Powerless by Waterparks: It's a very sweet song about how the singer wants to spend time with their lover, live in the moment and how powerless they feel around them. It feels very much like Jon about Jay. The only guy who can make Superman forget his strength and drop his armor is his lover <3. This part is so Jon:

"And you can devastate my personal space I never liked it anyway"

Your Best American Girl by Mitski: This wasn't picked by me, this is the JayJon server-assigned song for Jay about Jon. The song's about conforming to American standards. Jay's Gamorran & has had to live in America because of the devastation in his own country. He's recently had to abandon his secret identity, his own methods of journalism and his former team, all because he was by Jon's side. He now works FOR a Superfam member. He's had to mold so much of himself to Jon and it's sad, it's clearly affecting Jay and neither of them want this but due to Jon's family being the Superfamily, there's nothing they can do.

Sleepless by Dutch Melrose: It's about fearing that the person you love is moving on without you, that they've found love and happiness in a place that isn't you and wanting them back. Now that's like every break-up song, but a few lines really reminded me of Gojo's feelings on Geto.

"Started as friends, but less than lovers It's all making sense, on days I'm thinking about us I can't pretend I never wondered If you'll need me like I've needed you"

Lilith by Halsey ft. Suga: It was the anthem for Diablo IV and I know nothing about this game but I DO know this was an og Halsey song modified to be about the relationship between the characters Lilith and Inarius. A super important demon and angel, both commanders in a really, really long war who got tired of the fight entirely and wanted to change things. They were lovers and things seemed to be going fine until things flipped and suddenly they were enemies. These lines are SO GETO;

I have been screaming about how Jon got the literal SAME treatment as Chris for AGES but people can't seem to get over the fact DC decided for the UMPTEENTH time that you know what couples need? Biological kids over adopted ones we have always been screwing over anyway! Chris isn't the first adopted kid to get fucked over by DC! Stop concentrating your anger on the fictional characters and start getting angry at the writers and editors! I want THEIR asses on a platter, not Jon's!

Oh, let's not forget the fact Chris was always going back to the Phantom Zone at the end of his debut run— but because Last Son's artist had to take a nearly year-long break due to health issues, the other writers took that as an opportunity to develop Chris and his relations with the Superfamily.

Superkids are disposable for Clark angst, whether one accepts it or not. Chris isn't the first to get the shaft (that would be Cir-El, who was even retconned as not being RELATED to Clois because people hated her guts as a Supergirl-replacement so much) and as you can see, he certainly isn't and won't be the last (see: Jon). I'm sure those twins won't last long either.

(I have beef with Kennedy so I tend to ignore the twins' existence unless someone forces me to acknowledge them. He is on my shit list though— at least Jon wasn't created as a (blatant) replacement for Chris, unlike those two! I can't believe he even admitted that! In an interview!

You could have found a way to deage Jon and solidify yourself as a legend regardless of how the rest of your run goes, but noooo, you had to cram in your own OCs instead! You don't even get to own their IP, idiot!

Oh, and I read somewhere (or was it in the same interview?) that the girl was gonna die at the end of the Warworld saga too! As if the boy twin wasn't enough of an obvious replacement (who I might add even has some similarities with Chris too)! And you had to screw over the New Gods for them too! They are barely recovering from King's Mister Miracle, dude!)

see anon, one thing i've realized about BOTH dc fandumb and dc editorial after being off dc comics for nearly ten years is that......... they not reading 😂😂😂 that's literally it, and im tired of pretending like that's not a problem on BOTH sides. it's so funny bc yeah, chris was never meant to last, but he DID have an impact, but you would think that after the nuking of the universe, the failure that was the new 52, and then the rebirth initiative to bamboozle hoes back into buying overpriced singles.............. they would, like, make a genuine effort not to be stupid with their own heritage properties, but the clowns keep clowning!!!

