mc was worse than Solomon, what if all human world food is like that. Everyone had tried multiple excuses to get out of eating mc's cooking but Diavolo expected everyone to be there so Lucifer made sure that all of his brothers and him would show up.

So when they came in for dinner they looked at the table of dishes confused. What was this? It at least didn't look like something that Solomon had made so that was progress. But it also wasn't anything that they were able to recognize. But once they sat down and hesitantly tried it, afraid it would be like Solomons cooking. They were shocked that it was actually good, it tasted great actually.

‣ Is kind of in shock when he first tries it, is one of the few people that had refused to touch Solomons food but he had seen what that had looked like and yours already looked better than his.

‣ Will ask you what everything is and what the ingredients are, he will listen to you explain everything patiently. Might even try to look up some human world recipes for the food that you have made.

‣ Asks you for recommendations on food from the human world and asks if u could maybe show him how you make it.

‣ Is very interested to hear that different cultures have different signature dishes.

‣ Will order new books about human world culture and food.

‣ First thing that he notices is probably that you don't look that good after standing in the kitchen for so long and will probably tell you so too.

‣ Thinks the food looks passable, he prefers it when the food is completely plated and made to look good.

‣ Still tries it and is pleasantly surprised that it tastes good. Now that he knows this he takes out his phone and snaps a picture of the food for his devil gram and tags you in it.

‣ Will ask you to make desserts for him to try out and plate it nicely so he can post those on his devil gram too.

‣ As soon as he saw this didn't look like Solomons food he was already willing to try it.

‣ Is shocked at how good at tastes as he remembers the last time he at Solomons cooking he was sick for the rest of the week.

‣ Will ask you to cook for them more often.

‣ Tried every possible dish that you had made: paella, empanadas, rice pudding etc.

‣ Whenever you are cooking in the kitchen he now comes by for a taste test of what you are making.

‣ Beel probably had to drag him downstairs for dinner, even with Lucifers threats he didn't feel like risking it trying your food. It might be as bad as Solomons or even worse.

‣ Tries to pretend to sleep to escape having to eat your food.

‣ As soon as he hears Beel talk about how good it is he slightly opens his eyes. It looked better than that from Solomon, so maybe it wasn't that bad.

‣ Hesitantly tries it and is surprised that you can actually cook, maybe it wouldn't be that bad to let you cook more often. Will now try to make you take his kitchen duty when it his turn so he can sleep while you cook.
