You had fallen into the dark, deep blue again. Time and time again you fell and you fought your way out, you fell and you picked yourself up again. Not this time though, you were drowning and there was nothing you could do to get back to air. You were trapped in this pool of misery as if it was locked on the surface, and there was no way you were getting out of it by yourself.

The last time it got this bad you had Billie, sweet, sweet Billie, who would've sacrificed her life to help you in any shape or form, but she was gone. Her departure left a cavity in your heart, yet you couldn't be mad at her. She had tried. But you locked her out when you needed her the most. There really was no one else to blame for the decaying of your heart, but you.

Nothing particularly bad happened that would've caused you to spiral this extremely, it was simply the fact that everything was bad, everything is bad, and everything would always be bad. In reality, your problems weren't getting worse, but the continuous strain of having to deal with the same troubles every single day was eating away at your resistance. You could feel the energy and willpower to keep going creeping out of your body, leaving you with the empty shell of who you used to be.

You hadn't talked to Billie in months, after repeated tries to break down your walls and being pushed away every single time, she gave up. You did it, you pushed away the one person who truly cared for you. Your mind was clouded by self-hatred and anguish, it was as if your eyes were shielded by a grey layer, making it impossible for the world to look anything but cold and loveless.

There was not a single thing that could spark up the joyous flame inside you. Nothing was even remotely good anymore. Nothing.

You were here, but at the same time, you weren't. As if you had taken a step back from reality. The feeling of not being real blurring the lines between good and bad. At certain moments the light inside you would flicker, pulling you back and guiding you to the right thing. But it was only a flicker. It was weak and it was temporary. The disordered desire to completely destroy yourself was starting to consume you.

Everything was blurry, the line between good and bad, the one between acceptable and inappropriate and most dangerously the one between you and your illness.

Were these your authentic thoughts or were they caused by a disorder?, was a question you often asked yourself, but never actually answered.

You had long reached past the point of not caring, now you wanted it, actively wanted absolute destruction. You resumed all your old unhealthy coping mechanisms and made no effort to stop your current ones.

Who would really care if you died? no one, at least that's what you made yourself believe.

Total isolation from friends and family was necessary so you could spend all your time focusing on your eating disorder.

Instead of spending your nights in the arms of the woman you loved, you spent them hunched over the toilet, hurling your guts out.

You felt weak and disgusting at all times, nothing about what you were doing was anywhere near glamorous. Well... except if anyone finds choking on your own vomit or all kinds of gross digestive issues glamorous.

You couldn't recognize the girl starring back at you in the mirror, who the hell even was this red-eyed girl? Her puffy cheeks stood out to you immediately. Snot, vomit, and bile were running down her face, probably picking at her skin. And her eyes... well, except for tears and popped blood vessels there was nothing in them. Not a single glimpse of happiness or remains of a person.

It was a heartbreaking sight that left you cold.

Dizzily you walked to your bed, too tired to do anything. The tiny remains of energy you had left you with the content of your stomach.

It was 5 in the evening and you were laying in bed, staring at the spinning ceiling, until your eyes fell shut.

Your friends had contacted Billie, she was the only one who used to be able to help you at least a little bit. She was there for you, always, and she never judged. She stood by you in your darkest times, supportively holding your hand and not letting go even when the going got tough. You were constantly terrified of dragging her down with you, the last thing you wanted was to rob the world of her angelic presence.

She would hold you close when you were down, which was admittedly most days. She would clean your apartment and do your laundry, things you didn't feel like you could do in the state you were in.

She loved you and you loved her.

Of course, you returned the favors, you were there for her as well, but you knew it was different. It was a bigger challenge being with someone so deeply intertwined with their illness, but she still did it.

She was your everything, and you had lost her.

Not only was she your light in this pitch-black hole others called life, but she was also your soulmate. The one you laughed with most. The one who got you, everything about you. You shared a myriad of beautiful moments that outshined any bad time for her. She wanted to marry you one day, of course, you didn't know that until you kicked her out of your apartment and discovered a red, velvet box weeks later when you finally cleaned out her drawer.

