GOJO SATORU ➽ words of affirmation & gift-giving

This man is rich. Plain as day, there is no doubt about that. There is nothing that Satoru won't do to go to the ends of the earth to get you. The number of times you would receive gifts from this man would have Ieiri, Utahime, and even Mei's eyes widen in horror. And maybe even perhaps jealousy—to see a man so high up his ass so utterly devoted to his partner.

His mornings and afternoons would often be spent teaching his young students at Jujutsu Tech, but it didn't stop him from diving into a whirlwind of activity, all stemming from his blatant infatuation with you. Whenever he had the chance, perhaps luring his students for a "trip" with the promise of going to Roppongi, he inevitably found himself scouring the markets for any trinkets that caught his eye. But who could blame him? After all, they were virtually beckoning him to buy it for you—a delicate necklace, a quaint keychain, or a colorful bouquet of wildflowers. Each item held a piece of his heart, a token of his affection waiting to be shared with you and only you.

Satoru wasn't deterred. Hell, he was hardly even fazed by the indifferent stares or the murmurs of disdain that often followed his well-meaning gestures—mostly by his colleagues, probably thinking he was processed by a cursed spirit, God forbid, but I digress. Love wasn’t just a word to be said but a sentiment to be expressed through actions, however small or grand they may appear. But if that was what Satoru really thought a relationship was, then God may as well have struck him down at that moment. It didn't matter what people thought of him or even what material possessions he bestowed upon you; you're his entire world and don't deserve any less.

To be able to feel pampered by his kindness and love through gifts. It warmed your heart to know how special you really were to him. Satoru may be rich, but he also knows about the superficial aspects of a relationship and tries to avoid them. But in the end, if that’s what you want, he'll do whatever it takes to make you happy. All he wishes for is your happiness and nothing more. As the strongest sorcerer in the world, Satoru knows he has a lot of power, and he is willing to put that all on the line for you to flourish. The man, to the surprise of no one, had a knack for flirting, effortlessly winning hearts with his smooth talk and irresistible charm. He can even be a flirt at times, for sure, but Satoru despised that label. To him, it's his way of showing that he is all yours. He's a tease who knows how to use his words to woo you—though it can sometimes be a bit much. You know that what he's doing is just trying to cheer you up.

FUSHIGURO MEGUMI ➽ acts of service & words of affirmation

From the very beginning of your relationship, moments of vulnerability and intimacy were always scarce and few in between. He would never do or say something that you were uncomfortable with. He respects your boundaries and expects the same in return. Megumi, quietly and reservedly, sometimes has trouble articulating his thoughts. His words often fall short of capturing the depth of his feelings. Yet beneath this rock-solid exterior lies a heart that yearns for your happiness above all else—even his own. His emotions are conveyed not through words but through subtle gestures and actions veiled behind his typical stoic demeanour.

As much as Yuji and Nobara would tease him for it, their jests and blatant remarks were all rooted in good faith. Because in the end, when they would see just the way that he would gaze at you and how he would constantly be attentive to your well-being during missions—contrary to popular belief, not smothering you with overprotectiveness but ensuring that he's always there to support you—they would realize how committed Megumi really was. They understand that Megumi's silence speaks volumes. Gojo, for one, would disagree and instead say he was "utterly and completely smitten" with you, his eyes seeing the world through rose-colored lenses, but if that is the case, then so be it.

When he extends a hand to help you out, whether it's on a mission to exorcise cursed spirits or simply going through the strains of daily life, it's a gesture that speaks volumes. To you, his short and sincere words were his way of showing that he cared. He is your protector, and he will ensure you know this about him. You don't have to lift a finger; he's already on it. His presence alone makes your cheeks flush pink.

OKKOTSU YUTA ➽ quality time & physical touch

Yuta cherishes the intimacy of being close to his loved one, especially when it's with you. Throughout his life, he's often felt isolated and disconnected from the world around him. Having someone he's genuinely close to fills his heart with a sense of completeness. And to him, you are everything—his entire world.

Quality time, to Yuta, means all the time—whether you both are on a mission, training, or even just together in the classroom, you best believe that Yuta will be following you around like a dog with its owner. But he doesn't do it just because it's expected. He knows his strength and wants to protect you no matter what. And if he can't find you? Without a doubt, Yuta will be deploying all of his nerves and anxiety to the forefront of his very being to see you.

You understand that, after all the trauma that Yuta's been through in his life, that is what makes up his anxieties. The scars of his past linger and still continue to haunt him—those memories of loss and loneliness. It's a burden he carries with him always, and that hurts. But unbeknownst to you, your presence alone healed him far more than any reverse cursed technique could. It would heal physical injuries, but internal ones? That was all you—the solace in his once dark-lit life.

Yuta's love language becomes evident. Not even the most oblivious people could look at the way Yuta looked at you and assume it was anything other than pure adoration. It's in the gentle brush of your hand against his, the comforting warmth of your embrace, and the way you lean in just a little closer when you speak, just to be able to hear him a bit more clearly. His affection is expressed through subtle touches and lingering gazes. He loves you, and you love him—just the way he is.

NANAMI KENTO ➽ quality time & words of affirmation

Straight up, he's one of the more mature men out there. Nanami is stone-cold, but he is painstakingly thorough in his care in practically everything he does. He can be a workaholic at times, for sure, but he knew what would become of him if that was all that he did. Despite his dedication to his work, he always made a conscious effort to prioritize his relationships and to nurture and cherish the time he had with you. He wanted for both you and him to live a proper and healthy life. Whether you were just feeling off about yourself or going through a tough time, Nanami would be right by your side in a matter of seconds to comfort you.

If he were at work, he would drop everything he was doing, call you directly on his cell phone regardless of the weird looks he was getting from his colleagues, and immediately put on his jacket and drive to where you were, only to see you alone in your shared home curled up on the couch, and that made him angry—more than that. But he knew that, above all else, he needed to comfort you, and perhaps, even himself…

No questions would be asked of him, as he would then lift you up in his arms and reassure you that you didn’t have to tell him now but that he was here for you and would always be. He'd then take you somewhere in hopes of taking your mind off whatever was haunting your thoughts because, in his mind, you didn't deserve that burden while he could help. Even just his words alone would soothe your troubled mind. Every action and gesture he made to guarantee your well-being demonstrated his undying dedication to you. And if those words weren't enough, Nanami would drop everything and show his love through quality time spent together. Whether it was a quiet evening at home or a leisurely stroll through the city streets, he cherished every moment shared in your company.

