Long mickey and oswald talk.

love mickey and oswald because they are awesome brothers but truthfully i think they would be each other's best friend too. Yeah technically goofy and donald will always be mickey's best friends but more and more i notice that goofy and donald kind of stick together more often (kingdom hearts, ducktales, even a goofy movie implies donald to be goofy's best friend) and i think in-universe that's because mickey can be slightly more... unnaproachable? Mickey is either the super positive 'perfect' best friend or the most famous toon celebrity or a king OR all of the above. It IS a bit more difficult to be a normal toon and open up to him, and it's not Mickey's fault or even donald and goofy's fault, they all trust each other constantly, they are true friends, but it IS one of the reasons why i think he would end up being closer to Oswald

Oswald on the other hand is also really unnapproachable but for completely different reasons, Mickey is for reasons out of his control, meanwhile Oswald is like that because he constantly puts walls around himself. He isolates himself, he lashes out, his emotions and trauma impact his relationships constantly, he even decides to make himself king and tries to be a celebrity or a hero more than a person sometimes and ends up disconnecting himself from people even more. Oswald has friends and kids and wife, but it's not easy to really get Oswald, he has so much baggage that it's hard to know him, sometimes people might leave him alone because they might think that's what he would want?? Or what he needs right now?? He keeps being all alone not because of Mickey or the Blot or anyone, HE is doing this to himself at this point. And even after epic mickey i think he is still someone not always easy to connect with because he still struggles personally

This is why i think, yeah they kind of get each other perfectly. Mickey is not the 'perfect' friend to Oswald, he has seen him in one of his worst moments, he hated the guy, and he learned to love the guy, even when you choose the thinner path. He's had his whole life of acknowledging Mickey is a huge celebrity, it's not really something that would make him hesitant to interact with Mickey, it's something that he goes directly to Mickey and complains about (after epic mickey probably as a joke).

When it comes to Oswald, he kept venting and mocking and lashing out to Mickey, even almost betrayed him, and Mickey still stayed. He didn't hold resentment or is hesitant to interact with Oswald. I think Oswald is SO sincere all the time, for better or worse, that it makes Mickey more sincere too (that one part where he gets mad in the graphic novel is awesome, let him be mad at the rabbit). Oswald isolates himself and puts all the walls he wants, Mickey is the only one to climb up that mountain and still sticks around even when Oswald tells him to leave him alone

Like it's not just we want to see these characters together cause they are brothers and we like epic mickey, it's the fact that if Mickey Mouse ever needs to work as a duo, Oswald SHOULD be the guy. Oswald is SO essential to Mickey as a character, epic mickey told us the truth and now you can't try to hide it and never do anything with this again. I'm tired of them giving Oswald content without Mickey, you do NOT get this game at all

As someone from the big titty committee, I think small boobs are beautiful!!! (And so does Toji!)

Toji never understood that when you complained, you were serious. You had breasts on the smaller side and it always made you stare just a bit longer in the mirror, especially when you wore something low-cut. Why couldn’t you get that cleavage all those pretty Instagram models had? Why was it they had to be blessed and you got the scraps? It didn’t initially make you insecure, but recently you found yourself wearing more conservative things to hide your boobs further.

Your boyfriend never realized how deep your insecurity went, kind of brushing it off honestly. He assumed it was one of those things you both knew wasn’t true because he’s an idiot, so he never felt the need to tell you how he really felt. At first, you were confident he liked your breasts for their size and how easily they fit in the palm of his hand. But then… without any reassurance? You started to lose all your confidence and wonder if he liked them.

He did notice you were upset today. But being the kind of stupid guy he was, he just assumed it wasn’t anything to bring up. He was bad at … discussing feelings. So Toji decided to avoid feelings altogether unless you brought it up. That was his fatal flaw, never bringing up issues and waiting for you too. It was tiring, and you weren’t having it today.

“Hey,” he nudged your arm with his own. The two of you were seated on your couch. You were mindlessly scrolling on your phone, in a baggier shirt that hid your body. You looked over at him and he motioned to his phone, “I’m ordering. What do you want?”

“I’m not hungry,” a frown pulled at your lips and your thumb went back to scrolling, “Just get whatever you want.”

He narrowed his eyes, “You’re always hungry.”

“Not right now, Toji,” your voice raised slightly.

“Fine fine,” he backed off, going back to the UberEats app, “What’s up your ass today?”