as for the children of clark kent.... i mean, yeah. they're destined to suffer. i don't know kennedy johnson that well but i enjoyed warworld, and tbh, i love ALL of superman's kids. call me clown too, it's ok. i know there's no hope for any of them to lead any kind of meaningful life on account of being his children, adopted or not, but i do love how their characters fit into the broader narrative. unfortunately, i did not know he was using otho and osul to substitute for what would have been OG chris, but tbh, that does not surprise me.

just like it doesn't surprise me how a lot of fandumb is quick to blame pink capitalism as to why jon was revealed as bisexual and not, like, the fact that bendis didn't DO anything with jon after aging him up. homie was just floating in the 31st century macking on a telepath and looking like tom welling circa 2005 😂😂😂 listen, the gays are being fed for the time being. tomorrow they might decide we're not worth the hassle, but for now, we get to see cute pride specials with superman and his pinkette since no one's bold enough to write a series of elgibbityqueue elseworlds where clark gets to mack on john henry irons and jimmy olsen.

but i digress! i love those superkids! i love chris and jon! i hope bendis comes back and destroys the rest of this continuity so we can finally force editorial to commit to character bibles, and hire editors who aren't writing books that might be easy to adapt into shitty tv shows and movies. i also hope the next wave of dc blockbusters flop. plus i want kon el to kiss bart allen. i am a woman of multitudes.

So I saw somewhere a post that talked about how some fictional characters just have a divorce vibe going on, like, at no point in time were they ever married but they just give off that feeling that they got divorced

And now I can only think of Clark Kent and Lex Luthor having that vibe

And I spent close to an hour talking about this to my sibling and how it would be a good idea for a new DC show like, you can make so much money off of just the main Batfam alone and there are literally so many people in there that it’s just an amazing idea to have them all in a show together but kind of like a Good Luck Charlie kinda thing because there’s more than enough angst in the world

But in the case of not having enough of a budget for so many characters in one show I turned to the Superfam (Batfam is Huge like, I don’t even know half of the extended family version and that’s like at least ten characters so I could see why it wouldn’t be entirely feasible to have a show that included everyone while still being good with nice character development without having a billion dollars for the budget)

The Superfam, in my personal experience, is composed of Ma & Pa Kent (farm vibes plus I refuse to have either of them die in my AU), Clark Kent (main Superman), Lois Lane (Lana? was Smallville Lois i guess??? But idk enough about her so she’s not here), Jon Kent (Superboi II), Kara Danvers (Supergirl) & Conner Kent (Superboi I)

Now I’ve stopped watching CW shows like, forever ago??? But my brother kinda keeps up with them and basically the gist is that the ratings of every other show suck Except for the Superman & Lois show (because it’s 💫new💫) and I saw the cover of the poster like “Ah, the werewolf dude. . . mmmhhmmm that’s Lois yes, yes that’s Johnny boi, and um is that???? Nooooo, they wouldn’t do that to Conner right???? Please tell me they didn’t make Conner blonde” and I was informed that the blonde teen is Chris???? Like

I’m not even joking but the only way I even know of Chris is from a random fanfic I read where Dick Grayson gets his own super from an alternate reality named Chris, that’s my only point of reference for this character

But let’s talk about how Conner Kent (OG Superboi) was excluded

Now I haven’t seen any episodes of this and I probably never will (no hate I’m just really unmotivated to start new shows at all) so idk if they might mention Conner or even allude to him in one scene or something

But this was my main motivator as to my new Superfam TV Show Idea

Have Lex Luthor not be a Superman villain, he’s mainly a successful businessman, a little shady but who isn’t, and he doesn’t want to Kill Superman, he just wants to be able to have some sort of viable protection against a Kryptonian in case of an invasion (see Man of Steel + CW’s Supergirl) or suddenly having a mind controlled Superman on their hands (see Justice League series or just look up what Red Krytonite does) so he makes it like his side thing to figure out ways to neutralize or hold back a Kryptonian, Clark totally thinks that Lex is obsessed with finding a way to kill Superman because they had a bad end to their friendship in high school so he’s always suspicious of Lex, Lex hasn’t really ever tried to kill him though because 1. It’s not that deep Clark ok? And 2. He’s a busy busy man with a very important job position and a company to run so does he look like he has time to harbor an obsession over someone who rejected him back in high school??? You’re more of a constant side quest Clark, so stop trying to put him on the JL watchlist ( btw ik about Lena Luthor, haven’t forgotten her but she doesn’t really play a part in this AU so let’s just have her and Kara off to the side doing their own thing ok? Ok)