You cherished having him by your side, and you wouldn't have it any other way. And it didn't matter to him if you were feeling down or struggling with something, down to the littlest thing. And it didn't matter to him if you thought it was troublesome to tell him.

Because he always knew what to say.

Wrote this on a whim when I remembered how much I liked this guy 😎

Buggy stans, assemble!!

I love buggy and I don’t talk about it enough

but like he needs more screen time

he has a decent amount I just wanna see him more :)

onto hcs!

buggy is a guy who wants to be confident but isn’t so he fakes it but you can tell

at first he’s just as phony towards you but as time goes on he opens up to you

you try to convince him he can be himself around everyone, especially his own crew he but still thinks he has to put on a show

its what he does best afterall!

buggy is subtly physical affectionate, for example, resting his hand on your waist

or putting a hand on your head

him being more flashy would be giving you a big kiss

he dips you and makes a “mmmmwah!” sound so you know it’s for show when in public

other times he does it to be playful

Another grand love gesture he does is sit you on his lap or shoulder

the man’s got some good muscle so he can hold you not matter your weight 💗

He likes make a game or show out of a lot of things you do for fun

and trust me that was a hassle

Everyone was tired and ready to give up but cabaji kept begging and crying

eventually you found the restaurant staff!…..forming they’re own circus..with richie..who was also crying

you had to fight the staff to get richie back

and they were unexpectedly strong

yeah at the end of the day you and buggy were tired and went to be early

he keeps it in his notes never to ask his crew to help him with a date again..

i feel buggy would really like receiving massages

like back/shoulder ones specifically

rub some lotion in his back and that’s the ultimate way to calm a angry buggy 💗

he really appreciates when you do this

he’ll return the favor too

more likely to come in the form of gifts than another massage

but if you state that’s how you’d like to be repaid he wouldn’t mind at all

in fact he’d be quite good at giving massages

especially since he can simply separate a hand or too so he can continue to manage his crew 💖

buggy likes to put you in his acts

He teaches you everything he knows and is really proud of you when you impress the crowd or master a skill

he’s very supportive and patient in that sense

and when I say the word ‘patience’ is reserved for you I mean it

he prioritizes you a lot even if he can’t afford the L he’s about to take in order to impress you

refer back to the failed date where he couldn’t actually rent the restaurant

it’s just he gets expensive when pampering you

a part of him thinks you’d leave if he didn’t do those things

that you wouldn’t love him for just him and that it must be for the show

later on in the relationship when he explains that’s how he feels and opens up to you

you’ll definitely reassure and correct him about your love for him

that you’d love him even if he was a bum, nobody and total loser

he tries not to tear up but he’s tearing up

btw if you don’t like being in the spotlight/stage

Headcanons and analysis on Pavia's love languages and the way he likes to show affection.

yeah ok ive been playing reverse 1999 what about it <3

it might be a little too early to write anything for it, given the lack of in-depth content, the awful translation and all, but who cares lol

Pavia as a whole - his speech pattern, the way he presents himself, his appearance, line of work, relationships, etc - can easily be described as brash and straightforward. That direct sincerity and lack of restraint is part of what makes him dangerous. One can always count on Pavia to do and say whatever he wants, whenever he feels like it, regardless of time and situation.

When it comes to showing affection, no one thinks Pavia is capable (let alone willing) of forming lasting or meaningful friendships with anyone other than his pack of wolves. They all expect the same direct and selfish behaviour from Pavia in romantic endeavors, and he delivers wonderfully.

If someone manages to catch his eye, then he'll pursue them and make his intentions very clear - romance is optional and reserved for more "difficult" targets, but he's not the type to put in the effort. All of this inevitably leads to heartbreak and a long line of partners, each and every one fully convinced on being "the one" that would steer Pavia back onto the right track, into a more honest life.

Of course, this just applies to all those fleeting flings and whims, the superficial relationships everyone around him takes at face value to justify their hatred and disapproval of him.

Unless you're part of the pack, it's near impossible to know how Pavia acts around those he truly cares for because of his solitary lifestyle, to the point where those people might not even realize that Pavia cares about them and is actively trying to be nice. His love languages are unorthodox - as well as hidden under a few layers of nonchalance and casualness, I'd even argue that Pavia himself struggles to wrap his head around the concept of caring for someone other than himself - but with enough patience and attention to detail, they'll get easier to spot! Once you understand Pavia and his MO, it all just clicks into place.

Giving: Quality Time, Gifts

[Quality Time]

In this case, the term is used very loosely, as it doesn't exactly match the usual definition - there's no uninterrupted outings nor intimate one-on-one conversations, just an intense presence orbiting around as you go about your day.

This is what Pavia considers "quality time": inserting himself into the lives of those he cares about, entirely unannounced, to follow them until he's had enough or drag them around to do whatever he feels like doing if their routine is much too boring for his taste. The confidence he displays when disrupting people's lives paints him as a jerk with little to no care for their business - after all, how can it be quality time if you can't go buy groceries in peace because Pavia keeps trying to sneak weird shit into your cart and expecting you to pay? It's all pretty on brand for him, to use his presence as an obstacle and annoyance, the same way others have used it in the past as punishment.

But this is Pavia we're talking about. He prefers solitude, he doesn't care for company and he's turned loneliness into both a weapon and a shield.

It's always been very clear to him that no one wants to stick around, so for Pavia to offer his company in this manner is not unlike a stray dog testing the waters, seeing if it's safe enough to come out of hiding. He's gauging your reaction to his antics, his existence as a whole, under the pretense of bothering you because "he feels like it". It's kind of a privilege (and a miracle) to have Pavia seek you out without a bounty for your head! Consider yourself lucky.

But to address the two most common outcomes of this love language - if Pavia takes the lead and drags you around, it means you'll be involved in the most random fucking shenanigans.

