Around 2008, @Oh_bako made original sprites of Cirno and Tewi and allowed open access to their sprite sheets. Oh-bako never used them in a M.U.G.E.N character but the sprites were used to make "Cirno AT" who references IOSYS' Cirno videos and versions of "Saikyo Cirno" who uses Dan Hibiki's moves.

The sprites are available on Oh_bako's website split into 5 links under 素材(チルノ) and 素材(因幡てゐ)

its something i dont think ive ever thought of but it is...really weird a lot of coloring books dont credit the artist, right? maybe i can get branded ones with mainly stock images but a lot of basic ones like that Halloween one is just weird that well likely never know who drew them?

I'm really hoping I'm not remembering it wrong or did see a name but threw the rest of the book out before I jotted it down.

In complete seriousness, they need to make laws about ads that say they can take no more than one, maybe two, clicks/taps to close/skip. No more "wait 10 seconds until you can skip the video, wait 10 seconds until you can skip the fake playable ad, wait 5 seconds until you can close the 'download now' overlay, puts up a half-screen in-app appstore pop-up (which at least you can close immediately)." This should literally be illegal to do.

Edit: this is blowing up so I just wanted to add (haha ad) that this was my "reasonable request" I also think there should be way more and way stricter laws around all advertising in general. I think most advertising as we know it today should be abolished.
