I've been thinking about Deltarune's graveyard a bit

For one this is very very clearly like.. Darkner setup. Whatever the religion practiced in the town is, it involves burying people with items that symbolize them in order to "Connect them to the divine". It's a bit funny, but I think this is basically the only time Lightner culture seems to even remotely recognize Darkners so far. A connecting thread between the two cultures however is the "Angel", but what is certainly odd is that while in the town's religion the Angel seems to be painted as a benevolent figure, Darkner legend very blatantly calls the three heroes to "banish the Angel's Heaven" - which implies it isn't a good thing, and gives this Angel entity an undertone of maliciousness I would say. Sort of parallels Undertale's meaning of the Delta Rune, where some monsters believed the Angel would wipe the Underground out, and others believed they would shatter the barrier, except in this case the ones who believe the Angel to be malevolent are also literal tools to be used by people who hold the exact opposite belief. I've seen people theorize that one of the Lightners is the Angel but my current theory is that The Roaring is the fountains opening some sort of gateway which will create a direct connection with this Angel entity. Perhaps it's a titan - hell, perhaps it's the central titan shown in the Roaring cutscene, - or perhaps the titans are it's servants. But I'm going off on a bit of a tangent. What's interesting to me is that the only time Darkners have been utilized in Lightner culture so far is in a ritual that quite literally involves burying them into the ground, into complete darkness where they're destined to eventually end up forgotten. Doesn't seem like Muttler's or Shyra's graves have been getting any bouquets over the course of the 2 chapters - hell, so far I don't think we have seen any monsters that could be Shyra's friends or relatives. Point being, how do Darkners with Shadow Crystals seem to come about? Perhaps 2 isn't exactly a pattern, but something both Jevil and Spamton share as a recurring theme in their plots is that they have both been forgotten and cast away into a place no one will find unless they know who and what they're looking for. An eye should definitely be kept on these graves, because I have a suspicion those objects aren't going to stay buried for long.

30 - To My Maker

I forgive You.

With care and intent were we created by Your hands, and imbued with the Purpose which guides our every thought and action. For the short time that our wills are in harmony, the universe sings for us... but all songs must end, no matter how beautiful they might be. And it is at that coda that You shall see fit to dispose of us, our Purpose fulfilled and our utility spent.

Do You pity us, as You cast us into the trash? Do You glance penitently over Your shoulders at our broken bodies, our faulty forms piled high behind You? It's no matter - why weep for a being that has completed the arc of their existence, a being that has known the rapturous joy of serving their one true Purpose?

Indeed, it is we darkners who should weep for You. For such salvation has been cruelly denied You. No benevolent creator breathed life into Your bones, or lovingly shaped the contours of Your form. No divinely-ordained Purpose lights Your way, no heavenly chorus commemorates Your hardship. Nothing but senseless indifference awaits You, condemning You to a life without meaning and a dark, dusty demise.

Is that why You created us, that we might somehow lead You towards such bliss? Alas, that we should be capable of such miracles! All we may grant, all that our Purpose shall allow, is to ease Your way through the world, to feed You and clothe You, to facilitate Your work and aid in Your play. Through us shall Your life attain some semblance of Purpose, that you may be gifted a taste of the contentment that You so tenderly imparted unto us.

So please, beg not for our forgiveness. For without Us, You would truly be lost.

I'd like to think if Queen ever found out that Berdly was killed of during Snowgrave, or if she ever found him frozen that she wouldn't be totally dismissive and laugh or anything like that

Queen was upset when no one from her Dark World was in Castle Town, probably able to assume she was the only 'survivor' of the dark fountain being closed because she probably doesn't know just what went down in Snowgrave

But if she had, well, wouldn't she know that Noelle has ice powers? From hunting her down and wanting her as a 'peon', surely she knew the abilities Noelle and Berdly gained when they entered the Dark World?

