HUNTER×HUNTER (2011) - dude you will love this

Kekkai Sensen - it’s fun, great characters, don’t 100% understand the plot

Soul Eater - it’s my brand, you saw this coming

Arslan Senki (TV) - by the creator of fma

BLEACH - dude i love this anime so much. skip the filler arcs but there’s a few one off filler eps worth watching

BURN THE WITCH - by the creator of bleach. watch after bleach and read the one shot first

Enen no Shouboutai - by the same author as soul eater, it’s so glowy and fun

Magi: The labyrinth of magic - god the manga gets truly terrible but as far as the anime gets is so good

Ansatsu Kyoushitsu - so much fun

Ao no Exorcist - ignore the ending of s1, they went anime original then decided to adapt s2 and it makes little sense but overall good

Durarara!! - i don’t think this is technically shounen but it’s a load of fun

Kemono Jihen - not something i think about ever but i really enjoyed when i was watching

NARUTO - tbh i think you just need to watch this to understand. skip fillers and know the cunin exam arc is where it starts getting good. i’m sorry but you need to do this

Noragami - they’re good kids

Ookiku Furikabutte - cute baseball gays

THE GOD OF HIGH SCHOOL - not technically shounen bc it’s source is korean but it’s so fun, the webtoon is better though ofc

EDENS ZERO - i feel like there’s a law where there must always be ongoing anime by mashima

Kuroko no Basket - tbh i’m surprised you haven’t seen it

Shokugeki no Souma - it’s v ecchi so if you don’t like i don’t blame you, the first ep is probably the worst but overall it’s v fun

Yowamushi Pedal - i will always rec sports lbr

One Punch Man - i think this might technically be seinen but if you like mp100

Owari no Seraph - it’s like snk but vampires and actually likable characters

Kuragehime - fun story about loving yourself

Ouran Koukou Host Club - the greatest romcom of all time

Zankyou no Terror - love me a good thriller

Akatsuki no Yona - i love when romances have actual plots. also super likable characters

Baccano! - it’s a ride

Cross Game - sports romance that’s really about the drama more than the sport

Gin no Saji - farming anime by the same author as fma, to help you heal from how fma will destroy you

Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun - it cute and the manga made me cry

Karin - this has been one of my favs since middle school, just a cute romance

I need to go to sleep, but the Delicious in Dungeon/Dungeon Meshi discussion is reminding me of Attack on Titan/Shingeki no Kyojin. When the title sounds weird in English, and the Japanese isn't too hard to grasp, I can see why people prefer the Japanese. For Dungeon Meshi I feel like it makes even more sense because Dungeon is borrowed so directly from English, so "Dungeon Meshi" is not hard to say. It's shorter, even. I get why it needed an English title, because meshi isn't a commonly known word, but I bet it'll become a lot more well known now.

I feel like this might be an ongoing list of how titles get treated, as I think of them.

My top 10 (and more) best openings and endings... in the anime story?

Today I bring you my favorite anime opening and endings, they are just my personal taste and the love I have for them. This list don’t have any order. Click the title to watch the video ♡

1. One Piece - Opening 1

Of course, it has to be the first ever opening of One Piece; with more than 20 years in broadcast, the anime has many good openings (and the few endings it has are also great), but the most memorable and iconic is undoubtedly We Are! By Yoko Ishida.

2. Naruto - Openings 2, 3 & 4

The first era of Naruto, and probably the one that was in the childhood of many people too, and although in Shippuden there are many good openings and endings (highlight above all Silhouette), the first openings hit in a different way: Haruka Kanata by ASIAN Kung Fu Generation, GO!!! by FLOW and the one that is extremely special to me Kanashimi wo Yasashisa ni by Little By Little.

3. Gangsta Opening

It is very likely that there are not many people who know this anime, much less its opening, but this one has a little piece of my heart, besides being very good (in my opinion) and having super interesting characters. Renegade by STEREO DIVE FUNDATION.

4. Kuroko no basket - All Openings

All, absolutely all Kuroko's openings are good, with an aesthetic that leaves no one unsatisfied and songs that are consistent with the plot, in addition to being Kuroko no basket one of those animes that I remember with great affection, but I do have to stand out one, that would be the opening 5 Punky Funky Love by GRANRODEO.

