wahhh merry christmas, inbox-marikenyo :DDD!!! i saw this ask on christmas eve but during then i too was also drunk off a few cocktails and promptly passed out a little bit later orz

i had a great noche buena!! i kept falling into a food coma because i kept eating so much, as the lord intended <3 JHVSKJHFVSD. i hope you also had a great christmas eve and are having a lovely christmas day today ^w^

and as for ur q, my first Real drinking experience was at a party i went to on my last year of college actually in 2020 right before the pandemic hit omg, kinda "late" by some people's standards. i say Real drinking experience, cuz prior to that party i did drink sometimes, but never enough to get drunk!

at that party though, i was with my girlfriend and it was the party of her college org and i was continually handed drinks. i Definitely Got Drunk.

what did i drink? no idea. a mutual friend of my gf and i was mixing the drinks and i never ask whats in stuff, i just drink whatever tastes sweet enough or is drowned in enough soda that i can stomach the bitterness of whatever alcohol content is within.

how was i when i was drunk? the same way i am when i get drunk nowadays: absolute disaster jahsfvasfhasvkfjh. i tend to get loud and lose all my filter when im drunk. also clingy. two things i remember clearly at that party are

1 ) my girlfriend went to the bathroom and i sat on the floor texting another friend about how i missed my girlfriend So Much and i love her So Much. later, when my gf had to leave early before me, i loudly announced "IM GOING HOME, MY GIRLFRIEND IS GONE SO I DONT WANNA BE HERE ANYMORE"

2 ) i was talking to the mutual friend who was mixing the drinks and he was talking about how he plays billiards. i remembered how billiards gloves looked like (it's like a normal glove but two fingers are out in the open) and i said something along the lines of "oh my god so you wear the WHORE GLOVES. why are billiards gloves so fucking SLUTTY"

thats pretty much how i am when im drunk up to this day ajhfvajshf but i seldom drink enough to get to That point, basically only at parties since like, im not the one paying for the drinks LMAO. when i drink lots, i get drunk. but when i drink little, i just get sleepy.

and when i drink enough to get drunk, the next morning always has me regretting Every Decision Ive Ever Made because i always...always....forget to drink water the night before....people around me try their Best to hydrate me while im drinking, but i get stubborn and forgetful and when im handed water i just put it down instinctively and look for something sweeter and usually with alcohol in it and im caught in a vicious cycle that ends with a fuckoff terrible hangover

but it's nothing a soft boiled egg breakfast cant fix HAHA

you always wished that you knew more about baseball just for the sake of supporting miyuki, who was quiet popular among those who were knowledgeable about it. he always reassured you that’s it’s okay to like your own things because to each their own, right? yet, you couldn’t help but think if he’d like it if his own girlfriend shared the same passion as him.

as if the world didn’t want you to overthink even more, your phone buzzed on your desk, a text message from the bestest bf in the entire universe ever <3 popped up on your screen. you chuckled at the contact name miyuki gave himself. you opened the notification, the text reading,

hey, sorry if you’re busy, but can you bring my water bottle after class? i forgot it in my dorm and i can’t leave,, sorry bby :((

you smiled at the cheesy pet name, replying with,

sorry for what idiot? i’ll come by :))

shortly after, the bell rung for dismissal and you quickly exited your class and made your way towards the spirit dorms. no one knew this, but miyuki had made a spare key for you, just so you can sneak in sometimes only to be enveloped in his warmth; it was an often occurrence, one especially when he was feeling a little more anxious than usual.

you arrived at his dorm and excused yourself before going in and grabbing his water bottle, smiling to yourself at his scent that filled the room. you were sure that you’d come by later, and so you made your way to the field. it was still a bit early, but that didn’t really matter. it gave you some time to chat with him before you headed back to your own dorm.

or so you thought.

as you ambled closer to the field, you could barely make out miyuki’s figure wrapped around someone; and not just anyone, but your classmate hikari, who also had a passion in baseball. she played in a team outside of school— a league team in fact, and the both of them would often talk about the topic. though you were okay with it because you trusted him, you couldn’t help but feel your stomach churn at the sight of them. it was sickening, and you could only wish that you were in her position. if only you knew more about baseball.

but you wouldn’t dare to let miyuki find out what you felt, since he wasn’t really the type to be there for you like that. he was busy, and it’s already difficult enough for him to be so expressive with you. so you did what you’ve always done in the past; suck it up until it goes away.

as if a weight had roughly been placed on your back, you dragged your feet in a slump towards him, the water bottle in hand and a fraud smile on your face.

“kazuya,” you softly called out waving to him. your eyes couldn’t help but wander to the way hikari was engulfed in him, hands on the bat with his large ones covering hers. you felt your heart ache, yet you remained composed.

