Thousands of people work every day, tired and upset, and yet they get up the next day to do the exact same thing. That’s how life is. It seems like nobody has a problem with that, maybe it’s because they’ve become so accustomed to it, or maybe they don’t want to come out pathetic and weaker to others, but they just keep going. It’s amazing, really, the way the mind works. Some people want to come off as strong and hard to read, and others just want to make friends and have fun.

Perhaps you were both, but today, you were none. All you felt was tiredness and stress. All you wanted to do was rip off these painfully uncomfortable clothes and curl into bed next to Jaemin.

At last, you reach your home you share with Jaemin, opening the door as he texted you he would leave it unlocked for you. Sluggishly and with no care in the world, you fling your shoes somewhere around the shoe rack, launching your bag to the couch, “I’m home!” no reply. With a huff, you make a beeline towards your shared room, emotions getting worse with every step you take. You twist the knob to your room, pushing it open, “Jaemin, you in he-”

Reach out and cover my neck

All your moodiness fades away when you spot your tired boyfriend quietly sniffling into his palms, seating looking too uncomfortable, even the sight of it throws your clothes into despair. “Jaemin...” you slowly inch towards him, heart shattering when he lets out a sob. He’s still in his work suit, something you loved on him, but now it just looked like it was suffering him. “Jaemin, baby,” you gently place your hand on his messy hair, cooing and running your fingers through his delicate strands when he leans into your touch.

“Come on, let’s go change. You feel uncomfortable, don’t you?” You beckon him softly, picking his face up and swiping a thumb over his wet cheek. He gives you a tight nod, squeezing the last few tears out before standing up, enveloping your hand around his. This is what he came home for. Your comfort and reassurance.

Even if the sun has already risen at the end of a tiring day

Now that I close my eyes

Just when you unbutton the last button of his jacket and throw it somewhere behind you, Jaemin can’t help but lean down to place his lips softly onto yours with care. His lips are salty from his tears, but you really don’t mind when his kisses are so soft, unlike all the other teasing and a bit rough ones he gives in the day. You pull away slowly, grinning up at him. He finally feels what he’s been longing the whole day, relaxation and tranquility. It feels so perfect and so… you.

Within 5 minutes, all uncomfortable work clothes are long forgotten, only soft big tees that envelop you and lul you slowly to sleep. That’s what you plan to do, right after Jaemin’s done in the bathroom and is next to you.

By the time your eyes are drooping close, the bathroom door is open, and you spot Jaemin shaking his hands dry and wiping them on his shirt. He instantly climbs in next to you, rushing into burying his face into your neck snugly.

On my day when I close the door later than others

Playfully tickling the earlobe

Even if we've been in a different world all day

Because we are always together at the end of the day

“Hard day?” You mumble into his forehead, chuckling lightly when he nods his head aggressively. “Do you want to talk about it?” Jaemin sighs, “Not really. It’s just the usual, given more work than the others. It’s just frustrating me,” You let out a thoughtful hum, nodding and threading your fingers into his messy hair, “So it all finally got to you?” He nods once again, this time a bit softer as he pulls you closer to his body.

“That’s good to hear, that you didn’t suppress your feelings, I mean. It’s been so long since you’ve actually relaxed.” Jaemin grins, you can read him so well, it’s amazing how you can determine how he’s feeling just by how he eats his breakfast or how affectionate he’s been.

Your little shoulders, your two little hands

At the end of my tiring day, it becomes a cozy blanket

Good job, you worked really hard

It makes him guilty, how you know every single part of him, and yet he doesn’t even try to know your small habits and actions you do. But then, he knows about your slow steps in the evening when you come back home, and the way your frown turns up quickly, almost too quickly, too fake. ‘Oh my god, you haven’t been good either,’ he thinks, as he squeezes you to him, as if trying to get rid of all the guilt he felt.

“Have you been okay?”

You are alarmed at the sudden question, tilting your head down to give him a confused look, “What?” Jaemin places his hand on your face, this time it’s him who’s stroking your tear away. You didn’t even realize you were crying until you felt the moisture spreading on your cheek.

“You’re not having such a good day either, huh?” Quickly, you try to scoot away from your boyfriend and wipe harshly at your tears, but the second you wipe one aggressively, Jaemin stops you, instead sitting up and wiping them himself, “You’re suppressing it too much.”

A scoff falls from your lips, before you playfully shove him away, “Don’t copy me!” There is a moment of laughter, before the atmosphere falls quiet. Not even a few seconds later, Jaemin is scooping you up to his side, enveloping you into his chest, “I’m sorry I didn’t notice sooner.” Instead of replying, you soften to his embrace, letting the last few tears finally release.

