I was bored and something clicked in my head. This is just a silly theory of mine
Tumblr media
Something about Ruby and Yang, God of Light and God of Darkness, sisters and brothers, siblings
Something about Ruby has the Silver Eyes from God of Light, Yang has lilac eyes similar to God of Darkness eyes and when she angry she has red eyes like the Grimm
Yang's primary colour is yellow and her secondary colour is gold, Ruby's colour scheme similar to the Grimm and they both associated with death
In the trailers, when Ruby first appeared she killed the Grimm; Yang first appearance she destroyed a bar
The map of Remnant, 2 dragon-shape continents, 2 brothers with the one in the East is the Light bro and in the West is the Dark bro
Tumblr media
Something about Yang Xiao Long, the God of Light and the Eastern; something about Ruby Rose, the God of Darkness and the Western

Why do I feel at ease between forests
Why do I find home near the lakes
Why do I feel warmth of raindrops,
even in the coldest period of winter.
Why is it, that future is near yet so far away
when will I feel at home in present?
When will I learn to grow?
by me :>

i love it when phil gets all flustered (which in the face of 2024 dan howell is v often) and then he has one of two reactions to it:
hides his face with his hands and/or clothes
or
attempts to get out of sight from the camera entirely

thinking about the language of intimidation in this episode - how Kendall's ideas of intimidation fall completely flat, because drugging Matsson and bleeding him dry doesn't scare a guy who microdoses at breakfast and wastes liters of his blood on a sick prank on his ex-girlfriend. it's not just about Matsson and his team being supposed to be physically intimidating (the way he looms over them when they're on the mountaintop even when they try to get a height advantage by stepping on rocks and sitting on ledges, kendall and roman's reaction when he takes his jacket off, the way shiv describes him as broad and conventionally attractive to Tom, etc, but also the stuff with the head of comms being a ski jumper, etc), but it's also literally about the language they use. How the roys use language and violent metaphors as weapons, but that means nothing when even the very literal meaning of those threats isn't scary to Matsson. and not just that, but there's also something there about how Matsson just switches over to swedish to make fun of them right in front of their faces, making them unable to defend themselves in this verbal battle, because they don't even understand what's being said, and effectively and literally disarming them by taking away what is usually their means of attack, and in the process again asserting his dominance over them

Godrick could just walk down to Liurnia, he fits through the doorways (+ headcanons)
Tumblr media
I've been writing little ficlets and headcanons for myself where I tend to include Godrick just walking down to Liurnia because he indeed fits through every doorway and passageway all the way there, but I don't think I've ever shown the pictures. Here you go!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Imagine him seeing a gorgeous sunset after thousands of years of being inside the castle, only seeing its walls. War, loss, self-mutilation, ridicule, false hope. And yet, something as simple as the colours of a sunset remain constant. After all, Radahn could not hold back the sun.
So here are some sweet little headcanons, why not:
Godrick x Tarnished headcanons - Sunsets ignore war
imagine finally being able to convince him to take the path leading from his throne room to Liurnia
it would take conscious effort to convince him, even after proving your loyalty to him, he'd expect being attacked and would refuse for quite a while
you'd have to remind him that Liurnia remained neutral during the Shattering, and also that you just cleared the area and there is absolutely no one there to disturb him (Thops is just chilling, he doesn't need to know about him)
timidly he'd agree, would insist to go at night though
you'd convince him to go at sunset to see the beautiful colours, being in the castle for several thousand years would make anyone go mad
you are aware of his homesickness, and you thought maybe this occasion would take his mind off of being hyperfocused on returning to Leyndell
he is grumpy on the way there, repeating that it's a bad idea and if something goes wrong, you'll not be excempt from punishment
you know well he is just trying to mask his nervousness so you just quietly lead the way
once there, the sun is already setting, painting the sky with beautiful colours; you are happy it isn't a foggy evening this time
you both stop shortly after exiting the castle, looking towards the ocean where the sun is setting
you stand next to him, he has been awfully quiet ever since he stepped out of the castle
usually he is vocal, be it in a positive or negative way, he'll make sure you know what he thinks; the sudden change indicates that he is processing emotions unusual to him
you don't look at him directly to provide some level of privacy, but from the corner of your eye you can see that he is in complete awe, just quietly admiring the sky
Godrick thinks he is lucky for the enormous height difference now, he is happy that looking at his face would require conscious effort on your part to turn and look up at him
he knows you are more considerate than that... he hopes at least; otherwise you would have seen something glistening in his eyes
surely, the Stormveil winds made his eyes very sensitive, no other reason

