We decided to do the most terrible thing possible to Collie - puberty >:^)
The boy becomes stronger. He loses control over his magic, his body constantly morphs and strives to become BIGGER. And the funny thing is that neither the kid nor Philip know what is happening to him, and those who know (Archi and Colibri from TandemAU) do not tell. Archi thus takes revenge on Collie for abandoning their family, and Tandem-Colli, to whom his Archi told everything about puberty long before it began, decided that this was not his problem
The only one who tries to help Collie and give at least a rough idea of puberty is Luz. She has no idea how puberty works for the archivists, but she shares with Collie her knowledge of how it works for humans. It doesn't help much, but Collie now at least knows the name of his "disease"
But the problems don't end there... Collie is horny. And he is very, very ashamed of it. He wants to fuse souls with someone. And due to the fact that the only person close to him is Philip, he begins to think that he is in love with him. And Philip, like a typical anime protagonist, doesn’t understand shit and thinks that Collie is just hungry. THEY HAD A MOMENT when Collie, during their another fight, almost swallowed Philip’s head, and this, as we remember, is the language of love and sympathy for Archi (and probably all archivists, I think). And then Collie quickly came to his senses, pulled back and hovered for a minute, after which he ran away without saying anything. What did Philip do? Philip, our dearest autistic creature, didn’t understand a damn thing and ignored what happened. EVERYONE. Literally EVERYONE NOTICED, only Philip didn’t notice
All this Collier's ignorance about what is happening to him, his inability to put energy somewhere and confusion in feelings lead to the fact that he turns into Collistrophe - the final boss of the anarchist story. He becomes completely uncontrollable, his desires get the better of him, and Armageddon begins on the Boiling Islands. And if previously the residents of BI still somehow put up with what was happening, then THIS case crossed all possible lines. There is no night - it is always day, and no one can sleep no matter how hard they try. Noise, fun and games 24/7!
How will Luz, Hunter and Philip get out of this situation and calm Collie down? WE DON'T KNOW :))) But we'll figure it out

He’s tired.
He’s tired and he’s missing you. The boring, monotonous walls of his office harshly remind him of his place, the jubilant orange glow of his monitors tell him of just how much more work he’s got left before he can finally retire to your world.
Lyla, lounging atop one of his screens, watches him and his glossed over eyes, knowing exactly what the lazy flick of his fingers meant. She sighs, glitching over to bring one of his screens forward. “Miguel!” She yells, scaring the poor man out of his thoughts and momentarily extending his claws. “Lyla, what the fu- what the hell?” He growls, reaching up to pinch the bridge of his nose.
“No kids are here, you don’t have to keep it PG.”
“Whatever.”
“Look, you got work to do, and if you don’t finish it soon, it'll be too late to get in some quality time with this lovely human,” she shoves the digitized photo of you up and into his face. “Before your next mission.”
He sighs, knowing she was right.
“Daydreaming about it isn’t gonna get you there any quicker,” she flickers to be right in front of his face, slapping a hand onto his nose as if she could actually touch him. “GET YOUR SHIT DONE.”
“Fine, fine! Get out of my face.” He grumbles the second sentence, swatting her away and strolling back up to his screens. His eyes catch on your photo, and he reaches to enlarge it in front of him, but—
“No,” Lyla dissipates the photo before he can even get to it, face twisted in disappointment. “No. Not until you finish working.”
“Hey! Who’s the boss here?”
“Me. Now work.” Lyla glitches out of view with a triumphant huff.
He huffs dramatically, pouting as he pulls himself together. He lets his emotions drop from his face and slides into his stoic mask, resuming the work on his screen. It’s hypnotizing as soon as he gets into it; Lyla must’ve done something to keep him focused, he supposes. She always does have a trick up her sleeve.
In what feels like no time at all, he’s done with his work. With a final, defiant tap to close down his screens, he spins on his heel, ready to leave and go home. Ready to hop in through your window— as much as you hate when he does that— and rest his head atop yours, caging you into where you’re surely stirring something on the stove.
But as he turns, he’s face to face with none other than Hobart Brown. A look to the left reveals his partners in crime; and Miguel knows he’s in for a ride. At least a ten minute detour, as it always is with the four of them.
“What?” His hands come to rest on his hips naturally, trying to become bigger to them as if it would make the next words out of their mouth more blunt and less angering. “We have a slight problem—” Gwen starts, before Pav butts in.
“It's not slight. It’s a pretty big deal!”
“Mate,” Hobie huffs. “That’s not helpful.”
“I’m trying my best!”
"Yeah, and that's going great-"
“Okay, stop it, all of you,” Miguel interrupts before they can go down the rabbit hole, trying to keep his already strung thin patience steady. “What’s going on?”
“There’s another fight going on.” Hobie gives the answer blunt, to Miguel’s satisfaction.
“Cafeteria?”
“Main hall. Sector D.”
The huff that erupts from his lips draws a colorful picture of his current emotions as he hops off of his elevated platform. “I’ll fix it.”
“Whoa whoa whoa,” Miles brings himself to stand in front of the man. “We’re not gonna hurt anyone, right?”
“I can’t make any promises.” He brushes past the kid, dismissing him with a shake of the head.
“Miguel. Don’t take your anger out on them–” Gwen tries, but all it gets is his recoil and daunting stalk towards her.
“I will do whatever the–” the swear word is on the tip of his tongue, but he swallows it down. “I will do whatever is needed, but violence is not my first course of action.”
“Please be nice to everyone,” Pav says, peeking over Gwen’s shoulder. “It’s been a long week for all of us too.”
Miguel sighs and brushes past them, saying nothing. He brushes off their words in silent agreement. He didn’t really want to hurt anyone either.
By the time he reaches where he'd been informed the fight was, there was a mosh pit encircling the brawl, a mass of blue and red and spidermen. He approaches from behind, the tide parting for him as each person registers his presence.
When he meets the pearl in the oyster, the hotheaded spiderman hasn’t noticed him quite yet. He’s got the other spidey— one of the many spiderwomen— beneath him, gnarly fist raised to land another punch. Miguel sighs, grabs the back of the man’s elbow, and dragssss him off.
“Everyone get away now.” His tone squeezes the air out of the room and leaves no room for discussion, not that anyone would dare to object. The spidermen flee the scene before he can even finish his sentence, and by the time he’s turned back to the perpetrators of it all, they’re gone too.
He pinches the bridge of his nose, murmuring a low cálmate under his breath as he moves to regain his bearings. “Lyla,” he waves the said woman near.  “Find those spidermen and remind me to get to them when I come back.” She sputters to focus in front of him, dipping her head in an obliged nod before sputtering off again to wherever she found herself needed.
Miguel shakes and unclenches the fist he’s made with his free hand and stalks back to his office, rubbing the palm of his hand where his claws had taken purchase amidst anger.
Sometimes, he regrets putting himself in charge of all of this… shit.
