In this life, blood had run through vein to be taken from others.
Of course, there had been the weight of guilt to burden the shoulder of those who'd drank the life from another, though within the rise of an undead plague, they had began to drink it without regard of memories, pain or pleasure.
Levi had done the latter; decades spent underground to prey on those in the shadows, brain riddled with disgusting memories of the past.  Erwin had drawn him from this hole and with that, a new life had been birthed. Though, even with a clean slate, ghosts had still remained.
These hauntings of the past had brought Levi to a simple life, one with routine, and control. An example of this would be his morning tea, always taken from the same shop, with his arrival and departure time as precise as each day would allow. Unfortunately, with a difference in this very schedule, Levi had been six hours late to his local coffee shop, seeing a shift change and new faces.
You hadn't met the man before you - you were sure of that. Though, when staring into the grey eyes on the other side of the counter, there had been something so hauntingly familiar - or was he just undeniably mesmerising?  There had been an unforgiving and all-encompassing pull toward the stranger; one that had felt both warm and frightening.
"Are you listening?" His voice pulled you from the depths of your daydreams, his face stern and brow furrowed. You cleared your throat, glancing down to your idle finger hovering over the till.  "I'm sorry, sir." An apology had left your lips before a shaking breath, though his abrasive tone would cast your words aside.  "As I said, an earl grey -" He cut himself short with the shake of his head. "And, for the love of God, make sure the water is boiling."
His narrow lips relaxed into a down-turned expression, eyes mulling you over once, and then twice.
"Did you get that, or do I need to go elsewhere?"
You blink, lips parting before nodding a response. "Y-yeah." Now trembling, your fingers wrap around a white cup, the other hand moving to grasp a maker pen, though stopping short of the cardboard.  "What's the name?"  "Levi."
Levi had walked toward the collection counter, one arm crossing over the other, his sight set on your clumsy handwriting and uneasy grip.  Earl grey, boiling water.  You repeated the order to yourself as if a mantra, a tea bag plucked from box, the cup placed beneath the boiler spout. You checked the temperature dial before pouring, allowing the scolding liquid to fill his cup to almost brim, a plastic lid and cardboard sleeve placed over top.
Within a few moments, the tea had been placed on worktop, a pale hand moving to take the drink to palm.
He didn't thank you before leaving, though with his previous demeanour, you hadn't expected him to.
When Levi had returned days later with the same request, your heart began to beat slightly faster, excitement in vein. The bell had chimed, your eyes moving from the tray of cakes under glass to greet your new customer - and there he'd stood.
As he made his way toward you, you allowed yourself to wonder if he'd returned due to an appreciation of your brew... though with the same hollow stare and frown over lip, you began to assume this shop was more for convenience than a means for enjoyment.
Just as before, Levi stood with arms crossed and expression cold, and when you'd pushed the cup toward him, he simply turned on heel and left. A sigh escapes you as the weight on your chest suddenly alleviates.
"The weather's nice, isn't it?"
Your attempt at small talk felt miserable, and with his grey eyes withdrawing from yours to land over countertop, you had mentally slapped yourself. This would be another memory to plague your mind, with another sorry attempt at talking to an attractive customer.
His brow furrows as he looks to be in thought, before he finally speaks.
"I don't like the heat."
Your jaw slackens. For the first time in the past few weeks, the stranger had not just spoken instruction under a condescending tone, but had instead given a genuine answer to a question you had asked. The corner of Levi's mouth quirked upward at your shocked expression.
Locking up had gone well despite a few customers arriving on the minute of closing, with yourself rushing to clean machine and table. Money was counted, lights switched off, and key placed into lock before you would begin your journey home.
Street lights illuminated your path, your shadow cast beside you as each begrudgingly slow step brings you closer to your destination. Tinny earphones supply you with a soundtrack while your mind replays the images of you jumping into bed after a long day, sheets pulled to shoulder as you would close your eyes to rest.
The last stretch of road before your home drew closer, the concrete growing a little less clean and evened out when approaching your neighbourhood. A path you had ventured many times throughout both day and night, one you were sure you could navigate through a blindfold. You glance over the patches of grass among grey pavement, a few trees standing only slightly taller than yourself. In summer, they would bloom green leaves with wild flowers at their root, though on winter nights like this one, they would only shield the unknown.
A shadow slouches parallel to your path on the other side of the road, one with a presence you wouldn't recognise on first glance, though wouldn't yet alarm you. Seeing another at this time of night wasn't particularly unusual; a busy town on a Thursday evening had some form of nightlife, although when seeing the figure's odd gait, your feet did move slightly faster.
There was a hint of apprehension with your movements, though you had ultimately decided on keeping your gaze straight and arriving home with haste. It wouldn't be too much farther now, though when glancing over shoulder to see the emptiness of the other side of the road, dread filled you to core.
A sudden weight is born over your shoulder, a sharp pain in neck. Although you begin to thrash, a pair of arms hold you still, the sting of what felt to be a bite allows warmth to seep from your body, exhaustion dousing you.
At some point, you are freed enough to allow you to stumble forward, slumping toward pavement. Your hand flies to the wound on your neck, alarm rushing through you upon the realisation you were losing a lot of blood, fingers slipping around the puncture holes to be coated in crimson.
A numbness begins to spread through your body, a coldness enveloping you.
You lay back to the pavement, head turning to side as you try your best to press into the injury in attempts to stop the bleeding, though with your vision turning blurry, you weren't sure how effective your weakening grasp would be. Focusing your altered vision, you can make out two figures before you, one looking to be the same hooded shadow you'd seen across the road, the second having a recognisable silhouette, though you couldn't quite put your finger on where you'd seen that coat before, and the black slacks, perfectly tailored to meet ankle -
You had blinked only once, you'd felt sure of that. But, it looked as if minutes had passed before you, the two figures now separated, one left to only a heap on the floor. There was a presence beside you, and with racing heart, you turned to meet their view.
The stranger looks to be Levi, your crush from the shop, and over the ringing of your ears, it'd sounded a lot like him, too. Just as you'd fallen to unconsciousness, you could've sworn his eyes had changed from grey to red, two canines elongated to look much like the fangs of a vampire.
Heavy lids flutter between that of dream and reality as you stir, harsh pavement feeling much softer than you had remembered. Though as you came to, memory foam supporting your body, you were quick to realise that the warmth engulfing your body had not been that of cement floor, but a bed that hadn't felt much like your own.
With the cloud over your eyes fading, you set your sights on the plain ceiling above, with a slow drift down to the thick sheets draped over your person. Your scent had been the second to last sense to return - the smell of cedarwood and pine.
Your home had been many things, but none of these attributes had felt at all familiar. Not a spec of dust in sight, nor blemish... The only thing that had been certain was your confusion at the current situation, and paired with the jumbled events of the night prior, you had been left to wonder how you had ended up in such room.
And finally, you are graced with the sensation of pain.
Your neck throbbed, a tingling feeling to flow into vein, and perhaps the beginnings of a fever. There was a reluctance in your movements as your hand had made way to the wound, a withdrawal from the spot much before you'd come to cup it. Would the skin be mauled and tattered?
Memories flash before you - thick blood pooling over your neck, the sensation of all life leaving your body. You brace yourself as your fingers finally fly to the injury, though you are left to feel dissatisfied by the bandage covering the skin; a barrier to your true condition. Previous events are farthest from vivid, though in the midst of searching your mind, you find a fragment of certainty - the stranger from the coffee shop. Black hair left to fall over brow, concerned grey eyes turning to resemble that of beast with pointed fangs.
The wound throbbed as you remembered now, that taste of iron within your own mouth. How had that come to be?
As you sit upright, the room spins. Despite this, you allow a single leg to drop to the floor, followed shortly by the other, your weakened arms pushing from mattress to start your investigation. This home's walls had acted as your crutch as you'd moved to leave the bedroom, soon making it through the door, fingers still grazing plaster as you willingly make your way into the unknown.
The corridor is been clean, walls plain in colour with a few paintings mounted proudly. They look to be expensive, though you don't marvel, instead moving closer to an explanation.
"You're up."
The words jolt you to core, eyes widening in both shock and fear as you turn to look over your shoulder, Levi standing a mere few feet from your own trembling body. One glance over his lips cause your throat to constrict, a shallow gasp pushes from chest as you felt to lose your balance, falling down onto the floor.
You remember now, the fear you'd felt with a figure's teeth far into your throat, and how it had felt to have your very life drained from your soul.  You saw how Levi had torn your attacker from your being, only to seat himself beside you as you'd felt close to taking your last few breaths - how sporadic they'd been.
He'd taken his own wrist to his mouth, a redness over lips as he'd pulled the appendage away only to force his mouth to yours, a red ambrosia forced over your tongue to douse your throat in burning liquid. You'd screamed against him, you'd thrashed and cried, though within only moments your eyes had felt heavy, the poison suddenly lulling you into security.
Levi despises the look you give him now, the horror and pain twisted in your face. It had been a look he'd seen few times before, though hadn't had to endure in a long while. He hadn't missed the fear he'd caused others.
"I won't hurt you." His arm raises as he takes a step toward your frightened body, voice timid. His hand reaches yours, ice cold skin wrapping over you to offer aid. Calming yourself, you stand.
"You can leave if you want." Your neck thrums as you stare at him, and if not for his sincere expression, you would have tested this offer. He squeezes gently over your fingers, mouth ajar. He knows you remember what he is, and what he'd done. You need an explanation.
"But... shit." Levi's eyes leave yours as he exhales. "There's something you need to know." You raise a brow, chest tightening. "What is it?" Anxiety courses through you as you retract your hand from his, moving it over your bandaged throat.
"The thing that bit you," There's a waver in his voice, and a change in tone. "He took a lot of blood, and you were close to dying." You nod apprehensively. "I had to feed you my own, but it's been a while so I didn't realise..." His eyes close. "You would have died, if I didn't-"
"I'm one of you?" Levi shifts uncomfortably before you, head tipping forward.
"Not just that - tch." He's unable to find another way to put it, but searches his mind in desperation for an answer. The situation pains him in many ways, yet the worst factor had to be the intimacy. Levi had managed to find his way around alone until now, and with this, everything may change.
"We - our kind... We can create bonds with others. One that can link two souls as one, or at least, sire two souls together. It means you can feel another person's presence at all times." At last, he raises his gaze from the floor, looking into your eyes. "You're now tethered to me."
The news sinks in slowly, butterflies within your stomach as you sense the connection he speaks of. There had been some hesitance too, but this had stemmed from the limited understanding of what this label would entail, and what this existence would involve. As you stared at him, you grew used to this sensation - the feeling of his soul. It felt cold and somewhat indistinct, but when you focused your mind to it, it was there.
"I feel different." The phrase resembled more of a whisper than a clear statement, and Levi had shared this uneasiness within himself, too. It hadn't just been this attachment, but your senses had felt heightened, sounds felt louder and colours felt brighter. As you peered over his face, drifting toward his neck, you could sense where his vein had been most open, where you want so desperately to sink your teeth.
"I do, too." Levi searches your eyes to find an answer he wasn't sure he'd find, with a step toward you. "I can feel your very being." As he edges closer, his hand outstretched, his fingers brush over your hair, finally skimming over your cheek.
You stare into him, and for a moment you feel yourself lean forward too, but it's as if reality takes its brittle hold over his heart, and he pulls away.  "You need to eat." The statement weighs on you, and as he strides toward another room, you feel your body ache for his touch.
You aren't sure whether or not to follow him when he disappears, so you instead await his return, or further instruction. He reemerges not long after, a glass in hand. Only when he's closer do you notice the thickness of the glass, and the distinct red. It had been blood.
You take a step back, breath in your throat as he pushes the glass toward you. Although you try to fight, he places a hand to the back of your head, rendering you unable to move. The glass rim is forced to your lips, the blood pouring thickly to your tongue, and you have no other choice but to swallow.
It's bitter, and runs like honey down your throat, thick, and heavy. Despite your mental apprehension, your body reacts, gulping back the fluid with heavy eyes. When it's finished, you feel awfully satisfied.
"Was it... human?" Although you hadn't wanted to truly know, there was a need to ask. Relief seeped through you when he shook his head, sighing.  "We source animal blood. It gets you through the day, but the hunger isn't satiated for long. You will feel a pull toward humans - you just have to fight the urge."
"What about other beings like us?"
Levi stirs, his expression souring. "It wouldn't quench thirst unless they had drank from a human. It's more of a... sexual act than one of hunger."
The skin of your chest feels hot as you watch his lips form the words, and images of intimacy with Levi plague your mind. You remember the distinctness of the blood he had fed to you fresh from wrist - the twang, and the warmth.
Moments pass by quickly as you move toward him, body acting much faster than the constraints of your mind. Imagery of his blood pooling over your tongue had flashed before your eyes as your lips met with the thick of his neck, face pulled into the crook and elongated teeth brushing the flesh.
Levi could have stopped you, your frame much weaker than his, but he'd held back to allow you a taste. He knew the hunger too well, and paired with the guilt he'd felt for turning you, he would allow you to take more than you should.
But, you pull back sooner than he'd anticipated, skin stained crimson with his blood. He couldn't stop himself from connecting himself with you, not when you'd worn his life so beautifully over your lips.
This kiss wasn't much like the last, with your half conscious state and his frantic attempts at saving you, it hadn't felt much of a meaningful moment. Now, here with you, his body connecting with your own and the taste of his own livelihood on your lips, Levi felt freed. Freed of this lonely existence, and free from the sorrow path he'd aligned himself upon.
His lips were cold, yet soft, slipping between your own to grow closer to you. With the initial movements there had been modesty and restraint, yet as you tasted more of him, passion had ignited.
Levi presses his tongue to yours, hand snaking to hold the back of your head and tilt you to reach deeper limits. He swiped himself over you, roaming your mouth to try his blood mingling with your taste.
As Levi found himself losing control against you, he held on tighter and kissed with more force and roughness - fangs clashing over yours when they find their way to scrape your bottom lip. The sensation pulls a timid hum from your chest and Levi groans in response, hardness pressing uncomfortably against his trouser as your own blood trickles into his mouth.
At some point, you end up against a wall, Levi leaning himself against you with need, unhinged rocks of hip to find friction against your clothed body. Pulling back breathlessly, his hand remains upon your cheek.  "I can't control myself around you." His voice is smooth against your ear, lips grazing the skin of your cheek.  "You don't have to." Your words are quiet but he hears them clearer than day, humming against you.
He takes a step back to regain composure, and you are left to look to him with doe eyes, a tightness in your chest with burning desire. Silently, Levi takes your hand, leading you back into the room you had awoken in not too long ago, stopping beside the bed. His hand runs from yours to trail over your arm, stopping at your shoulder.
"At least allow me to take you within a bed - I would have fucked you against that wall if you'd have let me."
Heat prickles your body at his words, though cool air soon meets warmth as he undresses you, discarding your clothes with his own over the floor before you're on the mattress beneath him.