I hope you answer this. I have been part of the editing community on Instagram and twitter and I understand how it feels not getting credit for your work. You're right it requires effort to find clips, loop them and edit them with effects and texts. But the easier solution is to go for a watermark no one on that list ever claimed they were the one making the gifs and some private accounts and some people who do give credits are also added. It's just impossible to control the sharing of content if it's publicly uploaded once and sometimes people save it for later and don't remember the @ it doesn't mean they are intentionally stealing work.
Hi! I think that you are not getting what me and others are upset about. First things first, that list is old, it's like from mid 2023 or something, i dont know why it made a resurgence now and even if i dont quite agree with it, i dont think it was meant as a way of "look this are the criminals, death to them" and more of a "look your gifs may be in these twitter accounts, maybe u would like to reach out". I do think people can do better and learn.
I get that twitter as whole is difficult to find sources, specially if u find the gif in the automated search part, and even more if the OG poster of said gif didnt credit shit. And that's a problem that could be solved if u do give credit from the start. The excuse of "oh i don't remember where this is from" does not sit right with me bc then dont post it, look for it and if you dont find it dont post it. Bc we shouldn't have to watermark our gifs, and even then it would be really good if u could also link it. It is not difficult at all!
Ignoring all that I know it is difficult to control the sharing without credit specially when there are SO many social media apps! What bothers me (us) is that instead of saying "i will try to do better" or "oh i didn't realize people cared ab credit" f1twt goes and says "oh they are exaggerating" "oh this doesnt take any time" "oh no the tumblr hags" and it isn't kind, it isn't respectful, and isn't pretty. You are belittling work done by other people. Of course you can unintentionally steal things sure but you are still doing it, and if ur response to people being upset ab it is to say "they are exaggerating" my man you are not being respectful.
I'm GLAD that people in that list is giving credit, and I hope the ones that don't learn to give it too.

Bruh, I just read the spoiler for the end of season 8. So this pertains to that knowledge I found out about - SPOILERs.
So basically the ending regrading whether or not Wilson Dies due to his Cancer fascinated me. And I recalled the episode I recently watched - 7x3 - about a writer and the way they ended their series with a cliffhanger. The cliffhanger which deeply upset House as he wants a concrete ending to the character he invested himself in.
She informs him that she won't change/revise it because she is satisfied with the way she ended it allow for the readers to image the way it ends themselves.
This upset House that he was about say something mean to the women before being interrupted. (Cuddy and him are dating at this point. She there and he chose to be nice)
So I because of something I read on this site, looked into how and if Wilson dies (I knew he was going to have cancer, it's in all the Hilson edits), but what I found reminded me of the previously mentioned episode, above. The show/series ended in a way that allows for the watchers to decide their own true ending for the pair.
And I am fucking feral for that shit. Can't wait to watch it all build up to this point and understand it more deeply.

Steve is tired. He had spent the last 12 hours working at the police station almost without any breaks, but of course, being him the youngest officer, he always gets the stink jobs and now he has to interrogate some suspected thief.
He gets into the interrogation room with a sigh and sits down without looking at the person of interest already in the room.
"I didn't do it"
Hearing these words, Steve looks up and damn - the criminal is hot and it has been way too long since he last got laid. But this guy, this Edward Munson, also looks exactly how every small criminal looks like.
"I didn't say anything" He replies.
"Still, I haven't done a single bad thing in my whole life" Eddie folds his arms and looks almost offended, if it wasn't for the sparks of amusements in his eyes.
"Somehow, I doubt it" Steve's eyebrow raises, as he speaks. "Still, I want to go home, so just tell me where you were on the 19th of November around 10pm. I need to add that we have a witness"
He laughs. The little criminal shit laughs.
"Well, I was at a concert that night. My concert. And then I finished a whole bottle of vodka and passed out on the guy I took home without even having some fun with him. Admit it, you just took the first random metalhead you found"
At the mention of the other's sexual activities Steve gives him his stinkiest eyes, but still he turns to the glass to indicate at his collegue to check for the alibi.
While waiting for a response, neither of them speaks and a sort of electric tension falls between them. And even if he tries not to, Steve finds himself gulping on air as he watches Eddie plays with his rings and biting his nails. At some point, he even tries to put his feet on the table and Steve has to push him down.
The other policeman finally comes back and apparently it is true: Eddie was the lead singer of some group and at the time of the theft he was on stage.
Eddie doesn't waste anytime getting up and litterally running out of the room. He just stop for one second to place a hand on Steve's shoulder smirking.
What an idiot this guy is and what a terrible way to end his shift.
Still, Steve is happy he can go home (and check if he finds anything about Eddie's band). Too bad he has to take the bus since his father cut him off.
As he gets out, he starts to walk towards the bus stop without even acknowledging his surroundings. But then he hears someone clearing his thorat.
It looks like Eddie Munson didn't leave. The insufferable guy is waiting outside, smirking and leaning on a vintage convertible Ford Thunderbird and Steve's mouth starts salivating (he doesn't know if for the car or for its hot owner).
"What? I didn't steal it, my last album is a gold record, but don't worry, I don't expect you to understand anything about music. You're lucky I love men in uniform"
Steve almost wants to answer back but he makes the mistake of looking into Eddie's eyes and damn... he's screwed

