delinquent bully yan hate-fuck... he keeps on trying to pretend that he hates it and degrade you but he's the one crying and begging in the end
yandere delinquent hate-fuck. dom male reader
both amab, cw;; degredation from both of you, anal fingering, dumbification - fucking his "womb", mild dacryphilia, uhgh,,, bulge from tummy. mild? feminization
Tumblr media
it was him who came to you. not the other way around!
y-you really thought you were going to fistfight with the way you were handling each other so roughly - jerking him around and snarling like a rabid animal as he insults you for the last fucking time you tell himㅡyou don't remember what started it... it was just joking banter; ripping on each otherㅡmaking fun of one another before you decide that he was going a little too far and he says that no, he wasn't going to stop just because you were a sensitive little baby who couldn't take a joke. obviously - this makes you more upset... and it only proves his point. FUCK HIS POINT!
"sensitive? little?" you echo - unbelieving that he got under your skin so quickly, grumbling nonsense as you push him back by his shoulders to try and initiate something with fists - "look at me. there's nothing little about me, you little prick." and glancing downward - briefly. meaning your own dick... that tells him everything he needs to know!! and i mean, he already knew about that anyway... stalkerㅡ"y'sure?" he laughs, nearly haughtily - "still so sensitive... all because of a little banter, bro? how much of a little girl are you?" - was he seriously trying to goad you? talking down to you...
"damn, look at that." you scoffed, smug as you glanced downward to catch a glimpse at his dick bulging through his skinny jeans. "you gonna let that thing breathe?" you drag out - hand gripping his wrist so hard you think it would snap - but you knew you weren't exactly that strong... pushing against you, he scoffs. squirming in place as he crosses his meaty arms over his prominent chest... "ㅡyeah, you fucking gave it to me so it's only fair you do something about it, right?" he snarks, visibly flustered yet upholding his cruel, "bad boy" demeanor...
ㅡ"yeah, i'll show you what i can do about that..."
having him bent over the desk so quickly he thought he was daydreaming again. he barely fucking fought you on it - yet he's still the one grumbling. breathless on howㅡ"you feel so fucking gross... y-you..." it was a true wonder how he was still going! such a damn whiner!!! "ㅡdon't fucking touch me there, you idiot." snapping so cruelly at you as you had gently rested your hand on his hip as you aimed... cmon, you deserve a little credit... bullying the bulbous tip of your thick cock past his unused hole you made sure to finger and prod around beforehand - trying to feel for his prostate. he was fluttering around your fingers... and you were imagining what it would feel on your cock, aching and leaking as you imagine before-
you couldn't hold back. you fucking wouldn't-! he deserved a little pain, no? treating you so cruelly, bullying you with those nasty insults about you and your friends... and now look at him. "fucking disgusting... cock... have you any experience? fucking amateur- ah, mmh.." ㅡ hah.. still insulting you, yes - but after a few quick tugs of his own weeping cock in-between his thick, muscular thighs by your nimble hand - he was broken rather quickly. pushing back... burying his ass into your groin and whining breathlessly... a complete contrast. now, this is what you like to see. gently, methodically humping into him, burying your face into his neck - as your hand worms underneath his shirt to grope his titㅡhe gasps so daintily... let's see if he makes any other girly noises that you can then exploit...
"gosh, look at you... fucking eager like a prostitue hungry for money." you grumble nastily into the shell of his ear - gripping his hips that he once smacked your hands away. "is that what you are? do you whore yourself out for damn near anyone?" you were having so much fun... making him a stupid crying mess on your fat cock, taking such pleasure in seeing him shake his head and whine that no, no he wasn't... he just wants you... youyouyouyou- "sure seems like it... seems like you're a goddamn whore you opens her hole to anyone, huh?"
ㅡ"nn-nuh,,, no..!" he looked so good like this... eyes blurry with tears ... clenching on your fat prick stuffed inside him... to think that this was the little freak chewing you out just before-! "m' n-not a p-prostitute... n-not a wh-nh-wh-hore..."
ㅡ"sure seems like it." you tease. pinching his hardened puffy nipple and rubbing it betwixt the pads of your fingers - ugh, the soft slap of your sack against his as you quicken pace of his spit lathered hole making your own hole clench - the feeling of his gummy walls clamping onto your cock trying to keep you inㅡ"sure seems like you're pretty eager for me to fill this womb of yours, huh?" grumbling to yourself, mindlessly - just to fuck with his already fucked out mind. thoughtfully caressing over his abdomen as you fill him up for a moment completely - just to feel a little bulge... the tip of your cock... you experimentally pull back and sure enough... disappearing. reappearing when you fuck into himㅡ
"a-augh, pl-please - ye-es yes, fuckㅡ" babbling straight nonsense... his gummy walls fluttering so deliciously around your prick as tears slip fluidly down his darkened cheeks. something about seeing him sobbing on your cock just made you feel so... alive. after acting so damn bratty and like you're the most vile fucking thing on earth that's ever been in his taut little hole - here he is, acting like a stupid fucking whore begging for you to fill up his nonexistent womb. fucking idiot.

Hey, I LIVE for these kinds of fics and I LOVE yours so much. Thank you for making these! I would like to request a fic between aonung x human reader, where the reader teases and flirts with him despite his rude little ass until he has had enough of the teasing and decides to fuck their brains out. Thank you!!

Since your arrival in the metkayina village, Ao‘nung has been teasing you and the other Sully‘s. He was mean and rude. A picture book bully if you’d like. The fact that a demon, a human, was now living on his islands was going against everything he believed and he didn’t shy away to let you know how much he despises you, whenever your two crossed paths. But what was even worse was, that you had a smart mouth. One that matched his energy in ways he didn’t like at all. It confused him, if he was being completely honest with himself.
"… and what’s with that weird stuff you’re wearing? You look like a freak", Ao‘nung scoffed. You were on your way to pick some herbs and berries for Neytiri, to prepare for dinner, when Ao‘nung crossed your way. And of course he couldn’t keep his mouth shut and just let you pass, no, he had to stand in your way and proceed to make fun of you.
"Oh this? That’s a tshirt", you smiled at him, acting all innocent as you were looking down at yourself, "I could take it off if you’d prefer me without it?" You lift the hem of your shirt enough to expose your belly to him, your skin glistening in a thin layer of sweat, thanks to the incredible heat on these islands. To this, Ao‘nungs face lights up bright red. You had this special talent of catching him off guard.
"What’s wrong, fish boy? That thought got you all hot and bothered?", you teased him further. Ao’nung was irritated now, fuming with rage and— something else. Something he was unfamiliar with, until you had stepped foot in his life. He couldn’t pinpoint it, couldn’t describe it, even if he wanted to, but it made him want to use that anger and frustration and let it all out on you.
He blinks a few times, while you were still smiling at him, with your hands on your hips. Oh you felt so confident in yourself, it made him sick. With a long stride he approaches you, until he was close enough that your face was almost pressed against his stomach. Humans surely were tiny, but especially this one, he thought.
"Watch you mouth, human", he all but growls at you through gritted teeth but you only giggle and tilt your head to look up at him.
"Or what?"
And that does it.
Ao’nung had only so much patience left when it came to you and you were really testing your luck today. His hand shoots up to wrap itself around your throat, harshly pulling you even closer to him.
"Or I’ll show you what it’s good for, other than talking back like a little brat", he says lowly.
Now it was your turn to be taken aback, your eyes wide and mouth slightly agape. For once you were left speechless, much to Ao‘nungs amusement. How interesting. Looks like he had finally found the little humans weak spot.
"What’s wrong, hm?", he tilts his head, teasing you by turning your own words against you, "That thought got you all hot and bothered?"
You blink up at him, eyes wide and cheeks turning pink and– fuck. Who would’ve thought that, seeing the woman who robbed him of his last nerves like this, had such an effect on him.
It wasn’t until right in that moment that Ao’nung realized, he wanted nothing more than to see you behave, see you finally shut up that smart mouth of yours and act good for him.
The sight in front of him made him shamefully hard. His dick was so hard, it felt like it was going to split the seam of his loincloth at any second. He’d gladly fuck the brat right out of you, he had come to realize. And that wasn’t just something he thought to himself, it was a decision made.
With his hand still wrapped around your delicate throat he slowly pushes you backwards, makes you walk until your back makes contact with one of the palm trees that were littered along the shore. For once, a surprised gasp escaping your parted lips was the only sound that was coming from you.
A small smile tugged at the corners of Ao’nung’s mouth and he chuckled. "That's really all it takes to shut you up, huh?" He leans in almost imperceptibly and you swallow dryly, "You wanna tell me why you're blushing?"
"I‘m– I‘m not", you mumble a weak protest, once his hand finally leaves your throat, "m'not blushing…" Your gaze swiftly shuns away from his, but Ao’nung is having none of that. With his index finger hooked under your chin he tips your head up so you’re forced to look at him. It was funny, seeing how your attitude had changed so drastically and sudden. It makes him want to be even meaner to you, tease you more, see how much further he could take it.
"Yes you are. Bet you’re all wet already too", he says lowly and with a smug grin plastered on his face. Before you can even proceed the words spoken, his hand moves to cup your sex over the thin bikini panty you were wearing. That skimpy piece of weird human clothing was, in fact, damp already. "I knew it", Ao’nung chuckles as he let his fingers glide over the wet spot, causing a shudder to run through you.
"Just– shut up", you manage to breathe out and Ao’nung clicks his tongue at the tone in your voice.
"Oh there it is again. That annoying attitude of yours", he rolls his eyes, "You just need to get your cute human pussy stuffed, right? Just need some cock and boom– you’re all cute and happy and, most of all, fucking quiet. But don’t worry, sweet little pearl. I’ll do us both a favor and help you out. Keep you from getting on my last nerves anymore."
With one hand still pining you against the trunk of that palm tree and the other slipping past your waistband, he pulls your panties down to your ankles. Ao’nung can’t help the satisfied smile spreading over his features when you don’t resist, letting him manhandle you like you were proving that he was right. He was reading you like a book. All that mutual teasing had finally paid off, had finally bought you both into the position you secretly longed for, since you’d first laid eyes on each other.
You watch him closely, how he pulls his loincloth to the side to let his cock spring free and you audibly gulp. Eywa had truly gifted him with every attribute you daydreamed of as a horny teenager. Tall, muscular and littered in those pretty metkayina tattoos. But no amount of imagination while dry humping your pillow or any 'self care'-action could’ve truly prepared you for the size of his cock. You didn’t know what you were expecting here, truth be told. Obviously he was going to be big, he was around 8 or 9 feet tall, a grown Na‘vi man in all his glory– there was almost no way that he wasn’t going to be packing like that. Still, it was enough to make you drool.
Just the thought of trying to get him to fit inside you makes heat coil in your belly.
Ao’nung barely pays attention to the way your eyes widen as his cock twitches in the air and a droplet of pre-cum rolls down his shaft. He swiftly drapes your leg over his arm and inches closer to stand between your spread legs, lining himself up with your exposed cunt.
Even in this moment, while in the position you were in, Ao’nung teased you. Using his free hand to guide his dick, he rubs himself between your slippery folds, coats himself with your slickness. He grounds his cock against your pussy, letting it snag and catch against your clit to further drive you insane. You whine in exasperation, desperately pushing your hips against him in an attempt to get him inside.
Finally, mercifully taking the hint, Ao’nung slides his cock inside your tight heat in a slow, measured pace until his hips are flush with yours. The length and girth of him seemingly push the very air from your lungs as he buries himself to the hilt with a groan. "So fucking tight, shit. You feel way too good for someone who causes me this much of a headache every single day."
For what feels like an eternity, he stays there. Unmoving. The only sound that was heard, was the one of your own panting and waves crashing in the distance. You weren’t sure if he was just letting you adjust, but you were thankful for this moment. Especially, because of what he did next. You barely started to relax and stopped clenching around him, when he pulls himself all the way out just to rock right back into you in one sharp thrust. You cry out, too loud for your own liking so you quickly bring one of your hands to cover your mouth. But it‘s completely pointless, thanks to the exopack mask covering your face.
“Don’t worry. You can enjoy this to your heart’s content, little pearl", Ao’nung chuckles from above, "No one else is around to hear those cute, pathetic moans. Just me and you.” He adjusted his stance and you seized as he twitched inside you. His pace was hard and rough and he seemingly aimed to fuck every bit of attitude right out of you, with the way his hips snapped against yours.
You could barely hold yourself up like this, with one leg loosely hanging over his muscular arm while the other was already daring to give in, planted weakly on the soft, warm sand below your feet. You quickly adjust your arms around his neck, holding on for dear life while he didn’t seem to care in the slightest. He would keep you standing upright by the sheer force of his thrusts.
Your moans increase in volume with every passing second, his pace never faltering for just a moment. "Ao’nung, s-slow down! Slow down I can’t—"
“Fuck, yes you can”, he snarls, sucking in a breathe through clenched teeth when he feels you squeeze his cock. "Where did all your attitude go, hm? Don’t you want to apologize?”
"M‘not– ah! I‘m apologizing to your rude ass", you tell him between moans.
"That’s fine", Ao’nung chuckles darkly and it’s almost sinister, makes goosebumps appear on your skin, "I will make you apologize."
Pointedly, he begins fucking against your g-spot, making your eyes cross and roll back into your head until your a howling mess. The hand that’s been planted firmly on your hip suddenly shifts, reaches between your legs and expertly finds your clit. As soon as his rough digits made contact with the little bundle of nerves, your voice hit a high you didn’t even know was possible. Keeping a brutal pace, he draws right circles on it while thrusting into you until the edges of your vision begin to black out. Right when you were at your limit, right there at the edge and so painfully close to coming— he draws away.
"W-What the f– ah! Fuck!", you gasp and curse under your rapid breathing, toes curling at the unpleasant feeling of the loss of your orgasm. His thrusts don’t stop entirely, but they become more lazy. Short and deep and slow and it’s just not enough to drive you over the edge. You let your head fall back against the tree trunk with a thud.
At that, Ao’nung lets out a small laugh, relishing in the frustrated whine that leaves your soft looking lips and the desperate arch of your back.
"Go on, little pearl. Apologize and I’ll be nice and let you cum", he tells you with a grin. His thumb gently swipes through your wet folds, purposefully avoiding your clit. Ever so slowly, like he’s trying to torture you, the pace of his hips increases again, giving you a sweet taste of what you were longing for but still not giving it to you fully. Not until you give in and apologize. Beg for it. And begging you did…
"I‘m sorry, 'm sorry— fuck I’m so sorry! Please let me cum, please Ao’nung I need to cum! I promise I’ll be good… I‘m sorry!"
"Oh I bet you are, but you can do better than that."
"Oh I bet you are, but you can do better than that."

