The sound of movement slightly stirred me in my rest, it was hard to be completely asleep in the alley, uncomfortable, traffic, nerves. Low grunts filled my ears as I felt a heavy object shifting across my lap.
"Don't move."
I commanded to the injured man who had woken, opening my eyes slightly I saw it was getting dark, the sun almost gone, shadows merging into darkness, glancing around I could see everyone stayed where they were, slight snores and heavy breathing filled the otherwise quiet area besides the slow flow of traffic from the ends of the alley way.
My hand snapped to grab a hold of his wrist, firmly but soft as to not scare him, he had rotated to where he was slightly facing my stomach, he looked up at me eyes slightly lidded. "Don't get up. You need to rest."
Hearing my words, he seemed to understand a bit more, relaxing back down. But before he could get comfortable, I lifted his head slightly off my lap scooching out from under him, I reached for a makeshift pillow I had spotted, using it to replace my lap under his head. He looked at me, his brown eyes shimmering in the low light before slowly closing them, locking his with my own one last time.
Sighing, I tried standing up only to fall back down on the ground, my legs had gone numb from Namjoon laying on them for so long. I tried again, but still ended up back on the ground, grunting, I looked up noticing a broad hand reaching out to me, without looking at the owner I reached for it pulling myself up with their help, leaning against them until the blood started circulating back in my legs, and I found my balance.
Being able to steady myself, I slightly pulled away looking up at the person, it was the sugar glider hybrid, his kind chocolate eye stared into mine, the moonlight illuminating his face, his slightly washed-out purple hair falling perfectly over his eyes, he looked ethereal in the moonshine.
I gave him a polite smile before looking down to dust some dirt from my legs, dried blood soaked into my clothes and cracked on along my thighs, it looks like I just committed a murder. Sighing, realizing that I'll have to throw out these clothes, I looked up at the man who clearly hadn't taken his eyes off me.
"How are you feeling?" He finally spoke.
"Eh, tired mostly, and my legs hurt" I whined kicking my legs about. "I should really get going though, it's getting late."
The man hummed at my response before turning away towards the entrance. "I'll walk you back. I don't want you to get in any trouble with someone, no good people use these alleys at night. Besides, Jimin would kill me if you didn't get home safe."
Smiling I caught up to the man who was a few feet ahead of me, walking side by side we made our ways through the alleys and back to my shop, making small talk on the way.

Arriving at the shop I unlocked the door, stepping in, the man seemed to loom behind not knowing what to do, I turned to him, giving him an inviting smile telling him to come inside. He hesitantly stepped inside looking around as he did, scanning the room, I walked over to the freezer we had, rummaging through it trying to find what was looking for.
Gabbing them out I held up a few ice packs varying in sizes placing them on the bench before washing my hand in the sink trying to get off as much of the dried blood as I could. Drying my hands, I pulled on the paper towel until there were a few squares piled up, I put the squares with the ice packs to wrap them with.
"Sorry, I never caught your name." I said sheepishly.
"Seokjin."
"Would you like some tea and biscuits, Seokjin?"

It was Sunday, me and Seoyeon had the day off, so we decided to go out for lunch with some friends, the forecast had said it was going to rain but most of the time it’s wrong and the sun was shining, so we ignored it.
We were at a café not too far from our own, Jisoo and Jeongyeon joined us today, we had spent the morning doing some shopping and now we were just catching up and having lunch. Jisoo and Jeongyeon were filling us in on all that happened on their recent business trip to Paris.
"-she spat the soup out. In the restaurant!"
"You hit me with your baguette!"
"Yeah, well that's what happens when you can't follow the maps."
"It's not my fault it's in French! I don't speak French." Jeongyeon defended, they were both bickering back and forth making me and Seoyeon bust out laughing, struggling to keep it in.
"...It was pictures..."
The rest of their arguing got drowned out by hysterical laughter from us all, when we all settled back down and flowed back into the regular conversation, the girls asked how the café was going, which we responded to letting them know it was going well, I brought up Jimin but left out the rest of what happened. I had mentioned Jimin to the girls before, so they knew who he was, they never had much of a problem with him, for which I was thankful.
Finishing lunch, we began to walk down the street to where our cars were, Jeongyeon and Seoyeon had come together, and Jisoo had a friend picking her up. Walking up to my car I unlocked the door, waving and saying a last goodbye to my friends.
"Bye! Drive safe!" I heard Jeongyeon yell as I slid into my seat, giving her a smile before closing my door, starting up the car, and pulling out of the parking spot. The muffled sound of the radio and the steady vibrations from the engine filled the car eliminating the silence.
Humming along to the song playing I started making my way home, driving through the city I noticed most of the small stands on the sides of the roads were packing up and the streets were seemingly empty compared to the usually busy area.
That's weird, it's still early.
Failing to notice that through our lunch heavy rain clouds had started filling the sky, I was brought to realization by the small dots quickly covering my front windscreen making it harder to see the road in front of me.
We haven't had rain for a while.
Flicking on the windscreen wipers to clear the window, I kept driving coming up to some traffic lights before it settled in.
The pack!
Panic sending through my body, I quickly turned the car into another lane before speeding up at the green light trying to get to the alley as quick as possible, second by second the rain was getting heavier, by now I could hear it hitting the roof of the car and the road was wet.
Thankfully, the streets weren't too busy so it was easy to get to the alley, going around corners probably a bit faster that I should, trying to get to them before the rain got too bad. Knowing where the alleys are I tried to make it to one of the closer entrances, but I wasn't sure exactly which streets they came out to.
Slamming on the break and shoving the car in park to where I thought an alternate entrance may have been, I jumped out of my car grabbing my emergency umbrella on the way. I raced into the alley, the puddles of water splashing under my shoes. I held the umbrella over my head as I faced the first turn, a few more turns later I saw an awfully familiar place, rushing forwards I recognized the alley to my right, the one that lead back to my shop and the one ahead of me lead to them.
Breaking past the invisible barrier that declared their territory I looked around, the couch had been flipped upside-down along with the chair, the mattresses were all leaning on the wall leaving small pockets that were somewhat sheltered from the rain.
"Jimin!"
A head of wet blond hair peaked out from the upturned chair, brown eyes looking at mine, I ran over to him wrapping an arm round him bringing him closer to me and under the umbrella that I held. Knowing who it was, I saw some of the others poking their heads out of the up turned furniture but staying under enough as to not get wet.
"Y/N? What are you doing here? You need to get out of the rain." Jimin spoke pulling back slightly to look at me.
"So do you guys." I said back to him spotting Jungkook peeping out from the same chair Jimin emerged from. Taking a deep breath, preparing myself for what I was going to say next, it had been on my mind for a bit, and this was the tumbling point causing the next words to spill from my mouth.
"Y/n we-"
"Come and stay with me."
The alley went silent at my words, blocking out the rain and slight traffic you could've heard a pin drop, gulping down my anxiety, I kept talking. "You guys can't stay in the rain, you'll get sick, and your wounds won't heal. Please, come stay with me, you're all welcome."
Jimin stared at me, looking deep into my eyes at what I had said, searching for this all to be a lie, fake, a dream. Movement drew my eyes away from his looking over at the mattress where Seokjin had come from, his broad shoulders and tall frame looming over me, then Namjoon came out besides him. I hadn't been able to come back and tend to his wounds and I could see the bandage needed changing, everyone's probably needed changing by now.
"Don't give us false hope." Namjoon scoffed glaring daggers at me, but I could see the sliver of hope in his features.
"I'm not." I said sternly looking around. "All of you are welcome. Please, I don't want you guys getting sick from the rain. My car is just around the corner, even if it's just for tonight and I bring you all back tomorrow."
The rain seemed to be getting heavier soaking myself and Jimin despite our umbrella covering us.
There's no way they can stay here.
Seokjin’s eyes caught mine as he spoke, stepping closer. "Are you sure Y/n?"
"I am, I couldn't live with myself if I left you guys out here and you all got sick." I said looking into his eyes, I silence passed us before he nodded and looked away, I turn to Jimin giving him a confirming look before I heard a voice behind us.
"Pack up guys, we'll stay with Y/n until the rain stops."
Seokjin gave me one last questioning look to which I sent him a look verifying my decision before he turned away to get something. At his words everyone seemed to emerge from their areas and started walking around hastily grabbing things, small trinkets, and belongings.
It didn't take long before we were all standing around waiting for the next course of action, looking over everyone they still seemed hesitant, but they all were holding a few small items that seemed to be of importance. Looking over at Seokjin I nodded my head to which he returned before my gaze switched to Jimin, I gave him a small smile which he returned with an uneasy one, I started walking through the alley telling the pack where my car was and to follow me.
"Um, Y/n?"
I turned to my left but kept walking to face Jungkook who was in line with me, his voice was slightly distorted from both his shivering and the heavy rain, I gave him a questioning look asking his to continue.
"Will there be enough room for us in your car?"
Jungkook question came just in time as we rounded the corner to see my car parked on the side of the road right ahead of us, seeing the car seemed to answer his questions, I had gotten a new car a few months ago, one with a lot of room and seats since I often go on road trips with Seoyeon, Jisoo and Jeongyeon, and they don't pack lite.
Speeding up trying to get to the car faster as to keep us out of the rain, I pressed my keys unlocking the car before running to the back and opening the boot, pulling the door it swung sideways, opening the back, I pushed down one on the seats so the boys could climb over.
I turned to them, and they were all just waiting patiently looking at me, the back seats are smaller than the others so the shortest members would be in the back, that being Jimin, Hoseok and the cat hybrid.
They still didn't move after I looked over to them, so I spoke.
"C'mon, get in. Shortest in the back."
Making hand gestures for them to hurry up they seemed to get the hint as the shortest came forward getting into the back of the car. Jimin was last and he gave me a quick smile before jumping in, I clicked the seat back in place before turning to the others.
"Who's going in the front with me?"
They seemed to look between themselves before Seokjin turn to me.
"I will-"
"I'll go in the front."
I turned to look at Namjoon who cut Seokjin off, the rain was getting worse, and I didn't want to stay out here much longer to not get sick and to get out of the wet. Not wanting to argue, I agreed opening the middle doors before rounding the car and getting into the driver’s seat.
Wiping my face, I could hear the boys shuffling into their seats and slight whispers, the rain was getting really bad now and I couldn't see too far ahead of the car. I looked to my side as I felt the car move and heard the door open, Namjoon hauled himself into the car besides me in the passenger seat, his hair was wet and dripping more water into his lap, my eyes travelled down to his bandages, they were dirty and covered in blood and definitely needed a change. My eyes kept traveling down seeing his bare stomach just below his bandages, wet and covered water droplets from his hair, I quickly looked away realizing I was staring,
I pulled down mirror looking into the back. "Is everyone okay?" I saw a few nods and heard low hums. "Right, well let's go then."
I started up the car realizing I had left the aircon on before changing it to heating, I pulled out of the park and started driving away and towards my apartment. The car had fallen into an uncomfortable silence during the drive, I tried to ease the tension.
"You need your bandages changed."
I stated, not looking at Namjoon but he knew it was directed at him.
"No, I don't, they'll be fine."
"I'll change them when we get there."
I kept my eyes on the road not looking at his, I could feel his eyes glaring into my side after I spoke. Thankfully, he didn't seem like he was going to try and object, he's stubborn but he's not so stupid to not get them changed.
"Where abouts do you live Y/n?" A voice from the back spoke up.
Looking in my rearview mirror saw Jungkook looking back at me, figuring he asked the question I answered.
"I live in an apartment complex not far out from the city."
At hearing my words everyone seemed to tense, and the tension from before was back.
What's wrong? - Oh!
"Don't worry, hybrids are technically allowed."
The tension seemed to ease a bit as we kept driving through the rain to my apartment, occasionally Jungkook would ask question and I could hear them chattering and whispering quietly in the back.
Tumblr media
Thankfully my apartment had covered parking so we wouldn't get rained on again, the drive wasn't too long, about 30mins. Pulling into the parking space I turned off the car jumping out and heading to the back and opening the boot again, Jimin moved so the chair could go down before they all piled out.
Once everyone was out, I lead them through the lobby and to the elevator pressing the 16th floor watching the button light up, we were pretty jammed in, eight people, and they were all tall. On the way in we got a few odd looks from staff which changed into fake polite smiles when they realized I had noticed them.
The elevator chimed and the doors opened, stepping out I made my way right making sure all the boys were following me, I had to keep counting to make sure we were all here as I didn't want to lose anyone in the large building. We went down a few doors before we made it to mine, taking out my keys I unlocked the door looking behind me at all the boys before pushing in the door and walking through the thresh hold.
Jimin was the first to follow me in hesitantly followed by the others, turning the corner from the hallway the room opened to the main areas, I placed my bag on to the kitchen bench, thankfully it wasn't too wet, before making my way to the laundry pile grabbing some towels for me and the boys.
Jimin and Jungkook were looking around in awe while the others seemed nervous. "Here." I handed out towels to everyone and put the spares on the bench letting them know they could have them if needed, I gave a quick tour pointing out the basics before collapsing on the couch and closing my eyes, exhausted.
Peeking through my eyes I saw them all looking at me curiously, realizing they wanted permission to sit down I sat up patting the couch besides me.
"Come sit down please."
At my words they all started moving over towards me on the couch, I scooted over a bit to make of the best of the space we had, everyone found a place on the couch or chairs around it, Jimin sat one side of me and Jungkook on the other. Eventually the room had fallen into a comfortable silence, some of the guys drifting off from exhaustion and the comfort of the couch, I would have fallen asleep too if it weren't for my phone.
Jimin was leaning on my shoulder and Jungkook's head was resting on my lap, I was scrolling through social media before I received a weather notification, clicking on it I started reading. The weather app said that the rain would most likely continue for the rest of the week, as a storm was approaching, and the weather would start getting worse in the next day or so.
Well crap...
Slowing moving Jungkook off my lap and repositioning Jimin, I stood up making my way over to my room, if a storm were approaching, I'd have to do some shopping now before it got much worse, I didn't have time for a shower. Taking off my wet clothes I slipped on a hoodie and some shorts, quickly doing my hair in a way that it wouldn’t get in my way.
Walking over to the kitchen counter, I grabbed out my keys stuffing them into my hoodie before turning around. Jimin was standing behind me. "Where are you going?" He asked rubbing his eye, I gave him a small smile spotting Jungkook slowly waking up behind him.
"Ah well, I need to go shopping because there's a storm rolling in." I explained catching Jungkook's attention who was now making his way over to us. "You guys can come if you'd like. I need to buy food, so it would be nice if I could buy somethings, you guys like, we could also get you guys some new clothes while were there." I smiled back at them both.
They seemed a bit unsure at first but ultimately agreed, I gave them both one of my hoodies to get them out of their wet clothes before we headed out.
Tumblr media
We had finished doing the groceries the boys letting me know what types of foods they all liked so I could make them meals they’d like, we also picked up some extra bathroom supplies before we headed to the clothing store. Walking in I instructed the boys to find some clothes for themselves and everyone else while I headed to the linen area, having eight people at home, I knew I didn't have enough blankets or even clean towels.
I picked up a few large towels before looking for some blankets, I picked out a few doonas and covers before grabbing some fluffy blankets, I only had two beds at home so we would have to set up the couch for the other boys. By now I had 2 shopping trolleys which was proving quite hard to steer so I was very happy when Jungkook had made his way over to me, muttering a small 'Thank you' I continued getting bedding supplies before meeting back up with Jimin who had gotten enough clothes that I cloud barely see his face behind the large pile. He dropped them into Jungkook's trolley which had all the items from this store, they both gave me a look at seeing how much the trolley was filled but I quickly shot that down with my own look, we had this conversation when getting groceries, they could get whatever they want, when they leave, they can either keep it or I’ll find something to do with it.
"Got everything?" I asked them, looking at the trolley. "Enough clothes for you all?"
"Yep, enough for everyone."
Nodding in approval we went up to the counter and started pulling the clothes up on to it as the lady behind the counter started scanning it all, it didn't take too long before we were heading out the store, asking the boys if there was anything else they needed, we decided all the shopping was done and start heading home.
Arriving at the building we got all the bags out of the car, Jungkook and Jimin took most of them leaving me with just one in each hand.
Walking through the lobby again, the boys behind me, over at the reception I saw Yeonjun who gave me a nice smile and a wave which I returned before turning into the elevator with the boys, Yeonjun was one of the workers here whom I'd gotten to know along with some others.
The elevator dinged as we reach my level the doors opening to see an elderly lady along with another worker, we exited the elevator heading towards my apartment. Grabbing the keys out putting them in the lock turning the door and pushing it open, what was waiting on the other side worried me.
"What the heck?"