Typical Toji, uncaring and loud. He always thought you could handle his abrasive nature, how cold he could be. He didn’t know sometimes you wanted a caring hand. Why would you tell him? What if he just laughed? He didn’t know all you wanted was some reassurance you were beautiful, even with smaller breasts. You wanted to smack yourself upside the head. Why did it all come back to that insecurity? Well, it was big. It affected how you dressed and affected how you loved yourself.

“Nothing, Toji,” you snapped back at him, not looking up from your phone.

“Am I not allowed to ask my girlfriend what’s wrong?” His voice shook your ears, making your head snap up to him.

“Not when you ask it like that!” Your voice broke, shattering down your walls, “God!” You set your phone down on your lap and met his expression. It was hollow as you started to break. Why was it that the smallest of things were bothering you today? You couldn’t help but explode and cave in, expressing it.

“I’m.. my.. I’m not..” You tried at least.

The man found himself rolling his eyes, “You're pretty.” That’s where he thought it would go at least, you just aching for some kind of reassurance he’d begrudgingly give.

“My boobs aren’t big!” You then blurted, regretting the moment it escaped your lips. It was a strange thing to say, and you knew it from his expression.

“Your … what.” Your boyfriend blinked a few times. He hadn’t expected you to say something to that nature, and he hadn’t expected that to be something that bothered you so much. He liked breasts, sure, but he didn’t hate yours. He liked how he could hold each one perfectly in his hand, with enough room to squeeze it fully. How they perfectly fit into his mouth. But whether or not he liked it, Toji realized, shouldn’t make you instantly love yourself. You should love yourself because you want to. It hurt his heart to see there was a part of your perfect body you didn’t love. Maybe, there was a way he could show you that you should love yourself, regardless of what anyone thought.

Toji sat there, staring at you for a few moments, making you feel more self-conscious. In your head, you had just outed yourself as a weirdo who overthought. He let out a breath and shook his head, “I like your body just the way it is. If you changed it, it wouldn’t be you.” His eyes scanned back to your upset pout, “Small breasts don’t … eh, define you.”

You pressed your lips together, “But I don’t look like any of the girls you follow or any of my friends. They’re all pretty like that, I look like a prepubescent boy!”

Your words made him laugh, but after a glare, he quieted down, “I’ll unfollow ‘em if it makes you think less of yourself,” he looked away in search of more words to soothe your insecurity, “You’re my girlfriend, why wouldn’t I like your boobs?”

Your eyes rolled and a small smile tugged at the corner of your lips, “I know you like them. But I don’t know how to like them.” You brought your knees up and pressed them against your chest, hugging them close. Toji frowned and scooted closer to you, wrapping a burly arm over your shoulders.

It was silent for a moment until he broke it, “I hate my face.”

“...What?” You looked over at him, “Why? You have such a nice face…”

He shrugs, “Never liked it. And no matter what people said to me growing up, I still didn’t like it,” he used his free hand to motion to all his imperfections, that you just couldn’t see, “But, I thought, if people can like my mug, why can’t I? So… I’ve learned to like some of it. I don’t like all of it,” his lips pulled into a deeper frown, “But I’m okay enough that I don’t hate myself.”

Then Toji looked at you, “I think knowing that people love your breasts should motivate you to wanna, I dunno, like them? You don’t need to love them every day,” his hand on your shoulder started creeping into your shirt in a way that made you giggle, “But you shouldn’t hate yourself over something natural.”

“You’re being so poetic for having your hand down my shirt,” you murmured, a small smile appearing, “But…” You exhaled, “I feel like you’re right.”

“It’s like, learning to be okay every day and loving yourself some days, eh?” Zenin tilted his head back, before turning it to you, “Can I show you how much I like ‘em?” You paused for a moment, giving him the silent okay in his head to pounce. You let out a loud laugh as he pushed you back against the couch, lifting your shirt.

“Pretty things,” he cooed into your skin, taking the time to delicately run his fingers down the middle of your chest, “I could use you as a pillow, mama.”

“Oh shut up,” you lightly whacked him in the head with one of your hands. Your laughter got quiet when his fingers pinched around one of your nipples, rolling it around a few times just to teasingly stimulate. “Toji.. you don’t have to do this. I know you like them.”

Toji looked up at you and shot you an annoyed look, “I wanna.” That was all he said as he took your other supple breast into his mouth. You felt your body tense, your back rise, and your underwear become increasingly wetter. “I love these things,” he pulled back from sucking for a moment, leaning forward and pressing a kiss on your lips. It was supposed to be a sweet peck, before going back to the meat of the exchange, but your hands anchored around the nape of his neck and kept Mr. Zenin in place. Lips locked intimately, showing yourself to him.