Sometimes, he just lets you hang out with him, and you know you're dear to him if he allows the pack to play and relax around you. Sometimes, you're witness to his mercenary work and other shady jobs, willingly or not (he'll call you a coward if you don't want to bury a body with him). Sometimes, he takes you shopping only to dare you to get a five finger discount with him because he sure as hell isn't paying for all this shit. Sometimes, you see him argue for fun with people he doesn't even know. Sometimes, he shows you the hidden gems of his city and then leaves to see how you find your way back.

On one hand, it's a test - to see how you'll do should he choose to stick around for longer than what's acceptable for someone like him. On the other, he wants you to be part of his world, not only small glimpses of it - it's all or nothing. So it's only fair that he shows you the type of shit that you'll be getting into if you allow him to stay. Or rather, to welcome him when he comes and goes as he pleases.

On those scarce days when he prefers to follow you around, he's mostly driven by curiosity. Pavia rejects every conventional notion of leading a "normal" life, to be part of all those blubbering idiots and their made up rules, but he's still curious about how it all works. Do you really just wake up early to get prepared and then go to a job you don't even like? For like, a third of the day? Then you go home? And then you pass out for eight or more hours? Why the fuck would you even do that? Quit your job, what's the point. Live a life of reckless abandon.

He pokes fun at everything that he doesn't like, teases and bullies nonstop (one would have to be delusional to think Pavia's attitude softens around his loved ones, in fact, it gets worse), gets in the way and makes everything harder for you - but then you realize...

No one else has given you any sort of trouble, if else they've been nicer. There's been a sale everywhere you've gone to buy whatever you need, maybe you've been given a surprising discount. If you bump into someone, they apologize profusely. If you make any sort of mistake, it's forgiven immediately. There's always a seat for you no matter where you go, and the world seems to bend at your will for a split second.

You can thank him for that, by the way. Others would kill to have such scary dog privileges. And if things don't go the way he expects them to, that's fine too! He's ready to throw hands at the drop of a hat!

[Gifts]

This one is pretty easy and straightforward! Pavia likes to give things to his loved ones, as long as he doesn't have to pay much for them and as long as they don't ask anything from his personal collection or belongings (he's very territorial). Easy! Oh, and if you ask him directly for something, chances are he'll end up not getting you absolutely fucking nothing - but he'll praise you for trying anyway!

He's a hoarder, so he assumes that others also want lots of interesting and pretty trinkets to spruce up the house. His collection is more of a statement, and one could argue that him wanting to hoard is a direct consequence of the way he was brought up.

Somewhat unrelated, but I do like the specific headcanon about how Pavia is very easy to scam based on various lines in-game, like his glasses being a cheap copy of an actual italian brand and how most of his accessories are described as just garbage with no real value. Either that or he simply doesn't care enough about really owning any expensive brands, but likes to brag anyway.

No matter the reasoning behind it, giving gifts is an important part of Pavia's love languages.

However, he never aims to get you something that you've been eyeing for a while or something that could be useful - it's usually things that remind him of you, for better and for worse. Or really, anything he gets his hands on.

Pavia might show up one day with the ugliest little creature on a keychain, saying that it looks like you. And then, some other day he might show up with some matching earrings he made from scrap metal. If he's feeling particularly nice, he treats you to gelato, his favorite, or he'll have a bunch of fancy clothes or jewelry. Some of the gifts are questionable, and their origins even more so knowing the way Pavia operates and all, but it's up to you to ask him where he keeps getting all these things. It's pretty easy to tell, especially when the clothes are definitely not your size and the jewelry is all pure gold, with small blood stains. You'll have to forgive him, the guy is messy!

If you ever choose to throw away his gifts, Pavia won't hold it against you - it's your shit now, he couldn't care less what you do with it. Sometimes, you think he's simply using you as extra storage or as his personal trash bin.

You'll only see him visibly angry if you lose or throw away something that he specifically made for you. Those are the only gifts that really mean something to him, that should mean something to you! Pavia expects you to wear those little earrings, bracelets or whatever he ends up making - none of his wolves wear collars, so this is the closest thing you'll have to being officially accepted into the pack.

Hi everyone! I've thought about doing these for a very long time now! I'll be using my own experiences with the moon signs! 🌙

Some observations are going to be more accurate than others!

Aries moon

My mom has this placement. She's very ambitious, but also really loves to experience new things every other day! She can be very impulsive with money (it is in her 2nd house). Her emotions sometimes get the best of her. She needs variety and stimulation, when she was in her 20s she travelled a lot and had a big friend group! Personally, I've never met many people with aries moons so she's my only reference.

Taurus moon

My dad is a taurus moon. His most used sentence is "You can save money in every part of you life, but you should never save money when it comes to food." I think that's very typical for taurus placements. He craves stability and peace. He loves good food, dancing and family time. His love language is also giving you food that you like! He likes tradition, he's from Italy so he always makes sure that his children are very much in touch with his roots.

Gemini moon

That is my placement! I don't know anyone else with that placement, so I'll write down my own experience with this one. I'm bored easily, but I'm not superficial. Actually I'm not that social and not very outgoing. As a Child i loved reading and fantasising. I get very restless and nervous, sometimes I have sleep issues if my body is in distress (it is in my 12th house tho). I feel like there are two different gemini moon people, the one is the social, outgoing one, the other is socially withdrawn and nervous. Guess I got the latter one! 🌝

Cancer moon

These are the most loving, warm hearted people ever. They do everything for their family, they provide and make the best gifts! They really listen to the people they love, they also sense your feelings and are amazing at comforting. One of my best friends that I used to talk to had this placement. Sadly we are not involved with each other anymore, but she always felt like home to me. You can count on them to cook you your favorite meal or bake your favorite cookies!

Leo moon

Sadly I've never been truly involved with one. The ones that I know are very obsessed with their image. The girl has really long hair, she's even known for it. But the guy has always been very attention craving. He is very sweet deep down and romantic. But also kind of toxic, I feel like he's an unevolved leo moon. Hopefully I'll get to know more leo moons, they seem so warm and welcoming!