okay but like imagine a bully leon that's actually so subby when things get real…. like idk what it is but there's really something about guys that look kinda dom on the outside actually being really submissive on the inside… Imagine some kind of high school or even better, college AU where Leon's kind of an asshole to you first semester, and then you scheme with your friends to get revenge … just not the way he expected or smth, maybe at some cliche party you end up one on one with him and after some kind of heated confrontation you make your move, and even though his bully side tries to resist, his subby side pops out and he eventually gets reduced to a begging, sobbing mess. And you just mistreat him so well, he gets all clingy and pathetic by the end of it, all whiny, and you're almost rough with him, getting him so needy and then forcing him to apologize so much and beg, and acknowledge idk something like he was wrong, you're the best, etc, he needs you
I think this would work maybe with RE2 Leon the best, but RE4 leon possibly? There's really just something about RE2 leon being subby and RE2 leon being a really bratty bully type But yeah smth like brat taming with leon or something!! Maybe even spanking if he was that much of an asshole lmaoooo
(sorry if this sent twice i was having issues with tumblr)
this is a wonderful concept and all but be so for real my guy leon could not be a bully. especially re2 and re4. he’s too sweet and gentle to ada in re2 and ashley in re4 to ever truly bully someone.
buuuuuuuuut since u already got this idea so flushed out i might as well add to it!! sorry this isn’t as long as i’d like to to be i couldn’t really think of anything else to add!!
sub!bully!leon x slight mean dom!reader, no pronouns used, afab body parts mentioned.
leon likes your attention and feels like the only way he can get it is to be mean. the first time you both met, you didn’t realize he was trying to talk to you and just walked past him (with like earbuds in and stuff) and he was so heartbroken.
so every time he sees you in class he’ll be rude and abrasive, calling you insulting nicknames and stuff. he kinda likes the face you make when you get mad, the way your eyebrows furrow and your eyes stare sharply at him.
he’s also kinda mean to your friends because to him they’re an extension of you.
at this party, he’s been drinking, not too much because he’s cautious but enough to where he’s not completely sober. you as well.
you both start arguing when he bumps into you and knocks your drink out of your hand. he says a lot of cruel things that make your heart ache slightly. he’s so needlessly mean that you’re getting fed up with taking his shit.
you take a step closer to him, finally willing to do more than stand your ground, but actually fight back, “do you just want me to hate you that damn bad, leon? because you really seem to enjoy pissing me off.”
his body feels weak at your cold tone of voice. he’s suddenly not the evil, monstrous man that made fun of you, embarrassed you, called you names, talked down to you. he tries to keep up his front, but you see it cracking.
“i know you like it,” he says, “like it when i’m mean to you, don’t you? you want me to call you names and make fun of you, kinky bitch.”
you scoff, looking away from him. he couldn’t be more wrong.
“what? you think i’m wrong? prove it to me, prove that you don’t like me like this. show me that you’re worth anything more than being the dirt beneath my—”
“shut the fuck up, leon,” you groan as you come closer to him. it’s what he was afraid of, and god you’re so close to him… he’s worried he might explode from nerves. your hand presses against his chest as you push him away, and then suddenly, you’re up against him, he’s pressed against the wall, and your hand is back on his chest.
“uh, i.. i—” he says.
“what’s wrong? lost the ability to speak?” you ask him rhetorically, smirking, “you did get something right, i am a kinky bitch. just the wrong kind.”
“what?” he asks breathlessly. he looks like he’s about to pass out, face red, hands shaking. you would want to soothe him if he wasn’t such an asshole, “wrong kind?”
your hand on his chest drops to his crotch, groping him over his jeans, and he fucking whimpers. already. you come to the realization that leon kennedy, the bastard who’s been torturing you for months on end, is a fucking sub. good god.
“wait wait wait… hold on… i- what are you doing?”
your smirk grows, your breaths and sighs are satisfied, contented with holding him here, watching him stutter and whimper, “awh, i will admit. you’re much cuter when you’re not using that mouth to be rude. much, much prettier…”
his face is already red, his ears too. he looks messy, fragile, adorable.
“p-please,” his voice breaks, and you know you’ve won.
“stupid, stupid boy, thinks he can be mean to me? messed with the wrong girl,” you say, patronizingly soothing as you run your fingers through his hair, his cock buried inside of you as he hides his face in the crook of your neck and shoulder, “you should say sorry, baby, for what you did to me.”
“fuck, i- i’m sorry, okay? i’m sorry about what i said to you a- and your friends! i’m sorry!”
you scoff, “no, you know that’s not good enough, try harder. tell me how pathetic and dumb you are.”
he whines, his lips pressing against your neck sweetly as an apology, and as a way out of giving you a real one. he grasps onto your body like you’re his only anchor to stability and sanity.
you try to coax him out of his shyness and get him to tell you all the things you want him to say, “c’mon sweetheart, you gotta tell me. tell me how mean and degrading and cruel you were to me, just to be my stupid, obedient boy after i flipped it on you. the second i was a little mean to you, you completely gave in to me, didn’t you?”
“y-yeah, i… i’m sorry, i know i haven’t been- ah, good for you, but please let me be. give me a chance to be good, please. i can be good.”
you just laugh, clearly annoyed with him, “stupid fucking thing, thinks he can make me forgive him by begging to give him the grace he never gave me. you will have to earn your forgiveness, baby.”
he whines, “can i please fuck you? please? i’ll show you how good i can be, how good i can make you feel, i’ll so whatever you say i promise!!!”
“no, sweetheart, you’re going to sit still. you’re going to cry and weep and sob about how sorry you are, about how much better i am than you, how you don’t deserve me or my pussy, and how badly you need me to treat you like you’re nothing.”

kinktober 2023 -> day 27
hate sex - kuroo tetsuro x reader
word count: 2100
warnings: swearing, nsfw, reader is yaku’s sister, both of them are kinda assholes but not really lol
kinktober masterlist
Tumblr media
Kuroo Tetsuro was a very talented individual. Because no one had the capacity to piss you off quite like he did.
You should’ve known the minute you walked into your biochem class that he would become the bane of your existence. You wished you had gotten some sort of warning when you chose your major. A sign. A whisper from the gods. Anything at all to stop you in your tracks. But no, you were here now, and you were stuck seeing him in class every time.
If only that was where it stopped. But then you discovered that he was on the college volleyball team with your brother Morisuke and apparently, they were thick as thieves. The nightmare just kept getting worse.
It’s not even that he was a jerk to you or he bullied you. You just thought he was too cocky and loud and the smirk he supported was stupid. Unfortunately, the moment he found out that you didn't like him, he made it his mission to annoy the crap out of you any chance he got.
He would make jokes about your height, or how uptight you were. He would call you dumb under his breath if you got something wrong in class, or would snicker when the teacher corrected you. He had a taunting lilt to his voice when he talked to you, like his mere words were making fun of you. It was embarrassing, and it stung a bit, but mostly it served to make you angry. Morisuke would always tell you to let it go. That Kuroo was a provocative and inflammatory person by nature, but at this point even his voice annoyed you.
“What kind of pleasure does this bring you?” You gritted out, refusing to look up at his stupid grin.
“It tingles me just right, sweets.” He replied.
“Ugh.” You made a disgusted face, giving him a look that hopefully communicated that.
“You are gross.” You responded, turning back to your book. “Now can you please leave? I have a quiz I need to study for.”
Kuroo hummed, as if contemplating your request. He leaned back in his chair, balancing it precariously on its two back legs. They squeaked in the silence of the library, making your cheek twitch.
“Nope.” He popped the ‘p’, running a hand through his already messy hair. “I’m waiting for Yaku, remember?”
“And he told you to meet him here?” You didn’t look up at him.
“No, I told him to meet me here.”
You glared at him. “To purposely annoy me? Is that it? Why can’t you just stay away from me?”
He scoffed. “Don’t flatter yourself, sweets.”
You turn to him completely this time. “Then what is it, Kuroo? Why the hell are you obsessed with me? How pathetic are you?”
Kuroo stared at you incredulously. “Obsessed with you?”
He leaned forward until his face was inches from yours, eyes narrowed in anger. You nearly reeled back but held yourself in place.
“You’ve got some nerve. Thinking everything is about you. You think I give a single fuck about you? You’re just Yaku’s whiny little sister who thinks the world revolves around her. You’re not worth my time, or anyone else’s. Get your head out of the clouds or you’re going to end up taking a fall you won’t survive.”
You stared at him in shock, watching him gather his bag and water bottle before he stood up and hastily left. You stared at his retreating back, and felt anger burn through you as his words registered in your head.
You ignored the hot tears that stung your eyes.
…………………
The knock on your dorm room door startled you, and you stared at it warily. You contemplated whether you should open it or not. Maybe you could stay quiet and pretend no one was home. You weren't really in any mood to talk to people.
“I know you’re in there. The light is on.”
You nearly groaned, eyes squeezing shut. Anger boiled up in you again, and in a moment of impulse, you rushed to the door, opening it with more force than necessary.
“You've got some nerve.” Your voice shook in anger when you met his golden eyes. “Coming here after the shit you said to me today.”
Kuroo sighed, shoulders slumping. “I came to apologize for that.”
You laughed in disbelief. “What part, Kuroo? Me being whiny or me being pathetic?”
He scowled. “I didn't call you pathetic.”
“You’re getting hung up on the semantics now?!” You shrieked, stepping back to slam the door shut. Kuroo shot his foot out, blocking you from doing so.
“Excuse me? I’m not going to apologize for something I didn't even say!” He stepped inside the room, shutting it behind him so your voices didn't carry into the halls. “In fact, I specifically remember you were the one who called me pathetic. Which you still haven’t apologised for, by the way.”
“Oh my god, I hate you!” You screamed, feeling your face get hot because of how angry you were.
“Trust me, the feeling is mutual!” Kuroo screamed back, stepping forward until he was right in your face. You stiffened at how he was towering over you, his chest heaving and breaths coming heavy and quick. His teeth were clenched, making his jaw tick. Your eyes tracked the movement. You watched a small droplet of sweat run down the side of his face.
You stepped forward until your lips met his.
Kuroo jerked back, looking at you with wide eyes, mouth dropped open in shock. You stared at each other for a few moments, completely silent. Then, the dam broke.
Kuroo grabbed the sides of your face, sealing your lips together in a searing kiss. You moaned into his mouth, giving him the opening to slide his tongue over yours. You backed up until your legs hit your bed, falling back and Kuroo following you down, not breaking the kiss. Your limbs tangled together in a flurry, attempting to rip each other’s clothes off as quickly as you could.
“Can you hurry?” You broke the kiss, glaring at him as you tugged his shirt off.
“Can you shut the fuck up?” He bit back, pulling your sweatpants off your legs.
His lips met yours in the next moment, effectively silencing you except the little moans leaving your lips. His bare body felt heavenly against yours, and for the first time you thanked the lords that he was an athlete.
He broke the kiss again, making his way down your body with his lips. He bit at your right breast, making your breath stutter.
“Of course you would like that.” He chuckled.
“Shut the fuck up, Kuroo. Don’t ruin this-” You dissolved into a moan when he licked over your nipple, biting at it slightly before sucking. You sighed at the feeling.
His hand groped at your other breast, hips grinding down. His crotch pressed between your legs, and the pressure made you whine.
“Hurry up.” You pushed at his boxers, trying to tug them down.
“Say please~” Kuroo smirked up at you. You nearly slapped him.
“Over my dead body.”
Kuroo sighed and lifted himself off your body. He slid off you slightly, making to stand up. “Well, in that case-”
“No!” You sat up, biting your lip, staring at him. You groaned. “God, I hate you.”
Kuroo chuckled. You gasped when his fingers brushed over your clothed core, before hooking a finger into your panties and pulling them off you. His fingertips dipped into your slit. Your breath stuttered.
“Kuroo.” You stared at him, his eyes dark and pupils dilated. His lips parted, tongue peaking out just a little to run over them. His fingers continued their feather-light touch.
“Please,” you gave in.
“Please what, baby?” You whined at the nickname, feeling your core pulse. God, his voice was so husky. You stared at his lips, eyes wandering to his shoulders, his pecs, his abs, to the bulge in his underwear that was hinting at how big he probably was.
“Touch me, Tetsuro.” You whispered. “Please. Touch me, fuck me. You want me to shut the fuck up? Make it happen, then.”
He was on you the next moment, teeth digging into your skin and fingers burying themselves deep in your pussy. You yelped and moaned, spreading your legs more so he could hit deeper. His fingers were so long and delicious, reaching your spot and rubbing against it just right. Within seconds, he had you seeing stars.
“You’re such a brat.” Kuroo bit out, fingers picking up speed instantly. You could barely breathe. Your body jolted under his movements. He was being so rough. “A spoiled little princess. Greedy girl. You’re even letting me fuck you just so you can get off.”
You cried at Kuroo’s words. Fuck. Why was this turning you on so much? You clenched around his fingers, and were met with the sight of his infamous smirk, except this time, it was so much hotter than any time you had seen it before. Kuroo looked like he was enjoying the crap out of this.
“Oh, you love this, don’t you?” He goaded you, curling his fingers until your back was arching off the bed. “Such a slut. What, you got a humiliation kink or something?”
“I’m gonna cum.” You choked out, tears swimming in your vision as your toes curled.
You should've known. This was Kuroo Tetsuro you were with. There’s no way he would let you have anything good. You nearly wailed when he pulled his fingers out, soaking wet with your juices.
“Kuroo!” You cried, tears spilling down your cheeks. “Don’t- why?!”
You didn’t even care that he was witnessing you break down over this. You were just about to have what could have been the most intense orgasm of your life and he denied you it.
“You fucking asshole-”
He shushed you, leaning over and shifting slightly. Something hard prodded at your entrance, before sinking into you in one fluid motion. Your mouth dropped open at the feeling, jaw going slack. He was big, long and oh so hard, and he grazed all the right spots as he slid into you.
Kuroo wiped the tears that soaked your cheeks, brushing his nose against yours in a manner that was almost affectionate. You stared up at him, still dizzy from your almost orgasm a few moments ago. His eyes held a glint that told you tonight was going to be brutal in the best way possible.
And you were right. Kuroo fucked you through three orgasms before he even slowed his pace. You were left a blabbering, bumbling mess by the time his hips stuttered and he emptied himself inside you, warm cum washing over your walls, pushing you through one more orgasm as his unrelenting fingers rubbed at your abused, swollen clit. He didn’t care when you whined at him to stop. He was merciless throughout. It was rough and hot and it made you see stars.
You didn’t even register when his body left yours, or when he came back and ran a washcloth over the mess between your legs. You turned on your side, back sore from all the arching. You were still out of breath as he tugged on his clothes, watching him fix his hair. Well, as fixed as his messy hair could get. Aside from the sweat on his face and his slightly heavy breathing, he seemed unfazed. You would think he was out for a run, not rearranging your guts.
You didn’t realize he was staring at you until a few moments later, when he leaned over to brush your hair off your face. His signature smirk spread over his lips.
“Don’t worry, sweetheart. You’re the best sex I’ve ever had too.”
You scowled as he straightened up, making his way to the door. “What the hell do you mean ‘too’?
He didn’t answer, humming happily to himself as he tugged his shoes on.
“You aren’t the best sex I’ve ever had.” You sat up, feeling your face turn red. He gave you a look that was so smug it made you stiffen in embarrassment. You knew he didn’t believe a word you just said. You also knew that Kuroo’s already humongous ego was about to shoot through the fucking roof.
“You’re not.” You mumbled. Kuroo pulled the door open, still supporting the insufferable smirk on his face, giving you a teasing wink.
“You’re not, Kuroo!” You called behind him as the door clicked shut. Sighing, you flopped back onto the bed, staring at the ceiling and ruminating on everything that had just happened.
Fuck.

