Goodbye my old Anker Powerport 2 (w/ my paper dolls) - Full [Mar 16th, 2023]

Hello March. No item review this time around because I want to talk about something. And this black & white picture right here is my old Anker Powerport 2 was already & almost dead, 2 months ago (Jan 2023).

• Yeah, you heard me right. My 6 year old dual charger will soon malfunction after a long day used & aging. Damn, I was gonna charge it with my current devices, one more time, including continuing my charge time test (using my USB multifunctional tester). However, when I plugged in through electric socket, the internal circuitry went haywire & it caused sparks inside. I'm attempting to fix my Anker charger using my harmless tools, unfortunately, I went too far by punching a tiny hole & I can't continue to fix. *sigh* So much for that.

Let me share you my background story about this Anker dual USB charger:

• I purchased it on Jan 2017 from Galleon.ph [CLICK ME! #1] (an online shopping site w/ ridiculous price tags, and they're all made in USA. Others we're made in somewhere countries.) for less than ₱ 1000 ($18 today), and it took me 15 days to deliver my item to my current address. I have a proof post right here → [CLICK ME #2]. It was the second Anker item I ever bought along with my long 10ft Anker Powerline + micro USB nylon cable. I still have that letter in my possession & I'm not planning to throw it out. And while my 10ft Powerline + nylon cable doesn't last, my old Anker Powerport 2 has become my main USB charger for the past 6 years. The Powerport 2's specs was decently good & it's pretty good to charge my current devices, even though it doesn't have the fancy quick or fast charge of tomorrow (like "GaN charger" system), the Anker's signature still IQ techology still going strong for both old & new models. Uh yeah, did I mention that they're flaws in my old Powerport 2? Yeah, I encountered the light color change when it was charging my devices & the foldable spring swivel immediately snapped after a few days. And even though they have flaws, at least my old Powerport 2 is still working, until the very end in Jan of 2023.

• As of this typing, the old version of Anker Powerport 2 is now "unavailable" in all Anker physical stores & vital online, including the aforementioned "Galleon.ph [CLICK ME! #3]" (both official & authorized shopping sites). Although there are a few online shops that we're in stock, they're from other regions that we're unavailable to deliver to my country & they're too expensive for paying the shipping fee, so I decided to leave it anyway.

• Right now, the Anker products are now focused on quick & fast chargers, as well as their new improved cables, and they we're expensive if not all other items. So, what will be my replacement for my old Powerport 2? Hmmm... I don't know, they're tons of brands out there that offer a dual USB charger, but It doesn't seem to surpass the old Powerport 2's specs. I would get this if I have enough cash [CLICK ME! #4], but I made second thoughts, so I'll keep searching.

• Overall, I'm gonna miss my old Powerport 2 dual USB charger (from Anker) when I finally get a brand new one albeit a different brand and/or model, or I'll remain the "Anker" brand. 6 years of usage, and it "decommissioned" in early 2023. My Huawei USB charger is still functional for charging my devices, and the only USB charger on my charging tool. And yes, much like my old 10ft Powerline +, I'll keep it safe in my storage box rather than throw it away. After all, I don't waste any old gadgets & related stuff, you know.

• Right, you two? My paper dolls approves, while they're very sad at the same time. Yeah, I feel you, my beloved paper dolls. *sigh* 🥀😢😟😔 Let's be strong together. 💪

Jan 1st : my cousin has cancer

Jan 2nd : my bf said he won't have sex with me cuz he's scared that I'll get prego

Jan 3rd : maybe i shouldn't write a one line journal if I only wanna talk about my bf

Jan 4th : my bus broke down so I rounded up 2 girls who live near me and got a cab to uni

Then i got stopped at the gate because I wasn't following the "dress code" which lead to a whole lot of administrative bullshit now I am forced to wear ugly clothes. obviously.

Jan 5th : skipped uni cuz i didn't have a lotta classes and didn't wanna deal with the "dress code" .bought a chill game and only got out of bed to make and eat food . best day of this year so far.

Jan 6th : wore clothes which loosely confirm to the "dress code", my fault for being born as a woman.

Went to bf's house after college Lotta kissing then cooking and eating followed by a heavy dry humping session then he drove me home

Jan 7th : pretty uneventful.have uni on Saturday so horrible dress code , lotta coding went home played dreamlight valley.sleep.

Jan 8th : finally Sunday. Finished my assignments helped friends with their assignments.played all day till it was time to sleep,got Anna and Elsa!!!!

Jan 9th : went lil late to uni cuz the bus was late .bf wore short to play sports*drool*.

we have hoildays coming up so our teacher decided that to give us an assignment which would require us to talk to a lotta ppl our age so we had to do it before the break and I had to talk to so many strangers it was horrible,but it's over now.