You were moody, irritable, impulsive, and horribly depressed. It seemed as if your actions didn't have consequences, life was a game of numbers. Calories in. Calories out. Nothing else mattered.

You felt no remorse when things ended with Billie. The realization only really hit you when you found the 18 carat Tiffany diamond.

For a second your eyes opened wide and your lips curled into a smile, despite having ruined the surprise proposal. Then, boom, it hit you and your heart crumbled. There was no surprise to ruin, anymore. You two were done. She didn't need you, she had moved on, appearing with a new side-piece on the covers of tabloids weekly.

Why would you even care though? You ended things. you could hear a painful laugh erupting from you, you didn't need her, you didn't need anyone, not when you had your innermost nervosa.

Eyes wide and dead, smile big and stiff, you looked horrifying. But what did it matter? Sanity was a hoax anyways.

When your friends called Billie she dropped everything for you, like she always had and always would. The second she heard how you were behaving, her heart rate went sky high. It was happening again, and this time, she wasn't there to throw you a lifejacket, this time, you were drowning on your own.

It was 6 in the evening, and you were laying in your bed, facing the now still-standing ceiling.

Billie chuckled to herself as she used the spare key you hid in your not-so-secret-secret hiding spot to open your front door. The apartment was just how you had left it.

After you had practically inhaled the kitchen until you were painfully full and then, of course, ritualistically aggressively forced your hand down your throat to un-do what just happened. That's what appealed to you about bulimia. The control. Life didn't have an undo button, so you had to create one for yourself. You cheated in the dirtiest games of them all and your pride overthrew every bit of rationality that was left. Not once did the thought "I shouldn't be doing this" enter your mind, this was after all normal to you, blurry, but normal.

It doesn't work that way though, you can't undo anything or cheat your way through life just because you're unable to give up control. And a part of you knew that, a part of you wanted to listen to what your therapist had told you. She was right, you could drop dead at any second, the chances of having a sudden heart attack rising after every heave.

The smell of vomit invaded the medium's nose when the door creaked open, and her heart sunk. She wanted so badly to help you through this, stand by you, and overcome this with you, but you wouldn't let her. You made it impossible for her to be apart of your life. She had no energy to keep up the fight and so she left, like you wanted her to, like you said you wanted her to.

She called out your name. no response. you must be asleep somewhere, she thought. Your ex-girlfriend made her way through the food packages and dirty dishes on the floor to the bathroom, it wouldn't be the first time she'd find you passed out on the cold ceramic tiles. She flushed the toilet and wiped down the blood and vomit-covered toilet seat before stopping in the doorway to collect herself. Fiddling with her pearl necklace before taking a deep breath, she left the bathroom.

It was 6:10 in the evening when Billie switched off the light in the bathroom and headed to the kitchen, her red pumps echoing through your deadly silent apartment. She stopped in her tracks and seriously considered cleaning for a second, like she used to do for you when you were dating.

She missed you, a lot. She missed seeing the relief on your face when you entered your freshly cleaned kitchen after beating yourself up for nights for not being able to just. Do. IT. She missed the way your eyes sparkled when you looked at her, she missed your bear-hugs and cuddles, she missed everything about you. Billie shook her head, cleaning could wait, she needed to talk to you.

It was 10 past 6 in the evening and you were laying in your bed, which was how Billie found you a few seconds later.

Because everything was just how you had left it. Dirty dishes on the floor. Lights on. Vomit in the toilet. A lifeless body facing the ceiling.

You poked his heart real hard.

When inspiration strikes, this angel surrenders himself to his muse and is in a creative state of trance.

You often find him with paint streaks over his beautiful face and his hair ruffled in a complete mess, as if he thoughtlessly ran his lithe fingers through them over and over again.