“thanks, y/n! i’ll text you later tonight, okay?” he replied, not letting go of the bat and her hands. hikari smiled at you innocently, softly bowing her head to acknowledge you. you bowed back, muttering a “bye” to the both of them as you quickly walked away. biting the inside of your cheek to stop your tears from prickling down your face, you turned to your one and only coping mechanism— sleep. it was wonderful, you didn’t have to be bothered while you were sleeping; no worries, no thinking, no nothing. once you arrived at your dorm, you quickly changed into some more comfortable clothing before putting your phone on do not disturb. you didn’t bother to eat, you didn’t bother to do your work; you just let the darkness of your eyes consume you, letting your doubts about hikari and miyuki fade away.

“y/n? y/n, wake up.”

your body softly rattled against a hand that was shaking you awake, your eyes strained from you sleeping so early. you yawned and the first couple seconds you couldn’t see anything, until you saw a familiar face hovering over yours.

“kazuya? what are you doing here?” you whispered, propping yourself up with your elbows. you reached to grab your phone to check the time (which was 1:00 am, by the way) but you quickly got distracted with the 20+ messages that laid on your notification screen. all from the bestest bf in the entire universe ever <3.

“you weren’t answering my texts, so i came here myself.” he said, holding up the spare key you had given him. “what time did you sleep?” suddenly, before you could answer, the thought of him with hikari rushed back to your mind, making your chest rapidly rise and fall out of anxiety.

“oh, i’m sorry,” you uttered, quiet enough not to wake up your roommate. “i put my phone on dnd, and i was pretty tired from today. passed out early, i guess.. around five, six.”

miyuki could be oblivious, but you often forgot how perceptive he was; there’s a reason why he was seido’s greatest catcher after all, so when he noticed your unsteady breathing and the huge gulp you took, he knew something was wrong.

“do you want something to drink?” he asked, but before you could deny he was already dragging you out the door. he gently closed the door behind and draped his zip up hoodie over your figure, feeling that it was quite chilly.

“what about you?” you said, “aren’t you cold?”

“don’t worry about me, silly.” he chuckled. he sat you down on the bench and punched in the code for your favourite drink and handed it to you. “thank you,” you told him and drank it right away as if it would help you soothe your thoughts. it didn’t.

“i know something’s wrong,” he sighed, sitting next to you. his thigh was pressed against yours, as well as his shoulders, something he did to stay close to you. your eyes remained on your drink on your lap, not daring to meet his glowing orbs. you shrugged, “just tired.”

“y/n.”

a cold hand gripped on the side of your cheek, making you look at his piercing eyes. his eyebrows were furrowed, and it really did look like he was concerned about you, which you hated because you knew what you felt was silly— stupid, even.

“tell me. please,” he breathed, “let me take care of you, yeah?”

at last, the tears you so desperately didn’t want to let out finally streamed down your face as sobs escaped your lips. “don’t get mad, okay?” you sniffed, “i just saw you with hikari earlier, and you guys just looked so perfect. and then i felt a weird feeling in my stomach, and i didn’t know if i should’ve told you or not because you’re so busy and i don’t want you to worry about me because all of this is just stupid and i know you don’t have time for it and i’m just being immature and petty— i don’t want you to see me as someone clingy and i most definitely don’t want to bother you i’m sorry i’m so so—”

your run-on words were cut off with a warm feeling; his lips softly pressed against yours. it was light and gentle, lovingly, and when he pulled apart, his forehead remained on yours. “breathe, dummy. don’t forget to breathe.” he teased. you couldn’t help but cry even more, feeling so idiotic for putting something on him like this. he pulled you into his embrace and let you cry into his shirt, not caring about the stains you left. he pressed kisses into your hair and hummed.

“it’s not stupid,” he whispered, “stop putting yourself down like that.”

“but i trust you, and i know—”

“still. look at me.”

your eyes peeked out from his shirt, seeing the soft gaze that was only meant for you. he smiled, “i’m so sorry for being inconsiderate. i should’ve known what that must’ve looked like to you. all your feelings are completely understandable, i mean i wouldn’t want a guy to do that to you.” he sighed again, wiping your tears away with his thumb. “just because i’m busy, it doesn’t stop me from being the boyfriend i have to be for you. i will always listen to your worries and concerns, ain’t that what i’m here for?” you sniffled again, nodding your head.

“you’re not immature, petty, or clingy— i love everything about you. you’re definitely childish, though.” he joked. you playfully slapped his chest, scrunching up your puffy face at him. he laughed at the sight of this and pinched your cheeks. “you’re so cute.”

he brought you back into his chest and continued, “you’ll never be a bother to me, got it? don’t hold back, please tell me everything. i’m not the best with words, but gosh i’d do anything for you. i want to take care of you,” he tilted your head up with your chin and leaned in very close, so close that when he spoke, his lips were lightly brushing over yours.

“and i love you the most. there will be no one else, even if they loved baseball more than i did. it’s always going to be you.” with that, he came in for another kiss, this time much more passionate as he tried to pour all his love into this one intimate moment.

when he pulled away, you couldn’t help but ask. “so even if i don’t know anything about baseball, you’ll still love me like this?”

“hell yeah,” he replied. “baseball is its own thing, but you’re my everything.”