Jan 10th : went to uni and did jigsaw puzzles online then looked for good vampire books,failed, helped my friend do an assignment then there was some celebration which consisted of a series of un rehearsed and repetitive performances followed by a "DJ" sesh where everyone "danced" me and my classmates watched from very far away. Atleast the picture of us sitting on the stairs is good ig.

Jan 11th : woke up stayed on my phone. impulsively baked cookies then spent the whole day mostly fishing online. Then my bf infuriates me by telling me he's watching clips of a sitcom with his buddies which I would love for him to watch properly because it's awesome but that's " too boring" or "too slow" meh meh meh meh meh.

Jan 12th : i didn't do anything important.finished reading "king of battle and blood". Toasted bread played my game and though i would stay up all night and play but just slept like an old person :]

Jan 13th : It's be days since I took a shower but I just played my game and toasted bread again.

Jan 14th : day of festival was woke up but loud festive and cinema music around a bon fire went out of my room and my father was awake so we both went to check out the bonfire and music.

Came back home and mom told me I had to do the colouring of the rangoli.then food, shower, food, ride your wave(movie), food, top gun maverick (not a tradition it just kinda happened) and food again then sleep.

Jan 15th : woke up and had to do another rangoli the food then shopping for clothes cuz "dress code" i hate uni :\ ,Burger King then home.

i was also do this thing where I waited to text my bf the same amount of time he took to reply to me so we weren't talking much but he did not notice so ig I'm the idiot. Showed him my dressess thought I'd model some for him but he didn't even see them fast enough so i didn't. Atleast he talked to me at night i.e. he was replying fast enough to hold a conversation.

Jan 16th : woke up late than usual still had to do rangoli for the last day of festival so no more. Fluffy food, the rangoli, pineapple, shower, food, more sleep, bread(i don't not know how to use broil), dreamlight + tamako market, dinner, dreamlight ,

Ahum January is over and i completely forgot about this

This is a atempt of maping the happenings surrounding kaylor in the last 3 years. Please keep in mind that i might forget some things, mostly from 2019 since my memory is actually horrible. I’ll try to include the most important things mainly so let me know if i missed something big. folklore & evermore Era (oh the start of a daydream and a nightmare)

Note: up until this point its also pretty much a concensus that they’re still together. Since Karlie hinted the folklore aesthetic and cardigan on her ig post, and Taylor changed the cardigan lyrics to “knew you’d come back to me” and wrote “the lakes” and obviously there is “peace”. From this point on, especially after the WB stuff and pregnancy rumors in September (?) things start to get kinda blurry and gaylors and kaylors start building different point of views. So heres what happens:

- Taylor releases the long pond sessions where she says that joe is WB. I feel like we kinda all believe he isn’t, the thing that gives it for me is mostly Taylor’s body language and the way she stutters when she says it. Also, its kinda weird that out of nowhere joe got this songwriting skills magically. Like, they’ve been “together” for four years and only now Taylor discoveres this man has better songwriting and composing skills than his actual job, idk sounds fishy to me but, you make the call.

- Pregnancy rumors starts flowing on both sides. Taylor quickly starts drinking a shit ton of wine to get her beloved swiffers to come to the realization that she is in fact not pregnant. Karlie’s rumors also starts flowing, and then the people! (?) article comes out confirming it and Karlie later posts a video on her instagram. Here’s where it gets messy. Ill try to explain shortly to you the narrative on the Kaylor side and why i don’t believe in the gaylor narrative. Obviously its your choice wheter you believe it or not.

- Kaylor: The baby is Taylor’s and Karlie’s (not gonna get into hows and stuff bc if it is actually real then it is invading their privacy too much, also speculating about this might trigger some people).

Things that back this theory up: obviously peace “give you a child”, karlie not tagging j*sh*a on her vids, that one 2,1/2 photo from the folklore photoshoot, buns and tamagochi, Taylor and Paul talking about parenthood in the Rolling Stone issue, and all the fertility imagery in evermore and folklore.

Karlie was in Cali in may until august, Taylor was also there. Jerk was on Ny or Miami cant exactly remeber. And it seems that this is what she wrote that one line “knew youd come back to me” in cardigan about. (IMO they [t and k] had some fight after the masters sale on the end of 2019 and took a break or something, so she would in fact come back to her, but just my opinion). So, karlie was there from may to august, karlie’s is on the end of her pregnancy, and if you do the math, she got pregnant sometime between june and july. Which makes it kinda impossible for the baby to be jerk’s (consequently ending the gaylor narrative) since he was in another place and karlie was on cali for like 4 months, if the baby was his, the baby would’ve been born already.