Lex, Bruce & Oliver all knew each other when they were kids and went to the same school, this is just an extra detail I wanted to happen because Lex and Ollie definitely know Bruce is Batman and absolutely HATE having to deal with Brucie Wayne because “I know you’re just doing this to irritate me Bruce, you just want to see if you can make a vein throb in my forehead but I will valiantly ignore your dumbassery because I know you hate being Brucie just as much as we hate having to put up with Brucie so suck on that you petty bitch” because they bonded in ye olden days, childhood friends so to speak

Anyway so Cadmus tries to get Lex to make an investment in their company, seeing as Cadmus is shadier than Gotham when it rains Lex is basically like ‘no ❤️’ and doesn’t make a deal with them, Cadmus gets mad at not having Lexcorp financially backing them so Lex has an ‘accident’ and they steal his DNA, then they steal Superman’s DNA somehow and *boom* a Superboi is formed

Because I don’t know much about how the Core Four became friends in the first place (Robin Tim Drake, Impulse Bart Allen, Wonder Girl Cassie Sandsmark & Superboy Conner Kent) I’m just gonna go with what happens in the show Young Justice except it’s the Core Four becoming the Core Four when they liberated Conner (who at this point believes himself to be a clone of Superman and has only been given Superboy as a name) from Cadmus, same shit goes down meaning that Clark is just straight up NOT vibing with Conner, Conner just wants a mentor please, and the Bats kinda give Clark a passive aggressive treatment for not taking Superboy under his wing or at least agreeing to teach him how to control his powers, especially Tim because that’s his Bestie so yes

Anyway, YJ saves ppl and is on the news or whatever and Lex finds out about Superboy’s existence that way, so he researches this new super on his free time, finds out that he came from Cadmus and claims to be a clone of Superman, yet doesn��t have the whole power set Superman has??? Wait, didn’t Lex reject Cadmus’ proposal and the got into a mysterious accident??? Long story short Lex goes connecting the dots, hacks into Cadmus’ files, finds out he technically has a son with Superman and decides to take Superboy under his wing (I’ll go more in depth as to why Lex would want to do this in this AU later but the abridged version would be that he wants a kid but doesn’t have the time nor interest in finding a wife??? Also the radiation that made him bald as a kid also affected his reproductive system so while it’s not impossible for him to conceive kids he would have a very hard time actually getting to father a kid)

Him and Conner, who still goes by Superboy at this point in time, meet up and Conner finds out that here is a parent figure that is both available and actively wants to be a part of his life, so he agrees to get to know Lex and the series would focus on them becoming a family, with a special episode when Conner asks Lex for help in choosing a name for himself and it ends up with him agreeing to become Conner Luthor, it would be heartwarming and Mercy would make sure it happens within a day (Mercy is Lex’s bodyguard/PA but they’re also besties and she becomes the Responsible yet Chaotic Aunt as Lex and Conner’s father-son relationship progresses)

Obviously Clark becomes super suspicious of Lex getting close to his ‘clone’ and when Conner decides to go public as Lex’s son he’s like *GASP* and calls up Bruce because we need to get on this Bruce, Lex is a villain and blah blah blah but Bruce would be over Clark’s shit and hit him with that “actually, Lex was also an unwilling genetic donor to Superboy, who actually is not your clone either, and has agreed to take him in, I’ve been on this shit since they first met and the kid is doing just fine so if you keep poking your nose in their business then that’s your problem but you better be ready to pay child support bitch . . . have a good day ❤️”