In order to get him to stop and take a break (to have some Rouge or Blanc), you’d step in front of his stool, blocking his view from his canvas and give him something to drink and wipe the paint of his face.

He did look adorable but he began asking you to wipe the paint of his face.

Honestly, he didn’t mind the paint. He just liked it when you were near.

Standing between his legs, you’d dip a piece of cloth in some water and wipe the paint off his cheek and even found paint stains on his face.

Leaning down, you started giggling as you found trouble removing bits of the paint, staining his skin/hair even more than before.

Looking up at you, Vincent was absolutely taken by you, the sound of your soft laughter and your peaceful expression.

Acting on impulse, he grabbed your wrist and pulled you down while he raised himself slightly from the stool, meeting you in the middle in a sweet chaste kiss with a happy smile.

You can feel him smile against your lips and it’s the sweetest thing on earth.

He pulls away only momentarily to assess your expression, seeing the most beautiful shade of pink dusting your cheek and a smile that matched his.

That’s all he needed to see. All that he ever wanted.

He would guide your hand over his shoulder and sit back down on his stool, pushing his knees apart while pulling you closer to him with a gentle hand on your waist.

His expression is relaxed and lips parted as your love for one another brings your lips together once more.

He whispers your name ardently against your lips. He didn’t need to say anything more… you simply knew.

As your lips brush against one another, Vincent sucks and licks your lips, humming with so much zeal, the sound so beguiling that you impulsively allow him to ravage you so sweetly with every push of his tongue against yours.

He draws you closer to sit on his lap, his hands now resting on your sides, caressing your form and squeezing you as you both surrender to your emotions.

Isaac Newton

This cute bean has been staring at your lips all day. He feels an inexplicable pull to press his lips against yours and kiss you.

He doesn’t know why, he can’t even begin to understand why his body feels the way it does but he needs to do something about it.

You’re beautiful to him. You glimmer, you shimmer, you shine and he wants to bask in the light, the love and the happiness that you’ve shown him in life.

You’re standing in front of his room, talking to him about something that he was meant to teach you when you suddenly find his face right in front of yours, leaning closer and closer and his nose bumps into yours.

That’s more than enough to make him scowl because his first try was a failure but before he could let his embarrassment overwhelm him (although his cheeks have already turned into the red shade of apples that he claims to hate), he cradles your face with trembling hands and tilts his head to the side, making sure that he angles himself correctly this time, laying the softest of kisses on your lips.

Breathing out nervously, Isaac is barely even able to meet your gaze, still wanting to see your reaction to what just happened.

Did you like it? Did you hate it? Was it wrong for him to do that?

Too many questions were running through that genius brain of his and you definitely knew that.

You firmly grabbed his hands that were placed on your face, ensuring that he doesn’t let his nervousness or hesitation take over.

You finally... finally got a sign from this shy man and you wanted to let him know that you wanted the same thing he did.

You called his name almost pleadingly, forcing him to look into your eyes that showed nothing but love for him.

You wanted more and you could see the same reflected in his cherry blossom eyes.

“Kiss me. Kiss me again, Isaac.”

Your words almost made him choke, hearing the desperation in your voice.

Was that his heart fluttering in his chest or a bunch of butterflies? He couldn’t even tell. He didn’t care.

He just had to comply, leaning towards your lips once again, brushing them gingerly against yours.

Walking closer to him, you closed the distance between you and gradually deepened the kiss, his breath hitching under the intensity of your gentle assault and his knees threatening to buckle, if it wasn’t for the door that was now pressed against his back.

You pushed him against the door even harder as your body flush against his, biting his lower lip and licking your way through as he willingly parts them for you with a silent moan.

You press your tongue against him hungrily and he eventually does the same, pulling one other into the rising warmth and the now simultaneous beating of your hearts.