But… he’s the only one who can do it. No one had the vigor, the dedication, the understanding of why and what had to be done to keep the multiverses in line and make sure what happened to him never happened again.
It’s tiring. It takes his nights and his days and chips at his brain until he’s sure there’s nothing left in the expanse of his head. For someone who appears naturally angry, he’s quite good at keeping all the real anger in.
The downside of this: he bottles it all up. But the bottle isn’t big enough, doesn’t last forever, cracks at the seams, and then shatters in a explosion of tears. It enjoys crumpling him into the floor, loves the way his hands shiver in the cold breeze, shakes him to the core and, for all his confidence, makes him doubt.
Lyla’s only seen him like this once, when he couldn’t get away and instead had to sequester himself into his office, not quite getting to hardwiring her nosy personnel to do something else.
No, he doesn’t rely on her, as he normally would with other problems. He doesn’t trust her, he doesn’t even trust himself with post breakdown Miguel, no.
He goes to you.
You. The lovely, kind person he’s had the great privilege of calling his. His love, his support, his everything, or better yet; mi luz. My light. The light at the end of the tunnel, at the end of the world, when he feels like the walls are caving in and there’s really nowhere else to go and nothing more to lose.
You calm him, like you always do. Effortlessly caring, eternally so. Never afraid to give, to let him take and take until he’s stuffed whole. You know little things about him, take the time to learn them. Like where to get his favorite empanadas— much better than the ones in the spidey cafeteria— and that he loves when you press your fingers into his shoulder blades. He loves your massages.
He loves you.
Tapping insistently at the shitty gadget on his wrist, he mindlessly pulls up the coordinates for your dimension. Second nature. He’s walked himself into some obscure corner of the building, but he isn’t processing such mundane things at the moment. He can feel himself slipping, the mask fracturing. He can’t be left alone right now.
You.
The portal is up now, flashing and glitching in an assortment of colors, beckoning him in with its delectable light, like a halo. Miguel wastes no time giving in, diving into the portal and tucking himself tight like a torpedo.
Multiverses zoom by as he glides through hexagons and hexagons, thousands of people in each. Worlds that he keeps steady, safe, perfect. Normally, he’d stop to smell the flowers, observe and appreciate the sereneness of every special home in front of him. Pride himself in the fact that there was a special home for someone to come home to.
But not this time. No, this time he keeps his eyes screwed shut, he wouldn’t, couldn’t get distracted by the novelty. The bottle is cracking now, cracking into long and sharp spikes aching to slice across his chest. He’s so close, all he could get himself to do was focus on his breaths. In and out, in and out, in and out—
The abrupt warning of your multiverse approaching pinches his wrist, reminding him that this whole mess was very much real. He stumbles into your living room with a not so quiet thud, startling you. You drop the spoon you were stirring something with— smells like some sort of sauce, yum— and whip your head towards him.
He’s got his arms wrapped around you before you can even process that it's him, burying himself in your neck and inhaling the calm scent of you, a mix of your perfume and your detergent, so very you.
“Miguel.” You sigh into his shoulder, wrapping your arms around his waist as the initial shock of his intrusion wears off.
He slumps into you, only trusting himself to let out a low grumble of your name.
“What’s going— oh,” your brain puts two and two together. “Oh, Miguel, shh. It’s okay, I got you.”
And he breaks. Because he knows you mean it. He knows you have him. You always do.
The tears are bubbling over the rims of his eyes and splashing down his cheeks, his hands are twisted up in your loose shirt. He’s sure his claws have made an entrance too. One of your hands reaches to turn off the stove, the other rubbing incandescent patterns into his back.
You were always so careful. Never leave the stove on, Miggy. Don’t wanna burn the food. He loves that about you.
“Hey,” your voice wisps in through the fog of his mental breakdown, of the end of the world. “Hey. It’s me. Just me. Your absolute favorite person on this planet.”
“Multiverse.” He manages through sob induced hiccups.
“Multiverse,” You smile, breathing out a soft laugh as you toil him in closer. “Breathe, my love. I have you. Nobody is here but me, and I’m not going anywhere. Promise.”
He nods, lets himself weigh more onto you.
“That’s it, I got you,” you coax. “Get it out of your system.”
He gives all the tears he has to give. He’s sandwiching you between the counter and his stature, but you don’t seem to mind. Your spilling words, mindlessly, talking until he’s done and ready to attach himself to them, the soft baritone of your voice.
And it takes time, but he gets there. He’s in the tunnel, the walls are caving in, he’s believing he's given all he has to give, but you’re there, and you’re telling him no, no you have not. You don’t get to lose, because you have SO much more life to live.
His light.
The tunnel lets up, opens up the walls, lets him bathe in you, in the way your arms are still hooked tight around his waist and you’re going on about how there was a new episode of your favorite show that he had to watch.
And of course he would watch it.
He’d do anything for you, anything you asked whenever you wanted. And he knows, in turn, that there wasn’t a damn thing in this god forsaken reality that would stop you from doing the same for him.
You tell him as much. To his face, into his hair, with the dance of your fingers on his back, in the way you guide him to the couch, when you place down some food and a cup of water— you just cried out your backup supply— and again when you place yourself down next to him.
“I’m so beyond lucky to have you.” He murmurs to you, some fifteen minutes into the episode of your show, something about this dude with a metal helmet and a green baby? He can’t recall the name.
You turn, a smile gracing your features. “You deserve me. You deserve everything the multiverse has to offer and more. Dunno what I’d do without you.”
“You’d have one less person bothering you.”
“Ah, yes,” you laugh, swatting his cheek. “Like you’re such a nuisance.”
He laughs, actually laughs. It’s nice.
You tilt your head onto the girth of his shoulder, snuggling in tight as your attention is again sucked into the screen.
He smiles dazedly at you, finally feeling at peace.
Mi luz. My light.

So remember when Helluva Boss was about IMP killing targets on Earth as they struggle to keep their business afloat?
"Oh but that's just a pilot!"
No. It's the show's fucking premise
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Imagine if The Owl House abandoned its premise of Luz wanting to be a witch and Eda teaching her? The show was telling us that Luz wants to be a witch, and then imagine it just turned into a soap opera for Belos who's secretly sad all the time!
Or Hazbin Hotel abandoning it's premise of Charlie trying to redeem sinners and it just turns into the Angel Dust fighting back against Valentino (Which I'm praying that doesn't happen in the future).
That's what Helluva Boss had done. I came expecting it to be a show about IMP killing people on Earth because of their business. Instead I got the toxic abusive relationship Viv passes as romantic and gives Stolas all the screentime.

Putting my Favorite Characters in Hades Part 2: Hunter from The Owl House
Tumblr media
Power description, Chthonic Companion, and a Better Look below:
okay this guys a lil different bc i see him like a mini boss that would show up at the fountain in Elysium starting after you beat Hades the “final” time. Sorta like how Hunter reacted to Luz saying the emperor was a lil bitch, he “wouldn’t believe” Zag actually beat Hades.