A/n: They moved in! I know these first five chapter might be moving a bit fast, but it’ll slow down now. Sorry for the late update, I add extra work today. I love leaving dialogue cliff hangers it adds so much to me, and I can start the next chapter at a sure-fire point too. Also, if it’s feeling a bit Jimin, Jungkook and Namjoon based at the moment, don’t worry! It’s just to get the story started and I plan to give each member their own moments and time with Y/n. If you enjoyed this chapter and are enjoying this series, please like, reblog, maybe leave a reply or even follow if you feel like it, it is much appreciated, I hope you all have a lovely day & Thankyou all for reading! 💜

Sweet As A Daisy Smells~~~~ Cedric Diggory
You remember your first day at Hogwarts like it was yesterday, even if years have passed. The beautiful architecture, the food, the Witches and Wizards of your year, of course, nothing would beat the year below you and their entrance, seeing as Harry Potter had joined your school that year. However, one small thing might beat what the fourth years have, being placed in Cedric Diggory's house.
Yes, you were like every other star-struck 5th year and younger following Diggory. The only difference between you and them is you actually accidentally made friends with the male. It was purely an accident, not a perfectly strategic mastermind plot between you and your friends to 'plop' you in his path.
It was innocent, really; you had a notorious reputation for being one of the sweetest Witches and Hufflepuffs. Someone needs help with homework: you're on it. Someone needs a quick snack: you're in the kitchen helping the house elves. An animal is wounded and hurting: you're on your hands and knees in the dirt, healing the animal as best you can till Hagrid can assist you. You were overall a genuinely nice person even the Draco Malfoy ran out of insults to throw your way because you were so unfazed: just telling him gently, "I know we all have bad days and feel the need to belittle others, it's okay, I won't judge you for it."
Your masterful plan to 'plop' you in front of Diggory was simple and well executed; you took the initiative to help the quidditch team clean and organize their equipment one night. Your roommate, Elaine Mellonfellow, was the one who came up with the idea, as she was usually one of the three on the team that ended up with that job. She would simply suggest to her captain that you take her place for a handful of sessions so she could 'serve detention.' This was a convincing plan, especially considering Elaine's tendency to doze off during Professor Snape's lectures.
Taking the bait, hook, line, and sinker, Diggory happily agreed to an extra pair of hands to help keep the team's quidditch equipment in top shape. This is what led you to now. It went from a handful of crafted detentions by Elaine to her simply stopping showing up, and you always did. Some would say you should be mad at your friend's obvious ruse to get out of a daunting chore, but you saw it simply as a good friend making sure you got close to your crush and close you definitely got.
Weeks of small talk turned into life stories and learning in detail about one another. You learned about his father's work in the ministry, about how he knew the Weasely brothers through their fathers, how he worked hard to become Quidditch captain, and that his almost least favorite color was, in fact, yellow. However, his years in Hufflepuff definitely helped change that.
While you were learning about Diggory to the fullest extent, he quickly learned much about you. Your fierce loyalty was the only thing preventing you from being in any of the other houses. You never gave up on a task, consistently achieved the highest marks in your year, and helped everyone out as often as possible. Always putting others before yourself, especially Elaine, who he has caught multiple times not being in 'detention' and though he would like to reprimand his chaser for skipping out on duties. He couldn't bring himself out of fear you would stop coming to help every week. Course, this could be solved if he could buck up the courage to talk to you outside of the quidditch tents, but there is a reason why he isn't a Gryffindor. It was fair to say that you were the sweetest, warmest human he had ever met, and he was addicted to you like a bee to a daisy.
All of these stolen moments have led up to today, the day Cedric found out you were, in fact, not just the cutest human in the world but also a vicious opponent in the arena of love.
After dinner in the great hall, you and Elaine make your way to your normal departure point, where she would 'go to detention,' and you would take her place as the ever-faithful cleaner of the Hufflepuff Quidditch team. "Elaine, you are becoming far too obvious that you are not in detention when I am out there with him. What if he thinks I am a weirdo stalker chick who told you not to do your duties?"
Elaine snorted before speaking, "Yeah, cause Mister Lovey Goo Goo Eyes is definitely going to give up on spending time with his precious Y/N." You roll your eyes in frustration, with a slight blush present when Elaine speaks up again.
"Don't believe me, Y/N. He talks about you during our entire rest period during morning and evening practices. You might as well already be his girlfriend. If I hear him preach about how your favorite flowers are daisies again, I will puke." Elaine made a fake puking motion before laughing again at you.
"You look like a maniac, dork." you begin to laugh at Elaine's theatrics. Shaking off your nerves from Elaine's words, you begin to wonder. 'Does Cedric really talk about me that much...What if this is all being read horribly wrong, the man has half of Hogwarts on his side 24/7'
"Hey, now get out of your head; I know that look and that lip bite. Come on you are practically my sister, and he is practically my brother with all the time we spend together as a team. I promise you you got this. Just woman up and ask him out already before someone else does." As Elaine spoke to you, she followed the silhouette of Cho Chang on her way toward the quidditch pitches.
Sighing and following along as well, you felt a slight pang in your heart. Everyone knew that Cho Chang was in love with Cedric—so much so that she even rejected Harry Potter. She was perfect, the best representation of smarts, beauty, and poise that you definitely weren't. You were out there every week helping clean in the dirt and mud, for Christ's sake. You would never compare to her, and that ate you alive. Cho had shown her face at a few of your cleaning nights with Cedric. At first, it didn't bother you; they were the same year, and she could have needed help with classwork. Then, the day Harry asked her out, she turned him down only to show up that night laughing and hanging on to Cedric, making it very, VERY clear to him how she didn't like Harry. You knew right then and there. Game On.
Straightening your back, you turn to Elaine, a smile scarily plastered on your face. "I am going in," you begin to walk towards the pitch when you hear from behind, "Maybe don't smile like that; it's a bit unnerving, love! I'll be in the room of requirements with the twins!" Waving by to Elaine, you finish your trek to the pitch to see none other than Cho Chang clinging to Cedric. The slight pang boils into a full-blown constriction.
To onlookers that night, the smile on your face went from mildly unnerving to straight terrifying. Like a Lioness hunting her pray for her young. To Cedric, he just saw his girl walking up to him. Pulling away from Cho, he ran up to you. "Hi, Y/N; I was beginning to worry you got 'detention' too." Using air quotes around detention, your attention moved from the shocked female to the lovely boy before you. "Oh, Cedric, I would never miss this. Who else would help you? Elaine seems to be getting in trouble often lately. Must be all that time with the twins." A warm blush overcame your face as you rubbed the back of your head gently.
"She sure does. Why don't we get started? I was thinking of a full revamp of the whole broom closet. For some reason, half the team thinks that just haphazardly throwing their equipment in there is the best thing to do." Cedric smiled down at you, eager to start his routine and banter with you. Nodding gently, you began to walk into the tent with Cedric when a small voice spoke out behind you. "So that's what you two do in there; clean. I could always help Cedric. Here, let me lend a hand, too." Cho's voice rang like a small bell. A small bell that made you want to grit your teeth and commit a crime. Cedric just shrugged and turned to you. "I guess the more, the merrier, right Y/N?" You gently nodded your head when the constricted feeling in your chest slowly turned into a whole ball of hate.
The cleaning started like any other day; a soft, small conversation began between you and Cedric. Then it happened...that voice. That smooth, high, annoying voice that made you see red. It was bad enough that she pretended that you guys weren't always cleaning when she was hanging around. Even more annoying was her almost consistent interjecting in the conversation. You could feel your shoulders tensing every time she talked, and it didn't go unnoticed by the two peers helping you clean, either. "Everything alright, Y/N?" You could hear the concern laced in Cedric's voice, pulling you from your thoughts. "Yes I am just fine, a little tired is all but I can keep going theres not much left to do tonight anyway." Cedric nodded softly, placing a hand gently on your mid back in a comforting manner.
Then that voice again: "Cedric, it is getting awfully late, and curfew will be hitting soon. You're a prefect; maybe you could escort me back to my dorm so I don't get into trouble?" You saw it right there—the threat, the classic back-down girly pop, he's mine, the 'I get what I want because I am Cho Chang.' Not Today. "Actually, Cho," a sizeable fake smile plastered across your face, "Cedric and I have a pass from Madam Hooch to be out here past curfew to finish cleaning. You, however, seem to not have one of those. Maybe it would be best if you went back to your dorm now. Alone. Since curfew is in the next thirty minutes." You tilted your head sweetly at the girl, your forced smile still present. To others, you looked like your usual sweet self, maybe even regular sweet, with a little bit of derangement. However, Cedric picked up on your tone. That wasn't your normal tone at all. Holding back his smile, he watched the scene unfold.
"Oh, is that right, Y/N? Well, I am sure that Cedric wouldn't mind walking me back and letting you continue. It's just a short walk to Ravenclaw Tower. I know you would 'Hate' to see someone get into trouble after 'helping' you." Cho looked at you with the same false sense of kindness. You step towards her when Cedric interjected. "Cho is right; it's late, and it won't take long for us to walk up to the tower." You look at Cedric, defeated, Cho smugly standing behind him. "I will be right back, Y/N. Then we can finish cleaning." After his words, he walked to the tent's opening and guided Cho out. You couldn't describe the feeling you were having, sadness, hate, fear like you were going to throw up from anxiety because how did you lose to Cho Chang after everything Elaine said about Cedric liking you. A deep, heavy sigh left you as tears pooled in your eyes, watching the two return to the castle.
You grabbed one of the brooms nearby, not even realizing it was Cedric's, and took to the skies. You should get the heat out of your system. Now, you wouldn't say that you were a Quidditch player by any means. You were simply just fast and graceful on a broom. If they had synchronized broom work like the muggles had synchronized swimming, you would 100% join. However, Quidditch is a rough, dangerous sport, and something about a giant ball coming at your head screamed no, not for me. However, nothing mattered tonight except swoops, dives, quick turns, and sorting through the goals. Anything to take your mind off him with Cho. Cho touching him, Cho kissing him, Cho anywhere near him. As your mind raced, you went faster and faster. Not even noticing Cedric had made his way back.
Cedric stood at the opening of the pitch, arms crossed, watching you sore. Why you hadn't tried out for Seeker was beyond him; your speed rivaled that of Harry Potter. However, knowing your soft, sweet personality, he understood why you wouldn't. However, something about watching you zoom around in a jealous rage was very enthralling. Not only are you the pollen the bee is attracted to, but you are also the bee's sting. Jealousy was a perfect look on you. Smiling softly, he waited for you to calm down and land.
As the adrenaline and tears faded, you figured enough time had passed between them leaving and him returning, probably in a happy new relationship. Landing softly, looking up at the sky, you sighed, then turned to the pitch opening. Freezing in your tracks, you saw Cedric Diggory standing there with a smug look and his arms crossed. "Oh uh hey Diggory um, what's up?" You tried looking everywhere but him. "Nothing much, Y/N," He peered his head at your left hand holding the broom, "is that my broom you decided to use so gracefully in the sky." A deep red blush consumed your face as you hid the broom behind your back, shaking your head. Great, not only did he see you flying, but he also is going to think you're a crazy stalker who doesn't know her place using his stuff. A small laugh left Cedric's mouth as he walked up to you. You kept your head down, hoping he would disappear or maybe you would wake up in your bed, and this was all a horrid dream.
Cedric stopped in front of you and placed his hand gently on your head. "I turned her down, you know." You froze, eyes wide, still looking at the ground. "She asked me while we were walking up to her dorm, but I had to tell her I had given my heart to someone else." You slowly looked up at Cedric, and a soft red glow was on your face. "Though I will say Y/N jealousy is a good look on you. Why haven't you joined my team?" A snort left you, and not believing his words, you rebuttled. "I don't want to get hurt, is all." Cedric smiled, pulling you into a gentle hug. "I would never let anything hurt you, not a Quaffle or Cho Chang." You buried your head in to his chest a small laugh escaping you hugging Cedric back. In your soft embrace, you both failed to notice a displeased Madam Hooch approaching the pitch. "LISTEN, YOU TWO, I GAVE YOU A PASS TO CLEAN, NOT SNOG. GO TO YOUR DORMS." You both pulled away quickly, looking at her before running off laughing hard.
You and Cedric made it to your dorm hand in hand. Sadly, he still had prefect duties for the night while you needed to go to bed for a potion exam tomorrow. Taking your conjoined hands, Cedric places a soft kiss on your knuckles. A rose blush consumes your face. "Get some rest, and I will pick you up in the morning. We can go eat breakfast tomorrow in the great hall." You smiled widely and nodded. "Sounds good, Cedric. I will see you then." As you began to pull away, Cedric yanked you back into him. Looking up, Cedric cupped your face gently and kissed your mouth. The peck only lasted a second before he let go. "I'm sorry I couldn't help myself. The bee is just too attracted to the Daisie's pollen." You snorted before standing on your tip toes and kissing him again. This time, neither of you pulled away. Your arms snaked gently around Cedrcis shoulders, hands getting lost in his soft hair. While Cedric held your waist gently in his hands. When you pulled away this time, you rested your heads together. "Maybe I should be jealous more often if this is my reward." Cedric laughed softly before hugging you one last time and sending you to sleep.

*peering around some barrels in the kitchens, watching you two have your sweet moment."
Elaine: You both owe me 20 galleons.
George: This is ghastly, but I can't believe he turned Cho down. She is like THE it, girl, right now. She even turned down Harry.
Fred: You are mad he turned Cho down. I am angry that I owe Angela a week of butter beers cause he rejected Cho and confessed to Y/N all on the same night. I swear that woman is a mind reader.
Elaine: Both of you are horrible...I love it. Alright, now to prank Filtch.
(Thank you all so much for reading. This is my first official story back into writing. I am sorry if it is choppy or odd. I am getting back into the rhythm of things. I hope this is good enough to showcase the beginning of my writing journey!)

Highway Hypnosis
Chapter 7: Meadow Report
I miss gossip. I miss rushing home from the library at the drop of a hat because Nora, my roommate, had “major dirt” on a classmate that couldn’t wait until I was done studying. Those text messages (or, better yet, phone calls)—the “Come home right now” followed by the “You won’t believe what I heard in the diner today”—summoned me quicker than any house fire ever could. It’s horrible, but it doesn’t feel that way when it’s happening. It feels like an accomplishment, like you’re receiving high-priority intelligence. Young people are wasted in retail and food service; we could really be put to use as spies, I think. It’s an inherent sneakiness that’s kind of thrilling, an unspoken code of conduct that we adhere to without being told: information is to be exchanged only in person, unless it’s an objective and irrefutable fact, in which case you may send it in a text message (but why would you, when it’s so much fun to see the look on your friends’ faces when you spill all the latest drama?). “Tell no one” means “Tell everyone, just don’t let them trace it back to me,” and “You can’t know this” means “No really, tell no one.” I want to exercise my knowledge of this code, to be once again on the receiving end of “You won’t believe this,” but it appears that the only good source of gossip around here is me.
I’ve just about given up on my dreams of scandalous water cooler conversation—having three friends, two of them men, will do that to a girl—when it becomes clear that, unbeknownst to me, I have created the biggest scandal in Evergreen since the death of my uncle. It runs in the family, I guess. The scandal in question? It pertains to Jasper Stevens, because lately I’m nothing without his lanky shadow following me around.
“Tell me everything,” Janie says immediately after clocking in, practically skidding around the corner with a crate of whole coffee beans in tow. She knows something I don’t.
I raise an eyebrow, nearly letting Joshy’s coffee cup overflow as I refill it from the pitcher. “Everything about what?”
Janie rolls her eyes. “Don’t be like that, Andie!”
I turn to Joshy, who’s sitting at the bar. “Do you know what she’s talking about?”
He nods, amused. “Moss,” he offers, though I can tell by his sage manner that I won’t be getting any more information from him.
“Oh, Jasper? What about him?”
Janie’s exaggerated groan tells me that she’s at least as starved for good gossip as I am, but I’m no less lost for it. She sets her crate down on the bar before turning to me and, in a voice like a kindergarten teacher’s, says: “Moss was in here the other day. You two left together. Tell me everything.”
“Moss never hangs out in town,” Joshy adds helpfully, “he’s like a cryptid.”
I nod. I think I get it now. And really, who am I to deny a fellow woman the joy of being entirely too invested in someone else’s business? It’s one of life’s purest joys. I assume the position: the one everyone knows, that invites others into your confidence. Elbows on the counter, leaning forward—come closer, I’ll tell you a secret. Janie follows suit, standing beside me with her ear trained toward me. Even Joshy leans in, eager to hear what I have to say. “Well,” I begin, “we’ve been spending a lot of time together lately.”
“I knew it,” Janie hisses, slapping the counter.
“At first it was just coincidental, you know? But he started coming over once a week to change out his books and then—I don’t know, we’ve been hanging out. Am I crazy?”
Janie says “No” at the same time that Joshy says “Yes,” and I groan in protest. The couple stares at each other for a few moments, engaged in a silent stalemate. Without breaking eye contact, Joshy raises his hand. “Joshua,” I acknowledge.
“I just want to make sure you know what you’re doing,” he says, turning his gaze on me, “this is a really small town, Andie. You need to be completely sure before you make a move. Really weigh those pros and cons.”
“Oh my god, is that what you did before we started dating? You made a pros and cons list?” Janie says, whacking Joshy’s arm. “You know what?” She asks, as he dodges another blow, “Don’t answer that, I don’t want to know.”
I put my head down on my arms and take a deep breath before coming back up. “Janie?”
“I think you have to go for it,” she says, “partly because I’m curious—I mean, being in a relationship with Moss, what would that even look like?—but mostly because I want you to be happy, and I think he could be the person to make that happen.”
“You think?”
“I think. Moss isn’t one of those guys you just casually hang out with, you know? He’s an acquired taste. You must get each other though,” she says thoughtfully, “anyway, you lured him into a public cafe, so that’s got to count for something.”
“What do you guys even talk about?” Joshy pipes up, “I mean, I love the guy, but he’s not a real conversationalist, you know what I mean?”
This gives me pause. What do we talk about? We talk about everything, so entirely that it feels like nothing. Like water flowing over rocks, or silk sliding across your skin. It’s unimpeded, uninterrupted even in our moments of silence. One long, continuous conversation. “Everything,” I say, “honestly, if I didn’t know he had a reputation I’d just think he was a run-of-the-mill introvert.”
“So weird,” Janie murmurs, “I mean, you know we all love him, he’s family. But like, the type of family who writes you a letter every five years from a different country, you know?”
“Yeah,” I sigh absently. I want to tell them about that night at the cabin, where he clasped my head to his chest and let his warm cologne breathe life back into my body. I want to tell them about the river, where his hand on my knee sealed my fate as his devoted acolyte. Hell, I want to tell them about how he exchanged War and Peace, unfinished, for The Hobbit because it’s summer and he “should be having fun.” But something about those stories feels too personal to share, like they’re just for us. Eyes on us would ruin the illusion, if that’s all it is.
“For what it’s worth,” Joshy says, “I haven’t seen him so…I don’t know, outgoing? Not for a good couple of years, at least.”
Janie nods, looking like she’s deep in thought. “Yeah. Yeah, come to think of it, he has been more talkative. He gave me a recipe for risotto the other day because he noticed I was buying rice.”
Risotto. Would you look at that. I rake a hand through my hair, wrenching my gaze from my companions as the front window is suddenly assaulted by a barrage of gigantic rain drops. Jesus, it’s like the sky’s got something to prove. I lament a moment for my sundress, which is sure to become a liability on my walk home assuming the storm doesn’t let up in the next ten minutes.
“You wanna head out?” Janie asks, seeing straight through me. “Go ahead, it’ll be dead until the rain stops.”
“Mmkay,” I reply, untying my apron, “call me if you need me.” It’s a formality. She won’t call.
The walk home is, as expected, a balmy torrent of rain that weighs on my dress and clings to my skin. I reflexively fold my arms around my body, but give up consciously after reminding myself that there’s no point. The rain is so all-encompassing it may as well be the air itself I’m passing through, soaking me to the bone. I’m inclined to shiver despite its slimy warmth, and I pick up the pace as I approach the cabin (the cabin which is still a The, caught in the limbo between a His and a My).
Speak of the Devil and he shall appear. Soaked and saturated, on your front porch steps. Jasper Stevens rises to stand as I approach, unfolding his limbs and stretching like a cat. He passes through the downpour without so much as a blink.
“What are you doing here?” I call, jogging to meet him so we don’t have to yell above the rain. He’s got this look, like he’s faced some kind of ancient evil and accepted his fate.
“Last time it rained like this you had a panic attack,” he says. The rain’s numbed me to everything but his fingertips against the line of my cheekbone. He’s searching me for god knows what—labored breathing, signs of fatigue, I don’t know. It’s mortifying, and I would shrink from him if it didn’t mean he’d stop touching me.
“That wasn’t a panic attack, and it wasn’t because of the rain,” I say casually, taking a small step into his personal space. Janie’s words are circling me like vultures. She’s the devil on my shoulder, convincing me from afar that this man is the solution to my past, present, and future problems. As if sensing my line of thought, he freezes. His breath hitches in his throat for half a second before he continues as if nothing happened. “Why are you really here?”
“Andie…” he says softly, his voice melodic. Sweet and low, like dark brandy.
“Jasper,” I reply. Kiss me, damn it. I can’t be the first one to fold, I’m not the space alien here. Eyes. Lips. Eyes. Kiss me, Jasper Stevens.
I don’t notice the glide of his fingers across my skin until his thumb is brushing my lower lip. “I can’t…” he trails off. I’m about to roll my eyes or finish his sentence or both when he picks it back up: “I can’t be casual about this. If we do this, I mean.”
“What makes you think I want to be casual with you?” I ask. One of us is the Earth right now, pulling the other one in by some invisible gravitational force. I can’t tell if it’s me or him. What makes this man think that I, all of four inches from his face, want anything but his entire self? Here, moments from changing the very fabric of our relationship, I am more certain than ever that I want to immerse myself in him fully. I want us to change each other, I want to change us, I want us to remain exactly as we are. He looks entirely overwhelmed, and I want him to know that it’s really so simple. All he has to do is lean in, and it’ll all be crystal clear.
Jasper’s lips are soft, slightly parted as they brush across mine. A plea for entry, an experimental knock before turning the key he’s always held. I slide a hand over the back of his neck, fingers carding through his hair where the rain has curled it away from his skin. My other hand tangles with his somewhere to my right before eventually settling on his chest. His breath catches again, as if I’ve somehow caught him off-guard, and then he’s pulled me in by the waist and he’s kissing me—really—and it’s all I can do not to collapse into him. I can only hope that his thoughts are as blissfully simple as mine are in this moment: this is right this is right this is right.