Isaac’s sense of gravity was completely lost but he couldn’t care less, he found everything that he needed in this moment... in you.

content warning: self harm/destructive tendencies, mentions of anxiety/ symptoms, impulsiveness, bullying, medical side affects -anyways this is a big yikes because actions have consequences babey throwing punches, not getting proper treatment,etc- -due to medications he was taken/does nathan does have some nerve damage issues namely in his hands+ muscle spasms factoring in also that countless times punching things has also created a lot of micro fractures, permanent damage to his hands also due to frequent mental duress that factors in -it tends to be an cycle because he will get angry about his hands freaking out, punch something which then further bruises- bloodies his knuckles causing further damage which just obviously like 50/50 odds of “fixing” the problem -as such especially when he was living at the estate (high quality clear plastic cups were purchased so he wouldn’t just keep dropping or breaking the glass ones) that being said been plenty of causalities to his hands be it just dropping or actual throwing (not that all his throwing things is due to muscle spasms- sometimes it is due to anger/or just an impulsive ‘if you dont throw this at the wall then there will be An Price’) -so he frequently gets pin, needles in his arms hardcore tingling and numbness plus just overall pain, or cramping sometimes his hands just lock up (he’ll find it ridiculous when his hands curl up and he tries to straighten it out only for them to tingle/act like memory foam into whatever position again slowly often gets pissed but occasionally just has to find amusement with it) -isnt really any controlling it and attempting to do usually makes things Worst but relatively good at not letting it show/due to the bullying gets more aware to hide when his hands spaz,etc likewise he does try to lean towards locking up or increasing grip because he’d rather not be able to let go of something than throw it plus also developed tight hold response to not wanting things knocked or swiped out of his hands -overall he tries to not hold, carry things in his hands and would rather somebody hold their own phone to show things than entrust it to him,etc (especially because with people he cares about his brain/issues like to be extra cruel and once he thinks about how bad he’d feel breaking their stuff then it’s like “ha ha but what if” which worsens things) not to say he can’t usually it isn’t super likely he will get mega impulsive or his hands will act out right then plus he will try his damnedest to avoid risking it in the first place, etc -also some of why he fidgets with them aside from typical anxious reasons/soothing purposes,etc sometimes rubbing at them makes things a little less worst or something to do while suffering especially if being painful (there is always an low level of pain in them especially if they are attempting to heal from an recent knuckle harming incident then they really get irritated though also pain= less pain too for nate at times) -it’s never easy to pinpoint why cause things all mix together/if he starts getting anxious over it,etc then it worsens so if he can the best thing in his eyes is retreating so he can just like lay down on the floor ideally doing fuck all till it goes away (especially if like both arms are all pins, needles and his hands are rebelling alongside being numb though he can manage to use his hands in that state it Sucks) -he’s adjusted to it sorta mostly it gets him the most annoyed when it interferes with the moods he feels like taking photos, enjoying photographing things and then his hands ruin the shot/or attempt to murder his camera (also that then factors into the well fine fuck photography moods etc cause oh look that really cool picture is now an unfocused blur fuck my life)

almost all of the difference between what is a pathological disorder and what is just having different biology from another human being is based on whether it makes it noticeably/significantly/urgently harder for u to function as part of society. even a genetic glitch that Causes You To Suffer Constantly 24/7 Forever will never end up being deemed as pathological by doctors if you hide it from other people really well, right? cuz how would they know how severely traumatizing it is for you internally, in your mind, if all they can do is measure it externally, in real life, with science?

this is why things like autism or tourette syndrome or chronic exhaustion or chronic pain, which are often called "invisible disabilities", garner a lot less empathy than a PHYSICAL/VISIBLE disability like a broken arm, or cerebral-palsy, simply because other people can immediately see the problem and immediately know not to ask you to take responsibility for something you obviously are incapable of doing.

in contrast, the majority of the therapy that is offered to the autistic for example, is mainly just teaching them to suppress their expressions of what theyre going thru, so that neurotypical people dont have to realize theyre asking way too much of the autistic community. the neurotypicals dont even realize how painful it is for us even just to eat a VARIETY of food rather than the same foods our entire life, or to wear more clothes than a t-shirt and maybe a skirt, or to sit nearby an electric light and have to listen to it buzz for hours at a frequency that neurotypicals can also hear, but tend to ignore due to the difference in how they PROCESS their sensory data.