You knew he was right in some way or another. You didn’t need that fake self-love stuff those big-breasted models tried to sell you. You could love yourself sometimes, but learn to be okay with what you’ve got.

This is a headcanon circulating around a sensitive topic and one that you may not agree with so if you don't want to read it please scroll.

This headcanon revolves around the character Osamu Dazai and the concept of sexual assault

I believe that Dazai was sexually assaulted as a child

This has nothing to do with Mori and takes place long before they even meet

While it is true we know little to nothing of BSD Dazai's past, it is also true that it is highly likely the Irl author and his No Longer Human counterpart was SA'd

There are two specific pieces of writing are evidence of this

"My true nature, however, was one diametrically opposed to the role of the mischievous imp. I can't speak from experience but SA has a big effect on the lives of the survivors

Some of thes effects include;

Sleeping or Eating disorders

Dazai canoniclly has issues sleeping and there are scenes that imply he has issues with and/or doesn't see the point in eating, at one point saying that it is "so much trouble"

Nightmares

There is a specific scene within one kf the light novels where Kunikida asks if Dazai has nightmares.

(Unfortunately I can't find the exact moment so I can't quote it so if anyone can find it please let me know)

Self-hatred

It might not be clearly stated that he hates himself but ay the same time its rather clear that he does

Suicidal thoughts or self-harm

He is a suicidal maniac

Riskier sexual behaviors such as having many partners

He canoniclly has had quite a lot of lovers

Substance abuse

The one scene we see of his apartment we see that there is more alcohol than furniture (it's also a popular hc that Dazai smokes which makes sense considering his past with the pm and that irl author smoked)

Another moment to mention was when he seduced the nurse (which technically counted as SA too but that's not the point of this)

more swindle headcanons because he won't leave my brain and i'm tired of him

crazy good at math. he's able to calculate the price/cost of something within seconds. the only reason he's not a mathematician/accountant or anything like that is because swindle wouldn't do well with those jobs. swindle likes moving on his pedes, not sitting behind a desk

extremely well-versed in politics. but not because he's very political or anything; swindle just likes knowing where and when the next intergalactic war is raging so he can profit off it. it helps to keep up with the news

workaholic. though this trait is less notable to see in him than say, someone like optimus (mostly because swindle takes great care not to let his exhaustion be shown. his image MUST be perserved, after all)

used to keep a diary in which he noted anything interesting he found on the planets he traded with. he was actually semi-organized with it, and even included some crude doodles of the organics he ran into. he stopped journaling once the war broke out, though, and hasn't journaled since due to fear of his diary being used as blackmail

answers questions like a politician. if u want a straight answer from swindle then good fucking luck LMAO. he doesn't like to go into detail about his past. it's all old news, anyway

he's a Beyonce fan. i feel it in my bones

puts effort into his image. granted his image got fucked over ever since he defected to the decepticons LMAO but the point is that swindle tries to make himself look better than he actually is.

surprisingly open-minded. he has to be. if he were to be openly xenophobic to the multitude of alien races he trades with, then his business would tank. besides, he's actually pretty curious about other worlds besides his own (ex; how he mentioned he spied on the human villains in the SUV episode, and thought their whole get-up was "exciting")

he hates hates HATES the cold. if he HAS to do business in a cold planet, he will bitch and complain about it the entire time except when he's in the negotiating room

when he was a young bot, swindle was pretty open book. that's not to say he didn't LIE back then, it just so happened that swindle was created with a super expressive faceplate, and you could always tell what swindle thought based on whatever look he was giving you. this got him into some...issues (dw he learned how to keep a poker face later on)

not the jealous type (how can he be jealous when he's the most wanted bachelor on cybertron?) but on the rare occasion that he IS, he gets real quiet. probably sulks to himself in a corner while sipping on some energon. if confronted, he'll brush it off but don't you doubt it for one second; he is PISSED

says he doesn't have any regrets or moral dilemmas about his job, but that's only half of the truth. swindle takes care not to give himself enough time to think about the past. it makes living easier that way. and swindle is a creature who seeks comfort, even if it inconveniences everybody else around him. don't try to call him out on this bad habit of his; he will huff and excuse himself by claiming you'd do the same thing too if you were in his shoes (or pedes?)