Virgo moon

My girl bestfriend has this placement. We both love talking about kind of everything (mercurial moons) wether it be books, gossip, personal stuff... She gets stomach issues when stressed. She loves animals, she has a very deep bond to her pet dog. She lives vegan and loves minimalistic interior design. She always cared for her younger siblings, cooking for them, sometimes even taking the role of a caretaker (she's a cancer sun). We haven't been very much in touch lately, but I still cherish her a lot! She helped me getting through many things and I can count on her to always be honest with me. I have also shared a flat with two other virgo moons, the one was absolutely crazy about houseplants, she had like 30 in her room. She was very nice and gentle, but a little too naggy for me. The other one is my soulsister, we always grabbed food or cooked together which was very fun!!

Libra moon

Sadly, I didn't have the best experience with this placement. A friend in school had this, and she just was very passive aggressive. She wasn't romantic or warm, she was rather cold and aloof. When I started dating my boyfriend, she got so jealous and accused me of never having time for her. We never really hung out anyways, but that's when she started getting toxic. Her mother was very strict so she also became like that. She was also the one person that always complained about the exams but in the end she always had A's. We lost touch after school and I'm very glad about it. I know that she was probably an unevolved libra moon, so I hope I'll get to know the nice, gentle and loving ones! 🌚

Scorpio moon

I lived with one for about 4 months. She was very shy, but she was willing to open up. When you criticised her, she felt completely offended and never really talked to me ever again. She moved out very soon and my other flat mates and I weren't so sad about it. She never talked to us, she didn't even get out of her room after this one incident, where we criticised her for never coming out of her room. We were 4 girls sharing a big flat, 3 of us were always going out and having fun together, she never even read our text messages so we just assumed she didn't want to be involved with us. She just seemed very cold. In the end she blamed us for being cold, even though we invited her out for like a 100 times. We were even a little scared of her, she just seemed so unfriendly. I have never heard of her every since and I'm not mad about it.

Sagittarius moon

I know some people with this placement. Actually many of them are studying to become a lawyer and they're pretty good at it. One of them is becoming a police officer the other wants to be a politician. They cherish their own opinion a lot, they love living life as they want to. They are down for partying every weekend, I also saw a connection with drinking too much... Sometimes the girls are "not like other girls" because of their love for danger and adventure. One of them always felt the need to rub under my nose how much she liked to perform sports and whatever. They are very sporty though. But I sometimes get the feeling they take themselves too seriously. Not my favorite moon placement, but they're alright. They can be a little braggy and their political views can be a little extreme. A love for animals and justice.

Capricorn moon

Sorry, but no. 🧡 They treat everything as a transaction, if they're giving you something, you automatically owe them. They can be funny though and really nice. They are very ambitious. I noticed they do have a problem with feelings, and if they're getting involved with you, it is for the long run. On the other hand, if you don't seem like the one, they will just leave you hanging around until they find a better option. Maybe that's just my experience. I feel like their childhood was very strict, they had to look after themselves and their parents weren't very supportive of them. Might have a narcissistic mom.

Aquarius moon

That's another placement that was my flatmate. She also had a very rough childhood. Her father wasn't even involved, her mother always favoured her brothers over her. It was really hard getting to know her and even though i had loved to stay in touch with her, I haven't heard of her after moving out, which is kinda sad. She was very emotionally codependent on her boyfriend, so there wasn't really space for any other relationship in her life. I just hope she's happy now. :) The other aqua moon I know studies the same subject at university like me. We get along very well, but we're not best friends. She also seems a little distant, she lives in her own world and has her own circle of friends. But she's very nice and very human(?) I love talking to her, it just makes me feel great! 🧡

Pisces moon

This one is a little tricky. My boyfriend has this placement, and he's the most gentle, kind, supportive, understanding and loving person I know. Pisces moons can be the most creative, selfless and caring people in the world. On the other hand, my bully in high school had this placement 💀 She always used me for homework and talked sh*t about me behind my back. I feel like pisces is a placement in general, that really needs to learn how to deal with their gentle and sensitive nature. It seems like many of them try to mask their feelings by being mean/ dominant/aggressive. But it's no weakness to show emotions! 🧡 Because of my boyfriend, it's probably my favorite moon sign! 🧡

Thank you so much for the ask! Let's break it down!

Lin's love languages: physical touch, quality time, and acts of service

Growing up with Toph, I think everyone can definitely agree that Lin enjoys receiving and giving physical touch to show affection, support, comfort, and love. Simply focusing on her relationship with Tenzin and how this plays out, touch also helps her feel grounded. Bad day at work where she lost a colleague or she faced a lot of criticism from the press? First thing Tenzin does is give her a hug, and just being in that embrace grounds her back to reality and also soak in the love and protection of her partner.

Also, when she cuddles Tenzin, sometimes it's super aggressive bc CAN'T. GET. CLOSE. ENOUGH. TO. HER. BOYFRIEND (or husband 😍) She's wearing a tanktop and some shorts, while Tenzin is shirtless. Lin has her legs around him too so he can't escape. But he's a fucking heater, so after a while she needs some space to cool off lol

Second love language would be quality time. Toph was really busy with work, leaving Lin and Su to fend for themselves more often than they should have. I feel that since she didn't have that with her mom, it becomes something she values in her relationships with others. This only solidifies as Lin and Tenzin grow up and become involved in their careers. Their jobs take so much of their time, and they need those days of simply being together or going on quiet dates. Luckily, they have similar outlooks on how they want to spend their time together. Plus, the world and especially RC is so nosy on their relationship and business, that they just want to be together in peace. I like to imagine that they have conversations sometimes about what kind of life they would like to live if they weren't who they were. Tenzin would say living quietly in the countryside as a farmer...Lin would joke he can be a cabbage farmer. Lin would say that there's no use in thinking about a different life bc what else can they do to change it? Nothing. But her answer might be a pro-bending coach.

Lastly, she values acts of service. I think Toph instilled in her the idea that words don't mean anything. Actions speak volumes. Lin is a protector and will take the bullet for anyone she cares about. I feel like the line between protector and taking care of others' needs can get blurry with her. When Tenzin is stepping up for her and taking care of her, she's gonna protest, but inside, she appreciates it so much. She has the difficulty of learning how to allow others to take care of her, but Tenzin knows.

Overall, her love languages to receive/give are mostly the same.

Now, we move on to...