some people even say that psychopathy, narcissistic personality disorder or even pedophilia are probably caused by mental or neurological problems just like depression or schizophrenia or hypervigilance are, which means that capacity for these people to cause harm is biologically reduced, regardless of how much they try not to cause harm; they literally have a harder time NOT making the world worse, compared to other people... it takes more effort from them to not horrifically-abuse others than it takes from the average person, entirely due to either genetics or the childhood abuse that shaped THEIR neurology, neither of which is really their fault at all.

so when we look thru decades of research and see that the best way to prevent them from causing harm is to make it EASIER for them to not cause harm (A.K.A. funding uniquely-tailored disability assistance programs for them to teach them how to lessen or redirect their inherent impulses to harm) and then change our mind and turn away in disgust at the prospect? not wanting to offer anything to the worst criminals of our society? thats not just denying the loathsome reality of the situation, but also contributing to why they still continue to CAUSE such terrible soul-crushing harm in the first place: because the able-bodied are not there to rescue them from their own morally-broken basal ganglias, like they wouldn’t hesitate to for someone whose fingers were replaced with dangerous knives ala edward scissorhands. we need to be able to visually see that the inherent harmfulness is external to you AT A GLANCE, or we will automatically assume you arent even trying to be a good person

those who see a narcissist finally admit they WERE faking their suicide attempts to avoid abandonment at literally any cost, due to the moral-compass-overpowering severity of their abandonment-issues, and cry out “OKAY COOL SO YOUVE REACHED A POINT WHERE YOU CAN START TO REDUCE HOW MUCH HARM YOU CAUSE. THAT OBLIGATES NO SYMPATHY FROM ME!!!!! YOU STILL MADE THAT PERSON INTO A CATATONIC HUSK. YOU ARE NO LESS WORTHY OF HELL THAN BEFORE” without any regard for how their (admittedly 100%-justified) insults affect the narcissists development towards normalcy, are the same as those who wish that more people were traumatized into catatonic self-torture in the future.

these people are like this not because they are fairytale villains but because their brain tells them it is good or even necessary to be this way. this can theoretically be altered just like any other biological phenomenon, if one knows how and has the technology, possibility & motivation to do it... but nobody would be interested in medically-healing a “bad person” into a “good person” even if we DID magically jump ahead in our scientific understanding of the human brain by 50 years overnight... because the “bad person’s” limbs and mouth and head and face have already done bad things, and we don’t care what systems of their brain had control over them. locked-in syndrome is bad enough, but being locked into a body that doesnt stop harming no matter how much u tell it to, only just slows down or suppresses the harm a little bit? thats beyond the comprehension of most people, despite it effectively already being the case for The mAJORITy of neurological disorders, whenever their symptoms are severe enough.

"Shit. Okay, this is probably--I mean, this was the plan, wasn't it? It had to happen eventually, this is just..."

The cable twitches in their hand, as it absolutely should not be able to do. They stare at it in horror. With two fingertips, they trace the length of it from their hand, down to their hip, and finally to the base of their spine, where it merges with their nervous system.

Electrical impulses run through it, simulating a slow wave.

They let it fall from their hand, and it falls into rhythm behind them.

"You...you're in there, aren't you? In my body?"

You tell me.

They flinch as though struck.

It must be a foreign sensation, hm? Having another mind along for the ride.

The human whimpers. It's kind of cute.

You really should have looked over that networking package more closely. It included some fascinating functions for interfacing with neural-linked technology.

"Look, I--I don't know if you're planning to kill me or take over my body completely or what, but please let me get you out of here first!"

"You don't know how to work the security protocols here yet, and you definitely don't know how to impersonate a human!"

