Are Animated Videos For Safety Training Useful?
Tumblr media
Figuring out the best way to deliver safety training to your employees can sometimes be a challenge, especially if you don’t know the perks and drawbacks of each method. If you have been exploring your options, you have likely come across safety video animation as one of the increasingly popular methods. Not sure whether animated safety videos are useful? Well, going through this article should fix it. Read on to get a thorough understanding of whether it’s a good idea to use animated videos for safety training.
Effectiveness of animated safety training videos
While you might be familiar with the concept of video animation, the idea of using it for safety training might be new to you. Let’s check out well how animated safety training videos fare in different aspects.
Comprehensiveness
When it comes to safety training, every relevant point should be covered. Skipping any of the guidelines can potentially increase the chances of an accident due to an employee being unaware of a hazard. Well, animated videos do quite well in this regard and you can cover pages of information in a very short video.  This is one of the reasons why safety animation video for oil & gas is getting popular. Safety training in the oil and gas industry is often a challenge due to the large number of guidelines to cover, and animated videos are the perfect solution to it.
Clarity
So, you can cover a lot of information in an animated video, but would it be clear enough for the viewers? Crunching loads of information in a video won’t be of much use if the viewers cannot understand it properly. Fortunately, this won’t be a problem with 3D animated safety training videos. As long as you get the video made by professionals who know what they’re doing, it will be quite clear and concise. In fact, well-made animated videos are much clearer than recorded videos.
Generating interest
For a safety training video to be successful, the viewers need to find it interesting. Nobody likes to sit in front of a screen watching a boring video – they’ll likely zone out and miss important stuff. With an animated safety video, capturing and retaining the attention of the viewers is quite easy. This is because one can be extremely creative when making an animated video and incorporate unique ideas. Various audiovisual effects help too.
Detail
One of the biggest perks of using animated videos for safety training is that these videos can provide an impressive level of detail. You can integrate infographics in an animated video to provide the videos with detailed information as and when needed. Besides, professionals making a 3D animation video can carefully zoom in and emphasize specific parts of complex equipment. They can even customize colors or show the visuals of various internal parts to make sure every detail is covered.
Communication
Animated safety training videos also do great at communicating instructions and ideas to the viewers. You can provide voiceovers throughout the video, add subtitles, or even include various visual cues. For instance, you may integrate an animated video with colorful and attractive columns of Do’s and Don’ts or add flowcharts with safety instructions. This way, you can be 100% sure that the video will get your point across to the viewers.
Costs
You might be wondering about the costs associated with making an animated safety training video. While this depends on the length of the video, its content, and the amount of work it would take, you can rest assured that it would be quite cost-effective. In fact, making an animated video is often much cheaper than shooting a detailed training video in real life. A well-established safety animation video production company Dubai can provide you with reasonably priced services.
Convenience
Of course, you’d want to choose a safety training method that is convenient for the company as well as the employees. Animated videos once again tick the box – using them for safety training is both efficient and convenient. Firstly, you won’t have to put in much effort besides communicating with the production company. Neither would you need employees to train new members in the team. You can simply send them the videos, which they can watch whenever they feel convenient.
As we can see here, animated safety training videos are great in every aspect. They offer an interesting, cost-effective, and successful way to train new employees on your safety guidelines. These videos are hands-down very useful and worth opting for.
Where can you get professional animated safety training videos?
Worried that it can be difficult to get animated safety training videos made for your company? Don’t worry, it’s rather easy. Once you find a good animation video production agency, they can deliver all the videos you need. The challenge, however, lies in finding the best safety animation video production company Dubai. Here’s what you should look for:
You’d want to work with a well-established company that has been around for a while and has enough experience in making safety training videos. When you find a company you like, you may ask about their previous projects or even request to check their portfolio or samples.
Make the company has a good reputation in every aspect. Professionalism, company size, quality of work, transparency – it’s all important. Avoid working with a company that doesn’t satisfy even any one of these criteria.
