Untitled Paintblot #1 – Acrylic paint on canvas
I’m going to be bringing a small series of black and white paintings to Tumblr, about 3 to 6 of these babies. I want you to tell me what this image looks like to you in the comments in one to three words. This series will be based on (but not following the hard and fast rules of) the Rorschach inkblot test. Just trying to get a sense of people’s minds and personality traits! It's a social experiment, so let's have some fun! Comment away (even if it’s dirty), I’ll go first…

sooo the webcomic project is getting a rebrand of sorts! not really, just a title and logo change.
Assecula Aranea was a working title that I stuck with for about two years, I never intended for it to be the final title, and though recently i'd been kinda scared that it would be the final title, while doing some schoolwork where i was researching different parts of the brain, i thought of this title !!
I can't wait to start posting the comic :)

Untitled Paintblot #2 – Acrylic paint on canvas
Alright dear viewer, this is part two of my black and white paint experiment for 23'. I want you to tell me what this image looks like to you in the comments in one to three words. This series is based on (but not following the hard and fast rules of) the Rorschach inkblot test. Just trying to get a sense of people’s minds and personality traits! It’s a social experiment, so, if you respond that this black and white painting reminds you of something political, well, that says more about you than it ever could about the artist (for example)! Click on the image above and tell me what it looks like. What is it to you? Is it a symbol? A numeral? Something else? Comment away (even if it’s dirty), I’ll go first… and part one is here for reference.

Hi, guys! Here is my new illustration on canvas featuring Battle Angel Alita from Yukito Kishiro’s hit manga series! I’m doing this painting for an opportunity to show some people at Netflix Studios, thanks to my dearest cousin @portlynntagavi.
And thanks to my dad, aka GordonArt on Instagram, for all the encouragement and support, and teaching me some of my skills. ❤️

It’s often been pointed out that Nightmare is the most unrelated to anything Kirby villain, with no explanation. Dark Nebula, at the very least, rules the Underworld, which implies a connection to Morpho Knight, and has a naming scheme that could also imply relation to Dark Matter. Nightmare? To make him relevant, people take his potential relationship to Meta Knight from the anime and shove it in, to try to relate him to, at the very least, something. (I saw one thing that worked with the idea that Nightmare was made of Dream Matter, which, ya’know, is at least something.)
Anyways, this implies that he was almost playable in Canvas Curse, and just how different would the series be if he was just a choice there? Presumably even if there wasn’t, like, an explanation for where he came from or what his deal was, he would have probably somehow become a Dream Friend, which would mean we’d have a single pause screen of lore, probably giving a reason why he’s come along on the adventure.