recently saw a tiktok about toji n megumi…and good god. ppl in the comment section were willing to die in the trenches to convince others that toji had at no point sold megumi (which is so easily fact-checked it hurts) and that he was a great father. girl, we did not read or watch the same series. and mind you, this is not coming from anti-toji angle at all.
i don't understand glazing over the turmoil present in the text. it's what makes their father-son relationship so interesting and compelling. the tragedy of it all! how grief and trauma molded their relationship - or actually, lack thereof. and yet, even then, megumi was still toji's last thought as he was dying. the softness in his voice when he said "i'm glad" after coming to the conclusion that gojo had intervened in the toji-naobito agreement and had allowed megumi to stay a fushiguro!
and how delusional do you have to be to claim fushiguro toji is a good father?? bro??? toji loved megumi, sure. but his approach to his son, post his wife's passing, was hands-off: extreme edition. megumi himself says he hasn't seen his father in years and toji asks "who's that" in response to shiu asking about his son. all the "caretaking" choices he made for megumi (like arranging a future sale with the zenin, leaving him with his then partner, mamamiki) resulted in son's well-being and rearing being out of his hands. telling gojo that particular info but leaving it up to him what do with megumi's fate, is another wild example of his claim to absentee father of the century.
and i think it's easy to understand why. it's not out of malice, toji's treatment by his clan left him thinking that he was worthless and also, deeply unstable. all those traits resurfaced again during his grief. so, with an example of childrearing like that, zero positive influences in his own parenting (mamamiki isn't winning any mother of the year awards either. althought, idk if that would have changed anything) this was probably his way of trying to provide megumi w/ a better life by taking his presence out of the equation. the same happens when it comes to the sale. in his head, toji probably believes he is providing better odds for megumi by selling him back to their ancestral clan (even though, i'm sure toji knew he wouldn't be exempt from hardships - the zenin clan's still toxic even if you are an asset).
obviously, there here is also selfishness, lack of motivation, and a whole cocktail of other negative bullshit, in all of that. out of sight, out of mind (so out of mind he forgot to who the name megumi fucking pertained to. and, adding to the cherry on top, HE was the one who named his son). also, i cannot stress this enough,,,,he was going to financially benefit from SELLING his son. which is, and i cannot believe i have to say this so, bad! that, cancels every and any possible good (even if misguided) intention in leaving megumi in the zenin's care! he's a flawed fuck! he's another cog in the great old generational trauma of the zen'in clan! fushiguro toji is objectively not a god person or father! however that's part of what makes him, him. and as a consequence, what makes him such an interesting character. it's why their little father-son (unbeknownst to megumi) moment hits so hard. the baggage has to exist in order for that little moment to hold so much meaning.
in sum, i love all is well au’s as much as the next person, but why reduce such an interesting relationship, when discussing actual canon, to something with so little complexity? why viciously sanitize it? i want to see that energy in fics! in aus! but like. time and place ❤️

