It's funny to see how many fics about Wei Wuxian being INCAPABLE of protecting the Wen Remnants, and had to rely on others to protect them.

Like, nah dude. Wei Wuxian is more than capable to give them protection. Look, they even have money to buy the decoration from the Treasure pavilion for Jin Ling's gift. That ain't cheap! They're not poor miserable tramps, they were slowly but steadily building a better community.

Just shut those goddamn fuckinnn Jin Clan away!! Without those disgusting Jin Clan and their despicable ambitions and greeds, there will never be any bloodshed or the Wen Remnants dying.

thinking about the dynamic between wei wuxian and wen ning where they are neither platonic nor romantic but a secret third thing. as close as only someone who died and someone who summoned them back could be. familiar like a body part is familiar. physically intimate, but in a "held him while his stomach was cut open to carve the golden core out" or "put his ribs back into his broken chest and gave his body permission to take revenge" way. sharing a bond so deep it becomes unsettling. wielding someone like a weapon/allowing yourself to be wielded. saving each other over and over again to the point where you can't keep track of all the sacrifices and the debts don't matter anymore. suffering from wounds no one else can understand, missing people no one else remembers. neither of them chose this, yet both are still there for each other no matter what. i am so normal about them

#poorly drawn mdzs #mdzs #wen qing #wen ning #jiang cheng #wei wuxian #In the audio drama she quite literally opens the door and then leaves after seeing them without breaking conversation.#It is both so impressive and deeply funny to me.#I imagine her just literally pivoting in one foot and walking right out.#She came home after a long day at work and in 0.5 seconds went “I would rather go back to the office than deal with this right now”.#Besides tickling me to near tears - this scene is also a great introduction to Wen Qing - her first instinct is to protect!#She lives by the code of 'I don't care who you are - if you need help I will lend it.' a true doctor and professional.#Sure she is *mad* that Wen Ning puts himself (and her to a lesser extent) at risk by helping 'the enemy' but she gives in quick.#I love Wen Qing a lot - she is such an unsung hero in this story.#Sorry that her first appearance on this blog was...what it was. I'll let your curiosity take you down that path...

At this point i just live and breathe drama behind the scene pictures, especially The Untamed since they are so funny- It's chaotic. How on earth did they manage to film it in time?

All jokes aside, the whole cast is just amazingly talented and it's a shame that aside from Xiao Zhan and Wang Yibo, no one else has really "skyrocketed". There are so many talented people who deserve better roles, leading roles even.