Okay okay with all the script hate for ATSV I'd like to at least take a moment to praise How they did Hobie right
And why they got Miguel wrong.
Mini-Ramble: The Concept of 'Can-dom'
a.k.a the writers really love Hobie and just fucking hate Miguel and it's borderline funny.
-------------
So, you know we are called fans, and we have a fandom. The fandom writes 'fanon'.
But what do you call the group of people who write canon?
And can the people who write canon also be a fandom in and of itself?
As someone who has worked on TV and film sets in NYC - across a couple of different departments - I can assure you:
YES.
And they act JUST LIKE US.
And I call it Can-dom.
And there's no better example of this, than the ATSV script.
Look at how they talk about Hobie:
Tumblr media
To the writer who described Hobie as 'strong, long, and skinny-hot' and his guitar as 'throbbing' idk what you were on that day but keep it up.
Tumblr media
Look at them rubbing their little writer hands together going 'hehehe they're gonna love this mfer to death he's so hot'
Miles calling Hobie cool and Hobie agreeing is literally just the writers complimenting themselves on how insanely rad and attractive they made their own character. I love it.
They could've done so much worse or described him as rowdy or cocky or rough but they're just like 'he's hot. really fucking hot.'
And everybody was in on it.
The designers read the script and was like 'really really attractive? the coolest fucking guy you've ever seen? ok boss'
and then drew a black cop killer with natural hair and beautiful sharp black features
Then the animation team looked at Hobie and was like YEAH HE'S SUPER FUCKING COOL
Then made a supercool technology just for the insanely rad punk character
AND THEY WENT TO DANIEL KALUUYA and had him do the super cool ironic funny lines for the super cool rad fan-favorite-to-be character
And then the whole production team looked at Hobie and they all looked back at their work and his arc and lines and design and animation style and they were like
Tumblr media
Because after months and months and months of collective effort and going 'this guy has to be so likeable that disliking him is almost a moral failing'
And then just like us they finally saw the finished product and we're like
Tumblr media
'THAT'S A WRAP. CUT. SEND THIS SHIT TO THE PRINTERS. He can't get any cooler we did it.'
Cause as someone who has worked in TV & Film and had been in the offices I can tell you:
Screenwriters are not some big wigs that come to work in suits and sit around on chunky laptops in complete silence sending emails
They are normal ass people in a cramped ass office and cubicles who joke with their co-workers, come in in jeans and a 'casual tshirt', and sit there chilling revising the same script a dozen times because they came up with a new idea that HAS to be in it. And sometimes they be having dogs in the offices.
They're dorks just like us. That's how they got there. By obsessing over the tiniest minute shit in stories and getting way too into characters and writing out our little stories.
To think they were squealing about Hobie Brown this whole time for years while making him.
And then giving him to the fandom and we're like FUCKING THANK YOU HE'S OURS AND WE LOVE HIM.
I know a lot of the time it may come off as a shady corporation manipulating the punk aesthetic for revenue - while it is that - its also an office full of writers and animators and designers literally making a mini fandom between them and snickering at their own jokes and ideas as they write this story I love it
It makes me think that - while the language towards Miguel is like.. undoubtedly questionable and something of necessary discussion -
I also just think that the office fandom just.. didn't fucking like him.
Like in the writers room over time they didn't like him and wanted to bully him 'ayo this dude is a clown and he's wildin out like a BEAST'
And putting in lines of Gwen clowning him just because the writers wanted to make fun of Miguel 😭😭😭
like.. just the thought of that.
- and the thought of the ATSV writers team just ganging up on him only for the animation team to turn around and be like 'give him the thiccest ass imaginable. make it clap when he walk'
HILARIOUS.
And then for the production team to have to look at this script of Miguel and look at his dummy think design and just sigh and be like 'fine okay the lines are fine but you HAVE TO TONE THE ASS DOWN'.
We bully our OCs all the time
And yeah they took that shit wayyyy too far cause like... The Spot murdered people why are y'all not looking at him and also Gwens dad is an asshole
But a part of me feels like the writers and production were fandom before fandom was fandoming.
Just like us they hyperfixated on two characters, the same characters the fandom would later.
And like the fandom originally did, they really really liked Hobie and just REALLY REALLY REALLY didn't like Miguel.
We're all like 'haha let's bully the shit outta Miguel as a little treat' and then they start taking it too far 😭😭
I'm just going to lay myself to (semi-)peace with this thought. I know it's pure speculation - I repeat, speculation - but like, writers are genuinely just like us. I wouldn't put it past them.
With the way the script is narrated I wouldn't be surprised if the first draft they put
**MIGUEL collapses to the ground with GABRIELLA in his hands as she DEPIXELATES. A look is devastation crosses his face. Ha, get owned, you fucking idiot.**
-------------------
Also they absolutely know about fanfiction. I haven't heard them talk about it and I don't know how much they know. But they know.
They may not be in the shows fandom, but they've usually been into older fandoms like Star Trek and thus know about the fanfic and shipping stuff.
If you read this far!! Hey hi how ya doing thank you for listening to my rambling. I wouldn't call this a full essay cause it's just my thoughts and opinions and like.... thoughts???
Anyway here's Hobie to make up for the fact I just said a whole lotta nothing
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(actual picture of me arsoning the Sony headquarters if they fuck up Hobies characterization and make me regret this post lol)
Bye.

just curious what you mean about your idol becoming what she used to sing about? what do you think has changed? no hate just genuinely curious
i feel like over the years her music has become more jaded, less personable more targeted. she used to sing about her experiences and feelings more generally and therefore held more interest bc of the relatability aspect of her songs. like for all the ogs which i may still listen to she had so much intent in the songwriting. like, as a teenager i never went through a breakup (still haven’t?) so i could never relate to her breakup songs in a traditional way- but the way she would write about her feelings would still feel relatable to me enough to help me through different situations.
i feel like now she writes to complete and album. she knows she can bullshit something quick is she’s motivated enough. it feels like midnights was a first draft- like it was never edited and perfected it was just written, recorded and produced. done.
i also feel like her fanbase has a lot to do with it. i think when folklore was released, she had disappeared from the spotlight long enough for the general public to forget why they were so against her to begin with. i think taylor made her dating life a main highlight in her career (whether that was on purpose is another debate), so when she got with joe and went private for a bit the general public weren’t being plastered w ts/ bf gossip and sightings to annoy them and remind them of her “serial dater” reputation. and when folklore came out it was purely about the album and not the relationship that influenced the album bc it was “fictional,” and people needed something fun to transfix on when the world was unpredictable and scary bc of covid- which is why everyone and their mom became a swiftie overnight. nobody speculated about what song was about who (i mean swifties did ofc but it wasn’t a world wide thing- it was just rocking out to august). the internet definitely shifted during this time and it feels like everyone became chronically online.
long story short: i feel like taylor is using her songwriter and platform as a weapon. she knows her fans are weirdly cult like and notoriously known for being bullies on the internet, and that they’ll buy and believe anything she says. i think everyone will be expecting a folklore- likeness to ttpd but i think it’ll be a cheap way of blowing over her relationship with joe and changing the narrative for rep tv. overall it just feels like all of her songwriter is so personal to her life and her relationships it’s not relatable anymore, her words don’t have the impact they once did. everything feels tailored to her life specifically and it’s more of a show for swifties to make pick up easter eggs for clout on the internet. like she knows what she’s doing with ttpd, we all know.
it’s evident in the way she markets herself, it’s evident in the lack of marketing of her albums. she knows her fans will promote it for her. no lead single, no real description of the album or anything. hundreds of dollars of encouraged preorders for something you don’t even know if you’ll like until you buy it. fucked with umg to try to return it if you don’t. fomo if you missed out on an “exclusive” or “limited” item.
also just the whole miss americana thing she’s ignoring. we all heard her. she said she wanted to be on the right side of history. yet here she is politically silent as always- besides that one time in 2020 when she coincidentally had something to release….
(also unrelated….but like the taylor overexposure is real. i love that she’s interested in doing different things but i wish she would prioritize quality over quantity. it feels like she’s rushing through everything to get to the next one. i just wish she would care more about her art than breaking records and being #1/ talked about constantly. it just feels very….narcissistic? like girlie you’re a billionaire and youre still in your early thirties what are you trying to do??? be the first person to sing on the moon like??? when is it Enough for her?)

Once, Lily Evans had loved Severus Snape. It hadn't been in a romantic way. She didn't want to date him or be his girlfriend. But she truly loved him as a friend.
Back in the day, Lily thought no one could get her like Severus did. They were close. They got along well. They were interested in the same things. He made her laugh when she was her saddest. She was the only one who could make him snap out of his self pity. They were more than friends. Best friends.
And Lily didn't understand why others didn't like Severus. She didn't understand why others hated him or had something bad to say about him. From her mother who stared at him with reject, to Petunia who couldn't stand him and was always calling him nasty, to her father who didn't like him when he liked everyone "Just think my sweet Lily deserves better friends" he used to say.
Mary and Marlene couldn't stand Severus as well. They said he was weird and rude, that he'd never opened himself to them even if they tried to be friendly.
Then there were The Marauders who were bloody awful with Sev just because he was different (according to Lily). Sev was the victim of James's stupid mean jokes and Sirius’s humiliating pranks. Peter just followed them. They were constantly on him. Making fun of their nose and his hair.
Lily knew Severus was shy. He might have been tackless, serious and might not understand other people's sense of humor. But she knew other version of him. And he was actually funny, he was actually nice. He'd just suffered a lot.
But then Remus came along and he hadn't also liked Severus. He also didn't understand why Lily was friends with him.
That left Lily to be the only one to understand Severus. The only one to like him. And for Lily the rest of the world was crazy. She was against everyone else when it came to Severus.
Not for a second she thought it was Severus's fault. He suffered abuse at home. He suffered bullying and incomprehension from other kids at school. He had no friends for being the teacher's pet, weird, awkward and lonely. Severus was just a poor victim.
"I get that nobody likes me, Lily. I am useless. If my own bloody father doesn't like me, who would? Sometimes I think you're the only person who will love me"
Poor Severus, Lily constantly thought. Why doesn't people try to get to know him and actually like him?
Turned out Lily had been absolutely blind. After she heard Severus telling some Slytherin boys how she was easy and he could and had done what he wanted with her, things started changing between them.
Lily had been doing nothing but forgive him. He messed up, he justified it with the misery he was going through, Lily felt sorry for him, she forgave him. And the cycle started again.
For Lily it was normal and natural. She had seen friends fighting and making up instantly. Why wouldn't Lily give hers another chance? For old times sake.
People did the impossible for the people they loved, right? For their best friends, right? Then why did everything felt so wrong?
Lily had fucked up all the progress she had with James Potter.
"It's so rude not to say hello to someone, Potter!!" Lily sounded like an insane person yelling that after James and the boys had said hello to Mary and Marlene but completely ignored her. To be fair she was sad all the time. She felt guilty all the time. She didn't sleep well, she had lost her appetite and she was losing her concentration in classes.
James Potter gave her a hateful glance and turned without a word left to say. And it hurt. In the past, Lily had begged for Potter to ignore her ass for one second. But that was before getting to know him. That was before the friendship. That was before Petunia's wedding and the kiss they shared.
"What happened between you and Potter, Lily?" Mary asked as The Marauders walked away. James, Sirius and Peter angry and Remus pitiful but loyal to James.
"That man worshipped the floor you walked in" Marlene added with concern.
"You even said that you might fancy him... After your sister's wedding...That you felt like a princess next to him"
Lily had enjoyed every second of it. How she danced with James. How she chatted and laughed with James. Their kiss when Lily was slightly drunk. The way he had been a gentleman with her family. How well he fitted in on the contrary of Sev.
Lily thought she could actually feel things for James. That he could turn into her prince charming. But that was before knowing that he was doing all of it for a game.
"He changed the game, Lily!" Severus had said "How can you be so stupid?! He acted like your friend so that you could fall into his game. Now he has probably bragged to his bloody servants about how he finally got you to kiss him! And you are a fool to believe he is not going to get over you now that you've given in!"
Of course Lily felt guilty for being an idiot. She thought James had changed for real. But Severus reminded her of who she was dealing with. James Potter and his friends had been tormentors of Sev for years. How could Lily betray her best friend like that?
"Don't worry" Severus added as Lily started crying "I have a plan to get back at him"
Not Mary or Marlene knew about how Lily had turned all on her. Telling Potter that the only reason she'd kissed him was to win a bet she'd done with Severus. Although it was false, Lily wouldn't give Potter the satisfaction of having played with her.
"Lily, If what James told me is true, then you were awful with him" Marlene said carefully.
"Now I am the awful one? How about everything he did!" Lily did yell a bit.
"You aren't a spiteful person, babe" Mary prompted "You aren't like this. You wouldn't hurt someone to win a bet"
"You're right!! I'm not a fool anymore! I'm sick and tired of people stepping over me!!"
Now if Lily had told herself she had done the right thing, that Severus was her best friend first and above everyone, then why did she feel so dreadful?
"Come on, Lily" Severus appeared now before Lily could explain anything to her friends "Thought we were having dinner outside"
Marlene immediately rolled her eyes with his presence. Mary tutted with disdain. If Potter was the bad guy, why did the girls like him so much? Why were they rooting for Lily to be with him and not Severus?
"Don't you see she is busy?" Marlene spat.
"We were talking to her, Snape" Mary added.
Why couldn't them get along with Snape if he was as good as Lily thought?
"She agreed to eat with me, didn't you Lily?"
Why did Lily feel so guilty? For her Severus had done the impossible to make her forgive his mistakes. Now Lily was making up for falling into Potter's trap and hurting Severus by kissing him. She was just fighting for her friendship. And his conditions were not getting along with The Marauders. Any of them. It was a sacrifice to make Severus happy. It wasn't even a sacrifice, she didn't like the bullies of those wankers, did she?
"I am sorry, girls" Lily said, swallowing the knot on her throat "I did promise... Sorry"
Lily followed Severus even though she didn't want to. Even though her friends looked worried and irritated. Even though it felt wrong. Why did she feel this way?
She was quiet as they ate. For the first time in the history of their relationship, Severus was the happy one, the chatty one. Lily didn't know how to act anymore. She stared at Severus and wondered who was he? Was she right to trust him?
Through Lily's distraction, she dropped her glass of juice all over the table. She cried in apology as if spilling her juice had been the worst mistake in her life. Then she felt even more awful.
Severus just smiled finding Lily's silliness adorable and amusing.
"Don't worry about it, Lily" he said as he helped her clean.
"I'm so silly" Lily sighed "I ruined our dinner"
Severus chuckled "You didn't"
"I can't get you another plate" Lily said, mostly to get out of there and take a break from him. Why did she want to run away? Severus was staring at her without discretion "I know how much you like meat pie... You were enjoying it..."
"I love you, Lily" Severus responded with a snort.
How much Lily had dreamed for a boy to fall in love with her, like in the novels. She fantasized about romance. And she thought no one would glance at her that way.
When Severus almost kissed her on New Year's, she even considered giving him a chance. Didn't she read about the girl who realized at the end of the movie that she had been in love with her best friend all along?
But then Severus had fucked it up miserably. Now he hadn't stopped saying it since they fixed things. He had confessed his feelings claiming what he felt for Lily was real, on contrast of what Potter felt. But everytime Severus said it, Lily felt more and more uncomfortable.
For some reason it didn't sound genuine. It sounded awful. It sounded as if she was his most precious possession. As if he owned her or something.
"I'm sorry" Severus snorted and rubbed his neck as he saw how Lily stiffened. "I just can't stop saying it now... I just love you"
When he scooped closer, Lily flinched and froze.
"I know you don't feel the same, Lily" Severus sighed "But I promise I am going to make you love me... We're going to be so happy that you won't even remember everything that wanker did to you"
Lily was too frozen and uncomfortable to respond. She was actually glad her food was covered in juice because she wasn't hungry anymore.
Then Severus pulled her in for a hug and Lily's eyes filled with tears. It wasn't comfortable hugging him. She didn't feel butterflies. She didn't even feel the tender she used to feel for him. She felt disgust. She didn't know if it was of him or herself.
Lily was starting to believe that Severus Snape wasn't the man she thought he was. Maybe the world wasn't wrong. Maybe they were all right and she was the one to be mistaken. There was a reason why everyone hated Snape. Perhaps they all saw what she failed to see.
If Lily had to stop being friends with who she wanted because of Severus, if she had to stop doing what she pleased, change and live for him, then maybe this was a toxic relationship.
Maybe Severus didn't love her at all. He was just obsessed with her. So Lily considered for a second about leaving him. But she was scared of hurting him. She was scared of breaking his heart. She still had little care for him. Would she be able to cut him off?
"Sometimes, you just have to choose yourself above others, sunshine" the voice of her father said inside her head.
Lily knew what she had to do. She just had to find the right moment.