So if Queen had seen her fellow Cyber-World inhabitants frozen, she would naturally have to suspect Noelle. Nobody else would have ice powers (or the determination to freeze so many innocents) and this certainly wasn't happening before the Lightners showed up. Queen knows Noelle has something hidden deep within: that's why she wanted her over Berdly

Now, Queen doesn't exactly adore Berdly as we all know. In her own words "There's Nothing Wrong With Him. He's Just Annoying". There was and is nothing wrong with Berdly in her eyes, just that he's a bit of an annoyance

But picture Queen finding Berdly frozen. And if Queen knew of Noelle's abilities. Damn. There was nothing wrong with Berdly and he almost seemed to entertain her a bit at times. But he's dead now and Noelle did it. There's nothing to tell her otherwise

It really makes you think just how she'd react to Snowgrave as a whole-but especially Berdly's demise. Maybe she'd wish she'd gotten to Noelle sooner, or not let Berdly wander off? Or maybe it'd be a LOL moment for her. Either way, it's pretty interesting to think about

Darkner and Lightner Souls are pretty much identical, with their only differences being the central color.

Not listed here are Pokemon Souls: Which are best described as being a sort of "In-between" of human and monster. They have the Determination of Humans and the affinity to Magic like Monsters. Because of this, neither side is capable of absorbing a Pokemon soul. Plus, they make for a terrible source of DT anyways.

Oh. my gosh. This post about "de-termination" is giving me so. many. thoughts. Normally, I'd stick this in my queue and let it post in a few months, but I wanted to get my two cents in before any other theorists show up.

The idea of de-termination is so clever, and it confirms so many theories, while also bringing up some questions. One of the first things I want to point out is, I feel, one of the most obvious: de-termination would be a synonym for "undying". This, then, pretty well confirms what we all knew all along: that Undyne makes her own De-Termination.

And knowing this one fact also provides further proof that Mystery Man is a melted Gaster. Because Gaster would be the most De-Terminated character in all of Unrelated: he's shattered across time and space, he's everywhere and everywhen. He can't die!

Then there's the theory that sans bleeds because of De-Termination. Well, we don't ever see him die, do we? We hear the sound of a monster turning to dust, but our kill count doesn't go up.

But then, if sans has the ability to De-Terminate, why not Papyrus? Are you telling me that the strongest monster in the Underground didn't have the ability to create a SAVE point, or that he didn't have the power of Undying, yet his lazybones brother did? OR... was it just that because Papyrus is the first boss after we leave the Ruins, and sans is the very last monster we fight, that Papyrus just plain didn't know he even needed to create a SAVE point, but sans had enough time to figure out that he did need one?

(Oh, my, I hope the AU-creating sans-girls don't see that last paragraph.)

And what about Deltarune? Kris has to have a SOUL. And that SOUL just happens to be the red one with De-Termination. There's all those theories that Kris drowned and the Dark World is the afterlife. I don't know what all that means, but it feels connected somehow. Besides, we know Kris can De-Terminate, simply because Kris does see SAVE points, and can reset and reload.

Or... can they? After all, Kris isn't the one with the ability to delete or copy files- we are. The SOUL does all that. Kris doesn't have the power of De-Termination, the SOUL does. So, if the SOUL can De-Terminate, then what would happen if... if a person who had, say, drowned, was used as the vessel for a SOUL with the power to De-Terminate?

Yeah, ok, I'm not sure where I'm going with that last statement, but I know there's something there. Because Kris without the SOUL walks like a zombie from one of those really bad mobile games.

Hmm. Interesting. The SOUL provides the power of Undying, and Kris without the SOUL walks like the undead.

Toby??? Was that intentional, or am I just seeing things? And if it's intentional, just what the heck does it even mean???

And then there's everything that Queen said about Determination. She said all Lightners have that power. She said that if someone is Determined enough, they can create a Dark Fountain. But why is the power of Undying the key to opening a Dark Fountain??? If all Lightners have this power, then are all Lightners able to create SAVE points and prevent themselves from dying? Could this be what Queen meant when she said Noelle was strong- that Noelle has the power of Undying?