Batfamily Introduction- Matt Reeves universe
So...this is how I'd go about assembling the Batfamily in Reeves verse. I have (at least the movies about Jason) completely developed in my brain, but well, writing the scripts is a whole other issue. I could, but 2k fics are too much for me at the moment, so I thought I'd share this with the world, free some space in my brain, so to speak. Praying that someone out there, that has the actual pull to make this happen, reads this and maybe uses it a little. Mainly about Jason, because my poor boy deserves better, and an live action portrayal that is accurate and true to character, instead of the constant angst trainreck that is his life in the comics, for some reason.
The more detailed an idea is, the more doubts I have about it, idk. Dick's is less developed since pretty much everyone is familiar with him, so I kinda skipped him, sorry. And Damian...well, I don't know enough about him to write him much more than he is, and tbh, I'd like to do something with him and Jon more than anything else.
Here it goes!!! (Also, I'm just a fan, so please don't hate on this, yeah? If you don't like it, move on.)
Batman: Gravity / Gravitas/ Gravitational Pull
(Dick's origin story as Robin movie, Zucco,  Selina helps, Ace shows up, Zucco almost dies but D!R decides not to, little scenes with Batgirl (?),etc)
•Robin the first*: Dick's solo movie when he's older, establishing the Titans (Babs, Roy, Donna, Joey(?)), Deathstroke as antagonist(?). He ends the movie as Nightwing (?).
Batman: Mind Games
(Jason as Robin origin story, Jason steals the Batmobile tires, B sends him to a home. Mad Hatter/ Dollmaker is buying kids from Ma Gunn's and Jay helps B & Gordon realize this and to put a stop to it, B ends up kidnapped and Nightwing isn't answering Agent A and Batgirl is holed up in the precinct with Gordon; so Jay dresses up as Robin and goes to try and stop the freak. He trips the rogue with his marbles and knocks him out, waiting until Batgirl/Nightwing come to free the hostages from the tech, keeping the conscious kids calm. Dick is surprised about Jay but not a dick about it. Bruce offers to adopt Jay, and says it's not necessary to be Robin too, but Dick Is all "unless you want to, little wing! I'm gonna teach you all the *best* moves B is too old to do!" Sue me, I want one happy Batfamily, ok? Ok).
•Robin the second*: Jason's solo movie, Kid Devil Pen pal, Kyle(?), Rose(?), Gar(?) or the Titans say he's too little?; Catwoman/Ivy/Nocturna as mentors/aunts? Heist movie. Professor Pig/Toymaker as antagonist? He ends up saving the Titans/Batman despite the doubts about him.
Batman: "A death in the family"/[?]
(Garzonas/child trafficking ring; they butt heads about 'procedure' and 'too much violence'; Barbara is paralyzed; Jay looks for Haywood, she sells him out to Joker, Jason dies. A few months later, B gets called to deal with Flashpoint and finds out Flash is the reason Jay died ("Allen, you killed my son? You killed my SON!" "I'm sorry- Bruce, I'm-" "Effective immediately, Allen's tenure in the Justice League is terminated. Central City will be relegated to Wallace, if he's ready to take on the name." "Bruce!" "If he can not use his powers responsibly, he can not be trusted with them. Unless you want me to give you an antidote." "...you don't have one." "Are you willing to try me?" post-credit scene. Jay's hand breaking the ground of his grave post-post credit scene)
Batman: [?]/Bane of the City
(Tim as Robin Origin story. Broken back, Dick as Batman for a little while, they defeat Bane, Bruce heals a little bit, Barbara remakes herself as Oracle and saves their asses at a crucial moment, etc. Jason is alive and with the LoA, baby!Damián? post-credit scene.)
•Robin the third*: Tim's solo movie, he finds Connor and goes against Lex? + Cassie and Bart, of course. Steph is introduced at the end (iconic brick-in-the-face moment).
Batman: Under the Red Hood/[?]
(RH takes over the Alley in a couple of weeks; steals the kryptonite and ruins deals for Black Mask; kills the leutenants of the mobs and gains control over them, etc. ("B, this guys is not out of control." "Dick?" "I'd say this guy is completely in control. Look at these! He hasn't killed a single innocent. Every one of these men and woman have charges for murder, rape, abuse, child pornography or molestation, human trafficking... and all of them got away with it or got the minimal sentence or had the charges dropped or the witnesses killed. They weren't casualities, they were targeted." "It doesn't matter, he's still killing people." "Yeah, bad people! The worst society has to offer." "Dick..." "Bruce, we have bigger problems