To you, my two hands with my blunt shoulders

I hope it will be a warm comfort at the end of your tiring day

I want to breathe with you naturally

Now you feel it, what Jaemin was yearning for when he came home, serene and pure ease. One of Jaemin’s hands tangles into your hair, fingers prodding soothingly on your scalp, his other hand venturing underneath your shirt to caress your bare skin with care. He was wrong. He did know every part of you, he knew perfectly what you wanted and when to give it. You inch closer to Jaemin, craving more of his warmth and touch.

He only coos at your eagerness, happily letting you cling onto him and bury your form into his hold. He places a tender kiss on your forehead, as if a silent reminder that he loves you. You shift in his hold, “Thank you,” your whisper felt soft, almost soothing against Jaemin’s skin, and he continues pressing quick, loving pecks all over your face, just as much until you giggle out at the lingering sensation when he finally stops.

You finally have the strength to look back up into Jaemin’s eyes, and you find nothing but clarified love and affection, no doubt you have those as well in your own.

Like the water in the bathtub that tightly embraces you

At the end of my embarrassing day full of clumsy mistakes

Are you waiting for me to be proud of you

The ambiance is everything soft, it feels comforting and like home, it feels like Christmas night, the ones where you just finally calm down from the buzzing day from before. For a second there, you almost forget about the hectic day you had previously, but honestly, all you want to do is thank it, without it you wouldn’t be here, you would most likely be still working.

Work is a bitch, you conclude, because even when you’re done with it for the day and want to take a break from it, you can’t, you can’t help but worry and think about the next time you encounter it, you want to finish it, but where is the end of it? Work will always be there to bring you back to the reality that you can’t slack off, you’ll get off track.

Now your thoughts were just getting out of hand, and you really hate work now.

“Baby, you’re overthinking, I can tell.” you shake your head, getting rid of the thoughts, “Sorry,” Jaemin chuckles lightly, caressing your cheek dearly, “No, I kind of am too.”

The conversation ends there, it’s like you don’t want to ruin the peaceful little aura you’ve created, opting to keep it as long as you can. Jaemin decides to revive the conversation, sliding down to relax and lay down on the bed, bringing you with him, “Tell me,” His eyes catch yours, almost pleading you to tell him, “Tell me what you were thinking about,”

“Well,” You start, “Work is just so inevitable, and honestly? It’s full of shit.” Jaemin chortles slightly at your choice of words, “Tell me about it.” You give him a mischievous look, “Like, no matter how much you hate it and don’t want it, you’re still gonna have to do it anyway, you basically can’t live without work.”

The small sigh doesn’t go unnoticed by Jaemin, as he pats your back comfortingly. “And whenever you want to just get over with it, you can’t. It’s still gonna be there again the next day or two. I don’t like it at all. Not one bit.”

Your boyfriend almost agrees, but stops. He should encourage you instead, he thinks.

“But hey, a the end if you work hard there will be a present waiting at home for you.” You roll your eyes, thinking it one of his corny jokes, but he continues, “At least that’s what I tell myself to get throughout the day, I get to see you again, that’s practically magical. Coming back home and tumbling into your hugs and kisses are literally soo perfect, it’s surreal, almost.”

A big smile spreads across your lips, and you turn your head to look at Jaemin. He smiles at you, affirming his words, softly running his hands through your hair, “I know it’s really cheesy, but it works for me.”

Your perspective might change completely because of that, imagine just a hard ass day of work kicking your ass, tiring, and most likely emotional and full of breakdowns, and in return for dealing with all the shit, you get to relax and spend some time with Jaemin without any work interrupting you two, you might just want that every day.

You give him a bigger, more satisfied smile, “Okay, I’ll do that.”

Jaemin is another breed, because who on earth would come up with that idea? Na Jaemin did. While others, and most likely you, think of all the bad things that happened throughout the day, Jaemin thought of the future, what’s happened has happened, if it was shit then so be it. But time with you could never be shit for him, he can’t find a single bit of it boring.

Despite being with him for so long, you can’t help but always be so mesmerized by him, he’s absolutely fascinating. The way he sees life is honestly on another level, a level that you want to reach and a level he will happily help you reach.

From now on, you decide, you will find the goods at the end of the day, you will work hard, maybe even extra hard, just to be happy at the end of the day when you meet Jaemin once again.