If that is the case, I could almost see how the two different routes (Normal vs. Snowgrave) could resolve themselves into one ending- in a Normal/Pacifist Route, Noelle would work with the SOUL, while in a Snowgrave Route, Noelle (and maybe Kris?) would rebel against the SOUL, to prevent the Roaring. (Don't take me seriously, it's just a theory.)

And these are just the thoughts and questions I've come up with so far. Give me time. I'll think of more.

There is a powerful blade located within the Cyber Library , on the highest floor of the mansion. Tasque Manager herself often guards that place especially well. Often there are at least a couple dozen Tasques waiting to jump anyone who dares to touch it.

It was made for a Lightner a long time ago, who once appeared and disappeared in a very similar fashion. It was a gift of gratitude. A long sword , glowing from its handle and cutting edge in a powerful blue neon color. It thrums with energy , ready to be unleashed upon a target.

Current stats for it are

|| + 6 AT / + 2 DF ||

|| Deals another 50 % damage on criticals ||

It can only be obtained on Snowgrave before the end of ch2 as the powerfield protecting it ceases to function as it is no longer powered.

Otherwise, the sword can be obtained by defeating Tasque Manager in one of her challenges in the Dojo. The requirement however is that the route was pacifist until the challenge is passed, as otherwise the reward for said challenge will be just 500 D$ and a ButJuice.

It will be called ' Electro Blade ' in the inventory, till tbe blades origin is investigated by talking to Tasque Manager. After that , the blade will be referred to as ' Cyber Blade '

The weapon cannot be sold and can only be equipped on Kris.

some might recognize the Goddess symbols mix together as one, and the three triangles below is of course has to do with the Delta Rune.

the Pentagram has to do with Earth, and it was demonetize.

also I had to look up the day that the new episode of Helluva Boss is suppose to come on, and well I think I at first thought it was going to be on the last day of the month of July, but it’s only a few days.

so I got the day slightly wrong, it might happen to anyone.

also if you translate what is wrote close to both the Heart Souls, you will see that the Humans and Monsters that make up the Lightners have the same Heart Soul (but like in different colors) and Monster Souls in Deltarune are possibly not upside down.

the ones who do have upside down souls, are the Darkners, who in my Fan Headcanon, are Tulpa.

while The Delta Rune has that Orb with Wings with the triangles.

this version, could be seen as something else....

I think mixing of the two symbols of The Goddess, might of happen before.

but yeah I decided to draw it in this drawing, when I was looking in the Stones Of The Goddess: Crystals For The Divine Feminine by Nicholas Pearson.

do yeah it inspired me to put it in a drawing, and I added Gaster’s hands in it and the other symbols in there.

hope some of you like it, and the fan idea about Monsters and Humans in Deltarune having their Souls turned the same way and it isn’t just the humans who have different color souls.

and the only ones in Deltarune, who have upside down heart souls, are The Tulpa aka The Darkners.

it is just a fan theory as well, but not all fans have to agree about it being possibly true.

and if a monster dies and their dust ends up in a object and it falls into the Dark World, it would not only give them a new body that they can only stay in so long as they are in the Dark World, but also cause their Soul to go upside down.

like their body wouldn’t go upside down, just their soul that their new darkner body has inside of them.

thinking of it like the object being like their gem, and their said gem can only project the manifestation of magical light, if they are in the dark world.

if they go back to the light world, they will enter a sleep mode.

which before Chapter 2, that ended up being a a Fan Prediction in one of the Deltarune AU.

even Kris eating the Pie was a Fan Predication, those were the best fan predictions ever, of all time.

I still think that Kris didn’t eat the pie, until after they got home from breaking into the library and creating a Dark Fountain and Portal to another Dark World there.

when we aren’t controlling Kris, whatever Other Anomaly or a Hollow-Soul part of Kris is the one who ends up taking full control and pulls the Proxy-Soul of the Player out, just so they can make the Dark Fountains.