Who is your favorite Sofia the First character
Sofia, obviously. She's just the sunniest child and I love how despite being an all-loving hero, she's surprisingly good at manipulating people, even if its always for a good cause. Which is something you rarely see in a pre-school show protagonist. She can strike deals, stroke people's egos and assert herself when needed to. She looks like the most precious baby but will fucking slaughter you with her words and I love that kind of energy. This kid can take down Satan with just an angry pout and sheer willpower.
Also her instant urge to help people and make everyone happy, even to her own detriment, is fascinating cos she's still a little kid who gets jealous and selfish like anyone. I love characters who have chronic hero syndrome where they feel the need to help others but they really dont want to and just for once look after themselves. Its a great way to display the importance of self-care. I just hate how the show made her into a walking moral compass for the writers and made her into the fucking Avatar of the EverRealm, when she's like 8. It doesnt help that the Mystic Isles and the Secret Library were some of the most boring stories the show ever made.
Also Sofia's got detective skills that'll put Batman to shame. This kid will become a powerful queen one day.
I like Amber as well for being patient zero on how to write a lovable alpha bitch without making her a bitch, she does get a lot of aesop amnesia where she flits back and forth between a snarky yet kind hearted diva to Disney's Regina George. But I blame the writers, not the character. I love her relationship with her sister Sofia and how the two become best friends. Amber going big sister mode whenever someone's out to get Sofia's amulet or just bullying Sofia in general is always nice to see. I also like the little intricacies the show gives her, like her interests in astronomy and architecture, it gives her a lot more dimension than her just being the fun diva character. I kinda wish there were more episodes about her relationship with her twin brother James, but what are ya gonna do?
Cedric is fun. I like his friendship with Sofia, its very wholesome and I like how he's a great example of how to write a sympathetic villain, by making him as threatening as a kitten and have him completely incapable of hurting a child's feelings. And Im just gonna leave this here cos saying you like Cedric as a character on Tumblr is like saying Bloody Mary in front of a mirror.
Tumblr media
AND CAN WE GIVE A SHOUT OUT FOR MIRANDA PLEASE. COS SHE IS A LITERAL AND METAPHORICAL QUEEN AND I LOVE HER?! SHE'S KIND, SMART, QUICK-THINKING AND ALWAYS THERE FOR SOFIA, AMBER AND JAMES WHENEVER THEY SHE IS SUCH A LOVING MOTHER AND OH MY GOD WHY DOES SOFIA NEED THE DISNEY PRINCESSES FOR ADVICE WHEN HER MOTHER IS RIGHT THERE?!

Per the ask game, chengyao?
tl;dr version: it's one of my notps. (welcome to the salt mines -_-)
Don't Ship It
Why don't you ship it?
tl;dr: i am uncomfortable when jc isn't about wwx, and jgy's taste is better than jc
I never read the situation with JL as co-parenting, so that's one basis of the ship right out, and l can't see why JGY would burden himself with JC or what would attract him to JC. Like... JGY likes people who trust him and people who are good people and who think he's a good person and people who aren't the emotional equivalent of a landmine field on fire. JGY can have either LXC or SMS and I'm pretty sure he's been over the "I can change him" stage ever since NMJ. There is absolutely nothing about JC that I think JGY would be remotely interested in. (I also think JGY post incest-reveal is so deeply traumatized that the entire range of romantic and sexual emotions becomes a no-go for him, with no exceptions.)
I also don't see JC as willing or able to extend feelings for people outside his sect post-WWX's death. People betray you and then they die. Outsiders to the sect will demand the most horrific sacrifices. I also think he didn't like JGY giving JL Fairy at all (I think it's completely possible to think he was grateful for it, I just like my JC entirely unable to let go of WWX), because that put him in a position where he must break a resolution or take his nephew's dog away. (I also find it hard to believe that JC doesn't know about the bullying at Jinlintai and hmmm. don't think it makes him think favorably on JGY. Rusong's death can also result in no positive appreciation of JC for the care JGY takes with JL's safety.)
So basically I'm not into JC having positive relationships with people that aren't WWX, I don't see them catching feelings, and I think both of them are wayyyyy too conscious of the power of gossip to consider sex together (if I thought there was an attraction, which I don't. I don't think JGY finds JC's volatilenesse attractive).
Also I'm a huge wimp and I want JC to only get manipulated and fucked over by WWX. (🥺) Together they're not unpleasant in ways I find fun.
What would have made you like it?
I could get behind the version of the ship where JGY gets a hate-crush on JC because 1)he's projecting his negative NMJ feelings after NMJ's death and JC is conveniently irascible and inconvenient, and/or 2)he's convinced that WWX was JC's half-brother and that colors all of his vision of what JC did or didn't do.
Does he think JC was being incestuous about WWX? (and then he wasn't punished for it. how unfair that he got off unscathed when JGY must carry the weight forever!!!)
Does he share LWJ's opinion that JC used WWX and then got rid of him when WWX became more an impediment than a help? (something that JGY when he's honest with himself - rarely - does know he did, but that he tries to pretend he didn't and can easily dislike JC for. this is why he's besties with LXC. LXC thinks he's Good. JGY likes being Good. JC is all kinds of a repulsive mirror.)
A version where it's requited isn't about WWX enough for me on JC's part, though.
Oh, in a version of canon where JGS wasn't Like That and JGY is thus severely less messed-up (and the WWX+Wens situation isn't as dire as in canon) might have had them carry on a casual-ish discreet relationship while JYL is visiting JZX. Or maybe it's a version where JGY never ended up torturing for WRH. Something that would make him a bit softer at that stage, and have JC a bit less single-focused on WWX. It might escalate and the relationship might deepen if something something JGS causes worse problems, against JGY, etc.
Alternatively, this is less straight-up shipping, but I love the idea that JC and JGY had an UnderstandingTM about JL not having accidents in Jinlintai so long as JC didn't do anything stupid, such as marrying, and that JC honestly did think JGY was going to wait until JL was closer to twenty before JGY started making active moves against JL. And it hurt JC's feelings when Guanyin Temple happened.
Despite not shipping it, do you have anything positive to say about it?
Extremely fucked up people and I'm happy that fans of the two characters seem to be having fun with it!

AKSHNIOYDBG more evil ghostface binary boyfriends, I'm begging :O I'm imagining a scenario where they go after Tory because of the way she threatened Eli at the end of S3 and Demetri told her off. Or maybe Robby, since he broke Miguel's back, force-shaved Eli, and betrayed Miyagi Do. Basically a triple strike!
Or Kyler! Oh man, they'd annihilate him after years of bullying.
I just want them as murder boyfriends so bad <3 <3 <3
I AM SO SORRY THIS TOOK FOREVER I REWROTE IT LIKE THREE TIMES BC I HATED HOW IT WAS GOING 😭
Cw: blood, gore, v descriptive act of gutting, Eli going ballistic and then immediately starts acting like a child again, kyler being an asshole👌
Tumblr media
“Man that bitch is so dead… such a pussy…” Kyler continued to blabber, completely unaware that Demetri Alexopoulos had been peering through his window. He was also unaware of the fact that Eli Moskowitz had made his way inside the house during the half hour he’d been gaming in his bedroom.
“Dawg, what are you doing? You tryna kill me, the fuck?”
Demetri pulled the burner phone out from under his black gown, he and Eli had picked up those stupid Ghostface costumes used by those two maniacs in the 90s, Demetri said it would be like bearing a torch. He dialed the phone number written on his palm, Kyler’s landline phone number. Eli remained hidden as he heard it ring in the room next to him, waiting for Kyler to come answer it.
“Shit I think that’s the pizza man callin’ me, hold up I’ll be right back…” Kyler slid his chair back before making his way downstairs to the kitchen where the phone was ringing, unknowingly passing Eli as he walked past the storage room he’d been hiding in.
Kyler finally picked up the ringing phone, “Yo where you at? That pizza better not be cold-”
“Wait a minute, who am I talking to?” Demetri’s altered voice spoke. “Uhhh, Kyler… is this not the pizza guy?”
“No… I mean no it is, I’ve got your uh… pizza here if you want it…”
“Aight sweet, you… almost here?”
Demetri quickly texted Eli while telling kyler to walk to the front door.
Metri
Hes coming out to the front, stay there. Ill fuck with him a bit, get him scared. come out the sliding side door when I give u the signal.
Eli listened as he heard Kylers footsteps go past the closet and over to the front door. The door opened and Eli waited for the sound of a stabbing noise, a scream, a thump… something… but there was just silence. That is, until Kyler opened his mouth to talk once again.
“Aight… come out now. I’m hungrier than a bitch, let’s go!”
“Hold on now, Kyler, I didn’t tell you where I was with your pizza, did I?”
“Oh… ok, then uh… where are you?” Kyler stepped outside to look around the front porch, but there was no sight of anyone. He made his way around to the far corner, peeking behind it and still finding nothing.
“Can you see me?” Demetri echoed on the other end,
“No… are you in the front?”
“I can see you, Kyler.” He began to tense up, it was so quiet.
Kyler stepped backwards, making his way to the opposite side of the porch. He stood behind a pillar to look over at the road beside his house. Nothing.
“Man, I’m hungry as hell, where are you boy?”
“Walk around to the back of the house, Kyler.”
“Bro… I don’t wanna be playing no hide and seek right now, my pizzas gon’ get cold…”
“It’s right here, Kyler! Just come and get it… it’s just by the side door.”
If Kyler were smart he wouldn’t be falling for this. Who the hell makes you walk around your house to get pizza from the delivery boy? Demetri knew he could fuck with Kyler and he’d just fall for everything, it was kind of fun. This wouldn’t work next week when they go for Tory, Demetri wanted to make sure she got what she deserved for all the pain she caused to his Eli. They’d go after Robby as well, Demetri wanted to give Eli some time to get practice in with Kyler first. They’d worry about Robby tomorrow.
Kyler made his way around the house, going over to the front.
Metri
Go now out the side door and keep urself hidden behind that huge tree. When Kyler goes by then u can come out, be ready bc as soon as he sees u you’ll need to strike. Don’t worry, I’ll be over there soon. U got this babe 💕
Eli smiled at the text. He still felt shaky, but this was his chance to show everyone that he’s not some scared loser. He’s gonna give everyone who ever wronged him what they deserve. Eli left the closet and ran out to the side door, quickly opening it and slipping out. Just as he got behind the tree he heard Kyler shittalking to Demetri over the phone. He closed his eyes and took a big breath as he watched Kyler walk passed the tree and towards the glass door.
“Where are you now, bruh?”
“You still can’t see me, Kyler?” He rolled his eyes as he moved just passed the door frame, looking out by the gazebo behind his house.
“Man, you ain’t even here… I’m going back inside!”
Just as Kyler turned around, he became face to face with a masked Eli who immediately shoved him to the ground. He stepped closer to Kyler as he groaned beneath him,
“The fuck, who- who the fuck are you??”
Eli landed a kick to Kyler’s stomach, causing him to hunch over and wince. As soon as he gained the strength, Kyler got up and ran back around to the front. Eli turned around and walked down the other side to meet him there.
As soon as Kyler reached the balcony he was faced with Eli who’d already beat him. Eli cocked his head to the left as Kyler stood just feet away before quickly spinning to run back to the back of the house, the ghost following suit.
As soon as Kyler made it to the sliding doors, Demetri turned around on the other side to face him, immediately throwing himself through the glass to tackle the wrestler. Kyler struggled under the ghost’s grasp, kicking his legs as Demetri’s hands wrapped around the teens throat. Kyler lifted his head, head butting his attacker before getting away.
Kyler ran towards the left corner of the house, only to be met with the ghost again. Eli’s hand shot forward, lodging his knife into Kyler’s abdomen and pulling it through his stomach to the other side.
Blood and organs fell from his body as he fell to the ground, letting out a disgusting, gargled groan.
Eli straddled Kyler as he tried to scoop his insides back into his body. As Eli moved Kyler’s hands out of the way, he tried to reach up and punch the ghost above him. Eli smacked the hand away and his knife went straight into the side of Kyler’s neck, before he pulled it out to thrust it down into his sternum.
Demetri watched from the door, he didn’t think Eli could actually do it.
He was stabbing him over and over, Kyler cried out as Eli kept going. Blood covered his face as the ghost stabbed him once more in the throat in hopes to keep him quiet, but he just wouldn’t shut up.
Demetri removed his mask to see better, a smile rising to his face as he watched his boyfriend finally take revenge. He could hear him faintly panting as he brutally murdered his lifelong bully, Demetri was so proud of Eli.
When his rapid stabbing finally stopped he flung himself backward and crawled away from the body, ripping his mask off as he let out a choked sob.
Demetri quickly ran over to him, immediately pulling him into a hug. “You did it! I knew you could, Eli. God… dammit I’m so proud of you,” Demetri pushed Eli’s sweaty hair from his face.
“W-what’s the matter?”
Eli wiped the tears from his face and took a few deep breaths, “Demetri… w-what if we made a mistake?? What if we…fuck we might get caught!”
“Shhh shut the fuck up, it’s ok. I promise you, we will not get caught. I’ve planned this all out, we’re gonna get away with this, baby.” Demetri held Eli closer to him, kissing his head and hugging him tight.
“We should probably move this asshole though, can you help me get him uh…” he looked around the yard for places to stick Kyler’s dead body, “Tree?” Eli suggested, Demetri looked behind him at the tree with the tire swing hanging from it,
“Tree.”