I can't cry as much as I want and I can't laugh as much as I want

At the end of a tiring day, if it’s next to you

You scream like a child and laugh like you pass your breath

I meet myself, who has become awkward too

So when the next day arrives, you work super duper hard, staying an extra hour to help Mark with his own work he struggles with (he’s not that good with technology) and even doing extra small tasks your coworkers ask you to do, which they found funny because usually, you reply with an excuse or simply turning it down, this was definitely a good thing.

And when you go back home, this time you’re about 3 times more exhausted, and 10 times more excited to finally meet Jaemin after a long day.

You bust the door open harshly, throwing your shoes messily at the shoe rack with a bright smile on your face.

“I’m home!”

Jaemin’s soft mop of hair peeks out from the kitchen, “Oh? Baby? How was-”

Suddenly, the air in his lungs gets knocked out from force, the force of you rushing into his arms. You feel it. The happiness. Jaemin was right, this feels victorious. You feel like you’ve won in life, you feel so accomplished.

Jaemin sighs, wrapping his arms around you and leaning his forehead on the top of your head, “I’m so proud of you.”

Good job, you worked really ahrd

Winter dragged Kai to your band’s concert, because ever since she discovered your music, she became addicted

Winter brought some of her friends to come with her, so she had a little group and Kai on the side

Your band was really small, you guys have only preformed at some clubs and coffee shops. EVERYONE LOVED YOU! Tonight you were going to preform at some club downtown

The place was packed but a familiar face was at the front. The girl that messaged you on Instagram, but now she was with some guy, Kai.

Throughout the entirety of the night, he was looking at you very closely, and you returned the stares.

Overall the whole night was like the others, super fun and extremely exciting

Once you got off the stage, you couldn’t stop thinking about the guy, so you asked your manager to bring the group to the back

After what seemed like 3 min, Winter and her friends were squealing and screaming at the sight of your band.

“We love you!!”

^^ “thanks man, that means so much.” Kai kept staring at you the whole time you were talking

After everyone introduced themselves and your band signed their hands or some pieces of paper, You all talked for half an hour, eventually Winter had to leave. But you made Kai stay

“Hey why don’t you stay and talk for a bit more? We’ll give you a ride home.”

Kai obviously accepted your offer because he was extremely attracted to you, and thought the night might lead some where

You brought him into the small room everyone was in, but after a little bit, you two were the only ones in there. Talking about music, and tours, just small talk.

“You looked really good up on stage. No wonder Winter is in love with you.” His comment made you giggle.

Being a bold person, you walked over to his chair, and sat on his lap, facing him. You wrapped your hands behind his neck. In which he placed his hands on your waist.

Kai being the shy little boy he is, of course you were the one to pull into a kiss first, in which he responded to, passionately

You usually don’t kiss a lot of strangers, but if you did, they were nothing compared to this guy. Kai knew his way around your mouth.

Kai grasped you tightly, pulling you in even more, discovering new parts of your mouth. He slowly moved to your neck, making you moan while running your hands through his hair.

Say what you will about soft-boy Kai, but he has experience pre cult or not. He knows how to make you feel good.

He caressed you and roamed his hands on your chest, but you pulled away “ok I should give you that ride?”

Kai pouted, not wanting to let go of you. “Maybe next time you come to my show, you can have more. “

i’m just gonna ramble about my own thoughts about p.ixar’s soul so don’t mind me (spoilers included):

so---i watched it the night it came out with a group of friends on discord. this is a movie that deserves to be watched with either a friend or a small group---or alone actually (that’s a lot better, and it was my first mistake to watch it as a group cause it takes you out of it lmao).

(i’m adding a tldr at the bottom, so if you wanna spare yourself from this massive jumble of words then please do lol. also these are just opinions of what i’ve gathered from the film, so pls don’t take anything personally)

first watch, i thought it was fine. i was still iffy about the fact that they put joe’s soul into the cat (which is what disney has done MULTIPLE times with poc characters), and at first i kind of rolled my eyes at it. it didn’t help that i was finishing a commission for a friend, so i was tuning in and out of it unconsciously.

watching it the second time last night alone, though, it’s definitely close to a masterpiece. i’ll get my issues out first before i get into what i do admire about the movie. unfortunately....the cat issue is still one of them. i understand the reason behind it though, as they wanted joe to see his perspective of what other’s saw him as, and it was a good way to reflect on ‘himself’ basically while 22 took over his body, but i just wished....it wasn’t an animal. the soul version didn’t quite bother me as much cause they at least put some diversity into in the beginning when they first introduced other souls from the great beyond and mentors (korean, latinx, past figures, etc). my second issue is rather more of wanting, and it’s that i kind of wish they extended that scene with joe and his father. that delicate moment between him and his dad was really so special? but it was cut short before it jumped onto the next scene. had they made that particular part longer, i think there would have been a lot more feeling to this whole movie (but again, it’s my opinion so it might be just me).