So guys, remember I made PussDeath story but female version for Puss? You wouldn't believe what happened! Ok, so I have this amazing dream I ever seen and I want to make it one shot story part one and part two of this! So hear me out! Death who is immortal in his entire life through eternity. Once he met (female) Puss at university after months later. After Puss playing soccer, she was about to heading up to the studio to performance one of the culture part or whatever they called. Then she spots Death underneath the peaches, blossom trees. He was waiting for Puss patient, so a female feline comes up to him. Both having talk and Death explain to Puss about his feelings. Before Puss could chance to talk to him about his feeling until a bell rang from the studio building. Death told her wishes luck to her. During Performance thing going on, Puss tries to find him from same spot or the front of the building. She couldn't find Death. So, she asked all her classmates where is Death, but there is no luck for Puss. Expect one friend who knew where is Death.
————
A lonely female cat who is in the middle of the field while kicking the white ball with black spots. She continues kicking with feeling depressed. There is two buildings between while the middle is a small field. She continuing kicks the soccer ball until she spotted two couples were holding hands. Then she heard them about their marriage or something which this more worst for Puss. As soon as she kicks harder the ball was going underneath the building has broken white gate that shows empty dirt. Puss who let out of sigh, "damn it..."
Her expression was worried and missing someone she knew. How much she misses someone she knew for months and yet she kept this feeling to herself when she met him. That same white wolf who comes often to her apartment whenever her roommate isn't around with her from the apartment. She looks at sun which almost going down. With another sigh as she walks up to her bag and heads inside of the restroom.
Later, she comes out from the restroom. She was wearing old fashion skirt that looks completely old. Her shirt is showing her skinny stomach and has v vest (or something I don't how to spell it). And finally, a huge red scarf is mid on her arms. Wondering why she looking like from the culture she leaned from her university? Because she has performance going on while she was carrying her bag. When she was walking up to sidewalk until she saw a tall silver wolf figure was standing underneath blossom tree that has full of peaches.
A same wolf who stares at her with ruby eyes while patiently like gentleman. Puss begins to heads up to the wolf instead goes straight to studio building. The more she walks up to him, the more she will get curiosity. No one is around of them which probably Puss feels empty around the campus. A silver wolf who is wearing gray poncho while his pants is lighter brown. His two sickles hanging on from sides of his hips. However, Puss feels his stare isn't usually cold nor death but adoring. There is silence between them except a wind blowing.
"So.... I was about to heading up to performance for my class," she nervously spoken up which broke the silent.
No reply from same silver wolf who still adoring her. So, Puss continues and make friendly conversation with him, "you seems... quiet as usual." She chuckles shyly while looking at him with emerald eyes.
"Almost always, Gata. And yet, there is one thing that I meaning to ask you," his tone voice sounds raspy but calm.
Puss grunts by his tone, "I see. Is there anything what you want to say?" She shyly smiles at him who has monotone expression.
His height wasn't match to Puss' height. He was big as almost a door. A white paw touches Puss' cheek which made surprisedly to female feline as her ears pin down. Suddenly she begins to purring while a thumb rubbing. "There is something I immediately to ask you?" He continues.
"When we first met when you saw me pick the soul from dying victim back at the forest. I never felt my heart beat couldn't stop beating when my eyes stare at you, " he explained to Puss who stop purring as she looks up at him.
Listening his words made calm and stunning by her expression. "After several months later when we get to know each other, I have this feeling for so long that how much I missed you while I'm doing my duty. This feeling never leaves me alone whenever I feels alone entire eternity..."
Puss couldn't believe what she just heard from him. She even has same feeling after she gets to know him since he is death after all. He is immortal wolf who collects people's souls or fairytale's soul. However, what strange that nobody knows he is grim reaper. Everyone thought he just normal wolf who has nickname Death, but they were wrong. Because he is actually Death! Puss really wants to tell them that he IS real; however, Death doesn't want everyone knows he is real. So, Puss kept this for so longer to herself without telling everyone the truth. Including, everyone thought they see them as love couple.
"What I was trying say that I begin to fell in love with you..." That what he finally said it. He finally said it! After so long for him that he became alone immortal and doing his job wasn't easy to do. Since his siblings also doing their own job as well.
There is silence moment. Puss glancing up at the wolf who has same expression except he has small blush slightly. Her heart beat is pounding like excitement, no! Lust! How much she has this feeling for so long that she never stop thinking about that wolf. She really want to tell him that she has crush, but first she really needs to get to know him. Now this her chance to say it!
Before she say another word come out from her mouth, a bell rang from same building where Puss goes. Death and her looking at the bell which still ranging.
Not now!
Looking back at Death with worries eyes. Death stare back at her with calm expression. The. he let out of sigh, "good luck on your performance, Gata..."
She takes few step back while still glancing at him. She heading straight up to the building when she arrives to the front entrance. She final looks back at the wolf until her expression becomes sad and shocking. The wolf has already disappeared.
She looking down at the floor as she heads inside. This is it.... Another performance, another boring life for her future..
While heading upstairs were her classes is waiting for their next performance. Hearing more voices from the stage when she got to her class. Puss sitting down on the floor next to her professor. Her half classmates were here while others were downstairs. She really don't care about them; the only she cares for Death. She never gets a chance to tell him how much she loves him.
Voices still rumbling or shouting from downstairs. Laughter from the crowd who is watching different classes and their performance.
Few minutes later of the boredom for Puss which sh couldn't take it no more. And so, she excuse herself then left. She heading first floor and made it there as seeing couple older college boys were sitting down while talking.
Instead, she heading back outside and goes up to same spot were Death is. When she looks her surrounding to make sure is Death still here. No sign of him. Until she saw man who walks up to the building.
"H-hey, have you seen a white wolf?" She asks one of the male. He shakes his head as no then left Puss alone.
She let out groan as she went back to the building. She begins to hear several clapping from the studio until one of her classmates walk up to her. Her friend walking beside her. "Aren't you supposed to gout out there and have drama?" Oh God...
This same person is becoming frenemies for Puss. How much she hates her, but sometimes she can be helpful. "Well excuse me, princess! I was looking for someone... " She sounds so frustrating while two female cats who looking at her with worries expression.
"How about we go somewhere private, ok?" A same female cat who softly spoke while Puss who stock to heard something from her. And so, three girls walking to different direction while fading of loudly voices.
They were all in different room, the light is came from small lamp which wasn't light enough. However, it does looks comfortable around here. Puss who sitting next to same cat once she hates her, but now she looks caring.
"So tell me, what's wrong back there?" She glancing at Puss who rubbing her arms shyly.
The other cat who was also sitting next to Puss which she is too busy bushing Puss' tail.
"There is this wolf man that I know of, I have this feelings that probably I have crush on him. Before our performing starts, he was waiting patiently underneath the blossom tree. Then he explained to me about his feelings. Before I have a chance to tell him how much I love him, but.... " She paused there as a tear steaming down on her cheek.
"I didn't get chance to say my feelings to him," she begins to break down to tears. "W-when I left the studio, I begin to looking for him..." Her voice sound heartbroken as she tries to hold her tears.
Two female cats watching Puss who continuing sobbing. Then same cat who begin to speak up, "I just saw him before I came to studio. " Puss' ears pick up while her eyes wide open.
"You do?" Her broken voice went to curious tone. "When me and Andy were about to walk up to the studio, I spotted that same wolf man that you hangout with back at the studio. He was holding one the peaches while staring at it," she tells to Puss.
Puss feels her heart beat pounding again; there is hopefulness inside. "He then clenching the peach so hard that make liquid comes out. Looks angry and sad in same time. Poor thing, " she muttering last word under her breath.
Puss imagine Death in the alley who is feeling completely alone. She feels guilty for not telling him her true feelings towards him. "Do you remember where he is now?" Feeling hope that she will get answers.
"I'm sorry, Puss. I don't know where he is now, but probably he is still behind the studio," she wasn't too sure about what she just saw.
"Why did you help me?" Puss question to her as both girls stare back at a ginger cat.
"Because you deserve this since you don't have any friends. I also apologize to treat you like trash, " she apologize to Puss who begin to hug her.
"Thank you," with that being said, she left them speechless.
Puss continues walking behind the studio were everything is dark. The setting for studio is kinda creepy for Puss. There is mannequin with creepy pose which gives shiver down on Puss' spine. She check her surrounding to make sure there are bloody eyes glowing into darkness. There is no sight of the white wolf as she was about walk out feeling disappointed. Until her fur sticking up by hearing same melody tone. Puss looks what behind her. There he was, standing there like creep stalker who is standing in darkness. His ruby eyes was still glowing while staring at Puss' soul.
"You look lovely, mi amor," his voice tone made Puss breathtaking while her heart is pounding.
She begins to walk up to him by feeling her cheeks is heating up. "I-i didn't get a chance to say something to you."
Death watching her who coming closer to him. She continuing, "when you said those things about your feeling. I have same feeling for you too, Muerte. "
"Everytime when I look at you, mi corazón is starting racing. I b-believe I started to fell in love, " she was starting to confess to Death who still has same expression as always.
And so, Puss mewling surprise as she got pick by strong force. Then she glancing at Death who leans in to her. Until their lips touches together while Puss who moaning. This went on for five minutes as they stopped what they doing. Puss begin to breathless while feeling hot air between to her and him.
"So, this mean we're mate now?" Death smirk at Puss who let out chuckle.
"Just kiss me," she confidence tell him as both went back to their moment.

I think I went on my favorite date I’ve ever been on last night?
It was the most comfortable I’ve felt on a date in a really long time, and we just had so much fun.
She never made me feel like I owed her anything or that there was some expectation of how the date needed to go.
Things just kinda happened organically, and the date just kinda flowed.
The ending may have been a little rocky lol due to a fall and some bleeding, but I’m hoping that will be something we can joke about later… lol
I don’t know what gonna happen from here, but whether or not anything else happens it was a lovely date. She’s awesome and I would be lucky to get to see her again.
A year ago at this time I was secretly in love with my roommate and dying slowly inside, so I’m happy to be on this side of it. I feel a lot better. I think one thing is I’m still learning to decipher my feelings and impulses while on dates. Like for so long I had no idea what liking someone was supposed to feel like, or the difference between nervous excitement and nervous dread.
Last night I was definitely feeling nervous excitement. But there was one point where we were sitting at the table talking and I had this weird overwhelming sensation. I don’t it kind of felt like nausea, but like not? Like it didn’t feel like I was sick, I just was suddenly focusing solely on my mouth and my breathing and it was so strange. Looking back I think that was my “oh I want to kiss this person right now” feeling. But obviously we were sitting opposite of each other at a table in a Dave and busters so that probably wouldn’t be the best place for a first kiss.
And then when we were walking back to my car I thought for sure she was gonna try to kiss me and I was PANICKING. And then the fall happened and then I was cleaning up her bloodied elbow so my energy kind of got focused elsewhere. But then like, she didn’t try to kiss me? And I really thought she was going to and when she walked away I was actually disappointed she didn’t. Like I did not have the balls to go for it myself so I was low key hoping she would do it.
But that’s just like how fucking sweet she is. Like she didn’t make me feel like I had to. She didn’t even bring it up. Like maybe she was nervous and unsure too? I don’t know but when she left I was kind of like oh what a bummer. Which is definitely a good thing for the future.
God it was so weird. Like I could feel myself at times drawing back when she was definitely going for physical affection. But then at moments I was cool and I even went for it. Like at the end when she was helping me down the dirt path and she asked if I needed help, I said yes right away. Like no second guessing whatsoever and I took her hand without been thinking. And then when I was pulling a Florence nightingale and trying to fix her up I was like super close to her, grabbing her arms and looking for cuts and doing that kind of stuff. And I knew what I was doing too- I was just finding excuses to touch her. But I couldn’t look her in the eyes when I was that close because I was PANICKING in my head about a possible kiss. It’s not like I wouldn’t have liked it or would’ve said anything but yes if she asked, but dude I was so nervous I was like oh my god I like this girl and if we kiss and things go wrong that is gonna suck so much.
I guess she’s the first person who I’ve wanted to kiss who 1. I like as a person and would seriously consider dating and that 2. I did not have any liquid courage spurring me on.
So yeah, that was the date. And while I wish she had kissed me I didn’t go for it so maybe I just wasn’t there yet. And that’s okay too.
I think that’s why at the table I was like panicking because I was thinking oh my gos I want to kiss her like right now but I really can’t like I felt it in the moment. This was like the last day of the date where I had the feeling like I was supposed to. So then I’m conclusion I guess it wasn’t the moment. I should kiss her in the moment that I want to, not the moment I feel like I have to.

i get so emotionally turbulent in the airport. maybe it’s because i’m always going off 2 hours of sleep and it takes me 2 hours to drive to the airport and i always book 6am flights and i always drink the night before. anyways i read this reddit post where this kids stepdad always financially provides fairly for him and his bio kids but excludes the stepson from special trips etc. he told the stepson it’s bc those are his bio kids and he wants to spend time with them and show them they mean more to him by virtue of being blood etc. he raised the stepson since he was one and shows preferential treatment to his bio kids, one of whom is the stepsons half sister. so the stepson responded by calling him by his first name rather than “dad” and stepdad got upset and hurt…anyways that story made me cry. idk i guess maybe it’s “natural” to other a kid who’s not “yours” biologically but jesus christ. you can’t treat a kid that way, exclude them, let them know they are less loved….irresponsible and cruel imo, no matter how you truly feel….
so there’s that. and then i saw this old dude handing presumably his wife a box of timbits and i got all gushy. and this older couple across from me is so cute the lady is just resting on her man’s chest and he’s just sitting there doing his thang. idk man i’m probably pmsing. i also have been reflecting on my loneliness and it’s imminent return LOL all my friends are leaving where i live soon and i’ll be alone..but i guess that’s my lot in life? that’s the way it is. there’s a lot of people i really love and appreciate even if they’re not the ideal friends/what have you. one being my roommate, a 50yo dude who does nothing but drink beer and smoke weed and talks about missing his daughter who he goes to see like once a year. i don’t agree with that aspect of his life (go see your KID instead of buying a new dirt bike !!) but man i have a lot of affection for him. he’s very generous and caring and kind and he channels his misplaced fatherly energy towards myself and the other younger workers on the mountain. i genuinely get along with him, and when he was with his daughter over the weekend i missed him…like i would get home and be like damn drew’s not here :/ and literally all we do is yap after-work style and sometimes watch shows. but idk he’s my favourite roommate this far which is crazy. idk it’s weird you never know who the people who actually make a difference in your life will be; it would have been so easy to write him off had i not bothered getting to know him. he’s a redneck, a sort of absent dad (he pays child support and knows everything ab her and supports her hobbies . he loves his daughter but. he’s gotta try harder to see her despite her living a few hours away) , he smokes cigs like a fiend, drinks beer like water, he passes out on the couch every single night of his life to dirt bike videos/sasquatch stories/random singing shows, is a typical tradesman. like it would be natural for me to judge his character based on those things. he’s actually one of the people who consistently takes my side when feminism comes up and always tells the other dudes “she’s right” etc. idk i just really am thankful to live somewhere where i’m comfortable with someone lol
& the other people i’ve met within the last year of my life have made me a better person and a happier person. somehow i really recovered a lot in the shithole where i live. dead end job, unfamiliar types of people , weird isolation. a lot of the shame i’ve carried my whole life has dissipated. i’ve been more myself than any other time in my life; and i don’t fear people’s rejection if i say what i truly believe or feel. sometimes there’s disagreements and some arguing, but it never ends badly, and weirdly i know i have peoples respect, even if they don’t agree with me or understand me. that’s what the key is i think — all my life with my family i’ve feared their rejection, their scrutiny, and their wrath. i’ve been scared to lose their love and respect because i was constantly threatened with it, and i experienced it countless times. the things the members of my immediate family have said to me, the things they’ve called me, the ways they’ve rejected me and punished me for being who i am has really damaged me and i always lived with it, bringing it into other relationships and friendships, not understanding that it was impacting literally every aspect of my life; how i interact with people being the main thing. it’s impacted my self esteem to such a degree with i could never make genuine friends and connections because i always went along with what other people said so they wouldn’t punish me. i let people treat me like dogshit because it’s what i was used to and what i thought love/acceptance costed. it even affected how i performed at work and what type of work i’ve tried to succeed at as an adult. it’s why i’m so lost and messed up and rootless. it’s why i have no idea what i want, and why for so many years i had no idea who i was.
for the first time in my life i feel accepted , if not loved. it’s enough to make me extremely emotional. it’s enough to make me happy because i could literally never imagine feeling so safe in my life. i love my parents and family but my god. what they’ve done to me can’t be reversed, though some things are beginning to repair
also i’m listening to the divorced dad playlist on spotify and it’s hitting. live laugh love!!!!