His powers would be similar to that shade in Tartarus that can teleport. However, after some dialogue Zag and him would build a relationship and you’d no longer have to fight him. Does that make any sense? Just making Elysium even worse than it is 🫡
Anyways, Hunter would stop fighting you and instead tell you fun facts about wolves and give you his homemade Chthonic Companion: Flapjack! I think it would be a timed session of like 5-10 seconds that how much damage you cause is proportional to how much health you get back.
Tumblr media
Anyways, here’s a better look at Hunter! I gave him the cast crystal as part of the staff and covered him in that symbol to really show his dedication to the cause 🫡🫡
Tumblr media
who should i do next?

Owl House Roleplay Request
Let’s use both OCs and CCs for the roleplay
Ships, yeah, I’m okay with having romance
In the roleplay as well since I have some
Ideas of ships in mind.
Luz x Amity
King x OC
Cat x Pufferfish bipedal demon in the abominations track with the sloth Palisman
Boscha x OC
Amelia x Lucas (the blond guy with the black beanie in the oracle track uniform who is a part of Boscha’s group in the episode Once Upon a Swap)
Eda x Raine
Jerbo x Edric
Viney x Emira
Bo x Skara
Gus x Matt
(Au, Hunter attends Hexside
Lumity is not together yet. That will happen in the rp
Flapjack is already dead and Waffles will eventually be introduced in the rp
Vee and Camila on the isles
King starting Hexside eventually
One of Boschas posse members, the healing girl, Cat having a character arc. I wanna give her a tragic backstory since he’s a background character and I can be able to have freedom
I wanna rp Luz, Hooty, King, Principal Bump, Edric, Gus, Viney, Bo, Gavin, Angmar, Amelia, Cat, Vee
Perhaps neutral, maybe a mix of angst and some fluff
And plenty of comedy and funny dialogue
I also wanna try to make this as literate as possible
Also I want to have Luz finish her high school stuff  at Hexside and not go back to her old school
I had this idea for a plot. I wanted to have Del perhaps organize a big project to lower the age limit on Palisman at Hexside to maybe a minimum grade of 4th with some exceptions depending and perhaps have another Palisman receiving day. King and rest of his classmates and other students without palismen yet can get theirs
Like Del can host one with the collaboration of Eda, Gwen, the Bat Queen and Principal Bump. And maybe have Hunter and possibly anyone else once we get to that will be volunteers or something
And the adoption is is open to grades 4-12.
The 4 and 5th graders and all the middle schoolers can get theirs. And to be high schoolers who didn’t get theirs yet can finally get one
Maybe that’s when Hunter finally gets Waffles or something. Though does Waffle already exist or will you introduce her later in the RP?
Also does Matt have a palismen already or will his palisman be introduced in the rp? Also have you heard of Matt’s headcanoned palisman Garth?
(I wanna do a plot or some sort of Darius plot with him, Eberwolf, Steve, and Raine and potentially others working on a murder mystery in the RP as well and perhaps have some sort of trial
I want Cat (the healing girl with the glasses who’s in Boscha’s friend group) to have younger twin siblings who’s around Kings age. Their mother is framed and accused for a crime that she didn’t commit and the three are framed and accused as accomplices
This is related to something called the Dynasty Wars
The wealthy families of the boiling isles compete against each other of who makes the most contributions to the Day of Unity and who gets the biggest rewards from Belos. This causes them to get drastic measures to get on top
It’s a tactic that Belos created and used in order to make his job easier and have less witches to eliminate because witches will be eliminating each other through their feuds
I also wanna have boss fights at Hexside. Like similar to Labyrinth runners but with Luz and other characters included
I want to have all of Hexaide and their parents to fight off against each covenhead and their army of covenscouts to fight them off to keep them from getting branded
One day they’ll take on Adrian, another day Terra, then Mason, Hettie, Vitimir, Osran…and keep taking them on until all the covenheads are defeated and then there’s this final one with Kikimora and all the covenheads along with the biggest covenscout army yet
if you wanna roleplay with me, lemme know in the comments below or just PM me

DND Rocks
I love DND SO SO MUCH because I started a new campaign today and as it was an impulsive ‘I wanna DM’ from my youngest bro we just used characters we like as our PCs.
So the party consists of:
Strix… (I can’t remember the rest) who has one string arm (inspired by Ginny Di) for the funnies as our rouge, Luz Noceda as our wizard/druid, King Clawthorne as our barbarian, Grian as our artificer (and since we dunno how they work and don’t have the book he’s just a wizard but instead of spells every long rest he gets one of each ‘explosive’ item, it’s TOTALYYYY balanced dw XDD), Virgil Sanders as our warlock and ‘Skeleman With Magic Powers Purple’ as our other druid.
And in this session we’ve (some highlights):
Fought a bunch of monsters (one having a attack that happens each round of you can hear it so Mary Poppins started shout-singing supercalifragalisticexpalidocius [I’m in charge of music {and notetaking} so of course I put it on loop extra loud XDD] so it didn’t effect us).
Kings (player not DM this time- he’s the ‘forever DM’ of our group [just me and my 2 bros]) made King a custom race for Sting (King and Skele are DMPCs as Sting wanted to have some PCs to help him with getting out of his comfort zone) which comes with the spell thunder wave AKA thunder-WEHH.
Convinced a giant squid in a language it doesn’t understand to not fight cuz fighting bad and now it’s our ally and Luz is controlling water to keep it alive until we find it an ocean.
And visited a tavern where:
Mary Poppins bought 10 penguins to start a band with.
Strix got a gf and bought a house for them plus bought lots of alcohol cuz there’s always gotta be an alcoholic PC.
And lastly Luz and Grian started a small bakery called ‘Grian’s Grains y Spain’ (Luz is involved bc I couldn’t afford it with only Grian’s GP so they split the cost and ownership) where they’ve employed one Amity Blight (who will start off disliking her bosses and of course end up in a relationship with Luz).

moulin rouge (chapter 2 of empire records)
a jason todd x reader fic
summary: reader and jason embark on their second date at the Gotham Library, where Jason indulges reader on a secret.
rating: 18+ (minors kindly fuck off)
warnings: masturbation, sex worker!jason todd, cam model!jason todd, reader is plus/mid size
ao3
note: please support by reblogging, and don't be a dick by reposting elsewhere! thank you so much!
Whistling wind carrying Jason’s loose strands of hair to and fro on his head, mimicking a wind vane atop a tall barn, he strolled peacefully toward the brick building’s double doors, pulling them wide open (without the assistance of the turbulence - wretched equinox) before entering.
Jason was no stranger to the library, and he nodded to the librarians at the circulation desk, who (uncharacteristically) stopped to all wave at him; he was a frequent patron, and attended whatever event he was able. “High noon, Fred!” he beamed at the security guard upon passing through the theft-deterrents that failed to draw up to Jason’s figure, making it to his torso.