i think the pacing was a little off too near the end (jumping from a touching scene to right into the final third act that pulled me out of that emotional state, but i digress).

now.....my favorite parts? well, pixar has outdone themselves with the scenery and god---it’s like you want to live in new york (or at least be in the essence of it). they brought so much character into it, along with the people that live there and the side characters that you see on screen (i.e: jazz club). they truly captured everything so well, just ughhhhh you may as well just watch it for the environment.

my absolute favorite part though was practically the moral of the story. honestly, it’s been a while since i’ve seen a movie craft this message pretty good---and watching it alone with no distractions/commentaries whatsoever, i kind of cried a lot near the end. and let me tell you, it’s a different kind of cry i had for coco, inside out and up. this one felt so personal in a way that it felt like a love letter to what i’m going through. in a way, joe is such a relatable character to me---he strives for his dreams and goals, and he thinks his passion is his purpose to live. he thinks that’s what a spark is to live on earth. and in a way, he isn’t entirely wrong. a spark can be the purpose you have and want to achieve. but the part that hit most was when he was reflecting back on his life....and what his spark really was. being part of the quartet didn’t change anything, but living? looking back at those simplest moments in time and realizing how....content and lively you were, even if it’s momentary. whether it’s eating some good food, talking to a friend---or just....walking around your neighborhood. your passions are motivators, but they don’t have to the only things motivating your life.

i have been struggling with this mentality, that achievements are what define you and your life---and that you have to do this one thing otherwise you’re out (dez’s part really spoke to me too, ughh). and god, i’m still struggling with it as i find gigs. and these achievements are all that’s there and once you reach it, you’ll be happy and satisfied. and if i don’t achieve it, i’m just....a failure. a loser. a pathetic lot. but i also look back and think about all the people in my life that make my day better---and make me better as a person. the people who support me, who love me, who bring color into my life and who remind me i am worth something and talented no matter what i think of myself. even the smallest personal moments i’ve had with myself really help me see how far my life has come, and how much i am in a better place despite still struggling with personal demons. joe’s flashbacks really held close to me, and it was just beautifully done without monologues/etc. this movie made me sort of ease down, and although such feelings may be temporary, it’s a wonderful reminder that i’d gladly watch over and over again just to not forget.

so, tldr:

it’s one of pixar’s more mature films---and although not perfect, it’s still heartfelt. it really doesn’t feel like a pixar movie if that makes sense (considering they’ve changed heads good riddance him), but i don’t mean that in a terrible way. it’s definitely a movie you’d want to revisit again especially if you’re feeling low, and its message is spoken clear and done wonderfully in a way that a lot of people can relate to. and i think the vague ending really speaks for itself;

don’t live life by what you think you’re defined by, whether it’s goals or huge obsessions (of achievements). it isn’t ever too late, and there are many paths for you to take. live every minute of it---and i think slowly, but surely, whatever it may be, whether it’s walking or cooking or reading or having fun with your friends, you’ll find your own spark to live. and you’ll do many great things with it.

again, more of a “bro” thing for me BUT it is cute and i def see why its such a popular ship. kirishima is p much the first person to crack bakugou’s shell<3 they r besties and its adorable

i just. sigh. its fine. they’re both cuties. and like i do actually ship it (hence why its on the list) but it is just SO damn OBVIOUS! and ofc ochako had to go and get a crush on him cus thats what heroines just HAVE to do in shounen manga. ok i digress. i could go on and on ab how female characters are written in shounens but i WONT (for now). i do actually ship them tho lol theyre rly sweet to each other and its adorable. their cute little moments in the movie had me like :,).

mina is BEST GIRL and i loveeeee her backstory w kirishima.. like kirishima looked up to her for being so brave ughhhh yea these 2 r cuteee they would have SM fun together as a couple

ok i hope ur starting to pick up on the trend here that i ship bakugou w anything that breathes!!!:) i love camie and i rlyyyyyy wanna see more of her and her couple moments w bakugou were so cuteee! she made him laugh and she tells him how it is and theyre cute alright. ik its a crackship but let me dream.