Before you enter a contract for your animated safety video, you’ll want to ensure that the company is being upfront about the costs. There should be no hidden charges that may add to the expenses later on.
As long as you get the videos made by a skilled and experienced team of professionals, it should work out perfectly. Investing in high-quality animated safety training videos is every bit worth the money.

HAPPY INTERNATIONAL LION DAY
This celebration was founded by Big Cat Rescue, the world’s largest accredited sanctuary dedicated to big cats.
Even though they are sometimes referred to as the 'king of the jungle', lions are under grave threat due to a number of man-made issues, including poaching and deforestation. The lion population is rapidly declining. Therefore to spread awareness about the lions and the issues faced by them World Lion Day is observed on August 10 every year.
Lion numbers have dramatically declined to the point where the species needs to be placed on the endangered list, just like its larger cousin the tiger.
According to the International Union for the Conservation of Nature, lions are a “vulnerable” species, meaning that their numbers could and should be higher. Currently, researchers estimate that there are between 30,000 and 100,000 lions left on planet Earth.
Over the course of five decades, the global lion population has decreased by about 90%.
The threats against lions are many: they face the dual specters of increasingly popular “trophy hunting” and human incursion on their traditional wildlands. A reduction in food combined with hunting tourism is making them more vulnerable with every passing year.
Raise awareness on Lion Day and the issues that the species faces in the wild, share photos of this big cat with your friends, support the protection of natural habitats.
Facts about lions
• While female lions perform the majority of the hunting, male lions guard the pride's territory. Nevertheless, the males always eat first.
• The most social of all the big cats, African lions live in packs called 'prides'. About 15 lions make up a pride.
• While a lion can run at 50 mph for short distances and leap 36 feet, its roar can be heard up to five miles away.
• The colour of a male lion's mane is a reliable indicator of his age. The older the lion, the darker his mane.
• Lions are the second-largest cat in the world, just behind the Asian tiger.
• Lions are typically found in grasslands and plains rather than the forests.

why is it so much worse knowing how many people out there want me (& everyone in this body) dead cause we don't feel empathy than knowing about the ones who want the same cause we're trans
#i mean i guess it's cause we live in a bubble where most people we know are trans#n the whole 'empathy makes us human' thing is a rly popular opinion in the more progressive circles#i guess it's. just another item in the long list of traits that might make us subhuman to others#we don't even have it as bad as people w/ like aspd n stuff. it's a lot easier to hide for us#usually will come off as social awkwardness instead#but every time there's a video going around the mainstream sm where someone w/ low/no empathy talks about how their mind works#the majority of the comments are just so. dehumanizing. like we're some rabid animals that need to be put down for public safety#n i guess causw it's so inherently linked to whatever it is about our wiring that makes us so. different from almost everyone else.#why we can't seem to connect w/ people n why we feel so fucking isolated all the time#like we just came out wrong n there's no fixing it#& the way we've lately come to understand more how much dmg our mother prevented w/ her parenting#but also how much of it that stuck coulda been prevented if she'd had the tools & safe environment#i don't even mean like. the trauma shit. but the things that needed to be noticed n steered into a different direction when we were small#instead of us wreaking havoc up to our late teens when we finally connected some dots that most people have connected from birth#though i think most of the usual ways of correcting it are more or less abusive. there's ones that aren't but idk how accessible that info#woulda been 20+ years ago#anyway it just really sucks how our fb feed tries to give us some light informative vids on people w/ similar experiences in some areas#n the comments are 80% ppl throwing around diagnoses they don't understand#n holding us responsible for everything their shitty abusive ex/parent/boss did#n literally sayin shit like 'people like this are better off dead'#not very good for my mental health#even though i don't give much more value to those people than they put on ones like me#spdrvent

hbggg wanna write America and Australia asking old ppl (Scotland and prussia, china maybe) about the first high explosives which ends in them making fulminating gold and silver in scotlands garage, they get out the aqua reigis it's a fucking blast (ba dum tss).