5. Haikyuu - Opening 1

I have to admit that I never managed to finish the first season of haikyuu, and therefore I don't have much to say about it, but I do remember that all the songs, both the openings and the endings were excellent, worthy of playing in osu, so I put here the opening 1 Imagination by SPYAIR.

6. Kamisama Hajimemashita - Opening 2

Again, I have to say that my love is present to decide this, but all the seasons of Kamisama Hajimemashita are great, and all his songs performed by Hanae are completely no skip, but in this case, I prefer the opening 2 Kamisama no Kamisama for the dynamism of its animation.

7. Ao Haru Ride Opening

And again and again, a shoujo Opening is here, but I have to say that I really love the genre, and of course I love the openings, and more if we consider that a great artist interprets this song. The song is called Sekai Wa Koi Ni Ochiteru and is by CHiCO with HoneyWorks

8. Jujutsu kaisen - Ending 1

I think I already talk about this before, and if I don’t, here I can say how great this endings is. Jujutsu Kaisen is well known for its style of animation, and all their openings are just amazing too, but we must considerate the boom that the endings was for the anime community and for the just released animation, even if Ali are cancelled, Lost in Paradise is still an amazing song.

9. Beastars - Opening 1

And right here we have another song by Ali, that by the time this opening was released they were at their best, the song is called Wild Side and it is undoubtedly an excellent song, but the most striking thing about the opening is not only this, but the stop motion style that was so new for an anime opening.

10. Daisy kyoukai no kanta

And the last one, the ending that I remember with a lot of love, and that may not be popular or a wonderful thing, but it is without a doubt for me, from the song, the animation and the representation of the story that it shows, Daisy by Stereo Dive Foundation.

Hi....Can I ask (if you don't mind), what are your top 10 favorite anime (until now)? And why do you like them? Sorry if you've already answered this question before....Thank you.....

Normally, I don't keep a permanent favorite because I watch a lot of animes since i was a child. And,when I start to like one a lot, it becomes "my favorite" in the moment. But there are certain animes that, while not necessarily the best, I was obsessed for a long time. it depends a lot on the moment I started watching it, how my mind was at the time and such. I'll name a few of these, but they're not necessarily favorites, and they're not in order. They're some that I've been obsessed with for so long that I'd look at and think about their content all the time, and until I found a new anime that made me feel like that, everything else seemed dull. (Also, I forgot a lot of animes names and all. i watched literally so much animes that i tend to forget( especially if this have just one season, since normally i watch in a day, watched, i mean, now i dont have the time;-;), and remember just when someone say its name/ show a picture of it lmao).

(Also, i will not say animes that are too new(like vanitas no carte) or ones that the adaptation wasnt good/ inferior in some way for me, but i was obsessed with the manga/manhwa, like tokyo ghoul, tower of god, promised the neverland, yuukoku no moriarty and such).

Naruto( one of my firsts animes, not the best, but will always have "that spot" in my heart);

Code Geass( i watched 2 times in a roll, the plot is just so good and well written. Its keep the quality until the very end. Its well rounded for real);

Mo dao zu shi(Its actually a donghua, but still... i am until now obsessed with it, tand its novel and drama. Wei wuxian is maybe one of my favorites protagonists of all time in all kind of media). I will even do 3 tattoos with 3 quotes from it and one quote that remember them;

D gray man( i watched just because I was bored, i wasnt expecting to find, maybe, the best shounen story. Its so good. Everything is on point. D gray man hallow/ kanda and alma arc will always be something that aches my soul). Soon, my tattoo of it will be done too, ( the 14th song);

Hunter x Hunter ( one of my firsts too, like naruto, will always have a spot in my soul);

Hotarubi no mori-e ( its a anime film. Its just... i have read and watched a lot of things way more sentimental and sad , but, for some reason, this really touched me. I am someone who pretty much almost never cry( already 2 years without cry), dont matter how broken i am. But, for real, I cried and felt a pain inside me with this story. I really cant explain why. And I will never know why was that story. Tattoo for that too, i hope ;-;);

Magi ( I love it. Still sad that dont have a season 3. I read all the manga already. Its gold! The best arc is just in the manga, and its something almost level chimera ants from hunter x hunter in psychological display. Is very good);

Kamisama hajimemashita ( That anime... I never laugh so fucking much with something. Its made me laugh, made me have good feelings. This is something that I will never forget);

Assassination Classroom( Ahhh, i remember that i had a lot of fun watching it);

Noragami ( still expecting season 3, like the clown I am).