3. kamijirou

i LOVE KAMINARI so much and his relationship w jirou is ADORABLE! shes always teasing him but he’s so naive and i LOVE when he admires how good she is w instruments!!! ugh. love.

ok. this is PROBABLY actually my no.1 but since there is just no chance in hell it would happen im forcing myself to make it no.2 and be realistic. as i said, im a sucker for opposites. bakugou is angry boy and ochako is sweetie pie. and their fight during the sports festival is just... *chef’s kiss*. and like when he recognizes her as a formidable opponent and says shes not frail and when he calls her round cheeks I LOVE IT ALL OK! wish they interacted more:(

ok! another one that is v little interaction but like this one has a good chance of actually happening. although they don’t interact much, EVERY TIME they do is meaningful. and they both just have so much respect for each other and imagine them both being like top heroes and kicking ass together ughhhhh yea love. their aesthetics are great, they look great together, they would just be a kickass couple. and momo is 2nd best girl. v close under mina. love her much. she deserves stoic icy hot man.

right?? and when you write a fic that takes place during the day you can get inspired by the atmosphere outside!! and yes!! i have to study outside i can’t get anything done at home. i used to be able to do that when i was younger but now it feels sooo impossible. especially with online school and stuff. either i go to a library, cafe or school. although most of these are closed now so i have to book a room somewhere to study. do you have a specific area at home where you write or can you just sit down anywhere and study?

for sure!! if i had the space i’d absolutely consider buying more books. right now i just have them scattered around everywhere (even some in my makeup drawer shdjdh). do you have a bookshelf? 🥺 that’s so pretty...! what are some of your other favorites btw? oh grade school is basically class 1 to 9... so from 6 years old to 15? girl no worries i know how difficult it is to understand all of that. when my friends used to explain their countries school systems before i’d just sit like owl eyes.

6. au day (streamers/long distance friends) - (ladynoir)

if this one gets enough love, i might turn it into a regular series! i love the idea of this and have so many ideas so please let me know if you’d like to see that!!!

“Carapace, you better revive me this instant or we’re breaking up,” Rena Rouge screams through Adrien’s headset, virtually rendering him deaf.

“There’s a guy on me, Rena. I’m trying,” the other boy on their team huffs, which doesn’t dissuade Rena’s yelling at all.

In fact, she gets even louder. “Cara, he’s literally dancing on me, oh my god if somebody doesn’t save me before I get fully killed.”

“We’re on our way,” Adrien tells her, though he’s not exactly telling the truth.

Him and Ladybug are sitting in a small box they’ve built after finishing a fight with other players. They were about to go help their teammates when Rena started her rampage on Carapace and they decided it was more fun to sit back and watch them struggle.

At Adrien’s words, Ladybug does an emote that makes her laugh and her character sounds like a donkey wheezing its way through a fit of giggles. Adrien copies her, and before he knows it, the two of them are laughing into their headsets which spurs on groans from Rena and Carapace.

“Well maybe if the two of you wouldn’t have gone ahead of us without telling us,” Rena grumbles sourly.

“Oh stop being such a crybaby, Ren,” Ladybug tells her through her laughter, her and Adrien quickly exiting their box as Nino gets hit and loses damage. “Just because you died to fall damage again and got carried into a box by another player to get danced on—”

Rena makes an inhumane noise, her character spinning on the screen as if she’s thrashing her mouse around. “Let me live, Ladybug! Not all of us have the grace you do when it comes to playing this game.”

“True,” Ladybug agrees, managing to make her way into Rena’s box before Carapace does—Rena’s not going to let him live that down. “If you want me to revive you, say Ladybug has a thick ass and Chat Noir doesn’t.”

It’s Adrien’s turn to groan now. “Hey, that’s not nice, Bug! My ass is thick and you know it.”

It goes silent for a few seconds.

“Do I, Chat? Do I really?” An ounce of amusement is evident in Ladybug’s voice as she talks, Rena’s health counter ticking close to her death. “You wish,” she says, instead.

Rolling his eyes with a grin, Adrien drops the conversation and playfully pouts after Ladybug revives Rena once Rena says her silly phrase. “Rena, I thought you loved me,” Adrien fake-cries with a pout, knowing his chat will clip it and send it to Rena. “I thought what we had was special.”

“Sorry, cat. Carapace is the only man for me. If he ever leaves me, though,” Rena trails off, fully healing her character.

“I’m going to build up and jump off if you keep talking like that,” Carapace replies, building up three times before Rena knocks it down, blowing a kiss at him in game.

