The moment that the other drivers comment on the situation with anything other than complete neutrality, they are liable, especially if this situation ends up in court, to be called on as a witness and testify in trail.

Also, F1 drivers have an influential opinion, if they were to give their opinion in favor of one side or the other they could effect the public opinion and the opinion of the professionals handling this and interfere with the investigation.

For example, F1 drivers come out in favor of CH-thé case goes to trail-the redbull employee looses the trail- she can claim bias based on a party that is partial to the side opposing her and demand a retrial at a higher court, and the opposite would apply if it went to trail and the employee won, CH could demand the same.

Also, when dealing with situations that have a lot of PR / media influence, you are often trying to keep the situation under control, if every driver commented their hot take on it, especially not knowing enough about the entire investigation, the roof of this whole thing could blow off and basically result in uncontrollable chaos which is the exact opposite of what would benefit this situation.

I really hope people read this!

People need to realise that there is no upside for these drivers to get involved in a mess that doesn’t concern them. Not to mention a mess that evolves daily and is dragging everyone even close to it through the mud.

sakusa and atsumu are both horribly sore losers but for different reasons. sakusa is because he's the youngest sibling and his older siblings have a massive age gap to him - he never learned how to lose. But atsumu has a twin brother who he fights with for everything. He Needs to win.