The series would just focus on Conner getting to have a good parent figure in Lex and go more into their civilian lives rather than focusing on the superhero thing, Conner, Bart, Tim & Cassie have a sleepover at Lex’s house at one point, Lex totally Knows what’s up but it’s all good because these are his baby’s friends and they’re good people who are more than willing to prank Superman for rejecting his kid and giving his baby self worth issues (Mercy supports them)

Anyway, that’s basically the idea for a new Superhero Show

Native to Australia, they are approximately 100mm long and can weigh 7-12 grams.

Paul: Honduran White Bat

My favorite bat for my favorite boy! They have an average length of 3.7 - 4.7 cm and are vegetarians. They sleep inside heliconia leaves with up to 12 other bats.

Super-Sizing the Superfamily: A DC Comics Storybuilding Project

So, on a forum I post on, we’ve been working on a storybuilding project. To wit, we plan to envision a selection of Superman and related comic books, if the Superman family was allowed to be even bigger than the Batman family, with multiple Superboys and Supergirls, as well as various other characters. To this end, we are be using multiple different versions of some characters, as well as occasionally decompositing existing characters.

At the bare minimum, I'd like to come up with a set of Superman Family titles (not everyone gets their own book, of course), and plot out a year of storylines, culminating in a Superman Family Crossover. Ideally we'd go beyond that as well, but given how ambitious that goal is, I'm not holding my breath.

The project has hit a bit of a wall ATM, so I figured now was as good a time as any to post what we’ve got so far on Tumblr. With his permission, I am tagging @davidmann95, the Internet’s Premier Supermanologist, to get his opinion, but anyone is free to comment or make suggestions.

We begin with... The "Core" Super-fam. *In the Silver Age, Jor-El had two brothers, his younger brother Zor, Kara's dad, and his twin Nim-El. We are making this Kara daughter of the former rather than the latter, born on Argo City, which survived the destruction of Krypton, named for her presumed dead cousin, sent to Earth when the systems keeping the city alive began to fail. **Keeping mostly the S:TAS backstory, with the caveats that the people of Argos were Kryptonian colonists, not a separate species, and that she's a relative of Zor-El's wife Alura In-Ze, with "Kara" and "In-Ze" being common family names. ***Something her ship encountered on her journey to Earth created a duplicate that took even longer to arrive, and was the subject of the previous Superfam crossover. ****The original "Super Girl", magically created by Jimmy wishing into existence a perfect mate for Superman.

Next, The Superfam books and casts thereof (not distinguishing between main, supporting, and recurring characters) (no villains as of yet. Mostly)

There are a few other odds and sods here and there, but that’s most of it, asides from the fact we’ve decided to costume the Supergirls thusly:

-Karen, of course, wears the Power Girl costume. -Cir-El has a distinct costume already. -Linda is rocking the DCSHG look.* -Iara has her S:TAS look.* -I wanna say Nara's wearing one of the Bronze Age-era outfits, but they might be too '70s to really work? -Mae is wearing a somewhat sexier version of the classic look (I'm imagining she's the second-most vavavoom-y of the Supergirls after Karen). -Zara I is wearing the second TV show suit with the pants. -Zara II (Tara?) is wearing the Jim Lee cheerleader outfit. Note: despite both being a miniskirt and bellyshirt, her outfit is notably skimpier than Iara's, with a shorter, lower slung skirt, and a tighter top with...what's the right way of saying there's less of it? This is her deliberately distinguishing herself from her older duplicate's more modest look. *May switch these, IDK.

carcinization is when things evolve into crabs, but but everything that does this is actually a crab. a lot of crabs aren’t actually crabs. theres a distinction between “true crabs” and “false crabs”!

the physical differences are that usually ‘real crabs’ have four pairs of walking legs, while fake ones have only two or three pairs. real crabs also tend to have short abdomens that are hidden under their shells, while fake crabs have longer and less protected ones.