“As if I’d ever trade you for a furry, babe.”

The whole furry talk is so funny to Adrien, because he knows he’s not. All four of them picked animals to go by—Ladybug’s being the exception. Adrien’s secret identity is a cat, Rena’s a fox, Ladybug’s is self explanatory, and Carapace is a turtle.

Letting go of his push to talk button, Adrien regards his chat for a moment, sending a pout their way. “I’m not a furry, right chat?”

As always, their flood of yes doesn’t surprise him.

“Traitors,” Adrien hisses, his character getting the last kill to win the game. “The lot of you. Every single person in this chat room is a traitor."

Hundreds of variations of love me, senpai’s scroll over his screen. “I’ll turn off stream, you nasties!”

That only encourages them more.

Ladybug’s laughter immediately fill his ears as she picks up, settling the worry lingering in Adrien’s chest. “You didn’t think I was actually crying, did you kitty?”

“It’s hard to tell through messages,” Adrien murmurs a bit embarrassedly, rubbing at the back of his neck, even though she can’t see him. “I wanted to make sure, okay?”

“God, you’re so sweet,” is what she replies with, in a fond tone that sinks its teeth into Adrien’s heart and does weird things to his stomach. She’s just a friend. She’s just a friend. She’s just a— “One day we’re going to meet, and I’m going to give you the biggest hug.”

Allowing a smile to form on his face, Adrien hums, tapping his fingers into his desk. “You’ll need a step ladder to reach me, Bug.”

“That’s it, I’m hanging up.”

you’ve been an exo-l since exo-m was around???? thats so cool!! i got into them in 2017 so i missed most of the peak exo eras which is kinda sad but i went back and listened to their older albums and watched variety shows (exo showtime was so much fun to watch especially the karaoke episode!!!) and really grew to like exo-m to the point where yixing actually became my biaswrecker for a while, even when he wasn’t promoting w/the exos. also luhan’s voice is absolutely angelic and somehow the exo-m versions of the songs always hit harder for me especially their ballads (no shade to exo-k i love them they’re absolutely amazing as well!!! luchen just have such beautiful and soothing ballad voices that i keep going back to😩)

ahhhh yes, junmyeon in overdose is gorgeous af, the glorious blondemyeon era will never be forgotten😔 i really loved him in the bridge w/baeksoo towards the end, gosh that was just so. Good.

I have to start this out by saying Giraffez, I’m so sorry! I tried my best but too many people wanted to keep us comp strong and wanted Lily O to stay. I really wish we would have had the chance to play longer together but sometimes it’s just not in the cards.

As far as swap goes, I’m really happy about my team. We have a majority from my original group which is pretty wild. I wish Chips was here and I really hope he makes it work somehow but I’m ngl I’m a little worried about him.

I LOVE JUDE

so idk where my last confessional left off but i think it was before tribal. so after tribal, jinx’s manifestations came true, we swapped, i ended up on a tribe with no one i knew except chris, so that was kind of…nnng. but hey, gotta roll with the punches. me and jinx were paired up for the challenge which game me a bit of time to talk with them, and they gave me some insight on ppl i didn’t really know on my tribe, and also they gave me a tarot reading, and it basically said that while i’m probably gonna have to deal with some bullshit, i just have to use everything i’ve learned to get over any obstacles, and stay calm and collected through it all. i’m really really praying for this one, since we just lost immunity, and now chris is going to the outhouse, i’m afraid that i’m truly all alone now. and if there’s one thing that scares me it’s being alone. i really like mikki tho, and i heard benj was good ppl. maybe if i let them know that raffy might have the half idol then maybe they’d be more inclined to work with me, but i also really enjoy raffy’s presence, so i don’t really want him to be a target. blake and i have had a good amount of dialogue so i’m hoping that he’d be willing to work with me, to be honest. ughhhhh why why why tribal. It’s my chronic overthinking in this swap that is going to do me in, I feel. It’s the pressure of having to actually think differently, and coming off of EVERYTHING I’ve seen in this community over the past 6 months, oh good Lord have mercy, I feel as though its so hard for me to want to not sacrifice my game, but at the same time... I feel all the pressure in the world to flip. I did have a lucid dream that if I got to a point where I consistently voted only white people at every Council, it would make my game look REALLY good by comparison, since I literally did everything I could, and no, I don’t want to hear anyone post season say this was rigged for Jinx, it’s not, we’re only going to go against each other down the road because of how this season has been set up, and it breaks my heart