June Book Reviews, Part IV
3 romance books, ranging from thanks i hated to that was actually pretty fun!
Oblivious roommate, by Devon Doe
I think this is based off a reddit post about a guy complaining about the guys his rommate brings home only to realise it bothers him cause he likes the guy.
The premise is that the MC is transferring colleges and moving in with his best friend from back home, after a breakup, and upon learning said friend is gay and in relationship has a bit of a existential crisis.
It’s a nice idea, and I certainly enjoyed the reddit post, but the problem in this book is basically that the MC is a giant asshole.
It makes it really hard to root for them as a couple when one is so fuckin immature and behaves in really stupid ways. Which is a shame, cause the other guy seems really nice actually.
But my favourite ships are always the ones where I like everyone involved, and the way he acts is so insecure and ridiculous i’m not sure the couple will really stay together.
He thinks he might be gay  and like him so his idea is to trick his friend into kissing him and then lie to him about it? He goes digging around for dirt on the boyfriend cause he thinks “i dont like him and i dont know why so he must be a bad person, so i’ll help my friend get rid of a bad guy and then he’ll be free to be with me!” he actively sabotages his best friend’s relationship
It’s like all those awfully toxic tropes found in het romcoms but this time its gay
I do not recommend this book.
The ex hex, by Rachel Hawkins/ Erin Sterling
3 stars
This book is urban fantasy, an ‘our world but a little bit to the left’ plot, just add a little magic.
It’s set in a small town somewhere in the US, it’s a made up town hidden somewhere in the mountains. I think the location is mentioned but I forget, it hardly matters.
It starts with a young witch who just got her heartbroken and while she and her cousin drown their tears with alcohol they decide to curse the guy who did the breaking.
Fast forward to nine years later when the guy is back in town, and the curse is causing real issues for the town, so they have to work together to fix it and uncover the hidden story of the town’s founding.
The town has sort of a gilmore girls feel so i’m guessing somewhere in new england, it has a witchy reputation they love to play up and actual magic users, including a whole magic faculty in the local university.
It’s sort of a murder mystery cause there is death, and ghosts, and mysteries to solve.
They don’t work particularly hard at the world building tbh. The university has classes on magic, though we don’t get a lot of detail on that.
The MC’s family owns a magic shop that sells both trinkets to tourists and real magic items, the coffee shop runs on subtle magic and sells potions disguised as coffee, stuff like that.
Like the movie practical magic.
It’s all quite wholesome and it’s well done.
And in the middle of it all, the MC and her ex are dealing with rogue magic.
Cause the ex, who is a descendant of the founder, is in town to “charge the lines” but learns quickly upon arriving that his magic is on the fritz and this causes a lot of issues, and his life may be at stake, so they have to fix it, before it hurts someone, and before their founders day festival cause if bad things happen then it could hurt the economy and destroy the masquerade.
It is very entertaining, and funny at times.
It’s no great work of art but it is a good read, if a bit light.
Plus two, by Natasha West
2.5 stars
This is a sequel to “plus one” where a woman is need of a date for her sister’s wedding, after her gf whom she’d talked up, suddenly breaks up with her, so she finds a service that hires people to act as emotional support for big events.
and the woman that shows up to play pretend for a day, is no other than a woman who a decade prior was her first love and first heartbreak.
This book finds them a couple of years later, everything is going smooth until one of their parents brings up the baby talk and it reveals cracks in their seemingly-perfect relationship.
Tbh, i didn’t like it as much as the first one, there is just so much baby talk it gets a bit tired.
What is interesting is how they react to it, how they deal with said baby talk and the issues it presents.

yeah fuck it im gonna infodump about my ocs ok so first motherfucker is
BEN LIAU
and basically he is a tired ass man who works in glorified IT AKA fixing time anomalies on his computer. because thats the whole story is ben fixes time loops. and he's just wonderful he's very subdued and introverted but. ok think about it this way: ben is the IT guy who has seen pretty much every problem that could ever happen BUT ALSO he expects everyone else to have seen every problem ever and so hes like "you dont know. how to fix a category 5 time anomaly that causes a rip in space-time? no no its fine...its...totally fine. i can fix that. for you. since you cant" like such a dick sometimes but that leads me into his twin sister
ANDREA LIAU
who is a pathetic wet cat of a woman like im talking she has no job prospects she has never had a job she does not cook she does not clean she is living with her brother and he is just hoping that she figures out what she wants to do in life. but also she is very kind and FOR SOME REASON thinks that she is a good leader. like she thinks if the world went to shit people should rely on her and her judgement which is just not the case. she encourages her brother and helps with heavy lifting because thats most of what she's good at. shes got a high school education and big muscles. she will carry anything for her weak tiny brother
one thing that really defines their relationship is that ben is not the type to let people touch him but with andrea, she can grab at him and clean dirt off his face with her thumb and spit and hug him and they are just very close. they are best friends FOREVER and when they were kids it was always like that. they had to be separated when they were in the same class because they wouldnt stop talking to each other like. no one is closer to ben than andrea. which is why i think it hurts when theyre adults and they argue because ben wants her to help around the house and be a better roommate and theres a wedge between them. but theyre the best. forever
ben is also really sweet to her. like he is capable of being kind to other people but its noticable with her. she'll make a joke at his expense and just smile and roll his eyes. she'll get loud and he'll wince and smile anyway. andrea is like the loud bubbly one and bouncing off the walls while ben is like Tranquil. the only time he is loud is when he is angry otherwise hes very apathetic and monotone so you really have to see how he feels about someone by what he DOES for them. ben will sit in the same room as you and read and that is a sign that he likes you. meanwhile andrea will message you all the time like "DO YOU WANT TO GO TO THE MOVIES DO YOU WANT TO PLAY VIDEO GAME DO YOU WANT TO WALK DO YOU WANT TO HANG OUT"
but they love each other and they make it work and just. GRAAAGHGHGHG THEYRE THE BEST!! i love these two theyre LITERALLY besties theyre EVERYTHING

More house group chat shenanigans: we got a cleaner in today, who we get monthly. Every month I have to apologise about the state of the house and give her a massive tip out my own pocket because I feel bad but know the roommates won’t want to pay more than the normal rate. Today I finally snapped. There were two full trash bags on the kitchen floor when she arrived, piles of dirty dishes everywhere, and as usual the normal filth on the floors and surfaces which like. I’d be okay with if it was just the floors and surfaces that’s normal for a student digs. So I put a message asking if we can get a cleaner weekly instead of monthly since we don’t keep the place clean ourselves and it’s disrespectful to ask someone to clean such a filthy house. My roommate responded with “it’s not actually as filthy as you make it out to be” and later “I don’t believe we’re living in a dump”(because my bf always says that lol). HOW DOES SHE NOT SEE THE FILTH. Then she calls me out on my privilege thinking that it’s normal for South Africans to hire cleaners often because they are so underpaid it’s really cheap for us. SHE IS A FUCKING PRIVATE SCHOOL KID like my family is rich but hers is Rich rich. Then my other roommate who also comes from a wealthy family is like “yeah I never had a cleaner growing up” like dude. you don’t know how to clean on your own so I assume that’s just because your stay at home mommy did it for you. HOW DO THESE PEOPLE NOT SEE THE DIRT. all the while my boyfriend is at home talking to the cleaner and she said she’s not happy about the state of the house. She was wearing a mask while cleaning the bathroom. She specifically asked me for a big tip when I apologised to her. Like. If somebody who’s job is to clean other people’s houses and who has been doing this for many years, thinks our house is so gross ?????? How do my roommates not see it 😭 my bf and I just literally do not have the capacity to keep it clean and we always feel so bad. Like I am chronically ill and he works two jobs to cover both of our expenses and it just isn’t possible for us to clean in such a messy space. Often we can’t even do our own dishes because the sink is filled with other people’s dishes that have been lying there for days. The bin hasn’t been taken out in 3 weeks because nobody bothers to wake up early to do it except my bf who has been too sleep deprived recently to make that sacrifice (like he is physically sick now and would have been earlier if he had woken up early or take out the bin last week.) how do these people not see the dirt it is so bizarre to me

:0 “I’d rather just hang out with you, if I’m honest” and Taako, please??
35. “I’d rather just hang out with you, if I’m honest”
((50 ways to say "I love you" prompts here! Send some in!))
--
Magnus didn't want to say anything about it, but to be completely frank, he was getting a little freaked out by Taako sitting so close. If there had been anything he had learned in the past few months, it was that Taako was like a territorial cat who only ever bothered you if he was hungry. And Taako would have said something if he was hungry. And he definitely wouldn't be near Merle, because last time he had complained about hunger to Merle, Merle had taken a handful of dirt from his pocket and offered it as a meal.
Magnus was worried about Merle, for different reasons, but now wasn't the time for that.
Point being is that Taako was sitting incredibly close to both him and Merle. Maybe something about the time loop shit had fucked him up more than he was letting on. He didn't look injured, at least. Magnus was trying not to look at him too much, or make eye contact, lest he scare Taako away, but it was hard. Trying to focus on carving this duck was even harder, but Merle kept talking to himself and Taako kept moving around and distributing the couch.
Magnus just wished he had roommates who could give him a second of peace.
"Alright," Merle said loudly. Magnus looked up. "Maggie isn't gonna say anything and I wasn't gonna say anything but like. You good?"
"Me?" Taako said. "Taako's great."
"You don't usually..." Merle scratched his beard, glancing at Magnus. Magnus didn't want to be having this conversation. Again, territorial cat and all that.
"I'm literally just sitting here," Taako said. "In our dorm. If I had my own dorm, I'd be sitting in it."
"You've got your own room!"
"Taako can hang out if he wants," Magnus said.
"Yeah, but he's not usually this affectionate about it!" Merle said, throwing his hands up. "It's weirdin' me out, man!"
"I'm literally just sitting here," Taako repeated. "You're- whatever, I don't care. I'm gonna enjoy my time in the living area I was given. You can get up if you're bothered by it."
"I'm not bothered by it!" Merle said. "You're just being weird."
"You're being weird," Taako sniped.
"This whole thing is weird," Magnus interrupted. "Taako can sit where he wants. Just please stop moving and talking and- and arguing or I'm going to my room."
"Feel free, homie," Taako said with a dismissive wave of his hand.
"Up to you," Merle said.
For a blissful one, maybe two minutes, Magnus had his silence back. And then Taako said,
"I'm just kinda fucked up about it, right?" Magnus looked up again. Taako had pulled his hat down over his eyes. "Like, usually we just almost die, but then we did die. A lot. And now I gotta like, talk to the grim reaper or whatever about it 'cus we broke his deal. And it's not like, a big thing, but death isn't my favorite topic, so uh."
"You're meeting with him again?" Magnus asked, setting aside his carving tools. Something in my mind whispered "you have to wait for the cat to approach you first" and he beat it back with a stick. Taako was a person, not a pet.
"Yeah," Taako said, peaking from beneath his hat.
"Want me to come with ya?" Merle offered.
"I can scare him away if I need to," Magnus said.
"No, it's fine," Taako said. "It's just weird. I don't wanna talk about death, I wanna talk about, like, recipes and shit. He seems like a good hang, so I wasn't gonna be like "hell no". But I'm kinda like, "hell no" anyway because there's fifty-fifty of me ending up in prison so."
"Just talk to him!" Merle said. "Doesn't have to be about death!"
"Kinda does," Magnus said. "Like, that's the whole meeting purpose."
"Get the boring stuff outta the way then," Merle said. "Listen, kid. I trust him. He seems like a chill dude."
"He tried to kill us," Magnus pointed out. "Also he got your arm chopped off."
"I remember someone with an ax coming towards me and it sure wasn't him, Magnus!"
"What am I supposed to say, though?" Taako interrupted. "Like, "Hey I know we're supposed to talk about me and my friends-"
"Aw, we're your friends!"
""-but I'd rather just hang out with you, if I'm being honest." Like, what?"
"I think that's pretty good actually," Magnus said. "You state your point pretty clear. Less death, more friendship, and all that."
"Yeah!" Merle said. "That's my life motto."
"Less death, more friendship?"
"No, the "that's pretty good actually"."
"I fucking hate both of you," Taako cackled, pulling his hat over his face to muffle his laughter. "This is the worst. I'm going back to my room!"
"But I've got so much more advice!" Merle exclaimed. "Is this gonna be like a date thing or a hang-out thing or what? 'Cus I've got more advice for the first one. My first date with my ex-wife-"
"The start of that sentence gives me all the information I wanna know, actually," Magnus butted in before it could get any worse. Taako was still hanging off the side of the couch, laughing so hard Magnus could hear him wheezing. "Thank you so much, Merle, we'll definitely come back to you on that."
"No, we won't!" Taako wheezed.
"No, we won't," Magnus agreed.