Tumblr media
June 1982
Billy and I had our fair share of run-ins with the cops. I can count on both hands the times we were caught smoking weed, trespassing in abandoned buildings, or fooling around in his Camaro. We were only arrested or put in a holding cell twice, but it was twice too many times. Mom and Dad gave me hour-long lectures that ended up with me running to my room and slamming the door on them as I yelled back, “I FUCKING HATE YOU!”
I never used to do that before.
I wasn’t always frightened of cops. Up until I learned about the Gay Liberation Movement from my uncle, I saw them as people I could trust with my life and safety. But even then, I always felt some uneasiness shaking up my body. Even though I knew I was supposedly ‘safe,’ their presence filled me with a fear similar to the kind when I would get in trouble with a teacher when I didn’t even understand what I did wrong.
After my uncle told me his story of being in so many protests and what cops did to people like him, like me, my seemingly pointless fear of authority figures was validated. This wasn’t long after I had my first kiss with a girl in Middle School.
Even if this sudden realization made my life feel on edge from there on out, something that was constant during this period in my life was my Dad; I never felt unsafe with him. And I had a better understanding with him about why he’d have Max and I favor him instead of the cops in terms of our safety. The waters of doubt became clearer after I was arrested for the first time.
My friend, Emily Bernard, was my first ever kiss and almost girlfriend, but we were awkward with each other whenever we weren’t making out. Her brother, Jordan, was my first-ever boyfriend. He was my first everything. On one hand, being his girlfriend kept me safe from the possible bullying I’d get if it got out that I liked girls. On the other hand, I genuinely did like Jordan. Being with a guy could be just as charismatic and breathtaking as being with a girl.
Sure, he was a bit clueless and headstrong, but he meant well. He was reckless with himself for fun, and I was always the one to talk him out of making bad decisions. It was exhausting at times, but we really enjoyed each others’ company. I was naive enough to think that maybe, just maybe, we’d be together forever. Maybe it was my inner child still trying to hold onto that fantastical hope that disappeared the older you get. Maybe it was my brain telling me how much I needed close bonds like this in order to survive, the way animals do in the wild. But I wasn’t a princess. I wasn’t an animal. I wasn’t in a fairytale. Life wasn’t perfect.
When I was a freshman in high school, two years into our relationship, I found out that Jordan cheated on me. He was my first heartbreak, the last first he’d ever be to me. Even when he tried to deflect my anger toward the girl he hooked up with, I stayed mad at him. He was the one in a relationship. Jordan could’ve simply told her that, but he didn’t. It was the fact that he chose not to that made me so mad, and it was insulting to try and make himself out as the victim.
After a week of burying my heartache in ice cream and horror movie marathons with Max and a month of avoiding eye contact with Jordan at school, I went to his house to drop off a box of his things we kept in my room. I was also hoping to get my stuff from his room in return. It was what adults did; it was the mature thing to do. I had come to terms with our breakup and was ready to move on.
But we weren’t adults; we were kids. And more often than not, kids are villainously petty. The day I came back to the Bernard family home to return Jordan’s things, I went from mature to petty in a flash. It was a cool summer night as I was about to ring the doorbell, I heard Jordan curse out in the backyard.
“OW! GODDAMIT!”
When I trailed around the house, I found him tripping over a bundle of tree branches. He was really good at building fires. We used to camp a lot. As soon as I saw I box with all my things I left with him next to the roaring fire pit, I lost my shit. It was the first time I heard the jumbled voice that taunted me with intrusive thoughts and impulsiveness.
They told me, “Fuck being the bigger person! He’s about to burn all your shit! Are you gonna let him get away with that, Maeven?”
Without even realizing it, I snuck up on Jordan so that the next time he turned around, he’d scream and fall backward.
“What the hell are you doing?”
He screamed like your average horror movie victim; it was probably the reason he didn’t like to watch them with me. Jordan could be tough and headstrong in certain situations but was a clumsy scaredy-cat once he stepped outside of them.
“Oh, hey, Mae-Mae! Hi, uhmmm, what. . .what’re you doing here?”
“You don’t get to fucking call me that, Jordan! Not anymore! So, I’ll ask you again; what the hell are you doing?!”
As he awkwardly looked me up and down, he frantically gathered the branches and threw them into the fire pit with some old clothes I didn’t recognize. It must’ve been for kindling.
“What’re you doing here?”
I rolled my eyes. Did he honestly think I was that stupid? Did he not see the completely obvious box of his things I had in my hands?
“I asked you first,” I sneered at him. He jumbled on his words momentarily, making random vowels and sounds before straightening his train of thought.
“Spring cleaning?” He gave me a nervous smile that said ‘please buy it,’ as he began sweating.
“It’s June, and that’s a fire,” I pointed out.
His pupils dilated with panic as he stood up before a lame attempt was made to hide my box of stuff behind his dumbass legs as if I hadn’t already seen it. One of my worst pet peeves of his was how he refused to admit when he was cold. I rarely saw him out of shorts.
“My turn. What’re you doing here?”
“I was gonna be the bigger person and return the stuff you left at my house before proceeding to never speak to you again.” I gestured to the box of his things in my grasp before placing my hand on my hip and tilting my head.
“Good for you, Maeven. I’m proud of you,” he said so matter-of-factly. I could tell he was bursting with the energy he needed to make a run for the house.
“Yeah. But now. . .now I’m having second thoughts.”
The closest thing to Jordan shitting his pants was his heart dropping into his stomach. He had never seen me this angry before, but I had been bottling up all the bullshit he made me endure these past two years.
“Really? Why is that?”
If it were possible, he’d fill a barrel of nervous sweat like an old cartoon.
“Because you’re burning my shit, Jordan! That’s why!” I almost cut him off, my intrusive thoughts and instinct response jumping against his verbal attack.
“No I wasn’t,” he defended himself, surprisingly calm. “Can I have my box back now?”
Yes. This was the hill I was willing to die on.
“I don’t know, Jordan! Can I have my virginity back?!”
The world around us suddenly went deadly silent and laced with tension. Jordan’s eyes widened in shock, but he remained speechless. If I’d been able to see beyond my anger at his betrayal, I would’ve noticed the small changes in his body that indicated when his heart split in half.
“I didn’t even burn it, yet!” he whined.
“But you were going to,” I clarified. His eyes widened as he realized he was caught red-handed in a lie.
“. . .shit.”
As if he was an animal using its defense mechanisms, he took one of the branches out of the fire pit and swung it at me, hitting my arm as the flames burnt my skin. It felt like someone pushed me into a hot grill.
“Are. . .you. . .SERIOUS?!?!”
My face scrunched up in anger as I subconsciously threw his box on the fire pit. I didn’t feel the pain in my knuckles until after it collided with his face; at least it didn’t hurt as much as my arm burned. It shouldn’t have felt as good as it did to see him clutching his face on the grass like that as he pinched his nose to stop the flow of blood. He was pathetic before, but he looked even more so now.
“What’re you two idiots doing??” Emily yelled at us as she stood on the porch.
“I’m not an idiot!” Jordan and I yelled in unison.
“Right,” she rolled her eyes. “Hey, Idiot and Maeven. Knock it off.”
I let out a laugh so unnecessarily loud, making me feel even better than before now that I knew at least someone was on my side. . .for now.
“Whose side are you on??” Jordan whined again, getting up to walk towards the porch to his sister.
“Let’s see who wins first, then I’ll decide,” she replied.
“She burnt my stuff, Em!” he yelled, using his now blood-covered hand to point at me like a tattling toddler. “Skating and rock music have driven her to violence!”
I walked right up to him as he backed off like a cornered rabbit. I got up right in his face as I narrowed my eyes.
“You were gonna burn my stuff first, Jordan! And the only thing that has driven me to violence is you, you small-dicked son of a bitch!”
At my last syllable, he stumbled backward on his feet and knocked the back of his head on the wooden railing of the porch.
“HA!” Emily laughed before covering her mouth with her hand.
Jordan got up almost immediately and towered over me, ready to defend his honor.
“I told you never to mention that!” he yelled, shoving my shoulders, forcing me to step back from him a bit. I turned my eyes toward Emily.
“Will you please talk some sense into your lunatic of a brother!?”
She exhaustedly groaned, tilting her head up to the sky.
“You’re both acting like lunatics! And if you don’t knock it the hell off, someone’s gonna call the cops!”
In her defense, we were pretty loud.
“Fine. I’ll go as soon as you apologize and give me back my stuff,” I said, turning my head to Jordan. He had gotten what he deserved. I burnt his stuff, gave him a bloody nose, and announced the size of his dick to his whole neighborhood. That should’ve satisfied me, I should’ve known when to walk away, but I didn’t.
“Apologize?!” he laughed in my face. “I don’t have to apologize for anything, Maeven! You punched me in the face and burnt my shit! And technically, you don’t get a say in what I do with ‘your’ shit. You left it at my house, therefore, it's mine.”
I considered punching him again, but I didn’t. It would’ve landed me in more trouble than I already was about to be in.
“There she is! Right there!”
I turned around to see Mr. Bernard pointing his finger at me, two cops behind him as they stomped their way toward me. One of them took out their set of handcuffs.
“Dad?” Emily asked him. “What’re you doing?!”
“Oh, shit-AAAHH!!”
Before I knew it, one of the cops shoved me in the chest and sent me falling backward on the grass. My head collided with the ground and made my ears ring as I tried to find my bearings.
The one without the handcuffs aggressively turned me over onto my stomach before proceeding to push his knee into the small of my back. It forced the air out of my stomach and lungs. My brain tried to force my body to move, but I was frozen in place. I understood now that it was my body’s way of keeping me safe; it knew better than my head that I couldn’t fight this situation.
“What the hell!? I didn’t do anything!”
He shoved my head into the grass with his hand as his partner bound my hands. They hauled me up by the chain of the cuffs as they dug into my wrists, roughly grabbing my arms as they dragged me away.
“You’re under arrest for domestic violence and destruction of property. You have the right to remain silent-”
I blocked them out and turned my eyes to the Bernards.
“You’re arresting me for a bloody nose and a bad breakup?!” I scoffed. “Are you fucking kidding me?! He’s the one who burnt me!”
I couldn’t prove it, but I swear that one of them dug his fingers into the fresh burn on my arm. My feet refused to move as they dragged me along the grass from the backyard to their squad car; it was hard to believe this was really happening. It certainly wasn’t necessary for them to be this aggressive with a 5’4 fifteen-year-old girl.
“Dad, what’re you doing?!” Emily yelled behind me.
I could hear them trailing behind us as one of the cops kicked at my feet, forcing me to stand and walk with them.
“She assaulted him! It’s the least she deserves!” Mr. Bernard replied to his daughter.
“Dad, it’s just a bloody nose! I’m fine! Just let her go!”
That was certainly a surprise. It was the first time I heard Jordan show any type of courage. Even after I burnt his things and punched him, he wanted to help me.
“Maeven, it’s gonna be fine! I’ll call your mom!”
“What?! No!” I turned to Emily as the cops pushed me into the back of the car. “She’ll kill me! Call my Dad!”
“I don’t have his number!”
“Fuck! Okay, just. . .just don’t worry about it, Em. Okay?” I yelled through the glass. “Don’t call anyone. I’ll call him when I get there.”
As they drove me away to the station, I wasn’t certain of it, but I thought I could see Jordan mouthing ‘I’m sorry’ to me. I shut my eyes and did my best to put my mind anywhere else but here. I wasn’t being arrested. This wasn’t happening. I was with my Dad and my sister in the woods. We were having fun. Everything was fine. It felt like heaven.
That trick never worked, but I still try it to this day.
A week later, I found my box of stuff returned to me on the front steps of my house, along with a note I didn’t have the strength to read. Jordan was officially the bigger person in this equation.
. . .
Without his morning cup of coffee, Jim Hopper couldn’t comprehend the busy sounds of the police station; the ringing of the phones, Flo’s daily notifications about his upcoming meetings, and the occasional pats on his back for just being present before noon. The small coffee machine was a gift from God, he convinced himself. A sip from the strong, fresh-brewed cup of coffee melted away all his sleep deprivation, muscle tension, and lingering hangover; as well as the headache from taking care of a certain little girl whom he shared his cabin with.
Taking a seat at his desk, his vision cleared and focused as he stared into his cup as he added his desired amount of sugar and a splash of the thick creamer. Hopper faced the tower of manilla folders, stacked as high as they could go without tipping over. He flipped open the folder on top before being interrupted by a rapid knock at the door.
“What?” he groaned out. There was never a moment of peace around here.
“Well, good morning to you, too, Hop. Or should I say ‘afternoon?’” Flo let out a laugh. She flopped yet another Manilla file on his desk right in front of him, almost tipping over his coffee. The digital clock on his desk read 3:26 PM in red letters.
“Flo, why would you do that? Can you seriously not see the big stack right next to me?” he whined, palming his face and rubbing his eyes with both hands. Flo rolled her eyes.
“This might just be my personal opinion, Hop, but if you didn’t spend most nights drinking and your mornings nursing your hangovers, maybe that damn stack wouldn’t be as tall as the Empire State Building,” she retorted back at him, hand on her hip.
“You’ve never been out of Hawkins, Flo. How do you know how big the Empire State Building is?”
“Just read the damn file, smartass. It’s the most recent one, anyway. You got a meeting with them in about a half hour, so study up.” Flo had worked with him long enough to know he needed a playfully harsh nudge to get his ass going in the morning. She wasn’t gonna let him get off that easy after showing up late and only working for a couple of hours. And Hopper thought it was the coffee that did it.
Before strutting her way out of his office, she turned to him once more for a final note. “Also, you’re four o’clock is running behind, so don’t expect to be out of here before five tonight, you big oaf,” Flo added, one hand on the doorknob while the other pushed up her glasses. Hopper softly banged his head against the top of his desk in response, pointing to the hot cup of coffee in his fist.
“You want this open or closed?” she laughed out.
“Closed.”
Flo left the door halfway open; a compromise.
The Chief picked his head up and let out a long and therapeutic groan, blindly opening the folder in front of him. He kept his eyes closed for a short moment of calm to officially prepare himself for the rest of the day, however long that ended up being. The contents of the now open file caught his eye, as it was faxed to him all the way from San Diego. How did someone end up in the back-forty of Indiana from the busy city streets in California?
Margaret Maeven Mayfield, it read, a month away from turning eighteen. Hopper could’ve sworn he had heard ‘Mayfield’ somewhere before. It sounded like a distantly blurred name of someone from his military days. Now wide awake, he actually took his time to thoroughly read it in all its details instead of just skimming over the fine print to get each case knocked out as soon as possible. ‘Maeven’ was certainly a unique choice for a middle name. He wondered what it meant.
Despite being reported as being intimidatingly smart and well-behaved by all the staff at her old school and the San Diego police, Margaret had made quite the case for herself as a rebel. Her first arrest was when she was fifteen. The charges, in order, were Domestic Violence, Destruction of Property, Drug Possession, Vandalism, Public Indecency, Public Intoxication, Assault, Inciting a Riot, and Manslaughter. What was even more enticing was that most of all these charges were dropped against the girl, and she was sentenced to community service instead of jail time. Apparently, she was very enthusiastic about her punishment and was rewarded for her work by the community. Who does that? Certainly, not anyone Hopper knows.
Her mugshot emanated an unsettling tone of both heartbreak and terror. She was randomly splashed with blood as she held her name up in front of her, her eyes sunken in. They were dark, both in and under, but still wide as if she had just come face-to-face with the devil himself. She looked so scared. Margaret had a past as wild as Hopper’s entire life had been, and she hadn’t even finished High School yet; expelled from School after her assault, a history of fighting and drug problems, and three months in an In-Patient Mental Institution was enough to grab anyone’s attention, let alone a Police Officer’s.
He knew appearances could be deceiving, but the known victim and suspected criminal looked nothing more than a scared little kid. It reminded Hopper of the Munson boy; practically stolen after his mother’s overdose, both done by the hands of his father, Al Munson. Poor little Eddie just got dealt the wrong cards and had no choice but to accept his place in society as the future resident burnout, both put in place and enforced by the league soccer moms in Hawkins. Hopper wasn’t sure any kid deserved that, even if Munson and Maeven weren’t really kids, anymore. How could someone so young and full of life be accused of so many horrific things?
Jim let his mind wander for a moment back to the times when he himself was a dumb teenager who didn’t know any better. Under the young girl’s circumstances, he could definitely see how and why wrongful accusations could be made against her. He saw himself in the file; a misunderstood kid from the other side of town guilty of nothing but defying their ‘destiny’ and tainting their reputation as a straight-laced good kid. In small towns like Hawkins, you cross a certain street and it’s like a whole other world; divided between the shabby cabins and trailer parks with the so-called ‘town bums’ and the suburbian paradise the soccer moms and their nuclear families shielded themselves within.
The ringing of the phone interrupts Hopper’s thoughts, and he’s suddenly now aware of how he’s been studying the Mayfield file for so long that the red digits on the clock suddenly read 4:32 PM. He huffed out a long sigh before picking up the phone and pressing it to his ear.
“What d'ya got for me, Flo?”
“Mrs. Hargrove and her daughter are here. Should I send ‘em in, or are you still nursing that hangover?”
“Yeah, yeah, send ‘em down. . .smartass.”
. . .
Maeven missed her long hair.
As a child, she wanted nothing more than to have what she, Max, and her parents dubbed ‘princess hair.’ Rapunzel was always her favorite, and she had complained multiple times that the Walt Disney Company was yet to make a movie about her. But she always pictured herself being a wild princess who runs through the woods with leaves and twigs in her hair.
It took her a while to learn how to properly take care of it. She was always so sad when it had to be cut shorter; a result of her failed attempts to grow it out ending in a barrage of too many tangles and knots. After a few too many cuts than she was comfortable with, Maeven finally grew old and patient enough to settle into a good hair-care routine when she was around ten years old.
She loved having so many ways to flaunt her wavy red locks; ponytails, pigtails, braids, and buns. But her favorite way to wear it was to just let it flow down past her shoulders, below her breasts, stopping at the small of her back, so wild and free. Maeven loved the way her partners stroked or tugged on it whenever she was intimate with them. Billy once told her when he fucked her on his lap that running his hands through her hair felt like he was touching the setting sun.
Having Maeven’s hair draped across his body like a silk curtain was one of the only places he felt truly safe. Of course, he had never admitted it aloud to her. It was partially to keep up his tough reputation, but he also didn’t feel like he needed to tell her. Maeven already knew, he could tell. She was always good at reading him.
Maeven’s hair was always the first thing people noticed about her. It was the first thing they noticed about Max and their Mom, too. Besides the blue eyes and the freckles, it was the Mayfield ladies’ defining feature. It was why everyone was so disappointed when she cut it all off so suddenly. One night last February, she woke up from yet another nightmare, a flashback, that someone chased her, hunted her down like a wild animal, and caught her by her hair.
New Year's Eve, 1983 ruined a lot of things for her; parties, drugs, nighttime, and outside, just to name a few. But the worst part of it was no longer feeling safe in her own body. It was the feeling that she was no longer safe being herself. So, acting on sheer impulse and instinct, Maeven took the sewing shears from her mother’s craft room and hastily cut off her long ginger locks until her hair ended up choppy, just below her ears.
She wasn’t sure if she should’ve felt sad at what she had done to herself, or feel relieved now that the cause of her paranoia was severed from her head. All she did know was that she had one less thing to worry about; one less thing that people liked to take advantage of. She didn’t want to be hunted, anymore. She was a little bit safer. . .for now, Even though her emotions weren’t certain, she still cried her eyes out that night.
After letting it grow a bit and finally evening it out, Maeven did her best to embrace her new look. She just decided that she wasn’t going to look at herself in the bathroom mirror unless she absolutely had to brush her hair or put on makeup. It was easier that way; less painful. As the cold, autumn wind passed through Hawkins and made the back of her neck chill that she missed her former length the most. It helped that she never needed a scarf in the winter, as she could always use her hair to cover her neck.
Maeven scratched the back of her neck, running her fingertips over her hairline and short fuzz to soothe herself. She twirled her short locks around her finger and pulled hard; a not-so-healthy way to cure her boredom and keep her anxiety occupied. It was times like this she regretted cutting away her hair the most. The times when she wanted nothing more than to hide her face behind her firey red locks and just sink into herself.
She had slowly gotten used to the constant presence of police since her first arrest at fifteen and all the times that followed afterward. Whatever name you give them, cops, police, pigs, dicks, every officer of the law was different in their own way. Maeven had met maybe a handful of them who actually seemed concerned for her well-being and genuinely wanted to help her. That didn’t make their looming presence any less threatening to her. More often than not, they were the kind to attack first and ask questions later.
Since being discharged from inpatient psychiatric treatment, Maeven did her hardest to appear non-threatening and be on her best behavior, especially around the police. She steered clear of them. Even though she tended to steer clear of everyone these days, she avoided confrontation with police especially. With all the charges that had been brought against her in the years following her first arrest, Maeven knew that whatever was on her permanent record, it wasn’t a flattering portrayal.
The treatment program she went to maybe have helped her with a lot of her many mental issues, but Maeven still felt broken. Even if she recovered, she didn’t feel quite like a human again, and she secretly wished she could just change. It didn’t matter what or who. Honestly? She wouldn’t mind being a rock or a dying star, an animal or an insect. It wasn’t important to her. All that mattered was that she wouldn’t feel like this; being a human was a messy, painful merry-go-round of inconsistencies. It wasn’t worth it, anymore.
Maeven wasn’t sure exactly what was keeping her alive. She felt it getting stronger once they moved to Hawkins, and she was determined to find it. But, for now, her life would just be a mundane and painful routine of various medications, her many coping skills that ranged from healthy to unhealthy, visits with cops and therapists, and trying to stop herself from getting in her own way. It was working. . .slowly. But that's the thing about healing; it isn’t always linear.
She didn’t even hear the receptionist call to her and her mom until she felt her grab her hand in an attempt to bring her daughter along to, . .
“Wait. . .where are we again?” Maeven thought allowed, not even realizing it until her mom looked at her with wide eyes, a mixture of disappointment and concern. It hurt to look at.
“The Police Station, Maevey. You have a meeting, remember?”
Maeven said nothing, her brain still catching up with the rest of the world and the concept of time. She dug her sharply manicured nails into her palms, taking a moment to swallow her anxiety down before smiling and nodding at her mom.
“That’s right,” Maeven silently remembered. After the tour of the school, Neil dropped her and Susan off at the police station. Billy took Max to the arcade and he was no doubt killing time by using the back roads of Hawkins like his own personal race track.
“You were disassociating again, bitch,” the voice scolded.
As her mom gently tugged her along toward the Chief’s office, Maeven felt like the world around her was growing smaller. Technically it was; the walls narrowed as Susan led her down the hallway from the front desk. It wasn’t long at all, or even that narrow. But that’s how it felt.
Susan Hargrove, on the other hand, walked in front of her daughter like she owned the place. Another flaw of Neil’s that rubbed off on her. Maeven wasn’t sure if she should feel scared or safe. She hadn’t felt like she needed her mom’s guidance and protection since she was little. Were either of the Mayfield women themselves, anymore?
Her mom stood halfway through the threshold of the Chief’s office as Maeven mentally prepared herself to remain calm in front of him. This man had access to her file; a collection of her worst moments where she was decided to be bad by people who didn’t know her. He had the power to use everything in that file to make her life worse if he wanted to. It all depended on his impression of her, on whether or not she can do a good job convincing him that she wasn’t the person those documents painted her as.
“I take it you’re Mrs. . .Hargrove? I thought it was ‘Mayfield?’”
“That was my last husband’s name, Mr. Hopper. I remarried this year,” Susan promptly corrected him. Hopper’s eyebrows raised as his eyes narrowed.
“Another Suburban Soccer Mom. Go figure,” he thought to himself.
“Alright, then. C’mon in and have a seat, ladies. I don’t bite,” Hopper gestured to the chairs facing his desk.
“Yeah. You might not bite. But what about you, Maevey?”
Maeven didn’t acknowledge the voice this time but crossed her arms around her middle to hug herself.
She rounded the corner and looked at the Chief. Hopper looked like someone her dad would get along with. Not the sleazy, sexist drunk ones who hovered around him in San Francisco. Out of his police garb, Maeven predicted that he’d be someone’s dad or cool uncle who takes you fishing or cooks you a classic American breakfast. She took a seat next to her mother in her matching leather office chair. The urge to play with and pick at the tears and cracks was annoyingly strong.
Maeven sat so that both her hands were tucked under both her legs, hidden underneath her skirt. She didn’t want her mom to draw any more unnecessary attention to her fidgeting. That was embarrassing.
Hopper couldn’t help but stare at the nervous girl in front of him. She was definitely smaller than he expected, maybe because of the way she carried herself as if she was trying to disappear. No matter how many years he had under his belt as an officer, the cases that involved kids never got easier. In fact, they had only gotten more difficult in the last year. Between Will going missing in a whole nother goddamn dimension and suddenly becoming a parent to a girl again, Jim had a lot to adjust to, lately. And it seemed like he certainly wasn’t the only one.
This girl was too impossibly young to know grief this large. Yet, here she sits in front of him. And even if her files were up to date, Jim had his doubts. He knew that looks could be deceiving, but Margaret Mayfield didn’t look or act like a criminal, much less a bad person. There was just no way.
“So. . .what brings you in today?”
For once, Maeven decided not to count the stains on the carpet or the scratches on the Chief’s desk. Not that she wanted to talk to him, but she just didn’t want to be silent and awkward anymore. In the past, the cops she dealt with before interpreted her silence as a threat, or a confession of her guilt. And she left the school tour feeling oddly confident after meeting Nancy and Steve.
Of course, her mother just had to speak for her.
“My husband called in and spoke with your receptionist, Flora, to make sure you got my daughter’s file from Captain Daly down in San Diego. We just moved here, and we wanna make sure she has a. . .a good relationship with the law enforcement here so that she hopefully doesn’t repeat her past mistakes,” she explained, finishing with a smile on her face.
Susan grew a little too used to assuming Maeven’s feelings. It was fine at the beginning when she at least asked for her permission via a silent nod, but it was more often than not that she just took over and micromanaged the conversation.
“Well, now she just has to pay. Go on, now.”
“No, no, no. Please just stop. Please.”
It took a moment for Jim to process what just happened. He didn’t blame Susan’s daughter for looking at her the way she did, with such frustration and annoyance as she bounced her leg. The psychiatric evaluation in her file did say she suffered from anxiety. Hopper wouldn’t be surprised if this girl listed her mother as a stressor.
“Y’know, I’d actually prefer to speak with Margaret alone, if you wouldn’t minds, Mrs. Hargrove?”
The very thought of her mother leaving the room for a little while lowered the tenseness in Maeven’s shoulders and the air suddenly return to her lungs. She tried not to let it show too much, though. Her mother developed a tendency to notice the little changes whenever her mood fluctuated. No matter how infuriating Susan acted sometimes, the thought of hurting her feelings still broke the young girl’s heart to think about. It was both an impressive and scary hidden talent, like a lighthouse with a giant eye as the light.
“Maybe you should sketch that. It’d look cool,” the voice suggested. Maeven fought the urge to reach for her sketchbook. She could already see the picture in her mind’s eye.
Susan paused for a moment as she processed the Chief’s request.
“Oh. . .sure! Of course! No problem, I. . .” Susan stood up from the chair and placed her hand gently on her daughter’s shoulder. “I’ll just be waiting outside, okay?” she reassured, her eyes turning sad when she looked at her.
Maeven blinked away her idea for a moment to give her mom a half-smile.
“It’s okay, Mom. I’m fine,” she replied, her hand squeezing, then brushing her hand off her shoulder. Susan nodded before walking to the door.
“And it’s Flo, by the way. Not ‘Flora,’” Hop made sure to mention before she had a chance to close the door on her way out.
“Yes. . .of course,” Susan stuttered as she closed the office door. The silence that filled the room after it slammed wasn’t awkward or uncomfortable for once. In fact, it was oddly freeing.
“Thanks. I, uh. . .thank you,” Maeven squeaked out as she fidgeted with her hands just itching to reach for her backpack.
“No problem, kid,” Hopper chuckled before continuing. “My wife was the same way with me and my daughter. She just worries.”
Maeven said nothing, but nodded in understanding, making eye contact with the Chief for about two seconds before turning back to her lap. Hopper could already see that his theory about her being misunderstood in her reports proved to be correct already.
“So, Margaret. Or do you go by ‘Maggie?’” he asked
“No one calls me that,” she said softly. “It’s Maeven.”
Hopper’s eyes darted back to her file just out of her sight.
“Oh, your middle name. Alright. Sorry,” he reassured. But, again, Maeven said nothing.
“Okay, then. Well, welcome to Hawkins, first of all. You like it?”
“Yeah. It’s okay,” she muttered, bouncing her right leg while swinging the left.
“It takes a little getting used to,” Jim mentioned, continuing his attempt to coax this girl out of her shell. He couldn’t help her if she didn’t talk to him.
“Mmm-hmm. . .” Maeven nodded.
The Chief exhaled loudly through his nose in contemplation, suddenly noticing that her eyes were darting back and forth between her fidgeting hands and her backpack. What did she have in there that was so important? According to her file, Maeven could be nervous about drugs in her bag. Her behavior was, after all, common for a druggie, but Hopper didn’t think that to be the case. Still, he treads lightly.
“I see you eyeing your bag, there. Do you need something?”
Maeven’s eyes darted back to him for longer, this time, her demeanor that of a cornered animal unsure how to react.
“Sorry. Do you mind if I draw?” she asked, shaking her head as if to bring her back to herself.
“Draw? Why?” he asked.
“It, uhm. . .it helps with my restlessness and keeps me focused,” Maeven fumbled to explain herself, almost defensive about her hobby. Hopper shrugged.
“If you promise to answer my questions, I got no problem,” he admitted. He really didn’t care, just a little confused.
She gave him a soft smile before immediately reaching for her bag and pulling out a black sketchbook and a small pouch of pencils, pens, and markers. Swiftly, she turned to a fresh page and pulled out a red colored pencil.
“. . .thank you,” she muttered before getting to work.
“So. . .I got a call from Captain Daly all the way out in San Diego, and he filled me in on your. . .recent situation,” Hopper explained, pausing every so often to observe Maeven’s movements as she sketched. The way her hands moved the pencil across the page was random, both erratic and calm with no clear order or pattern, but still had a sort of rhythm.
“Apparently, you had quite a reputation with your school and the law back over in California?”
At the mention of her past, Maeven’s drawing hand came to a dead stop, as if her mind was somewhere else and had to adjust to his words in her own way.
“He knows, Maeven. He knows how insane you are. One toe out of line and he’ll have you sent to an asylum. And you know what’ll happen then, right? You’ll never be seen again.”
“. . .yeah, I guess so,” Maeven admitted, trying her best to swallow her obvious fear of Daly before going back to her sketch. She had finished the basic outline of the lighthouse from a bottom perspective, continuing to draw a giant, graphic eyeball in place of the searchlight.
“Doesn’t sound like you’re too proud about it,” Jim observed.
“I’m not. I never was,” she defended, moving on from the iris to the veins. “I’m the complete opposite, actually.”
She brought the leg she was once swinging up to sit on the chair, almost melting into it. He chuckled softly. Now she was starting to act like a kid her age should.
“Do me a favor and keep your boots off my chair, Maeven.”
He wouldn’t have said anything if he knew that the girl would suddenly switch moods and sit the way a mother would nag her child to.
“Oh! Yes! Sorry, sir,” she apologized.
Hopper mentally scolded himself. She was just started to get comfortable with him and he had to go and ruin it with his big mouth and closed-minded understanding of manners.
“Have you dealt with a lot of law enforcement before, kid?”
“I. . .I don’t have any intention of causing any trouble, Officer, I promise.”
It was clear to him now that Maeven didn’t have an ideal relationship with cops. No doubt due to Captain Daly and his officers. Some of the reports of arrests in her file indicated that she fought(as any other kid would do in her situation) and the officers weren’t exactly.
“It sounds like Captain Daly gave you some hard times. I’m not gonna blame an officer for doing his job, handling your investigation.”
“I know. I don’t either. I know I wasn’t the. . .easiest person to handle,” she confessed, now sketching slowly, moving on to add the details of the lighthouse.
Her attitude toward the situation was delightfully humble, but just as depressing. It was always tragic to see someone so young also filled with so much pain. Jim turned back to her file and skimmed over a couple more pages that mentioned how she gradually started getting into more and more fights throughout the second semester of her failed Junior Year.
“It says here that you’ve had some. . .bad luck with others. And that you’ve dealt with behavioral issues. But you’re on medication now and have been managing your impulses.”
“Mmm-hmm,” she nodded, not looking up from her page.
“That’s not something to be proud of, Maeven. You shouldn’t have to rely on pills to keep from hurting yourself and fucking everything with a heartbeat.” the voice scolded in her ear.
“I don’t do that,” she argued against it, shaking her head free of those thoughts.
Hopper looked at her list of medications on her medical records, including the trials and tribulations of finding the right pills that worked for her. It couldn’t have felt too good to have to take that many pills so often.
“So. . .why don’t you tell me what happened, Maeven? Tell me about yourself,” he suggested as she relaxed her shoulders and continued to sketch. Jim didn’t want to pry. Even if it’d been a while since her incident and recovery process, she was still clearly fragile about it.
Maeven shrugged as she finished coloring the red roof of the lighthouse.
“What is there to know? You have my file. You know exactly what I am,” she pouted. It was strange to Jim that she could switch from being a mature young lady to a frustrated child so easily and quickly.
“No. I can’t really say I do,” he gently argued with her. After pausing to take a look at her sketch so far, Maeven shut her book, tapping and scratching her nails against the cover.
“Look, I know that I haven’t made a lot of good choices in the last few years. I know I’m pretty crazy, too. And I know that’s not an excuse and you have no reason to believe me, Sir, but I’m very sorry and I don’t wanna get in any kind of trouble again, and I-”
The longer she talked, the more discombobulated her movements became, and the more frantic and anxious Maeven appeared to Hopper. Her leg shakes as the tapping of her nails on her notebook turned more rapid. It became clearer to him that when Mr. Hargrove called in to say this girl was extremely fragile, he wasn’t kidding.
“Woah, okay. Just calm down, kid. Enough with the formalities,” Hopper held out his hands as he spoke as if trying to show an abused house pet that he meant no harm; the act made Maeven suddenly realized she needed to breathe in between sentences.
“Stop calling me ‘sir,’ Maeven. ‘Makes me feel like a Grandpa,” he laughed, holding out his hand as he awaited a shake. “It’s Hopper. Jim Hopper. My friends call me ‘Hop.’”
“Okay, uhmm. . .Thank you, si-I mean Hop,” she tripped over her words as she accepted his offer for a friendly handshake. “Nice to meet you.”
“It’s nice to meet you, too, Miss Mayfield.”
It had been a while since Maeven interacted with an adult this way; just a casual, friendly interaction between two fellow adults. The chief’s handshake was firm with respect and emanated a familiar warmth. It reminded her of her Dad.
“Don’t worry. I won’t make too big a deal about this. I won’t let your troubles follow you into Hawkins if that’s what you want. But that also depends on you and your choices from here on out, you understand?”
“I do, yes,” Maeven smiled, feeling a small sense of pride that she thought died on New Year’s.
“Thought so. You seem like a smart kid. Took a look at your grades from Newport. Said you almost broke some record at their school for scoring so high on the SATs.”
“Yeah. . .it’s not that big of a deal,” she laughed, humbling herself again as she looked down at her tapping nails on her sketchbook.
“It is in Hawkins, kid. Trust me,” Hopper playfully argued. He wasn’t exactly wrong, either. Even back when he went to High School, a lot of his graduating class was made up of jackasses that didn’t know their ass from their elbow. The more academic ones ended up leaving Hawkins for better opportunities. Joyce could’ve been one of those people, too. But she was happy where she was. That was the kind of future he knew Maeven could reach. She was too good for this place.
“Not a lot of our kids have that kind of potential. I’m sure you’re gonna be fine,” he finished.
Maeven wanted to accept his compliment, but the voice inside her wouldn’t let her.
“He’s lying to you. He’s just trying to be nice,” it taunted, disguising it as a warning, she was sure.
“So, we both know what your file says. But I wanna hear it firsthand. You wanna tell me about what happened to you?”
Again, Maeven could only speculate what was in that manilla folder. She remembered a meeting with Captain Daly and her mother where he slammed her case file on the table of the interrogation room. She couldn’t bare to look at it. It was painful enough watching Susan read it through the gasps and sobs. She was sure that reading it herself would tear her very soul apart more than it already had been.
“He already knows. Stop buying pointless time and just get it over with. It’ll be easier.”
Chief Hopper wasn’t Captain Daly, though. He wasn’t like any of the other police she dealt with in the past. The ones who blamed her for her fate and tried to turn her into the villain. The ones who didn’t hesitate to draw their weapons on her when they found her bleeding and begging for help in the forest.
No. Hopper was different. Maeven knew he couldn’t fully comprehend what she went through. She lived through what most people would find unimaginable. But Hopper at least had more empathy and a sense of emotional intelligence than any cop she’d crossed paths with.
“Uhm. . .I’d rather not, if that’s okay? Not yet, at least.” she asked, hoping her instincts were right, switching from tapping her sketchbook to scratching the back of her hands
Hopper frowned at the sight. Maeven’s nails were so sharp that her hands were red and threatening to break out in blood.
“I get it,” Hopper said to her. “It’s the first meeting. You’re a little on edge. I have you back here next Sunday, right?”
At the sound of his voice, Maeven ceased her scratching.
“Mmm-hmm,” she nodded, letting out a sigh of relief at his understanding. Hopper returned her nod before handing her a slip of paper he had just signed; a weekly attendance sheet that she would eventually show to her mom and Neil so they’d know she was ‘improving.’ She would probably get another one from the school counselor tomorrow.
“Just focus on getting yourself adjusted to Hawkins for the next seven days and then we can talk about your. . .situation,” Jim told her, once again treading lightly.
“I can do that,” Maeven agreed, tucking the piece of paper beneath the cover of her sketchbook.
“Alright, kid. You’re dismissed,” the chief said with a small wave of his hand. “Besides, I’m sure your mom’s probably anxious not having you around,” he joked, sure of himself that he wasn’t overexaggerating.
Maeven slipped her book and pencils back into her backpack before zipping it shut, scrambling out of her seat as she walked towards the door and pulled the knob. Before exiting, she took one last look at the Chief, still glancing at her file.
“Officer Hopper?”
“Yeah?”
“Thank you. I. . .I really appreciate it,” she stuttered out.
“Anytime, Maeven,” Jim smiled back at her. As he watched her leave his office, he couldn’t help but be reminded of the little girl who awaited his return at his cabin in the woods. El and Maeven would get along well.
. . .
A/N: Sorry for the delay in this chapter coming out. I had to split it up so it wouldn't be too long. That doesn't necessarily mean that I don't like writing chapters at a longer length, but 20-25 pages is my comfort zone. I usually start by just outlining a chapter with all the dialogue I want to include and build the actions and descriptions around that.
I hope you all enjoyed this chapter! The next one shouldn't take as long as this one did as I already have all the dialogue written out for it. I'm writing both chapters five and six at once. Please be sure to leave some kudos and comments, as they are my lifeblood and are incredibly helpful whenever I need inspiration. I'm glad that people seem to be resonating with Maeven. She's definitely the hardest I've worked on when it comes to all the characters I've created over the years.