out of the five living lines of carcinized crustaceans (one line is extinct), four are in infraorder ‘anomura’ (the king crabs [evolved from hermit crab ancestors!!!], porcelain crabs [closely related to a type of lobster??], the hairy stone crab [the lone species in its family], and hermit crabs!!) and one line (the true crabs!) are in infraorder brachyura! the extinct line was order cyclida, who existed before true crabs even evolved!! the og crabs that dont even get to be true crabs....

side note, im fascinated that these lines of crab evolved separately, but are still in the same order (decapoda, because crabs are decapods [and actually take up around half the creatures classified as decapods!!]). orders are supposed to be composed of animals evolving from a similar ancestor, but not only did anomura evolve separately from brachyura, but three of the lines within anomura evolved separately!

there seems to be some evidence that some reclassification is needed among anomura! this text (https://bmcecolevol.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/1471-2148-13-128) seems to indicate that within anomura, while most families/superfamilies are monophyletic (descended from a common ancestor), the three lines that evolved separately are either para- or polyphyletic, (descended from different ancestors) meaning that they shouldn’t be in the same taxon! they’re misclassified and shouldn’t be considered related to each other as much as they are currently thought to be!

so tldr; a crustacean thats been carcinized isn’t always ‘actually’ a crab, because there’s a distinction between ‘real crabs’ and ‘fake crabs’. There’s physical differences that can tell them apart, but it all boils down to they evolved separately. the ‘real crabs’ are infraorder brachyura, and the ‘fake ones’ are all grouped under infraorder anomura. however, its weird that all fake crabs are anomura, because they evolved separately from each other. research indicates that’s a misclassification that it hasn’t been corrected yet.

Okay, going by who was around during his time as Robin, you know 1984, his team would have been =

Billy Batson - Captain Marvel, who had only been recently introduced into DC comics after the whole lawsuit bull.

Helena Wayne - who was completely wasted but should have been Batgirl at least for a while. She just kinda existed for a while and had a weird incest-ish relationship with Dick Grayson.

Kara Zor-L - Power Girl, who personally I never understood why she was always seen as like an adult when she’s Supergirl doppelganger, and even before the whole ‘I’ll keep making her breasts bigger to see if the editors notice’ bull. She never really got friends outside of the Superfamily, but the stories that she did it was Helena Wayne who was Robin.

Amy Winston - (Princess) Amethyst, who was actually created in the same year as Jason! She, much like Billy, would only be like a year or two older than Jason. We get an age for her, like Billy, and she became a princess/hero at 13.

Also, Freddy Freeman and Mary Bromfield when they get their powers, later.

If we go from now, y’know if someone actually created a series with Robin Jason instead of Dick or Tim or God-Forbid Damian. Most animated series has Dick, recent stories keep trying to give Damian a team and there’s a new YJ comic featuring the OG team and then some. But I’d add =

Maxine Hunkel - Cyclone, because she’s completely underused and honestly very interesting. She’s a legacy from a very forgotten hero and a hero who is so wholesome. You think Ma Kent is wholesome? You think badass grandpa is a great trope? Well, how about we talk Ma Hunkel, the OG Red Tornado?!

Courtney Whitmore - Star-Spangled Kid then Stargirl, who is honestly such a headstrong girl and I kinda love her relationship with Billy. She’d probably have a real tense relationship with one of the other girls, not for girl drama but because many of the others are also very stubborn, but both Billy and Jason are kinda chill I guess. Robin Jason, while violent in fighting, was always very polite and earnest in personality. He loved school and reading and was such a cute contradiction.

Both girls are usually seen in tandem with Billy and Mary so by extension they would be apart of Jason’s Generation too. Anyway, I feel like if they gave Jason a Gen, not only would it be great, fun, interesting, and a lot of other things, it also would have saved him from death. I mean no one liked him and the writers didn’t do anything with him. But imagine if they did!