he does not like keeping living things in his subspace. he's made the mistake of storing a organic he thought was cute when he was younger, and it ended up with a trip to med-bay (surprisingly, organics don't like being in strange voids filled with nothing but weapons)

fantastic at detecting scams. he doesn't have a mod for it or anything, he just KNOWS

has a """"healthy"""" amount of paranoia. he claims he's just looking out for himself, given the kind of business he's in, but there's times where the paranoia really fucks with his health

really likes sprinkling those "infomercial phrases" into his daily speech. he thinks it makes him sound suave. thought he sometimes fucks up with the delivery and he just gives up mid-way lmao ("guard the prisoners...orrr loot the ship? it's a no process-...or? er? err..." - a direct quote from decepticon air)

he's mostly self-aware. the only thing he isn't honest about to himself is his own emotions

whenever he feels stupid stuff like "fear" or "stress" or (shudder) "remorse" he takes a look at his bank account. it helps him, in a weird way. because yes, he's an outlaw, and yes, he's technically gambling his and everyone else's life, and YES, there's days where he winds up battered and broken, barely an inch away from death, but...at least his efforts aren't for nought. they're adding up to something; with every corpse, swindle's wallet gets fatter. and with all that money in his servos, swindle might be able to buy himself the one thing cybertron can't offer him: peace

( warnings ) around 1k words. fluff. gn!reader. does siblings count as platonic relationship?. modern setting. maybe it includes some headcanons(?). i change a lot between he and them for the boys, sorry.

( a/n ) this is just a silly something I wrote while thinking about my life (/hj) lol, this is based on my own relationship with my brothers (I love hate them 💞). also don't take this too seriously, I'm not sure if everyone is exactly on character but I promise I tried my best haha 😅 like i wasn't even going to add bennett, mika and razor but i thought "why not?" and just went with it lol. also this has a slightly different format to what i've written before so i hope it'll be okay! and some of them have a lot of similarities cuz i just had to change some things and make up a new category :')

the listeners. they're not the most vocal ones and prefer if you were the one to do most of the talking. tell them about your day, no matter how stressful it was, show them a silly picture you took of a dog on the street, show him the flower you picked on the side of the road on your way to your classes, tell him about that one favorite show you watch that you're sure no one else likes (they'll watch with you from then onwards), you can even recite your study notes to him, he can't promise to understand everything but he'll try to for your sake. just talk to them. they may not say much, but they listen better than most, trust me.

and sometimes when you think he isn't listening to a thing you say and you start to go quiet, you are surprised by his own opinion or a very specific question about what you were saying. no matter how busy or distracted he seems to be, he always pays attention to you. even if he doesn't always voice that out or rarely express it. he's also very attentive, he can see if you ever get uncomfortable with some place or someone and he'll immediately come to your rescue. he only wants the best for you.

the food bringers. they may be a bit rough around the edges but you can see that he cares by the way he suddenly brings your favorite food to you, in an almost begrudgingly manner as if he wasn't the one that bought it in the first place. they'll give it to you with a straight face and immediately leave, only humming or scoffing (depending on his mood) in response to your thanks. but don't worry, he's just a bit shy. when you're busy studying or doing something important, they're the ones that'll remind you to eat or get your face out of whatever you're doing for a few minutes.

and when you ask them why he does it, he'll reply that it's because you should eat more and stop straining yourself or else you're going to disappear into thin air one of these days (he just wants you to take care of yourself). when he goes out he always end up bringing something for you, be it a drink, some snacks, anything. they say it's just because they were already going to buy some anyway but you know that they probably went out of their way to do it. just, don't mention it.

the caretakers. they're the ones that'll do anything you need. you're in pain? where? can he help? he tries his best to understand and help you with whatever you need. oh, are you just hungry? just in time then, he was about to cook something for himself, he'll add a portion for you too, you don't need to do anything. no, don't try to wash the dishes, he'll do it too, he can see that you're tired. just go sit over there and relax.

in any way, you can depend on him. so just let him get you medicine when you're sick, and try his best to make soup to you. rest on his shoulder during bumpy car rides if you get tired. and don't get mad at him when he's being a bit too annoying while asking you to put on your gloves when it's cold. they have a huge sense of responsibility for you and they genuinely love you, so let him take care of you like an older sibling should. even if sometimes they can accidentally baby you a bit too much all you have to do is gently scold them a little bit, they'll try not to do it too much from now on.