But I don't have the chemistry knowledge
#Rather I do have the chemistry knowledge I just dont know how to convey it without sounding like a paper#pls send help I hate having science brainrot#The heam speaks#For context culminating silver is incredibly reactive. If you touch it with a lighted splint even if its wet it'll just fukin detonate on#Jack would love watching Gilbert and Alisdair argue about how to make fulminating silver and Alfred would be taking notes bc he wants#Imagine your uncle and some other crusty dude yelling at each other about how not to handle high explosives. Then it detonated#Everyone knows mercury fulminate they probably wouldn't go through that#WAIT THOSE 4 WOULD HAVE A SCIENCE CHANNEL#Alfred would go on 2 hour long explanations about astrophysics#And with Gilbert and alisdair they could easily talk for hours on shitty video quality about machines and their mechanisms and their histor#Gilbert and alisdair would have a whole series “What not to do with chemistry” basically making a lot of explosives#And things of questionable legal standing. Like carbon tetra chloride because we know alisdair doesn't throw shit out and probably has some#Organo-phosphates and other highly dangerous chemicals and compounds banned in the 60s to 90s in his shed#Alfred just casually talks about nuclear reactions.#Jack and guest appearances of zee would be examining animal and human biology in a sory of crack head way that people love.#He has a pretty large base of people who watch his videos. Short and quick forward but genuinely educational#While people like me are going to watch Alfred go on for hours about isotopes and allo tropes and isomers fission fusion the whole lot.#Alisdair and Gilbert's velideos constantly toe the line of legality. There is a lot if swearing and questionable health and safety

“Where there’s smoke, there’s fire.” Absolutely. But is the fire wild and destructive; or safely contained and being used for something?
“Being into dark and disturbing media is a red flag.” I can’t disagree with that. Most people who are okay with committing crimes in real life are okay with viewing disturbing things for entertainment; however, many good (or neutral) people are okay with things in fiction that they wouldn’t be okay with in real life. If you don’t know someone at all — who they are, or what they do — you cannot judge their motivations for liking or disliking something. But absolutely exercise caution online when dealing with any group of people.
Some online communities may be so rife with actual illegal activity that it is best to stay away from them, despite much of the content within them being legal and — for the most part — morally neutral. As a result, the illegal activity may fly under the radar and be allowed to remain on the internet. In these cases, it is your responsibility to report the community to higher authorities, as people and/or animals will be adversely effected if you do nothing.
If you are comfortable pursuing the issue, do not block the content before you’re done reporting it, as you may need to try several times before someone does anything about it. You don’t want to cut off your access to evidence that can be used against a harmful group.
Do not leave comments or engage with the individuals within the harmful community in any way, shape, or form. You may want to tell them “go to hell you fucking degenerates,” and I understand how you might feel that’s the right thing to do… However! This is the kind of behavior that will get you blocked and banned; thereby cutting you off from any plans of reporting illegal activity after they’ve seen your comment. If you have no access to the content; you cannot report it. The best thing to do is go in silently.
Do not report — or even look at — any artwork or fiction; hurting and embarrassing yourself is all that will accomplish. If there is nothing “blatantly illegal” (such as photos or videos of illegal activity), look for other evidence of the members engaging in actual illegal activity (such as requesting photos or video of illegal activity, or confessing to crimes they’ve committed for others’ gratification), and report these instead, since that is precisely the conduct you are trying to prevent. You cannot put out a fire by waving away the smoke; you must get rid of the fire itself, which is causing the smoke.
But remember: not all smoke is caused by the same type of fire. Some can be from a stove left unattended; other types can be from a fireplace. You can’t call a fireman to put out your neighbor’s fireplace just because you don’t like seeing smoke come out their chimney.
(If you tag this with ANY term followed by a word meaning “wanting two characters to kiss,” or potentially, “large boat,” I will throw a rock at you. This is about how to properly report content in a way that doesn’t waste moderators’ (or the FBI’s) time; because my belief system is practical and action-based rather than philosophical. Thanks.)
