Tis a niche of its own
Sorry there is only two female characters, I kinda pulled these off the top of my head and probably missed a ton of other candidates. Reblog with an addition if you have one!
Edit: I forgot to make this poll a week long! Once this poll ends I'll remake it with new additions depending on the results (the characters with the fewest results will be replaced with suggested characters from the notes so be sure to suggest some!) in the meantime tho plz reblog to increase sample size
This follows my own definition of what "Comic Relief" means: A character that is used as a conduit for comedy in a piece of media
Through character studies I have determined that there are 5 types of comic relief: the Character Relief, the Audience Relief, the Tone Shifter, the Butt of the Joke, and the Slapstick. Characters that identify as "Comic Relief" usually fall into one or more of these categories
Further explanation under the cut
The Character Relief refers to a character who actively makes jokes to be funny in-universe through conscious humor. Examples from this poll would be Sans and Rayla, who go out of their way to make their friends laugh
The Audience Relief refers to a character who makes the audience laugh regardless of their impact on the story. Examples from this poll would be Lapis and Gus, who are often involved in comedic bits meant for audience entertainment that aren't acknowledged by the narrative as anything unprecedented
The Tone Shifter refers to a character who makes jokes to relieve tension and shift the tone of a scene, either consciously or unconsciously. Examples from this poll would be Jay and Leo, as they both consciously make jokes about grim situations to help their friends or family feel better. Additionally, Jay would do this unconsciously before his trauma made him start doing it on purpose
The Butt of the Joke refers to a character who is made fun of by other characters in-universe, whether endearingly or not. Examples from this poll would be Dewey and Lance, who are often met with insults whenever they do something wrong or silly. The insults are usually meant to be endearing and comedic, but they can still feed into the character's possible inferiority complex. This also applies whenever a villain hits them with a sick burn*
The Slapstick refers to a character who is made fun of by the narrative and the audience like a punching bag. Examples from this poll would be Sokka and Yusuke, who are sometimes put in troubling and awkward situations as a gag for the audience's entertainment alone. These gags are not fun for the characters yet delightful to watch
Most comic relief characters can be characterized as multiples of these. For example, Jar-Jar from Star Wars is both Slapstick and Audience Relief, and even if you don't find his jokes funny that doesn't change the fact that they were written with your entertainment in mind
If you're curious how a "The Narrative's Favorite (derogatory)" character would fit into this chart, they're likely both a Butt of the Joke and a Slapstick character, making their life absolute hell. To be honest, MK from Monkie Kid is an example of a character who fits all 5 categories, but he isn't blue so he isn't in this poll
*Ok if you've ever seen Phineas and Ferb Mission Marvel let me just say MODOK is a total Butt of the Joke and my favorite line in that special is when a TV announcer calls him a "Giant Chicken Egg with a Face" and I just had to mention that omg

Headcanon: Literally all Keyblade Wielders, and frankly possibly all magic users in the Kingdom Hearts universe, have a baseline magic level SO STUPID HIGH that it makes the entire rest of the Extended Final Fantasy Canon look at them and go “yeah, no, let’s not touch that.”
Evidence: You know how hard it’s supposed to be to cast Flare, as a baseline? Much less higher-level Flares? You know how we all laugh about Donald Duck being the strongest Red Mage in the entire canon because he uses a prefix that has literally only ever otherwise been seen by an endboss in Bravely Default who was explicitly on significant powerups? With laser-precision?
Yeah, I remind you that up until Chi, the only version of Flare we see anyone use (except Duck Flare, which is just fireworks,) is the Mega one. You know, the version BAHAMUT uses.
Sora learns it starting in Chain of Memories. All of the Wayfinders can use it. DATA-SORA can use it.
I’m not even sure it always takes up extra slots in a command deck.
In conclusion: Keyblade magic is ridiculous and scary, and if you transplant any random magic user from Kingdom Hearts in the rest of the Final Fantasy extended canon, all the other magic users will either ask them to teach them or run away screaming, depending on their self-preservation instincts. It’s not just Donald, or that Minnie Mouse is a top-tier white mage, or that Mickey Mouse and Xehanort both use the strongest Stop spell we see ANYWHERE in the canon, they’re all Just Like That.

The one negative when it comes to watching asian dramas that were based off of novels is that often times things won't make sense and you just have to accept that.
Due to budget or time constraints or censorship laws, etc etc etc, things will inevitably have to be changed, modified, or left out, and often times things that would have made perfect sense in the novel will either be left unexplained in the drama, or be modified in such a way that it no longer makes any sense.
Probably one of the most obvious/well-known examples of this would be in The Untamed, when Wei Wuxian asks Lan Wangji to lend him his headband to use as a blindfold.
I don't think I need to explain why that sounded absolutely ridiculous to drama-only fans (myself included).

The Dandelion kitties!! Oh boy it feels wrong that the murder child, Ventus is staring at Strelitzia 😭💀
The next fellas will be the students from KHDR! Xehanort and his classmates + the upper class.
UPDATES!! : please see below
I'm sorry I wont do the Foretellers anytime soon as I kinda need their hair color to actually design them, but as their hair and eyes colors are hiden its mostly impossible. Same for the Master of Master and hooded Luxu, I want to avoid using clothes, especially when posting them on Toyhouse or they'll get deleted :(
Btw I'm working on the KH x WC blog as many of you voted for it! I am currently working on the pfp and banner. It should be up soon :)

A little AU in which a little dark creature (aka Vanitas) preys on the darkness inside Riku's heart.
A little Vaniku, if you prefer because, after finish this, I couldn't stop shipping these two. Even if it's just an alternative universe.

Every time I remember that Roxas and Ven wear the same wristband—with the only difference being that Roxas’ has black edges and Ven’s has white edges—it reminds me of the Yin and Yang friendship bracelets.
In Chinese philosophy, Yin and Yang are two halves that together complete wholeness. It’s about how different but complementary forces balance each other to achieve a perfect and harmonious balance.
Yin energy is described as receptive, dark, cool, soft, still, and contemplative. It’s usually associated with someone more laid back and calm, and who may be more introverted. This description fits with Roxas’ personality, and—while his light and darkness are balanced—he described himself as “someone from the dark” in the past. Nobodies are also usually associated with darkness.
Yang energy is described as energetic, expansive and warm, and is usually associated with someone more outgoing and high-energy, which fits well with Ventus, who’s also known for having a heart of pure light.
There are various aspects in their stories that directly contrast each other, like the place where they were born (Daybreak Town and Twilight Town), their upbringing (Ventus being protected and kept out from harm’s way, while Roxas had to fight for all his life), their personality (Ventus is more active and impulsive, while Roxas is more passive and contemplative), and so on.
What I find interesting is that the idea of two halves that together become whole is shown in both Ventus’ and Roxas’ stories, but not with each other. Vanitas and Sora are, respectively, their half. Both pairs had to join in order to find some sort of balance or wholeness, but neither of these unions ended up actually being balanced and harmonious. Willingly or unwillingly, there was always one half who was overwhelming the other.
I wonder if, with each other, Roxas and Ventus can actually find that balance and harmony. They can coexist peacefully, after all—Ventus’ existence never threatened Roxas’, or vice versa, because, while they’re connected, they are and always have been separate beings. Most of all, their personalities complement each other very well, and I’m sure they’d get along great if given the chance to interact.

So, I have invented a new thing: The blorbo box.
Take some of your blorbos, perhaps vaguely associated by some shared theme and put them all together into a box.
Ignore the sign on my box here, I have noooo idea where it came from, not like I have a type or something/j