The gaylor narrative is mostly based on Taylor’s songs specially champagne problems, coney island, hoax, closure and exile.

Coney Island isn’t even necessarily a breakup song, it’s just simply a sad song, it is like death by a thousand cuts pt2, it gives the vibe that Taylor is sorry about a lot of things like not being able to thank Karlie “but when i walked up to the podium i think that i forgot to say your name”.

Like coney island, hoax is about the lows of their relationship but it’s clear in the song that taylor still loves karlie and would trade her for anything “don’t want no other shade of blue but you”

Closure and champagne: it just reminds me of Dianna for some reason i don’t even know how to explain it. Champagne Problems remind some of Dianna bc of i know places where she says “take my hand and don’t ever drop it”, to the gp that song is about harry(<3) and most songs that “are about him” are actually about Dianna. i do think it’s is kinda inspired by Karlie though.

Exile: honestly could be used to form a toe breakup narrative.

TBH we’ll probably never understand fully the story behind it. But Taylor also said that a lot of the albums are full of fantasy even thought they’re also inspired by real life situations.

☆ one year celebration! ☆

hello all! so, i have been on tumblr with this account for years (cerca 2016) and to be honest, i kind of forgot tumblr existed! around december of last year, i posted a few marvel fics/blurbs. after watching the rise of skywalker, i decided to write my first ever star wars piece, posting it january 12th, 2019. with that date quickly approaching, i wanted to celebrate my one year!

i just want to thank you guys for the abundance of support. i have met so many amazing people since coming back, and i can’t express how much you all mean to me. i love you.

so, for january, i will be celebrating with thirty-one fics for 2021! the list is exclusively star wars characters, and i will include the list and prompts under the cut!

OK let's skip the question about who will win 4ht, but: who will win at the Olympics? And who do you want to win?

Oh boy! I really don't want to jinx anything, but a few thoughts:

in the past three Olympic games, all of the gold medalists have come from the top four in the World Cup standings before the FHT

of these, four were leading the World Cup at this point last year (Simi in 2009/10 and Kamil in 2013/14, who both won two gold medals in their respective years)

so Karl looks to have a good chance for a medal, particularly gold, although of course it's not guaranteed (at this point before Pyeongchang, Richi was leading the standings, and he managed to finish ninth in both Olympic competitions!)

the other medalists from the past three games have all been ranked 11th or higher at this point (in 2018: Andi was 2nd, Johann 6th, and Robert 10th; in 2014: Pero was 16th, Bardal 3rd, and Kasai 8th; in 2010: Gregor was 2nd and Malysz was 11th), so I'd keep an eye on the current top 10

excitingly, this includes Marius, Killian, Cene, and Jan - I think it'd be really exciting if one of them was able to win an Olympic medal!

Kamil is ranked 11th right now... never count him out!

as much as I'd like to see some of the younger jumpers I listed above win a medal, I think experience with high-stakes competitions will help (for example, we've seen that Jan still struggles to put together two good jumps even in a regular competition) - that'll favour people like Karl (1st), Kraft (5th), Kamil (11th), and Robert (12th), with people like Ryoyu (2nd), Halvor (3rd), and Anze (3rd) falling somewhere in the middle of the experience spectrum

as for the women, I think the only person who can stop Marita might be herself! as long as she can keep a cool head, she's got an excellent shot at a medal, probably gold - particularly with Maren's absence

other experienced jumpers like Katha (2nd), Sara (6th), and Daniela (8th) are also in with a good shot

I don't know how the pressure will be for others: all of the current top ten competed in the 2018 competition (except, interestingly, for Eva), but I don't think they were ever really favourites for it

and as for teams... I know I'm biased, but I do think Germany are looking good for the men's competition! Karl is obviously really strong right now, if Markus has a good day then he'll jump really well too, and Andi, Stephan, Consti, and Pius are all good choices for the third and fourth jumpers. Japan obviously have a really good anchorman in Ryoyu, but I'm not sure the rest of the team can support him in the way they'd need to to win a medal (although I'd love to be surprised!); Halvor is a little better backed-up imo, particularly if all four Norwegians have a good day and the right conditions; and Austria and Slovenia both have 3-4 jumpers who are doing well but not brilliantly, which bodes well for a podium if not a victory.