Fighting his instinct to tread to the third floor and sit in his unassigned seat near the retired fireplace, Jason planted his steel-toed feet to the ground, second guessing his outfit choice. “Oh, look at you!” A librarian walked by, commenting on Jason’s attire. “Are you going out this evening, Mr. Todd?”
“Just have someone I’m seeing in a few minutes, Luz.” Jason replied, wiping down his mahogany button up. “How ya doin, though?”
Luz stopped her mission to the circulation desk, various media in hand, as she pondered, sticking out one of her mustard flats. “Probably nothing as exciting as what you’ve got going on. Oh, to be young!” she suspired jokingly, walking away. “Good luck!”
“Thank you!” From a young age, Jason was taught by his adoptive father’s butler to speak to elders with respect, especially in a formality such as the library. He disagreed with many of his father’s views, eventually leading to the pair having a final quarrel before Jason’s departure from Wayne Manor and into the Gotham flats.
In fact, it was why Jason stumbled into camwork in the first place: he found himself quitting each and every dead-end shift, arguing with the boss or co-workers. Jason was a hothead, escalating otherwise mundane and calm situations simply because he was tired of feeling trapped by others.
Perhaps y/n felt that way, too. Even if she hadn’t, it seemed she respected his space, something that most close to him refused to do. “Jason?” he responded to the voice behind him like a dog upon his owner’s arrival, tail wagging. When he turned, his eyes laid on y/n, wearing knee-high platform boots, sienna tights underneath an umber A-line skirt decorated with paperclips, a rust-colored top under a leather jacket, and a thick knitted scarf in deep brown.
Y/n was an angel rejected from heaven, bestowed upon Jason, and he could not shake the downright corrupt images that projected in his mind. “Wow.” he said, hiding the other words under his tongue for later.
Y/n checked him out unabashedly, licking her lips. “I could say the same, Jaybird. What do you wanna do here? Read me a bedtime story?” she wiggled her eyebrows comically, triggering a blush from the tall man before her.
“Well, you chose somewhere you go to often, so now it’s my turn. May I?” Jason extended his elbow for y/n to take, and led them to the elevator, where Jason punched the Four that was missing its vowels on the button.
If it wasn’t for the guidelines previously set, y/n would have jumped his bones in the elevator, ignoring the security cameras that would have recorded the uncensored evidence. “So you come here often?” the sentence was worded deliberately, a juxtaposition to her compassionate voice.
“I have since I was little. Helped a lot to just disappear in a story, as much as it sounds like a line for a goddamn Hallmark greeting card.” Jason rolled his eyes at himself.
“What did you read?”
The elevator dinged and doors opened, gesturing for y/n and Jason to vacate the confined space. Jason led y/n past the rows of encyclopedias and historical archives and into a crossroads of shelves divided by a set of armchairs. He walked at a sharp angle with y/n, leading her away from the world and into his nook, where his lounge chair waited for him.
And there it was, in front of the decommissioned fireplace. Jason pulled out the other chair for y/n, which she sat in, before pushing it lightly and sitting in the one adjacent to hers. Immediately, as if at home, he reclined and shut his eyes, inhaling deeply.
Y/n watched closely as he made himself comfortable. His lips parted and adam’s apple bobbed, reminding her of the videos she stared at the night before, Jason’s hand slowly stroking his cock, head thrown back, letting out guttural, obscene noises. Y/n shifted uncomfortably in her seat, moisture collecting in her underwear.
“When I was a kid, I thought librarians lived here.”
The confession came out of nowhere, and it drew a chuckle from y/n. “Like with teachers?”
Jason nodded. “Yep. And I, for some fucking reason, built this fort in the corner by the fire exit. I remember my dad and Alfred looking for me for hours, even calling the police because they thought I ran away again.” he smiled, eyes still closed, and it warmed y/n’s bosom. “One officer came right by me and put out his hand for me to take, and I was freaking out, y’know? ‘Cause fuck cops, right?” Y/n nodded in solidarity. “And I bit his hand. I bit it.”
Y/n erupted into laughter, which was quickly hushed by Jason. “No fucking way.”
“Way.” Jason’s eyes shot open and looked directly at y/n with as much seriousness as he could. “And he cussed and swore, saying ‘fuck’ this and ‘fuck’ that, and it was the funniest shit I went through. Though at the time I was scared shitless because I just wanted to stay and sleep in the librarians’ home and see what they did after the library closed.”
Y/n gazed at Jason. She swore she heard a harp playing. “That is so dorky, but so…fucking romantic.” The response caused Jason to grin at y/n shyly, smile lines forming on his cheeks. “What happened?”
“Al‒my butler‒found me and talked me down from it. A couple of weeks later, he spoke with the district director, and they arranged for me to have a sleepover.”
“And?”
Jason took y/n’s hand in hers, bringing it to his lips to place a small kiss on the underside of her hand. “I pissed my pants in the sleeping comforter.”
Falling forward, y/n laughed silently, wheezes and snorts disturbing the peaceful atmosphere. She couldn’t contain herself, and why should she? Jason adored how pleasantly she felt in her skin, and it showed in that moment: her bright smile, full cheeks, broad hips wiggling in her seat…she’s an open book, and it inspired him to do the same.
But he hesitated. It was the battle he faced, him and his fears: he didn’t want to repeat the past, spend another week isolated and hiding from the sun in an attempt to starve and deprive himself from sanity. Jason knew he was attractive - his followers and bank account reflected it - but he was used for it. Misled, and then taken advantage of, and for what? Momentary bliss? Clout?
A cloud formed over his head as he began to swim in the pool of decrepit thoughts that gathered in him. Why was he used? Why wasn’t he enough? Would y/n treat him the same way? Paranoia was his kryptonite, but it was hardwired in him from his early childhood years spent in the streets, abused by his biological parents.
Y/n saw the gloominess ruminating on the tall man beside her, and she halted her laughter, cupping his chin with her hand. Jason felt the touch, skin burning hot, as he faced her. “I once was jealous of Ally Snow, the horse girl of our fourth grade class, so I accidentally committed arson to her camp bunk site.”
Jason’s jaw dropped, skies in his mind clearing before a funnel cloud could form. “Arson?!”
“Mmhmm.” Y/m hummed. “I was lucky that: a) Ally’s camp counselor bailed that night, because I may have miscalculated and lit fire to the counselor’s bunk, and b) nobody found the culprit.” her eyes may have been the blaze of fire itself with the way she glared at the ground in immense passion.
Jason patted her hand, her nails now clawing at his cheek. He temporarily thought of her nails digging into his back while he… he blinked away the thought. “So you weren’t caught?”
Y/n shook her head. “And I got to watch my best friend, Yessica, punch her in the fucking face the following fall.”