Levi found it difficult to restrain himself from marking your skin, instead dragging teeth over neck, or flicking tongue to kiss flesh. Your fingers laced within his hair, gently tugging him back to your lips, kissing him with fervour. Saliva glides from your tongue to his, but he drinks it back as if depraved, intoxicated within your taste. You could feel his frenzied state worsening as he licks and nips over you, a clear need to have you in more ways than one. Blood had been a vampire's hunger, both in ways of food and passion, and you had wanted to play with fire.
"You can..." Your confidence fizzles quickly on tongue as you meet his eye, a new wave of anxiety washing over your body. Red irises stare back at you, though in sensing your unease, they slowly fade back to grey. "You can drink from me." The permission you grant to him is one rooted in edge, your muscles tensing when awaiting his reply.
A puff of air leaves his nose in what feels to be amusement.  "You don't know what you're offering." There's a seriousness in his voice, led by his own reluctance.  "I know you were thinking about it." A stillness warms the room as the statement leaves you.
He shakes his head, leaning forward to kiss you. This time, the movements are languid, a slow-moving pace to instead take time in roaming the mouth of the other. As fluid had been swapped between each tongue, it grows thicker, and a moan catches within your throat.
Fingertips had breached the hem of your underwear at a point in time you can't quite pin, but you permit the tugging of fabric to drag past your knee, exposing yourself to the cursed being before you. His gaze drops to the bareness before him, a stripe over folds with his fingers. Levi allows his lips to hover over your flesh before he finally lowers himself between thigh, palms spreading you wider to make room for his face. He delves forward, tongue meeting with hardened bud to swirl circles over you.
His name passes your lips, back arching, and Levi rolls his hips over the comforter for some form of relief. As his tongue flicks over you, you are left to whine beneath his touch, hand entrapping your mouth in an attempt to muffle the mews spewing from you. Fingertips brushed your entrance, ring and middle circling the hole before finally teasing in, and you writhe in his sheets. When you roll yourself over his tongue he groans, fingers curving.
"Fuck, don't stop." Panting, you beg his mercy, feeling close to falling over the edge. He scissors his fingers slightly, stretching you as he moves them in and out, and with the way his tongue is moving you're unable to restrain from the high you begin to feel. He adds a third, and you scream out in relief, stuttering hips as you come undone beneath him.
When you come down, he's already on his knees with his cock free, pushing the head against your throbbing clit.  "Ever since I saw you in that shitty shop, I've pictured you beneath me."  His head is rubbing against your slit to gather the juices left, and a shaky breath leaves your lips. Levi places his fingers on your chin to tilt your mouth open, watching your face contort in confusion.
He spits between your parted lips before closing your lips, edging himself into you while looking within your eye.  "Swallow." The command was impossible to defy, so you do as he requests, watching as his lips quirk into a smirk.
Levi forces his length forward, thickness finally nestled within your walls. He rocks himself gently at first, though soon looses himself within you as your chest rises and falls at rapid pace, body welcoming his every inch. Your gaze drops to his fangs, finger reaching toward them in curiosity, allowing your skin to be pierced by the needle like ends. Blood rushes to the small puncture, only a pinprick, though Levi was quick to respond, his tongue darting from lip to taste the crimson offering.
With one taste, he craved more. After the sire bond, your blood had tasted uniquely different, reflecting more of his own. He's unable to stop himself from biting into your wrist, puncturing vein and wrapping his mouth around the source. He groans deeply, eyes rolling upward as he ruts his hips much harsher than he'd done before, allowing himself to indulge within your taste.
When he removes himself from your skin, a single droplet rolls from wrist to elbow - but Levi cannot allow the smallest amount of your nectar to waste, his tongue darting along the length to leave not a stain over your arm.
His cock twitches inside you as your head tilts back in pleasure, legs tightening around him. He can feel himself grow closer to release, though has one last offering to you.
Levi brings his finger to fang, piercing the skin in a similar fashion to your prior display, placing the digit straight to your lip. He smears his blood over your lips, and you too mimic his actions from before, eyes locking with his own as you wrap your lips around his finger, sucking before the pop of your lips releases him.
You pull his face to yours, pushing the mixture of blood and saliva to his mouth. He groans in reply, much deeper than before, thrusts growing messy as he allows your tongue to dance with his. Levi's breaths were sporadic as he came within you, pushing himself as far as he could, squeezing over your flesh as his body ached.
The veil over his eye had began to lift as he laid himself beside you, brain no longer clouded - though he still felt an unusual lull of safety within your presence. He pinned it to the sire bond, soothing him into trusting your soul as it had linked with his own.
If his heart had still beat, he was sure it would feel differently while in your presence, and for the first time in decades, he allows himself to wonder what life would be like if he was still human.
"Earlier, when you told me I could leave," The silence was broken with our voice, still hoarse. "I didn't want to." There was a small dip in your words as you fought with your own understanding of the situation. "Why? Why do I feel this way toward you when you're still a stranger?"
He exhales, staring up at the ceiling. "It's the bond." His words won't offer much insight as he barely understands it himself, though he feels himself needing to comfort you. "I brought you back here to rest, but only when you'd awoken had I realised what had happened."
"How will this work?" Your words are gentle, but the question hangs stagnant in the air.
"I don't know, this is a first for me."
a/n: for some reason, after a break in writing, staying in present tense felt really hard?? please excuse me if i messed up, i feel like this is so inconsistent

NOT THE TIME FOR SILENCE
I refuse to stand aside while this happens...
All telecommunications and internet has been cut off in Gaza for almost an hour. The bombing got worse than it had been this week. Two hospitals have been threatened - that's what we knew BEFORE they lost connection.
Israel's isolated Gaza and is striking them from the sea, air and ground NOW. Ethnic cleansing/genocide is taking place NOW.
To all bloggers here on Tumblr, don't be on the side of genocide with your silence.

Part 2
Tumblr media
The flame crackled as it danced atop the candle. Hot wax trickled down the white candle and gathered on the brass holder. A loose strand of hair had escaped the hold you had placed it in. The hair lightly caressed and tickled your neck. The tip of your pen scribbled away on your paper as you focused on the open books before you. Time was ticking and the point where you needed to return home due to safety was almost long gone.
You grew up in a nice town, but city life was calling. As an educated woman, finding your way and getting a job where you could flourish was hard. Countless men turned you away or asked you to work for them only if you did something dirty. Mr Callahan was the only person who had offered you a job and meant it. However, you had your reservations.
Mr Callahan had warmly welcomed you about two weeks ago into his records and bookshop. All you did was ensure records were correct and up to date and conduct research for people who requested it. Everything was nice and you jumped right into the position, but there were a few strange things. You were warned about staying too late after work. You accepted it at first, but as the days went on it seemed that Mr. Callahan was giving you work to get you to stay longer. The time deadline was being tested.
Everything went strange when a man entered the shop three days ago. The man was in all black and wore dark glasses. His skin was white, his hair was white as snow and lightly tussled back and reached the lower part of his neck, it was slightly long and would feel perfect as you run your fingers through. When you moved past this man as you worked he just stared at you as if you were some sort of rare creature. They both went to a private viewing room for work which resulted in you staying around a lot more.
With an aching neck, you raised your head and looked over to the old clock to see it was six in the evening. The sun would be slowly setting soon due to winter getting closer. Your spine and neck cracked slowly when you turned and cast your eyes out the window to see the lamplighters doing their rounds.
You placed your pen in it’s inkwell and rose from your seat. The wooden floor creaked under your small heels as you made your way across the office to check on Mr. Callahan. You tapped your knuckles against his private office but heard no answer. No answer came, so you opened the door and peered inside to see that the place was empty. Mr. Callahan has cleared his desk for the night and left you all alone in his shop.
You were so irritated but also concerned. You raced around the building and made sure you were packed up and ready to leave. You flicked your cape around you and dragged on your gloves to fight the cold night air. Anxiety nipped away at your heart as words of warnings about the night fluttered through your head. You needed to get home as fast as possible.
The door softly slammed behind you. You twisted the key in the lock and released a sigh. The air was just cold enough for you to see your breath. It was strange for the city to be so empty, but it seemed that most people had hurried home about an hour ago. You turned on your heels and began walking as fast as you could down the road.
Your heart raced in your chest as people started to shift out of side roads. Rumours were floating around the city about monsters coming out at night. Werewolves, ghosts and even vampires were said to be around, but you tried to keep your head down and ignore the silly stories. You just got home after work, locked the door and read a book before bed.
“Hey, pretty thing!” A whistle broke the silence causing everyone to look over at you. “Slow down and come play!”
You yanked your hood up on your cape and began to almost run through the street. Home was calling you and you needed to get far away from the people who walked the streets at night. Even the police seemed to abandon this city when the sunset. The sun had almost gone, you had just a bit of a pink and orange glow to light your way.
“Come back!”
You turned on your heels and went to cut down an alleyway but a cold shiver consumed you. A woman had her back pressed against the wall as she panted and moaned in pleasure. A man slowly lifted his head from her neck to show puncture marks from two teeth. Blood oozed from her wound and trickled down to her breasts. The alleyway was too dark for you to see the biter, but the blood on their teeth glistened. Their eyes locked onto you and glimmered as they took you in.
Run.
Your brain spoke but your body remained unmoved.
Run.
The woman was released and the dark figure moved closer, their smart shoes tapping on the cobblestone path.
RUN!
Your body rebooted and strength returned to you. You turned on your heels, sprinted across the road, and past the men who catcalled you. Your lungs burned as your corset squeezed them. Running with a corset was torturous on your body, but the fear of the unknown consequences of being caught by the beast in the alleyway drove you.
Small stones crunched under your small heels as you reached the small park. A fog had rolled in from the river causing visibility to be difficult. You slowed down as you tried to catch your breath. The oil lamps had been lit in the park, but it was dangerous to be in the light. You were like a rabbit being hunted and the lights were making it easier to be caught.
You just needed to cross through the park and down a road to get to your home. You reminded yourself of your route to try and calm your heart, but it was beginning to become too much. A sob had caught in your throat. This city was supposed to be your future and now you were learning the true horrors of it.  You wanted your parents. You wanted to be home. You wanted to be sharing a cup of tea with your mother while wrapped up in a blanket.
A scream caught in your throat when a gloved hand covered your mouth. Your life began to flash before your eyes as you were dragged from the path and into the darkness of the park. Your back collided with a large. Your eyes struggled to adjust to the darkness, so you could not see the man keeping you in place.
Though your body was consumed with fear, something about this mysterious man aroused something within you. Even though he had grabbed you so suddenly, his touch was gentle. His natural scent mixed with a light dash of cologne was enchanting to the senses. The warmth from his body was comforting and your once-racing heart was beginning to slow.
A deep voice danced from the man’s lips as he whispered to you. “Those men followed you. They’re dangerous.”
“Th-thank you.”
He caressed your cheek as he took you in. You were so beautiful to him. “Forgive me for scaring you in that alleyway, but I was with my blood donor.”
You gulped hard. “Blood boner?”
“Your eyes did not deceive you. I was drinking her blood.”
“Vampires are real-.”
He covered your mouth and hushed you. “Not too loud. They are close.” He glanced at the path before looking back at you. “Are you new to this city? Weren’t you warned about the night?”
You nodded and waited for him to move his hand before you whispered. “My boss Mr. Callahan did warn me, but it seems these past few days he has been purposely making me stay longer.”
“What changed?”
You nibbled your lip. “A man with long hair like the colour of snow came in. He wore all back with white skin.”
“Tch, that fucker.” He groaned. “Forgive my sharp tongue.” He pressed his body against you as the men walked past talking about you. He watched them closely, made sure they gave up their hunt and turned around and returned to the street you came from. “I’m assuming you are going through the park.”
“Yes.”
He moved back from you. “You are safe to continue on your journey home. Try not to go out this late again for your own sake. You may not meet someone as nice as me again.”
You bowed your head to him. “Thank you so much for your help. I am sorry for inconveniencing you.”
He blushed a little. “Tch, there is no need for this. I wanted to help you. Go home now. I will watch from a distance to ensure your safety.”
“Thank you.” You hurried away. “Goodnight!”
He waved to you. “Night.” He waited for you to be further away before walking into the light on the lamps. Levi released a long sigh before raising his gloved hand and inhaling the scent you had left behind. “So cute and sweet.”
It was strange for Levi to become attracted and attached to someone. He knew very well he wasn’t going to part from you so soon. He wanted to see you again. Levi was very aware of Mr. Callahan’s place and was going to make sure to visit. Levi ran a trading company and owned a lot of businesses. Levi was a high-ranking pure-blooded vampire, so he held a lot of power in this city. Paperwork, records and books there at Mr. Callahan’s would help him out, but the main reason for going would be seeing you again.
Levi released a long sigh and felt shit that you had seen him in such a primal state as he fed from his donor, but he needed blood after beating a few rogue and dangerous vampire groups. Levi had gotten a few scrapes and needed to heal up, thankfully he had a donor close by. All his donors had been fully checked because Levi valued cleanliness. He was going to make sure that when he officially met you, he was going to be dressed in his best clothes and he would hide his vampiric ways from you for just a short time.
He knew he should leave you alone and be on his way, but he couldn’t help himself. Levi stuck to the shadows as he followed you through the park and reached your sweet home. He hummed in thought as he leaned against a wall while you unlocked your front door. It was clear you were still nervous and on edge, but there was something else to you. There was a hint of wanting, of need, of arousal. Levi was rather moved by your desire for him, but you were holding back.
He stared at the top window as a light came on, he was glad you had gas lighting in your home to keep the rooms lit. His heart raced like never before when he watched you in front of your bedroom window. He felt like a pervert as he kept watching you remove your dress to reveal your underdress and corset. A growl rumbled from him when you released your hair and let it down.
Levi pulled away from the wall as he felt dirty for watching you. He was determined to keep you in his life.

Mr Callahan stared hard as you moved around the shop. He released a long sigh before approaching you with a gentle smile. Yesterday he left work early and made sure you had things to do that would cause you to stay behind. The white-haired lord from the other day wanted to have you alone, but it appeared that did not happen. So, Mr Callahan needed to arrange something again.
He called your name and gave you a reassuring smile. “Are you all right? I believe you stayed late last night.”
You paused a bit and felt yourself flush at the mysterious man last night. “I did. I left just before the sunset and managed to get home.”
“Did you meet anyone?”
You hugged your books. “I met a nice gentleman who helped me home. Was I supposed to meet someone else?”
He perked up. “Did he have white hair?”
You shook your head. “No. The gentleman I met was not like the white-haired man who was here before.”
“Well, I am glad you were safe.”
You bowed to him. “Thank you, sir.”
Both of you turned to the front door as the bell dinged. A heat rushed through your body as you felt a strong attraction to the guest. Mr Callahan felt a shiver consumed him as he gazed at a very important man in the city enter his shop for the first time.