the idiots (affectionate). they're idiots, in the best sense of the word. they can yap for hours about their favorite interests and also lets you talk about yours. they love to joke around with you and sometimes, if they're up to it, join you on some pranks. trust me, you become the apocalypse when together. everyone hates you (endearingly) and god forbid someone is the target of you both jokes, they'll never be seen the same by anyone anymore. they'll praise you to everyone they know, even if you feel like you don't do anything special (to them everything you do is special).

they're not stupid, actually far from it. it's just that with you he can really be himself and let loose sometimes, and he also loves to have fun with you and just generally be around you, especially if you both rarely get the chance to. indulge him, will you?

the cool ones. uhh, how do i explain this? they're just the typical cool older brother. the one that makes all your friends jealous and wishing their own siblings were like him. they're a bit sarcastic but sweet to you. they'd go above and beyond for your well being. they buy whatever you need without you even asking. they take you to classes with a nice cool motorcycle. you get the gist.

they'll play videogames with you until midnight if you ask them to, and they'll also bring a lot of snacks for a movie night! trust me, with them you can never be bored. and also all his friends absolutely adore you even if they never met you just by how much he'll talk about you. don't blame him, he's just very proud of you and everything you do!

the clumsy ones. believe me, they're trying their best. they can't always do much and sometimes they'll even blame themselves for it since they want only the best for you, their favorite and only sibling! yes, sometimes he can overcook your food a bit (not you kaveh!!), and he feels like he generally makes a lot of mistakes. what they don't know is that you love them just as much as they love you and you don't mind their clumsiness or silly mishaps, actually you feel like you couldn't have asked for a better brother!

tell them that and they'll probably cry, a little bit. what matters is that they'll try even harder to be a good sibling to you and live up to the name of the best brother ever. they just really like the feeling of someone genuinely counting on them.

the gentlemen. listen, they're the best sibling you could ask for, period. they're patient, kind and always willing to give you either a shoulder to cry on or lend his ears if you want to vent or just talk about something that happened on your day. they're the ones that are there for you no matter what. if you make a mistake, they'll gently correct you and teach you a more proper way to do it with never getting annoyed if you still don't get it. don't worry, he can always repeat himself for as long as you need.

they're that type of brother that even if the whole world was against you, they'd be on your side if they know you are in the right. they give the best headpats, open all the doors for you and will carry all your bags, you don't even need to ask them. you can't help but have higher standards for people in general because of them.

The moon is brighter than the nights before. The moonlit the people of sleepless city but that does not bother the lovely loving small family living in a small apartment.

“Hey, why are you still awake?” Boothill eyes her sitting in a chair beside the window under the moonlight he drops his heavy on the floor and walks to sit in front of her “Something happened?”

She smiles looking down at him. His metallic hands lay on her lap. “Nothing is wrong. The moon is so bright today” She returns her gaze to the moon but Boothill keeps his eyes on her

“Yes it is”

She looks at Boothill who still stares at her. She chuckles and runs her thumbs on his knuckles. Everyone says his hands are cold but to her, they are warm like how humans should be. An insecurity of his ever since he came back to her life after years disappearing without a goodbye but she makes sure he is more human than anyone she ever met.

Her eyes shift back into his eyes showing adoration and love. She bites her lips from trembling, she looks away once again feeling the guilt she always feels “Why are you not mad at me?”

That question again. She always asks this for hundreds and thousands of times but Boothill will always smiles at her “Not a single thing in this world can make me hate you”

And the answer always makes her tears up. Boothill holds her face, his thumbs wipes the tears and caresses her cheeks. His eyes softened as more tears kept flowing “You should be with someone better. Should have left right after you know the truth”

Boothill doesn’t say anything. He smiles watching her cry again for something that has been resolved for years but he knows the guilt in her still stays in her “You asked me to wait but i didn’t”

“But you actually did”

Few days before his disappearance, Boothill went to her home late at midnight telling her the stories he encountered that day; chasing people and being chased. He laughs at the danger he consistently got into. Then out of nowhere, before he jumped out the window he asked “Wait for me,okay?”

She didn’t know what he meant at that moment. She thought he was talking about not to sleep before his casual visits every night. She eventually knows the meaning of it. He left.

Since that day, from day and night she always listens to the radio and watches the news to find any information about him. Just a glimpse of him is enough to aid her sorrowness but he is difficult to catch or take a photo of. She tried to forget him after a year of his disappearance. She tries the hardest she can but her heart craves for his presence.

After 5 years, he finally came back. She ignored him at first but his attempt to pledge for forgiveness makes her heart ache. Even though she forgave him, she kept something from him. Boothill didn’t force to tell the truth instantly. He remained calm and waited for her to tell when she wanted to. One day, the truth was revealed. The reason why she persisted with him coming to her new home. She has a daughter.