They sat in their chairs, alighting the fireplace with their embarrassing stories, taking turns laughing and poking fun at each other. Before they realized, the library announced its closing time soon, and they gathered themselves, exiting the library in a fit of giggles. The librarians at the circulations saw this, and exchanged knowing looks, telling without words being spoken.
“Can I see you again soon?” it was y/n’s turn to ask when they stepped down from the platform of the library.
Jason stepped forward, closing the gap between them as he pulled her into a kiss, their lips locking instantly. “Anytime.” he grinned when he pulled away, their faces mere inches from each other.
—-
One notification.
Y/n checked her phone as she closed her loft door, tossing her keys on the kitchen table nearby. Do you want to do something specific for our next date? Food? Entertainment? Guns? Riots?
Y/n smiled and rolled her eyes at the question. I’m down to clown at a riot. Maybe a clown riot? Dunno how that would go though.
A reply appeared. Fuck clowns. I’d rather be dead than be seen with one. How about a cemetery for our next date? Picnic?
Abso-fucking-lutely. y/n agreed, her heart fluttering at the idea of a moonlit picnic at the Gotham cemetery. She spun as she held her phone close to her chest, before another notification appeared.
Robin Hood is now live! Tap to check in now.
Thoughtlessly, y/n tapped the badge on her phone, opening an app she downloaded a few days ago to streamline Jason’s webcam streams.
The stream began in a dimly lit room with tools hung on the wall in the background. Y/n squinted at the array of tools, recognizing the brand. “You gonna make me beg, Baby? Make me beg to come? Hmm?” the words shook y/n, no longer distracted by the Craft tool kit hanging neatly on the wall, and eyes fixating on the tall brunette stripping himself from his button up and slacks.
Y/n watched closely, so closely, she worried, she didn’t blink - she soaked in the sight of Jason’s fingers finagling with his own clothes, revealing himself to her in an intimate way as he spoke so titillatingly. For a man with an intimidating figure, he was so submissive, and y/n wanted to explore it as much as he allowed.
Right now, it was about him though, and Jason was already stripped from his slacks, which gathered by his ankles on the ground, his shirt unbuttoned, but still worn. “Come on, Princess. Make me come, please.” the begs were earlier than last time, and y/n hoped she was the source, listening with open ears for her name to be called, chanted so beautifully like last time.
He didn’t stroke his cock this time, either; he thrusted into it, head tilted back to expose his neck, the adam’s apple bobbing again. He donned a flushed face that was so euphoric, y/n wished he could open his eyes so she could swim in his glossed over irises. “‘M gonna come, fuck.” his breath wavered, thrusts methodical but ruthless.
It was obvious he wanted y/n, and the feeling was mutual, y/n resisting the urge to touch herself until after she saw him reach his breaking point. And it was soon. “G-god,” he whispered shakily, “y/n” he was louder with the name, calling to her as if she was watching, “please let me come.” the words carried so much weight, so heavy as they fell into y/n’s ears, as if he wanted her to tell him to come.
And she opened up the chat, which was flooded with comments about the ‘mystery girl’ Jason was thinking about, or sexual compliments that made her blush. Wanting the command to be more intimate, she opted for a text message instead: come for me, Jason. Let me see you come.
His phone chimed and he read the notification, his hips increasing with speed. “You like seeing my cock like this? Want me to come? I’m gonna come so hard for you.” his grip tightened around his cock as he pistoned his hips, mouth falling open as moans filled the room. “Oh, y/n,” he whined, “yes!” he whimpered, voice unsteady as his hips finally slowed, cum spilling from his cock. His orgasm was powerful, taken from him too soon - yet not soon enough for him - and the sight of his blissed out state was too much for y/n to handle, who rushed to her bed to rub her clit at the thought of him.

Any gustholomule human realm date ideas/headcanons?
on it, boss!!!
first of all, Gus would be ecstatic to be Matt's tour guide. now that he visits the human realm by his own choice and isn't trapped here, he drags Matt around to show him everything he's learned with Luz, Vee and Camila, even taking him to random ass grocery stores. Matt is happy of course, but isn't nearly as excited as Gus
while they visit a lot of places, i think they'd have their favorite dates such as funfairs!! despite the similarities with the ones from the demon realm, they have their own specific quirks and rides they love to discover
they're both very competitive when it comes to win prizes, and they can spend all the pocket money Camila gave them on a single attraction. Matt also tried to steal some prizes when he knew he was gonna lose, but it always backfired
they also love to hang out at arcades for the same reasons, although Gus struggles a little more with video games than Matt
they've had a lot of dates at the aquarium!! they're both fascinated by marine creatures from the human realm, since they're very different from theirs
from an outsider's perspective, you could never tell these two are dating; they're always in competition for something, play-fighting or calling each other names. they come across more as rivals than anything to strangers
they're not big on PDA, but if they're sure they're alone, like if they're taking a walk outside, they're gonna be a lot more affectionate. they're still calling each other names, tho

Pokémon Horizons and The Owl House have so much in common.
We have:
Gibeon = Belos (the bad and mysterious boss).
Amethio = Hunter (a mysterious boy who works for him, dedicated to his job, who respects his boss, he's a villain but has redeeming qualities, fights the good guys for his boss and he's kept in special consideration by him, apparently).
Spinel = Kikimora (close to the boss, he hates Amethio like Kikimora hates Hunter, we don't know if it's for the same reason but the point still stands).
Amber = idk he is pretty strange, he could end up being a Darius (if it turns out he cares about Amethio) or he could be a Terra or an Adrian (if he turns out being just evil).
The Explorers = well obviously the other members of the Emperor Coven.
The RVT = Luz, Amity, Gus, Willow, Eda, Raine, King, Darius, Camila and pretty much all the good guys group.
Terapagos = The Collector, idk why it gives me those vibes lol.
Lucius = Caleb.