everyday I am haunted by the fact I binged 25 whole seasons of southpark
like sincerely I am sorry aswell.
below is a rant about liane cartman and a shitty analysis on her character, if you wanna hear it feel free too press the keep reading!
if not skip this post!
anyway, since I watched like 25 whole fucking seasons of the shit storm that is southpark.
there are some parts that people who haven’t watched the whole series completely miss, which by fuck is fun to talk about.
anyway you know cartman? Yeah the racist antisemite of Uber awfulness????
Tumblr media
yeah anyway his mother liane cartman, IS EVEN FUCKING WORSE.
Tumblr media
you have to bear with me here while I explain some things, cartman as a character did not start off as a crazed nazi racist no he did not at fucking all.
he sucked and was a bully but like he was not racist or anything character wise yet that was a later addition lol
(watching season 1-7 is a fucking trip because you literally see in real time how Matt and Trey were like “let’s make cartman the worst”)
but like, liane??? SHE IS LITERALLY A NAZI AND HORRIBLE BEYOND HORRIBLE.
like, she seems like this pushover in the show that cartman is manipulating or something like it’s the furthest fucking thing.
she is literally single-handedly the worst fucking character, because she gets away with it.
like cartman is literally the epitome of what indoctrination and pipelines looks like, and it’s really fucking something to see him become this heinous horrible person. When you watch the show it’s just what the fuck is happening.
because liane is the fucking puppet master, she has every single person on her side and she is HORRIBLE.
liane made cartmans costume, liane told and taught cartman to be a literal nazi, liane is a fucking homophobe, like its fucking her.
because you literally canonically see the shit she says to cartman, she looks so fucking innocent out of context but she is the puppet master of the whole stupid show.
like literally when in the post covid special cartman hits the fucking road and leaves liane and south park behind he fucking changes big time. Having unlearnt a lot of shit and settled down got married had kids became A FUCKING RABBI like it’s out of left fucking field.
and he wholeheartedly did change, and it’s such a comedic moment and honestly telling of fucking liane.
she is a manipulative, bigoted, horrible human being.
like it’s not even subtle it’s overt.
like, alot is off screen but like why is there no liane hate she is single handedly the antagonist of the show.
every time I see like people who don’t really know her character talk about her like she’s some damsel in distress I die inside because she is LITERALLY CANNONICALLY horrible.
she is a antisemitic, racist queerphobic piece of shit.
she LITERALLY OUTRIGHT SAYS THE SHIT.
and cartman being a fucking asshole kid, gobbles it up and spews her own words at his friends. He understands literally none of it, but he keeps saying what she told him.
like UGHHHHH
I’m not a cartman defender man I’m just pointing out that liane is like 2x worse than him.
again, cartman started out as a normal ass kid stupid a bully but mostly normal.
and like you literally see lianes fucking presence in how he functions and works and talks, like every single thing he says, is things liane says covertly.
like UHGHGGHHGGHHGHHH
like, to give cartman like one thing. He does not deserve a high, mother who literally lets him get fucking all types of abused and neglected.
everything else is on him, but like fucking liane sucks.
especially early liane she’s not even hiding it, she’s fucking jovial about her sons genocidal rampages.
she literally cannot imagine her son without her manipulation and babying, (as seen in “Tsst”) like she’s horrible.
she looks like the victim but by hell is she, she’s literally a nazi! She’s LITERALLY CANNONICALLY A NAZI!
like, butter’s parents are horrible.
but liane is just another level, like she is the worst of them all.
like, honestly cartman’s anger at her is fucking justified.
SHE LITERALLY LEAVES HIM TO DIE on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, wether she was high, preoccupied with being a sex worker, or any of the other bullshit.
(Btw no shade to both sex workers or drug addicts, you are not liane cartman from SOUTHPARK this is not about you lol)
like she is AWFUL, and cartman is a reflection of her.
like I can’t believe people are liane defenders like fuck her canonically.