Idk when it will stop. It's always happening in all animals so we can be better and better and chances of survival increase. Babe rat and Hamster are different. Okay I'll tell this real quick hope this will clear up your doubt. Okay so when we classify organisms we do it on based on similarities/common trait so at the top we have Domain then Kingdom—Phylum—Class—Order—Family—Genus—Species. But we also have sub ranks over here. We have superfamily, family, subfamily and so on with genus and species too. So Rat and Hamster are from same Superfamily but when we go down they both belong to different family and subfamily, and they are also from different genus and species. Okay? Rat and Hamster look very much alike coz they are from same Superfamily which means they share every common characteristics that comes before superfamily. (That means they both belong to same kingdom, same phylum and same class, same order. So all these characteristics for rat and Hamster are same. But when we go into “family” where there are 3 sub rank. So for rat and Hamster superfamily is also same but family and subfamily are different.)

😂😂yeah there no animal doctor. They didn't cared about compatibility coz even before they had the choice animal had sex with each other that time too. They were pretty much compatible even with their siblings coz they didn't care who they are doing it with. And in choosing part they incline more towards what males are doing to get the attention. I think it's that alpha male kind of thing where the males will try to show their alphaness saying the female to "pick me" they might growl louder to convey I'm strong or maybe sometimes if they live in packs they fight off other males to show they are superior. These things happen animals. And like I said in peacock there is showing off there wings that something males do to. It's their way of saying “pick me”. Females can choose their mate by things the male do to convince them that they are good mate.

In evolved part they say that the size of human brain has increased with evolution. And also they say that pinky toe is getting smaller and smaller coz evolution think it's of no use and maybe one day it will disappear. Also we have four lobe in brain, you don't have to know the name but there's this frontal lobe it's like in the forehead region so that one is like new evolved part. It was like 1.9 or 2 million year ago. But we consider it as new.

How did we get here? Okay I just wanted to tell this that the brain evolved in upward direction. Remember the pic I told you to see. The spinal cord--brain stem---brain, that one. So evolution goes upwards. And this frontal lobe is new evolved part. Okay. And the "want/desire" thing in love. That one is very primitive thing coz all animals have sex so the stimulation of "want/desire" is down there in the old parts of brain. Coz wanting to have sex is a basic thing. I hope you got this much. This is what I wanted to tell you about evolution and the “want” part of love. That's why I told you to see the image. Hope you got it.

2. Do you like the arrowverse? If so what’s your favorite show?

Nope, not at all.

3. First comic read?

Either the tie-in comic for Teen Titans (Teen Titans Go, ironically enough?) or the tie-in comic for the Legion cartoon.

4. What introduced you to the DC universe? Was it a show, comic or movie?

The cartoons. I used to watch the DCAU at my aunt’s house because I was only allowed to stay up late enough to watch them when we were over at her house, and then later on I would watch the TT cartoon at my own house because it was on at a more resonable time.

5. Favorite character?

I mean, probably Querl.

6. Favorite canon ship?

Salu/Ayla, I think. Maybe Pink Lightning. I don’t ship either of them super hard but they’re good ships.

7. Favorite non-canon ship?

Querl/Lyle, to absolutely no one’s surprise.

8. Pre-N52 or N52?

Pre-n52 so hard. Not much good came out of the n52 and it killed a whole lot of good.

9. Rebirth or N52?

Early Rebirth? Like, the first year to year and a half were great, but right now it’s starting to become very meh again. Snyder and Bendis are not good, King is incredible hit and miss and Johns’ shit is taking too goddamn long and hogging so many good characters.

10. Death in the Family or Death of Superman?

I’m not a huge fan of either of them, to be honest. I guess DitF is at least a little shorter?

11. Favorite live action movie?

I haven’t watched the older stuff, but probably one of those. Or nothing at all.

12. Favorite animated movie?

It’s a tie between Crisis on Two Earths and GL: Emerald Knights.

13. DCEU or DCAU?

DCAU all the way, it is so much better even at its worst.