His life went downhill right after the words coming out from her mouth ‘She’s my daughter’. Once again, he disappeared but it didn’t take him long finding his way back to her. He was being selfish. He had abandoned her in a time where she needed him and yet she forgave him. That was just how pure and loving she was towards him.

“I may not be her biological father. But Sunny certainly came from my heart”

Sunny is his most precious treasure in this whole universe, no one can deny his love towards that toddler is pure. He went miles away just to get the finest clothing for her and the mother. He works from dusk until midnight just for them. Boothill comforts her, forgetting how tiring the day was towards him. She sleeps before him. He stays awake making sure those two are safe and comfy inside their house.

The next day and the day after that, she did not ask the question but soon,will when she feels sad which Boothill will answer it nevertheless.

“Papa look. Birdie” Sunny happily points at the birds flying above them

“Yes,Sunny. Birds” Boothill repeats her words holding her tight in his embrace and his other hand squeezes the mother’s hand not letting go in this crowded place. The city is having a small festival. Stalls are everywhere promoting their businesses and small fairs in the middle of the city.

The small family have their fun together in the festival. Playing the fairs and buying any foods that peak their interest but something is bothering Boothill. He has been feeling someone is watching them. He doesn’t mention this to her, not wanting to end their fun.

Boothill and her sit on a bench near the playground where Sunny happily plays with random kids around her age. She leans on him. She can feel his tenseness “What’s wrong?”

His eyes wanders everywhere looking for something “I feel like we are being followed”

“What?” She straightens her back and looks around too “Who?”

Unexpectedly, Boothill stands up turning around ready to punch someone that was approaching them “Woah woah. Calm down. I’m not here to cause any trouble”. That voice is too familiar to her. The man she was with for a night at her sorrowness after a year Boothill disappeared which resulted in the birth of Sunny.

“You… what are you doing here?”

Gallagher puts his hands in his pockets. He looked at Boothill then at her “My bar opened a stall for this small festival”. His eyes shift to the playground. He immediately recognize which is his

“Don’t even think about it” Boothill blocks his view and hides her behind him

Gallagher sighs “Look. I’m not here to take her away nor-” he looks Boothill straight in his eyes “-taking them away from you,Galaxy Ranger”

“Then what?” The gruff tone of Boothill worries her. She holds his hand calling his name softly

Gallagher takes a glance at their intertwined hands and looks away “Children aren't my thing. I’m not mad at you for keeping this from me. But you know, you gotta see them some time right?” he continues, “Trust me. I am not taking her away”

There is no denying Gallagher has rights to see his own child. He was not a bad man. They conceive just from one night and that night was the first and last they see each other. “How can we trust you?”

The bartender takes out a small pouch from his back pocket and toss it to Boothill “Take that as the delayed child support”.The pouch is heavy with coins

“You really shouldn’t have done this,Gallagher… It’s also my fault for not telling you” she takes the pouch to give him back but he raise his hand stopping her to do so

“Please take it” he looks at Sunny chasing some other kids “She's a very healthy kid. 4 right?”. He eyes her for confirmation. He’s right.

“She won’t be looking like that if it was me. She has one good hella of a dad,ya know?” As Gallagher watches Sunny running around, there’s a hint of regret. He knew being a father does not fit him but seeing his daughter now; healthy and happy makes him smile “Can i meet her?”

Boothill and her look at each other. They can’t keep Sunny away from him “Of course. Sunny loves to meet new people” she replied

Gallagher smiles “Sunny…” he then starts walking towards Sunny still running around the playground. Gallagher catches her in time when she trips “You gotta be careful,sports” He chuckles as he balances Sunny on her foot. Gallagher can see his features in her face that makes his heart warm.

“And what’s your name?”

“Sunny!”

“Sunny is a cute name”

The child smiles wider “Your name?”

“It’s Gallagher”

Sunny tries to pronounce his name back but fails. He just laughs “It’s okay kid” He pats her hair smiling widely

“You friend with mama and papa?”

Gallagher suddenly stops patting. The word ‘papa’ is not directly to him and never will be “Yes. Your mama and….papa are my friends”

Sunny just giggles,being a child herself she is still gullible and naive. “Let’s go back to your parents,ay? You must be tired”

Sunny nods and raises her arms up. Gallagher stops in his tracks seeing Sunny wants to be carried. He gently leans down and carries her in his arms. She is so small and skin soft like milk. He walks back to where Boothill and her have been eyeing them both from afar. Gallagher cherishes these small moments he has with the daughter who never knew he is her biological father.

