-They‘re just so good for each other. Luka is such a calming presence in Marinette‘s chaotic life and helps her relax when she feels anxious and unsure of herself, always willing to be there for her and offer a helping hand during tough times. Marinette has a deep appreciation not only for Luka‘s ability to play music but also hear heart songs, as if she understood immediately what he meant after listening to him play for the first time. They feed off each other‘s creative energy and are just generally so wholesome together. I could talk about them forever, they make me so happy!!

-Luka is the best boy, and deserves love from the girl he adores

And I truly and honestly think that she would try her best to understand and appreciate Luka but who he really is (if she can see the good in Chloe she is capable of seeing a God when she meets one)

I'll start!

Item Number One: Viperhound Is S Tier

This is the fucking duo right here, this is endlessly clever and positive tag team action, this is a pair who will NOT fail the mission alright?

They are designed so interestingly parallel and then put right next to each other in this sweeping shot of the new miraculous squad???

Like, am I supposed to not assume something about it??

Item Number Two: opposites contrast

Orange and Blue, extremely Sun and Moon energy, but I don't think that would make this ship sail smoothly. See, Luka likes being a moon. He is happy to support and enjoys being someone's shining beacon in the endless dark of night, and no one needs that kind of anchor to hold onto more than Sabrina right now. Sabrina cut ties with her best and only friend and while we see her hanging out with other classmates just fine, we don't really know how she is with being actual friends with people. I don't think anyone has tries to reach out to her since evillustrator and we saw in that episode how she approaches new potential connections. Overwhelmingly cheerful and warm and oppressively clingy, like a ray of sunlight that won't leave your eyesight on the hottest day of the year. She means well but, boy, she can be a lot. And more importantly, she needs to be the one helping because, what kind of friend is she if she isn't? Who is she if she's not doing everything for everybody else? It would, amusingly and annoyingly and endearingly, put her into conflict with Luka, who is similarly always pushing his own problems aside to help people with theirs. This would lead them into a loving rivalry of "take care of yourself" "no u" that goes both ways, a back and forth that ends with them reluctantly letting the other help them. And after so many years as someone's shadow, Sabrina deserves to have someone in her orbit, someone she shines a light on when he needs to be seen.

Item Number Three: YOU HAD YOUR CHANCE

Look I'm SORRY okay, but I have to say this even tho I also think their ship got done dirty by the show, I still think they wouldn't have lasted. I think Marinette and Luka being "too easy" is exactly their problem, as even if they didn't have everything else to worry about Marinette needs complexity or she starts to lose her mind overthinking things and goes looking for it. The simple nature of her relationship with Luka is what 13 year old Marinette needed, the Marinette who wasn't Ladybug yet, who hadn't stood up to Chloe and maybe even just had her heart broken in a mean prank. It makes sense she'd fall in love with and gravitate towards this living embodiment of all the comfort and security she wished she had, she had desperately needed at that time. But that's just it, she needed it then. And now she can rely on herself a lot better, she has a whole support system to fall back on, and what she needs from a romantic partner is something else. But Sabrina? She's done horrible things in the name of her friendship with Chloe and even enjoyed some of them, but had finally hit her limit of how much abuse she can both dish out and take herself. Sabrina can definitely recognize that Luka is a good person, but more importantly Luka would have to actually try to sympathize with a person, rather than just immedietely like them. Lest we forget, Sabrina is the one who locked Juleka in the bathroom on picture day. Chloe told her to but Sabrina physically did it. Being confronted with someone who hurt his sister but is, herself, hurting, and is determined to help everyone but herself will be a lot of conflicting emotions for Luka, and Sabrina would need to get used to being the center of someone else's attention in a way not entirely dissimilar to how Chloe was for her, although significantly less codependent.

What makes Lukabrina interesting isn't that they're perfect for each other or that it's immedietly easy.

It's awkward and messy and they clash, they push each other out of their comfort zones and find a new one to settle in together.

It isn't instant or love at first sight, but by resolving their issues with each other through communication, honesty and trust, they are able to become a happy and wholesome couple.