The Fugitive (Finding Home), Pt. 1
Tumblr media
Karl Heisenberg x Reader
Warnings: strong language, Resident Evil-esque violence and descriptions of gore, and dark/sexual themes
Summary: A once-in-a-lifetime trip turned dark. You're quickly exposed to the sinister and mysterious world of a cursed village under the control of dark leaders. How long will you last and will you ever return home in one piece?
Tumblr media
Backpacking through Eastern Europe was not a top priority on your “to do” list. In fact, it was quite the opposite. Being one to preplan everything, you were completely caught off guard when your roommate sprung the idea of the trip out of the blue. You roommate, Jezebel Haine, was your first and only roommate from college onward. All legs, she was one of the stars of the track team but was most certainly not one of the brightest shining ones. She was considerably dim-witted, fanatical, and had a booming over-the-top personality that scared every potential boyfriend who had the disservice of meeting her. There were times, though, that she was rather endearing. Her childlike sense of self and emotional drivers consistently put her at a crossroads between what everyone else was doing and what she should be doing; she was, and always will be, a follower.
After four years of becoming “the bestest of friends,” you had a hard time imagining such a hard shift either into another roommate or living alone. Plus, her parents funded most everything she did and, in turn, funded the apartment the two of you shared.
“It’s an amazing opportunity!” She insisted, waving her hands in a simple manner as she rose from the condensed cushion of the leather-clad couch. “Think about it.” Gathering your hands in hers like a 20’s actress who had just met the man of her dreams, she pulled the bundle to her chest. “We frolic through the European countryside, it’s golden hour. My skin looks absolutely gorgeous… yours too, of course. The sun is just about to set, but alas!” She let out a dramatic gasp, removing one of her hands to cover her mouth. “It’s growing dark out!”
“That’s what happens when the sun sets.” You noted, causing her to drop the act for a moment only to immediately go back into character.
“We hear the crunching of leaves and twigs all around us as if something…” she drew close and lowered her voice to a whisper, “sinister is coming. Out of no where we’re ambushed! By what, I’m not sure. Then,” her eyes became glassy as she lay a delicate hand to her forehead, “two absolute studs… and I’m talking big bulging muscles, gorgeous trendy hair, captivating eyes… really everything a simple girl could ask for… seemingly drop from the sky! We’re saved!” She throws your hands into the air as if they’d fall like confetti. Drawing both her arms in, she sways back and forth in a waltz of one. “We’d be married by the next day! Hell, maybe we’d even end up as princesses.”
Oh, how utterly wrong she was.
Tumblr media
“I told you this was a stupid idea.” You groaned, haughtily holding your chin up while feeling your spirits low. A few miles back, on an asphalt road that quickly turned to dirt, sat the dingy red rental truck with a blown out engine and a deflating tire. With no cell service and the last town being over 100 miles back, your only choice was to walk.
“Don’t blame me!” Jezebel stopped walking, feet falling flat to the ground as she stomped her foot in a childish manner. “I,” her lip quivered as all the anger held in her body dissipated, “I just wanted to have a fun time with you.” Big tears flowed from her eyes quickly after finishing her proclamation, leaving smearing black lines down her face from the eyeliner she insisted was necessary in the Romanian countryside. God, if her parents weren’t funding this trip, you’d throw a fit for your money back.
“Jess, just,” reaching backward, you fished a rag from your backpack, “don’t cry. That’s not going to make this better.” Sniffling, she accepted the rag and wiped her eyes, further smearing black all over her face. You couldn’t help but feel a shred of sympathy for her. “Let’s just keep going. No use in wasting daylight. I really don’t want to get caught out here in the dark.”
“Where are we supposed to go, then?”
“I’m sure the next town will have some sort of inn or hotel. At the very least, they’ll have directions to the nearest city.”
After another five miles of walking, the sun was beginning to set and no gorgeous studs were waiting to save you. The blazing yellow ball inched slowly beyond the horizon. Its warming rays that had kept the snow from freezing the two of you in the day crept down below the snow peaked mountains that were nestled in the distance. Shadows began dancing between the trees, sending the forest into a theater of silent performers. The dirt road that was once large enough for two cars was now only a walking path so slim that Jezebel had to follow on your heels. Every now and again you were reeled back by the piece of rope that she had attached to your backpack that was firmly gripped in her hand. She claimed it made her feel safer.
“You think those two hunks are going to come save us now?” You joked, attempting to make light of this dark situation.
“I wish.” She huffed, frustration evading her voice as exhaustion took center stage.
Flickering light caught your eye. Hues of yellow and red mingled together in the distance, the outlines of rooftops and smoke-filled chimneys littered the ground below. “I think that’s a village.”
Another mile of downhill travel was all it took to reach the place where the once distant flickering of torches and lanterns grew into the quiet streets of a cluttered settlement. There was no clear indication of movement once you stepped foot in the village; the only evidence of any life came in the form of fresh boot prints, livestock, and the ever-blazing lanterns. Jezebel was all to happy to release your makeshift leash from her fingers, trotting mindlessly by to examine the street corners and homes. Your eyes continued wandering up the rooftops, finally landing upon the eerie looming castle situated on the mountainside above.
From around the bend, you heard Jezebel screech.
“What the fuck is wrong with you?” You threw caution to the wind, quickly rounding the corner to scold her like a parent would to a misbehaving child. “You don’t know if these people are violent or not. We can’t just go parading ourselves into the town center.”
“I think they’re violent.” She mustered the shaky words. Her hands covered her eyes and the majority of her face as she backed away from whatever had caused her distress.
“What?” The unpleasant squelch of snow beneath your feet caused your attention to draw downward. Dark snow surrounded your boot, an unnatural red hue stained the pure white. Gaze moving upward, your chest restricted feeling as if it had crushed inward on itself. The putrid smell finally fell upon your nostrils as you backed away from the scene. Severed animal heads hung lazily above you, their tongues flopping from their opened mouths.
“I want to go home.” Jezebel sobbed, rasping her cries into her cupped hand. Shaking her head as if to knock this moment from her brain, her short-lived façade of curiosity gave way to her immediate feeling of impending dread.
“That’s what I’m trying to do right now, Jess. Just, calm down.”
A low grumble had you standing further on edge, if that was possible at this point. The sound was clear as day and was anything but human. You weren’t even sure a human could get to an octave so low without the help of technology. Eyes darting upward once more, a chill ran from your shoulders to your toes.
Hauntingly yellowed eyes lingered upon the two of you. The beast-like figure was silhouetted by the moonlight, outlined like a ghost. It looked to be a man, but also anything but a man in the same sense. Its mouth was parted, baring old rotted teeth that looked to have dried blood caked between its gums. Its hands were bloodied as well, small cuts were painted across its forearms only hidden by the rags that clung to its chest.
Before you could process the situation, Jezebel let out another yelp. In an instant, the beast lunged down from its perch, landing with a ground shaking thud nearly five feet before you. “No!” Jezebel’s open palm collided with the space between your shoulder blades as she pushed you toward the monster. The last thing you saw was her backpack falling to the ground as she began running toward one of the homes. You landed face-first in the snow, groaning as all the air in your lungs were forced out. The beast snarled, once again showing its teeth as it hunched down to your level. This was, most certainly, not the way you envisioned dying. Things like this weren’t supposed to exist; this is myth, this isn’t real. It all felt like bad dream gone worse that you couldn’t wake from.
“Pesky creatures, aren’t they?” A new voice called out as the horrendous sound of metal crushing bone and muscle slithered through your ears. The disgusting feeling of gore instantly trickled down your hands. “Please,” the voice continued, “feel free to thank me anytime.”
A moment later, the stranger let out a scoff with the squishy suction of whatever he had used to quiet the monster. The tap of a boot on your elbow finally prompted you to uncover your eyes. “Or don’t.”
“I,” you started, opening and closing your mouth multiple times unable to find the right words, “thank you.”
“Oh.” He tiled the stiff rim of his frayed hat back, exposing a pair of circular sunglasses perched upon his nose. “Foreigners, eh?”
“Yeah, um.” You gathered yourself, finally pushing up to stand on your feet. “We got lost.”
“And ended up here, no doubt.” A stifled chuckle left his lips as he tilted his hat back in place and swung whatever he used to kill the beast over his shoulder. “If I were you, I’d get the hell out of here.”
Without another word, the stranger sauntered off with a backward wave of his hand. “Oh, and have someone clean this mess up.”
“Y/n!” Jezebel’s shrill voice called as she returned with a rather confused villager. He held a shotgun with both of his hands, Jezebel shone a flashlight in your eyes.
“Are you okay?” The villager moved forward with extreme caution after peering around you dumbfoundedly seeing the crumpled body.
“I’m fine, no thanks to her.” You spat, anger swelling in your throat causing a particular acidity to your words.
“All of you! Inside this instant.” A matronly holler came from behind Jezebel and the villager. “You know Miranda’s protection only runs so far as we grow closer to this time.”
Who is Miranda and, more importantly, who was the man who saved you?
The home you were ushered into was on the outskirts of town. It was one of the larger estates given the fact that some people seemed to live in one-room shacks. Upon entering, you were greeted with the warm glow of yellow light trickling in from what looked to be a formal living room. The sweet aromas of honeyed tea wafted through the air, drawing further in as the woman led the three of you deeper into the home. What was worse? You pondered. Being killed by that beast or potentially being murdered by the inhabitants of this home? You couldn’t decide. Thus far, the two gave no indication of malice.
“Please, sit.” The woman pulled out two of the chairs at her table, the wood scratching against the floor. “I’ll fetch the tea.”
Jezebel was so brainless. She smiled at you as if she hadn’t just offered you up as a midnight snack. Surely there was no hamster running on that squeaky track that powered her.
“What was that thing?” You turned to the man who was now seated to your right. “The monster.”
The man ignored your question, instead grabbing a piece of rounded bread from the plate at the center of table. Slathering butter on it, he looked to you. “How’d you kill it?”
“I didn’t.” You frowned, recalling the mysterious man who saved your life without even dropping his name. The villager raised his brows and kicked his foot up on the table. He was waiting for more information. “Some man came out of nowhere. He had some hammer-like weapon.”
As soon as he processed the words, his foot fell from the table and he leaned forward, uncomfortably close. You could smell the distinguishable bite of alcohol percolate from his lips. “Did he wear glasses? A hat?”
“He did.” The words slowly drifted from your mouth. “Hair to about here.” You motioned to the halfway point of your neck.
“Adelina,” the man called, presumably to the woman who guided you inside. He got up quickly, rushing to the other room leaving you and Jezebel alone.
“What the hell is going on here?” You whispered in a harsh tone, leaning forward to get closer to her. “Is this not weird at all to you?”
“I think they’re nice people.” Jezebel responded at full volume without a second of thought.
“That’s coming from someone who tried to feed their supposed best friend to a monster.”
“I was buying us time to get help.”
“Help? I almost died!”
“But you didn’t.”
“When we get back to the U.S. I never want to speak to you again.” You seethed. How could she be this bad? You knew there were a few… a considerable amount of screws missing from Jezebel, but how in God’s green earth does she justify her actions at this point? The thought of it accompanied by her dazed and empty stare only fueled the fire of anger more.
“Dear,” the woman, who you now knew was Adelina, reentered the room accompanied by the man with a tray of cups and a kettle in her hands. She set a delicate china glass in front of you, softly filling it with a reddish colored liquid that she assured you was Celestial Seasonings, a tea imported from Africa. “I hear that you’ve met Lord Heisenberg.” Placing a hand over her heart, she gave a warm smile that only sent another wave of dread through your body. There was something so alluring about this woman, yet so sinister.
“Lord, who?”
Adelina stiffened, craning her neck to the side as she plastered a forced smile upon her lips once more. You had upset her, that much was obvious. “One of the four Lords that rule here alongside our dear Mother Miranda.” She explained, pushing the cup of tea closer to your body. Jezebel had already finished her first glass. Warily, you lifted the cup in your hand and allowed the warm water to heat your frozen body. An elongated finger pointed to the framed painting that hung to the wall. “Mother Miranda protects us here.”
Mother Miranda. You could only focus on the image of the woman silhouetted by six black wings and a halo outlining her head. Her eyes were indistinguishable behind the raven-like mask that clung to her face. Adorned in a black garb, she looked to be a holy figure in this town. But like Adelina, something just wasn’t right with Miranda.
Tumblr media
The unsettling reverb of crickets and cicadas chirping grew louder and louder with each passing hour. You counted the seconds between waves of mass chorus; so far, it was roughly thirty seconds between each bleating scream of their nightly tune. You couldn’t sleep. Despite the somewhat comforting, but entirely unsettling welcome given by Adelina and Marion, you couldn’t help but feel like a caged animal in the tiny cupboard room they had given you. A curious thought tickled the back of your mind, willing you to remain as alert as possible after an exhausting day of hiking; where had they put Jezebel? Not that you particularly cared at this point. After the attack she had done a 180, dropping all suspicion of malice in this village. She simply flushed the pictures of hanging heads and wild beasts from her memory. You sometimes envied her lackadaisical memory accompanied by a fanatical view of the world. Living blissfully ignorant, especially in a situation like this, seemed to serve her best.
After a small dinner of fish that smelled of ammonia, of which you politely picked at, Adelina insisted the two of you stay the night. “The beasts will return!” She exclaimed, holding a firm hand over the intricately carved wood of the doorframe. “Early tomorrow we can arrange for a car to pick you up from the next town over.” Hushed murmurs climbing up from the cracked floors pulled you from your thought. The voices spoke in an incomprehensible argument.
“I’d quite like to keep...” the words faded in and out.
“No, no, no. Don’t be ridiculous...”
“What if....”
The floor spoke a soft squeak from beneath your feet as you shifted to get closer to the voices. Their conversation stopped, and you waited with bated breath for it to continue.
“We have to offer someone up tomorrow.” It was Adelina.
“I know, I know.” Marion sounded frustrated. “But you know Mother Miranda prefers only the purest. How are we supposed to know if either of them are-”?
The words faded once more as the two moved from room to room. Walking on the sides of your feet, you followed. Peeking around the corner, your eyes landed on Adelina and Marion illuminated by a flickering fire. They stood close to one another, keeping their tones low.
“Clearly, we offer the frumpy one. Take a look at her. There’s no doubt in my mind that she’s unexperienced.” Adelina snickered, taking a seat on the worn couch with her back to you. “She wouldn’t fit in here anyway.”
“The dumb one would get along nicely with our son.”
“I agree.”
A knock at the front door sent a shiver of adrenaline down your spine. Quickly scrambling to hide, you took in a deep breath as Marion passed by with his shotgun in hand. From the parted door, you could see the sun barely peeking over the horizon. Had it really been that long already?
“Are you sure she’s pure?” The new man stood in the doorway rushed past Marion, looking in the direction of the room they had put you in.
“I suppose we could check.” Adelina called, rising to join the others. “The both of them had that tea. They shouldn’t wake until the ceremony later today.”
“Is she in there?”
“Yes, the other one is upstairs.”
“Let’s check this one first.”
With heavy footsteps falling upon the rotting floorboards of the somewhat dilapidated home, you slunk further into the shadows of the room behind you. The glint of something metal caught your attention; a small handgun sat perfectly on a dresser as if set there intentionally for you to find. Holding your breath, you crept forward to it. You’d never shot a gun in your life, but you knew the basics... both hands, check for ammo, rack the slide, pull the trigger. At least, that’s what the movies told you.
“Out of bed so soon, are we?” The soft voice turned malevolent as Adelina appeared in the doorway of the room. “I wouldn’t use that if I were you.” She motioned to the gun that was aimed rather unskillfully for her chest.
“What the fuck is going on in this village?” You spoke with purpose now, tone wavering slightly as Marion stepped behind his wife.
“You don’t understand things around here, girl.” Adelina spat, moving aside as Marion began charging into the room. The loud blast of the gun echoed from the walls of the home followed by a harsh curse and the sound of a body crumpling to the floor. You had shot Marion in the leg; he’d live.
“No,” you started, re-racking the slide as Adelina’s other friend approached wielding a similar gun to your own. Adrenaline washed over your nervous system, your hands shook violently, but you attempted to remain composed. “You’re the one who doesn’t understand. This isn’t normal! Tell me what’s going on now or,” your eyes trailed down to Marion who was attempting to control the flow of blood from his wound.
“You wouldn’t.” She laughed bitterly.
“Like hell, I wouldn’t.” You exclaimed, training the gun onto her. “Now tell me, what’s happening here.”
“You’ll understand soon enough.” Adelina’s friend’s words were the last thing you heard before your ears rang and the sting of a bullet burnt white hot in your shoulder. You weren’t sure if your gun ever went off again.
Tumblr media
Despite being tied, bathed, dressed, and currently sitting on a freezing alter-of-sorts, you still hadn’t the slightest clue as to what was going on. A crowd of villagers surrounded from the south, all carrying on with a rumble of conversation. Adelina shot daggers at you, Marion as well, from a small, inclined hill at the edge of the crowd. The clothes you wore were your own, she had fished through your backpack claiming that it was of no use to waste a nice dress on “someone like her.” Jezebel was likely still fast asleep at their house.
A woman with the likeness of the framed photo you had seen appeared out of nowhere. So, this was the famous Mother Miranda that everyone regarded so deeply. She stood before you as the crowd’s voices hushed and their eyes became hazed with looks of admiration and devoted appreciation. Surely, she was a human, deities and gods didn’t exist in a physical form, you assured yourself.
Without a word, Miranda moved gracefully as if flowing across the ground to stand before Adelina. Taking her face between her hands, she whispered what you assumed to be praise as Adelina’s lips moved rapidly thanking Miranda. She then moved to Marion and grazed her hand against the wound on his thigh, speaking of how his steadfast devotion would quickly heal any injuries of cruelty spread by evil. When her attention finally fell back to you, she frowned. Stalking around you in circles, Miranda’s imposing figure made you want to shrivel to nothingness.
“Thank you.” She turned to the villagers as if to dismiss them. “When the time comes, I will return for another.”
The black wings you had seen in the photo sprouted from her back, shielding your sight of the villagers as they retreated to their homes. Hopeful cries and shouted blessings to Miranda echoed from the crowd as the village gate slammed. The only evidence of them once populating this empty square were flowers and offerings of fruit and grain left for the supposed goddess.
The world swiftly darkened once more.