He wasn’t too tall, but a nice average height. He was dressed in all black with a top hat on his head. Small black sunglasses rested on his nose to hide some of his silver-blue eyes. His raven hair framed his pale face. His lips were slightly pink and kissable. The smart shoes he wore shined from the perfect polish on them. Leather gloves gripped his hands and made them look perfect. He held the top of his cane and tapped the bottom against the floor.
Mr Callahan hurried over to Levi. “Welcome, Lord Ackerman.”
Levi hummed at the old man. He dragged his eyes away and stared at you. He moved past Mr. Callahan and approached you. He reached up and tipped his hat to you. “Good afternoon, miss.”
You blushed as you gazed at the handsome man before you. There was something so compelling and alluring about him. You chewed the inside of your lip a little as you battled your emotions. “Good afternoon.”
He removed his top hat. “I am in need of some papers and books. Would you assist me?”
“I uh…” You gulped hard. “I can do that. I must inform you though that I am fairly new.”
He smiled and showed off two slightly pointed and sharp teeth. “I have full faith in you.”
“Thank you.” You turned. “Come with me then to a private room and we’ll talk.
“Wonderful.” He walked with you to a private room. He reached over and opened the door for you allowing him to lean in close and deeply inhale your scent. “I appreciate the help.”
You walked in first and set your things down. “I am happy to help you, Lord Ackerman.” You pulled a chair out for him. “Please, take a seat and relax. Would you like a cup of tea?”
He nodded. “I am fine for now, but thank you for offering.” He referred to the seat next to him. “Please, join me so we may talk.”
You took the seat right next to Levi as it was the one he was referring to. A blush made your cheeks hot and the warmth of the man next to you was intoxicating. “So, what is it that you would like to research?”
“I am interested in a few things.” He placed his hand in his blazer’s breast pocket, retrieved a piece of paper and presented it to you. “I have compiled a little list.”
You opened up the paper and scanned the page. “I can do that.”
It was hard not to be entranced by you and how you looked, talked and spoke. Levi was enamoured by you and the divinity of your beauty, scent, voice and intellect. Every moment you worked together was a blessing and pleasurable. As the books piled around the two of you, you both worked hard and gained the information Levi wanted. Often Levi found himself gazing at you as if you were this work of art that was produced by some goddess and was only for his eyes.
It was hard to focus with Levi so close to you. His scent was enrapturing. There was this supernatural pull between the two of you as if a divine line was linking the two of you. Forever tethered together through your hearts and fate. When you caught slight glimpses of his dazzling eyes your heart soared in your chest. Though his smiles and light chuckles were rare, they were all the more a blessing to the eyes and ears. Levi was a mystery you wanted to solve and he also thought the same about you.
You released a small yawn. “Forgive me. That was rude.”
Levi gently caressed your cheek with the back of his hand and fingers. “There is no need for such words. I have stolen much of your precious time today.”
You smiled and leaned into his touch as your body and mind craved more contact. “It has been rather enjoyable though. I am sorry for taking much longer to help you with your research. Mr Callahan would have been faster.”
He retracted his touch. “If I desired my arse to be kissed, I would have gone to him. I needed fresh eyes and a delicate precise touch. That is why I sought you out.”
“You’re too kind.”
“Most people would disagree with you on that.” He slowly ran his finger under your eye. “You should get yourself something to eat and drink.”
You nodded. “I will. Would you care for anything?”
“A tea. I will add something to it.”
You frowned a little before watching him pull out a flask. “Alcohol?”
He shook his head. “No, it is a medicine.”
You gasped as your heart went out to Levi. “Are you unwell?” You leaned closer and placed the back of your hand against his forehead. “You are slightly cold to the touch.”
Levi closed his eyes as he enjoyed your touch. “I am always cold. I have low blood pressure.” He opened his eyes and smiled at you. “This medicine helps with it. I am well, do not worry.”
You lowered your hand. “If you insist.” You held your breath as you shift to your feet. Bodies close to each other. You got a closer inspection of Levi. A warmth spread over your cheeks as you locked eyes with Levi as he gazed over the top of his glasses at you. “I will get you that drink then.”
Levi tore his eyes away from you. “I am grateful.”
Nerves bubbled in him as he remembered your gaze. He was always so cautious with looking someone in the eyes without his glasses to create a barrier. The eyes of a vampire when looked deeply into captured most people in a deep trance. Most were willing to do anything for that vampire. He dragged his sunglasses off and placed them on the table. It was clear that you were not strongly moved by his vampiric gaze as your affection for him appeared before you locked eyes.
The light tap of the tea tray broke Levi’s thoughts. He gazed up at you and smiled sweetly. “Thank you.”
“You’re welcome.”
He unbuttoned his coat and peeled it off his body to reveal the form-hugging suit under. He retrieved his flask and poured the blood into his tea. “Are you enjoying the city life?”
The intensity of his gaze made your body burn with desire. Words failed you for a brief moment. It wasn’t Levi’s eyes that had you hypnotised, but it was everything about him. “I am. Though, I must say it is rather scary at night.”
“It can be.” His actions were graceful when he collected his teacup and sipped from it. “I could provide protection if you allow it.”
“Provide protection?”
The seat creaked as he shifted closer to you. His alluring heat and scent mixed and made your body vibrate. His kissable lips parted ever so slightly. “The police here are not adequate at night. I would be happy to provide my assistance.”
You hummed a little laugh. “Are you proposing something?”
“I just wish to return the kindness you have shown me today.”
You retracted from Levi and faintly smiled as your heart stung. “There is no need. I’m just doing my job.” You signed off on the last of the papers and pushed them over to Levi. “Here is everything for you.”
Levi frowned as you rose to your feet. “Are you leaving me?”
“Of course, you have no need for me.”
A loud scrape filled the room as Levi’s chair dragged across the wooden floor. He stood before you hurt by your sudden declaration that you were leaving. “Have I offended you?”
You shifted to the door but Levi blocked your escape. “You have not, but there is nothing much left I can do here for you. Do contact me if you desire more tea though.”
Levi knew there wasn’t much he could do, so he moved away from the door and accepted his loss. There was something deep within him that wanted to possess you and have you as his, but you wanted to leave and he knew very well he shouldn’t force you to stay. He bowed his head as his mind raced at all the things he could say or do.
He clenched his fist tightly as he fought his emotions. “I will call upon you if I need you. I will miss your company.”
You bowed your head. “How kind, Lord Ackerman.”
“Levi, please.”
You gripped the handle tightly. “I will see you soon, Levi.” You left the office and felt the reassuring and comforting aura leave you. A long sigh escaped you once you were outside the private room. You made your way through the hall and back out the front. “Would you like a drink, Mr Callahan?”
Mr. Callahan gave you a weak smile. “I am all right, my dear.” His brow creased as he studied you. “You seem troubled.”
“I have a lot on my mind.”
He placed his hand on your upper back as guilt consumed him. Although he had spoken to another Lord with white hair who craved you, the guilt of it all was suffocating him. He was conflicted because he wanted to protect you but he feared what would happen if he did not comply with this man. If he didn’t do as the man commanded, then he would go to the vampire Queen of the city. The Queen was someone to be truly frightened of.
Mr. Callahan smiled at you to give you a little comfort. “You know the young handsome gentleman with white hair?”
You chuckled. “You seem to bring him up often.”
“Well, that’s because he was rather taken by you.”
Your heart swelled. “Is that so?”
“Yes.” He moved closer to you. “It must be lonely in this city. You only have me as a friend. I am not telling you to court him, but perhaps you could meet him and spark up a friendship?”
You contemplated it for a moment and weighed up your situation and decided that it wouldn’t be so bad to get to know the white-haired man. “Very well. I will meet with him.”
“Wonderful. I will inform Lord Lucius Demont that you wish to meet.”
Lord Lucius Demont had a rather fitting name for who he was. Lucius meant light and Demont meant one who was filled with desires. He was a man of action and took what he wanted when he could. He was graced with good looks from what you could remember. Icy blue eyes with delicate long lashes would entrance anyone who would look into them. A strong jawline was complimented by his plump lips and pale skin. He was rather tall with broad shoulders and covered in muscle. His hands were large but in the good way that people wanted gripping them with prominent veins. His white hair wasn’t short nor was it long, but it was in the middle. His hair was styled messy that went down his neck and reached the base.
It didn’t take too long before the man himself entered the shop. He had such a commanding presence within the room. Black sunglasses rested on his nose to hide his icy eyes. He scanned the room and landed on you. He closed the door and moved over to you. Each step he took towards you made both your hearts race. He placed a large gloved hand against his pec and bowed slightly to you.
Levi had instantly sensed there was a rival pure-blooded vampire near. He moved to the door and spied on what was happening. Levi felt anger bubble away inside him as he watched Lucius introduce himself to you. It was well-known how smooth Lucius was with women and he had many running around him little a gaggle of geese. However, it was becoming clear that Lucius wanted you more than just another follower. He was a dangerous man to be around because of how close he was to the deadly vampire Queen.
You fiddled with your dress for a moment as you felt nervous. With Levi, you were comfortable and happy around him with some naughty desires but with the man before there was something not fully right, as if your gut was telling you to be careful. You wanted the floor below you to swallow you up so you could hide. You were tired and confused and you just wanted to disappear.
Lucius smiled a little. “Forgive Mr Callahan, I believe he has been rather pressuring towards you due to my mentioning that I was rather taken by you.”
You hummed a moment in thought. “I was put at risk one night due to working late. I understand that you both wanted to arrange something, but I do request that if you have desires towards me you talk to me instead of arranging things behind my back.”
“Allow me to say sorry by taking you to dinner.”
The thought tossed around in your head for a while before you made a choice. Loneliness had made its home in your heart and there was this longing within you to be wanted by someone and it seemed that someone was before you. “I suppose I could go, but I would much prefer a lunch as the night here concerns me.”
Lucius took your hand in his and placed a delicate kiss against your fingers. “I shall take you on that lunch date tomorrow.”
“I am off work that day. So, I shall meet you at the park near here.”
He raised his head. “Of course. How about at twelve?”
You bowed your head. “Yes.” You looked over at Mr Callahan. “May I leave early?”
Mr Callahan smiled softly. “Yes. You have been overworked. Go home early and I will see you in a few days.”
You retrieved your outdoor cloak and made your way over to Levi’s private room, which he hastily retreated into. The door creaked as you pushed it open. A divine scent filtered out of the room and wrapped around you. No matter how much you fought it, it was hard to deny the fact that you were attracted to everything that was Levi.
Levi was standing to the side so he was close when you walked in. He softly said your name causing you to look up at him. “I heard you coming. Is everything okay?”
You hummed at him. “I am going home. I just wanted to let you know as I have been with you all day and I did say I would come running to help you.”
“Well, I am finished for the day. So, I would like to walk you home.” He moved closer to you. “Only if you allow it.” The cloak slipped off your arm as Levi removed it. “If you told me to leave you alone, I would.”
You lowered your head. “That is the issue though, Lord Ackerman.”
Levi was speechless when you looked up and returned his gaze. His vampiric powers gave him the ability to move people and yet in this moment, he was moved by you. “Issue?”
You nodded. “I am unable to tell you to leave me because I don’t want you to. I desire your presence and yet I barely know you. I feel as if something is binding us together.” You placed your gentle hand on his chest. “Like there is a string binding us.” You retreated from Levi. “Forgive me. I am assuming so much.” You dragged your hood up to hide a little. “You may escort me if you wish.”
Compelled by your words and the feelings within him he could not stand by and let you walk away. Levi firmly wrapped his hand around your upper arm and squeezed. With a gentle tug, he returned you to him. “Wait a moment and I will go with you.”
You moved over to the table and looked over the papers and books on it. “Were you able to get what you needed?”
“For now, but I will return often as my view is rather nice.”
“View?” The realisation hit you causing your heart to race. “Oh, thank you.”
He pulled on his outdoor attire and turned to you. “I wish to use this room tomorrow. Would it be all right to leave everything as is?”
“Of course.”
“Thank you.” He raised his arm slightly as an invitation for you to take it. “Shall we?”
You wrapped your arms around Levi’s presented one and allowed him to escort you. A sweet smile spread across your lips as Levi moved with you through the building. Luckily for you both your guest and boss were nowhere to be seen, so you both could leave the building without anyone pestering you. It was a comfortable quiet between the two of you as you walked together with the sun setting behind you. This time you had plenty of time before the nightlife came.
It was clear to Levi how desperate people were to get out into the streets tonight. He could sense the tension in the air. Something was up with this city, it was as if people’s hunger and arousal had been intensified. Levi needed to get you home as soon as he could to ensure you were safe. The two of you had only met on two occasions, one of those you weren’t aware of, and spent all day today together and yet there was something so comfortable and right about you walking together and him protecting you.
It occurred to Levi that he knew where you lived, but he wasn’t supposed to. So, leading you to the park was the right thing to do but would also be suspicious. “Please, lead the way to your home.”
You glanced up at Levi. “Through this park and a bit further and we will reach my home.”
“I will protect you.”
You hummed a sweet laugh that was music to Levi’s ears. “I have full faith in you.” A thought plagued your mind as you made your way to your home. “Lord Ackerman?”
“Levi, please.”
You gasped as you felt slightly embarrassed at the thought of being so informal with a customer, but it was his request and you wanted to get closer to him. “Well, Levi…”
“Yes?”
You pondered upon your thoughts. “Why are you showing me such kindness? Is this unique to me or is this the same kindness you show others?”
Levi came to a stop outside your home. “It is unique to you. I have not cared for nor taken a fascination with a person before.” He caressed your cheek with his hand. “There is just something out you I find so compelling.” He retreated from you as a familiar voice in his head warned him about getting so close to a human. “Rest well and I will see you soon at the shop.”
A strong blush burned your cheeks when Levi’s lips lightly pressed with the back of your hand. “You too, Levi. Rest well.” You reached over and lightly touched under his eyes. “You seem tired and troubled.”
He backed up from you and knew he needed to draw a line between the two of you. He was torn. He wanted you so badly, but being together would put you in great danger. The Queen has an obsessive and watchful eye on Levi. For your safety, it was best that this relationship remained a business one even if you both felt something much stronger.
Levi tipped his hat. “Goodnight.”
You clutched your chest and shyly waved as Levi parted from you. “Goodnight.” You too had similar feelings to Levi. This city was dangerous and you were only new here. There was a worry in your gut that being involved with Levi or Lucius would mean harm would come to you. Being involved with either would mean crossing into the world of night, and from what you had seen so far the nightlife was the dark face of the city. No matter how much you told yourself to stay away, your heart just kept longing for Levi.

Bloodied Lips
As you were walking up to the front door of your small and cozy cottage by the lake and just a few steps away from the dark forest, a heavy sigh escaped your mouth. It was a long and very stressful day. You hated your corporate job in the city with a burning passion, but quitting was not an option. At least not now.
