I've had this idea for a while now. Yk how childe is like a family guy rite? Like he'd want kids n stuff but what if reader cant have kids..? Like reader literally cannot get pregnant due to some health issues. And reader only told hin in the middle of ykyk coz of guilt and started crying because they felt bad :(

You manage to mumble as your broken-hearted sobs and sniffs sounded in the room. Halfway through your sweet love making, you suddenly broke down.

"What are you sorry for...darling? "

Childe looks up at you with a gentle smile as he slowly calms you down by planting soft kisses down your nose. He knew about how much he wanted a family. He knew that he wanted to have a family with you the moment you talked about children. He wanted to see you bearing his child.

He knew that this wasn't your fault either, and he was trying his best to come up with some comforting words for you, or maybe it was more for calming himself down.

" Ajax...I know you want children, but I can't do that for you..."

You whisper softly while looking up at him teary-eyed, Childe was slowly turning blurry from the tears welling up in your eyes.

"Darling, you know I will still love you even if we can't get a child, don't you? "

He muttered sweetly as he kissed you softly on the lips.

He looks down at you affectionately as he continued to kiss down your jawline.

He suggested thoughtfully as he sat you down in his lap, caressing your body gently while kissing your forehead.

This was the moment when you realised that although you may not be able to have children with childe, he still loved you no matter what.

Since Tighnari works as a forest ranger, he probably will wear something other than his usual clothing to not make the hickey obvious. But of course, the clothes he wears for his usual job covers quite a lot too so at least he doesn't have to specifically wear a scarf or a thick jacket in the Sumeru heat.

When you leave some marks, Tighnari will be a little surprised before smiling his gentle smile. He sees it as a way you show your affection and does not despise it all, though he hopes you could make it less obvious and bite him in other spots.

Wriothesley's job in the Fortress of Meropide is quite busy, so he understand when you give him small tiny marks here and there as it is a way to show him you love him (and besides, when he spots them, it reminds him of you)

Letting the people, or prisoners, in the Fortress of Meropide see the hickeys would not be convenient, so he usually asks you not to leave marks on his neck. Though, if you do, he will make an effort to cover it up.

Tartaglia loves it when you leave marks on him, thinking of it is a way you show your love. However, he would not like anyone in the Fatui to know that he has a lover, risking your life if the Fatui eventually knows about it. So, meeting between the two of you are usually in secret.

Will make a special effort to wear a scarf of some sort to cover it up, and allows you to leave more marks when he is travelling to Snezhnaya, since the scarf can simply be an excuse due to the cold weather.

Would probably be pretty shy about it due to his introverted nature. He probably would not know what to do with it either. Following what you told him, he would wear a scarf or simply just try to cover up his neck, since that was where you enjoyed marking the most.

Freminet's shy demeanor does not mean that he would shy away from sharing it with his siblings however, showing it proudly as a sign of how much you love him.

Your sneezing echoed across the room. The weather in Snezhnaya, your boyfriends hometown, was hard to get used to. The cold weather was not really common from where you were from in Liyue.

"Now now, dear...let me get you a cup of tea I got as a gift from Mr. Zhongli and Miss. Hutao..."

Childe fumbled about in the cabinets of the kitchen trying to find the packet of tea. After much fumbling, he had finally found it and he let out a satisfied sigh.

Pouring some lukewarm water into a dainty little cup, he placed the tea bag in the water, allowing the water to absorb all the flavour and goodness of the herbal tea.

He gently carried it up the stairs back to your shared bedroom and placed it on the bedside table.

He planted a tiny kiss on your lips.

"Baby, I'm sick, you can't kiss me on the lips for now..."

You reminded him gently.

He nodded unwillingly, but he knew you meant the best for him. You held the dainty cup up to your rosy lips and took a small sip.

It was surprisingly sweet, you had expected it to be bitter, like the tea that your fellow Adeptus friend, Xiao, had let you try.

"Thanks, Childe..."

You managed to muster up a small weak smile. He took your hand and kissed it gently.

"No problem, sweetheart. "

You had a high fever. Inazuma was beautiful and all but when the cold weather hit you during winter, you fell sick and had a high fever.

Thoma had taken a leave from his usual work at the Kamisato family's estate and decided to spend some time with you.

" Do you want soup, darling? You know I'm a good cook..."

He suggested thoughtfully, caressing your cheek.

You nodded weakly, only managing a small smile to thank him.

He went down quickly, eager for you to get well soon. He took out all the ingredients and cooked the soup.

He did not need the recipe, he remembered it by heart as when Ayaka got sick, he would make this for her.

After cooking the soup, he brought it up the stairs, careful not to spill it, and set it down on the bedside table.

You meekly took the spoon and took a small sip. It warmed up your body but Thoma warmed up your heart.

A faint smile could be seen on his face as he looked at you drinking his homemade soup.

