kenma is my spirit animal. wanting to stay home and play games all day is a Big Mood™️ and i am typing this at work while wishing i brought my switch with me so i can play animal crossing. kenma plays animal crossing. fight me on this. i bet you he has the most well decorated island out there with all the hybrid flowers y'all. i bet he's already completed the full catalogue too. so without further ado, i present:

bf!kenma

* "give me a while to get to the save point and i'll be right with you"

* that's probably the most common statement you hear from him

* people around you joke that you're the third wheel to kenma's relationship with games and sometimes it seems true lmao

* this boy's got no chill when it comes to games. when a new game comes out, he's camping online to buy it. heck, he probably has early access, and does beta testing.

* either you're a gamer like him and you join him in the playthrough

* or you've effectively lost him for the next 5days. good luck trying to get him to leave his spot.

* sometimes you almost have to beg him to stop playing. kuroo says snatch away his device, but that makes kenma mad at you, so you don't do that. he's just too precious to hurt like that (;-;) protect him

* kenma likes dates at your place. free wifi, and he can steal your snacks. ofc there is also u. what's there not to like? mmhmm how about the fact that you're last on the list huh kenma. KENMA. GET BACK HERE AND ANSWER THE QUESTION KENMA

* he's lazy af. as much as possible he doesn't wanna leave the house. his idea of an ideal date would be you and him lazing around in the same space doing your own thing. and then maybe snuggling a little when you want each other's attention.

* talking about snuggling. kenma... likes it a lot. he will never admit it. ever.

* he's shy, so he's not good at initiating touch. he relies a lot on you being clingy or something and then giving in to you (//∇//)

* ofc you notice this. kenma is essentially a cat. catma

* you'll probably feel a lot of love when he initiates hugs or cuddles first. and it's probably because he's not feeling so good and he doesn't wanna wait for u to feel needy. (i hope you are clingy, just so my baby kenma can be happy)

* so you guys communicate a lot with touch. you squeeze each other's hands when you're walking around. a lot of communication is nonverbal. facial expressions, body language. a lot of hand squish look up points at cafe nodding change walking direction sort of interaction. so fking cute i could die.

* it's a very lovey dovey atmosphere, without the usual squealing that those types of couples do. inner squealing

* basically kenma wants to be touching you all the time. holding hands if you're out and walking about, or maybe at home with your head on his lap or legs intertwined while you both are engaged in something else. it makes him feel connected to you.

* but it also goes the other way, when you guys are fighting, and you're not touching, he will get really bad withdrawal symptoms :( he will wanna hold u more, but he can't cos you're fighting (;-;)

* kenma doesn't know what to do when you're emotional.

* he will panic and ask hinata. hinata will also not know what to do. he will give kenma bad advice which does not suit him and kenma will follow it.

* you'll open your door to kenma with flowers and a very odd apology routine. you will forgive him anyway because it's so cute how he is trying so hard.

* he gets worried when you're sick.

* again will not know what to do. will ask kuroo for help this time. kuroo will troll him.

* kenma will turn up at your door with food, medication (kuroo is not that big a sadist nor is he out to destroy his best friend's relationship yeah) but also in a weird costume. think: kenma in a fluffy sheep costume from head to toe, shy and blushing "i brought you warm soup and drugs medication. can i come in"

* it will be really cute and you will thank kuroo inwardly but you'll also know that your poor boyfriend is Suffering.

* please tell him what you would prefer or what you would like him to do next time before he listens to unintentional/intentionally bad advice.

* kenma will not want you coming to his matches (whether volleyball or game tournaments). he will avoid telling you the dates. you'll figure it out anyway. you try not to go but if there's a live stream you'll watch it.

* the one time you went in person you were like (°▽°)! totally blown away cos he is so cool hehehehhehe. you'll bug him to let you come. he will still oppose but he won't stop you.

* kenma worries about outside dates. he doesn't like going out much, so he doesn't know what to do or where to go. he will seek bad advice. only inouka will give him normal advice thank the heavens. give inouka haagen daz. you'll finally go on a somewhat normal date. kenma will need a lull period before you guys go on an outside date again

Hahaha that's true Woowoo-chan, all the old commercial breaks of them hitting us the face also lives in my mind rent free. I remember seeing a fanmade one of the Miya Twins but instead of serving they were arguing and one of them hit Kita in the back of the head with a volleyball while the plastic bottle fell down on its own 🤣. Also, did you see the new Haikyuu mochi plushies?! The Bokuaka ones are so cuteee and I managed to purchase them so I cant wait for Bokuaka to arrive!- Bokuaka anon

What I spoiled myself with at Anime Expo 2017 from Day 1 & 2 💖👋🏼 My best friend Erick and I are still considering going tomorrow but we're not entirely sure yet! We're completely happy and satisfied with our adventures so far so we'll be content not going tomorrow, and aren’t planning on going on Day 4. If I go tomorrow I'll know it's a sign to pick up the prints I wanted to nab at Artist Alley, honestly there is soooo much talent! So I’m just going to chat about what I bought because I am SO IN LOVE.

MiniVanVan* made the absolute killer Sailor Moon t-shirt (AND that adorable Usagi eating toast vinyl sticker) and SHE WAS SO SWEET! She searched high and low for the shirt in my size and offered me a discount for a slight ink error! The shirt is SOOOO RIDICULOUSLY SOFT and the color is perfection and I can’t wait to wear it! Also, my boyfriend wants to steal this shirt from me already.