Coming home was something you looked forward to every single day. Escaping from the crowded and noisy city life, driving down the highway, and making a few more turns, until you arrived at the edge of a small town. There stood a home of your dreams, which you were so grateful for. Living in peace and silence, and surrounded by nature was essential for you.
And for your partner as well.
Levi hated big cities and everything that came with them. All the loud noises and overwhelming smells.
„Finally... what took you so long?“ he asked immediately when he spotted you. But before you could answer, he was on his feet, taking the bags with all the groceries from your hands.
„As you can see, I had to make sure we won’t starve to death. Or at least that I won’t,“ you teased him, leaning closer for a kiss. When Levi pulled away before your lips met his, an uneasy feeling washed over you. „Is everything okay?“
He shook his head but didn’t look you in the eyes to explain anything. He just turned around and carried the bags into the house. The evening was very cold, mostly because the sun had already set, so you didn’t stay out to wonder for too long. You followed Levi inside and closed the door, making sure the cold air didn’t slip inside the tiny cottage.
„You can always talk to me, you know that, right? Maybe I don’t understand sometimes, but that doesn’t mean...“
„You know what’s going on,“ he said, interrupting you. „Again,“ he added in a low voice, bracing himself against the kitchen counter. The way his shoulders shook with every breath he took, was enough for you to know everything.
„Levi...“ you said his name in a calm tone, coming closer. But even if you knew, that he would never hurt you, touching him in that moment would be a bad idea. „You know what we agreed on. There’s no need to ask for permission, I want to help you. Make you feel... alive.“ His laugh startled you a little, but you quickly regained your confidence.
When he didn’t say anything and didn’t turn around to look at you, it was best to back down. So you took off your coat and left your shoes at the door. Slowly, you walked back to the kitchen and started to unpack the groceries you brought home.
„When did you have time to decorate?“ Levi asked suddenly. He wasn’t here for the last two days, so seeing the little cottage full of fall and Halloween decorations came as a surprise. Not that he didn’t know how much you loved this time of the year.
The forest, which was just steps away from your home, became an even more incredible place during the months of September, October, and November. Many trees started to turn the most beautiful shades of yellow and orange, while the thick morning fog made your surroundings feel eerie but welcoming at the same time.
You loved it here. Everything seemed like a perfect fall fairytale you always wanted to be a part of. After years of dreaming and making wishes, you had the absolute perfect home. And it was even more perfect because you got to share it with a man you loved more than life itself.
Despite every little thing that made the two of you so different.
„I was thinking...“ you started carefully, waiting for any reaction from Levi. But when he didn’t stop you, it was probably safe to continue. „That little farm on the other end of the town is opening their pumpkin patch tomorrow.“
„So?“
You smiled a little, walked up to him, and gently rubbed his back. „So... I was thinking we could go pick up a couple of pumpkins. For carving and painting. And I would love to make my own pumpkin puree to use in my bakings.“
„I think you’re forgetting something pretty damn important.“
„No, I’m not. For the first week, they’ll be open until nine in the evening. They give you a flashlight and you can go hunt for the pumpkins in the dark,“ you said excitedly, taking a step closer and kissing Levi behind his left ear.
And that was clearly a mistake.
Before you knew it, he turned around, grabbed your waist, and lifted you up onto the kitchen counter. Leaning closer, his lips gently brushed against the skin on your neck. He took a deep breath, running the tip of his nose along your carotid artery.
„Drink if you need to,“ you whispered, running your hand through his silky black hair. For years now, it has been like this. There was no need for him to ask for permission. Not when you knew, that he would never hurt you. Not intentionally and not on accident either. „I see you fighting it but you don’t have to, Levi. I trust you.“
He wanted to say something, but instead of that he pressed his lips to your neck again, leaving a soft kiss there. The tips of his fangs very carefully grazed over your skin but he didn’t bite you. Not yet. Instead, his left arm wrapped around your waist pulling you closer to his body.
„I hate to do this, you know that.“
„I know you do, but it’s okay. Really.“
Living with a vampire was not easy. Not now and not when your relationship with Levi was only at its start. You both had to get used to many things. But the hardest thing was not being able to live like other couples did – not being able to go somewhere during the day. So when you and Levi wanted to make any plans outside the house, you had to wait for the sun to set. There still were times when you simply forgot. But Levi was never mad about it. He simply reminded you and helped you change the plans so they were more suitable for him.
„You’ll feel better if you drink some,“ you said after a moment. Levi’s lips stayed in contact with your neck, but he was still holding back.
He took one last breath, kissed your neck again, and then pulled away. You held eye contact for a moment, trying to keep the atmosphere calm. You could still have a pretty and cozy evening. There was no need to dwell on unimportant things.
„Would going to that pumpkin patch make you happy?“ he asked and brushed your lips together for a short moment. „You know I’m not that crazy about similar things.“
„What about in the past? Did you... enjoy stuff like that? In some period of your life?“ You knew Levi walked this earth for many centuries. He lived lives you couldn’t even imagine. But only sometimes was he in the right mood to tell you about his past.
There were still many, many things you didn’t know about your immortal lover. Things Levi didn’t even want you to know. And you simply had to accept that. Living such a long life came with a lot of pain which only people like Levi could truly understand.
„I’m sure we’ll have fun. And if you don’t want to, we won’t be long. I’ll just pick out a couple of pumpkins and we can return home,“ you assured him, gave him one last kiss, and then hopped down from the kitchen counter.
With Levi’s help, you put away the groceries and then started preparing dinner. Cooking was one of your favorite ways to unwind after a long day at work. You could finally relax and be yourself – dance around the kitchen while preparing the ingredients and even sing quietly. Levi disappeared somewhere once again, but he came back when the roasted tomato soup with grilled cheese was done.
Vampires didn’t have to eat, not in the ways humans do. But that didn’t mean that they couldn’t enjoy some delicious food. Levi loved it when you cooked or baked absolutely everything. He was willing to try out any dish and never forgot to compliment your skills.
Finding out that your boyfriend is a vampire was a huge shock, but you didn’t even think about breaking up with him. Not for a single second. Mainly because you saw, that Levi couldn’t imagine leaving your side, either. He knew, that falling in love with a mortal could hurt him greatly, he experienced it before, but he put those thoughts aside for now. The love that he felt for you was stronger than fear.
„I’ll come back tomorrow and we can go to that pumpkin patch,“ Levi said when the two of you finished washing the dishes.
„You won’t stay the night?“ He shook his head and handed you the last plate that needed to be put away. „Don’t run away from me, please. You don’t have to do it.“
„I do because I hate drinking your blood.“
„Is it not sweet enough for you?“ When he growled at you, there was no point in trying to tell more jokes. This was simply not the night for that. „It’s up to you, Levi. Go if you need to, but if you want to come back during the night, you can. You can always come back here.“ He nodded in silence and wrapped one arm around your waist from behind. For a moment, you were waiting to feel the familiar pain in your neck. But that pain didn’t come. The only thing you felt was a sweet loving kiss before Levi grabbed his leather jacket and headed for the door.
Tumblr media
The evening was cold and the wind pretty harsh. It seemed that fall wanted to show its true power and remind you that warm sunny days were long gone. It truly wasn’t the best weather for wandering around the small farm which was owned by a very kind young family. You didn’t really know them, but from what you heard and saw, they seemed to be lovely people.
Maybe that was the reason why so many people came here every year to pick out a couple of pumpkins. Even Levi seemed somewhat relaxed, when he parked the car and the two of you got out. Hand in hand, you walked around for a little while and just enjoyed the atmosphere. Sunset happened an hour ago so it was finally safe for him to enjoy the outside world and the remains of another day.
„You haven’t told me where you spent the night,“ you said, squeezing his hand a little tighter. Both of you carried a little plastic pumpkin which acted as a lantern. The owners of the farm were handing them out to every visitor at the entrance.
„Wandering around the forest. Like always.“
„Hunting?“
The way he looked away from you was enough for an answer. You weren’t angry, not in the slightest. But you always worried when he decided to disappear. Sometimes just for a couple of hours but sometimes he was gone for many days in a row. It was certain that he would always come back but there still was a tiny little voice in your head, which tried to convince you that he was gone for good.
After all... he could do whatever he wanted. Even after centuries, he had the majority of his life ahead of him. You were just a tiny fraction of his life, one that would be gone in a couple of decades. Most likely.
„Are you sure you’re okay?“ you asked him in a troubled tone while the two of you were headed into the corn maze. It was your last stop of the night before getting the pumpkins and heading home. You’d already walked around the farm grounds, fed the animals, and had a delicious slice of pumpkin pie with hot apple cider.
„I am, stop worrying so much. We came here so you can enjoy your favorite season. So stop paying attention to my every move. You know I hate it.“
„I know, but you also know how much I want you to feel...“
„What?“ Levi asked when you suddenly stayed quiet. But when he saw how you shook your head, he let it be. His fingers very gently grabbed your chin and tilted your head to the side so he had access to your lips for a short kiss.
More than anyone, he knew how you felt about him and how you only wanted the best for your relationship. Always and in every situation. Even if it wasn’t easy. Heavens, it was truly a miracle that he let you so close to him. He was afraid to do so at first. And that was perfectly understandable. Living for such a long time brought pain unimaginable to mortals like you. Despite that, Levi didn’t want to close off his heart. He gave it to you and that was truly the purest act of love and trust.
There were many people walking around and enjoying even such a cold fall evening. Couples like you and Levi, families with kids, or groups of friends. Everybody was here for the same exact reason even though your lives were so different. But surely nobody would ever think that Levi was somehow different from the rest of them. You looked like an ordinary couple in love – holding hands and talking, having fun during a calm festive evening.
„I found a new recipe for a pumpkin pie I would love to try tomorrow,“ you said after a moment of silence between the two of you. In the meantime, you made it to the corn maze which was illuminated by the same plastic pumpkin lanterns all of you carried. They were scattered here and there so there was enough light but also a couple of dark corners.
And that was exactly what Levi wanted and needed. A dark corner where nobody saw him or you. His hand was covering your mouth before you knew it, his body pulling you deeper into the maze, away from the eyes of everybody else. Levi very rarely lost control of himself but when it happened, it always swept you off your feet.
Just like now, when he hid the two of you between the tall corn stalks. His hand kept covering your mouth so you wouldn’t scream out when he brushed your hair away from your neck and sank his fangs into your warm flesh. It was a pain you knew all too well. A pain that made you feel many different things at once. But anger was never one of them. Even fear was almost nonexistent since you trusted Levi with all your heart.
He would never hurt you.
That was a certainty during moments like these. His other hand was firmly wrapped around your waist to keep you close to him during those few short moments. You closed your eyes with a muffled moan and let your body rest against his, just waiting until he had enough.
The tall corn stalks were rustling in the wind all around you, people walking through the maze left and right. But you could barely register them, because all of your senses were focused on Levi.
„I’m so sorry,“ he whispered right after he pulled his sharp fangs out of your neck. His bloodied lips were still hovering just inches above your skin, his breathing a bit shallow. When his eyes met yours, they were still the color of blood. „All those people and everything... it was too overwhelming.“
„Don’t apologize, it’s fine. Nobody saw us and now you’ll feel better.“ You could see the troubled expression on his face and the regrets in his eyes. But you knew that deep down he agreed with your words.
„I would never hurt you,“ he said in a quiet voice and gently kissed the place where he bit you just a moment ago. It always felt a bit sensitive for a few hours after.
„I know that, Levi.“ You ran your fingers through his hair and took a handkerchief out from your coat’s pocket. With one of your hands gently holding his chin, you wiped the remains of blood from his lips. Levi watched you very carefully, his eyes slowly turning back to their original light greyish-blue color. „Don’t get me wrong but you didn’t seem that on edge to me tonight. I thought you were having a good time.“
„I was having a good time and you certainly were too,“ he said, trying to explain the whole situation in a still hushed voice. One of his arms still remained around your waist to keep you steady and close to him. „I put every inch of my mental strength into not ruining this evening. I know how stressed you’ve been lately because of your job. And coming here meant a lot to you.“
„I hate when you pretend for my sake.“
He nodded and rested his forehead against yours. His lips slowly brushed against your mouth in a quick but passionate kiss before he spoke. „I don’t mind doing so if it means you’ll be happy.“
„Levi...“ He interrupted you with another kiss, this time a long one in which his tongue found its way into your mouth. You could still taste the metallic flavor of your own blood on his lips and tongue. His free hand traveled up to the back of your head to hold you close to him, deepening the kiss and showing you just how much he truly loved you.
When he pulled away, you felt slightly breathless and flushed. „I love you,“ he mumbled against your neck once again, kissing the tiny bite marks. Luckily, they never took long to heal.
„That’s nice to hear from someone who’s been alive for so long,“ you teased him a little and wrapped your arms around him, feeling a little dizzy from everything that happened in the span of barely two minutes. „Think it’s time to go home. We both had enough.“
„We still have to pick out those pumpkins you wanted,“ Levi reminded you and made sure that nobody was around before the two of you walked out of the maze. Nobody seemed to notice anything, thankfully.
Levi kept a close eye on you while you picked out four different-sized pumpkins and paid for them before you were even able to get your wallet from your purse. He carried them into the car’s trunk like they weighed nothing at all, before opening the door to the passenger seat for you.
„Are you feeling good?“ he asked when he got into his seat behind the wheel. You nodded silently and leaned over to kiss his cheek for reassurance. „Even if you aren’t, I’ll make you feel good when we get back home.“
You could feel the heat rising up to your cheeks and your heart starting to race when he flashed you a rare grin, baring his fangs just a tiny bit.

Oh I love the Vamp Levi feeding of reader but what if reader is human and she's not willing to be a vampire (I love being human ok forgive me😭 This idea was been running around my head since TWILIGHT!) but yeahhh I love and WILLINGLY be feed off the one and only Levi even thou my anemic ass would collapse seconds later 🍷✨
anon have u peeked into my mind because twilight is one of my favorite movie series!! (vamp!levi was briefly inspired by edward actually! ><)
but to answer your ask, i feel like levi could live without ever feeding off of you. he can always resort to hunting in a nearby woods for animals and that'll be the end of it. he never wants to pressure you in doing something you're not comfortable with or ready for. he'll wait a thousand years if he has to, as long as you're safe and healthy, that's all that matters to him.
that's not to say that he does get tempted from time to time though.. he has a good resistance and self control but when it comes to you and the way you unintentionally tease him with your neck exposed just for his viewing, it becomes difficult to be around you sometimes. during passionate and intimate moments, he can't help but graze his teeth along the side of your neck, though never applies pressure to actually pierce the skin – he'll always make sure of that. and in other times when it gets all too much for him, he'll disappear for a while, leaving a note by your bedside in reassurance that everything's okay and that he just needs to hunt for a few days.
days and days passed, without ever hearing from levi since he left. it was agonizing being alone in the confines of your cottage, you miss his scent that lingered everywhere you walked, you miss his tender embraces that hold you for just a little longer in the early mornings, you just miss him.
and abruptly, all your wishes and prayers were granted when you saw a figure standing by the front of your doorway, a shadow casted in all too familiar stature of your beloved. all at once, you wanted to be angry with him for leaving you like that, isolated and afraid – yet, you were overjoyed to know that his presence was reunited with yours once again.