So here's some tea I suppose. I was a pretty big fan of the tribe swap because people talked more in general. This was particularly interesting considering their different timezones but continued ability to keep up conversation. It was pretty apparent that I was at a numbers deficit from my original tribe but my hope was that people didn't want to play like "that" and then if they did that my former tribe would throw it to keep the numbers. Apparently that is not true as Lily C went as hard as possible to win a challenge she could have convincingly thrown as an "accident" multiple times. At any rate, based on the total lack of communication with me concerning who I am voting it is evident that either the plan is to vote someone without telling me or that it is to vote me. This means that regardless of the situation I am in a terrible position and will be leaving sooner rather than later. I don't know that I've been swap screwed in the past (perhaps, I've been playing for too long) but it really stinks.

As I'm writing this, I have a big gulp from... you guessed it... 7/11. I need to flip on one of the three of Monty, Lily O, and Lily C. My best option is going to vote for Lily O, I need Monty and Lily C to know I'm only doing this because yanno, things look awfully awful, and the pressure of making the right move and yet making sure I don't lose relationships is starting to get to me.

I also need them as shields because theyre the only winners in this game, and I need them here as shields for down the road heading into a merge.

I can't even believe I found TWOA IDOLS! I had to think a lot about who to give it too but I decided to do what felt like the smartest thing to do. Spoiler review :Six of crows by Leigh bardugo

My REACTION WHILE READING IT :oh god what have i done to myself ; what have i done to my sanity

This bloody masterpiece gave me everything i wanted in this life !!i’m so glad like so amazingly glad i read the grisha trilogy first before diving into Soc , i wanted to fathom the world deeply so i can enjoy the masterpiece as much as i should !! i had a strong feeling that SOC gonna be my truly bookish masterpiece and as always ; my intuition did not betray me !! As i always keep saying ; the most wonderful thing about books is that you can measure the smartness of the authors throughout their stories !! and hey let me tell u !! leigh has just a hellish smart mind .

So naturally i’m a sucker of villains and brutality ; i just enjoy so much the complexity of their personalities . somehow they have always this twisted back story that keep you on the edge of your seat and let you attached emotionally to them .

So this book is about a six mind twisted kick ass dudes mainly driven by greed and the unbearable obstacles they faced before joining the famous gang * the dregs * .

So the crew is basically guided by the loveliest viciously badboy ever and the breaker of hearts clearly !! KAZ BREKKER ; *breathhard* *controlurself* . How can i describe him ; how can i describe this fictional character that hollowed out my heart insanely !!

As i mentioned before , i read this book, becuz of a fanart of kaz brekker i saw in insta and holy moly , i don’t regret a shred of my decision . can we sit a moment and admire this treasure !! i got a fetish for this .

He’s smart as fuck hot as fuck viciously mad as fuck greedy as fuck everything about him is attractive as fuck .

HE’S THE BEST GRAY CHARACTER I’VE EVER READ ABOUT BEFORE LIKE REALLY . somehow leigh slay beautifully the villains in her stories * despite the harsh fate that faced the darkling in her first damn trilogy * more than the good dudes .

INEJ & NINA : THESE 2 PIES HAD MY HEART ALREADY ? I LOVE THEM SO MUCH , how they are so sassy and ready to sacrifice everything for the sake of the friendship that combined them . i just love how everyone is so protective of the other !!Mattias :my cutie naive person that did not betray my expectations of him without forgetting for sure wylan and jesper and how they were hilariously cute together and added more fun to the story .

Ladies and gentlemen pls it’s the proper time to discuss the main romance here : Okay i love slow burning romance and i hate insta-love shitty love triangles too .So this relationship had my heart ; my soul ; everything ughhhhh their scenes were so fucking emotional and let me weeping like an idiot .Their relationship is GOAL !! i can’t wait for them in the second book ugh!

Gently, she squeezed his hand. “And how will you have me, Kaz?” He looked at her then, eyes fierce, mouth set. It was the face he wore when he was fighting. “How will you have me?” she repeated. “Fully clothed, gloves on, your head turned away so our lips can never touch?”“I will have you without armour, Kaz Brekker. Or I will not have you at all.”

Guys this scene , like i wanted him so badly to do something although his reaction was perfectly imperfect which is perfect *whutamisaying* !!! this just explain how kaz’s persona is so complex and explain pretty much how the things that endured before influenced on his emotions .

“Please, my darling Inej, treasure of my heart, won’t you do me the honor of acquiring me a new hat?”

OKAY i’m a sad potato right now !!! this ‘treasure of my heart ‘ melted my heart !