after what seems like forever, the bus finally arrives at the location. the rest of the bus ride went alright, except that suho kept turning around in his seat, checking if you’re doing well. because of that you simply decided to text him that everything was fine: seojun wasn’t even talking to you. on the contrary, he acted quieter than usual, looking out of the window the whole time.
speaking of: how lucky seojun felt that you didn’t seem to notice the truth behind his behavior. after all he’s a person incredibly difficult to read. one moment he’s mean only to remain silent in the other. even his friend with keen sense of perception, chorong, struggles to detect the real meaning of the boy’s actions. however, he’s definitely not about to give up, after all he spent the whole night planing the ultimate reconciliation.
han seojun himself, has no clue how to act. yet, one matter is clear: he wants to make up with you. the whole time he suppressed that he misses being near you, constantly trying to fight back the thought of wanting you. well aware that it’s easier said than done, he thinks of a way to overcome his stubbornness. in the first step, he needs to distance himself a little, though the concept of that seems more difficult than it sounds.
after everyone gets settled into their hotel rooms, it’s game time. outdoors you stand next to your roommates sua and soojin, as your teacher explains the simple rules for the tug of war game. your teacher’s suggestion of separating the teams classwise gets absolutely rejected by chorong, who claims that the game wouldn’t be exciting that way. therefore, your teacher hands the rope to chorong himself, stating that he should choose his opponent and divide into two groups.
at the sight of your friend grinning from ear to ear, you narrow your eyes in suspicion. is it that big of a deal from him?
but you’re even more surprised when he chooses his closest friend han seojun as his opponent to which the latter doesn’t react well.
“woah, you betrayer.” seojun tilts his head with a frown on his face before brushing his hair away from his forehead,
“game on.”
“okay, i’m the first one to choose and i choose y/n!” enthusiastically chorong pulls you to his side a little too fast, causing you to bump shoulders with him.
something seems off today.
two equal groups finally get created, a line separating them from each other. kim chorong and han seojun face each other, positioning themselves in the very front. purposely, you stand near the back, gripping the rope tightly with your hands since you don’t feel that strong.
right when the game is about to start, chorong suddenly groans in pain while holding his stomach,
“i don’t feel so good. someone else should take my position.”
“oh, well then suho should-”, you raise your hand to suggest who should replace chorong but you get interrupted by chorong immediately,
“y/n, thank you so much for volunteering. my strongest player!”
everyone watches you with confused eyes, probably thinking the same thing that’s running through your head. strongest player?
overwhelmed, your helpless eyes search for suho’s and it doesn’t take him long to react,
“if you’re not comfortable i could-”
“y/n, come on! what’s taking you so long?” sua gently grabs your shoulders from behind to push you to the front while laughing nervously.
as stupid as it sounds, once again you’re not able to hear her whispering something certain to your group members, while you are too busy observing the boy on the other side of the drawn line.
the whole team is lead to confusion when your friend tells them to let the rope go on the count of three.
on the sign of your teacher, the two groups start pulling the rope to their direction, trying to get the other members to their side. certainly, it’s difficult and requires a lot of strength. while tugging the rope with force, you look up to see han seojun doing the same thing, completely focused on the game.
“three.”
his veins are visible on his arms.
“two.”
his hair slightly covers a part of his forehead.
“one!”
all of the sudden everyone in your team, except for you, lets go off the rope, causing you to lose balance and stumble forwards.
some of the opponents fall down while the others are able to find balance in the last second.
letting out a small yelp, you find yourself falling into han seojun’s arms. however, when you grab onto his shoulders to prevent yourself from falling, he quickly reacher for your waist. before he knows it, both of you fall on the ground.
han seojun lays beneath you.
eyes tightly closed, your head hits his chest. with embarrassment you look up, to find him doing the same. the boy looks more than just shocked. his grip is still steady on your waist, hair messy, gaze on you.
are you starting to find him attractive?! (a/n: good morning, y/n)
and as you eventually notice the rosiness on his almost pale face, you cough more than just once.
“you just fell for me.”
it seems like it’s the last straw for you, when these words leave han seojun’s mouth with teasing tone.
now your stupid heart rate is speeding up again and you are sure that it’s able to explode any moment. not to mention, the boy beneath you can possibly hear it due to the extreme closeness.
therefore, you’re happy to come to your senses and stand up swiftly. after seconds han seojun does the same, watching you brush the dirt off your jeans.
he smiles at the sight of you and for once decides to ignore kim chorong grining like a cheshire's cat.
mission complete.
_
in the next game you have to build groups with four members and stand on a piece of newspaper. the group loses the moment one of their members step out of the paper.
lee suho instantly tugs at your sweater, asking if you want to be in a group with him. a smile forms on your lips and you nod to his request with joy. sooner than think, soojin approaches the both of you, questioning if she could join you. chuckling you playfully hit her shoulder to show that obviously she could,
“of course! now we only need one more person. how about sua?”
“i think sua wants to stick to her boyfriend.” soojin giggles while observing the couple clutching to each other.
as all three of you look around for a last person to join you, kim chorong pushes han seojun to your direction forcefully, causing his back to hit your own. with a look of puzzlement you turn around.
“sorry, seojun! we’re already four people. you gotta join their group.”,
kim chorong whines in a false upset tone before focusing back to his own group. once again, you fail to notice the grin on his face.
before it can get awkward between the four of you, you indicate them to step on the piece of paper. you wish you could overlook suho and seojun exchanging annoyed looks. it seems like both of them could start a fight any moment. thankfully soojin steps forward, standing between you and suho.
soon the host starts the game. everyone holds each other closely, your own arm around seojun’s back. you don’t fail to notice a smile appearing on soojin’s face when suho wraps an arm around her, holding her tightly. amused, you try to hold in your laughter but soon freeze on spot when seojun swiftly pulls you closer to his body before you can lose your balance and fall backwards. your own grip on his jacket tightens. both of you look at each other at the same time, taken aback by the sudden closeness. seojun coughs, a faint tint appearing on his ears, and looks away a little too quickly. meanwhile suho looks like he’s about to explode.
in the next round you intentionally squeeze yourself between the two boys, so that they don’t have the chance to throw fists at each other.
“why does suho ruin my plan!”
further away from you, chorong complains to sua and taehoon. the latter sighs with disappointment while shaking his head,
“i don’t know.”
“it’s almost like he likes y/n.” chorong scoffs sarcastially, eyes focused on lee suho.
but soon shock hits all three of them. chorong and taehoon avert their gazes from suho to look into each other’s eyes in horror,
“oh, no.”
_
the last day at the countryside is colder than usual and remains extremely silent, only sounds of crickets can be heard. that being so you choose to stay in the hotel room, watching tv dressed in jeans and a cozy hoodie. fully prepared for bed, you even removed your contact lenses and wear you specs, hair up in a messy ponytail.
however, the unexpected sight of your two roommates dressed up in their winter coats and combat boots causes you to sit up with surprise written in your face. both sua and soojin do the same when they spot you sitting on the couch lazily. after a short silence with the sound of the tv playing in the background, you finally break the awkward quietness,
“are you two going somewhere?”
“why are you still in those?”
instead of answering your question, sua looks you up and down with a confused expression. reacting to her statement, you push your glasses up your nose, eyes unable to meet hers,
“i thought we were staying in.”
“of course not! we should have fun on our last night.”, soojin chuckles while sitting down next to you, taking your hand in hers.
after nodding understandingly, you return soojin’s smile,
“that’s right. have fun, guys! i think i should stay in.”
before your friend sitting next to has the chance to reply to your decision, sua throws your jacket on your face softly,
“no way! you’re coming with us, y/n.”
removing the piece of clothing from your face, you’re met with sua staring at you with troubled eyes. resigned, you sigh before putting on your jacket which causes both of your friends to cheer. yet, this time you notice sua’s body losing its stiff posture while letting out a huge breath.
_
meanwhile han seojun walks outside with his hands in his pockets, feeling the cold air on his face. a shiver goes down his spine as he passes several students, who seem to enjoy the last night outside at this terrible weather. in fact, the young boy would rather stay in his hotel room if it wasn’t for his stubborn friends, who basically force him to attend the talent show. although, he thinks their several excuses are nothing but ridiculous (”it’s the last night”, “you should sing”, “sneak around in the woods” etc.) he still leaves his room at the mention of you. kim chorong never misses the chance of bringing you up in tangled situations, well aware of seojun’s reaction.
the moment they arrive at the talent show, which takes place near the forest, han seojun instantly spots you a few steps away from his friend group. completely uninterested you stand next to your friends, impatiently tugging at sua’s coat. at this sight of you, dull eyes visible under your specs, a few loose strands of hair falling down from your ponytail, he can’t help but smile at your disinterest. a few seconds ago he was feeling the same way but this changed thanks to your appearance.
minutes pass as everyone waits for the host to appear on the stage. students already found their seats on the floor, absorbed in their own conversations. somehow, chorong finds a way to sit close to you with the help of sua. the boy sits between you and han seojun with relief. moreover, he focuses on being as far away from lee suho as possible. fulfilling his plan, soojin luckily approached suho first, causing the cupid team to achieve their goal.
finally the host makes an appearance on the stage and lists the number of performances before the first group comes into view. seven girls from your grade, dressed in the same shirts and skirts, start dancing to a girl group song. at the sound of nonstop by oh my girl your disinterest disappears suddenly, replaced with excitement instead. to be honest, you really enjoyed this song, although it isn’t really your type.
while the girls are performing, chorong nudges seojun’s side with his elbow next to him, who seems rather bored.
“did you know this song is about someone who crushes on their best friend but is unable to confess?”
chorong’s sudden statement catches seojun’s attention and he turns his head to his friend next to him with a confused face,
“so what?”
“ah, i’m just saying.”, his friend shrugs with a playful pout before focusing back on the performing group.
what’s wrong with him?
before seojun can further question chorong’s odd behavior, his eyes unintentionally land on yours.
“saljjak seollesso nan!” (my heart fluttered a little)
viewing you bopping your head to the song happily causes seojun’s expressions to soften and without knowing his eyes linger on you with admiration.
_
the talent show ends after the last performance. unfortunately the air is even colder now causing many students to rush back to the hotel with almost freezing bodies. unquestionably, you start walking the same way as them, expecting your friends to follow you only to get pulled back.
sua loosens her grip on your jacket when you turn around to face her,
“how about we sneak around the forest, huh? what do you say?”
“forest?”
“apparently it’s haunted. isn’t that crazy?”,
she noticeably grins at you with excitement.
“yeah, that’s crazy.”, uneasily you mumble since you have bad memories with forests.
“come on, y/n! you love adventure.”
eventually you give in and follow sua and taehoon into the woods, still concerned about your decision.
seojun doesn’t seem surprised when his friends appear in front of him as he’s about to return to the hotel.
“let’s go ghost haunting!”
“ghost haunting?” he repeats chorong’s words with a questioning voice,
“forget it. i’m going to sleep.”
“why? are you scared?”
at the teasing tone seojun rapidly reacts,
“scared? me? what do you take me for!”
without having to try harder, the friend group follows seojun into the forest.
_
by some way the woods correspond exactly to your memories from your middle school time. you observe dark tree trunks around you as the moon shines through a lattice of leaves. with every step the undergrowth cracks and you hear the sound of wind slipping through the leaves. breathing in the cold air, you smell the scent of rich earth.
it’s almost like you’re experiencing that certain traumatic moment once again but luckily you aren’t alone.
to the sound of a flutter of wings, sua nervously clutches on taehoon’s coat while holding your wrist in the other hand. abruptly, her boyfriend stops in his track with wide eyes, causing both of you two stumble forward.
“w-what?”
“did you guys see that?” taehoon speaks without averting his gaze from the trees standing a little further away.
sua gulps, “see what? is there something?”
her voice has gotten quieter and more nervous as she follows her boyfriend’s gaze,
“this was supposed to be a mission and now we’re going to die.”
“what mission are you talking about?”
hearing your question, taehoon rapidly turns around to face you.
“nothing.”, he nudges sua with warning eyes before stepping forward,
“it’s probably nothing. do you guys really believe in ghosts?”
although he sounds quite confident, his steps are still cautious and the nervousness on his face is impossible to overlook. with each step, all of you feel your hearts pounding against your chests.
“kim chorong, where the hell are you?” sua mumbles under her breath impatiently, yet so quietly that you can’t understand a single word.
your skin shivers from the cold air and you feel your muscles tightening. trying not to shake, you grip on your friends clothing, waiting for taehoon to check what’s behind that mysterious tree.
and for one second all three of you stand still in complete silence when suddenly a tall dark creature stands not so far away from you. all of you scream in fear at the same time and before you know it you all sprint off to the opposite direction.
your legs move in extreme speed as your heart races in your rib cage. sua and taehoon are in front of you, running even faster with every second passing. frightened, your friend checks behind her and sighs in relief when she sees that you’re still with them.
from there, you run without thinking about stopping. after what seems like minutes your legs give in after you suddenly trip over a bumpy root. a small gasp escapes your mouth the moment you fall down on the slippery earth, wet and dewy leaves sticking on your palms.
without wanting to waste any time, you swiftly look up in hope to see your friends but unfortunately you’re only met with clumps of bushes, tall trees and barely visible black trails snaking through the undergrowth.
standing up, you brush the dirt off your hands and knees. hopelessly, you look around one more time to find someone but unluckily, you’re all alone in the haunted woods. the fact that it’s utterly dark makes everything worse and you try your best to suppress some terrifying memories.
although you’re shocked and frightened, you try your best to remain calm. it’s only a matter of time until you eventually find a way out of this stupid forest and return to your hotel. what could possibly happen to you? the woods are probably safe anyway, considering that the whole story about the ghosts is only a legend.
taking a deep breath, you look up to see stars in glimpses through tree breaks. it isn’t completely dark. seojun would always tell you to look at the moon and the stars when you’re afraid of the dark.
it seems like the track is endless as you walk further into the woods, fog covering your sight slightly. with your arms wrapped around yourself to keep your body warm you continue following the path. the further you go, the more you start to worry about where to go. there is nowhere to go. indeed, you are lost in the middle of the dark woods with nothing but yourself.
a look of concern crosses your face when your knees feel weak, causing you to stop in your tracks. carefully, you approach a random tree next to you and sit down completely exhausted. slowly, you were struggling to breathe normally. nothing but your heavy breathing and the sound of branches moving in the wind could be heard.
fidgeting with your fingers, red from the intense coldness, you try to come up with a way. yet, your head is only filled with memories from the time you were lost in the forest.
you remember every single detail from that night. how you left seojun stubbornly, your body shivering from the cold, dark shadows surrounding you, leaves crunching under your feet and tears streaming down your eyes.
these horrible memories cause you to feel uneasier than you already are and you feel your eyes tearing up.
you’re scared. nothing but fear takes over your shaking body. in this huge forest you are lost and completely alone. wrapping your arms around your knees, you cry quietly, heart beating faster than it should. time passes and you lose track of time while tears run down your cheeks.
out of the blue, a voice echoes through the forest with a worried tone to it. from all the panic and fear, you don’t bother looking up. soon the familiar sounds are easier to hear, pointing out that the person is near to you.
“yah, kim chorong! where are you guys?”
han seojun?
“if you guys don’t come out now i’m leaving without-”
when you’re sure that it’s han seojun’s voice, you look up to find him standing only a few inches away from where you’re sitting.
“y/n?”
han seojun’s shocked eyes find yours in a matter of seconds. the young boy stands there in his leather jacket with worry written all over his face. it hurts him so much to see you in this state and all he wants to do is to hug you.
it doesn’t take him long to squat down in front of you. carefully, he caresses your almost freezing face with his warm hands after brushing your hair out of your face. sadness crosses over his face when he wipes the tears off your cheeks. seojun’s heart aches when you look into his eyes with a mix of fear and relief, teary from crying the whole time.
“are you hurt? what happened to you?”,
he asks with a low tone, eyes never leaving yours.
at this, you squinch your eyes shut, only crying harder than you were,
“i got lost here. all alone.”
usually, you would feel embarrassed to cry or say something like that, especially in front of han seojun. but right now, you don’t care at all. on the contrary, you feel so happy that seojun found you, once again.
eyebrows drawing together, he lifts your chin up to take a better look at you,
“look at me.”
attempting to stop yourself from crying, you look into his eyes.
“it’s over now, y/n.”
“seojun-ah-” you trail off when you notice your voice shaking slightly, still taken aback by the whole situation.
“you’re not alone anymore. i’m with you.”, seojun wipes the last tears away from your face before pulling you in for a tight hug, strong arms wrapping around your figure. you feel relieved when he rubs your back comfortingly.
taking in a breath, you wrap your arms around his body, hugging him even tighter. face resting on his chest, you’re eventually able to calm down as he hums caring words into your hair with soothing voice.
_
fortunately, both of you find a way out of the woods. the whole time seojun held your hand tightly in his to make you feel safe. silence took over both of you, no single word leaving your mouths. now and then his thumb rubbed the back of your hand which helped you calm down.
but it definitely didn’t help your poor heart. instead of slowing down, it only beat faster.
isn’t it strange how seojun is the one who found you again, when you were lost in the woods? what’s even stranger is the fact that you feel differently near him. needless to say, you enjoy finding yourself in his arms. you also liked falling asleep on him in the bus ride.
it couldn’t be...
eventually you arrive at the hotel. eyes darting around your surroundings, you cough shyly,
“we should uh, we should go in now. again, thank you, seojunnie.”
seojunnie?
instantly your eyes widen in horror at the fact that you decided to call him by the nickname you gave him when you were younger. embarrassed, you’re unable to make eye contact and rub your neck before letting go off his hand after mumbling a good night under your breath.
however, before you have the chance to leave, seojun reaches for your wrist and pulls you back lightly. the boy tries to hide his pleasant smile and stares at you. surprised, you wait for him to speak.
“it may be a little too late. it also be not the right time or place to say this. but i just have to tell you that i’m sorry.”
sorry?
seojun notices the frown on your face and continues after taking a deep breath,
“i’m sorry for everything. i’m sorry for treating you nothing like a friend, i’m sorry for annoying you all the time, i’m sorry that i stole your audition and i’m so sorry for telling suho to stay away from you.”
the boy talks nervously, a look of guilt appearing on his face.
“it’s my fault that our friendship ended like that and i should have never done those things. i-i don’t know why i went that far and didn’t question your feelings but... but i just want you to know that i sincerely feel sorry. i’m sorry, y/n.”
utterly absorbed in his speech, you don’t notice him taking a bracelet made out of flowers until he wraps it around your wrist carefully. the feeling of his fingers brushing over your wrist causes butterflies to appear in your stomach.
“i hope you forgive me.”
after putting the bracelet on your wrist, seojun watches you staring at it with a look of surprise. the poor boy feels nothing but nervous standing in front of you, waiting for your reaction. after all, he’s content that he’s finally able to apologize, which took him long enough.
“i do. it’s okay, seojun.”
when you smile at him with happiness written in your eyes, he can’t believe his ears. how can you forgive him so easily? the young boy stands there silently in shock.
“seojun-ah?”
“you forgive me? really?”
hearing his excited tone, you nod while playing with the bracelet, eyes not leaving his,
“i’m happy we’re friends again, seojun.”
abruptly, he pulls you in for another hug, spinning you around,
“i missed you.” he mutters under his breath while you chuckle with amusement,
“i missed you too! but i think i’m gonna fall.”
after putting you down, seojun grins at you with loving eyes, happier than ever.
will he be able to overcome his feelings this time? needless to say, he likes you more than just a friend. but for now, he just wants to be near you again.
“race you to the rooms, zombie.”,
after pinching your cheeks, seojun sprints away. soon you follow him, laughing at the nickname,
“hey! you didn’t count!”