"where have you been. i've been waiting for you.." as much as you tried to lace anger with your words, it was almost as difficult to do as trying to keep your composure in front of levi – it didn't go unnoticed by him either.
"i was w-worried sick. do you understand what was running through my mind these past few days?? how.. how scared i was?!" at this point, it was impossible to try and hold back anymore. bitter tears streamed down your face as levi's casted shadow grew closer to you. you soon felt warm, yet cold hands reach for your own and tug you against his chest.
he'd be lying if he said he wasn't a complete idiot for leaving you behind – he really was. he shushed you through soft coos of his voice and sweet apologies that were very much needed in this moment.
"i'm sorry, my love. i only wanted to keep you safe. im really sorry."

tags/warnings: sexual themes, vampire!levi, thrall!reader, blood drinking implied
Tumblr media
Vampire!Levi who is exhausted with fighting his bloodlust.
Vampire!Levi who wants so desperately just to feel alive.
Vampire!Levi who looks at you and hates you because you have everything he could ever want, because you are human and you take it for granted that your still-beating heart is still beating and you waste the time you could be spending alive and happy and mortal fighting titans and bleeding and dying; because don’t you know how precious your life is? Don’t you know that the fleeting looks you give him as he crosses the mess hall are a fucking waste because you should be giving them to someone you can grow old with?
Vampire!Levi who has been around long enough to know that your attraction will fade even if his will not, and it is far wiser to let your fleeting hurt run its course than to force the immortal pain of eternal separation on a mortal soul.
Vampire!Levi who sees you as you lay dying, and decides to throw caution into the wind because he cannot bear to see you leave him so soon, so far before your time.
Vampire!Levi who thralls you to save your life.
Vampire!Levi who refuses to drink from you, even when you beg. Perhaps even because you beg.
“Please,” you say with breathless wanting. “Heichou— Levi, let me be your cupbearer.”
Tumblr media
He turns bodily from you, not trusting his eyes with your pleading face. Already, he can hear your heartbeat echo in his ears, feel the lifeblood of your artery pulsing against his tongue— and he hasn’t even touched you, not even with gloved hands, since that day.
“No.”
It is all he can trust himself to say.
“I want it,” you reply, and he can feel the heat of your body as you take one step closer, can smell the blood rush to your cheeks in shameless humiliation. “Please, Levi— I owe you my life—”
“You owe me nothing,” he growls,
“— but I would want this even if I didn’t!”
Your words ring impossibly loud in his ears, and he turns to look at you, reprimand on the tip of his tongue, but then your hands are on either side of his face, pulling him to you. At your touch, he becomes boneless, strengthless; you kiss him, sweetly, chastely, and then you press deliciously against him, your chest heavy against his. Your tongue slips into his mouth— a mistake, he realizes, a stupid, foolish, human mistake, as his lower fang catches soft flesh, piercing it.
Your blood is somehow even sweeter than it was the first time. It tastes something like wine, he thinks— tangy from the iron, a bit bitter, and then the sweetest ambrosia imaginable. When you pull away, forcing himself to let you go is the hardest thing he has ever done.
“I’m sorry,” you say, breathless once more. “Did you get a taste?”
“More than,” he replies, and before he can stop you, you kiss him again, the blood that is pooling in your mouth smearing against his lips, and he groans even as he keeps himself rigidly, painfully, in place, refusing to kiss you back.
“I can’t,” he tells you as gently as possible, pushing you away. “You tempt me too much.”
His hands are shaking. He wants you so badly— but he refuses even to press his tongue against the crimson stain of your blood on his lips. He must be stronger than this. He must.
“You’re tired,” you tell him, looking at him with sad eyes. “You’re always so tired and it’s because you don’t feed properly—”
“I feed enough,” he insists, but you shake your head.
“I can feel it,” you say, taking one of his hands and pressing it against your chest. “Right here. I can feel your Hunger. You’re malnourished, Levi. Whatever you’re eating… it isn’t good enough.”
You move his hand slightly, and he finds himself cupping your breast, holding the weight of it in his hand.
“Let me be your cupbearer,” you whisper. “Let me be your Hebe. I want to— I want—”
You stumble over your words, and as he finishes your sentence for you, his mouth tastes like ash.
“You want to serve me. It’s your instinct as a thrall.” He shakes his head. “I refuse to take advantage of—”
Levi cuts himself off— and nearly bites through his own tongue— when he realizes that you’re tugging at him by the belt.
“I wanted to serve you long before you ever tasted me, Levi Ackerman,” you snap. “Ever since I first met you, I’ve wanted to kneel before you, put myself at your mercy— ”
He tries to back away, but you follow him, giving him no chance to put distance between you.
“I’ve wanted you,” you tell him, fierce and yet so vulnerable, “and my wanting for you has not changed, Levi.”
You kiss him then, and he yields. As he laps the blood from your tongue, allows you to press yourself against him, he knows he’s been completely, utterly defeated; your will has outmatched his, and he can do nothing but take all that you give him.
It is too early to tell you that he loves you, but it does not change the fact that as you offer up your wrist to him, that is exactly what he feels.

Human!Levi Ackerman x Vampire!Reader
Kid!Levi runs into the forest from a gang when the deals went wrong and not expecting to find an old mansion in the middle of nowhere. Injured and tired he decided to come inside the mansion to make them lose track of him and without him realized, he fells asleep on one of the sofas. Not even realizing that the mansion was too clean to be in an abandoned mansion.
Kid!Levi who was awake in the morning shocked that he was not on the sofa anymore. But on a bed, with new clothes placed on the desk beside the bed.
Kid!Levi who thought he was caught and tried to escape from the mansion found a young woman sitting in the living room stitching up clothes. His clothes.
Kid!Levi who doesn’t even know what happening anymore, already eating at the same dining table with the young woman. Then, taking back his fixed-up clothes  and running out of the door. Thinking that it will probably be the last time they see each other.
Teenager!Levi comes to the mansion again because he has nowhere to go and meet the young woman again. They barely talk to each other but somehow Levi just can’t shake the feeling that he is attracted to her. He ended up waking up on the same bed again.
Levi Ackerman who all this time always comes back to the mansion noticed that during those years the young woman doesn’t age. At all. He might have an idea of why, but he is still not sure about that yet.
Levi Ackerman who knows what you are, and learned all about you decided that maybe spending his time with you doesn't sound bad at all.
About Levi and Vampire!Reader
You usually make whoever came around your territory become your meal.
You did not feed on Levi because he was still a kid.
You taking care of his injuries because you feel pity for him. He is not the first one to come into your mansion for the same reason.
You never bothered to hide what you are to him.

Dracula | Levi Ackerman x Fem! Reader
Warnings: smut, blood, violence (?)
A/N: enjoy :) sorry for any typos lmao
It's late, the dark stoned road is paved with moonlight, and your dress is dragging along behind you. The only thing lighting your town was lanterns- barely lit, and slowly dying into the darkness of the night as well. Your skin was a starch contrast to the thick material of the dress, making walking only a little harder than it would be in normal garments.
It's 1830, New England. Garlic is hung with care upon every doorstep and children are horrified when going to bed. Your father had asked you to go out and get bread, something your mother would normally do if she did not lie ill. Yet, you were caught talking to a friend until a quarter past nine in the eve. Any other town you wouldnt have felt so swallowed by the darkness in.
You yourself had no concerns for any rubbish in the local paper. Hearings of things with no name, a disease brought upon people in which would take their skin color, turn their eyes red, and drain life from their form. In all reality, your father was a doctor- and his often reasoning was that the towns people would blame this on regular illness.
Almost home, there was one alleyway you had to cut through. People were in, and you decided to take the short cut. Your shoes clicked on the cobblestone quickly as you hurried down the alleyway, nearly to the other side. Your heart nearly stopped upon arrival. A man, dark hair of short stature, in clothes that weren't as tarnished as the rest- met your gaze. If only in better lighting, you could see his hands.
Heart wrenched, throat closing, you could hear the small warning bell given above every grave to wake the living dead. To warn townspeople that this person was in fact, alive. Yet here he lay in front of you, holding a pig close to his mouth. His throat bulged with each swallow, blood dripped down his neck. You wanted to he afraid but that instinct of fear and running never came.
"What the hell are you doing?" You asked, eyes on the man. His own orbs came to meet your own, only to make you realize that hus corneas were bright red. The pigs carcus hit the ground with a thud, as you backed away the man came closer very quickly until he had thrown you over his shoulder.
"No! Put me down! Let me go!" You urged, kicking. His grip was tight, holding you as his jumped upon the very roof you aimed to be under. Your struggle was no match for his iron grip. Your eyes twisted to the back of your skull, and all went black.
When you came to, there was nothing but cobblestone around you. A small room, and you were sitting on a dark oak chair, strapped to it by what seemed like straw cloth. Pulling at the restraints, you began to panic. "I'm sorry, I had to." A dark voice bounced around the walls. You tensed. "Who are you? Why would you take me- for catching you?" Your eyes bounced around the walls of the room, urging to find the man who took you from before.
"I didn't want to take you." He says. His voice is dark and raspy, like a man who'd been crying. You pulled at your restraints, hot tears rushing along your cheeks. "T-Then why the fuck would you?" Null and void he came from the corner, eyes laying on your own. "I had to." Your eyes shut and your head gave out from exhaustion, your eyes met the cobblestone below your feet. The mans shoes clicked on the floor as he came closer, his cold finger lifting your head up from its exhausted state to meet his own.
"What is your name?" He asks. His flesh is colder than your own, and his long nail pokes your neck slightly. Almost menacingly. "(F/N)." You mutter. His face is still, serious, and cold. "Mine is Levi. I used to be a Duke, not that'd you'd know. I can tell you're young. As young as I was, even." He crouches down and let's your head fall, so you can still see his red eyes.
"Was?" You ask, looking at him in grit. He smiles. "So you're saying you're a creature of the night? One of the blood suckers that terrify civilians? How void." Your voice is condescending, and it makes him grin even wider. "I like you. The way you talk to me, you don't sound scared even though you know what I am; and you know I could take your life." A small chuckled escaped your lips. "You won't kill me, what kind of vampire sucks the blood of a pig? A desperate one, maybe."
He stands up, palm sliding behind your neck to your hair then gripping it harshly. You wince as his face gets closer to yours. He smells fine, you note, better than any man who'd been this close. He feels the sake for you. "Watch your lip." Levi lets go, then unites your restraints. You figure hes confident you wont escape. Gently you rub your skin, as he sits back and watches you. His pale skin lit by a candle, you begin to notice.
Hes attractive. His hair dark, skin pale, not one blemish. His all black outfit and red eyes, and his scent you could still smell from across the dimly lit, small room. "Like what you see?" He asks. You scoff, "Hardly." Levi smiles once more. He can smell your blood and see you even better in the dark. He can feel his cock harden looking at such a beautiful woman, something he hadn't seen, let alone smelled in centuries.
"I'll make you a deal," He begins, scooting closer to you. He stands up, while you're seated and smoothly lays his cold digits along your jaw. "I will let you go, but in return, I want your company." Your eyebrow raises as you look up him. He feels much more hot than before, and his eyes are no longer a shade of red, but yellow. Amber, even. "You're asking me to do..what exactly?" Clearly his question was laced in a lustful tone, smothered in an accent you couldnt identify. "I want you to help me quench a thirst that isn't deadly."
Your legs clutch together at this. A man in such stature, such elegance and yet so threatening- asking you for sex? If he wanted to kill you, he would have. Right? "Do you do this to all women who catch you drinking the blood from a pig?" He laughed a little and moved his hand into your hair, softly stroking it while still looking at you. "Truth be told, I haven't had someone with me in a long time. It's been so long since I've even spoken to another living being."
You in return grabbed his wrist softly, and stood up for the first time. His eyes were in a stand off with yours, as you stepped closer to him. His hand has dropped, and he watched as you closed the space between the two of you. Your soft hands gripped his face, untouched for hundreds of years. He loathed the warmth you brought upon him as you kissed him. He could tell you were heating up, and smell every bit of you as you kissed him.
He did the same, grabbed the small of your back and pulled you closer to him. The kiss finally broke after a few moments of him soaking up constant, and realizing he felt at home with a stranger girl who happened to catch him feeding. "Please, come to my chambers, lady (F/N)." You smiled and took his hand. "I will." He led you up a spiral case of cobblestone stairs, all decorations were dark and dimly lit.
You noticed pictures he had of himself from many, many years past. All leading to a dark, tall door which he pushed open with a breeze. Entering his room, you smelled the candles he had lit; and the books that were shelved with care. His bed was dark like the whole house, large, and empty. "You are the fairest woman I have seen in many moons." He says, softly wavering his hand across your back, and to your jaw. A small flush comes across your cheeks. "Funny for such a stunning man to say that about a mere mortal."
Levi backed you up onto the end of his bed, where the words stop and the work began. His lips, as hot as your own- trailed down your neck and onto your bodice. His clearly hungry, skilled hands undid every button and tie on your corset, leaving nothing but your undergarments covering such beautiful skin. He undressed himself slowly as your hands craved every inch of skin he allowed you to see.
His kisses were hot and fast as he lifted your legs, pressing his hard cock against you. With every movement he pressed a good spot, making you moan within the kisses he was delivering. The only thing separating the two of you now was your underwear, and Levi did not appreciate it.
Exposing your bare chest, he kisses a trail along, inching down to your underwear. "May I?" He asked, hands greedily waiting along your waistband. You nod, too breathless and taken aback to respond verbally. He pulls them off, viewing every inch of your vagina he can soak in. Quickly his hunger overpowers him, taking a hungry lick. Your hips buck but his hands are fast to hold you still.
"You taste so exquisite, oh my god, you're so good for me." His words are breathy as your head spins, you could tell he hadnt smelled a woman in many years. His tongue was skilled, moving along your clit in ways youd never been able to make yourself feel. When he was finished, he stood at the end of the bed and wiped his mouth, laying a flat and wet kiss on your lips.
"I am going to fuck you so hard, you'll wish I would have just killed you." He says into your ear, making you shiver. "Then do it, Levi." You say back. His skin shivers too, from your challenge. In an instant hes pulling his cock out, watching you, overwhelmed and in heat. Taking the tip he rubs it along your wet folds, making you moan softly. Then he finally gives into his urges, and pushes slowly inside of you.