Tenzin's love languages: words of affirmations, quality time, and physical touch

Tenzin has a different dynamic going on because he has this title: airbender. For him, he has this luxury of being "spoiled" or "adored" by the world, but the other side of the sword is that he must deal with the crippling responsibility of "reviving the Air Nation and continuing Aang's legacy." I can imagine he would hear compliments, receive facors and gifts due to his connection to Aang and also being the first airbender born in...a long time. All of those things always felt superficial to him, so it doesn't hold as much meaning for him. Also with receiving gifts, his culture teaches to detach from earthly materials anyway.

Words of affirmation: He might appreciate this to some extent. Tenzin needs a lot of verbal validation, especially since he is insecure about how he's continuing his dad's legacy (if we follow canon). Lin may not be lovey-dovey with her words, but she knows how to support and comfort him by telling him what he needs to hear.

Lin: Tenz...of course you are good enough. You are more than enough. So what if you can't get into the spirit world? Do I love you less? Tenzin: No. Lin: Exactly. I love you regardless.

On the other hand, Tenzin is amazing at giving words of affirmation. Reading all of those ancient scrolls makes him a pretty smart cookie and helps him talk smoothly. Except when he tried to ask out Lin on a date for the first time...that was...mind went blank and somehow she ended up dating him. In general, he enjoys showering Lin with loving words all the time. People can be cruel, the press is merciless at times and that weighs on Lin, and she might not have the best record of speaking highly on herself very likely. If no one else is going to tell her she's beautiful, loved, powerful, fierce, and enough...who else will? Tenzin will gladly work overtime to make sure Lin hears his millionth poem about how much he loves her and adores her.

His second love language is quality time, and I think it's for the similar reasons as Lin. Although, I think he spent a lot of time with people growing up, but felt very alone. He wasn't seen for himself, but rather his bending. Lin knows and loves him for who Tenzin is. Spending time with Lin also helps him get a reality check because he tends to be more coddled by people than her.

Lin: You can't just force people to become air nomads, Airhead. Tenzin: But they're airbenders now! They need to be part of our nation, who wouldn't want to? Lin: Tenzin...do you hear yourself? The acolytes started out as groupies. They became acolytes on their own volition. These are people who have their own identities. You can't just force them to give up everything they know for YOU.

Lastly, physical touch. I think he grew to enjoy giving/receiving physical affection especially when he started developing feelings for Lin. The added layer to this love language is that it reminds him that Lin is alive and with him. She's breathing, unharmed, and safe in his arms. Her job is so dangerous and she's constantly putting herself on the line. He's had nightmares of losing her and just being able to hold her while they sleep? Never letting go.

Finally, let's be real. Tenzin is horny and wild af in bed. I don't think he can keep it in his pants when he's around her. But who can blame him? Look at Lin Beifong. Celibacy? That word has not been in his vocabulary since he was 17 and started dating Lin.

Gift giving (G)/Quality time(R) + Acts of services (Spencer's love language)

There might be a little bit of miscommunication here. Spencer doesn't quite get the need for human possessions, specially ones he considers "superficial". To tell him that you love him effectively, you will have to change your perception of your own love language, try to focus on utility when it comes to gifts. So, maybe not flowers, or watches, but rather a new pair of comfy socks, the one bookmark he didn't bring himself to buy, or that one book he didn't think he actually needed.

As for your receiving language, it can get a bit tricky. Being a profiler is by definition a job that doesn't give space for time. You will have to communicate very calmly how important it is that he's present when you have the opportunity to share the same space. There's a big opportunity here, though, he communicates through acts of services, so the time he's home, use it to do some chores around the house.

If he's away, he will have scheduled times, that he will never miss, to give you a call, even if that call is to let you know that he'll have to call you again for a longer chat. He will tell you about his day in detail, sometimes a bit too much, bit too gruesome, and when it's time for you to talk he will listen and listen until he falls asleep to your voice.

Scenario:

"Okay, so I got your ice cream, some soft drinks, the toilet paper we need, and some pizza, anything else?" he said into the phone as he juggled the bags on his hands.

"Nothing, babe, just get here as soon as possible" you said on the other side of the line.

Spencer beamed at your words and obeyed as commanded, doing his best to reach the place you called home without going over the speed limit. It had been a long week, him away, you busy with your own projects, the time seemed to go painfully slow as you counted down the days to see him again.

He finally walked through the front door, and you couldn't help but to tackle him in a hug. The pizza got slightly crushed in between your hug, but his arms welcomed you nonetheless, they had been empty long enough to care.

"Welcome home." you muttered against his ear.

"Glad to be back." he answered, a little ritual that you guys had come to build.

He settled the things he had gotten down on the coffee table and got ready for the movie you had already prepared. Your head landed on his shoulder as soon as you were comfortable on the couch, and his rested ontop to have you as close as possible.

Before you pressed play, however, you turned around to look at him. The tilting of his head let you know that he was confused as if he was forgetting something, you basically had a conversation without saying any words. After a short while, his eyebrows perked up and he jumped in place. "Oh!" he exclaimed as he did so.

You watched as your boyfriend took out the phone from his pocket, and with a couple of clicks he turned it off. "Good boy." you praised, and you raised your body to press a single kiss to nose. The gesture, however, was not near enough for him. His hand moved to hold your head hostage and your lips were attacked as a result. His own moved slowly but with passion, trying engrave the memory of your taste for the next mission.

You let the kiss continue for a couple more seconds, but finally decided to hit his shoulder in complaint. He pulled away with a mischevious chuckle "Fine." he grumbled "But after the movie, we're having some extra quality time".

Margaretha Zelle General HCs

I had to format and post this via my phone, so apologies if it ends up not looking as clean as usual!

-She’s a real Daisy Buchanan sort. That is, she's in this performance-based mental place where she covers up her unmet emotional needs by building her persona on her unmet financial desires. Obtaining wealth and glamor is her primary focus, and she’s willing to take any number of avenues to get to it, be it abandoning her only family and eloping, or traveling to a mysterious manor that promises nothing but some vague, grand prize. On some level, she is aware of her self-deception, but she pushes that acknowledgement down too.

