~26/11/2022~ I had another slightly late night and feel like I’m still catching up on sleep from trip away, so it was a sluggish start. But once I got going, was a case of getting dressed and ready, and doing some last minute prep, for a whole day of rock choir performances. L came to help me. First it was one in my local town centre - overall definitely felt more confident than last week. After L and I managed to sit down and have some lunch in Greggs. Then went on to Plumpton Village for afternoon performance - didn’t like the dressing room we had to meet in when we arrived as it got very crowded and loud, and made us feel trapped - actual performance was fine though! Played some Sims to unwind when I got home. Ordered a Chinese takeaway for dinner as really fancied it. Also been colouring in butterflies on a page of a new colouring book I got a little while ago. W poprzednich postach pisałem że zwiedzając #Wakehurst, można zwiedzić jeszcze coś więcej. Fakt, ten wiadukt #OuseValleyViaduct już był u mnie w galerii. Ale aby utrzymać wątek, wrzucę jego inne spojrzenie, znajduje się dosłownie około 20 minut na wschód od Wakehurst. To miejsce jest bardzo popularne, więc gdy zjawimy się w pogodne popołudnie, musimy się liczyć z dłuższym oczekiwaniem, na czysty kadr. No chyba że ma się nic przeciwko temu by w rodzinnej galerii, zagościli obcy ludzie :))) Ale uważam że warto odwiedzić, wdrapać się na przęsło i zrobić sobie fotkę. Glow Wild is a wonderful outdoor event run by Wakehurst Place each winter. You have a lantern and walk the grounds marvelling at the glowing creatures shining out of the darkness at you. I first went in, I think, 2018 and was absolutely mesmerised. In 2022 it was even better and I could have spent hours watching the stunning sights. I took a lot of wobbly video without really looking away from the reality in front of me. It’s nothing more than a reminder of the experience but it enabled me to recreate the gorgeous deer I fell quite in love with. The almost stained-glass appearance digital art allows for makes it look so much like the original I feel it evokes the memory far better than the dodgy video! I think I used this for a birthday card, but can’t be sure now. Might have been a tag for a present.

~25/11/2022~ Felt a bit groggy from the late night - once I was vaguely functional, put a wash on, and spent the morning scanning in records to send to new therapist, as well as finding a couple more documents to send - it wasn’t an easy process as had to sift through pages of health records to find them, and even skim reading, you can’t avoid some distressing stuff. It was a relief to pack the folders away once we’d found all we needed. H arrived to help me - we went for a McDs lunch - opting for what we thought would be the quieter McDs but there was a whole coach load of kids there! Thankfully we managed to get our orders in before most of them! We then went on to the Christmas Tree Farm we visited last year - first day it was open and school time so very quiet - we got to see all the animals and had a brief walk through the Christmas tree fields, but they were incredibly muddy and slippery after all the rain. H dropped me home. I then set about emailing the various documents to new therapist - felt risky and exposing but hopefully it will turn out to be an okay decision to share… Also attempted to catch up on some home admin but extreme fatigue is hitting again. MCAS also seems to have flared up as itchy skin and stomach a bit dodgy, but took the extra antihistamine. This evening slipped away a bit, but had a bath, and started watching the series Astrid on All4 that parentals recommended - it’s brilliant!
