#Victor timely #loki series #loki finale #loki spoilers #he wasn’t part of the ‘friends’ that loki wanted to get back together in ep 5 because Loki didn’t rly know him well at that point #but after spending centuries learning physics from him?#after that little moment they shared in the loom room when Victor finally succeeded at fixing the loom??#after Loki had to coach him on his walk and watch him die thousands of times??#all of that combined with loki protecting him from sylvie in ep 3 #and Victor constantly calling him wizard & then being like ‘you saved my life!!’ in ep 4 #Loki’s had more bonding moments with timely than he has with Casey and B-15 like pls yall #there was a reason he was included in the shot when loki was taking one final look at his squad before he sacrificed himself #I promise Loki absolutely sees him as part of his new family #and when loki eventually gets to go back to the TVA Victor will be part of the reunion montage 😌#loki meta #tag meta

I remember how devastated I was when Loki died in Infinity War. I was FUCKED UP

The first few minutes of that movie was of me and my friends sniffling and being sad, and I was sure he would stay dead (my friends kept making jokes about it--) and I accepted it.

Then. I find out he has a show and I was EXCITED cuz it's Avengers 1 Loki. My favorite version of Loki (Next to Dark World Loki) and yeah!! I thought it'd show his feelings for his family, him being devastated on how things turned out and wanting to change them so he can see his mother and brother again. Come to terms with his childhood

But..the Loki series wasn't that. It was a whole series or Loki getting insulted, smacked around and treated like an idiot IN HIS OWN SERIES and he just let it happen?? He was fine with it!! And everything that made Loki cool and fascinating was gone and he got replaced by some new character that no one knows about and she's not even interestimg!!!!

(For anyone wondering and to try and keep hopes in check, there was talk of a cheek kiss being filmed BUT as much as I'd love for that to be the case there's also an even stronger chance it was simply rumor which is doing nothing to keep my expectations down 😅)

There's only been implications of Lokius front and center pretty much every moment either or both of them have been on screen in s2 which is the most unexpected delight I can ever remember having while watching anything and makes it impossible not to assume we're getting the follow through regarding their feelings for each other! The near confession from Loki around the end of ep 1 has kind of been hanging over and influencing everything about their interactions since then and after it seemed like Loki not being more obvious about choosing Mobius led to the downfall of the entire timeline that's pretty much all I needed to apply the same reasoning to the series as well.

At this point I'm all in but also with no trust in the writers/Marvel so in a weird way it's like ascending to a level in which I'll be able to talk myself into a win no matter what happens as long as we don't lose TVA!Mobius to the timeline?? An unfathomable option that would leave me bereft of spirit for the rest of existence but one I can't ever see happening when the entire point of is exercising free will to choose and he's never done a single thing but pick and support Loki every time 💖

#cue the "for all time always' that I KNOW in my heart is coming!!!#and for the record yes absolutely think lokius IS happening but whatever goes down as long as tva!mobius still exists that's the win #like he's so me w/ his modded devices and stolen games and hot chocolate when he's down that man is NOT choosing the side of nuclear family #and tysm for this ask bc it's so fun to know we're all in this together! maybe on the floor shaking and crying while doing so -#but we're here 🥰 lots of love and fingers crossed that we see everything the season's been building towards 💖#ask