With a sigh of pleasure, Levi grips your hips, hard. "Fuck. Oh, God." His pace starts slow, kissing you still as he thrusts. They speed up once he stands, making you grip his shoulders hard, clawing him. "Levi, you feel so good. Please, tell me your last name. For the love of God, I want to know you." His thrusts are fast, he's never been asked this. Your heat keeps his close, on the edge of cumming. "Ackerman. Y-Yours?" The only sound within the clapping of his quick pace is your moans, "(L/N)." He chuckles, "With a pussy like this, I could change that"
Your moans intertwine, every spot he hits makes you moan louder, until hes shaking- so embarrassed hes going to cum. You are, too. "L-Levi, please. I'm gonna-" "I know, I know. Shit. Me too, you feel so warm." You can barely feel him cum as you reach your own orgasm, cumming on his fast pace cock, your nails digging into his skin. Once hes finished, he kisses your forehead, slowly pulling out.
His figure rests on your own, you're the only one heavily breathing but you can tell hes tired. Your hands comb his hair, and your legs wrap around his back. His arms encase you, digging his head into your chest. "I don't really want you to go, but if you do, I understand. I know it wasn't fair."
You pondered over in the corner. On your life, your family and this man who you barely knew. But in your configuration, Levi had been giving you small kisses on your chest, making you smile a bit. "I don't know, but for now I need to rest. Is it okay if I stay here?" You ask. He nods, and sits up. "I'll run us a warm bath." He says, walking over to the door. You sit up, "Us?" He only smiles and walks into the bathroom to prepare boiling water for a bath.

previous - masterlist - next
At first, they were just murders. Strange, bloodless murders.
Levi was somewhere in Wall Maria when he first heard of them. He was sent to a nearby Scouts base after a mission ended terribly. Most of his comrades had died, even his two friends. Levi didn’t elaborate on their deaths.
The blonde sighed. This man couldn’t catch a break.
As he healed, he used that spare time laying on his bed to write more frequently. He avoided mentioning Farlan and Isabel much, something Cora expected, but wrote about the battle nevertheless. As a result of everything he had seen, his nightmares became more frequent. He never described what he dreamt about, but she suspected it wasn’t any good. Or else, he wouldn’t be wandering around the base at night.
Levi complained about having to use a clutch because of his broken foot. He also complained about his comrades’ chatter and the state his room was when he first got there. Those days nobody talked much to him; he probably made sure of that with his grumpy nature. He focused on cleaning and organizing his room, writing in his journal and trying to use his foot again as his healing progressed. Levi wondered how much time he would have to endure the war.
If she remembered correctly, it had a few more years left and Levi did not. Whatever happened to him in December of that year wouldn’t be pretty.
His hatred for the clutch ceased once he got rid of it, now being able to walk without it. Only a slight limp lingered, but he didn’t seem to care. Levi briefly commented his superiors were somewhat astonished by his fast recovery. Soon enough, he was tasked with maintenance in the workshop of the base. He was introduced to some other soldiers once he began working, who were also in the last stages of healing. He didn’t seem too fond of any of them at the beginning. Levi showed his disinterest in them and his desire to be on his own in the notebook, which didn’t surprise Cora much. It actually took him a month to warm up to them, she noticed. He started appreciating Petra’s sweet and hard-working nature, Gunther’s reasonableness and Eld’s humor. There wasn’t much to like about Oluo, with the exception of when he would hit his head with something when they worked.
In the course of the next few weeks, Levi had fully recovered and managed to get used to his new routine. Aside from fixing and maintaining the vehicles, his team and he were tasked with scouting missions from time to time. Levi was designated captain and his squad was transferred to the Scouts Headquarters in Shiganshina shortly after.
Cora finally found something for her research purposes. Initially, she wanted the journal to feed her curiosity and maybe use it for her history paper. But now she was invested in Mikasa’s dead relative and, by the looks of it, she might have just read the majority of the journal for nothing. There wasn’t much about what she was looking for. Levi didn’t write about the country’s situation, it was just his personal matters, which was why it bothered Cora so much. At least, Levi wrote more about the military in the latter entries, but the invasion of privacy was done.
As she continued reading, something else caught her attention.
“Vampires?”

Chapter 3
Tumblr media
Thank you @ladycheesington for the perfect banner
Vampire Levi x fem!reader
Victorian era like world, vampires, secrets, romance, falling in love, vampire lore, sexual tension, possessive Levi, protective Levi, on top of the clothes, slight smut.
This chapter: Levi takes care of you and shows you the wonders of your body. He does some on-top-of-the-clothes fun and gives you your first-ever orgasm. He also gives you a relaxing bath. Levi takes you to the theatre where you meet the tyrant Queen of the vampires.
Part 4
Tumblr media
The moonlight reflecting on your skin as you slept was perfect. Levi really couldn’t stop looking at you. A few days ago the two of you exchanged blood. Since that day you had been wrapped up in Levi’s arms. Levi would not let you go and informed Mr Callahan that you were taking some time off. Mr Callahan realised when he got that message from Levi’s carriage driver, that you were Levi’s and Lord Demont had lost his opportunity to court you.
Levi perked up when you inhaled deeply and rolled to face him. A sweet grin spread on his lips when you snuggled against him and clung to his body. In an instant, Levi’s arms were around you and kisses smothered your face. He was just so full of love for you that he couldn’t contain it. He just wanted to shower you with his devotion and adoration.
You opened your eyes as you giggled at Levi’s actions. “Good morning.” You frowned a little. “Wait, it’s evening…”
“The sun has just set, but I would call this morning.”
You sat up and stretched your joints making them click. “Mm. It’s a lovely night.”
Levi wrapped his arms around your stomach before slowly kissing up your back to your shoulder. A deep growl rumbled in his chest. “I want to bite you and kiss you and touch you and hold you.”
You shivered at his words and his breath hitting your skin. You tilted your head to the side as you felt intoxicated by his words. “Please, please feed from me.”
Levi moved closer to you, wrapped his hand around your neck as his other hand gripped your stomach. He tilted your head to the side and inhaled deeply. “Thank you.” He kissed your shoulder over and over. He dragged his tongue over where he wanted to bite and enjoyed how hot your skin was. He bared his fangs and bit down hard on your shoulder. He gripped you tighter as blood pumped into his mouth. He sucked and lapped up the blood before cutting his tongue and dragging it over the wound. “Delicious.”
You moaned a little. “Levi, I feel cold.”
He hugged you tightly. “I think it’s because you have low blood pressure, my darling.” He squeezed you. “We have to get that up. I’ll keep you nice and warm.”
“Thank you.”
He turned you sideways and held you against him. “How about a hot bath?”
You gasped in delight. “Please!”
“I’ll give you a bath, massage you and make you a delicious meal.”
You snuggled up to Levi. “Mm, thank you.”
He wrapped you up in a blanket before leaving you to sit on the bed. “Wait here, okay? I’m going to start the bath.”
You flopped back down into the bed and gazed up at the beautifully decorated ceiling. Though you’d been here for a few days, Levi hadn’t touched you with sexual intentions. It was just pure tension between the two of you. You wanted Levi to take you, but you were also worried about how things would go and what would happen due to you being a virgin. You were hoping Levi wouldn’t mind.
You squealed when Levi dove onto the bed and climbed up it. You blushed as he placed his hands on the bed on either side of your head. “Levi.”
He leaned down towards you. “I sensed you were worrying about something.”
You caressed Levi’s cheek. “You felt that through the blood?”
He turned his head and kissed the palm of your hand. “I did. So, talk to me.”
“Does it bother you that I’m a virgin?”
He nipped your hand and smirked. “Not at all. Do not worry, my love. I will teach you the wonders of your body and the pleasures that can come from it.”
You whined as you covered your face with your hands. Just a few words and his intense gaze rendered you into a gooey mess. “I look forward to learning.”
He tangled his fingers in your hair and kissed you. “In time, though. Give it time.”
You nodded. “Yes.”
He slipped off you and lay on his side. He propped his head up and gazed down at you. “So, I have a date plan for us.” He reached over and rubbed his hand on your stomach. “How do you feel about the theatre?”
You gasped in delight. “I enjoy it. I have yet to see what it is like in the city. I can only imagine how incredible it is.”
“We shall go. I own a box we can sit in and watch as many shows as possible.”
“I would love that.”
He showered your face with kisses before jumping off the bed and jogging to the bathroom. “Ah, almost done.” He returned to you and scooped you up into his arms like a bride. “Come, my darling. I will bathe you, massage you and sing sweet nothings to you.”
You kicked your legs as you hummed a laugh. “You’re too sweet to me.”
“Because I adore you.” He placed you on your feet. “I’ll look away if you wish for me to.”
You blushed a little. “For now.”
He turned and offered his hand. “Take my hand when you’re ready to get in.”
You carefully removed your night dress before taking Levi’s hand and stepping into the warm water. You wiggled down and settled in place. “I’m in.”
Levi turned around to look at you. The milky water surrounded you and covered everything up. Only the tops of your breasts could be seen by Levi. Your exposed shoulders and neck appeared so kissable and biteable to him. He sank to his knees and leaned on the edge of the bath. “I could gaze at you for eternity.”
You reached over and caressed his cheek. “Me too. You’re so handsome.”
He leaned closer and kissed you. “May I wash you?”
You whined a moment as you felt a little embarrassed. “Y-Yes.”
He grabbed a sponge and began slowly rubbing it over your skin. Water rolled down his arms when he squeezed water out of the sponge. “How does this feel?”
“Wonderful. You’re so gentle.”
“Because you are delicate.” He swapped to washing your hair. He lovingly massaged products in your hair and gently washed it out. “All perfect.”
You turned in the bath a little to look at Levi. “Thank you.”
“You’re welcome.” He rose to his feet and gathered towels for you. He wrapped up your wet hair before standing and holding up the towel for your body. He turned his head and looked away. “Ready when you are.”
You climbed out and wrapped the towel around you. “All covered.”
Levi looked back at you and blushed. “You look…fuck, I wish to bite you all over again.” He yanked you against him and moaned at feeling your whole body pressed tightly. “May I kiss you?”
You blushed as your lips quivered in pleasure. “Yes.”
Lips crashed together in a loving and passionate unionship. Hands gripped and tugged at fabric. Moans and whimpers echoed off the bathroom walls. A gasp escaped you when Levi’s firm hands wrapped around your thighs and lifted. You linked your legs around his waist as he carried you to the bed. He gently lay you down, his lips never left yours. Instinct and need took over you as you parted your legs for Levi so he’d settle against them.
You leaned your head back as he trailed loving kisses against your skin. “Levi, please.”
He placed his forearms on either side of your head and leaned on them. “How about something light to curb your hunger?”
You pawed at his pecs as you shyly nodded. “Mm, please.”
He started rolling his hips against you. “Some light on top of the clothes pleasure.”
You panted and whimpered. “Mmmmm.”
“Have you ever touched yourself?”
You shook your head. “N-No.”
He leaned closer and kissed your neck. “Right now I’m moving against your little bundle of nerves, your pleasure button, your clit.” He dragged his tongue up your neck to your ear. “Does it feel good?”
You gasped and arched your back. “Yes.”
He gripped the sheets tightly as he panted and huffed. Levi’s cock became engorged from his actions, your body and your soft moans. He admired how blown your pupils were, the needy look in your eyes and the desire to be loved by him. He gently pressed his lips against yours and hummed in delight as he kissed you. He smiled into the kiss when you wrapped your arms around Levi and started moving your hips with him.
You pulled from Levi’s lips. “A-Ah, what i-is happening?”
Levi panted. “Your body is close to an orgasm. Is it your first?”
You nodded. “I’ve n-never had one.” You wiggled under Levi. “Ah.” You pressed Levi with your thighs. “Mm.” You clenched up tighter. “Mmmm.”
Levi nipped your earlobe. “Let it happen, my love. Let go.”
You bucked against him when you felt the pop inside your body. You moaned and shivered under Levi as you felt a pleasurable burning rush go through your entire body. You bit Levi's shoulder hard as you tried to contain your moans. Your actions set Levi off causing him to cum hard against you. He shivered and moaned with you. He moved his hips for a bit longer before you both came to a stop.
Levi panted and smiled at you. “Are you okay?”
You nodded as your heart fluttered. “Yes. Are you?”
“Of course.”
You covered your mouth with your hands and giggled. “I’ve never done anything like that before.”
He rubbed your cheek sweetly. “We’ll slowly explore different things together.” He pulled back from you. “I will clean you up before you change.”
“Thank you.”
With delicate touches, Levi made sure you were cleaned up. A maid was welcomed into the room allowing you to be dressed up in a nice corset and a beautiful dress gifted to you by Levi. You thanked the kind maid and joined Levi in the hall to see he was all dressed up in a wonderful suit. As you lifted your dress a little you bowed to him.
Levi smiled sweetly. “There is no need to bow to me.” He took your hand and placed a loving kiss on your hand. “You are my lover. You are higher than myself.”
You gasped. “Oh, no, no, you are a Lord and I’m just a commoner. Plus, you said you are a pure-blood vampire, so I can imagine you are high up in rankings.”
He put his arm around you and guided you down the hall. “You are a divine being to me. Therefore, you are higher.” He leaned closer and whispered. “Besides, no matter what you say to my workers, they will treat you better than me because you are the first and only woman I have brought home to them. They are rather excited.”
Your cheeks heated up. “That makes me feel special.”
“Because you are. Now, let’s get you fed.”
You gasped as the double doors were opened to reveal a grand dining room with a table covered in delicious food. “My goodness.”
Levi walked over to a chair and dragged it out. “Please, take a seat and help yourself. Eat as much as you like.”
“Thank you.”
Tumblr media
A welcoming smile spread over your lips as the maid did the last touches to your makeup. “Thank you.”
Mabel pulled back and grinned at you. “You’re most welcome. You are so pretty, my lady.” She checked your hair she had put up. “I am looking forward to your wedding day.”
You blushed. “I uh…”
“My Lord will marry you, I can feel it.”
“I hope he does feel that way. I do not know what it is, but there is this magnetic pull between us.”
A shiver ran down your spine as the sound of smart shoes tapping on the wooden floor got closer. The handle on the door slowly turned making your heart race. Every cell in your body was excited because Levi was coming to see you. It was like you were bound to Levi, connected to him and desperately needed him. He was so regal-looking when he slipped into your room with a suit on and cravat.
Levi glanced over at you causing a smile to slowly spread over his lips. “Look at you.” He moved closer as Mabel shifted out of the way. “The dress looks perfect on you.”
Mabel giggled. “She wears it so well.”
Levi caressed your cheek. “Her hair is perfect too. Well done, Mabel.”
“She is the perfect lady.”
Levi held your chin and lifted your head. “She really is.” He kissed you and hummed. “I have the perfect jewellery for you. I bought it just for tonight.”
You lowered your head as you felt flustered by how much love you were being showered in. “You spoil me too much.”
He stood behind you and placed a necklace on you. “I need to spoil you more.”