“you’re too cheesy, kazuya.”

and maybe it was stupid to feel like that. maybe it was stupid to even doubt him in the first place. but he always made sure you remembered that it was always going to be you; whether the world came crashing down or he was going through hell, he was always going to choose you and stay right by your side. and you were forever grateful for that, because he was indeed, the best in the world, and you wouldn’t have it any other way.

i wouldn’t say he’s overly talkative, but he’s not completely silent either. it’s almost like high shinsou is a slightly modified shinsou

but one things for sure, he does get hyper sensitive of his surroundings, and sound (and also touch, but that’s for you to find out tbh)

like,, his vision will slightly become clearer?? everything around him just suddenly looks a lot different to him

it’s really chill with him— almost to the point he’d fall asleep

but 🍃 with you is such a different story

when he’s alone, he prefers to play video games while he’s high on 🍃— the experience is just so much better to him.

but he ditches all of that once you’re in the picture— shinsou will chuckle as he watches you take a hit, dilated eyes zeroing in on you

Usually after a long, hard day out and about in the real world, all anyone ever wanted to do was go home and relax. No worrying about bills, chores, schoolwork or returning Mom’s worried calls because she had another bad dream about you dying for the 60th time. As soon as you stepped into the comfort of your home, all your worries melted away. At least until you needed to worry about them again.

Same went for Eren, who currently stood in front of his apartment, head slumped against the cool door to ease his headache. Work drained away any life that was left from him and then some. Luckily for him it was Friday, and he didn’t have another shift until Monday. Slowly, he lifted up the hand holding his key to unlock his door. He barely even had any energy to unlock his front door.

The quiet click of his lock unlocking filled the empty halls. The pounding headache in his head made it sound even louder, making him wince. Twisting the knob, he started to open the door. All he had to do was open the door all the way, get changed into his sleep clothes and wind down for the weekend--

“Rennie!” a soft voice called out to him. The pitter patter of feet filled the hallways, and a bunny lunged at Eren to engulf him into a hug.

Eren grunted and stumbled back a couple of steps in surprise. His hands came to wrap around your frame to keep you steady. “Hey, Bun. Didja miss me that much?” he chuckled, petting your soft ears.

Untucking your face from his chest, you looked up at him with sparkly doe eyes, nodding eagerly. “Miss you much! Lonely alone. (Y/N) no like,” you said clumsily.

Adopting you had been one of the best decisions in his life. Couple of months ago, he had mentioned being lonely to his friends, saying the empty apartment felt suffocating sometimes.

“Well, you could always adopt a hybrid,” Armin shrugged, drumming his fingers against the can of his iced tea. “They could always use a good home. Just do your research first, ‘cuz they can be a big responsibility.”

Right as he went home, he started reading up articles on hybrid care. How to adopt a hybrid, what to feed certain hybrids, how to keep them safe and happy at home, proper etiquette to take them outside, you name it. Eren wanted to be as prepared as possible to bring a new friend home.

He had gone to the shelter to adopt a dog hybrid, thinking it would be the best fit for his personality. However when he passed your pen going down to the dogs, he fell in love right away. Seeing your shy form huddled up in the corner nibbling on a chew toy made his heart melt. Right then and there, he told the volunteer he was going to take you home.

You didn’t know much English at first, only knowing a couple of words. Eren had worked tirelessly to teach you how to communicate, and his lessons paid off. Although you could only speak in broken sentences, you could still speak. Eren always patted himself on the back when he would hear you mutter random English phrases under your breath to practice.

“Awe, I’m sorry, Bun,” he cooed, leading you inside the house and locking the door behind him. “Hey, I have good news. Rennie’s going to be home for the weekend! We can spend as much time as you want together,” he cheered, watching your wide eyes grow even wider in excitement.

Your nose twitched and a quiet purr came from your throat. You tried your best to contain your excitement, you really did! But you knew your Rennie came home tired from work, and you wanted to make it easier for him.

“Rennie,” you said, tugging his shirt. He hummed and petted your ears more, urging you to continue. “Bun-- Bun dinner. I make. For Rennie!” you said, bouncing in his arms. Eagerly, you squirmed out of his arms to lead him to the kitchen. “Rennie no work! Rennie relax! Bun take care Rennie!” you chirped excitedly.

Oh, what a sight the kitchen was. Plates and pots were thrown carelessly around, stains he couldn’t identify were splattered everywhere, and half the pantry was sitting outside on the floor. On the table were two plates, filled to the brim with various leafy greens and hay, your usual meals. He could see that both plates had some bites taken out of it. You probably got hungry while “cooking” dinner and couldn’t resist sneaking in a bite or two.

With the state the kitchen was in, Eren knew he wouldn’t be able to relax right away like he wanted to. Already, he could already see himself on his knees scrubbing away at the mess you made.

But when he turned to look at you, all his tension faded away seeing your excited face stare up at him, waiting for his praise for doing such a good job.

Eren smiled softly and brought a hand to pet your head again, pressing a quick kiss to your forehead. “Thank you, Bun. I appreciate it,” he cooed. Seeing your elated face stare back up at him made his worries melt away. He could worry about cleaning some other time.