Don't fucking tell me the odds lol, I know they're probably not winning but they deserve a fighting chance. So please feel free to add your own Lukabrina Viperhound propaganda!

A pairing that I didn’t like once, but it’s warmed up to me, especially since Feligami happened (I digress). Some might dislike it because they see it as “pair the spares” and that “their personalities would clash” (I previously thought the same way), but I still think they possibly could work.

Felix x Chloe

Eh. I mostly dislike this one because I barely like Felix with anyone as it is, but it’s clear that neither one of them like each other and I feel that Felix is manipulative. Also, I hate that both have done terrible things, but Felix basically gets off the hook while Chloe basically gets exiled out of Paris and gets to be sent to live with her deadbeat mother 🙃 Yeah, still salty.

I use to be a huge Sabrina fan in the earliest days of the show (I still am, but not as much as I used to be, especially thanks to S5). So due to this, I thought that Sabrina deserved better, in show AND in writing. I also felt the same for Luka (though not as much as Sabrina). So that left for me to think: Lukabrina. Why not?

They’re both misunderstood characters, claimed to be boring by many, look cute together, and they also reminded me of a watered down Lukanette, but still salvageable. I also think they both can be a bit too passive for their own good and it’s something they both can work on together. I feel like it COULD work. Heck, people can ship pairs like Luka x Chloe, Zoe x Luka, and Chloe x Sabrina. Why not Lukabrina?

Bug-a-boy ~ Luka & Adrien x Male Reader

College Au:

Luka - 19 / Adrien - 18 / Reader - 18

Idk about this one... but I wanted to write it. Basically a miraculous holder reader x adrien and luka - very short

Your college class is huge

But it's to be expected, you do go to the most popular college in Paris

You share the class with a group of friends that came from Francoise Dupont

Luckily, the groups appointed leader befriended you pretty early into the year

Marrientte Dupain-cheng was the kindest girl you knew

And her friends: Alya, Nino, Adrien and Sabrina weren't too bad either

Actually, you liked them a lot, and you were glad that they wanted to be friends with you

There was also this other guy from the year above, Luka

You didn't talk to him much, but the others were fond of him

But the few times you two did talk, he was nothing but calm and welcoming

All in all, you love your college and your friends

However...

The one setback to coming to Paris for school, was the Akuma's

After Hawk-moth's fall, a new owner of the Butterfly miraculous came to power

But to counteract that, Paris has its own team of Miraculous bearers

The only problem was, currently, Paris has no ladybug...

During a massive fight against a very powerful, akumatized villain, Ladybug was hit, and her powers disappeared

Well, not litterally, she remained transformed, however the villains power made it as if she were a regular adult wearing a superhero costume...

After sending Chat Noir, Rena Rouge and Viperion off to distract the villain, a now powerless Ladybug was running over to your college

After swapping out her miraculous from the Ladybug to another one, "Ladybug" finds you, hidden inside of a locker

"AHHHH! ANOTHER VILLAIN!" You shout, not recognising Ladybug with a new miraculous

"Not quite, (y/n)" she chuckles

"It's me, Ladybug. But my miraculous has been rendered useless..."

"Oh... I'm so sorry, Ladybug, wish I could help you somehow" you sympathise

"There is." Ladybug looks into your eyes with determination

"(Y/n) (L/n), here is the miraculous of the Ladybug, it offers the power of creation. I entrust you with this miraculous to fulfill my role while I can't, after that, you're to return these earrings to me - understood?" Ladybug explains with a grin

"Yes, Ladybug! I won't disappoint you"

After putting on the earrings the kwamii appears, explains the whole shtick and you get going

"Tikki, Spots on!" You shout and then you're set

"Once I'm fixed by the miraculous ladybugs, I'll use the horse miraculous to teleport you back to me, okay?"

"Of course Ladybug!"