Mabel clasped her hands together. “You deserve the world, my lady.”
You lightly touched your necklace. “I…well…”
Levi wrapped his arms around you and kissed the side of your head. “You do.” He released you and offered his hand. “Come, we have a show to see.”
You took his hand and walked with him through the home until you reached the front door where all the staff excitedly waited. A soft and comforting cloak was wrapped around you to keep you warm. You were flustered by how much your life had changed in a short amount of time. From a simple town life to now living with Levi in his manor with many staff doting on you. It seemed like you would work until you died, but Levi was offering you a more perfect life. Although you couldn’t fully comprehend eternity with Levi, you were still hoping he would offer it someday.
Levi’s gentle tug on your body as he pulled you onto his lap awoke you from your thoughts. Levi kissed your cheek and gently smiled. “Something on your mind?”
You hummed as you reflected on your thoughts and if you should talk to Levi about it. “I was thinking about us.”
“Oh?”
You nodded as you fiddled with your dress. “Well, my life has changed so much since you entered it. I feel blessed and spoiled.” He whined a moment. “A-And I was thinking about being with you for um…”
A charming smile spread on his lips. “Eternity?”
You nodded. “Mm.”
He nuzzled your neck. “So, would you say, you love me?”
You gulped hard as the word throbbed inside you. “I…”
“Because I love you.” He smiled when you looked at him in shock. “I mean it.” He cupped your face and said your name. “I love you. Do you love me?”
“Y-Yes.” You lowered your gaze as you whined. “My heart is racing so much.”
Levi chuckled. “You are adorable.” He leaned closer and kissed your ear before whispering. “I could just eat you up.”
You locked eyes with Levi. “Please do.”
This time Levi was the one to blush hard. He slammed you against the carriage seat and growled at you which showed off his fangs. “If you insist.”
You placed your fingers over his lips. “May I pick the spot?”
“Of course.”
You lightly touched the top of your left breast which was pressed so right by your corset and red dress. “Here.”
Levi smirked. “You spoil me.” He covered the tops of your breasts in kisses. He opened his mouth and little and bit down on your plump breast. A deep moan escaped Levi as you mewled in delight. He pulled back and gasped. “Delicious.”
You purred. “Don’t heal it. I want people to know that I belong to you.”
Levi’s cheeks burned. “Tch, fuck.” He lay against you and sighed. “You are saying such tantalizing words. You know just the right things to say to a vampire.” Jealous and possessive thoughts entered his mind. A growl escaped Levi as he hugged you tightly. “How do you know what to say?”
You played with Levi’s hair. “I know what you’re thinking. No, I have never been with another vampire or a human. You are my first in everything and will be my last. I don’t think I could ever love another single person the way I love you.”
Levi leaned up and released a long sigh. “I feel as if I am a demon who is praying upon an innocent virgin angel.”
You giggled. “I’m no angel.”
“That so?”
You pushed Levi to sit up and then straddled him. “I may not have given my virginity away, but I still desire your thick and throbbing member inside me. I want to feel you deep. I want to connect with you. I…I want you…to…spill your seed deep within me.”
Levi grabbed your neck and pulled you closer to him. “Such arousing words. Who knew you were a naughty brat, hmm?” His gaze flicked to the carriage door. “We shall continue this later. We have a show to see.” He shifted you off him and kissed your cheek. “Good girl.” He left the carriage first before turning to you and offering his hand. “Come.”
You gently took his hand and stepped out of the carriage to see the lanterns were all lit, the street was busy and the people were dressed so elegantly. You stumbled a little when Levi tugged you against him and held you close. “Levi?”
He looked down at you. “Don’t leave my side, okay? I might be nice, but there are a lot of my kind and those linked with vampires that aren’t.”
“I’ll stay by your side. Oh, but what if I need the bathroom?”
He walked with you inside. “The box we will be in has its own bathroom, we also have an attendant. We’re very safe there.” He took you to the reception desk. “Lord Levi Ackerman.”
The attendant bowed to him. “Welcome, my Lord. Please follow the butler here to your box.”
“Thank you.” Levi pulled you along and up the stairs. “Ignore their stares.”
You flinched a little at Levi’s words. You were surprised that Levi noticed that the gazes around you were getting to you. As soon as you had left the safety of the carriage a foreboding aura flowed around you. The tension in the air was thick like bog water. Though not all were looking directly at you, they were still aware of you and eyeing you up. They weren’t staring at you like a bag of blood, but merely as some lowly person who had just walked into the world of Gods.
It was clear to you that they didn’t believe you belonged here. Mocking smirks were hidden behind hands and fans, but you could still see them. Their disgust and view of you were understandable, seeing as you had just walked right into such a huge and grand theatre. Even though you were dressed up like a rich person, you were new to this group of people and you stood out.
You released a long sigh. “I’m sorry I’m causing people to stare.”
“They’re just jealous of how beautiful you are.” He stopped by the top of the stairs so everyone could see you both. He removed your cape to show off your body and beauty to them all. He smiled as people gasped and whispered. He kissed you and hummed. “See? You’re all mine though.”
You smiled a little. “Yes. I am yours.”
He pulled you down the hall to the last door. “I have the best box because my mother and father love the theatre, so I got it for them.” He pulled you into the room to show you a comfy lover’s seat for snuggling, a table and chairs for eating at and the views of the stage were perfect. “Get comfy, my love.”
You moved over to the seat and sat down. “Mm. This is nice.”
Levi ordered drinks and snacks for you and some blood for himself. He removed his coat and sat right next to you. “Comfy?”
You nodded. “Yes, thank you.”
Levi put his arm around you and dragged you close to him. “I’m glad.” He waited for the attendant to place the drink and food down and then leave before he started kissing you. “Help yourself to the food and drink here.”
You hummed as you looked everything over. “There’s so much.”
Levi blushed. “Sorry, I’m not used to feeding a human.” He gasped a little. “I didn’t mean to make it sound like you are a pet. I uh…I’m doing terrible. This is a bad date.”
You played with his hair a little. “I didn’t take offence. You have spent so many years around your own kind. I’m the first human you want to keep around for a long time.”
Levi growled before tackling you back down onto the sofa making you squeal in delight. “You say so many wonderful things. I just want to eat you up.”
“I’ve told you, Levi, you are welcome to.” You nibbled your lip. “But nothing too naughty in public.”
He sat up and dragged you to sit on his lap. He nipped and kissed your neck. “I love you.”
You smiled at Levi. “I love you too.” You picked up a drink and sipped it. “Mm sweet.”
Levi nipped and sucked your neck. “You’re sweeter.”
“Are you hungry?”
“I am.” He squeezed your thigh as he smiled.”
You giggled. “Then bite me.”
Levi pulled back from you as he blushed. “I meant another kind of hungry.”
Your heart raced. “Well, that can wait when we’re home.” You fiddled with your glass. “May I ask about my job? I have been off work for two weeks.”
Levi rubbed your thigh and purred. “Quit your job.”
“Oh, but all I’ve ever known is work and it was really hard for me as a woman to get a job like that.”
He kissed your cheek. “Well, you can always work for me and my friend Erwin. We need some extra help with paperwork. It's hard work being a vampire Lord. We need to do a lot of work and having someone assist us would be wonderful.” He nuzzled his nose against yours. “I will pay you double what you are getting now, no, triple.”
The news shocked you. “What? Really? I um…wow…”
“You can live with me as well.” He rubbed your cheek and then played with a bit of your hair. “Besides, I plan on making you my bride. So, this job will teach you about how a Lady runs her land and estate.”
A bride. Levi’s bride. Nothing excited you more. It had only been a month since you first started getting to know Levi. To most, this would seem fast but that was just how things were during this time. Plus, Levi was madly in love with you. You could have sworn that every time this man looked at you, there were little hearts in his eyes.
He squeezed you to gain your attention. “Please? Stay with me. Be with me.”
You fiddled with your dress. “Yes. I will take the job and I will be with you.”
He took your left hand and nipped your ring finger. “You have no idea how happy this makes me.”
You heard a commotion and a fuss being made. “What’s happening?”
Levi looked across to the other boxes to see someone he hated with every fibre of his being. Entering the most expensive and glamorous box was the vampire Queen. Behind her was her brother, the prince and holding her hand and whispering sweet nothing into her ear was Lucius, who had clearly moved on from you, or was using the Queen for money.
Levi released a long sigh. “That is the vampire Queen with her brother.” He turned your head and made you look at him. “Promise me this, okay? Stay far away from her. Don’t ever be alone with her if she pesters you. She is dangerous. Do you understand?”
You nodded. “I promise, I’ll never go near her.”
“Thank you.” He hugged you tightly. “I’ll protect you at all costs from her.”
The desperation in Levi’s voice made it clear that this woman was truly evil and dangerous. “I promise.”
“Good girl.”
Rosaline Monroe was from one of the most ancient vampire families, along with the Ackermans, the Smiths and two others. She was cut-throat and deadly in both ideas and looks. She was known for being heartless to those around her. Taking many lovers over the years, she left broken men and women in her path longing to be her one and only. The only person she ever truly wanted as hers was Levi. An obsession and need had festered and plagued her for years, it was driving her insane how much she wanted Levi, but he escaped her clutches.
She was breathtaking to those who gazed upon her. She was tall with dark brown wavy locks that were right now tied up. She had a few thick loose strands that framed her perfect oval. Her nose was slender but the end was a cute little button. Her plump lips were always painted red to match her piercing red eyes. Her bosom was always pressed in a corset and lifted. Clothes were always too tight on her because she wanted to show off her slim figure, even if it cost her a bit of pain, but some claimed she enjoyed it. Rosaline always topped off her outfit with a high collar to frame her perfect face. Her voice was alluring and a little deep, her laugh was loud and infectious. Everything about her was perfectly planned by her.
Her brother was rather similar, but he had a few screws loose. Damian Monroe had long flowing black hair that he often kept down or had a bit of it up. He was tall and had a charming smile that made any woman weak. He was slender and muscular. He had delicate lips and a diamond-shaped face that made him look model-like. He was always wearing the most fashionable of clothes that allowed him to show off his slim waist and muscular body. He enjoyed being loved and admired by people. He wanted to be wanted.
Damian was a little different from his elder sister. He wasn’t one to take countless lovers and make them obsessed with him, he was far more selective. He was trying hard to find the most perfect woman and it was hard. He had taken a few lovers and turned some into vampires when he thought he had the right one but it didn’t work out. It was as if these women became obsessive and wild vampires, almost feral. So, he had ended a lot of their lives or sent others far away. He was beginning to get bored. Damian wasn’t the best of people, but he was better than his sister.
Rosaline left many victims of her wrath in her path and one of them was her own younger brother. It was like she took extra pleasure in hurting him and keeping him in line. Being a pure-blood meant they were immune to most things, but silver would give them a bit of a burn and the longer the silver was on them the more it burned and caused damage. The blood of dead people would make them vomit and give them great pain as well. She would force-feed him dead blood and lay a blanket of silver on his naked body under the light of the sun for days until he apologised or complied with her.
If Damian had a choice, he would want his sister to suffer greatly before she was beheaded. It was in the best interest of the development of vampires and humans for Rosaline to go. She held back development and progress because she wanted all the power for herself, she had no one ruling under her so a lot of lands were neglected and fell apart. Vampires didn’t want to hide anymore, but she enforced the rule of hiding.
The Monroes were marvelled for their beauty and power, but also because there were two of them. Pure-blooded vampires could have children, but the chances of conceiving were incredibly low. So, a lot of the time pure-bloods only had one child, so for there to be two children was a blessing and the children and parents were to be seen as powerful beings. So, if Levi were to turn you into a vampire to be with him, there was a chance of a child, unless there was something special about the two of you and there could be more.
Rosaline glanced over to Levi’s box and snarled when she saw him hugging you tightly, kissing you and making you giggle. “Disgusting.”
Damian yawned. “What is it now, sister?”
“Look at her. That human has no grace or manners. Look at her.” Her nose wrinkled up in disgust. “Throwing herself at my Levi.”
“Sweet sister, he was never yours. He has made that clear.” He flicked his red eyes over to you and felt his heart race. “What a beauty she is. Mm…and a human no less.” He leaned on the bannister. “Now I’m interested.”
“Why would you want to waste your time on something like that? There are so many things wrong with her.”
Damian chuckled. “Everything is right with her. We have different tastes, dear sister and I see a beautiful creature.”
She flicked her fan open and smirked a little. “Well, knowing you like her could work in my favour. Let’s play our little love game, Levi.”
Lucius sat next to the Queen and said your name. “That’s her name. She is a delicate creature and there is something about her that is…alluring to vampires. She has this…delicious scent. I tried to woo her but failed. The day of our date I was too busy staring at her instead of taking her on a date and Levi swooped in.”
Rosaline watched Lucius kiss up her arm. “She has special blood?”
“I believe so.”
“Mm, then maybe I’ll use her as a blood bag for a while and Damian can sleep with her.”
Damian chuckled and sat back. “I will make her my bride.”
Rosaline held her head high. “You better. I’m entrusting you with that task. Levi must be mine.”
You frowned a little when you noticed you were being stared at by the Prince. “Levi? The Prince keeps staring.”
Levi cupped the side of your face with one hand and turned your head. “Don’t look at him, look at me.”
Your cheeks burned. “Yes, Levi.”
He kissed you and hummed. “The show is about to start.” He turned you on his lap and hugged you from behind. “I hope you enjoy.”
With wide eyes in awe, you watched the opera about a romance between a vampire and a human. You felt a rush of different emotions, from joy to horror and anxiety. It was a beautiful combination and you were really routing for the couple. The colours and sets were mesmerising and the music was just as beautiful.
Tears filled your eyes as you got emotional at the beautiful romantic end of the first act. You turned to Levi. “They’re so cute. Do they get a happy ending?”
Levi whined a little. “Uh…well…”
You welled up. “Levi?”
He pinched your cheek. “How about we leave now and say they do?”
You nodded. “Okay.”
He wiped your tears away. “No more crying, okay? Our romance is time times better than theirs.” He stood with you and slowly walked down the stairs. “How about we enjoy some cake at my home?”
You grinned. “Yes please, I love cake.”
“Lord Levi.”
Levi pushed you behind him as Rosaline stood before you both in the entrance hall with her brother and new lover. “Queen Monroe.”
She flicked her fan closed and hummed a laugh. She moved closer to Levi and tapped the end of the fan against his chest. “Come now, Lord Levi, we’re on a first-name basis. It’s Rosaline.” She dragged her fan down his chest. “We know each other very well, so don’t cast that aside.”
“Tch, your lies are pathetic. I’ve never had anything to do with you.” He swatted her fan away. “Stop trying to have me.”
You squeaked when you were pulled away from Levi and slammed into the Prince’s chest. “A-Ah.”
Damian danced with you slowly as he hummed a laugh. “You are such a delicate beauty.” He dipped you and smirked. “I must have you.”
