Perhaps I am brave, to think that wearing a mask in the world of two faced /multiple faced people is not necessary. Perhaps I am foolish to leave my vulnerabilities exposed. But I choose to be me and therein lies my power.

That I choose to be proud of who I am. That I choose to love my darkness and my light. That I accept me, as flawed as I am, and still choose authenticity, over and over.

Every moment with you by my side is precious, irreplaceable. Every time I see you laugh, my heart aches. My heart aches because I realize its all the simple things I do, that make you smile. You don't need me to own the universe. You just need me to listen to your stories; participate in the excitement as you strategize on how you'll multiply your Robux; listen to your 8 year old jokes over dinner... You just need me to do your hair and kiss you when you're off... You need me smiling and you need some of my time.. Each moment with you, my love is precious. And as much as I'm dodging time, everyday, I'm glad you fight for me, with me. And I'm ecstatic we've got these Christmas holidays.