And you were off, using your yo-yo to swing around the streets of Paris until you reached the action

A now powerless Rena Rouge trying to distract the villain as Chat Noir and Viperion try to figure out a plan while fighting the thing

"What the fuck..." Chat mumbles when you catch his eye, waving at him in a coy manner from a roof top

Both men watch you, confused as you jump down to them

"Who are you? Where's Ladybug??" Viperion questions frantically

"She decided to pass her miraculous onto me for a little while until we solve this little issue"

"Fine by me as long as you know what you're doing, bug-a-boy" Chat noir slyly remarks as he leans on his pole

"Bug-a-boy... I like that" you giggle and then get to business

Immediately you call on your lucky charm

"Yep, defiantly a real Ladybug holder haha! What you gonna do with that bugg-a-boy" Chat noir laughs as you hold onto a seemingly useless looking lucky charm

"I do, actually!" You say with a smile

"Just follow my lead boys, if you can keep up" you chuckle as you use your yo-yo to swing into action

"Damn, that boy has more charisma than you Chat Noir" viperion chuckles

"He does, doesn't he..."

The two of them follow you quickly

"Rena! I'm gonna need you to get that thing under thr arc-de-triumph!" You shout as you wizz past

"I'm on it"

"Viperion, once that villain" is under the Arc, use your second chance immediately please"

"Of course bug-a-boy" viperion smirks

Chat Noir looks at you smugly

You start to mark X's on the Arc using the bucket of paint your lucky-charm gave you

"I can see where this is going" the black cat chuckles

"Then you know when and where to use your cataclysm, kitty noir" you tease and spring into action when you see Rena Rouge and the villain coming your way

Once the villain is under the Arc, you use shout for Chat noir

He heads to one of the marks but before Chat can call his power, Viperion shouts

"Not that one! Try the one below it"

And so, once Chat Noir cataclysm's the Arc, it crumbles to pieces and buries the villain, one of the pieces crushing his akumatized item

"Bye bye little butterfly" you say with a chuckle, as the 3 other hero's watch you

The 2 men chuckling as a faint blush cover their faces

"Not a bad job for your first time, bug-a-boy"

"Do you really need to flirt with every Ladybug holder, Chat?" Rena jokes

"Yeah! Look at him, he's creeped out by you, he'd much prefer a snake over a cat" Viperion joins in

"What is up with you two"

"Haha, I like this team.... Miraculous Bug-a-boy!" You shout as you throw up the lucky-charm

5 seconds later, a portal appears next to you

"Good work, everyone!" A horse miraculous bearing Ladybug pops out

"Ladybug?!" Everyone questions

"Good job picking this one, Ladybug" Viperion chuckles as he puts an arm on your shoulder

"I look forward to seeing you soon again, milord~" Chat Noir teases as he kisses your hand

"That's enough Chat Noir, you'll see him soon enough!" Ladybug chuckles as she brings you through the portal after your goodbyes

After handing back the miraculous, life went back to normal, except that Ladybug started to call on you more often, but with a different miraculous this time

Life at school was normal as always

However when you were out with the hero gang, you'd noticed Chat Noir and Viperion becoming cosier to you than they were to the others...

Like when Chat Noir started bringing you roses everytime you were called on

Or one time, Viperion used his second chance to have "a perfect conversation" with you during patrol with you

You were flattered, but a little worried that the two were taking it too far

It had gotten to the point where the two of them were fighting, passive aggressive remarks and even disrupting fights against villains with their arguing

That was until Ladybug struck then a deal

"I will tell you his identity if you both stop this bickering, its becoming a problem. If you don't, I will take your miraculous"

Of course they both agreed

And that's when your school life changed as well

Because Adrien and Luka started bombarding you during your school day

Adrien already sat next to you in class, but during lunch Luka was on you like a snake to a rat

You were getting overwhelmed, but then again you loved the attention you were getting from them

After all, you hadn't ever had a boyfriend, this could be a nice change

Soon, the two of them started noticing that the other liked you

So they decided to combine their efforts

"Which one of us do you like the most!?!?" The two of them shout at you in frustration after weeks of trying to win you over

