Welp, I just watched the first episode of Miss Sherlock, and I am hella gay.

#I'm not in the habit of posting original opinions on this blog but I guess being a fandom of one for Sesame the Fox last week got me in the #habit. #Anyway I was a little reluctant to start this show because the title felt a bit like it was pandering. #Like I thought it was going to be made somehow stereotypically girly to appeal to what women are supposed/believed to like rather than a #serious mystery/crime drama. But no! #Sherlock is totally kick-butt and I love her so much! かっこいい‼️ (My phone auto-suggested that emoji and you know what I'm going for it.) #Wato-san - whose name is TWO puns I love it! - isn't annoying or bad-tempered at all and I'm already getting a bit of gay vibes between her #and Sherlock #and the Long Man is in it!! still one of my favorite bits i ever got to commit was pretending not to know who jesus is when a street preacher was evangelizing to me. he was like "do you know who jesus is?" and i had so much time before my next bus and i wanted to know what would happen so i said no. and you know what. he had clearly never been told no to that question before because if i hadn't actually known who jesus was, his baffled and fumbling attempt sure wouldn't have told me. literally reversed the roles. now you get to stand here feeling very uncomfortable and wishing you could be somewhere else because guess what buddy, this is my bus stop, im early (and can catch like five other buses from this exact stop), and im now thoroughly invested in hearing about this mysterious jesus figure. you're locked in here with me. im eating the key as we speak. i will kill us both before i let you out of here.

very highly recommend this bit if you can pull it off and if you have time to kill

i hear your constantly sleep deprived tim drake. allow me to raise you one sleep deprived BUT prone to napping/passing out tim drake.

after a 72 hour mission, with no sleep, tim finishes up his report at the bat computer, stands up, takes three steps to the left, and curls into a ball on the floor and sleeps right there. Bruce finds him and moves him to somewhere more comfy.

alternatively, when he’s stressed and doesn’t want anyone to bother him, Tim finds the most inconvenient, out of sight place to nap so he can get back to work once he’s done. unfortunately sometimes he gets caught.

Jason: Why is Tim in the tea cabinet?

Dick: He’s tired, leave him be. I think this is the first time he’s slept in like two days.

ADHD tip: if u need to remember something, inconvenience urself with it.

works best with physical objects obviously but just. oh i keep forgetting my lunch box before work? now after prepping it i set it in front of the door so i cant leave without moving it. dont wanna forget to take my pills? well in about to eat dinner so im gonna set the pillbox down right where my plates gonna go. gotta deal with x before bed? well, ill set it on my bed so i cant sleep without moving it. make it so that u cannot proceed with another task without interacting with the forgetfullness object.

u can also sub in an object that maybe isnt the task itself but is a related reminder object (detergent for laundry, trash bag to replace bag when u throw out the damn trash, etc)

and not in the VICINITY of another task, like. the reminder object is On Top Of my game controller and i cant play video games without being reminded "oh i had TASKS".