-She does not admit to much of the pain or neglect in her life, regardless of whether she was receiving or dealing it. (And there has been plenty of both.) Her aunt and uncle would make do without her. Sergei hurting her was a phase, it would pass, they would make it big. Even now, the manor will someday provide wealth and escape. Someday, one day…. She survives on a bit of delusion, on thick, choking, toxic optimism, and the shine of gold in her eye.

-Underneath all the superficialness, Margaretha genuinely desires to be loved. Sergei loved her (or so she believed) and it doesn’t seem to have mattered to her whether she loved him back. He was mostly another opportunity for her to escape her old life, to try and find freedom from a poor fishmonger’s life. She even says in her undelivered letter home that she doesn’t trust him. Whether that’s because some part of her suspected what he really was, or because she planned not to stick around long enough for trust to matter, I can’t say. But him loving her was a nice bonus regardless.

-She might have some actual feelings for Joker, but she hasn’t let herself develop any real emotional attachment to him. What he’s capable of offering her is gentle comfort, a helping hand, but he can’t provide the high-life she desires, can’t help bury her feelings under jewelry and gold, so she doesn’t allow him be an option. But his feelings for her do continue to be useful and she’s not entirely ashamed to use that.

-If Margaretha ever reached the place of wealth and comfort she desires, I think she would look back and feel a sense of regret for everything that it took to get there. She’d never admit it aloud, never apologize to anyone, but she would spend the rest of her life quietly choking down regrets and wondering about her own morality, her own worth as a person.

-She’s the kind of person to give “little things” away, but hoard the big to herself. A gentle touch, a kind word, and kiss on the cheek, these things are easy and harmless to give. They make people feel better without detracting from her own goals. Physical Affection and Acts of Service are therefore her preferred love languages to give. To receive, she of course likes Gifts, and is rather fond of Acts of Service as well. Physical affection is alright, but because she gives it easily, she tends to think other people do as well and doesn’t place as much worth in it. Someone who makes her feel safe gets some extra points in that category, though.

-Partially due to the above, she’s very good with children. She’s never been sure if she wants her own, but she finds them cute and relatively easy to deal with. It helps that children rarely have any malice in their hearts, too, so she can forego a lot of her subconscious fears.

-She’s a fast learner, at least in regards to physical skills. She’s had to pick up a lot of new talents and adjust to things quickly since leaving home, I order to pull her own weight in the various communities she joins, and that quick-learning mindset has stuck with her. She’s fairly athletic as well, though she’s not really doing any heavy lifting.

-Due to Sergei having been a belligerent drunk, she’s a bit nervous around the combination of men and alcohol. She’s got no reservations about sharing a nice glass of wine with the other ladies in the manor, though!

You pull the bouquet of flowers out from behind your back, handing them to him in anticipation. His facial expression softens even more upon seeing them. "Thank you so much, my love", he wraps an arm around your shoulder and presses an appreciative kiss to your forehead. You can feel him smiling against your skin; obviously happy and feeling honored to receive affection from you in this way.

Pantalone puts the flowers in a vase and listens attentively as you explain their meanings to him. His smile gets wider as you continue on and whenever he feels particularly touched by the thoughts you had while picking out these flowers for him, he leans against you and nuzzles your neck happily.

"I know it's not even close to the expensive gifts you-", you can't finish your sentence as your lover is too busy pressing his lips against yours and kissing you sensually. You bury your fingers in his hair and smile into the kiss.

"They're perfect, love", he reassures you and squeezes your hand, "I can tell you put a lot of thought into this and I feel honored receiving such a gift from you. I love them." He presses another kiss to your lips sinking back onto the couch with you to cuddle. "I love you", he looks into your eyes and softly kisses your hand while holding you close.

You are bursting with rage. How could he? He chose her. He really thought it was a good idea to make her a maid, the very same thing you were when you two fell in love. And now Marjorie Tyrell is looking through your stuff, your closet, your dresses. And they are together all the time. You can picture them, a happy family without age gap or any other problem, Ivy wandering around the house, Haymitch on the couch with her. They were in love when they were sixteen and you can’t help but wonder if the spark could still be there. Maybe they will talk about the great days, when they were so young and free and careless and they will grow closer and closer and they will kiss, and one day Haymitch will come to Capitol City just to tell you that he doesn’t love you anymore and he wants to marry her, not you, because you are too young and stupid and superficial...

«Is everything okay?» Effie asks, and you notice now that she is hugging you, her hands covering yours.

«Yes, why?»

«You were breathing hard. I got worried.»

You quickly explain everything to her. «…So now I will confront him, right?»

«Wrong.» She shakes her head. She also looks a little disappointed, like you never learned anything from your time together.

«But I want to know, and I highly doubt she will tell him about the phone call.»

«And you will know everything, but with time. Now you act like nothing happened. When he comes on friday I’ll stay at Portia and you will give him the best two days of his life. A romantic dinner, a beautiful lingerie I don’t want to know about, you will figure out this part but he has to feel guilty. You look at her like she is the bringer of light. She knows everything about flirting, relationships and men in general, and you want to know all the things she can teach you. Then again, it must be so easy for her to make someone fall in love, she is a Goddess. You are pretty, there is a difference.

Even if you would never tell a soul you think you are just pretty. If you say you are beautiful maybe they will see you like this.

She doesn’t need that. Her sparkling blue eyes, her shining blonde hair, the endless legs and the pretty face… sometimes you stare at her like she is a stunning painting, and all you can think is lucky Portia.

«And then?»

«And then you will go to Twelve the next weekend and you will make it clear what and who is yours.»

You nod. There’s a calculating genius in this breathtaking woman.

«And then I can yell the shit out of him for his behavior.»

«Language, dear, no need to get sloppy.» She strokes your hair. «And then you can explain your reasons and make him beg for forgiveness, yes.»

Putting your head into work is the most intelligent thing you can do, and you try and try to make everything right. Portia needs to deliver like a million jackets for this weekend, you definitely don’t want to spend your saturday in the office so you go on until it’s done, it doesn't matter if you don’t have lunch or dinner. You took care of Effie’s meals in the morning.

Despite the effort and the struggle, you love fashion. You like what you do, even if all you are doing is sewing buttons to the jackets. And you notice you are learning a lot from your time, your work is prettier and stable now, you make less mistakes and you have more ideas.