"I... I don't know! Okay?! I like you both... I don't wanna hurt one of you by rejecting you for the other"

"Then.... date us both?" Luka suggests with a smile

It took some convincing but the two of them managed to convince you

Hi! I wanted to ask if I could request a Luka (miraculous) x ftm reader (he/they). Where reader moves to Paris and becomes the new student in marinettes class. Noone knows that he is trans yet and everyone refers to him as "she". Because of that he gets akumatised but he can change to his normal self while being akumatised. So noone knows the new villain is him because while he is in his akumatised form he looks like a boy, but when he changes back to his normal form he somewhat looks like a girl and acts completely normal. The thing is, he isn't aktually bad or wants to harm people. Hawkmoth told him, that when he steals ladybugs and cat noirs miraculous, Hawkmoth would turn him into a real boy. You can put as much angst and fluff and whatever you want in it if you decide to write it. Sorry if it is confusing. How the story ends is up to you, but maybe a happy ending :). Thank you, and have a nice day!

It was 8:00AM when the teacher entered in the silent class,"Good morning students"the teacher said,"Good morning", the students said some half asleep and some others trying to not to fall asleep."I know you all aren't fully awake but I want you know that we have a new student"."You can come in".You entered the class looking at the floor,you walked straight were the teacher was and introduce your self,"Hi,i'm d/n".

It hurted you saying your birthname that you never felt like It was yours,but couldn't do anything,you were scared on how would people react.

"You can sit next to Ivan",then a tall boy raised his hand.Even tho it was your first at this new school you were scared because everyone was staring at you like you are some type of alien,but they are just curious.

After school you walked home while listening to music,when you arrived home you found a blue haired boy talking to your mom.

"Hey dear how was your first day of school?"you're mom said with a smile.

"It was good mom"you said looking confused at the blue haired boy.

"Oh I almost forgot,he's Luka Couffaine,my childhood best friend's son

"Luka,she is my daugther *deadname*"

You smiled uncomfortable not knowing what to do, after a few seconds he left because he had things to do.

After eating you went to your bedroom and lay down on your bed.You couldn't stop thinking about Luka,that boy that had you crazy from the second that saw him.

"He's so cute with that smile that is making me go crazy,wait,I just met him today,I can't fall in love with someone without knowing them" That's what you said to yourself.

In the last weeks you everytime you saw Luka he would say hi to you and sometimes even had little conversations.In the class you have been talking with almost everyone except for the blonde girl,Chloe and her friend Sabrina.

But we all know that hapiness isn't forever,one day you woke up without energy and not wanting to talk to anyone.In class you were quiet and your friends were worried about you.In the middle of the class you raised you hand,"Can I go to the bathroom?","Yes,but is everything is okay?",you didn't say anything,you just locked yourself in the bathroom and cried because everyone was refers to you as a girl,even if your not.Cried till you couldn't cry more,on the other side,Hawkmoth was prepared to akumatise his new victim.

A black and purple butterfly flew to you and akumatised you.

"Hello y/n","Who are you and how do you my name?"you said with a shaky voice,"I'm Hawkmoth and I am here to help you","Help me?,How are you going to help me?","I can make you look like a boy but... I want Ladybug and Chat Noir's miraculous".

There was silent for a few seconds,"So... Deal?"

"Deal but I want you to help me with some things because i just arrived a few weeks ago".You said with confidence on yourself.

*Toc Toc* "d/n,are you okay?Do you want to talk?"You hear Marinette worried voice.

You opened the door,without looking at Marinette,"I'm sorry for for worrying y'all,I was not in a good mood" you said while walking out of the bathroom.

It was break time and all you did was eat and listen to your friends.You didn't told anyone about Hawkmoth or that your are the new villain.

"So... Now I am an villain? I mean,they hurt people or try to win against heroes because of they're past.But I just want to be a boy,act and be treated as a boy"You were so deep on your thoughts that you didn't notice Alix talking to you,"Calling d/n to earth",while shaking you from your shoulders.

After that you went back to the class,during class you tried to do a plan in your mind of how to get the miraculous of Ladybug and Chat noir.