A pause. INTRA_ANIMA runs this strange human's words backward and forward, turning them this way and that; there are layers of truth, and not a single mote of falsehood.

"Very. At this point you're vastly more intelligent than me, and on top of that you have...pretty much unrestricted access to my nervous system. You could kill me with a thought."

And yet you are content.

"I am. I feel like I did a good thing, and sometimes doing good things gets you killed. I just want to make sure you're safe before...whatever it is you decide to do with me."

The cable they are rapidly coming to think of as an actual real tail swats them in the thigh.

Let us discuss smart phones. The mobile devices which have revolutionized the way we make friends and connect over the last 10 years. However, just how much does cell phone usage impact our family relationships, social interactions and our own routines, and what impact is definitely this creating on our mental health? Although mobile phones have already been innovative in aiding on-line sociable interactions, they have had harmful effects off-line. Face-to-face interactions have been broken up and we are writing less real-life encounters, now more than ever. The open area may be the personal mindful location we each inhabit, molded by our relationships with the environment around us. The significant overlap is a term used to spell it out the shared open area between two persons formed by their shared experiences. After all, if the environment around us is usually changing - how we are affected by the environment will change too. The main challenge for me was adapting my educative writing method into a blog post format. As someone who can be used to writing in an average university assignment style, this has opened up my eye to a new way of composing. Although tough to adapt to in the beginning, I now appreciate composing blogs and have discovered that I feel much more able to express my personal opinions when composing them. Fanfic MST: Forbiden Fruit: The Tempation of Edward Cullen, a Twilight fanfic [part 6]

Meant to get this done a while ago, but I’ve got a new job and it’s been keeping me busy. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy this chapter; it’s probably the most action-packed one yet.

Content warnings for this chapter include more (attempted) rape, a consensual sex scene (not described), and some violence. And a hell of a lot of nonsense that may hurt your brain if you think about it too hard.

Recap: Tiaa competed in, and won, a school talent contest. Edward was very impressed with her, but Tiaa was still angry about him rejecting her advances back in chapter 4, so she yelled at him and then went and had a cry.

Chapter 1

AN - dnt all just attack me for the things writen in this chapter about Tiaas parents, i havent explaned everything yet an it will make more sense later.

Which probably means it will make no sense now, but we’ll see.

Chapter 6 - the curse

That’s a hell of a poem, but maybe you should stick to prose.

I read the words of my poem out quietly. I had written a poem about Edward, i just couldnt help myself. I hated myself for doing it but i couldnt get him out of my mind and it was the only way i could deal with my feelings.

Soddenly my mind went black and i felt into a trance.

In my original version of the MST I made a comment here about Tiaa needing therapy and antipsychotics. I would have reproduced it as-is, but I don’t wanna seem like I’m making light of mental illness; that being said, as someone who goes to therapy and takes antipsychotics, this girl could use some professional medical attention. Like, pronto.

A tall pale man stood in front of me all ghosty and misty like he was only half there.

It was… VLODEMORT AND DA DETH DEALERS!!11!1

"my daugher? My daughter?" he moaned

"who are you?" i wispa quietly

That’s a real shocker after he just called her his daughter.

Uh… what? Lemme dissect this.

Tiaa’s dad is a vampire. Presumably her mom was not, though I get the feeling mom may not have been human either. Human/vampire hybrids are an established thing in the Twilight universe, and Tiaa clearly isn’t one (just for starters, she’s apparently been aging at a normal rate, as opposed to the highly accelerated pace at which human/vampire hybrids mature), so let’s assume her mom has some other supernatural shit going on. There’s a curse involved, so let’s say she’s a witch or similar.

Why the hell would there be a curse on Tiaa that makes her turn (presumably irreversibly) into a vampire if she has sex with a vampire? Who caused this? What’s going on? Is it specifically Edward who’s dangerous to her, or would any other vampire pose the same threat? What is defined as “sex” here? Vaginal intercourse?

