Despite being sick on New years eve, I felt it was a testimony to how far I had come in 2021. Through so many ups and downs during this past year, I almost gave up many times. I put on a brave face for everyone besides me because I felt like I had to prove that I was strong. A lot has changed in the past five months that has helped me grow stronger physically and mentally. I found a brilliant light within my coach, friend, and inspiration train, @joearinaldi. Through working with him, I could take out my wand and perform magic that (negative side) hidden within me. Working with him, he introduces me to his wonderful community of the best humans imaginable @project.endure. These people come together to lift one another each day by sharing these stories and cheering everyone on in the group. I thank God for bringing Joe and this community into my life when I need it. Back in September, I joined a new gym that was closer to my home but after a week of joining was closer to my heart as well. Everyone at @ltbkh.pt @ltaberkeleyheights has been one of the best gyms, in my opinion. These humans not only care about you physically but mentally as well. Every day I walk into the gym, I am welcome with warm smiles and open arms.