14. Favorite member of the trinity?

Superman. I love his supporting cast and how much of a straight laced farm boy he manages to be even as one of the world’s most powerful men.

Trinity.

16. Outsiders or Titans?

I haven’t actually ever read a full Titans run, I just can’t seem to get hooked on them. Not that I’m a fan of the OG Outsiders either, but the second team were pretty great while they lasted.

17. Teen Titans or Young Just Us?

I have read most of YJ, so due to the above mentioned reason it’d have to be them. I didn’t really love YJ either, which is weird because it feels like I fall in love with almost every teen team Marvel puts out, but most of DC’s just don’t seem to stick in the same way.

18. Favorite animated show?

Batman the Brave and the Bold. It’s funny and has a lot of re-watch value even though it might not be the deepest show.

19. Favorite superhero family?

I guess the Doxs don’t count on account of producing like 1.2 superheroes in five generations.

The Superfamily. Good people, nice family interaction and appropriate amounts of uninvited stepfathers.

20. Young justice(show) or Teen Titans(show)?

TT is good nostalgia, but it hasn’t aged all that well. Faux anime isn’t a good look in 2018. YJ is more fun to watch right now but is slightly less enjoyable as a whole.

21. Do you watch Teen Titans Go?

I’ve seen some episodes, but I have since stopped caring.

22. Favorite Robin?

Tim.

23. So you prefer Superman and Wonder Woman or Batman and Wonder Woman?

No.

24. If you had total control what would you change?

Almost everything? As of right now I’d probably limit Snyder and Bendis’ control over anything but a very small sliver of the universe, either find an additional artist for Gary Frank or a way for him to speed up his artistry, cancel Superheroes in Crisis or whatever it’s called and launch a few new books (Booster Gold and L.E.G.I.O.N., off the top of my head).

Oracle.

26. Whos your favorite batgirl?

No one.

27. Batgirl and the birds of Prey or Redhood and the Outlaws?

RatO, marginally.

28. Favorite comic run?

L.E.G.I.O.N.+R.E.B.E.L.S. or DnA’s Legion Lost.

Francis Manapul and Olivier Coipel.

I’m not entirely sure to be honest. Bedard and Johns are good, and Giffen is great when he’s on top of his game.

Nope, not in the least. He should be dead.

32. Who do you think is the most overused or overrated characters?

Batman, the Joker and Harley Quinn share that title. None of them are really interesting enough to warrant the popularity they have and I don’t get what people see in them, especially not the latter two. You’ve got droves of cool sci-fi characters who do all kinds of shit, but for some reason people want to read 50 different and usually not particularly good books about them instead.

STAS.

34. Legion of Superheros or Batman Beyond?

LoSH and I will fist fight anyone who says anything else.

36. Justice league or Justice league Unlimited?

I kind of view them as the same thing, and they both have high and low points. JL does have Comfort and Joy though.

Haven’t seen either.

38. Who do you think is the most overlooked or underused character?

Vril and his unwilling group of not-friends. They could have been a good counterweight to the GLC that appeared from time to time, but instead they seem to have gotten thrown into limbo. (Yes, they had awful sales but it’s not my fault that people have shit taste.)

No.

40. Do you like marvel?

The company or Billy? Yes on both accounts though.

Jon, even if he can be a bit annoying at times.

Brainiac or Lex. Brainiac is cool because of his aesthetic and general behaviour, but Lex is just the best kind of petty bastard on a personal level. Brainiac is a somewhat predictable character while Lex can do almost anything as long as he thinks it will hurt or piss of Superman.

49. DC Bombshells, Injustice or Kingdom come?

Bombshells is pretty, Kingdom Come is actually readable.

50. Injustice or the Arkham Asylum?

Injustice has Querl? I haven’t played either though, they’re not my kind of thing (because they’re not the same four rpgs I’ve replayed 11 times already).

51. Justice League or League of Assassins?

The JL, all the way. How is that even a competition.
