How do you think Cat would feel about sitting back and watching Kara get utterly rawed by Kate?
Well, here’s the thing. I can see it going one of two ways. Either Cat is into it, in which case, she would sit back and enjoy the hell out of herself, or Cat isn’t into it, in which case it would never happen. If Cat and Kara are together, I believe Kara would absolutely be respectful of the relationship. I’m pretty sure for this to ever happen, Cat would have to be the one to suggest it.
Personally, I think Cat’s insecurities might get the best of her here and stop it from happening, but I could be wrong.

The conclusion is obviously make it OT3 and come up with a pun shipname.
Babe. C’mon. You really think I haven’t already gleefully merged my two favorite Kara ships into an OT3?
(Good gods the strange OT3s I have merged in my head based on “I like this ship and that ship and they overlap by one person” for DC is insane... It’s like Nyssa/Kate? God-tier ship. Kate/Kara? Also god-tier. Nyssa/Kate/Kara? Murdering me. Also like... 75% of my DC ships are wlw at this point... there are so many strong, fleshed-out, interesting, amazing female characters???)
But like yes. Gleefully merging them into an OT3 was how I realized they’re both named C/K-atherine. xD
BUT WHAT TO NAME THEM. Because the most obvious would be SuperBatCat but like that sounds like Clark/Bruce/Selina...