I started writing about a women's team competition and then remembered that's not happening :') but the Austrian and Slovenian women are pretty clearly the strongest teams atm

I think that'll be an advantage for them in the mixed competition, because both Austria and Slovenia can definitely provide 2 men who'll put in solid jumps (probably Kraft & Jan and Anze & Cene respectively, looking at current performance); Germany would be a strong team if only they could find one more woman who could perform like Katha atm; and I think the Norwegians and Japanese will be able to put together strong teams too

Hi. Do u have a list of when the CW, HC, IW, Endgame, and FFH happened? The MCU timeline is an utter mess. HC happened around Sep 2016. If it started 2 months after CW, it means CW took place in June (before Peter's birthday that's why Tony thought he was still 14 in HC). The school year would've already ended atm, but why did Peter say he had homework? Then IW happened in 2018, but which months? All I know it's; 1) before Aug, bcs Tony said his wedding decoy date was Aug 27, (cont.)

(cont.) 2) after Jan, bcs Betty said they already took their midterm test before The Snap. And then Endgame happened 5 years later (2023). Was that exactly 5 years or 5 years and few months? We know FFH happened during summer (June 2024). If it took place 8 months after The 2nd Snap, it means Endgame took place in Oct 2023? But how long it took for the Avengers to build the time travel machine? When did exactly Scott return? Sept? Ugh. Please help me clear my mind or I might implode. Thanks!

The years on the left are the MCU timeline and the years between parentheses is the release date of the movies.

Civil War and Homecoming happened in 2016. Peter says he has homework in CW because as established in the timeline site, in June 2019, which has the same days of the week as June 2024, New York high schools finished on June 26th. And Tony met Peter on May 23, 2016.

Infinity War took place two years after CW and HOCO. Endgame started on October 3rd

Scott returns this day. Endgame begins in mid-2018 then the five years later jump happens, making it 2023. In the movie they confirm this, Ebony Maw from 2014 says that Nebula has come from ‘9 years in the future’. On October 9, they start working on the time travel theory Scott told them about, so between the 9th and the 16th, they’re working on the time machine/time heist.

In Infinity War, they reveal the decoy date for Tony and Pepper’s wedding: August 27th. And Infinity War starts mid-to-late May 2018, late April-early May 2018.

Here’s the MCU timeline with detailed facts and events from 2016. If you want to see more years, just change the year in the ‘timeline’ tag.

In FFH, Betty references the last day of their school before summer in June, and it’s mentioned that they were brought back 8 months ago. So you’re absolutely right, Endgame took place in October 2023. On October 27th, Peter comes back to school to reunite with Ned.

I don’t know why but it’s always the Spider-Man movies making the mistakes when it comes to dates. Here’s an example: they showed that the decathlon competition was on October 13-15, 2016 and then later they changed that to September 14, 2016.

In the first image, you can see the poster at the beginning of the movie and the second one was when Peter was about to ask if he could come back to the decathlon team before the competition. So you’re right when you say CW took place in June. Between May and June. The events of the airport happened in June 2016 and Tony visited Peter in May 2016 because that’s when he got Peter’s passport.

And yes, you’re right when you say Tony thought Peter was still 14 because Peter’s birthday is on August 10 and Tony met him on May 23, 2016.

If you don’t mind, I’m going to answer another ask that is similar to yours, this is for the anon asking for more details about the timeline and facts they could use for their irondad fics regarding said timeline:

1. Peter quits the school band on his birthday because of Spider-Man and his extra-curricular activities. He quit band expecting a call from Happy or Tony. But Tony was probably too heartbroken to even remember Peter’s birthday or something else.

2. Mysterio's crew learn Tony left an inheritance for Peter on June 27th, 2024 and Peter gets that inheritance on June 28th.

3. Peter’s identity is revealed on July 10th.

4. On July 17th, Coney Island reopens eight years after what happened between Peter and Toomes. That means Toomes has been in prison (maybe, we still don’t know because of the snap, he could’ve died and then after the blip escaped) for around eight years.

5. Flash is now famous lmao given that the Daily Bugle gave everyone his real name and nickname thanks to the video he provided of the attack on the bridge tower.

6. Ned is also famous too since he gave a statement to the news about Night Monkey lmao a very funny one: “He’s like some kind of European knock-off, I guess? Which is cool, I mean, Spider-Man is awesome and other countries probably need their own spider-power-based heroes just in case, but I’ve seen Spider-Man before and that definitely wasn’t him. He was all in black. Spider-Man doesn’t wear black. So, like, case closed.”

7. The raid on Area 51 is canon in the MCU lmao

8. The Daily Bugle reached out to some of the teachers at Midtown High School for more background on Peter but they declined to comment.

9. On October 17th Tony sees Peter again after 5 years and dies the same day.

10. Tony's funeral was on October 29th. So that means Peter returned to school and then had to grieve his father-figure and then attend his funeral on October 29th. Talk about traumatic life events...