than a man that keeps the civilians out of things, the children protected and only takes his rage on the worst of humanity.") Jason still attacks Tim at TT, but only to keep him out of the final confrontation -broken wrist, ankle and bruised ribs- ("No more dead Robins" is written in Jason's blood on the wall). Jason as RH reveal; B accepts Jay killing Joker -he turns around and gives him permission- but the damn clown blows up the building before he can and scapes even after RH shoots him a few times. Jason collapses in Bruce's arms, sobbing, terrified. B asks Jay to comes home and he does, to a heartfelt reunion. Jason apologizes to Tim, giving him the R he cut off the Robin suit in the case instead of the one he took in the Tower. Damian's existence bomb drop post-credit scene. One big happy Batfamily, see?).
•Robin the fourth*: Steph's solo movie. She starts the movie as Spoiler, ends the movie as Robin but dead. Steph tries to stop her dad, meets R!Tim, they fall in love somewhere in the middle. R!Tim wants her as part of the Titans, she refuses cuz her mom doesn't know about Spoiler and she wants to stay in Gotham due to Cluemaster. Jack Drake forces Tim to give up Robin (Steph finds out his identity due to him screaming threats to Bruce) and Bruce offers R to her a few days later, she agrees. Tim doesn't like ir, but Steph is Tim's only contact with the Batfam, so he's ok-ish with it. Cluemaster realizes his daughter is Spoiler/the new Robin and sells the info to Sionis, hoping he'll get him out of prison (he thinks Black Mask will use it to find out who Batman is, not torture her to death, but still). B&Steph butt heads, some "you're too much like Jason" comments/classism thrown her way (Jason is in the LoA trying to convince Talia to give up Damian to B, btw) She starts a war between two gangs to stop them destroying her block/neighborhood's business and homes. BM kidnaps her then, and tries to torture the info of Batman and Red Hood (his bitter enemy) out of her. She holds out until N&B&RH rescue her, but too late. She "dies" then ("was I a good Robin?" "you were a great Robin"). (Post-credit scene is her waking up gasping in a hospital bed, her window shows a Savanna.)
Batman: Blood Son/ Blood Feud
(Damian gets to Gotham to witness the end tail of the gang war after Steph's death. Tim is back in the Manor, back as Robin (he put on the suit to stop the war and BM; since Jack is in a coma he doesn't care anymore), working with B & N & RH to clean things up. R almost kills BM by beating him, so RH puts a blade to the guy's throat and says he will kill him if Tim says the word. Tim, in the end, says no. RH then cuts through BM's spinal cord, leaving him paralyzed. ("As a compromise" he grins savagely at Batman, winking.) Damian tries to off Tim the moment they meet, but Tim is very on edge and puts him down quickly and brutally ("You want to be Robin, remplace Steph, with *those* skills? Ha! Give me a break/Pathetic.") Dick tries to explain how fragile Tim is at the moment, while Jason & Alfred try to make them bond by cooking together, and B makes them solve cold cases together (it turns into a competition, of course, but since it ends with Tim spending less Time on the field, B doesn't stop it). Jack dies after an attack at the hospital by Cap Boomerang; after the funeral he goes out as RR, to get revenge. Zsasz gets him first, since RR is out of it. Damian -who was following him, not worried- ends up saving Tim after Zsasz kidnaps him on BM's orders, as payback. He stalls Zsasz until the others get there and cuts off one of his arms while trying not to kill him. (I wanna add Killer Croc here somehow, he's hired but Damián either convinces him to leave or beats him by drugging him or something). While Tim is recovering in the hospital/cave he passes the R to him. (''You'll do a good job." "Tt, of course I will." "Just...maybe get a less sharp weapon?" "Because blunt force trauma is more elegant?" "Nop. It's usually less deadly, tho."))
The (*) means I have no idea for a tittle. I know I want it to be secuencial, like a series, because that's what they are lol.

— We all feel lonely sometimes. — Satoru laughed softly. — You don't have to be so tough all the time, Nanami. Life is so short.
— Even more so for people like us. — He replied bitterly.
[...]
— You don't need to feel so lonely or misunderstood. — Nanami whispered to him sweetly. — I'm here!
"Satoru Gojo is sad and lonely, drowning in deep depressive moments he receives a grateful visit from Nanami, who appears worriedly at his door to calm his suffering heart. After all, it was not the first time their eyes had met in such an intimate way."
