'i am so honoured to be wearing this margiela dress !!

i got super mushy at the fashion shoot when i slipped on the prosthetic hips , it seemed such a full circle since the mannequin margiela-pieces i was wearing in the early 90́ s.

so wonderful how galliano threw away both of his and margiela ́s luggage and tapped into both of their beginnings .

i could see silhouettes of 1920 rooftop jumping irma vep vampires merging with margiela ́s first bellmer inspired poupée moment with a dash of duchamp ...

but then brought truthfully into 2024 by being all AI zombie like . is perhaps even jimbo there !? i wish .... such a profound thing ! i am so honoured to have gotten to wear this garment . i wore margiela for my first debut cover ( tinyurl.com/bjork-margiela ) so it is sentimental to me .

i would like to thank the wonderful viðar logi for the photos

Meet Louis Ringtail!

The living ink blob of Acmetropolis before the meteor struck he used to work with his family in the Acmetropolis sea market but gets sprayed by squid ink and just then the meteor struck mutating his body into a half squid half raccoon ink blob he was deemed the monster of the fish market. Months later he meets the Loonatics and becomes a Loonatic in training using his ink body to creating weapons that take in the shape of various forms of sea life!

So, I'm reading @froizetta ’s (Love) Traingles Have Multiple Centers and I couldn't resist drawing this scene from The Obligatory Gala Chapter. (Lol, I love the chapter title).

It ticks all of my boxes:

Sexy Superbat? CHECK. The story itself doesn't have smut but the author wrote behind-the-scenes smut in a separate story so rest assured.

Superbat identity porn with IC Bruce? Check. (I have a real weakness for identity porn and Bruce being IC is the cherry on top of the cake).

Clark being a sweetheart and never failing to be embarassed? Check.

Bruce having a hard time parenting Dick and messing up but in a way that doesn't make me want to shove him into an incinerator and watch him burn? Check.

Very IC and wonderfully written Lois Lane, who's equal parts sophisticated city girl and would snoop and steal to get a story? Check!!!

They say “the pen is mightier than the sword” and this is even truer for her now than it was back when she was alive. This is Obsidian (which is only her pen name of course) who was once a fairly popular author until one day tragedy struck. Someone stole the original handwritten manuscript for her next upcoming story and planned to claim it as their own. Eventually she found the thief, confronted them, and tried to take back her work before it could be sent to a publisher, but in a fit of rage and desperation the culprit stabbed her in the neck with a fountain pen.

As a ghost she got her revenge by using her newfound power over the written word to temporarily bring the characters within them to life, forcing her murderer to confess to their crime. After that Obsidian went back to doing what she loves best, reading and writing books. And the best part is her pens never run out of ink anymore since she can create it out of thin air. Plus eating and sleeping are no longer necessary so she can spend hours working without stopping for anything. One thing she does miss is meeting her fans in person and giving out autographs, but as long as she can continue to write to her heart’s content that’s more than enough for her...

Sometimes she’ll even ask Ghost Writer to help edit her work, being careful not to leave ink stains anywhere in his precious library of course. And in return, Obsidian can restore the faded ink on older books in the library with her powers. This power extends to anything using ink too like photographs which is pretty useful. Either way, despite losing her life unexpectedly, in the end she overcame the trauma of her death and that’s the most important thing to remember.