11. On May 30th, 2018 Tony was discussing his wedding plans with Pepper on Central Park, and Peter was on a field trip to the Museum of Modern Art.

12. Happy is the only one that could’ve informed Nick Fury that Tony made Peter an Avenger, this means Tony and Happy talked about the kid while Peter was dead. These are just crumbs lmao but we have a little confirmation that Tony talked about Peter during those five years with someone other than Pepper. someone send your ‘happy and tony talk about peter and tony suffers a mental breakdown’ fics asap

13. Peter Parker died on May 31st, 2018.

New Year’s Day

Note: okay admittedly I’m a bit on the fence about this one?? idk, we’ll see how it goes. Also!! This is my prompt for @irndad ‘s writing challenge!! I had the prompt New Year’s Kiss so. u can imagine. Hope you enjoy! (also this gif has nothing to do with the fic but he’s so CUTE)

“You’re absolutely ridiculous,” She says, her voice riddled with laughter. Mistletoe hangs above them, her hands are laced behind Tom’s neck, and Tom’s trying to stop smiling so damn brightly.

“Maybe,” He replies. She laughs again, gorgeous and bright, her head falling forward and her forehead resting on his chest. She kisses him that day, laughter following her as she leaves him standing under the mistletoe. He watches her go, his face painted with a smile.

He’s beyond lucky to have her in his life, he realizes. She’s one of the best people he’s ever met, and he loves being able to hear her laugh from somewhere in their apartment.

“Tom? You coming? We’re gonna be late!” She calls from the other room. Tom takes a moment to stumble his way out of his thoughts, and then he’s rushing after her, pulling on a coat as he locks their door behind them.

“We won’t be late,” He replies, but then he’s pulling her by her hand to rush out into the cold air. They arrive at dinner five minutes late.

It’s a Sunday evening. She’s curled into his side, a book propped up against one of her legs. Tessa’s managed to stretch her way across both of them, and Tom scratches behind her ears while he scrolls through his phone. There’s soft Christmas music playing, and there’s a dusting of snow coating London. She leans her head back against his shoulder, looking up from her book for a moment so she can see him.

“Tom?” She says, her voice light, and so gorgeous. Tom hums in reply, looking down at her with a look that he can only assume is filled with the brightest of love. “I love you.” Tom lets a breathy laugh fall past his lips, bringing one of his hands to hers as he rubs soft patterns into her skin.

“I love you too.” She smiles at that, bringing their intertwined hands up to her lips and pressing a kiss to the back of his hand. She then settles back into Tom’s side, her attention once again turned to her book. He watches her for a moment more, letting himself save every second of what’s in front of him. Then he turns back to his phone, reading through an email that he finds much less intriguing than the girl next to him.

She’s sitting on the stool in front of him, her head in her hands. She’s messing with her hair, and Tom’s standing on the other side of the island, tempted to reach out and grab one of her hands. He doesn’t like that she feels helpless.

“But you just got back,” She whispers. Her voice breaks, and Tom can practically feel it. She takes her hands away from her face, looking up at him and waiting for anything, any kind of reaction from him.

“I- I know, love, and I’ll be here for the rest of the holidays, but I have to leave on January 4th to finish up press.” Tom looks at her, eyes begging her to understand. He hates that he leaves her like this, that she has to stay in their apartment alone, watching from worlds away.

“How long are you gonna be gone?” She asks. Her eyebrows are furrowed, creating little wrinkles on her forehead that he so badly wants to smooth out.

“Just two weeks,” Tom replies. She laughs, humorless and a bit cold.

“Just two weeks,” She repeats.

It isn’t the first, or the last time they’ll have this fight.

When he wakes up, her side of the bed is empty, but he can hear her humming in the kitchen. He walks in to see her with a tray of food and a pot of tea. She looks up to see him, smiling in the doorway, and she does an adorable little gasp.

“You aren’t supposed to be awake yet! Go back to bed!” She runs over to him, pushing Tom out of the kitchen and towards their room. Tom’s laughing the entire time, and he turns around just as they reach their bedroom door.

“You didn’t have to do this all for me,” He says. She shakes her head at him.

“Oh shut up, it’s Christmas!” That morning, they sit in bed, eating breakfast and laughing together.

They’re in their living room, there’s tears in her eyes as she walks back and forth. Tom stands in front of her, watching as she paces. He doesn’t have that same feeling of heartbreak as he did a few days ago.

“I don’t know, it’s just that, sometimes I wonder what it’d be like to have someone who didn’t leave every few weeks,” She says, finally stilling to stand in front of him. It’s then when the heartbreak sets in.

