Mary’s room argument to me doesn’t say anything. It doesn’t seem to disprove that quaila isn’t physical.

All she learned was the specific patterns of neurons that fire when someone sees red, which is inevitably different for different people. So really, all she learned is how her specific neurons fire when her eyes receive the color red. Which she should already know, but couldn’t replicate because she doesn’t have tech to selectively stimulate neural pathways.