If only you could conciliate this with, you know, eating and sleeping. Just when you think you will fall asleep on the table, you spot a brown head going to your place. Perla. She has a bright smile and she brings gifts, handing you a little bag of sweets.

«Who is ready to go out tonight?» She tries to say with an excited voice, but she turns to be annoyed almost immediately when she spots your expression.

«Perla, I can’t go out. And I can’t eat them either, everybody in this damn city is so obsessed with dieting.» You watch her for a moment and then you go back to your work. Perla is rocking this Capitol experience. She found a job in the government almost immediately thanks to her connection with the Revolution, she is living with Cinna who adores her and she seems very happy with her life. Like Haymitch comes to you on the weekends, she usually goes to District Four where she can bring your embroidered bibs for baby Finn to Finnick and Annie. And she discovered a new side of her, she is still smart in her decisions but she is more carefree.

«No, we thought about everything. We will go out tonight, so on friday you will be sober and ready for your oldie and he will never know.»

«And Portia? I have to work for her in the morning.»

«Portia and Cinna suggested it! They are working too hard too, and they think it will be cool for us to know the city life. Plus, I’m worried about Lora and maybe a night out with friends will help her.» If Portia suggested it it’s another thing, because you know how your boss’ mind works. Sure she needs some time out, but maybe she also wants you to mingle in the party to make new friends, some model friends, some other designers.

«I suppose that could take things out of her mind…»

«And in two weeks it will be your birthday, it’s like an early celebration.»

You bite your lip. You actually forgot about your twenty five birthday. «I usually work on my wedding dress at night during the week.»

«A day. You will leave your wedding dress for a day. Think about the cocktails…» She daydreams. «The dancing… the cute boys who buy us drinks…»

«You live with Cinna and I have to get married.»

«And I will never refuse a free drink. C’mon! For Lora. And for your bestest friend Perla. And I think Effie needs it too.»

Effie seriously needs some time off, and you are curious about partying. In the district you don’t have a birthday celebration, your mother bakes you a cookie or, if you are rich enough, you can have a cake from the Mellark’s bakery. That’s it, and then you go back to work and you are a little older. Some parents don’t celebrate their kids' birthdays because they don’t want to jinx it. Or to waste money on someone who can die easily. Some parents only celebrate kids’ birthdays.

Let alone partying for the sake of it. You don’t have a club, or a pub or a bar or all the other terms you came to know in Capitol City. You have the hob where you can buy alcohol, or you go to Sae and you eat.

«Daisy? With me.» Portia requests. Well, she orders. «Perla you are free to join us or go.»

You follow your boss to her office, while Perla decides to go. That’s a nice office, exactly what you pictured when you thought about it. It has fabric everywhere, patterns and specimens, and it’s exciting. You want an office like this one day.

«I’ve had an idea and I need you.» She begins, and she has a spark in her eyes. The same spark you are sure she had when she designed those outfits for Katniss and Peeta with Cinna in the first Hunger Games, the same spark that made your dress with the black sparkles for your chariot. That is the force that moves her, her talent.

«I’m all ears.»

«I want to make a collection about the Districts. Not like in the Hunger Games, where it was about the jobs, I want to make a collection about the folklore costumes, the usual outfits, the ways a District Four girl and a District Twelve guy dresses every day and on special occasions. This will be a way to show Capitol people that Districts have a culture too, and a history, and we should respect them.»

You are not sure Capitols will ever respect district people, but that is a good idea. Not a ridiculous outfit for the Hunger Games, but a piece of history, of your history.

«I asked Cinna for District One given that he was born there and he collaborates with me, and Perla can give us advice for District Four. Lora for District Eleven, and of course you for District Twelve. But you and Cinna could design the dress. It will have your name on it.»

«That’s a lot…» You inhale.

«But do you feel ready?»

No, of course not, sewing dresses for your dolls is not the same thing as designing a dress for a runway. «Yes, yes of course.»

«Good.» She looks satisfied. «So you will look for ideas in the next few days. If you want to go back and visit your mom it will be a great opportunity, maybe you will find something in her old dresses. Okay?»

Actually you miss Holly. She is so stubborn with her belief against the phone calls, but her letters are always late and not the same thing.

«Okay, Tia.»

Partying in the district means a seasonal fair, or a birthday if you are rich. A wedding, sometimes. Partying in the city is… different. A “club”, that’s how Effie called the place you are. And all the girls are so pretty it’s blinding. Perla is in a blue mini skirt with a goldfish on, maybe a gift from Cinna, while Lora and Effie are in sparkly dresses. You borrowed one of Effie’s clothes, a mini black dress with a heart cleavage. You are not sure you can measure them, is your makeup too strong? Or the braiding of your hair too loose?

«Are you used to it by now?» You ask the girls. They went clubbing a lot more than you, because you are scared Haymitch could smell alcohol in your dresses or something like that. Your Fridays are with him, their Fridays are in the clubs.

«Definitely not.» Lora answers. She is not as blinded as you are, but they are still new for her too. District Eleven is not one for parties. Ten, eleven and twelve are - well, were - the poorest districts. Maybe Perla thinks you are all in the same situation, but she is used to some things you are not.

«Well, parties in Four are like this, just not for us. It was for capitols on holiday. I used to be a bartender sometimes.» The blue eyed girl shrugs.

«Daisy?» Portia calls for you. «This is one of the models who will work for us. She is a family friend.»

«I’m Lavinia.»

The girl is very beautiful. She has golden hair and green eyes, she has a nice perfect nose, she is taller than the sun and the high heels she wears do not help, and she has a little orange dress you could never afford.

«Daisy.» You shake her hand but maybe you do it too hard, because she massages her after. You are mortified.

«What a… simple name. Cute.»

She spends the rest of the night with you and the girls. She is nice, or she seems nice, but you can’t help but compare her to you. She looks so… rich. So classy. So Capitol. You wanted to be a girl like her once upon a time, before the war, before the Games.

Turns out you can’t party like a Capitol. Effie drinks more than you’ve ever seen, and she is still lucid and if not sober, close to it. Portia is the same, they are trained, those two. You are not, and in the morning you have a heavy headache and nausea.

When you see Haymitch standing at the door, this friday, you really think about telling him everything about the calling.