“What?” Tom asks, breathless. He’s got his arms crossed, and now she’s looking up at the ceiling, taking a breath before everything spills out.

“It’s hard, Tom.” Her voice cracks. “It’s so fucking hard, because I just want to be able to support you and be there for you but God, it’s hard when you’re so far away.” Tom stares at her, he can feel his heart stop, there’s a pit in his stomach.

“I don’t know what you’re trying to say, y/n,” Tom replies. At some point, any anger had faded away, and now Tom’s got his fingers nervously creating patterns into his own skin, when they so badly want to trace patterns into hers.

“It’s just-“ She stops for a moment, gathering her thoughts, “sometimes, it feels like you’re so far away, and sometimes, it feels like I’m alone and like I don’t have anyone here to help me.” Tom stays silent, watching as she runs her hands through her hair. He feels like everything is spiraling around him and he doesn’t know how to stop anything.

“I don’t know what you want me to do,” He says.

“I don’t know either, Tom,” Her voice has gone soft, almost a whisper. She takes a breath, “Maybe I need a break from all of this.”

Tom feels himself shatter.

She leaves him that evening, snow fresh on the ground, and Tessa whining behind him. She places her keys into the palm of his hand, and when he looks up to meet her eyes, there’s tears behind them.

“I’m sorry,” She says. Tom can’t bring himself to say anything. He can feel the lump at the back of his throat. He wants to scream. Before he can really process what’s happening, she’s gone.

He can’t bring himself to go to Harrison’s party, despite having promised to be there. Instead, Tom finds himself sitting on his couch, Tessa’s head resting in his lap. The apartment feels a lot emptier without her. He takes down the mistletoe.

Jan 1st, 2018

He starts the new year alone, something that he hasn’t felt in a while. He keeps finding pieces of her around the apartment, he doesn’t get rid of the picture of her beside his bed, or the blanket that she gave him for Christmas. He just curls up, trying to feel any bit of warmth that he’s lost.

Jan 3rd, 2018

Tom leaves for press that day. He tries not to think of how different the airport would have been with her there. Tries not to think about how she would’ve kissed him goodbye, how she would’ve hugged him as tightly as she could, burying her face into his neck just before security. He would’ve turned back to look at her, giving her a final smile before walking out of her line of sight. He doesn’t have anyone to turn back to that day.

Tom’s beyond tired from the press tour, but nothing seems to make it go away. He comes home to a silent apartment, left untouched during his two weeks away. He lays down on the couch. He notices how cold it is.

Their “break” still hasn’t ended. Tom starts to wonder if she’ll ever come back to him.

Harrison comes over, and the apartment is lively, filled with laughter, and the air seems much warmer. The sun seems a bit brighter that day, as dumb as it sounds. They watch reruns of shows that they both love, and Tom feels a bit less lonely.

Tom’s busy with work, he doesn’t really have time to think much. It’s been months, and he’d though that he’d be doing much better by now. He is, if he really thinks about it, but the apartment still feels empty in a way that he can’t quite explain. He’s not even sure if he’s lonely as much as he just misses having things to do all the time. He decides that being this busy with work is good for him.

The holidays are getting dangerously close. Tom can feel a pit in his stomach at every mention of mistletoe, and he hates the way he gets when he thinks of her. He hadn’t thought of her in a while, actually, but now she’s with him at every turn. He thinks of her humming while she makes herself tea, or the feeling of her head resting on his shoulder. He misses that feeling of warmth more than anything. Misses the way his cheeks would hurt from smiling whenever he was around her.

He stumbles onto her Instagram page. The posts are few and far between, all of her with friends, and he hates that he’s like this. After almost a year, he’s still drawn to her, still wishing that he could wake up to her by his side again. Sometimes he thinks that he hears her laugh somewhere in the apartment, or that he can hear her singing some Christmas song. He didn’t think he missed her like this anymore.

Tom walks into the party with Harrison’s arm around his shoulders. He’s cheerfully leading him to the kitchen, already talking about what kind of drink he’s planning on making him. Tom has to hold back laughter, already feeling everything lighten up around him. This was the party that he had missed last year, the one that he had exchanged for sitting alone on his couch, wondering where he went wrong, and why it all happened so quickly.

Before he knows it, Harrison’s handing him a drink and continuing to lead him around the party. Really, Tom has a great time. Harrison’s by his side for most of it, both of them laughing along to whatever story their friends tell. He’s beyond glad to be here, to be able to start the new year with people that he loves surrounding him.