The Owl House Season 3 Could Never Have Been Great
This isn’t to say it couldn’t have been good or enjoyable. However, the concepts at play and the setups for S3 were flawed so deeply that more S3 doesn’t necessarily mean a better S3 and could have never been something truly special. So why do I think this? Well, first let’s just state the obvious: While we’ve an abridged version of whatever S3 was dreamed by the cast, we have gotten their S3. The Collector exists so the crew’s willingness to abandon ideas and concepts for the sake of their narrative is only display as a firm “No.” After all, if they knew they had so little time, the Collector and the trip the human realm should have been cut. Period. There wasn’t time to make an audience properly care about the Collector or make trip to, or the return from, the human realm satisfying. So I’m basing this mostly off of the structure of the three specials. How they decided to build and lower tension because it’s hard to believe that there was ever a different plan. For some parts, it’s literally impossible to imagine a proper different plan that isn’t just what Amphibia did. Belos was almost always going to be needed for the portal after all and to be something that even COULD challenge the characters in a fight. Kikimora is the only villain in the Isles that has shown much agency of her own and built up at all besides Terra who the kids haven’t already beaten. These were fundamental problems going into S3 that the show wasn’t going to ever have proper answers to because it simply didn’t setup proper answers. But let’s talk about those villains because The Owl House is ostensibly an adventure show. It’s aiming for a big, dramatic, adventure/fantasy show climax as I write this the day before the finale. The first villain of S3 is Belos who at the end of S2 got beat with one poke by the Collector. He also was shown to be irredeemable, racist and an idiot who hasn’t even tried to keep up with what the human realm is like now while waiting for his final plan. He is an evil emperor though who is connected to Hunter and Luz and strong enough to even beat all five Hexide Squad members when together as he proved both in King’s Tide. He is a genuine threat who has no reason to hold back. He is the villain that works... But everything I just described also is why he needs to the big bad. No other villain who is strong enough to challenge the characters has any connection to them. The only person the Collector has a connection to is King. From just a basic storytelling perspective, Belos is the big bad. Is the logical final boss and he’s not being allowed to be that because they want to do the Collector. Worse yet, because of how natural of a cliffhanger going through the portal is, that’s the halfway point of the season. 10 episodes gone to the human realm with a bestial Belos being the only real threat there. So the rest of the human realm stuff would have had to be drama and slice of life while looking for how to get people back home in a realm that frankly should have less answers than the Boiling Isles and the Boiling Isles had few themselves and less that worked when read.
So how well did S2 setup drama and slice of life stuff in the human realm? Well, Amity’s been reduced to being Luz’s girlfriend and her daddy issues, half of which aren’t there and the other half doesn’t appear to be allowed to have actual angst so I guess nothing from her. Willow is barely a character at this point, having been mostly used for other characters and what was brought up in S3 Ep. 2 only works really for one episode. Gus is actually the best Slice of Life character with how his knowledge could be challenged and reactions to realizing how little he actually knows about humans but from a drama perspective he doesn’t have a lot because he’s only been taken properly seriously in two episodes of the whole series. Luz has angst that admittedly could have been pulled back and forth on for if she was staying or going but if they kept the characterization Luz has post Yesterday’s Lie of Luz literally seeming incapable of telling the truth to anyone besides Eda and King, you’re screwed in doing anything with her. She’s not going to actually be tackling the issue so you can’t actually make plots around it. At best, you can bring up through other characters for and against. But, you know, two of those characters are her best friends, one is her girlfriend and Camila is a literal saint who’s characterization would have had to be DRASTICALLY changed in order to make her make cases for staying in the human realm at this point. Hunter is the only point in favor for Luz needing to stay and Hunter’s big character finish against Belos is about how much he prefers the perks of being a good guy over having been an EC stooge so he still reinforces that Luz has done good. This is part of why Luz’s angst over the Collector is so assinine because even if in real life, one can easily ignore that people like them, they’ve done good to others, etc. like that (hi, I have depression myself), narratively is INFURIATING and easily can imply other things about her if not addressed or in a very careful way. I’ve talked about this in both Luz’s character finish and in how Vee kind of fucked Luz’s character by being such a good contrast to her. Speaking of, Vee is EASILY the biggest opportunity for something special but only if she’s willing to actually go against losing the life she’s gained. This is the first life that has been anywhere close to hers after all and having to restart for the girl who ran away would theoretically be crushing for her. But it would have to have a character actually criticize and stay with that criticism of Luz. Or more likely just have an episode where Masha and co find out what Vee is so Vee can keep her friends between forms because that’s easier to do. It also would have made another argument for Luz going back to the Isles because Luz just existing in the human realm is now fucking someone over. Vee covering up Luz’s disappearance also makes any inclusion of government agents like what Amphibia did for human realm stakes much harder because there’s no reason for anyone to be on alert in anyway like when Anne arrived but not her friends. And because I’ve covered everyone else: Hunter has slice of life potential because he still needs to actually become friends with everyone else, Huntlow probably would have a confession happen when he died because it could be built up and frankly it’s very likely that Hunter would feel like the main character of the first of S3 just because he’s simply the character with ANY real potential to do anything. And if you’re thinking “Well, the human realm itself can provide angst and slice of life oppurtunities”, we run into how S2 assassinated the identity of the Isles. After all, in S1 the main point of friction between Luz and the Isles wasn’t that it had magic, its magic effectively replaces technology, but that the Isles was crueler. The laws were more about conformity in a society that was actively hostile to each other than anything else. S2 has shit like “Child Endangerment Laws” and in general just makes the Isles feel like the fantasy complaint of “It’s our world but with more teeth!” So the first half of S3 from a conceptual standpoint is just kind of fucked. You don’t have a villain that can be around much. Your main other option is a gag. Your characters have limited opportunities for growth or challenges because you haven’t given them enough attention or actively sabotaged what potential they did have. You also essentially have to entirely change the format of the show because the new environment offers no threats so you have to lean into pure slice of life and comedy and comedy has been a common weakness for this show. Especially in the specials, it’s often effectively anonymous. Just point and laugh at someone obviously dumb or doing something wrong. ALL the comedy for Amity in S3 feels nothing like Amity, has no logic to it and could be done by anyone else. It’s done by Amity just because she needs to literally do SOMETHING as Luz’s girlfriend but at this point has nothing to contribute besides “Look at me now being comic relief.” This happened to Lilith too so it’s not just a S3 problem and Gus has ALWAYS suffered from being treated more as a joke, especially in S1, than an actual character. But hey, after they get through the portal, they now have the Collector, the Hexide Rebellion and the coven heads to deal with. Actually, scratch that last one. After all, there’s literally no reason for the Collector to be using the coven heads at all and we genuinely have zero explanation, outside of Raeda angst, as to why Darius or Raine are puppets but TERRA ISN’T. Or wasn’t. So we Kikimora and the Collector. Aaaaand scratch the Collector as well. You can’t have the Collector interacting with Luz and company because then his redemption would come too soon or the fact that he is so much more powerful than ANYONE becomes a problem for why they aren’t being turned into puppets. So your narrative potential for a half a season in the Boiling Isles comes down to Eda and Lilith, the Hexide rebellion (most of whom haven’t mattered in over a season at this point), trying to figure out how to free King and stuff with King and the Collector. Now that is actually enough to fill half a season. There is a major problem though. After all... The Collector needs to be redeemed at the end of that season and the last time we saw him before this, he potentially threatened to murder the Hexide Squad so he could play tag. That’s even more of drastic starting point than Hunter had as the Golden Guard. And reminder: Despite Hunter having effectively all of S2 to have his arc... It’s not a good arc. I would argue it’s not an arc. And Hunter had 6 episodes of S2, many of which were ONLY his stuff for the whole episode and he was able to interact with the entire cast. In order for the Collector to still be the dramatic finale, he cannot interact with the cast. He can only interact with King. And King has always been one note through the entire series, usually discarding one note for the next so they’re not getting full episodes. At literal best, the Collector could get 8 half episodes and then a two part finale.Buuuut then we get the problem the Collector had in the second special: The more time you spend with him, the more you humanize him, the less tension there is about the resolution. It becomes increasingly obvious that he’ll be redeemed and redeemed villains can’t actually harm the main characters because then it becomes harder and harder for the audience to forgive them. It’s part of why Zuko being 98% a bastard in the first season of Avatar is important to narrative tension. Not only did it allow him to be a good, early antagonist but it also made it hard to believe that he could turn good. His decision to go back to the fire nation kept that up. Kept you guessing and also allowed AMAZING character as to what was actually important to him. This is why his turn in season 3 is so powerful because you could never be 100% certain until it finally clicked and even then, you understood everything that he was giving up and all the reasons why he would and so even if you doubted, like the characters do, you believe it as an audience and are ready to see him work for forgiveness. There could never be satisfaction like that with the Collector. Going “He’s a child!” forgets the fact that the Titan who imprisoned him has also likely been dead for THOUSANDS of years. Bare minimum, he’s been trapped in his prison for over 400 years. The other Collector we see in Knock Knock Knocking is taller, yes, but that doesn’t necessarily mean the Collector is a child. He simply has a childish personality and outlook on the world which is part of what makes him a terrifying final threat if he were an actual threat. Just because he looks and acts like a child doesn’t mean he is. A lot of that is likely to just use base, human instincts to pave over the fact that an audience wouldn’t accept the arc he’s undergone if he looked like an adult. So the finale is fucked, the first half is shaky narratively but could at least be enjoyable, what about the filler of S3B? Well, little of it could actually progress anything because how do you beat a god? And even if they find a solution, the more that it’s telegraphed that the Collector will be redeemed means the less a solution is necessary so it’s just killing time. So all you have left is dealing with Kikimora and Boscha as antagonists, both of whom have been jokes for over a season, WELL over a season for Boscha, by the time any of this would be happening. It’s even unclear as to what else they could be fighting or doing because how much did the Collector actually change things?