I rly like '24 for the obvious reasons but also cuz it humanized everyone more. Regina's villain origin story was worse imo but when she fell on stage I couldnt help but thinking shes just a GIRL. Shes just a girl who hates her body, ate shit in front of the whole school, basically has her bare ass out and is getting photographed and filmed to be posted online and get HUMILIATED. Idk if this was said in the social media scene of the movie or if i made it up in my head bc im gen z and I know the internet but in my head I was like yeah shes a fucking cunt but she didn't deserve 💀 threats cuz ppl be throwing 💀 threats at ANYTHING 😭😭😭
ME TOO. i watched a review and they said that the only characters that were humanized were the plastics and they were actually so right?? the other teenagers in the school just were like crazy social media assholes and none of them had a redeeming moment so i think i ended up feeling bad for regina and hating them instead like the shit they were saying and doing was vile and she got fucking dragged on social media when, honestly, that wouldn’t happen IRL you’d get cancelled for making fun of someone like that.
EXACTLY. she’s just a girl and honestly regina isn’t even that mean? in 24’ people just seem more like they’re scared of her because she’s hot and has power and followers and influence because of that and COULD potentially destroy you. she’s grumpy with people and she gets rude with gretchen and karen, but we never see her being mean to anyone else? but even still there’s genuine moments like when she’s asking how many calories are in the chobani where she’s picking her nails and you can tell she’s nervous and she actually almost seems kind of nice like that and you can’t help but think how much of the mean girl persona is just regina projecting her insecurities on everyone else. like she rules the school, but how much of that confidence is because she doesn’t ever want to be bullied and ostracized like janis was/she made janis — and then ended up having the same thing happen to her in the most cruel way possible?
the kalteen bars, oh my god. janis doing this was just evil because she would’ve known about regina’s insecurities. doubt regina would ever let anyone else in the school know and then, the cherry on top, janis told the school she did it on PURPOSE to mess with her life and exposed that to everyone
and the fuckign death threats… i was honestly like wtf? like the north shore high student body actually needs to get hit by a bus cause they suck somehow even worse than regina 😭
the fake ass go fund mes and leaving presents at her door but never actually visiting her is so something that would happen irl. i just imagine she’s basically completely alone and keeps hearing from her mom and has seen some of the shit people said on social media when she was recovering from her injuries and that’s why she changes and realizes she needs to be better