“Here you go” Gallagher hands Sunny to her. His eyes never left Sunny. The regret of not witnessing her as a baby until she is at the state of this makes him want to go back in time. However, he can’t separate this family apart. They are already one. He has no heart to do so.

“Say goodbye to uncle”

Sunny did what her mother asked. She waves at Gallagher before leaving for their sweet comfort home. Now, Gallagher once again alone in this universe. Even the aeons gave him the faith of having a child and a family. At the end, they are not his to have.

Something about the trust inherent in that decision and in the way she speaks of it after. Truthfully, T'Pring doesn't know the captain and she doesn't know Spock. Either one of them could have taken her as their wife but she does know Stonn. She knows that Stonn will remain by her side no matter what. They made a plan together. They have an agreement which T'Pring believes will be upheld even though the plan changed with the arrival of Kirk. Stonn will always be there, always, and Stonn will be hers. Something about the language used around T'Pring: Ownership, subservience, non-personhood. T'Pring is an object that Spock can win. She cannot reject him, she has no say in the matter other than having Stonn 'claim' her instead. Even when Spock leaves after being very clearly rejected by T'Pring he says "Stonn, she is yours." as if despite her clear rejection he still owns her and is must formally 'give' her to Stonn. But the language T'Pring uses around Stonn is a break from that: "There was Stonn who wanted very much to be my consort, and I wanted him." Stonn who wanted very much to be HER consort and she WANTED him. The language here is very particular - It's not, for example: "Stonn wanted me to be his wife" - he is HERS. And she WANTS him. There's a mutual affection there and a strong trust - a trust which seems to be well founded since Stonn (though silent) stands by her side at the end of the episode. <- That might seem small but if Spock would reject her for 'daring to challenge' (again, the language is not 'because I don't want you' but more of an implied disgust at her having the AUDACITY to reject him) then it's not a stretch to assume that it'd be considered an insult in the TOS Vulcan society to NOT choose Stonn as her champion after a prior agreement. Anyway T'Pring was a woman in an impossible situation within a society which saw her as more of an object than a person and she wanted Stonn and Stonn wanted to be hers and she trusted that he would understand if she had to publicly pick someone else to ensure his life would be spared and he did understand.

Listen, I love the LGBTQ+ community as much as any other queer person. But we have got to stop ostracizing people in our community to fit in with cishetallo people.

Some of y’all really do go ‘these are the acceptable boxes for queer people and their definitions, anyone outside of these is actually not queer and making us look bad’ and act like that’s ok. Now that being queer is generally acceptable in online/progressive areas (as long as you are one of the ‘well known’ orientations), a big part of the community has started regulating what’s ‘acceptable’ of a queer person and how we should fit into society.

I’ll see people hating on trans people who don’t fit into the ‘normal’ expectation of ‘Trans girl, Trans boy, or Non-binary’ or use Neo pronouns because that’s how they feel the most comfortable. I’ll see people hating on queer people who don’t like labels ( or try to assign people one even if they don’t want it). Or people who use a label in a way they don’t like (bi people who mostly date the opposite sex, lesbians who use pronouns other than just she/her, gender non-conforming people who don’t identify as trans, obscure micro-labels, etc.)

And it’s so frustrating because we as LGBTQ+ are supposed to be better!!! We are supposed to empathize with the feeling of not fitting in with regular society and help others like us! But the community has become part of the oppressive ‘societal standard’ for some people.

Some people just can’t be put into a perfect little label box and a lot of y’all aren’t cool about that. And I can’t believe I have to tell my fellow queers this, but there is nothing wrong with denying societal standards in order to live in the way that is genuine to you and makes you happy. End of story. If you disagree with that, look inward at your internal biases and try and fix that. Get rid of the cop in your brain telling you that you have to police others self-expression.