This is why I say The Owl House wanted five seasons, not three, and only could have made this worked if guaranteed from go. That’s the only way the writers would have known they had enough time to properly build up elements into the statements they wanted, at least with the skill and lack of focus they have, and been able to make villains that could be stepping stones up to the Collector while making the finale not feel pointless because the ending was made obvious. And even then, that’s putting a LOT of faith into writers who have the attention spans of goldfish sometimes and a show runner who actively undermines her own world building for the sake of whatever idea or subversion or meta text that she wants to make. But, being fair... A full S3 could have at least been fun. At least properly dealt with some of these issues to make it so Luz didn’t claim she was going to break up with Amity through portal closure and never address it. To make it cute, charming, creative... But those aren’t elements that the show has often been celebrated for. It made too many characters plot devices. It made too many of them one note. It made too many into comic relief. It didn’t put enough thought into its magic or worlds. A lot of what it does is cribbing from better fantasy that knew what it was doing. And I think in general, the longer the show has gone on, the worse and worse these fundamental flaws, flaws that damage the long term execution of something far more than the immediate statements it can make, have become obvious. It’s how a fully fledged, independent, amazing character like Amity is reduced almost entirely to just being Luz’s girlfriend even by the end of S2A. So no. I don’t think a full S3 would have suddenly turned the show into the next Avatar or the like where it becomes a cultural touchstone. And no, I don’t touch on changes to s2 because by the end of S2, for ANY of this to even FUNCTION, the Day of Unity still had to happen. So all the flaws of S2B, or damn near all of them, would still exist because Hunter still needs to be 90% done with his arc to be there to go to the human realm. Belos’ rushed and bad backstory still needs to happen in Hollow Mind. S2B still wasted almost two entire episodes for Elsewhere Elsewhen and Them’s the Breaks, Kid, both episodes where only one plot point in the whole damn thing matters and at best is character neutral for all involved, negative in some cases, including Belos. And Elsewhere Elsewhen only has an important plot point if you think Luz’s angst about helping Belos meet the Collector is warranted at all. Which, no, I argue it’s not. It is an inter-tangled mess that never wanted only three seasons and never was willing to change to fit the time it had. And frankly, I don’t blame Disney for shortening it with these facts in mind. For saying it was too expensive to produce, too complicated to air since it’s not random episode friendly and too scatterbrained to be properly serialized and so they wanted this done. They wanted to be done with it. And since a full S3 couldn’t make it better, why not go with specials and save everyone some money and time then? Which is mean but with the product we got and the fact that TOH can only be claimed as somewhat more successful than Amphibia, a much more cohesive, much more television friendly show, why should a business have decided to dedicate more time to The Owl House? It’s realistic and unfortunate and I would love to be kinder. But my mind likes facts too much and the fact is that The Owl House had an amazing start which it simply didn’t have the planning or focus to make into a great series overall. All we could ask for was the ride to be enjoyable and that’s going to be up to you. ======== I have a public Discord for any and all who want to join! TOH boss battle light glyph analysis
The one glyph Luz uses the most during the fight against Belos is the light glyph. She uses it to blast away the goo stuff that is spreading.
One may think that this is only because it ties up her narrative and character development nicely because it shows that even her first spell, which was regarded as an easy one, is powerful.
It also may be the most powerful glyph because it is the one the isles kept hidden from Phillip because he could do the most damage with it and in return the first one to be shown to Luz because she could do the most good things with it. It is even powerful enough to free people from the collector's puppet spell.
But no, there is more to it: while it was Luz first one to learn, it is the last one Belos learned, and he only did because of Luz, otherwise the isles would have hidden it longer or forever. Before he learned it though he already experimented with the glyphs and put them on his body which (at least as far as I understand) lead to him becoming that goo monster and being able to possess people. But we can see from the pain that it causes him that something went wrong there, most likely was the spell messed up because he didn't know the light glyph. So, by fighting him with light, it fixes the broken spell at least to a certain degree and destroys the goo. Just like how Lilith fixed the ice spell gone wrong in season 2a when they discovered combining them. That's why the light glyph is so efficient.
Also her name means light so it's a big motive in general.
Bonus: It wasn't only the first glyph the Titan of the boiling isles showed her but the new version of it is also the first one King discovers and shows her after he figgures out his own glyph system.

My least favorite ships and why I don't like them(Fans of these ships be warned ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️)
Percabeth: its just really toxic/abusive and annoying for me and I feel so bad for Percy. Plus growing up I never liked Annabeth. While reading the books I was Perachel shipper. Was so sad they weren't endgame.
Tumblr media
2. Lumity: They are just so boring to me. Their romance is as exciting as stale bread. Amity had zero character development and or a redemption arc. Plus Luz lies to Amity way too much Amity and Amity just forgives her everytime.
Tumblr media
3. Solangelo: I just don't like it. Maybe its because to me Will wants to change Nico. Or because I had no idea who Will is before they got together or they had zero build up to their relationship. Or maybe it's because Percico is better to me. Rick you're terrible at writing romance.