good girls (m) | slytherin!hyuck
Tumblr media
pairing: slytherin!donghyuck x ravenclaw!reader
words: 4k+
summary: donghyuck thinks you’re the most perfect, little goody-two-shoes head girl who’s ever walked the halls of hogwarts. that is, until he finds out you’ve fucked na jaemin in the back of the library.
genre: fluff, smut
warnings: public sex, overstimulation, creampies, degradation, riding
yes this is inspired by ‘good girls’ from 5sos.. how did you know?
“Leave me alone, Donghyuck.”
The Slytherin boy insists on following you, weaving his way through the shelves of the library simply just to annoy you. You’re sure Donghyuck has made it his goal to get under your skin this year, just as he has done in years prior. Luckily, the both of you are reaching the end of your time at Hogwarts, so it shouldn’t be long before he completely disappears from your life.
“What’s wrong? I’m just asking you for Potions help.”
You glare at him as you reach for another book you need to study. Since your father was the Potions professor, Donghyuck always assumed you would be able to help him cheat on upcoming tests. His version of help was always laced with just tell me the answer.
“I’m not telling you anything,” you hiss lowly, scurrying away in an attempt to get him to leave. You’re unsuccessful, of course, as he trails behind you when you reach your desk.
“Will you at least come to the Quidditch game this weekend?” He smirks, placing his hands on the table and leaning over to grin sleazily at you. You roll your eyes, getting situated in your seat as you open your Charms textbook.
“I’m not interested in watching Quidditch.”
He narrows his eyes. “Don’t lie. I saw you in the stands last weekend with Renjun.”
“Fine. I’m not interested in watching you play Quidditch.”
He scoffs. “Whatever. Just let me know when goody-two-shoes wants to come out of the library and have some fun.”
Donghyuck leaves you, finding Yangyang and Jeno in the Great Hall. The boys are laughing at the Slytherin table even though neither of them are actually a Slytherin. The rest of the table isn’t bothered by their presence.
Jeno snickers at the sight of Donghyuck’s long face when he sits next to him.
“Struck out again?”
“I didn’t strike out,” Donghyuck clarifies, although nobody is buying it. “It’s a slow process.”
“So you struck out?” Yangyang chuckles.
Donghyuck just rolls his eyes. “I’ll get there.”
Jeno glances back down at his Herbology textbook. “You should talk to Jaemin. I think they’re good friends.”
It’s hard to fathom that you would be friends with anybody, considering you spend most of your time in the library or helping your dad out in his office. Donghyuck’s tried really hard to get a sliver of your attention since First Year. He didn’t know exactly what it was that attracted him to you, but he supposes that you rejecting him kept spurring on his advances. You were also super fucking hot, and he almost passed out in Fourth Year when you showed up to the Yule Ball wearing a dress that still lingers in his dreams.
“How would Jaemin even-“
“Don’t ask me,” Jeno brushes off. “I’m studying.”
Donghyuck huffs before pulling out his own textbook. He supposes he should study too since you’re clearly not going to help him. He tends to zone out during most of his classes, mainly thinking about how sinful you look in your little skirt, how he could just rip your robes right off and-
Yangyang hits him upside the head. Donghyuck groans.
“Stop daydreaming and focus.”
The Slytherin boy grumbles but listens anyways, trying his best to focus on the History of Magic instead of imagining you bent over one of the desks in Potions class.
“If you’re not going because Donghyuck asked you to, then that’s just stupid. I don’t even understand why you’re in Ravenclaw.”
You glare at Renjun. He’s all dressed up in Ravenclaw gear, covered head to toe in a mountain of blue. You rarely attend Quidditch games unless Renjun drags your ass out there to watch.
“I don’t want to go today. Can’t you find someone else to come with you?”
“Nope. Only you,” he smiles. You’re not amused in the slightest bit. “Oh, I see. Is it because you don’t want to see Na Jaemin?”
“Jaemin and I are history, Renjun. Don’t need to dwell in the past.”
“You fucked him literally a month ago.”
You grab the nearest article of clothing near you and fling it at Renjun. Jisu grunts at the both of you.
“Holy fuck, I’m trying to study! Just go to the game and get the fuck out of our room!”
You grumble but listen to your roommate as she seems to grow more irate the longer Renjun stands in the doorway. He smiles in victory when you walk beside him to the Quidditch field. You ignore his glee while he babbles on about today’s game, wondering who’s going to reach victory.
You both find seats in the stands, and you feel embarrassed being here. After all, it was only a month ago when Jaemin fucked you in the Quidditch locker rooms. You managed to not get caught, but you wouldn’t hold it against Jaemin to tell the entire team what happened.
Jaemin wasn’t your boyfriend by any means. You two simply started to get closer this year and to release most of your frustration, you found yourself underneath him every once in a while. You ended it last month after Seojeong started to show an interest in dating him, and you didn’t want to interfere with the Hufflepuff’s advances. You haven’t spoken to Jaemin since then, only catching him eyeing you during Potions ever so often.
But now you see him as he mounts his broom, holding steady in the air as Slytherin’s Seeker. Your eyes are too focused on him to realize Donghyuck has been waving frantically for the last minute to try and get your attention.
Renjun elbows your side and you groan.
“What the fuck?”
He points to where Donghyuck is, just a few feet away from Jaemin in the air. You sigh and refuse to wave back at him, but Donghyuck still keeps his bright smile.
“Wouldn’t he be better as a commentator than a player?” You ask Renjun, knowing how fast Donghyuck can run his mouth.
“You’ll be surprised. Donghyuck’s really good. If I were on the team though, I think I would like to be Seeker,” Renjun muses.
You scoff. “Seeker? You can’t see for shit!”
You think Renjun’s about to murder you then and there, but the whistle is blown and the game sets in motion. He diverts his attention, cheering loudly for Ravenclaw.
As the game draws on, you see what Renjun means. Donghyuck is impeccably fast on his broom, whizzing by your Ravenclaw team to throw the Quaffle into one of the hoops. Your eyes widen and you lean over to Renjun.
“He’s pretty good.”
“I told you.”
You become mesmerized in the way Donghyuck zooms across the field, dodging any incoming bludgers and getting score after score for Slytherin. You would usually be focused on how Jaemin holds steady on his broom, trying to capture the Snitch.
You can’t take your eyes off Donghyuck’s figure, sweat dripping from his forehead as he eagerly throws the Quaffle into another hoop. Chenle, the commentator, praises him once again. You don’t even mind that your team is losing — Donghyuck seems determined to make them eat dirt.
You won’t lie either, he looks incredibly attractive like this.
“Fuck!” Renjun shouts in your ear. “Jaemin found the Snitch!”
It’s only mere seconds before Chenle declares victory for Slytherin, and the sea of green leaps up to cheer. Renjun grumbles, hanging his head in his hands as you laugh. The rest of Ravenclaw is just as dejected as him, filing out of the stands and mumbling about how no one can stop Donghyuck once he’s on the field.
“Come on, champ,” you encourage him, trying to pull the small boy up from his seat. Renjun sighs as he follows you and since you two are one of the last ones to leave the stands, you catch the Slytherin team leaving the locker rooms and bouncing with joy to go to their after party.
Donghyuck’s eyes light up when he sees you and you quickly try to detour, tugging Renjun along with you. Donghyuck calls out your name and you sigh, turning back around to face him. He looks like a dream if you’re being honest, fresh out of the showers and beaming at his victory.
“You came!”
You cough awkwardly. “Renjun dragged me here.”
“Impressive what you did out on the field,” Renjun nods in acknowledgment. You can only imagine how hard it was for him to choke out a compliment, considering Renjun hates when Ravenclaw loses.
Donghyuck nods back. He turns his attention to you. “Coming to the after party?”
“We’re not in Slytherin,” you mention, pointing to the blue colors both you and Renjun are wearing. “Plus, you just killed our Quidditch team’s reputation.”
He smirks. “True, but I’m sure no one cares if you’re from a different house as long as you celebrate. At least, I don’t care if you’re a Ravenclaw.”
Renjun clears his throat at Donghyuck’s attempt at flirting. He nudges your side when Jaemin leaves the locker rooms, his hair a newly dyed blonde as he combs his fingers through it.
You quickly grab Renjun’s wrist. “Um, we’ll decline. See you later!”
You both scurry away before Jaemin has a chance to see you, leaving Donghyuck flustered at your rejection. Jaemin comes up to swing his arm around Donghyuck’s shoulder.
“Why are you still here? I thought you would be off to the party by now.”
Donghyuck sighs. “Tried my luck with Y/N but she just hates me.”
Jaemin freezes at the sound of your name. He coughs a little. “Are you talking about the Ravenclaw?”
Donghyuck nods and the two begin walking back to their common room. “Yeah, I’ve been trying to get her to open up to me but I guess she’s really not interested.”
“Um, do you know that we used to be a thing?”
Donghyuck fully stops in his tracks. “What?”
Jaemin looks extremely flustered now in front of his friend. “She kind of ended it a month ago. But we used to, um, be together all the time.”
“Be together how?” Donghyuck narrows his eyes.
“I don’t need to spell it out for you, Donghyuck.”
He folds his arms across his chest. “I think you do. As far as I know, Y/N barely has any friends as is so I find is unbelievable that she would open herself up to you.”
Jaemin flushes at the implication, recalling exactly how many times you’ve ‘opened up to him.’ He hasn’t caught any feelings for you and he knows it goes the same way around, but your friendship from before is completely broken. You two can barely be in the same room together without feeling the tension.
“You don’t know her very well then,” Jaemin remarks, wanting to end the conversation as quickly as possible. He honestly didn’t know Donghyuck expressed an interest in you until now. “Let’s forget about what I said and have a good after party, okay?”
Jaemin tugs Donghyuck along but Donghyuck can’t stop thinking about you.
Specifically, you underneath the blonde boy, moaning and thrashing in his hold while Jaemin relentlessly pounds into your tight hole.
Fuck.
“Sorry, we’re saving this seat for- What the fuck?!”
Jeno and Yangyang are both floored by their friend’s new appearance, wide eyed as Donghyuck takes his seat next to them in the Great Hall. The Slytherin boy says nothing, diving into his breakfast without a word.
Jeno leans closer to him and whispers. “Who are you?”
Donghyuck glares at him. When he found out about you and Jaemin on Saturday, he had a little bit of a meltdown. His roommate, Shotaro, watched in confusion as Donghyuck paced back and forth for hours. Shotaro was even more befuddled when Donghyuck made the impulse decision to buy blonde hair dye, matching the same shade as Jaemin’s.
He didn’t expect to look so different, but with the way Jeno and Yangyang were staring at him, it was as if he became another person.
“I wanted to do something new,” Donghyuck shrugs, offering his explanation. The two of them are silent after that, both exchanging glances with one another.
Yangyang clears his throat after a few minutes. “Did you lose a dare?”
“No,” Donghyuck hisses. “What? Don’t I look good?”
Both of them avert their gaze and Donghyuck narrows his eyes. His stare wanders over to the Ravenclaw table, where you’re currently eating with Renjun and Jisu. His heart thumps in his chest while he watches you giggle at something your roommate said, leaning on her side for support. His trance is broken by the person he wants to see the least.
“Woah. What happened to you?”
Jaemin takes his seat next to Yangyang, eyebrows raised at Donghyuck’s new look.
“Nothing.”
His curt response makes Jaemin even more amused, and Jeno chuckles.
“Maybe Y/N likes blonde guys. Remember, Jaem? When you two were in the library and you said-“
Jaemin throws his fork at Jeno and hits him square in the forehead, causing the Hufflepuff to immediately glare and lunge for the Slytherin across the table. Yangyang tries his best to break the two up while Donghyuck’s mind drifts to Jeno’s statement.
The library? The place where you’re holed up all day, studying to get the best grades in every single subject? Did you let Jaemin take you against one of the bookshelves? Did you sit on his cock while you both pretended to read at the table.
Fuck. You were far from the good girl he always pictured you as.
Donghyuck stands wordlessly, ignoring Jeno and Jaemin’s squabble as he walks out of the Great Hall. He finds himself sitting at your table in the library, patiently waiting for your arrival. He doesn’t give a fuck about attending classes today, he needs to know the answers to his questions.
And so he waits. Surprisingly, he actually manages to get some studying done. Maybe the library wasn’t so bad.
He finally sees you during lunch period, watching as you walk in and smile softly at those who pass you. Your figure immediately retreats to the Potions section, and Donghyuck is quick to follow after you. He spots you standing on your tiptoes trying to grab one of the textbooks on the top shelf.
He approaches you with light footsteps, and you jump five feet in the air when you hear his voice.
“Did you do it here?”
“W-What?”
Donghyuck’s eyes are glazed over, dark as they scrutinize you. You feel small underneath his heavy gaze, and you try to ignore the beam of pleasure that shoots straight to your core. You almost didn’t recognize him with his newly dyed hair, and you won’t deny that he looks fucking hot.
He takes a step closer to you, trapping your body between him and the bookshelf. You shudder when he runs his finger down your arm.
“Did you lift your skirt up for Jaemin here? Let him take you in public?”
You gulp, avoiding his eyes. “H-How do you know about that?”
He growls, and the sound causes a gush of wetness to seep out of your core. “So it’s true? Little Ravenclaw princess is nothing but a common whore? Pretends to be all studious but ends up getting railed for everyone to see?”
You whimper. “It’s not like that- I-“
Your voice catches in your throat when his hand drifts up the expanse of your thighs, fingers dangerously close to your dripping cunt. You quickly survey the area, afraid someone will see the both of you. Most students are eating lunch in the Great Hall but there are still a select few who have chosen their studies over meals. When you did this with Jaemin, it was well past curfew and the library was completely empty.
Despite the fact that you could get caught at any time, it only makes you want him more.
“Touch me, please,” you beg, gripping his forearm.
His eyebrows shoot up at your immediate compliance. “You really are just a little slut, aren’t you? So fucking needy. Before this, you wouldn’t even give me the time of day. You’re just that desperate, aren’t you? Want your small pussy to be filled?”
You quickly nod, way past the point of preserving your dignity.
He flips you over, pressing your cheek against the wood. You whine when his fingers run over your clothed slit.
“So wet, baby,” he whispers, trying his best to conceal your garbled moans with his hand. “Is this for me? Or for Jaemin?”
“For you,” you choke out. “For you, Hyuck.”
He groans at the nickname, moving your panties aside and pushing a finger into you. Your mouth opens in a silent cry as your fingers dig into the shelves. Donghyuck’s breath is hot and heavy in your ear, and he can’t believe you’re letting him take you like this. He wonders what would happen if word got around to your father, who would fail Donghyuck in Potions for sure.
He doesn’t really care at this point, especially when your warm walls are clenching around his finger.
“So pretty for me,” he murmurs, pushing another digit inside. “Want to see you fall apart, baby.”
His other hand comes up to tug at your hair so he can see your expression. You already look completely fucked out and he’s barely done anything to you. He knows he doesn’t have a lot of time before the next period starts, so he quickly moves to unbuckle his belt. His fingers slip out of you and you cry at the loss.
You get more excited at the sound and he chuckles. “Dreamed about this for years,” he whispers. “This pussy is mine now, baby. Won’t let anyone else have it.”
You feel his tip prodding at your entrance, and he waits for your go-to. You decide to slip it in yourself, reaching to grasp his base and push back on his cock. He’s thicker than you thought, and the stretch fills you whole.
Once Donghyuck realizes how desperate you really are, his hands fly to your hips, bottoming out inside you. You both groan lowly, his length pressing against your sweet spot.
He’s about to start thrusting until he hears voices approaching. You both start to panic, and Donghyuck quickly directs you to grab a book from the top shelf while he rearranges his robes. To anyone else, it looks like Donghyuck is helping you grab a book, maybe just a little closer than normal.
Three Hufflepuff students pass by, heading to the History of Magic section of the library. They pay no attention to you two, and Donghyuck sighs in relief. You, however, are still wanting a nice fuck.
You whine and clench around his cock.
“Fuck, baby,” he hisses. “We almost got caught but you don’t care, do you?”
You shake your head and he chuckles lowly. He resumes fucking you, trying his best to keep his grunts to a minimum. It’s difficult, especially when the sound of his balls slapping against your ass increases in volume.
His hands move around your middle, pulling you closer to his chest. “Please,” you beg.
“Baby wants to cum?” You frantically nod and he laughs breathily. His fingers grip your breast over your tight button up shirt, tilting your head so he can kiss you. His tongue slips into your mouth and you whine, driving closer and closer to the edge.
You fall before you know it, Donghyuck trying to keep you quiet as you orgasm around him. The feeling of you creaming around his cock brings him waves of pleasure, and he tries to pull out of you until you stop him.
“Inside,” you plead.
He short circuits at your request, mind going blank. He cums without warning, shooting ribbons of his cum deep inside your waiting womb. You moan at the feeling of him filling you up.
When you both come to, he kisses your neck.
“You’re such a dream,” he mumbles. “Can you stop ignoring me now?”
You laugh. He helps you look presentable, pulling your panties back on even though his cum leaks out of your hole. He rearranges your skirt and tucks himself back into his pants.
You turn around and kiss him.
“You’re really hot when you play Quidditch.”
He smirks. “I knew it.”
“Shut up,” you roll your eyes. Then, your voice grows small. “Can we do this again tonight?”
He grins. He wraps an arm around your waist and presses his lips to yours again.
“Are you mine? Not Jaemin’s?”
You scoff. “I just let you cum inside me. I never let Jaemin do that.”
His eyes sparkle. “Good girl.”
(bonus scene because i’m horny)
“Where are you going?”
Jisu raises an eyebrow at you as you grab one of the candles from your nightstand, ready to meet Donghyuck. You shrug and smile at her.
“Getting some good dick.”
She giggles and winks at you. “Sounds fun. Be safe!”
You slip out of your room quietly, trying your best to be as silent as possible. You’ve snuck out many times before after curfew, being able to tell your Ravenclaw prefects that you desperately needed to cram some extra studying in. They all thought you wouldn’t receive any major discipline anyways since your father was the Potions professor.
You sneak into the Slytherin common room, using the password Donghyuck gave you earlier. The Slytherin prefects were both asleep on the ground, as expected.
Donghyuck waited for you on the sleek emerald couch, smiling as he spotted you. He patted his thighs so you could take your seat, and you giggled, placing the candle on the table and sitting in his lap.
“Missed me?” He murmured, wrapping his arms around you and pressing kisses to the side of your neck.
“Saw you like two hours ago.”
He frowns. “And you haven’t missed me since then?”
You roll your eyes and whine. “Hurry. Want your cock.”
“Will you let me take you to Hogsmeade this weekend?”
“If you win the next Quidditch game.”
He smirks. “Deal.”
You quickly move to unbuckle his belt, sinking to your knees as he watches you carefully. You moan when his cock springs up, tip bright and red. He’s heavy in your hand when you take him, licking a stripe up from his base to the tip. He groans when you bring his head into your mouth, sucking gently.
Holy fuck. You deepthroat him in no time, sinking down on his cock until you choke. He watches with hazy eyes as you struggle to suck him, his length filling your windpipe.
“Too big for you, baby? Can’t handle my big cock?”
You shake your head in defiance. You start bobbing your head up and down, determined to give him the best blowjob of his life. Donghyuck’s eyes dart up when he hears the sound of a door creaking, locking eyes with Jaemin. You haven’t heard anything — too preoccupied with sucking his dick.
Jaemin’s eyes widen when he spots you two before he smiles, throwing Donghyuck a wink and a thumbs up. He retreats back to his room and Donghyuck can’t take the wait any longer.
“Hands and knees.”
You pull away from him, spit dribbling down the side of your mouth. You follow his orders, pulling down your pajama pants and bending over the side of the couch. He delivered a harsh slap to your cheek, and you whimper.
“Pretty girl,” he praises as he lines himself up to your entrance. “Little cock hungry cumslut. What would people say if they saw you? Good Ravenclaw desperate for cum?”
“Want them to see me,” you blubber. “Want them to see how well I take your cock.”
He grunts. “Fuck. Dirty little minx.”
He practically rips your panties in half, fingers digging into your flesh as he takes the first thrust. Is it even possible that his cock grew bigger? He’s hitting your sweet spot with no problem from this angle, sending sparks flying in your tummy. You swear you can feel him in your throat if it was possible.
“Take my cock, baby,” he hisses. “Fuck. See what I do for you? Been chasing after you for years thinking you were a little innocent schoolgirl but turns out I just needed to give you my cock and then you would be all mine. Even dyed my hair to this stupid fucking color for you.”
“I-I like y-your hair,” you cry.
“Yeah? Because it looks just like Jaemin’s, doesn’t it?”
“I don’t give a fuck about Jaemin. Only want you.”
He’s satisfied by your answer and moves his hand down to pinch your clit. The sensation sends you flying into your first orgasm and you sob as you cum around his cock.
He slips out of you, sitting down on the couch and patting his thighs again. “Come on. Show me how much you want it.”
Shakily, you rise and straddle Donghyuck’s hips, slowly sinking down on him. His girth stretches you even more as you ride him, twisting and turning your hips until you feel the burn. You don’t care if you look like a needy slut at this point — he’s made you this way.
You never fucked Jaemin with this much fervor, usually letting him lazily thrust into you before you both reach your climax. He also never stared at you the way Donghyuck is looking at you now, eyes dark as he watches you fall apart on his cock.
“Gonna cum again, baby?”
“Y-Yes,” you answer back, closing your eyes as you feel pleasure overtake your body. You can barely think straight as he fucks you so good.
You orgasm again before you fully realize it, wetness dripping down your thighs and onto his cock.
“Such a pretty cunt,” he groans. “Where do you want my cum?”
“Inside, inside,” you respond, observing as he chases his own high. He stills inside of you, cumming deep inside your tummy.
You kiss him, slipping your tongue into his mouth while you feel his cum drip out of you.
“I better win that Quidditch game.”
You giggle. “You better.”
“What’s gonna happen if you get pregnant?”
You shrug. “I’m taking those muggle pills Jisu gave me so I think we’re fine. It’s not like it’s going to stop you from cumming inside me anyway.”
“True. Second round in the Astronomy Tower?”
“I can barely walk.”
“I’ll carry you.”