THE PLOT TWISTS WERE PERFECT AND TOTALLY UNPREDICTABLE !! I LOVED EVERYTHING !!Especially the one about pekka rollins , i thought kaz killed him especially with the blood that was on his t shirt !! BUT IT TURNED OUT THAT KAZ WAS MORE SMARTY THAN THIS AND WANTED HIM BADLY TO SUFFER for what he’s done to HIS BROTHER JORDIE . i loved all the characters like even the villains even brum ; per haskel ; pekka rollins . they were so 3 dimensional… HOW LEIGH PORTRAYED THEM IS JUST PERFECT !

I adored the worldbuilding even more than the shadow and bone trilogy !! what are u waiting for just go read this bloody masterpiece !!

Ahh yes our shy cheerleader with amazing vocals. This one is a keeper! When I read your description I naturally picked up some things and dug a little deeper in the words you used to describe yourself. You mainly used words that complements an extrovert. You also have a sense of trust with people you’ve never met. For example you put in some basic details in who you are to a literal random stranger online but you didn’t put anything into specific details. Which leads me to think that you have certain levels of trust people must attain in order to get to know you better. Which I find similar to Taeil. Honestly everyone has their own levels of trust, but when you look at the similarity @ you and taeil, it’s a natural ship.

Here are some things I noticed about you that made you compatible with Taeil:

Okay so these aren’t the most descriptive words and not the best word choices but let me explain this one. Doesn’t leave much of an impression is something you wouldn’t expect on this one. Yes, if we were talking physically, people seem to think of you as cold at first but they learn you are actually really sweet. In my opinion I don’t think Taeil would think like that. In fact what would leave an impression is if you ate a can of peas while squashing pickles and eating chocolate at the same time.

People pass and go all the time. Within seconds you determine who a person is in your head, so if he saw you as cold, he would probably just see you as another person. I mean if you look at it like this, all people you meet for a first time can seem distant at first. Scary is a powerful word choice but it doesn’t make you any less human from 5 second interaction. You putting up a guard doesn’t make you less human in fact I think it makes you more human if anything. He sees that your just a normal human who puts a good distance and I think he finds that normal. More in depth, comfortable. It’s the classic attraction route.

Okay so maybe untroubled isn’t the best adjective to use but I didn’t want to use ‘easy’. As I’ve mentioned before you put yourself out there. I don’t mean like share all your secrets out there but I mean you were willing to tell me who you are and what your like as a person. Taeil in my mind is a very simple person. You tell something about yourself, he’ll tell something about himself. You also give off a great first get to know someone. If you look at how you described yourself, you never stated any of your faults. You showed the side of yourself that is positive, kind, outgoing, natural.

I think it adds charm not only in the sense that your a good person, but once he knows one of your faults he’s established a new level in your relationship. Now i’m not saying he would treat your relationship like a game, no not what i’m saying. He would just find it so heartwarming once he’s figured out a little something imperfect or what some people consider as faults. You put some special trust in him and it makes his heart flutter a little faster every time.

When I read your description over and over again, I would see Taeil falling for you over and over again. People make the word ordinary seem like a bad thing but in this case it’s a good thing. You have dominant traits which make you attractive and you have the characteristics of (what i think is) Taeil’s ideal type. Your out there, you have confidence, you cheer people up, you spoil people, you aren’t too dramatic and you are naturally adorable. I think what Taeil finds attractive about this is just the simplicity that goes with it. It just fascinates him every time, how adorable you are and intriguing you get as time passes by. This is key for a long relationship. Even though he’s more on the shy side, I promise the cheerleader cutie won’t fail to play his part of the boyfriend role.

But with every positive thing comes a negative thing. Here are some things that I noticed that could cause conflict with the ship. These are very minor details but they do affect the ship.

I think this is just a natural thing that is bounded to happen. The clash of introvert and extrovert. Ah yes, the classic clash. There will be times where I it might get awkward or stale even in the conversation, but both of your dorkiness will help to push through it and continue. I can’t really put detail on this, but this seems about right.

Timing. There is a time and place for everything. Whether it is for the better or for the worse, everything happens for a reason. Now, all I’m saying with this, is that you may run into some timing trouble. What I mean by that is when you both kinda know or don’t know when your relationship has advanced. I don’t see this happening all the time. Very rarely actually. When one breaks down, the other should be able to see that. But see this is where i’m so conflicted because I can see that either 2 things could happen. 1) Either one of you’s motherly side comes out solving the problem.