Tom’s talking to a few old friends from school when hears it. A laugh, one that he could pick out anywhere. He looks over to Harrison, eyebrows furrowed, but Harrison just gives him a confused look in return. Tom looks over to where the noise came from and he can feel his heartbeat in his chest. His eyes scan the groups of people in front of him, and then he sees her. Her hair’s hanging around her face, a red cup in her hand, she’s got this gorgeous smile on her face, and he sees her laugh this time. It’s the prettiest thing he’s seen in a while.

She turns, and then her eyes lock with his. There’s a moment where everything within him feels broken, like he’s back in their apartment with her keys in the palm of his hand, where she’s walking out with a low-hanging head and down turned eyes. But he’s here, in this goddamn New Year’s party, with her looking at him for the first time in a whole year. He smiles at her, and then turns back to the conversation in front of him.

Tom’s sitting out on the balcony at this point. Harrison’s somewhere out in the party, most likely flirting with a girl or laughing with old friends. The balcony is cold, but Tom doesn’t really mind. It’s quiet, and the soft snow falling to the ground offers some kind of odd comfort. There’s a light dusting of snow on the top of the railing, and Tom’s finding himself making little patterns in it.

Tom hears the door behind him open, but doesn’t bother to look behind him, figuring that it’s just someone who wants to get out of the noise for a moment as well.

“You’re going to freeze out here without a coat.” Tom pauses, not even daring to look back at her in fear that she’ll disappear if he does. But then he feels her laying a coat around his shoulders, and everything feels a bit more like home. At the feeling of her fingers brushing his shoulders, he looks back.

“Thanks,” He says, pulling the coat closer around him. He looks down at it, realizing that it’s his before he decides to pull it on completely.

“Harrison told me which one was yours,” She explains. She’s taken a step back from him, her hands stuffed into her coat pockets and her eyes turned to the ground. Tom lets out a breathy laugh, turning back to the city in front of him.

“Glad you’re both looking out for me.” He hears her shoes hit against the balcony floor, and then she’s leaning next to him, looking down at the city with him. She keeps a distance between them that he wishes would disappear, but he can still feel his heart breaking with every step she takes towards him. He’s terrified to let her in again.

“How’s your year been?” She asks. Her voice is light, almost tip-toeing around him. Tom’s laugh is humorless, almost more of a sigh than anything.

“It’s been shit.” She looks over at him, concern clear in her eyes. He glances over at her, watching as she shifts uncomfortably. He feels his heart sink, deciding that he hates how all of this is. He hates that he can’t even talk to her without feeling like everything is going to break. “What about you?” His voice is a bit lighter, trying to make up for the uncomfortable air that he caused.

“Pretty shit too, if I’m honest,” She replies. Tom laughs a bit, and she smiles up at him when she hears him.

“I’ve missed this,” Tom whispers. He’s not even entirely sure he’s said it, but when she looks up at him, eyes bright and the beginnings of a smile on her face, he’s sure of it.

“I missed this too,” She replies, matching his tone of voice. Tom smiles, shaking his head a bit at her.

“You could’ve called, y’know.”

“Didn’t know if you’d want me back.” Her voice is quiet, and then she’s playing with her hair, and he wants to grab her hand again, trace those patterns into her skin, make her feel comfortable again.

“I always wanted you back,” He whispers. When she looks up at him, her smile is weak, her eyes begging for something that he can’t decipher.

“Don’t know why you would.”

“There’s more reasons than I can count.” Her laugh is barely there, just a shake of her head and the softest sound he’s heard in a while.

“I should’ve been there for you.” He can hear her voice break, and he wants to wrap her in his arms, never let her go because yes, maybe she messed up, but he did too.

“You needed a break,” He replies. “Hell, I need a break from my life sometimes.” She laughs again, and this time her head just barely touches his shoulder. He thinks it’s the best thing he’s felt in a while.

“You still needed that support, and I didn’t always give that to you,” She says. Tom shakes his head.

“Maybe you didn’t, but it wasn’t your job. I should’ve supported you more, too. We both made mistakes,” Tom says. It’s then when she leans her head on his shoulder fully, and he wants nothing more than to let her stay there forever.

“I don’t know-” She starts, but Tom cuts her off.

“Tell you what, maybe we can talk all of this out over coffee tomorrow? Like that place down the road that you always loved or something?” Tom asks. He can feel the smile cross her face, and just about everything in him feels a bit warmer.

“That sounds great,” She replies. Distantly, they can hear a countdown beginning. Tom laughs.

“Have we really been out here for an hour?”

“I guess we have,” She says. Her voice is back to the one that he loves, and he’s beyond glad to have her back next to him. Yelling comes from inside the apartment, and she’s laughing into his shoulder.

“Again?” She asks, looking up at the mistletoe.