Tumblr media
Oh Jesus y’all I can’t handle these thirsts they’re making em flustered as heck oh no.
oh frick but really doe Bakugou is soooo mean and he’s probably the type that’s into degrading and humiliating his partner, totally has dacryphilia and can’t get off unless you’re crying big, fat, salty tears. He honestly likes you, likes having you around and enjoys your additions in class discussion. But you’re just so easy to bully, he can’t help himself. He tells you it’s your fault, if you put up more of a fight he’d back off. If you didn’t just take his insults and jabs at your character lying down, he’d leave you alone. But he never would. nasty dude.
(College au lol)
TW - noncon, NSFW, handjob, crying, Bakugou is not nice but what's new.
Sometimes he’ll corner you on campus, knows you have evening classes and waits to haul you behind the building as soon as your class ends. Talking to you in a quiet, dangerous voice as he forces you back there, his hot hands gripping your arm (far too tightly), his erection brushing against your ass with each agonizing step.
“Hey (Y/N), you little bitch, did’ya miss me? No? Too bad.”
“You better shut your whore mouth, don’t want the entire campus knowing how much of slut you are. Saying “stop” isn’t going to make me do anything but fuck you harder, stupid bitch.”
“What’re you gonna do, tell someone? Who’s gonna believe a pathetic little extra like you, hmm? I’m their quarterback baby, they can’t afford to lose me. No, you’ll fucking do whatever I say.”
Once behind the building, pressed against the wall, he’ll slap your face, once, twice. Red paints your cheeks, and you’re already crying at the sting. Bakugou just grins, enjoying every second as he squishes your face in his hand, bringing his face close to yours. So close, you can feel each hot puff of air on his every exhale. So close, you can see the beauty of his ruby red eyes, darker maroon flecking the bright iris. Pity Bakugou was so mean.
A beat passed, the two of you just looking at each other, breathing each other’s air. Then he kissed you, mashing your lips together, squeezing your jaw until you opened your mouth, let him inside like you always did.
When he pulled away, you were gasping for air, hand coming up to wipe at the tears streaming down your face. Bakugou huffed, before planting both hands on your chest and pushing. You let out a distressed cry as you were shoved backwards, loosing your balance and falling down into the dirt. You’d probably have bruises later. Who were you kidding, you were with Bakugou. Of course you’d have bruises later.
The blonde crouched down, cocking his head to the side as he watched you, eery smile on his face. You didn’t like that look. You scrambled backwards, pushing at the dirt and scuffing your hands until your back hit a wall. Bakugou stayed where he was.
“You’re so fucking stupid, only thing you’re good at is being a shitty little toy for others to push around. You realize that? That’s all you are. Nothing. Worthless little pussy on legs.”
His words stung, and you had to scrub at your eyes again, wiping away the fresh wave of tears. In doing so, you didn’t notice him stand up, stalk closer, until he was towering over your sitting form. When he “tch’ed” you jumped, looking up.
“Get the fuck up.”
You hesitated.
A hand grabbed your hair, Bakugou’s face twisting into a snarl.
“Now.”
You rose as quickly as possible, finding yourself face-to-face with your aggressor once again. Well, face-to-chest. Then you were flipped around, shoved against the wall of the building as hands began kneading at your chest.
“Mmm, shit baby, you’re always so damn soft.”
A gasp escaped you when he started pinching, grasp becoming firmer and more demanding until it hurt, the man pulling at your chest now. The hard, considerable bulge of his erection was humping against your ass slowly, as if Bakugou was savoring each little thrust of his hips.
“So easy. Bet you would bend over for anyone who asked, wouldn’t you? Slut. You’re just a little cockwhore, ain’t that right?”
He took a few steps back, pulling you with him until he could bend you at the waist, still grinding against you. But in this position, his cock was pressed against your clothed cunt, delivering delicious friction to your clit. You resisted the urge to wriggle your hips in order to chase that feeling. “Hey - “  A slap landed across your ass, and even through your jeans, you could feel it burn. “I asked you a question bitch. Answer me.”
You whimpered.
“Y-y-yes Bakugou..... I am.”
“You’re what? I didn’t quite hear that last part. ”
You could hear the sneer in his voice, wincing at the pressure as Bakugou groped at your chest.
“A-a cockwhore.”
“Fuck yeah you are, I can feel you getting wet down here.” He pulled away from your body, lending you relief for a half a second before he smacked your cunt, hard. “You’re so desperate!”
He was gleeful as he turned you around again, pushing you into the wall. He was always pushing. Pushing over your books the first time he met you, pushing your boundaries, pushing for you to come up to his dorm while his roommates are out, pushing your sanity.
You shuddered as the blond unzipped his jeans, groaning as the zipper pressed against his dick as he pulled it down.
Closing your eyes, you swallowed. You didn’t know what he was going to do next, didn’t want to see the manic look on his face as he decided which part of your body to get off on today.
You weren’t surprised when you felt his hands grab yours. He pushed himself flush against you, and you knew without looking that his cock was standing up proudly, bobbing against his stomach. If you breathed in too far, expanded your lungs, your could feel it twitch against your abdomen. You tried to take short breaths.
His hands guided yours to wrap around his dick, and the second you felt the hot flesh touch your hand, that’s when the waterworks really started. You were crying uncontrollably as Bakugou forced your hands around him, thrusting upwards shallowly, head dropping to your shoulder with a choked-off groan. He wasn’t squeezing your hands too tight, enjoying the soft, loose grip for now.
When the man grew impatient of this, he let go of one of your hands, reaching up at swipe at your face. He was trying to wet his hand with your tears.
‘C’mon (Y/N), keep crying.”
You were bawling, tears dripping off your chin, snot beginning to flow from your nose. Just like Bakugou liked it. He kept on wiping at your face, collecting the tears and snot and drool, before rubbing his hand on his cock. Then he’d make you jerk him, testing to see if it was wet enough for his comfort. The more time passed, the more tears fell.
It took a bit, but finally Bakugou was satisfied with the amount of wetness coating his cock. Grabbing your free hand again, he guided it back to his cock. When you struggled to rip our hands away, his grip just tightened, crushing your digits between his hands and his cock.
There was no preamble, no gentle beginning. Bakugou was thrusting like a mad-man, head once again on your shoulder. You could hear him moaning softly, above the slick sounds of the messy handjob. It was sickening.
When his hips kicked up another notch, plump balls smacking into your wrists with each thrust, you knew he was close. It took just a few more frantic pumps of his hips before Bakugou was spilling over, hot cum dripping out, leaking onto your hands and dripping down to your shoes.
You tried to pull away again, letting out a desperate sob as Bakugou kept your hands anchored, his hips still moving, almost grinding himself up into your hands. His breath was stuttered, heavy and panting in your ear.
“Fuck, fuck fuck fuck, oh that felt damn good.”
Finally he released your hands.
Reigning back in your sobs, you looked at them, fingers dripping and palm wet and sticky with the mans cum. You hated him so much.
The sound of pants being zippered drew your attention, head snapping up to look at Bakugou. He was watching you intently, wiping his own hands against his jeans. A sigh of relief. Usually he tried to fuck you, or get you off. It looked like tonight he would be satisfied with just a handjob. You were going to go shower until your skin peeled off, then sleep for a day or two, classes be damned.
“Wipe it onto your slutty little cunt.”
...
“What?? B-b-bakugou you-”
“Wipe it onto your. cunt.”
He leveled you with a glare, hands crossing over his chest. You were frozen.
“Geez bitch, do I need to do it for you? Just fuckin’ wipe that shit onto your pussy, it’s not that hard.”
Trembling, you obeyed, wincing was you stuffed your hands past your jeans, past your underwear. You cringed when you felt how wet your slit was, how inflamed and puffy you felt down there from Bakugou’s teasing rutting earlier. Bakugou watched with a smirk as you pressed your hands against yourself, doing your best to wipe off his cum.
When you finished, the man looped an arm around your waist, causing you to squeak in alarm. You recoiled from his touch, breathing hard, but he wouldn’t let go.
“What, you thought you were done? Thought a fuckin’ lame excuse for a handjob would satisfy me? God - “ He snickered loudly, beginning to pull you along, forced to walk beside him “ - You really are a stupid slut.”
You bit your lip, tears still wetting your lashes. It was uncomfortable to walk with the amount of wet in your underwear, the thought of Bakugou’s cum just sitting there making your stomach roll, tensing.
“Can’t wait ‘till we get back to my place; shitty roommates are gone for a few days, thank fuck. Can finally try edging you all night, use your body like a toy and shit like that. Fuck, I’m excited.”
You were going to throw up.

february 19th
you always found eren jaeger attractive, especially tonight at this party. his long hair thrown up into a messy bun, his white shirt with water split on it - making it see through. god you were about to start counting his abs. but who you were really here for? jean. you guys weren’t in a relationship or anything, just friends who liked to help eachother. it started off when you guys would go to eachother for advice or he would find himself in your dorm room ranting to you. just helping eachother with little problems of course. that doesn’t mean sucking his dick was that much of a stretch from it, right?
anyways jean was in a frat house, along side eren. they were throwing a party, and somehow jean convinced you to stop by. you didn’t know if you were regretting it or not. jean was no where to be seen so you just sat yourself on the kitchen counter drinking some punch you found in a bowl. you were admiring eren from a far, remembering all the bad things jean had said about him. how he just annoys the living shit out of him. but god, how attractive he was. you could’ve sworn you looked down at your phone for not even a minute when you heard someone clear their voice right in front of you. you looked up to be met with eren.
“uh hi?”
“hey hey! erm- y/n. we had physics last semester together. eren, eren yeager.”
yeah, i already know your name
“oh hi!”
“my friend reiner over there says he knows ‘ya too. wanna come play truth or dare with us in the backyard hm?”
slipping your phone into the pocket of your shorts, you jumped off the counter, centimeters away from eren.
he let out a low chuckle, placing his hands on the counter, trapping you inbetween the granite and himself. he looked you right in the eye before reaching one of his hands back to grab a chip in the bowl behind where you were sitting. your breathing shakened a bit and you rolled your eyes at him, looking down.
he let out another chuckle before grabbing your chin and tilting it up, forcing you to look at him. “no need to roll your eyes sugar. if you were expectin-wanting something else, just say it. i’m not a mind reader baby.” he gave you a little wink before letting you go and backing up.
“i erm- i gotta pee i’ll meet you guys outside.”
he gave you a small head pat before running towards the back door.
right when you turned around to head to the bathroom you crashed right into jean, stumbling back a bit.
“oh hey jean!”
he sent you a blunt hey and started walking to the back door with an annoyed look on his face.
tch, what’s his problem.
your little bathroom excuse wasn’t actually an exuse, the amount of punch you were drinking finally caught up to you. right after you sat down your two best friends since birth, sasha and connie came bursting through the door, hysterically cracking up.
“YOO IM TRYING TO PISS.”
ignoring your comment they both collapsed onto the counter laughing their asses off.
you lightly smacked sasha on the back of her head, since she was the laughing the closest to you. “i swear if one of you idiots don’t tell me what the problem is-”
“YOUR BOYFRIENDS ARE OUTSITE FIGHTING OVER YOU-” connie said between laughs practically screaming.
“my who?”
“JEAN AND EREN. I-I ASKED FLOCH WHY THEY WERE FIGHTING AND THEY SAID IT WAS BECAUSE OF YOU AND HOW JEAN IS ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT HOW YOU ARE SO GOOD AT SU-”
“GOD SASHA YOU DONT HAVE TO TELL HER THAT PART”
“CAN YOU GUYS STOP SCREAMING!”
“SORRY, sorry y/n. apparently jean saw you and eren in the kitchen and well, tried beating eren up.”
letting out a sigh you pulled up your pants and ran out of the bathroom.
running outside you found jean knocked out in the arms of marco and eren standing up, wiping some blood out of the corner of his mouth while winking at you. walking right up to him you slapped him right across the face.
he let out a deep, long chuckle.
“i need to talk to you.”
“lead the way sugar.”
you grabbed his arm and pulled him inside while feeling every single pair of eyes on you.
“where’s your room.”
“if you wanted to get me in bed you could’ve just asked baby.”
god can anyone be that full of themselves
“no - no. i don-”
“i’m just joking sugar. follow me.”
he grabbed your hand and led you up into his room, closing the door behind him.
“what the hell was that all about.”
“for the record he started it. he got jealous for no reason and i wasn’t going to let him use me and his rag doll. and you shouldn’t be with someone like jean anyway. you should hear the way he brags about you being his bitch whenever the house is hanging out.” eren plopped down onto his bed
with that you didn’t know who to be mad at this point. he patted his lap signaling you to come over and sit on it. ignoring him you rolled your eyes and sat down next to him, causing him to chuckle again.
“you should clean your wounds that looks pretty deep on your cheek. and take a shower you smell like dirt and grass.”
he got up and headed over to his bathroom door. leaning on the door frame he turned back around.
“only if you stay.”
“hmph, i’ll think about it.”
15 minutes later eren walked out of the bathroom. you were no where to be found. he did know that he’d get back to you one day, considering you left your phone number on a gum wrapper in place of where you were sitting.
february 26
friday strolled around as quick as ever. this week you talked to eren a few times. he texted you on sunday night to have a good week. sicne he was being nice you replied with a “you too:’)”
after that he texted you yesterday afternoon asking if you wanted to come to another party. you never responded, and now it’s friday, 2:05. you just finished all your classes, and you’d be lying if you said you had anything else to do. well except for the pile of homework you usually wait until sunday to do.
sighing you texted him back saying you already had plans and wouldn’t be able to make it. after that you decided to take a short nap. what you thought would be a short nap turned into you sleeping until 6:30. you figured you should get up and get some dinner. you decided to grub hub some taco bell and eat it in the dinning hall. after getting your food you sat down in the corner of the room. it was pretty empty since it was pretty late for dinner.
“ouch, i’m offended.”
you turned around at the familiar voice
“even jean could convince you to come out but i get some lame exuse.”
“it, it wasn’t an exuse. i do have plans.”
“yeah with yourself.” he pulled over a nearby chair and sat next to you.
“i ditched the party, it was pretty boring.”
“so you came to bother me?” you said while still stuffing your face with your food
“yeah pretty much, you wanna hangout?”
“i mean do i really have a choice?”
he leaned over and grabbed one of your nachos, shoving it in his face.
“no not really sugar.”
rolling your eyes you threw out your garbage and led him to your dorm room. since it wasn't that far of a walk, neither of you said anything on the way there. he just simply followed you.
once you got into your room you shut the door behind you.
“if you’re sitting on my bed then shoes off.”
“demanding” he said while slipping his shoes off and plopping onto your bed
“soo..” he said as you sat down next to him.
“wanna watch a movie or something? i see you have a tv in here.”
“sure, let me just fix my blankets so get up.”
he nodded and chuckled, getting up. you pulled down your comforter so there was room to get in, and threw all your blankets into the corner before grabbing your remote and slipping into your bed.
“is this an invitation to come lay with you under your blankets.”
“shut the light.” you said while pressing power on the remote.
the last thing you remember from that night was cracking up with eren over some stupid movie the two of you put on. before you knew it you woke up with a tight grip around your waist. you look over to see eren, still sound asleep. he was so pretty. you figured the two of you just fell asleep while watching movies yesterday. moments like these you were grateful your roommate was on back at home for family issues.
you tried slipping out of his grip before he pulled you back in and groaned. he was still sleeping so you figured you weren't getting up anytime soon, so you closed your eyes and drifted off back to sleep. you woke up about two hours later to find no eren, but a note.
forgot i have to work on a project with floch. i had fun last night, lets do it again soon :)
you were in a good mood the rest of the day.
may 15
its almost been four months since you've met eren. you also cut off your contact with jean. he was a good fuck while it lasted. over the last four months you and eren got closer than ever. hanging out almost everyday, going to parties together, falling asleep cuddling every weekend, you name it. yet again, friday came around. instead of cuddling, you and eren decided to go to a party at some sorority house.
three hours later you were sitting in a circle with a bunch of people you recognized / were friends with. you were all playing a game of truth or dare, cracking up at each other. everyone’s secrets were coming out and people were doing some crazy things. and the list of things we had to do on campus was piling up. for example, connie has to pull a prank on professor ackerman during class on monday. until it was sasha’s time to ask you.
“hmmm. OH Y?N! truth or dare babes!”
you really had to think this one over. sasha had the power of exposing every single one of your secrets if you picked truth, but she's also kind of crazy so who knows what she would dare you to do. after a small debate in your head you went with dare.
“i pick dare.”
“alright! hmmMMM. i dare you to go into an empty room with eren for 15 minutes.”
you felt the heat rush up to your cheeks when you stood up and stretched your arm out for eren to grab.
you both left the living room and headed up to a room while hearing the small, faint giggles from your friends.
entering the room eren shut and locked the door behind the two of you.
“so.. what do you wanna do?”
“hmm. we only have 15 minutes, sugar.”
this is it. the moment you've been waiting for. you had eren right in front of you. just go up and kiss him already!
as you slowly walked up closer to him. he flipped the both of you, pinning you up against the wall.
“let me see if you taste as sweet as I've imagined, sugar. pleaseee you don't even want to know the amount of times I've fisted myself to the mere thought of it.”
you gave him a nod and that was all he needed to pull you off the wall and push you down onto the bed. pulling up your skirt and pulling down your panties, he grimly smirked.
“don't you dare cum without my permission.” was all he said before going between your legs and flicking his tongue onto your clit. your breathing quickly became heavy and irregular before he shoved two fingers, palm deep into your cunt.
“ahh~ f-fuck eren-” you blurted out while starting to move under his touch, slightly bucking your hips up.
that was until you felt a strong pair of hands hold your hips down.
“stop moving or i’ll stop.” he hissed out before going back down on you, eating you out more forcefully than before, brining you right to your climax.
“f-fuck eren i need to cum- please let me cum. pleaseee~”
“no.” he said while pulling his fingers out of you.
“the only place you’re cummin’ is on my cock. you hear me?”
you wiped away the slight tears forming in the corners of your eye while nodding.
“that's a good little girl.” eren said while smirking
he swiftly grabbed you and flipped you over onto all fours, while shoving your face into the mattress. your first reaction was to perk your ass up for him.
“well someones eager aren't they.” was all he said before pulling down his pants just enough for his fully hard cock to spring out. he could've came just to the feeling of eating you out.
he leaned down into your ear while whispering, “as sweet as sugar.” he started jacking off while still leaning down, before quickly cumming all over your ass.
did he just?
he pulled up his pants before getting up and heading up towards the door.
“well sugar, looks like our time is almost up. we should get back to the ga-” he was cut off by you running up to him and clinging right onto his shirt. practically crying you were blurting out small no’s.
“f-fuck the game, er - eren please just fuck me.” you were so desperate to the point where you were choking on your words.
“aw, i’m sorry baby i didn't mean to make you cry.” he said while stroking your hair and patting your head. “come suck me off in my car and maybe if you do a good job i'll take ya home and fuck you, yeah?
may 18
sitting in your first class of the morning you were bored out of your mind. getting some lecture from professor ackerman after connie drew all over his desk.
that was until you got a snapchat notification from eren. opening it you were oh so grateful you had your headphones in. it was a video of eren cumming all over his laptop with a video of him shoving his cock oh so deep into your pretty little cunt.
with the caption of missin’ the taste, sugar :’(
you’d be sure to pay him a visit during your lunch break.