The Hate You Give
Tumblr media
Pairing: Eddie Munson x reader
Word count: 1.8k
Warnings: slight angst, a hint of unrequited love (not for long tho), mature language, slight mention of bullying, mean!Eddie (don’t worry he fixes himself), that’s pretty much it lmk if i forgot anything!
Note: ahhhhh! this is my first time posting a fan fic. im really insecure about it so please be nice! but also feel free to leave any critiques! i will write a part two if you guys like this one. it’s really short, i know. also this is not proof read.
Eddie Munson. The sour tang that fills ur mouth when his voice registers through ur ears, is unsettling. Eddie Munson had been nothing but cruel to you for the past 3 years. You had no idea why. You had even tried to be his friend, but that was three years ago and you didn’t want to relive that moment.
You could sense his hateful stare on your back from across the cafeteria, something that wasn’t foreign to you. Ever since you moved to Hawkins, Eddie had hated your guts. Why? You had no clue. You had never called him any mean names, only approached him once.
It was sophomore year and your first day at Hawkins High. You had no friends and you were feeling particularly lonely. You watched the boy from your corner of the cafeteria. The way his chocolate brown curls bounced as he got up from his seat. The way his usual puppy dog, doe eyes turned into one’s full of pure anger and hate as he stared down one of the jocks. The way he climbed up on top of his table and screamed at that same jock from across the room. Watching as he made devil horns and stuck out his tongue and made devilish noises. It had made you giggle, you thought he was brave for that.
You hadn’t even realized you had ended up at his table. Your feet had almost carried you there before your brain could process anything. “What do you want?” he barked at you, braking you from your trance. “I-I” you couldn’t even get the right words out. He was so intimidating, but you liked it. “If you came here to make fun of me, you should save your breath.” He looked at you with his big brown eyes, something was behind them but you couldn’t quite tell what it was. “No! I just wanted to say what you did back there was really brave and really cool of you” you finally managed to get out. There was a beat of silence before Eddie was back on his feet, staring you down only inches away from your face. “Yeah well I didn’t do it for you so you can fuck off” the pure hatred in his eyes had caused you to back up and almost run out of the cafeteria, tears welling up in your eyes.
Little did you know, after you left the cafeteria one of the boys at his table had spoken up. “That was really harsh Eddie” it had been Dustin Henderson who had dared to speak up against the dungeon master. “Yeah” Mike Wheeler had agreed, along with all the other boys who sat at Eddie’s table. “She was probably just like the rest of them, if I had indulged she would have just played some stupid fucking joke on me” Eddie had replied with a tint of sadness and regret behind his eyes. “Had she been genuine?” He thought to himself. He was soon filled with nothing but guilt and regret.
Ever since that day, it seemed as though Eddie felt nothing but hatred towards you. Always burning holes in your back with hate-filled daggers from across the room, always whispering hateful things in your ear whenever he could. It had been three years and you had had enough. Usually you returned his snarky comments, giving the same energy back to him. But today was different.
You had already been having a rough day. First, you had gotten in a fight with your parents, over nothing particular, just them being complete and utter assholes to you for no reason. It didn’t end there. Once you got to school, you had over heard some cheerleaders talking about you. Normally, their cruel words wouldn’t have effected you, but today it left you with a bitter taste in your mouth and a heavy heart.
You had made your way to the girls bathroom, only to end up sobbing against the bathroom floor with your head in your hands. God knows how long you were in there before finally getting up and trying your best to fix yourself up in the bathroom mirror. By the time you got to class, you could feel the tears you had tried so hard to push away trying to escape your eyes once more. You hadn’t even realized someone was talking to you until you felt a hand on your shoulder.
You turned to look at whoever was attempting to talk to you. There he was, the last person you wanted to deal with today. Your glossy, red eyes met Eddie’s hate-filled, brown ones. “Damn y/n who’s got you looking like such a mess today?” You only glared at him in response. “Was it Jason? Or was it Andy? Or maybe it was Patrick? Too hard to keep up with all the guys you let between your legs.” Normally, it wouldn’t have bothered you, but the effect his words had on you today was so strong you felt the tears you had tried so hardly to conceal, making their way out of your eyes and down your cheeks. “Fuck you Munson” you had said, grabbing your bag and making your way out of the classroom, completely ignoring your teacher calling your name.
To say Eddie felt bad was an understatement. He felt absolutely horrible. The second he saw the tears in your eyes, his heart sank. Truth is, Eddie didn’t hate you. He actually really liked you, he just didn’t know how to express it. He had never been shown love as a kid, giving that his mother left when he was just a baby and his father never even cared about him in the first place. Wayne had been the only person to ever show him affection. Even then, Eddie had never been able to reciprocate it.
Eddie had thought about you every single day since your first encounter is the cafeteria. He wanted so badly to go back in time and change the way he had acted towards you. But it was too late. So Eddie did the only thing he knew how to. It was easier for him to pretend he hated you than to face the feelings he really felt towards you. But seeing you cry because of him filled Eddie with nothing but regret, guilt, and sadness.
After class was over, Eddie had made it his mission to find you and apologize. It was the least he could do, he thought to himself. After what felt like hours of searching the school with no luck, he was about to give up. Until he heard a door open. He turned around only to be met with the saddest pair of eyes he’d ever seen. Your hair was up in a messy bun with stray strands framing your face. Your cheeks were bright pink while the rest of your face was pale like a ghost. Your eyes were completely bloodshot from crying with bags underneath. Still, Eddie thought you were the most beautiful girl he’d ever seen.
The second you saw Eddie, you turned on your heels and made your way to exit the school. “Y/N wait!” he called after you. You continued to make your way towards the door, his footsteps getting closer and closer behind you. You were halfway to your car before you felt his hand on your shoulder, spinning you around in one swift movement. “What Eddie? If you’re just going to call me a slut or a whore or some other mean name just save it! I’m not dealing with this today.” The genuine pain behind your eyes left Eddie feeling even worse than he did before. “No, you’re not a whore or a slut. I just came to apologize for what I said back there. I crossed the line and I’m really fucking sorry.”
You were taken aback by his sudden apology. Eddie had never apologized for anything he said to you before. The usual hate in his eyes was replaced with worry and concern. His hand was still on your shoulder and you swore it was burning a whole into your skin. After what seemed like hours, you shook his hand off your shoulder and turned to walk away from him. But just like that day in sophomore year, in the cafeteria, your feet had carried you back right in front of him before your brain could even process what was happening. “I have never done anything to you Eddie. I have been nothing but kind to you even though you make my life a living hell every single day! Why? What have I done to make you hate me so much? All I ever wanted was to be friends with you. But you fucked that up just like you fuck up everything else in your life!” The words left your mouth faster than your brain could keep up.
Instant regret filled your head and you were about to walk away until you felt Eddie’s strong hands on your waist, pulling you close to him. Your eyes met his and before you knew it his lips were on yours. You were stunned at first, but eventually you returned the kiss. He tasted like cigarettes and weed, but you didn’t mind. His lips were soft against yours. As cliché as it sounds, it felt as though his lips matched perfectly with yours, like they were meant to meet. The kiss had your toes curling and your brain foggy. You didn’t even realized he had pulled away until you heard him speak.
“I never hated you and I never will. I’m so sorry for everything. I’ve liked you ever since that day you came up to me in the cafeteria. I’m just an idiot and I convinced myself you were playing a joke on me. I couldn’t believe a girl like you could ever possibly like someone like me. I’m so sorry y/n.” You looked up at him in complete and utter shock. Silence filled the parking lot. It wasn’t until you heard birds chirping in the distance that you were brought back into reality. You digested his words and spoke your own.
“I’ve liked you ever since I first saw you in the cafeteria that day in sophomore year Eddie.” You looked up at him, trying to read the look in his eyes. He responded by pulling you close to his chest. One hand on the back of your head and the other placed firmly against your back. He held you like that before speaking again. “I’m so sorry y/n. For everything.” He whispered in your ear. “I forgive you.” You said, pulling away to look him in the eyes. “Can we get out of here and do something? Just us.” You asked, without even thinking. “Of course, I have a few ideas in mind.” Eddie had said with his signature shit-eating grin. And with that, you both made your way to his van, hands intertwined.

Hi!!! 💖
6, 10, and 16 for your TOH ask game! 🦉
6: Hmmm. I got two! Willow and Boscha. And the Collector actually, so uh. Three. Look. Just just listen man just listen.
Willow, ngl, was boring for a while but For the Future sold me so hard on her and idc what y'all say. And context makes her so so much better ohhh my god. Because I started thinking. Ohhh she thinks her "old self", her old weakness her old personality is some curse that's coming back to ruin her and haunt her. She tries to kill every bit of the old her that lost Amity, that couldn't fend for herself that nobody liked or wanted. Because things only started getting better for her once she proved she could be strong, so of course her take away was that nobody loved her if she wasn't. She already lost her dads and she can't afford for everyone to stop loving her now, she can't afford to be weak anymore. Everyone loves her now. She needs to be the person they love. She needs to kill that weakness she needs to get rid of it needs to rip it out or everyone will LEAVE. God. I love her.
Boscha...admittedly. Mostly because of some very good fics. A fic that went into the idea of her teaching one of her friends to bully and be stronger. Toughen them up because nobody bullies the bullies, they were freshly traumatized and if she didn't get stronger they'd be a target. It made her so INTERESTING. And other fics that started selling me on the idea of her being attracted to Amity and the fucked up ways that could manifest. In one she'd dated a guy just to see how Amity would react, curious. And when he'd dumped her, Amity had dropped everything to comfort her. Boscha needs Amity to be that girl, her right hand, needs that dynamic because it makes her feel good about herself. She likes Amity so so much so WHY won't Amity LOOK at her. Why does Amity get to be fine WITHOUT HER. For the future once again made her very interesting to me I know y'all don't like it but. Idk man I like boschamity idk what to tell you. Love loses!
The Collector: OH BOY. Ngl I hated him at first. He was so annoying and boring to me? I didn't get the appeal at all. Didn't understand WHY everyone loved him. Then, once again, for the future happened and I just went 👁️👁️ and then watching and dreaming happened and I went oh okay fine he's cool. There's just. Something compelling to me about this child who has no role models whatsoever, who's been completely desensitized to the concept of death and horrible things because he's known them as just reversible punishments. And just the fact that he thought the archivists are the only one who can permanently get rid of someone. His reaction to Luz dying just....man. It sold me on him. But the just.. man. The scenes with him and King in ftf were so good too. Combination of "he's just a kid!!!" and "God. Poor fucking king." Done WONDERFULLY and I love him. I love himmmm okay fine Dana you sold me on them. I love them. I'm not immune to tiny god who has no idea what death is.
ONTO THE NEXT INE. FINALLY....
10: Oooo self indulgence. Honestly. In my very self indulgent way. I would've fucking loved a mentor episode. I have so so so much lore for the mentor but like. Almost none of it I'd actually logically put in the show. With that being said GOD it's fun to imagine it being a major thing in the background slowly building up and being really really important. I love the mentor I love the mentor I am weak man
16. The titan showing Luz the glyphs. Y'all, Philip was an unreliable narrator. Luz wasn't being shown them, and Philip wasn't hidden from them. Philip screamed at and attacked everyone he met. Philip viewed the isles as Evil and wanted nothing to do with it for years. Of course Luz discovered them so fast, she was actively looking for them the entire time she was in the isles! That's not Papa Titan showing her them. That's all Luz. Give the girl credit y'all.