MiniVanVan shared a booth with the cutest Mis0Happy* artist!!! I’ve liked her work for soooo long but I just ended up leaving with that cute lil sticker of the girl sitting on the saturn! I’m gonna stick her on the cover of my daily planner heheh!

I can't find the artist who made the BNHA stickers, I think I dropped her business card and I forgot to save her booth on the AX app and she was sooo awesome :'( [if you know who the artist is PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!] She made the sticker sheet and the Crying Deku sticker!

The Haikyuu!! Karasuno pin is from Made by BING (link goes to their running Storenvy shop!!) Erick and I got matching ones to rep our baby crows. They made pins for all the main Haikyuu!! teams!!!!!!!

I got a Gudetama keychain, an AX2017 lapel pin sold at the AX merch booth, and the 105th Cadets lapel pin was FREE attending the Attack on Titan Season 2 panel on Day 1!

I REALLY wanted to buy prints from the incredible Memorille* (THE HAIKYUU!! AND BNHA AND YURIO PRINTS WERE SO COOL)

As well as prints from Kehasuk!* (the artist who created this year’s AX cover page!) (I have been eying the Kill la Kill and Sailor Moon prints from AGES, and now the BNHA and Miyazaki World prints!)

AAAAAAAAAND IT WAS A FIGHT TO THE DEATH FOR THE YURI NENDOROID! We were lucky and both got Group C (11:30am) on Day 1 at the Good Smile Company booth with their new ticket line system! We both bought the Yuri Free Skate Ver. Nendoroid and the Little Witch Academia animation frame prints! The purchases came with the Akko stickers!

Anyways, I am so happy and fulfilled! I’ll post photos later of everything else. I wanted to watch the new episode of BNHA but my eyes hurt lol.

i heard they are releasing new hq!! nendoroids and i am STOKED (but also poor so i will just... attempt to restrain myself).

today i present u bf!akaashi just because i rewatched s2 recently and he is such a joy i wish he had more scenes so i also reread haikyuu-bu!! just to have more of this boy

what can i say this boy is shy. he probably doesn't know how to express himself well

so he doesn't really say much in terms of overt affection, but he shows you how much he loves you by taking care of you.

if you're sick, he's bringing you food. if you got hurt accidentally, he's wrapping you in bandages. he does everything so quietly, chiding you sometimes

"you really need to be more careful, y/n."

"i worry about you." just imagine his soft voice saying those words omg. i would die to hear it

when he does say i love you he says it in such a simple, honest way that it touches even the corners of your heart. you'll want to hug him and stay in his arms forever o(^▽^)o

secretly a jealous bean. he doesnt like it when you give attention to other guys, especially to bokuto.

maybe you just enjoy being chaotic neutral, and u egg bokuto on sometimes

please just stop encouraging bokuto's antics, you'll be the death of him, akaashi's probably forever having to clean up after bokuto's messes so... he wishes you two never met tbh

he probably won't let you meet any of the other fukurodani members either, he thinks they will corrupt you, especially yukippe.

post time skip ahead, warning

he likes calm dates, like going to a cafe or library. but he also will take you to watch bokuto's matches, because he secretly wants to see if bokuto is doing okay and he will regret letting you meet hinata (either you are overwhelmed by the literal sun or u get dragged into hinata's overexcited puppy pace and either way he feels... well not good)

sometimes bokuto drags you two on double dates. when he is particularly annoyed at bokuto, he sighs and rubs his thumb in circles over your hand to calm himself down. it's a small action that bokuto will never notice since akaashi is always holding your hand, and it's also a sign for you to start helping him rein in bokuto.

you're so used to having to help him with bokuto's messes that at this point bokuto is probably your adopted child. save akaashi. he will never escape this man

he likes movie dates, but he never has a preference for any movie. he just likes to hold your hand in the dark. (≧∀≦)

ofc with his job as an editor he obviously will tear apart the plot after the movie, if it was bad, prepare yourself for some minor ranting. he stops after a while tho, he sees no point in staying annoyed over such things

he likes being alone with you. home movie dates will be common. 90% chance of turning into a koala and not letting go of you, 100% if he has been jealous recently or he was tired at work. something about the way you smell like soap and fresh laundry makes him feel like he is home.

pda isn't common. it's more likely he will show physical affection at home or in private. he likes to to be the big spoon and bury his head in the crook of your neck. when you ask him about his day, he mumbles into your skin, and the vibrations of his voice makes you melt.

not surprisingly, he's very tender and affectionate when you're alone together.

he knows your coffee order. he knows what you like to eat when you're sad, and also what you like to eat when you're stressed. he will memorise the little things about you.

arguments aren't common. he's very ok with you leading or making decisions as long as it's not too far outside his comfort zone. you're also basically his comfort zone so... there's not much to disagree on. he just likes to see you happy omg pls this man's so soft

when you do argue, it's not a loud argument. his brows furrow in annoyance. he's most likely to give up after a while and just keep quiet. after a while when you're both calmer he will slowly ask about it and you two will discuss it properly this time.

he apologises with skinship, you cant change my mind, he will hold you and kiss you everywhere, from your forehead to your fingers and up your arms back to your lips.

expect apology flowers the next day, too

the way he texts you is simple, and straight to the point. he doesn't use emojis.