Why is being a living exisiting human being so very confusing 🙃

Girl like. The reason he said "this is how it should be" and faced death with a smile....is cuz he wanted to die. For 2 years he sat there thinking he was worthless and deserved to die. If he hadn’t be shot, his death would’ve been suicide, he was fully planning to die in a gutter somewhere undetected. When saying "this is how it should be" hes literally saying "don’t cry because I’m dying, my death is a good thing actually because I fucking suck and you are better off without me". I don’t think that’s badass even slightly, it’s actually really sad and really shitty. Shinjiro is so convinced that he deserves to die and hates the idea of anyone giving a shit about him because he literally can’t wrap his mind around the idea that he will be missed when he’s gone, that his death is a bad thing actually. And his last words were meant to be comforting because he fully did not intend for anyone to be there when he died, he intended to die alone, so he says them as a reminder that he’s not worth crying over

Personally, if it were me, if I was holding my dying best friend in my arms who was deeply depressed and suicidal and he said "this is how it should be" uh. I wouldn’t admire him for it??? Like am I losing my mind when I say the way this game handles Shinji is bad or is anyone else seeing this too 😰

Okay I don't do this normally but out of curiosity, I looked at that guys' posts and yeah they're going around sealioning anyone who likes Dimitri being all like "how can you say Dimitri/AM is your favorite when you didn't play all the routes". Buddy it's called having preferences, subjectivity and opinion. I'm sure if we twist their behavior around back at them, they'll be like stop bothering us for liking Edel cause double standards is their bread and butter.

Yeah, I had taken a brief scroll through their blog the first time I saw them argue with Random about Claude because I had a pretty strong feeling that they were just another stan running around around against Rhea and Dimitri fans because I knew that person didn't follow Random when they started pulling the bad faith Claude takes.

I scrolled through a few posts before I was like yeah I'm not even gonna bother looking further because I could see all they were doing was arguing with people whose names I recognized, and the only people who ever do that are the stans. They also have absolutely nothing else but discourse on their blog.

It's crazy to me too, because I've seen those same Dimitri fans try to talk about anything else FE related and yet they still get pulled back into discourse. Like, I'm at the point where I believe everyone in that immediate group is just actively being stalked by the stans (and I recall one of them mentioning they are being stalked by them, but my guess is if one of them is, all of them are).

Also, the stans tend to pull the "you didn't play xyz route" when I'm quite certain most if not all of the Dimitri fans on Tumblr have at the very bare minimum watched the full route on YouTube of anything they didn't play. All these people have the information they need to know where they stand opinion-wise, and like you said, it's just... having an opinion. The stans have their opinions, we don't agree with them, and we don't engage with them unless they engage with us first.

Something I've noticed about the group of Dimitri fans that gets stans going after them is that it's always the stans who start it. They always respond to asks sent to those people. In other words they go onto those people's blogs, look at their posts/their replies to their anons, and start arguing at them over literally anything they say in thsoe ask responses.

Every single time I see a post reach my dashboard from any of those people (you might know the Faerghus/Dimitri group I'm talking about), it's always a stan going after them when they were just answering one of their own anons and posting something on their own blog. I'm sure there are people who think they engage in discourse too much, but they don't even start it. They get harassed and can't just blog in peace.

Unfortunately those same stans have been targeting Random as of late (and I've noticed it's more and more different ones so they're probably going after someone as soon as they notice their buddies are doing so) so it's not that surprising that they've taken notice of me since she and I interact regularly. They basically go through the chain of who interacts with who and try to start shit.

Oh nonnie honey, you better believe if even a single Dimitri fan did to them what they do to us, they'd be all over that and whining about it and posting callouts and shit.

I just want to be able to post whatever my feelings are about Dimitri without worrying that people will try to tear it down because "it's not about Edel-chan and it portrays Dimitri in a good light".

I've blocked every Edelstan I've come across but more of them keep popping up, so... I guess the blocking never ends. My block list is basically just Edelstans and bots at this point with few exceptions.

Funny how the stans don't block Dimitri fans who hate Edelgard to avoid seeing them (it's because they don't actually want to, because they want to argue), even though we're all over here trying to block them, but some of them block evade to keep going. Literally like Dimitri fans have tried to block them and move on, but they persistently find ways to keep harassing. And like I said, they go down the line, so eventually they'll just find every active Dimitri lover who posts about him and whine at them.

I don't start going #AND EDELGARD -INSERT EVERYTHING I HATE ABOUT HER- AND THAT'S WHY I LOVE DIMITRI #and I don't include why I hate Edelgard when ppl ask why I love Dimitri. I tell them why I love Dimitri and am happy to talk abt it #I LOVE getting ppl to enjoy my faves and sometimes it works! and that's bc they enjoy the vibe they get #when I'm talking abt my faves. they like seeing the passion and interest and positivity #I do this with my faves in another franchise all the time with an entire group of side characters who are sides but #also very plot important and it always makes people see them in a different light and appreciate them more