You wiggled free and slapped him across the face making him release you. “Don’t touch me.”
Damian touched his cheek. “No one has ever laid a hand on me before,” he smirked at you “I like it.” He moved closer. “Do it again.”
You hurried over to Levi and dove into his arms. “Levi!”
Levi scooped you up into his arms like a bride. “I’ve got you.” He glared at the Queen and Prince. “I’ve told you both, I am done with the vampire world. I made my own power. I made my own mark in this city, you just annoyingly followed. I have no connection to you and I owe you nothing.” He looked down at you. “Come now, my sweet love I owe you a delicious cake.”
You wrapped your arms around his neck and kissed his cheek. “I love you.”
Levi squeezed you. “I love you too.” He carried you outside and into his carriage. “I’m sorry you met them, it wasn’t my intention. I should have done better to protect you.”
You kissed his cheek over and over again. “You did perfectly.” You cupped his face. “I’m safe, aren’t I?”
“Yes.”
You tapped your forehead against his. “I had a wonderful time tonight.”
He perked up. “You did?”
You nodded. “Uh-huh. It was the best. The play was so pretty and the singing so sweet.” You pressed your lips together as you thought. “I have something to cheer you up.”
“Oh?”
You kissed the crook of Levi’s neck just a little before biting him playfully. “How about that?”
Levi chuckled. “It’s like a little bunny is biting me.”
You pouted at him. “Bunny? I’m deadly.”
“Sure you are.”
You opened the front of your dress to show off your corset-pressed breasts. “How’s this for a so-called bunny?”
Levi growled. “Boobs.”
You pulled his head down against them. “All yours.”

a/n; WOOO VAMPIRE LEVI cause he's hot and him as your vampire bf? yes please.
no warnings!! just vampire levi being a househusband in the late hours of the night :,)
---
vampire!levi would clean your living space when you're sleeping. it's never a surprise to you whenever you'd wake up to faint clanking of pots or featherlight footsteps roaming around your cottage. to anyone else, it could've been mistaken as an intruder, but you knew it was just levi who had been lurking through in subtle silence – no one could ever be as quiet as him.
he's swift and calculated with his stealth (and it's a bonus that he has your entire place mapped out from the entrance to the floorboards – he's just that good). he'll make sure everything is polished and dusted by the break of dawn so you won't have to worry about a thing the moment you wake up. and when he's done by 2 am, he'll carefully insert himself next to you, quietly and slowly as to not stir your slumber. he'll wrap his strong arms right around you to ensure you won't be squirming through the rest of the night. he'll make sure that you have a refilled glass of water on your night stand as well as a few books he's picked out for you while he was away for a few days.
he likes to spoil you like this, he thinks you deserve it and so much more. if he could pull down the universe and collect every star and speck in the sky, he would so do that for you. you are his world.
while wrapped up in his arms, he would whisper the sweet nothings of his deepest truths for only you to hear and no one else. even if you were drifted off somewhere into dreamland, he knew you had heard some capacity of it from the way your lips slightly curved upward and your body shuffling closer to his chest.
"ill gut out any man who tries to take you away from me. you're mine as i am yours."
"you're safe with me always, my sweet."
"i love you."

"Sir, they've arrived."
Zeke Yeager looked up from his book at his personal guard. He gave him a nod of acknowledgement, then placed the book onto the coffee table.
"Thank you, Levi. Tell them I'll be down in a minute."
Levi gave a curt nod, shut the door, then spoke into his earpiece, letting the other guards know that Zeke would be down soon.
Zeke adjusted his sweater and gave himself a once over before leaving his bedroom. Levi followed in his stead like a shadow.
This was always a thrilling experience for Zeke. He loved getting a new pet. He loved the power, the ownership over another being. He got off on it. The feeling of having someone completely bend to his will was nearly euphoric to him.
They walked through the huge castle until the two men reached the doors to the study. Levi opened the grand doors for Zeke and followed in behind him, making sure to shut the door behind them.
Inside the room were four trembling, naked young women and two men- a father and son. You were one of the four. The older man was short and chunky, with a balding head. The younger was on the chunkier side as well but sported a full head of red hair. Zeke flashed them a bright, toothy smile.
The women were chained together at the ankles, wrists, and neck. A single, thick chain roped them together.
"Your grace," the two men said in unison, bowing their heads in respect to Zeke when he walked in.
"Hello, Dimo, Flegel," Zeke said, placing a hand out for the father to shake. "You know you may call me Zeke."
"Sorry, your gr- I mean Zeke," Dimo said, sticking his hand in Zeke's to shake it. After he shook hands with Dimo, he moved on to Flegel. Once Dimo retired, it his was going to be his son who took over the family business of selling humans.
"So these are the girls?"
"Yes, handpicked personally for you." Zeke eyed the women carefully. He stroked his bearded, blonde chin and looked them up and down. As he reached out a hand to one of them, she let out a terrified wail.
"Quiet, you," Flegel snapped, smacking the woman upside her head. The other women flinched but made sure to keep their mouths shut.
Zeke glanced at Flegel then back at the scared woman. "I'm not going to hurt you," he soothed, touching her face softly. He grabbed her chin his fingers and turned her slowly.
"She's very healthy, comes from a long history of healthy people."
"Any of them virgins?" Zeke asked.
Dimo grinned and walked over to grab a fist full of your hair. You wince and will the tears away that had formed in your eyes. They were so rough with the four of you.
"This one right here, sir."
Zeke tried to mask the grin that was forming on his face as he eyed you. He hungrily took your body in as he observed you- inspected you. You felt like an animal in a cage.
He approached you and Dimo released his grip on you. You wanted to let out the breath you had been holding but as Zeke got closer, you continued to hold it. He pushed your soft hair away from your neck and observed it. He lifted his hand and ran a finger across your pulsing vein before he leaned in to inhale your scent.
"You smell delicious," he muttered in your ear. The sound of his voice and the hot breath on your skin made you cringe away. He pulled away and looked down at your bare chest. "You look delicious as well."
You hardened your face to mask the fear you felt as best as you could.
But what else were you supposed to feel but fear? You were walking back to your apartment with a friend just two days ago. You had indulged yourself for one night and decided to go to a bar just to get kidnapped on your way home. You feared what might have happened to your friend. Was she in the same predicament as you? Where even are you?
"How much?" Zeke asked, looking away from you and to the slave traders behind you.
"100,000," Dimo replied.
"Seems a little steep," Zeke grunted.
"Virgins usually are, your grace. She's also got a rare blood type."
Zeke's eyebrow quirked up in surprise as he studied you once more. His gaze felt like slime coating your body. You looked away in disgust and shame. You hated the way your naked body was on display for him. And why does your virginity and blood type matter?
"Has she been tasted yet?"
"No, sir. Yours and yours alone."
This sold him on you. He wanted you to be completely his in every way. No one except him will know what it's like to have your sweet, virgin blood coating their tongues.
"Fine- I'll take her."
You stared at him wide eyed. You had a pretty good idea of what was happening but it was hard to process.
Zeke glanced back at this guard and grinned. "You want to check any out, Levi?"
You look to see the short, black haired man look away from you all. His face was scrunched up slightly in disgust. "No, I'm good. Thank you anyways, your grace."
"Suit yourself," Zeke said with a grin, then looked up to your captors. "I'll have the bank wire the money."
They nodded and unlatched your shackles. You immediately covered your exposed body to the best of your ability. Zeke snapped his fingers and called Levi over.
"Take her to my room," he said, then turned his attention to you. He ran a tough thumb along your jawline. You flinched away, his touch feeling violating. "Get cleaned up for me."
Levi nodded silently and walked to grab your arm. The other women all looked at you with worried faces as the guard dragged you away. His fingers dug into the skin of your bicep roughly and you fought against his grip once out of the room.
"If you cooperate this will be much easier," he grunted, continuing to drag you down a long hallway.
You stop fighting against his strong grip and stumbled along with him. There was no use in fighting him, he was obviously significantly stronger than you.
Levi hated this part of his job. You were the second young woman this month that Zeke had purchased and it was always Levi who had to deal with the aftermath. He was the one who had to get rid of the lifeless bodies and arrange for the next to be brought in. He felt a pang of guilt as he dragged you to Zeke's room.
When the two of you arrived, he put in a passcode on the electronic lock on the huge doors. The room was massive and extremely modern for an old castle. Windows lined the wall behind a king sized bed with navy satin sheets. A standing, double sided fireplace was put in the middle of the room with a couch and chairs on the side opposite from the bed. A television hung up on the wall facing the couch.
Levi led you through the room and through a door to a bathroom that nearly matched the room. The floors were white tiled and the counter top a navy to match the sheets.
"I'll bring you some clothes while you shower," Levi said, not daring to look at your face or your naked figure. It was easier for him not to get familiar with your face so it didn't haunt him after Zeke drained you dry.
Levi hoped it wouldn't end that way, but there was a good chance. Though, you were a little different.
Your scent was intoxicating, even he could smell you when he was close to you. Virgin blood was strong but it must be your unique blood type that made you so... enticing.
He was going to be very busy keeping other vampires away from you.
Once Levi left the bathroom, you could only stare. Stare at your reflection in the long mirror that spanned the entire wall. The fluorescent lights beat down on your dirty skin as you took in your appearance. It wasn't very many days but you could barely recognize yourself.
Your face was puffy and red from crying for days. Your hair looked greasy and gross and red pimples threatened you underneath your skin.
Your eyes are what looked the scariest though. There were much darker circles surrounding your eyes than you were used to. It had been days since you'd slept or eaten anything and you felt so weak you didn't know how you were supposed to shower.
You tried your best though. The hot water was welcoming on your dirty skin. Even though you were confused by what was happening, you weren't about to turn down a hot shower. You gulped down bits as they rained down from the shower head. You were so dehydrated, it didn't matter that this was for the shower. Water was water.
After washing away the days captivity away and crying for who knows how long, you finally emerge from the comfort of the shower. Two towels, a stack of clothes, and some toiletries had been left on the counter for you.
The clothes were black sweat pants and a white t-shirt, both slightly too big on you. You watched yourself as you brushed your wet hair and brushed your teeth. Your eyes were swollen and bloodshot but looked like there was no life left inside them.
You knew you had to try to find a way out. First and foremost you had to find out where you were.
Levi waited patiently for you in Zeke's bedroom. He tapped his foot as he drank tea and tried to prepare himself for anything once you came out of that bathroom. If you did.
He's experienced it all in his many years in Zeke's service. This was always the worst part.
He has had girls kill themselves in the bathroom, try to kill him, try to run, try to kill Zeke even. This is why Zeke stays away for the first day to let the new ones adjust. Levi was left to deal with the mess.
He also had to prepare himself to handle being around you and the way you smelled. The intense, intoxicating aroma that came off of you nearly made him weak in the knees. He had luckily been around for long enough to control himself but he can't say the same for others. Protecting you would be a full time job if Zeke doesn't drain you first.
When you finally emerged from the bathroom, Levi quickly came to his feet. Treating you like an animal, he didn't try to approach you. It was best you come to him first.
You stared blankly around the room. Everything was so overwhelming and you felt so much fear and anxiety it was nearly making you numb.
When your eyes landed on Levi's you two just stared at each other. You could tell he was just as cautious of you as you were with him. Though he could kill you in an instant if need be.
You open your mouth to speak but close it immediately.
"I'm not going to hurt you," Levi said calmly, not daring to move a muscle. Humans are unpredictable creatures.
You didn't trust him at all. How could you? You're in an unfamiliar place after being kidnapped and sold. What is your place here? What is your purpose? A ludicrous thought entered your mind but you quickly brushed it away. It was crazy.
You walked slowly into the rest of the room but careful not to step towards him. You glance somewhat frantically at the door as you move through the room.
"I know you want to run, but I promise there's no point in trying," he sighed. You stop and begin evaluating him.
He was short, maybe even shorter than you. He was slim but by his grip he had earlier, you were sure that somewhere underneath that suit, there were muscles. Maybe you could outrun him? You did track in high school and had fairly long legs. You were naturally pretty strong as well, maybe you could even defend yourself.
You almost laughed at that thought considering you allowed yourself to get kidnapped and he dragged you down the hallway with no issues. You scratched the defending yourself plan pretty quickly.
Your eyes skated around the room. There wasn't a knick knack or anything close to a weapon in sight. That idea would have to scrapped as well. The only thing left was to try to run.
In a split second decision, you turned on your bare feet and booked it for the door.
Levi watched you and sighed. He was just glad you didn't try to come after him.
When you reached the door, you yanked hard to pull it open just for it to be slammed and locked immediately. You jumped and fell back onto your backside at Levi's sudden appearance in front of you. No one moves that fast.
"What the fuck," you whispered, backing up on the marble floor away from him. Fear and adrenaline shot through your body as you trembled. What was happening?
"I told you it was pointless. You are physically incapable of outrunning me."
He walked slowly to you as you scooted further away from him. Your back hit the wall as he squatted down to get to your level.
"I'm sure you have questions. Let's just sit down so I can answer them," he said, standing up and holding a hand out for you. You glanced between him and his hand and refused to take it. You pulled yourself up and hesitantly walked to one of the chairs and sat down.
Levi sat on the opposite side of the room from you to give you some space. You obviously haven't figured out what he was yet but was sure after the supernatural speed you had some sort of idea. Or at least questions.
"So do you wan-"
"Are you a vampire?" You whispered, almost so quietly it barely came out. Levi's supernatural hearing was unbothered by the quietness of your voice.
"Yes."
The answer made your stomach flip and your head begin to spin. You had felt so stupid when it left your mouth but he answered honestly. You would puke if there were anything in your stomach to puke.
"Prove it." Your voice trembled and you wanted to take it back. Why would you want him to prove it?
He sighed and walked over to you very slowly so you could see him better. You scooted back into your chair in fear as he sat in the chair next to you. He hooked a long, slender finger into his mouth and pulled back his lips to reveal a long, sharpened fang.
"Holy shit," you whispered, staring at his pearly whites. You wanted to reach out and touch the sharpened tooth but forced yourself not to. They had to be fake though. There was no way vampires were real. They were in movies and erotic novels. A gasp fell from your lips when Levi willed them back up into his gums. It was nearly painful. His fangs came out when he was hungry and being this close to you made him feel like he was starving.
"Listen, I know this is a lot." The sincerity in his voice was almost comforting to you. "Do you have any other questions?"
"Why am I here?" Your own voice was so meek and scared, you didn't recognize it. You didn't feel real. None of this did.
"This is the home of King Grisha Yaeger. The man who... boughtyou is one of his sons, Prince Zeke Yaeger."
You tried to blink away the tears at the word 'bought' and shook your head. "Nope. No."
He stayed silent as he watched you try to process the information. He was sincere when he said he knew this was a lot. You were taken from your home to a place you were unfamiliar with. You travelled so far and didn't even know it yet.