Tumblr media
4. Romione: Ron is an asshole and Hermione deserves way better. I hate ships where all the couple does is fight(and not in a cute or clever banter type way. It's just mean fighting, where the majority is Rons fault)
Tumblr media
5. Amy x Laurie from Little Women: Gross gross gross! 🤢🤮 Just big no for me. Hell to the fucking no.
Tumblr media
6. Allison x Emily Pretty little liars: Allison deserves to stay dead. Emily deserves better(Maya Emily deserves a happy ending with Maya. Because Paige sucks too)
Tumblr media
7. Harry x Ginny: it feels like Ginny only likes Harry because hes the boy who lived. Shes too perfect by the end(meaning she has no personality). Plus she lets Harry get away with crap too much.
Tumblr media
8. Huntlow: No build up to their relationship what so ever. Hunter had more chemistry with Luz. Plus I feel like Hunter is subconsciously replacing Belos with Willow with the weird way he calls her Captain. Its creepy.
Tumblr media
9. Kataang: I hate ships where the girl feels more like a babysitter/mother to the guy. Aang is too immature for Katara. Katara the whole time seems to me she was never attracted to him. Aang treats Katara like a prize he is owed.
Tumblr media
10. Pepper x Tony: I really hate the trope where the assistant falls for the boss. Plus all they do is argue. Pepper also hates that Tony is ironman and constantly wants him to give it up.
Tumblr media

So, would you say Owl House did a better job in managing to balance out Luz, Eda, King, and Hooty as the main characters while still giving pretty solid stuff with the second tier major players like Amity, Willow, Gus, and Hunter than Amphibia did with balancing Anne and the Plantars as main characters with Sasha and Marcy as second tier major players and why?
Hmmmmm... interesting. So, despite a lot of the parallels the two shows have, I think in this regard it's a bit apples and oranges. I would argue that the Owl Crew get roughly the same amount of attention and development as Sasha and Marcy. That's not the reason Sasha and Marcy's arcs feel unsatisfying (imo ymmv)
Luz's friend group she develops in the B.I. are all great characters. They bring fun perspectives, dynamics, and variety to a lot of episodes, but they ultimately aren't essential to the main plot. They are important supports for Luz's development and arc, but when the crucial plot moments happen. That's Luz's time to shine. In the season 1 finale they are completely absent from Luz's rescue attempt (though Gus and Willow do drum up a rally in favor of Eda, her escape isn't really dependent on them). In the season 2 finale while they are there for the big boss fight they aren't there when Luz tricks Belos and aren't the deciding factor in the day being saved(?) That honor goes to King for getting the Collector out and convincing them move the moon. The show is better for their inclusion, but if they were removed the main plot the central conflict would still stand
The reason why I think Sasha and Marcy's arcs feel off is because they aren't secondary characters. They are both plot crucial gears on the main plot and not just Anne's arc, but the core to understanding her character.
Sasha is the main antagonist of the season 1 finale. Anne fighting back against years of toxicity to defend her new family is a huge turning point for her character. It's easy to infer that some of Anne's issues with self confidence and her general reckless behavior can be traced back to her friendship with Sasha, both of which drive many a plot in season 1. But also Anne's willingness to fight for the people she cares about I think can also be something she emulates from Sasha's more admirable characteristics pre-development.
Marcy's motivations and actions cause almost the entire plot to happen. She's the one who brings them to Amphibia starting the whole story. Her hiding this fact and desire to stay with her friends gives Andrias the leverage he needs to acquire the charged box. Marcy getting Anne and the Plantars out of true colors unscathed (physically) allows Anne the chance to live long enough to finally Andrias. Marcy is also the source of some of Anne's other insecurities. Being constantly compared to her genius friend probably wasn't easy. You can see echoes of Anne's protective streak we see in season 1 in her dynamic with Marcy pre-Amphibia. Marcy's dynamic with Anne and Sasha also lets us infer that there was a very powerful friendship at the center of this murk of toxicity that Anne and Sasha's dynamic is embroiled in.
If you removed Sasha or Marcy from the narrative, you would need massive rewrites just to get the plot to work. Their removal would make Anne's history pre-Amphibia feel a lot less rich and her character less nuanced.
They are treated like secondary characters but they don't feel like secondary characters. It's why so many people latch onto the trio So when their arcs were rushed or dropped it leaves myself(and many it seems) unsatisfied.
So. Yeah. Apples and Oranges. It's three am gonna tag this and sleep.

I got tagged by @intothewickedwood to do this :D
Three favorite ships: I think my favorite ships at any moment change depending on which media I'm currently obsessed with. But I think in general, my top 3 are:
Captain Swan (Emma Swan and Killian Jones) *Canon*
Tumblr media
Lumity (Luz Noceda and Amity Blight) *Canon*
Tumblr media
Darkstache (Darkiplier and Wilford Warfstache) *Not Canon But It Should Be*
Tumblr media Tumblr media
First ship: uhhhhhh...I wanna say my first ships were from Total Drama. But I have NO IDEA which one it was.
Like, yeah, I liked Gwen and Trent (before they broke up) and Duncan and Courtney (before they broke up) and so on, but idk if I "shipped" them, or if I just liked them because they were canon at the time. I guess out of all the pairings I liked, the one that I consider myself actually "shipping" was Aleheather (Alejandro and Heather).
Tumblr media
Last movie: I recently rewatched the Steven Universe Movie with some of my friends! Yeah it's not perfect but it's still fun and has some banger music (and Spinel is best character fight me).
Tumblr media
Currently reading: That's really funny 10/10 comedy the person who made this tag game got jokes fr
Ok but for real I haven't read much since the semester ended. My honors history class had us do a LOT of reading and I was like uhhhhmmmmm.....
BUT, I think the last thing I read for that class was part of "Utopia for Realists" by Rutger Bregman. It was one of the few readings for that class that actually interested me and gave me a new perspective on poverty and how it affects people in ways we don't usually think about. I may finish it some day idk.
Currently watching: Rewatching episodes of Spongebob and the og iCarly with my sister. I also saw a few episodes of the new iCarly too. Apparently Spencer has 11 kids???
I saw S1 EP 8 of Helluva Boss when it came out (twice), and I heard the next episode of season 2 is coming out on Saturday!
But mostly I've been watching stuff on YouTube.
(I really need to finish OUAT with my mom and the reaosn why we haven't is because the series finale is all that's left and we're both like 'if we don't finish the show it'll never be over' and it's just aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH)
Currently eating: I ate two donuts for breakfast does that count?

Guys! Guys! I got an idea!
So I was listing to a song called EVE'S ALTER EGO then I imagined a dark soul like boss battle were you are titan Luz and your fighting the calamity trio because they got corrupted by something (maybe the core became an eldrick God or something) and after you fight and win each one you get to see a cool cutscene where you talk to them and they give you a gift to help you out with the next boss