Ahhh... already 10? I could keep going forever, lmaooo, I am really bad with this kind of thing.

Akatsuki no yona ( amazing!!!! Soo won, yona, jae ha, everyone... Its gold! How dare them not give more seasons to it? );

Your lie in april( amazing, will destroy your soul, but i recommend ).

(Ok, i will stop here, or i will add more. Like no.6,umibe no etranger, violet evergarden, Akagami no Shirayukihime, kyoukai no kanata, bunny girl senpai... ok, i stop, i stop! 🤣)

(Also, sorry. I am normally very rational with everything in my life, except the media I like. I didnt give proper and rational remarks about why I like them because they just... catch me without me knowing why). I would be lying if i say that I like something just because the plot is amazing, for example, because even when i find some with better plot in the same time, i will still prefer the one that catch me).

2: What was your first Anime crush? I feel like I had many Anime crushes before him but Gaara was probably the one I fell for the hardest and longest for.

6. What popular Anime did I dislike? I feel like this is for a lot of people where I didn't watch Bleach or One Piece, but mostly because I was watching/reading Naruto. And when you try to go back to watch 100s of episodes of Anime, it can be quite intimidating so I never went back and watched them. More recently, I watched the literal first two episodes of them both but never gave either a serious go. I honestly wish them no hate.

16. What are the top ten best Animes I have watched? I only included series in this list. I had to go back in time to remember the Anime that impacted me a lot when I was younger, to try not to include only recent ones. Also this was hard, so honorable mentions are Fullmetal Metal Alchemist Brotherhood, Anohana, Black Cat, Blassreiter, Mob Psycho 100, BNHA, Claymore and Soul Eater. Inuyasha, Naruto and Sailor Moon are mostly nostalgic mentionables of course.

1. Yu Yu Hakusho (i've rewatched this show so so much). 2. Blood+ (diva's song will always give me chills). 3. Wolf's Rain (I started tearing up when I pulled up this ending song). 4. OG Sword Art Online (the romance! the fantasy! it's all a girl needs tbh). 5. Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai (it's not what I expected at all but in a good way). 6. Kyoukai no Kanata (also not what I expected and didn't expect to sob). 7. Shigatsu Wa Kimi no Uso (ruined me. completely. forever). 8. Demon Slayer (i've watched lots of Anime since I was a kid and this is popular for a reason. It's so amazing). 9. Haikyuu (brb. gonna go rewatch it again for the straight serotonin). 10. Violet Evergarden (wow. I really like Animes that make me a sobbing mess).

19. Favorite Anime Pairings? I never really shipped any of them a lot except for the ones that were from the romance Animes I watched....... But Naruto and Sasuke were soulmates. Take it whatever way you will, those boys were the Sun and Moon to each other's lives, quite literally. I also shipped Gaara and Hinata, but it's probably because I kinned Hinata and had a crush on Gaara.

Ambitious project I tell you, but it’s easier when I start off by listing my top 3ish series per year :3

Anime of the Decade: So the bolded titles would be like my CLEAR winner for that year. Some have none, and some have more than one, just because I truly could not choose.

It’s been a wild decade for sure! One good thing though was just the trend of remakes/reboots/new seasons that started for many beloved series after many years. Never would I have thought series like Hunter x Hunter or Fruits Basket would get a reboot, but here they are and they’re glorious.

EDIT: I watched Kimetsu no Yaiba in 2020, but since it’s a 2019 series, I added it in. It’s great!

ooooh i watch a ton i probably couldn’t name all of them?? out of the top of my head i guess the ‘popular’ ones would be bnha, naruto, hq obviously, aot, dragon ball, tokyo ghoul, mirai nikki, etc. i also watch a lot of romance animes like kimi ni todoke, say i love you, your lie in april (rip heart), etc etc. some of the ones i enjoyed that i don’t hear Much about is like.... Another, Kyoukai no Kanata, Serial Experiments Lain, for example! sorry that I can’t name all of them hehe

My ranking of favourite blood-related anime siblings (from most to least liked)

1) Kimetsu no Yaiba - Kamado Tanjiro & Kamado Nezuko (no one can replace Tanjirou as BEST BIG BROTHER EVER. This anime is a heaven-sent)

2) K-On - Hirasawa Yui & Hirasawa Ui (purest sister bond you’ll ever see in an anime)

3) 3-gatsu no Lion - Kawamoto Akari, Hina & Momo (wholesome family bond)

4) Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood - Edward Elric & Alphonse Elric (it’s in the title. Their strong brotherly bond can defeat everything that comes for them)

5) Naruto - Uchiha Itachi & Uchiha Sasuke (when you say anime siblings, one of the first names that should come up is the Uchiha brothers. Some may disagree with Itachi’s actions but he loves his baby brother the most in the world)

6) Ao no Exorcist - Okumura Rin & Okumura Yukio (sometimes I forget that they’re twins because they both have such different personalities but even when they clash, you know they care about each other)

7) WWW.Working!! - Takanashi Souta, Kazue, Izumi, Kozue and Nazuna (I LOVE watching these siblings interact. Responsible Souta having to take care of the house and his sisters even though three of them are older than him. FUN)

8) Osamatsu-san - Matsuno Osomatsu, Karamatsu, Choromatsu, Ichimatsu, Jyushimatsu, Todomatsu (everyone’s favourite sextuplets. What more can I say? You either love em or hate em)

9) Ouran High School Host Club - Hitachiin Hikaru & Hitachiin Kaoru (most famous anime twins ever? Amirite? Best comedy duo, well trio if you add Tamaki)

10) Charlotte - Otosaka Yu & Otosaka Ayumi (I know they have an older brother, Shunsuke but I like these two’s relationship more. You don’t wanna mess with best imouto or the oniichan will kill you)

11) Naruto - Temari, Gaara & Kankuro ( they were fearsome when they were kids. I legit was afraid of them but as the story progresses, they grew on me)

12) Koe no Katachi - Nishimiya Shouko & Nishimiya Yuzuru (the younger sister protecting the deaf big sister melts my heart uwu)

13) Code Geass - Lelouch vi Britannia & Nunnally vi Britannia (idk what else I can say, the dude literally did everything he could just to give his sister a better world to live in)

14) Ao Haru Ride - Tanaka Kou & Tanaka Yoichi (you’d be lying if you didn’t aaaw-ed at that scene when baby Kou was crying in his brother’s arms)

15) Boruto: Naruto the Next Generation - Uzumaki Boruto & Uzumaki Himawari (he’s such a sweet big brother to Hima)

16) Seishun Buta Yarō - Azusagawa Sakuta & Azusagawa Kaede (it’s cute and sad how clingy she is with her brother due to her syndrome. He tries his hardest to be a good big brother and she too did her best to recover so that he won’t feel sad anymore)

17) Clannad - Fujibayashi Kyou & Fujibayashi Ryou (that heartbreaking scene when they both basically got rejected by the same guy and started crying, uggh my heart)

18) Doraemon - Doraemon & Dorami ( not blood-related but more like oil-related lol since they both drank from the same oil can. They’re both the cutest)

19) Mob Psycho 100 - Kageyama Shigeo & Kageyama Ritsu ( I haven’t watched this anime yet but I really like these two?)

20) Cardcaptor Sakura - Kinomoto Touya & Kinomoto Sakura (I hate Touya so much when I was a kid because he was just like my brother who likes to tease and bully me. Never really liked him still but I appreciate his way of trying to protect sakura, no matter how annoying he is)

21) Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World - Ram & Rem ( another pretty famous twins in the anime world. I don’t hate them nor do I like them but they’re okay)

22) Durarara!! - Heiwajima Shizuo & Heiwajima Kasuka (I like them but they weren’t really my main focus of the anime)

23) WWW.Working!! - Yamada Kirio & Yamada Aoi (they’re so annoying. In a fun way. lol)

24) Naruto - Hyuga Hinata & Hyuga Hanabi (I’m indifferent with Hinata but I liked Hanabi back then and was so sure that the manga would include her more but LOL)

25) Gintama - Shimura Shinpachi & Shimura Tae (I don’t watch Gintama properly. I skip a lot of episodes and only watch some arcs when I feel like it so I don’t know much about these two except that they do love each other)

26) Durarara!! - Orihara Izaya, Orihara Mairu & Kururi (not fond of the twins. Am fond of Izaya)

27) Gintama - Kamui & Kagura (like I said, I don’t watch Gintama properly and I’m not planning to watch it in order but I actually like these two as individuals)

28) Kyoukai no Kanata - Nase Hiroomi & Nase Mitsuki (his imouto fetish is annoying as hell. this anime is far from perfect but I enjoyed it nevertheless)