“Hey, it’s not my fault that you keep standing with me under mistletoe.” Tom looks up at the decoration above them, shrugging his shoulders at her as she rolls her eyes.

“You’re ridiculous, you know that, right?” Tom laughs, watching as she goes to walk away. Tom chases after her, wrapping his arms around her waist and placing a kiss on her cheek before burying his face in the crook of her neck. She laughs, turning around in his arms to look at him.

“You’re the worst, Tom,” She says between bits of laughter. Tom smiles down at her, shrugging his shoulders again. She shakes her head, but then she leans up and presses a kiss to his lips, and it makes up for all of it.

“So, what’d you think of this year?” She asks him. Her hands are laced behind his neck, and she’s looking up at him with the prettiest eyes he’s ever seen. His cheeks hurt from laughing and smiling all night, but he’s beyond glad to be here, with her in his arms.

“I don’t know, it was pretty shit,” Tom replies with a smirk on his face. She rolls her eyes at him, unlacing her hands from behind his neck.

“Oh really? Well, maybe I should just take my things and-“

“No no no no,” Tom says, cutting her off. He grabs her hands, and she places them behind his neck again. She laughs at him, letting her forehead rest against his chest. It’s only a few moments later when the countdown begins around them, and Tom takes a second, because this is so much better than last year, so much better than any year he’s had yet. She has her arms wrapped around him, looking up at him with gorgeous eyes and a bright smile. He’s certain that nothing could make life better than this, and he wouldn’t trade it for the world.

She leans up, pressing her lips to his for the moment when the countdown ends. There’s yelling around them, a chorus for the new year, but Tom’s oblivious to all of it.

“Happy New Year,” He whispers. Tom practically melts at the sight of her in front of him, and he can’t wait to have moments like these be part of every new year that awaits him. She laughs, tilting her head to the side and letting her eyes scan over his face.

“Happy New Year.”

Cosmic Disclosure: Alien Tech at the Vatican I was guided to take a look at Corey Goodes blog a few days ago and the article that caught my eye was ‘Cosmic Disclosure: Alien Tech at the Vatican’ The article is simply the transcript of a discussion that David Wilcock had with his whistle-blower friend Emery Smith who has suffered many attacks of various kinds from the cabal due to his speaking out. “Emery Smith claims to have autopsied about 3,000 different types of ET humanoids. They were discussing the autopsies Emery made but the conversation ended up being about a visit he made to the Vatican library to get more information on a particular type of ufo…!! “So, a private organization went to the DoD [US Department of Defense] and the mil [military] labs I was working at, and they needed some technicians and some scientists to go to the Vatican to look at their archives, because they know that they had some information on a craft that was taken in New Mexico.” After nearly 8 years of learning new things from the places that I trust for information, I thought I heard it all. However, this discussion between David and Emery reveals things that were new to me. An example, Emery; “And, of course, the Vatican has always been a huge database. It has a huge archive of many things: artifacts and things they have found from space and have collected over many, many, many, many years. And they have an underground base under the Vatican. So two scientists and myself were deployed to that area to the Vatican to an undisclosed location in the Vatican. And we took an elevator down about seven or eight floors.” You will not be disappointed when you read this article and what it reveals. My reaction to it is something like this. My GOD WE ARE LIVING IN THE DARK AGES ON THIS PLANET WITHOUT HAVING A CLUE ABOUT IT. I released after reading this that if we were not in quarantine here on this planet that we would have reached the level of technological knowhow that we have to day already about 200 years ago. I’m guessing that if that were the case then at this point in time we would be in a position of where we could be nearly 300 years ahead in time from where we are now! I’m hoping that you will understand where I’m coming from when you read the info from Emery. Just to whet your appetite for reading on I will give a short quote from further down this article and then the link to the entire post. “Emery: It’ll be cities will be put up everywhere. I know even our government has contacted me to orchestrate and architect a special city here that’s self-sustainable, that’s off-grid, has its own communications, its own electric, and all this stuff, because they’re preparing to do this model everywhere.” …. That ‘their’ plans to create this special city is not for the love of humanity – no – it’s the next stage in their plans to keep the sheeple occupied with something new and fantastic that they have created to keep us happy and still in quarantine and under control etc.…. that’s how they have always done it. It’s all a game to them our controllers – its all under their control and has been – BUT THEIR GAME IS SOON OVER. For the reader to understand just a little more about how the Jesuits work I will take some earlier information provided by Cobra as an example.

Cobra told us very early on, on his blog that the Jesuits had been controlling the ‘show on this planet’ for 500 years. This is the source of proposals to make the Pope the new M1 (monetary controller). This is the reason why the new Jesuit Pope is promoting the idea of a central world bank.