But then he smiles. Not a smirk, an actual smile. The rage is gone and you just jump into his arms and, when he makes you spin and he kisses you, you chicken out. These are the only three days you are happy with him. What he did without asking is wrong but you can tell him tomorrow.

You want your home now. And your home happens to be a forty one handsome man with majestic gray eyes.

«Hey. Is everything okay?» He asks, because you have no intention of letting him go.

«I just missed you.» You explain.

«I’m here now.» He forces your head to lift up to meet your eyes. «But it’s just that, right? You are not hurt.»

He is always worried about you. It’s so sweet, but you are in a safe environment now and you are working all day.

«Just tired.» You assure him, and you kiss him again. «We can go see a movie. Capitol people do that all the time.»

He snorts. “Capitol people do” it’s not something that he likes to hear.

«We can see movies at home.»

«But I want to do it Capitol style! And then I heard couples don’t watch the film. They kiss in the dark.»

«And can’t I kiss at Effie’s? It’s the same thing.»

«If you want… but I prepared everything. Snuggling at the cinema, then a dinner with your favorite dishes and for the after dinner I sewed something just for you…» You lean for a lingering kiss. «I can’t wait for you to rip it off.»

«And to what do I owe the honor or all this?»

«I missed you so much. I thought of losing you and…» You cling over him. «I want to be yours.»

«You are mine, baby.» He is a bit puzzled. He doesn’t know what it got into you, so maybe he is innocent. Maybe he didn’t do anything, Marjorie lied just to spite you, just to hurt you as much as she is hurt.

«Never tired of me?» You ask one more time, and you admit you have your best puppy eyes on.

«Never.» He bites your shoulder. «C’mon, let’s go to the cinema.»

«Really??» You jump in joy. You love cinema. You love the movies, the celebrities, the outfits you can replicate when you have time. That’s the best thing about Capitol City and you will miss it so much when you’ll get back to Twelve.

«Yeah, I mean, I can’t say no to kisses in the dark, can I?»

You don’t even know what the movie was about. As soon as the lights went out, Haymitch was all over you like a teenage boy in a romantic comedy (Effie loves them). And for a minute, between kisses and his hands roaming through your body, everything was okay.

You try to make it last. With his lips on your neck, you almost think not to talk with him about the phone call.

«Let’s skip dinner.» He pants when you arrive home and he decides he has to attack your neck and earlobe with kisses again.

«What is with you and my plan tonight? I prepared everything! Don’t you like my new dress? It’s a Daisy Pinecone Abernathy original.»

«Nice dress.» He agrees, groping you without any shame. «Better on the floor.»

«So eager.» You bite your bottom lip. Well, at least now you know he still wants you. «I tell you what, go in my room. I’ll bring the food there and we can play a little game. It’s called “Who wants to eat on Daisy?”»

His smirk deepens with pride. «Everyone, I can assure you, but only I can do it.»

«That’s really, really true. Dear heavens, you are so handsome it’s not fair.» You gush over him, and he takes you in his arms for a last kiss before taking you upstairs.

You linge in the bed afterwards. You tend to be sleepy and just lazy on the weekends, partly because you get to be cuddled all the time, partly because you are tired as hell.

«So I met this girl…» You begin while you stroke his blonde hair, as he is resting on your stomach. You love how domestic he is.

«Should I be jealous?»

«Always.» You flash him a smile, «No, it's weird. She doesn't do or say anything wrong but when she goes out I feel less… less everything. Not pretty enough or talented or smart.»

«She sounds like a bitch.» He is always so adamant in his words. And so simple. If you are Capitol you most certainly are Effie Trinket or a bitch.

«She really doesn't do anything, maybe I'm just feeling a little down.» You observe. You are not sad. You don’t have anything to be sad about. You are working in the office of your dreams, to have the career of your dreams, and you are about to marry the man you are in love with.

«Do you want me to stay for a while? I can find a hotel.» He looks at you with worry in his eyes as you shake your head.

«No. Katniss and Peeta need a dad, you can't.» You kiss him. His lips are the thing you miss most about him. So soft, and sweet…

«My wife needs me too.» You smile, a real smile. His wife.

«We are not married yet, Haymitch. As much as you resent the word, I'm still the girlfriend.» You chide him.

«If it were for me, I’d marry you right now.»

He hints at it so many times. You know he would want to keep it simple, and it’s simple, it is… you just know a lot of people and you want pretty things.

«You know it's weird because I wanted her to notice me. I wanted her to like me, like she was more than me and I needed her approval.» You explain.

«That's plain stupid, Sweetheart. Because you are the smartest…» He kisses your belly first. «Most beautiful.» And then your cleavage. «And the funniest girl I've ever met.» He finally kisses your lips.

«Good thing you are marrying me.» You smile again, against his lips. You tend to smile a lot when he is involved. «Do you want to see the dresses for the bridesmaids?»

«Isn’t it bad luck or something?» He asks.

«These are just sketches and it’s not my dress.» You get up to get him the notebook. Your bridesmaids will be in beautiful dresses.

Effie, Perla, Lora and maybe Portia, if she manages not to kill you before the wedding. Annie, if she feels up to it.

«You are talented.» He notes. But he is not smiling anymore. «Do we need this?»

«What do you mean?»

«Bridesmaids, best men, dresses and catering… this is not us. This is the Capitol. In the District we have the toasting.» He murmurs, circling your leg with his fingers. «I would marry you tomorrow. You and me.»

«No Katniss? No Peeta?» You ask, a little anxious with the direction of the conversation. «We’ll have the toasting. And we can keep it simple.»

«How many people, Sweetheart?» He is doubtful. Of you.

«You don’t have a family, I only have Holly. We could have my mom, your children, Perla, Cinna and Lora, Finnick and Annie with their child, Effie and Portia, Chaff… do you want Johanna?» You don’t like Johanna, especially after you found out she has the habit of wandering around naked.

He stays silent for a while. «You deserve beautiful things.»

You return under the sheets, ready for his embrace. «I’d marry you with paper rings.»

He kisses your head. «Just don’t tire yourself more than that. You are strained.»

«I am a little tired.» You admit. «But I’m strong. I can do that.»

«Just sleep now, Sweetheart. Don’t worry about anything for two days.»
