Hi, StudyBlrs and aesthetic notes found their way into my life last year, and I've wanted to share my passion for ages! studyblr intro and goals 🍁  

hello everyone, my name’s connor and i’m a second year in pharmaceutical science. i started this studyblr up a short while ago but have only used it for reblogging up until this point. i'd like to start posting some of my own content, hopefully to motivate me as i start this year of uni.

about me:

i’m 19 y/o

i live in australia (hence why the uni year is just starting for me)

interests:

i love learning instruments; i used to play violin, i’m self-teaching piano and i just booked my first drum lesson (very excited!!)

i also love crafting; scrap booking is fun though i don’t do it often, and each year i make xmas cards for my family

fave subject: physiology; while my course is heavily chemistry based, i love learning about how the human body works, so fascinating !

study music: if i’m in the mood for music, lofi hip hop beats all the way

why a studyblr?

i’m hoping this will help keep me motivated throughout the year by adding an element of accountability; i’d like to do a ‘100 days of productivity’ challenge

to keep things realistic for myself i won’t be going out of my way to make super neat, aesthetically pleasing notes; as long as they’re notes, then that’s what counts <3

i’ll also continue to reblog various academia themed things on here, so i can continue to live my aesthetic life vicariously through this blog hehe

Beginning of a new month (Happy Pride Month!! 🏳️‍🌈)

Thought i might start this, it’s a small start but little progress each day adds up to big results!✨

An early start (8:30 a.m) it’s been sooo long since i woke up early.

Online classes started today after awhile. (not delighted at all but I’m nervous, i wonder why)

I’ve attented 3 online classes till now (Add Math, Pakistan Studies & Urdu)

Made some physics notes (in the picture)

Have to attend 1 more online class (Comp. Sci)

Hoping to make some Chemistry notes as well.☘️

Want to finish reading Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins tonight!📚

So let me get this straight…YS is the child of the mother’s bloodline who use to be Gwi’s lover? Gwi eventually have to suck the living soul of hers so he will die? Does that make YS become a vampire and be with KSY forever and ever then :D !? No..okay probably not. That’s too impossible and simple, she will eventually lose her friggin mind if she becomes a vampire. Oh my god! How exciting though. Everything turns into a twist and end up back to YS who I think is so clueless and innocent about everything! How exciting.. definitely KSY will protect her and watch her even more closely now– but the crown prince action is so unpredictable which drives me even more insane wondering what he is going to do because he use to like her and he did say she was a special friend. Oh boy! I can’t wait till next week episodes.

starting to use my google calendar to plan out the hours of my day. it’s working to an extent but i’m still trying to get a hang of what works best for me.

i’m using this calendar (with reminders) along with microsoft to-do (for the satisfaction of checking things off) to help stay on track with my online classes.

i’ve got a bit of catch up, but i’m getting there. plus no classes planned tomorrow so i can get some extra stuff done :)

I’ve been following the studyblr community for quite awhile and thought that i should give it try as it seemed really productive and interesting!

today was a hard day to get motivated. i watched a lecture and redid my laboratory safety induction for the year. didn’t do so well on my pre-lab quiz so i’ll have to retry that again before monday. hung out with some friends tonight so that was a positive.

completed an assignment on the enteric nervous system today. while the theory was simple, the details were difficult as it required a lot of our own research to understand.

i hope the unit improves moving into the next topic as not being on campus makes it very difficult to know if i’m understanding things correctly.

this week commences semester two of online uni. i’m feeling a bit more prepared than last semester, so hopefully i’ll be able to stay on top of the workload.

i tidied my desk up this morning and i think it’s looking pretty sexy and aesthetic. i’ve also recently started using notion. i’m still very new to it so if you have any tips or suggestions (especially for uni organisation and note-taking) let me know:)

9/100 days of productivity 

got up early and went horse riding this morning, as i do every weekend. it was really nice as it’s just about the only thing that hasn’t been cancelled in my life at this point. my body also greatly appreciated the exercise and vitamin d. then this afternoon i picked up a few extra groceries for my dad as he just got back the other day and is self-isolating at his house.