"It's good, isn't it-"

His words were interrupted by you, hugging him tightly as a way to thank him.

He smiled warmly, he knew his soup was good anyway.

The cold, fresh morning breeze tingled your skin as you sat on Childe's lap, enjoying the sunrise while eating some sandwiches. This was one of the best ways to start a perfect day.

Childe's warm breath tickled the sensitive skin on your ear as he whispered sweetly to you, sending tingly feelings down your spine.

"I know you love me, don't be an idiot! I love you too..."

You admitted as if you we're confessing your love for him although you guys had done that long ago.

A small brush of light pink dusted your cheeks. It did not go unnoticed by Childe.

"Is my darling blushing?"

He teased you as you shot him a playful glare. He gave you the same boyish grin you had fallen for when you had just met him for the first time. It was love at first sight, at least, for you it was.

You buried your head in his chest, hiding your now fully scarlet face. He found it adorable. Absolutely adorable.

He pulled you in closer, snaking his hands around your waist and drawing invisible shapes on your back with his index finger.

He kissed your forehead gently. Although he knew that loving someone meant that he had another person to lose, it was all worth it when he remembers all the happy times with you.

He smiles and continues looking at you, you were much prettier than the sunrise, if he were to be honest.

Im being more delusional than usual and i keep thinking about highschool love with childe(or anyone tbh) imagine us being like an introvert but not so introvert and only talk when we need then theres childe who can talk and make conversations with anyone even though he just met them... i mean i guess thats the reason hes super popular especially among the girls<3 bonus if childe and us were childhood friends but dont talk much coz we sometin3s dont have the chance to talk to him due to him being so popular and surrounded by people all the time :( BUTTT whnever he isnt surrounded by people, we do all those sweet highschool couples thing like walking home together, recess on the rooftop, after school studying at the library and all that<3 their relationship isnt a secret but its not that obvious do you get it?? Like we keep a low profile about our relationship but its not like we're trying to really hide it yk. A few people know about us but dont really pay attention to it especially to us coz we're kind of like polar opposites (him being extremely popular and us keeping everhthing to ourselves) so not a lot of people pay attention to us (which us both a good thing and a bad thing) Its like private but not a secret<3

You were an introvert. You strayed away from people and could not stand being around many people, especially strangers. You only talked when you needed to, other times, your mouth was zipped shut. You were basically the opposite of your boyfriend, Childe.

Childe was outgoing, extroverted and popular. You on the other hand, were quiet and kept to yourself, introverted and not popular.

Although you were not very popular, since you guys were best friends since childhood, nothing really separated you and him.

He was always surrounded by people, especially the popular girls. Sometimes, you were worried that Childe would leave you for one of them but Childe would always shoot you a look when they came near him.

The look that seemed to say that he loves you and would never leave you.

Your relationship seemed very private although none of you even made and effort to keep it like that. Being the introvert you are, talking to him in school was not a choice since there were so many people around him.

But when you two were alone, it was a completely different story. You guys were high school sweethearts. Sharing soft kisses with a lingering aftertaste of him on your lips, watching the beautiful sunset while alone on the rooftop after school.

Childe had even brought you to his home to meet his family. They liked you. They could see how much he loved you, with him showering you with kisses on the couch when he thought they were not there.

You also loved his adorable siblings, Teucer and Tonia. They were adorable and their cute antics were making you love them even more and more.

Sometimes, Childe would even be jealous of Teucer and Tonia, muttering under his breath about how they were stealing your attention away from him. When you heard this, you stifled your laughter and gave him a living kiss in the nose. How sweet!

Although it was a tiny bit annoying sometimes, you still found it absolutely adorable.

Childe had insisted he join you while you were studying. He even went as far as to pinky promise that he would study with you and not fool around, but here he was, whining for your attention.

You let out a soft giggle while the ticklish sensation sent a spark of surprise down your spine. You lovingly looked at him. He was so handsome. Handsome was an understatement. He was the hottest man you had ever seen.

You could not resist but you knew that your examinations were more important. You gave him a few light headpats before continuing to do your math worksheet.

Light clicks from your calculator was all that could be heard alongside the soft blowing sounds from the fan. You had not realised that Childe had fell asleep.

Cuteness overload! His adorable face! And he fell asleep on your thighs?! Too adorable! You lovingly planted a kiss on his forehead after carrying him to your bed.

It was a lot of work for a girl like you, which basically looked micro-sized compared to your handsome boyfriend.

Suddenly, he awoke sleepily from his slumber after you kissed him. He looked at you and gave you a gentle smile.

"Come join me, angel... You can study later...please..."

He pleaded, with his voice still raspy from awaking from his peaceful slumber.

How could you resist his puppy dog eyes begging you to stay with him. Without a second thought, you jumped into his arms, feeling his calloused hands snaking around your waist.

This was definitely a perfect moment between the two of you, although you had not planned for this to happen. Cuddles are still the best after all.