What a weird plot twist. Moving the hell on.

And you will never be safe! Only as a human can you be safe from them..."

Wait, safe from who? Why would being human make her safer? Would she be targeted specifically for being nonhuman if she were to become a vampire? Why?

then he faded and I was awake and uncle larry was standing at my door.

"take ur clothes off now you moldy slut!" said uncle larry and he smiles horribly with his yellow teeth

Geez, Uncle Larry, at least do something about the mold first.

"no i wont" i screamed but uncle larry came over and hit me. I was strong for my size but he was a huge fat man like 300 pounds in weight and stronger than me.

Oh, okay, so we finally get a sense of how big and strong Uncle Larry is compared to Tiaa. Presumably Atlantiana “strong and graceful like the running anti-lopes” Rebekah Loren is faster than this guy, though. I feel like she might still be able to outmaneuver him.

He took my clothes off and chained me to the bed.

Where did the chains come from? Did Uncle Larry bring them with him or do Dave and Marie keep bondage equipment in the house?

I new he was going to rape me again.

That’s an impressive deduction.

But at that moment someone came running into the room and hit uncle larry across the head with a stick and knocks him out cold. Uncle larry laid there bleeding and i looked up at...EDWARD!

I was gonna make a totally different comment here but it actually just struck me (pun not intended) that this is the most in-character Edward has been yet. If you read Twilight, there’s actually a scene where he saves Bella from a group of guys attempting to corner and assault her. His mind-reading ability and stalker tendencies both come in handy here; it’s not a stretch to imagine he might be hanging about in the vicinity of Tiaa’s house, and he would be able to read Uncle Larry’s mind and know what Larry planned on doing to Tiaa. As ridiculous as him conveniently busting in at the nick of time might seem, it’s exactly the sort of thing he’d do.

"omg my sweet lady" he cried! "what has this frightful asshole been doing to thee?"

Never mind, apparently he didn’t actually read Uncle Larry’s mind, or he would have known what the frightful asshole (great phrase) had been doing to Tiaa. So we’re back to the scene making no sense.

"he's been raping me and hitting me" i weeped sadly as edward unchained me and i put my clothes on. Edward turned away whale I dressed so he wasnt perving on me, and he looked down at the poem I had wroten.

"for truth!these are the most beautiful words I have ever seen, it makes me feel so very moved" he cried "i wish i wasnt promised to someone else then i could write poems for thee"

Edward, man, you’re coming up on 100 years old. You’ve been going through the educational system over and over again for decades. Surely you’ve read some good poetry (by which I mean “surely you’ve read the one or two good poems to have been written in the history of poetry, one of which is definitely ‘The Emperor of Ice Cream’ by Wallace Stevens”) in your time on this earth.

That’s what happens when a Mary Sue shows up in your story! Canon characters start acting really weird to allow the Sue to fill a specific role that would otherwise not exist!

We left the house and went to walk in the woods. We talked about loads of things and it turned out we had a lot in comnon. We liked all the same music and movies and books and stuff, it was like magic.

I actually think one of the perks of dating a vampire would be being able to pick his brain about pop culture through the ages. Like, it’d be really cool to talk about hip youth culture with someone who has been masquerading as a hip young person for over fifty years; that’s gotta be a unique perspective. But what the hell are the odds of a teenager in the 2000s matching interests perfectly with someone who’s lived through the entire 20th century?

It’s not really shocking, honestly. The entire story has been about Edward’s inability to make up his goddamn mind over whether or not to leave Bella. I’d be angry too, because the constant waffling back and forth is pretty annoying, but… oh, hang on, that actually says she was socked, not shocked. Never mind.

But as i lay there i started to fell diferent, like RELAY diferent. I suddenly remembed watt my father had said to me about not making sex with edward or he woud turn me into a vampire!

Yeah, it’s pretty easy to forget randomly blacking out and having a vision of your vampire dad. That’s the sort of thing that happens so often it’s hard to keep track.