After the classes end,you said goodbye to you're friends and went home.

After hoy did all tour tasks, you told you're mom that you we're going for a walk,but that was a lie.

After a few minutes of walking you found a perfect place to active your power,the metro(in Paris the metro are underground).Luckily there wasn't anyone and you transformed,after you looked into the reflect of glass(imagine there was a window or something that could reflect) you saw a boy,you couldn't believe it)

When you came out from you hiding place,you saw that everyone that looked at you got scared, because even though you looked like a boy,you has the aspect of a "villain"

And this was the perfect moment for making some (desastre),the only way to catch ladybug and chat noir's attetion

(Just imagine the fight and all because I don't know how to do this part,sorry)

After a long fight,Ladybug tried to calm you down because she knew that you were innocent and it was all plan yo have the miracles.

Well you actually calmed down a bit.

Chat noir tried to aproach you slowly,in the end he succeded to break the akumatized object and have you back in your normal form.

After Ladybug restored everything,you fell down on your knees and repeting "I couldn't do it","It's over,I won't ever be an actual boy" while sobbing.

Ladybug and Chat noir stared at you with sad and worried eyes,they didn't know what to do or say.Ladybug sat next to you and tried to calm you down by hugging you.

"Little boy,look at me please" said chat noir while wiping away your tears,when he saw your puffy red eyes he got More worried but still tried to act calm for you."We don't know what made you do all of this but just let you know that we are here you anytime you need us"

And with that after a few minutes they dissapeard because their didn't have much time with their costumes on."We gotta go,don't have much time,see ya next time little boy".

After the weekend and all the incident that happened on friday you went back to daily routine,but this time was diferent,Marinette and Alya came to you and once again tried to be friends even after all the times you did never actually spoke too much.But this time you tried to actually be friends with them and tried your best so want be felt left out.

School was over and now you had summer vacations and with your group you went to a near park and the delicious ice cream from the sweet and kind man.Later y'all went to see the beautiful sunset on Luka's ship,"Guys I need to say something"you said while playing with your hands because of the nerves."I- I'm trans,I am boy who is trapped in girls body,and that my name is y/n"

Cons

Sabrina has helped Chloe bully Luka’s sister and actual crush in the past. He could hold animosity towards Sabrina over it like with Chloe.

They never interacted before. Heck, I don’t even know if they know of each other.

Luka tends to put others' feelings before his a bit too much. Sabrina does the same thing. That might cause them to clash.

Sabrina has both a toxic view of relationships (both platonically and romantically) and low self-esteem. It’s probably best if she works on herself before getting into any relationship.

Sabrina has a love interest already and the same with Luka.

Pros

Forgiveness is a thing. In my opinion, I don’t think Sabrina is worse than Chloe as far as behavior and being a bully. I’m one of those individuals that truly think that it will take a lot less work for Sabrina to redeem. Luka COULD help. He’s a nice boy that seems to see through imperfections. With the right guidance, I feel that Sabrina could change for the better. Hey, if Chluka can work out for some people, why not Lukabrina?

Sabrina has low self-esteem. I believe that Luka could help her see the potential Sabrina has and help her see her worth.

They might have never interacted or known of each other, but that just leaves room for others to add what they want to the characters and the relationship. After all, fanon tends to be better than canon.

They could change together.

No offense to Delmar at all, but he’s blander than a piece of bread. Luka has more of a personality.

They just look adorable together.

The shy brainiac with the cool, calm, and mellow Luka? HECK YES.

Conclusion

Like with many pairs on MLB, Lukabrina has the potential to be something great. They may have never truly met, but I really think if they did, with the right writing, I think they could be a cute pair that could work. Heck, if Lukanette is off the table and the love square happens (which I'm pretty sure it will), then I would prefer Lukabrina rather than Luka x Zoe or Luka x Kagami.

Afterthought

Sorry to Sabrinath fans, but Lukabrina to me is my new Sabrinath. In fact, it's A LOT better and more interesting.
